Our check engine issue has been tough to diagnose and European Service Center was able to pinpoint the emissions problem and make the repair. Their professionalism and expertise is A-1. Colin communicates all issues and options, and I love they only recommend repairs that are needed and are honest about the must haves versus the nice to haves that could wait for later. As soon as our service agreements expired with our vehicles, European Service Center became our service provider. They are highly recommended!
Overall an absolutely wonderful experience! I have lived in ATL for 3 years now, and have yet to stick with (and trust) a shop with my 2013 Beetle, up until this point!I have tried many shops that specialize in European vehicles, but European Service Center is the only place that I felt genuinely cared about their customers, the cars, and what services needed to be done.The price and quality of their work is the best I have found in Atlanta, and they are very upfront and detailed about everything!Colin was wonderful to work with. Fast Work! Fair Pricing! I was quoted $4500 from BMW dealership. They got the job done for $2000. Colin, the front desk guy has the right demeanor for the job and made me feel like I chose the right place. You dont wanna take your BMW to just any repair shop...now I have a home.
Im a first time customer who dropped off my recently purchased, used 2019 BMW 7 Series for a routine 30,000 mile service/oil change. After a few hours, ESC called to get approval for $1,150 worth of recommended routine maintenance. Among the several items they recommended was a spark plug change, which they said the manufacturer suggested to do at 30,000 miles. I was surprised that plugs would need to be changed so soon. After a quick call to the service department at the BMW dealership where I bought the car 6 months ago with only 26,000 miles and a search of the internet, I found that BMW recommends a spark plug change at 60,000 miles, not 30,000. ESC also recommended engine and cabin air filter replacement, which the dealership had already done when I bought the car 6 months earlier. I realize ESC would not have know the filters were changed so recently, but a visual inspection would have helped them determine replacement was not needed. When I balked at the $1,150 quote for service, ESC quickly (magically) offered to do the work for $875 - again, for service that was mostly not needed or required. As a result of what I think was an efforts to create work, my trust and confidence in ESC was shaken. I asked them to only complete the oil change and fluid top-off, which totaled $156. I went in hoping ESC would be reasonable, fair and honest, and that they would become my shop of choice, given that they are only a few blocked from my office. Too bad.
Colin is friendly and professional and he definitely knows what he is doing. He responded to my questions timely and updated me on the schedule proactively. The rates are much more reasonable than the dealership. I have seen several other customers while I was waiting there and they all knew Colin for quite a while, I felt more confident since this place has a lot of returning customers. Highly recommended!
My check engine light came on while driving to work. Immediately called and found out they were booked solid for a few days. Colin told me to come by and that he would work me in because he didn’t want me driving around with that light on. He never performs work that is not necessary and everything is done with quality and professionalism.Highly recommend them to anyone needing service. I won’t have anyone else work on my vehicle!!
Timely diagnosis on air coolant issue, priced very reasonable! The guys were very professional and very nice. Experienced excellent turnaround time and even got a loaner to drive while my car was being serviced! How convenient is that !! I would definitely recommend European Service Center🙂 They’ve serviced my BMW in the past and I will continue to go to this service Center when I need future auto repairs
Generally they have been great. So dont want to give them a low rating as this was the first time I had an issue I was over there for a routine check up and i explicitly asked if they had checked the air pressure. This was super critical to me as i was driving 800 miles. I was assured it was done and then 3 hours into drive I got low pressure alert. After I stopped in the middle of journey looking for a tire shop and got tire pressure updated i was able to travel the rest of 9 hours with no additional alerts. so knew it was not a tire issue. This was disappointing as i asked multiple time that this was done.
The manager was super kind. He got me checked in and told me the history behind their business and mechanics while I waited and assured me of quality services. Although I thought it would take a while my car was ready in a couple of hours. I’ll be getting my services here from now on. Quick service and good customer service.
Quick and efficient, was told it would be ready in a day and it was. Went in for 6 engine coil replacements and 6 spark plugs, but upon inspection had to do some additional work. Prices are fair, solid work, and car is running great. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a mechanic in Atlanta without the up charge of dealership prices but still want dealership quality. One thing they don’t advertise enough is that they have a 36k warranty on their work, so you can be assured they have your back if anything goes wrong. Definitely check them out!
Brakes are still scrubbing! Another service that was done wasn’t done correctly causing my whole car to shut off in the middle of the road! These guys did a terrible job! Most of their reviews are fake just to get service and steal money. They will charge you just as much as the dealership and your parts are not the actual parts directly from the manufacture. And last the customer service is terrible! Take your car directly to the dealership you’ll be more satisfied.
Brad and his team at European Service Center were exceptional to work with: they were efficient, communicative, and do great work. I brought my car to European Service Center after a suspension component failed and they helped me get a replacement suspension system purchased and installed at a great rate. These guys stand out as incredible mechanics (and people) because after the suspension system I purchased from a third party came with a manufacturer defect, they helped me deal with the difficult third party and find replacement parts. Brad and his team have tons of experience, connections with major part manufacturers, and are all around great guys. I will continue to bring my car back to the European Service Center at Piedmont for as long as I am in Georgia, and I have absolute faith that they will continue to provide wonderful service at a great rate. Thanks again for all of your help!
On my drive into work I noticed vibration and thought my brakes may be the cause. I drove directly to European Service Center to see if they could work me into their schedule. Colin, at the front desk, was helpful and courteous. They were able to replace the bad rotors and pads along with some routine maintenance that I requested. I was in and out the same day.
I own an older Mercedes S500. I have used EMC as my repair headquarters for many years. Bob Saladna and his expert mechanics have been extremely competent and helpful to me. I am thrilled they are always in my corner. Many thanks to Colin who organized my repair yesterday.

Always a great experience! Their team is courteous and they kept me informed about when the repair work would be completed. When I told them I would be selling the car soon, they worked with me to keep the costs down. They have a great warranty on the repairs that stays with the car even when it’s sold.
The security of knowing you are taking care of is something no one should take for granted. After my car was totaled in an accident, I borrowed a relatives Mercedes which they don’t drive often. The car hadn’t been driven much since last winter so the a/c was blowing warm. Called European Service Center yesterday morning to see if I could bring it in to get some freon and they had my squared away about an hour after I dropped it off. They even checked to be sure there were no leaks. Later that night, I realized the driver side headlight was out. Called them again the next morning and they told me to bring it back up. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Eric and the staff at the place are great guys. Fair and honest, which aren’t 2 words you can often say about any repair shop these days. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use them in the future if needed!
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience yesterday. When my car wouldn’t start due to a completely dead battery, they loaded up the battery and came to me to switch it out at my location. I was very impressed with the level of service and going so far above and beyond.

Cory at the front desk was very informative explaining the service they were recommending for my vehicle. After service was complete, their mechanic Kevin spoke with me giving even more insight on the repair and my cars overall condition. This place is amazing!!!! I cannot say enough good things. They solved what TWO TRIPS to the Nissan dealership could not solve. They were so affordable and kind and took pictures of the issues so I able to see what was discovered when I picked my vehicle up. I will never take my car to another shop.
After reading many google views, I decided to pay them a visit (the good out weighed the bad for me). I visited another shop that morning, prior to European Service Center, but the energy was off. Corey made me feel welcomed from start to finish. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. Their diagnostic fee is competitive! My experience there was way better than Mercedes Benz Buckhead!!! They also referred me to a place to get my tire plugged! Due to the holiday, I wasn’t able to get any work done, but I look forward to doing business with them next week *_^ and will update my review!
Being an owner of a 2011 3 series that has expired warranty and extended maintenance plan .. going to the dealer was not an option as I was looking for an equally professional and knowledgeable service at a less expensive price.. brakes done quickly and efficiently.. the team also helped me with water flooding inside the cabin of my car... Drain unclogged , water vacuumed and completely dried out without a trace of mold!!! Happy Happy Happy!!😊
Came in on 1/22/20 to have my Volkswagen Beetle checked out as the brake light kept intermittently coming on. The guys were SUPER FRIENDLY AND NICE. They work fast and efficiently. They found that my brake fluid level were low. They replace and fill levels and didn’t even charge me!! Will be switching service to them for future. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I feel like I was taken advantage of. I felt as though I was overcharging for the work performed on my car with little explanation to the reasoning. Every time I have gotten routine maintenance done on my vehicle, they always suggest I need additional work. I had a really great experience my first time using the buckhead location of European Service Center, but after three less than satisfactory experiences I will not be using them in the future.
Eric the service manager was responsive and polite. I initially scheduled for a burned out turn signal bulb which the shop did at no cost. My follow up appointment was for brake fluid replacement. All work was done on time as promised and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend and definitely like the convenient Buckhead location.
I left my car there for some Warranty work on Sunday (they were closed) and by Monday morning they had diagnosed the issues and found all of the problems. They worked effectively with my difficult Warranty company to ensure that all of the work was covered and then provided me with a significant discount for the work that wasnt covered. Corey and the Technicians there work very hard and are true assets to the company and will do their best to reduces prices for you. Other places wanted to upcharge me on the labor and parts, but this place did just the opposite. Quoted me on the high and low and let me decide, they dont try to force you into any decisions, which I believe is extremely amazing. If you choose these guys over the dealerships and other places in the area, I can guarantee that you wont regret it!
After a horrible experience at another repair shop, I brought my car here for some major repairs (blown head gasket and module malfunction). Eric was excellent! He took the time to explain everything that was wrong and how it should work and always gave me prices before he started the work. While the repairs took a little longer than expected, the piece of mind I got from not having a mechanic try to take advantage of me not knowing much about cars was worth the wait. I will definitely use Eric for all of my auto needs in the future, no matter how small!
This was the best automotive mechanic experience I’ve ever had. Eric is extremely thorough when explaining what is wrong with your vehicle. Also, they tell you the truth about what is wrong the first time. I have been to two other mechanics in Atlanta and both misdiagnosed my car. I dropped my car off here after they we’re highly recommended and got everything resolved with transparency and professionalism. HIGHLY recommend this business!
Excellent service and fair prices. Much more affordable than the dealership but with the same expertise. My car was shaking, and they were able to fix it in less than a day. Smooth drive afterwards. I also appreciated the honest suggestions for further repairs without the pressure of getting these repairs done all at once. Highly recommend!
Great experience and great customer service. I didn’t even have an appointment, but decided to stop by since I was having lunch next door. After parking, I noticed my vehicle sustained some undercarriage damage due to running over something. Parts were hanging and dragging and made it unsafe to continue driving. After I had lunch and stop by the shop, they confirmed that I hit a small animal and removed and secured the vehicle components to make it safe to drive home. I wasn’t even billed for the service. Great, honest community small business. Highly recommended.
I saw the reviews and decided to give it a try. My coolant light had came on and went off but wanted to get it check. Because the light was off, he said they will do a quick check because he didnt want to charge me if nothing was wrong and he did. I was not charged. I will highly recommend this place. The people are friendly and honest. They are now the new mechanics for my 2014 Jaguar XF.
I have gone to European service Center several times now to receive affordable and appropriate care for my 2015 Jetta. The staff and technician are always Professional and welcoming and they keep me abreast on the needs of my car. As long as I’m in the Atlanta area I will be a customer

Great service. I was stranded in Atlanta with my BMW. They took care of it within 24 hours. When I made it back home they actually called back the next day to make sure I made it home ok. Workers are very informative and very knowledgeable about foreign cars. I’m glad I took my cars to them.
Im absolutely impressed with European Service Center, after taking my wife’s vehicle to three other shops I finally found these guys!!!! And I’m soooo happy we did. They were able to determine the issue and fix it, CORRECTLY THIS TIME!!! They even went the extra mile to send a follow up text now that’s customer service... GO SEE THESE GUYS we dealt with Brad specifically and he is great!!
Mixed emotions right now. Unfortunate time to ask for my review. I’ll start with a summary, and go into specifics later:Ultimately, I’m thankful they didn’t even look at my problem the second time I brought my vehicle in for service. Because they probably would have charged me a lot of money for a 5 minute fix. But also, they lose a lot of credibility by prescribing a $400 fix for a problem they clearly didn’t even diagnose.I get it, people/businesses have bad days. I’m not saying they’re dishonest overall. I’m just saying at this juncture they have lost a lot of credibility with me.First service - zero complaints. Had a clogged roof drain. They fixed it over the course of a week (many phone calls along the way - this will come up later). Also, fixed my non functioning windshield washer system. I asked them to check and see if I needed an oil change (I should have known, but I didn’t). When I finally pick it up, all is well except they never did the oil change. Well, they pulled a real class act move and did the oil change for free. At that point, I was sold that his was my new mechanic. Total cost was ~$620 for oil change, cleaning out roof drains, and fixing the the windshield washer system.Second service - Fast-forward to this year. I go in for an oil change and to have them look at my windshield washer system which isn’t working again. Less than a year after the original fix. Not super worried, because I don’t think they charged much for the original fix. After 4 days in the shop I finally call to ask for an update. They tell me they’ve left messages and assumed I was out of town. Well, turns out they have the wrong number. Maybe that is my bad, though I have been using the same number for 15 years now and this would be the only time I can recall getting it wrong. Even so, we make mistakes. But it is odd because I know my last service had many phone calls. Does the system not remember me from a year ago? Anyway, I’m just rambling - I wouldn’t deduct points for that. Here’s where I really second-guess going back to European Motor Cars. They told me it would be $400 to replace the sprayers, but could do it the next day. I told them never mind. To her credit, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful in offering me suggestions on how I could potentially prevent this problem in the future. When I got around to looking at the sprayers for myself this morning, it became clear they never even looked at it. First, the left sprayer is just hanging loose and not even in its bracket. This would seem to be something that comes up in diagnosing a $400 repair. Next, I realize the left sprayer isn’t even connected to the main fluid line. This takes me 5 minutes to reattach. At that point everything is working perfectly. Basically, all the water pressure was just lost to the end of the hose just open to the engine compartment. Once reattached, both sprayers worked perfectly.
I am writing this review because the service at European Service Center on Piedmont Road in Atlanta GA is not a great place to take your vehicle. My vehicle is still having the same issues when I brought it in for service. They didn’t do anything to my vehicle and I have proof. I will be contacting authorities about this facility! Take your vehicle somewhere else.
My Husband called and spoke to Ken and Cory one day prior to me bringing my car in, to give a brief description of what he thought the problem was. I brought it in the next day on my way to work and by 10am they had finished the testing and called us immediately to give us the cost , the car was finished that day. This is a place I would bring my car to for years to come. The customer service is amazing and I cant say enough about how welcoming and curtious Ken and Cory are. I work in the Hospitality Industry and have for over 30 years and these 2 guys are amazing made me feel welcome from my husbands phone call until I stepped my foot through the doors. One last thing, the price Im sure was at least 40 to 50 precent cheaperfrom what Mercedes Service would have charged and Im sure my experience would have not been the same...
5/28/2021 update - Had addtl work done to front suspension. Superior work done by the team- kept me informed each step with recommended work and timing - told ya this is now my go-to place!4/7/2021 update - I was driving down West Paces - right by the Gov’e mansion and smoke started billowing from under my hood - the horror right? Drove it in to ESS on Piedmont, smoking like a chimney still. Next morning it was fixed and didn’t break the bank. Another stellar service call! Thank you ESS.Orig review- The service on my S Type was completed quickly and under budget - really appreciate the work performed and the contact during and after to make sure I was satisfied. I will be using their services again- they have become my go-to auto maintenance professionals!
After years of going to the dealership, these guys are a welcome change that seem to give you accurate information without being doom and gloom like some others. Took in my car with check engine light on due to disconnected hose and they took care of for free. Have used these guys for everything from check-ups to brakes and more extensive stuff and they always seem to have it together.
European Service Center is the best!!I had a really bizarre problem with my VW spring up the week before I was due to host a bridal shower in Savannah. The dealership I initially took it to gave me a super pricey quote on it and a super long timeline. I googled around for other VW mechanics and after seeing the numerous good reviews on here about the European Service Center, I called!Eric was super helpful and kind, he talked me through my car troubles, gave me a much more reasonable quote and had my car ready to go earlier than I anticipated!Will definitely be calling them back if I have any other car issues!
They charged me $2,000 and assured me that my check engine light will come off. The day I came to pick up the car the check engine light was still on. When I left they told me to drive it and it would come off in one day and if I had any problems then bring it back. When I brought it back they tried to charge me another thousand dollars for some magical issue. I took the vehicle to Porsche and it was totally different from the issue they explain to me and a whole lot less to get it done they rip me off.
I told my beloved Jag to European Motor cars today for my first visit and I am really impressed with the service received. They are professional and honest.I had my car serviced and some repairs done, the work was completed quickly and the total bill was much less than what the dealer would have charged me.I feel lucky to have found the guys and will definitely be returning in the future

I was referred to ESC/Kevin their skillful and experienced Land Rover technician. When I first called I explained to Josh the condition of my LR4. He was very friendly and assured me they would analyze the issue as quickly as possible. They did just that and were very professional! I recommend ESC and will continue to utilize their services!
Crystal was extremely patient, helpful, and friendly. She called me daily to update me on my car.Prices are fair and they do great work. They didnt try to press me for extra repairs/rip me off. Honest people who are very upfront about pricing. Would definitely recommend!!
European in Buckhead is the only place that will ever touch my Rover.. They are fair and reasonable... Their mechanics are very knowledgeable at their craft and do a great job.... This shop is extremely busy. This shop is integrity shop. They standby their keep word!! They gain my trust so much that I let them touch my wife’s car Mercedes.. If I can give them 10 stars I would ..I highly recommend the shop over any dealership.. Also quick, efficient, and done right the first thing.. Plus the shop work is warranty.. All around win..
This is one great company we wheee here out of town and brake light came on in my Porsche and I called dealer and they where too busy to help and so I call them and Brad was extremely awesome as he got me in and fixed the problem and didn’t over charge me. GEEAT COMPANY. Wish we had one in Florida😊
Finding a trustworthy service center is as hard as finding the one. I had a engine misfire issue with my Volkswagen and European Service Center in Buckhead was spot on with fixing it. I originally used their services and 5mos later the same problem returned. Instead of it being a huge issue, they changed out all spark plugs/coil packs vs. just the one that misfired. Because they didnt get it right the first time, they changed all of the spark plugs and coil pack and did it for free! The new manager was thorough in describing what the issue was and what they were doing to fix it. Great service, will highly recommend to my network.
This shop has NEW MANAGEMENT and NEW TECHS including the Service Manager ERIC and THEY ARE GREAT! You can disregard reviews of the old staff prior to 2019.I have a 2003 Mercedes SL500 that had a low idle RPM front end vibration problem. It was very difficult to determine that the vibration started from a new ABC pump a few months after it was installed. I had four incorrect diagnostics on the problem from both RBM dealers and two other independent Mercedes service centers. Two places charged me $150 for incorrect diagnostics and much more for an unnecessary repair. When I took the car to the European Service Center Eric and the techs:1.Correctly diagnosed the problem;2.Did not charge me for the diagnostic;3.Got approval for a pump warranty exchange;4.Correctly pressurized and installed the new pump.5.Charged me less than I paid for the diagnostics and unneeded repair at one of the dealersThat should give you some idea of how much better they are than most everyone else I encountered. I can’t thank Eric and the new staff enough for making my SL run smooth as silk again.
Didnt have much work done on my car it was more to get an idea of the business before I get repairs done. Excellent customer service, will take time to really explain whats going on and what can be done, also is very upfront about timetables and possible future problems (and how qualified they are to work on your vehicle) which is always a major plus. Finding a mechanic is always a hassle when youre new to a town, but this is a great first stop of you have a european built car.
This is the only place to take your European cars. They know these cars way better than Christian Brothers or any of those jabronis, so do yourself, your wallet, and your car a favor by coming here.Cory will go to bat for you against the warranty companies, making sure you don’t get taken advantage of. They’re fair and do the job right. As long as I own a European car, this is the only place I’ll come.
Amazing! From customer service to actually servicing the car! We have a 2013 Mercedes Benz C-250, the dealership was of course trying to charge an arm and a leg however when I found these people I will not be looking for any other car service place ever again. I am so happy I decided to give European Service Center a try for an oil change. They use Liquid Moly which is the top of the line oil for European cars. The only true synthetic oil on the market. I also appreciate how they add an engine cleaner to help with the performance of my car. They are HONEST and transparent about any cost for the service of your vehicle. Their receipts are easy to understand and are clearly listed.What sets European Service Center a part from everyone else is their customer service. I unfortunately was in an accident after I got my oil changed. Eric and his technicians exuded the upmost compassion towards me. They made sure I was okay and let me leave my car there until we could transport the car over to Buckhead Collison. As a woman, it’s nice to know I have a reliable mechanic that is here to help me and not overcharge me. ESC has earned my trust and I look forward to using them as a life long customer.
This was my first time using European Service Center and they did not disappoint. I loved that I was able to bring my car in without an appointment. They gave me a very accurate estimate regarding cost of repairs and worked quickly to get my car in and out. Will return for all future work.
Friendly and attentive staff. Very responsive and quick service/repair.Took car in for a diagnostic and ended up having the repair done at this shop even though I prefer doing the work myself. When I picked it up, I noticed it idled rough in reverse and drive.It was not in that condition when I dropped it off so I popped the hood and checked it out.It is missing the 10mm bolt holding the air box to the engine bay. Also missing a black 8mm bolt that holds a black box under the MAF to the air box.Missing 2 very visible bolts makes me believe that maybe something wasn’t buttoned up right when putting the parts back together or a vacuum line was compromised, causing the rough idle. In short, I ended up with another problem and nothing was mentioned when I picked it up.
After I was sold an audi it came with a couple issues that this place did everything possible to fix at an extremely reasonable price. I then went to another place to get my oil changed, of which my car started leaking miserably. After taking it back here to see what the problem was they found the company, dekab tire, changed my oil and put in a faulty bolt then told me i would have to pay 240$ for them to fix. I took it back here to get checked, they fixed the entire leakage and only made me pay for the new oil as well as helped me write a complaint and get a full refund for the problems I had with the car from the dekab tire! European motor cars is absolutely incredible and I highly suggest you go here: they will do everything possible to ensure your car is fixed as well as give you a 3 year warranty for it if the problem persist. This place is amazing and Im so glad Ive found it. I SERIOUSLY recommend coming here. I dont know how to convince you more to come here.
This was my first time bringing in my VW. Performed an oil change, checked/topped off fluids and set tire pressure to factory specs. Unfortunately my tire pressure indicator appeared on the dash the day after service. I am oping it will turn off otherwise I may bring it back in to see why. The price seemed fair and the service was done same day.
I came to Atl to purchase an Audi and needed a pre-purchase inspection. I found European Service Center at the last minute. I had a great experience with the guys there. I almost missed out on this, because the inspection usually takes 2 hrs and they were about to close in an hour. They did it in an hour and saved me about 1,000 bucks when negotiating my deal !!! I would definitely recommend this spot!!!
I own a 2001 Mercedes 500. This car has been quite a challenge to say the least. EMC team has been there for me for several years offering out of the box solutions to a temperamental over engineered vehicle. My family has often said “leave it on the side of the road “ thanks to EMC Bob Saladna and his staff they have always solved a complicated problem in a very cost effective manner. I was so comfortable with the used car pre-inspection service they did (last year) that i purchased the vehicle so naturally i returned for the scheduled maintenence. My vehicle was ready as promised and the charges were competitive. Even received a military discount! And a ride to and from the marta station!

Ive been using EMC as my shop of choice since I moved to GA 4 years ago. Two of the locations (Duluth & Buckhead) put a lot of time and effort into my 330xi before I finally sold it. I just took my 335i into the Buckhead shop for its first visit. Same day turnaround for the couple of issues, and at a very reasonable price for parts & labor. The team is fast, knowledgeable, and very professional.
I LOVE these guys! I have been taking my beloved aging 2000 VW Beetle to Scott and his team for close to 5 years now. With their diligence and care, it continues to run great. Rather than facing expensive repairs, I can trust them to identify aging parts in need of replacement BEFORE I get stranded on the road. Last time the mechanic installing new headlights even gave me a heads up on a future clutch replacement.They are thorough, honest, reasonably priced and an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. I feel like family when I visit.So grateful to have found them!
Took my Range Rover in for a coolant leak, they assessed the problem and gave me a very fair quote to perform the repair, they also have a text message system in place that lets you know the status of the repairs. I found this very helpful and would definitely recommend them for any Land Rover work.
My husband and I always enjoy working with European Motor Works!We have a 2001 Audi TT and a 2006 Audi A4 wagon, both of which have gotten a little fussy in their old age. The team members at EMC are seasoned mechanics, guys who know how to diagnose, evaluate, and fix odd/quirky problems that develop on older vehicles.Our recent visit included replacement of a worn-out hood release latch (better to replace it BEFORE it breaks completely) and replacement of a malfunctioning motor for the rear windshield wiper (ditto). We always feel we get good, honest advice about when to address an emerging issue proactively versus when to take a wait and see approach on something minor, plus theyre often willing to bundle labor costs for miscellaneous tasks done at the same time.In sum, I highly recommend European Motor Cars, especially if you have an older vehicle and are tired of paying increasingly exorbitant prices at dealerships (which, of course, want you to REPLACE your older vehicle rather than continuing to repair it).
Was traveling through ATL when our van broke down, called a few places before calling ESC and no one really wanted to help us. Called ESC and Richard was awesome from the start told us to bring it in, had us diagnosed in no time. Got the parts and repair it all within the next day. Richard was super helpful and informative, I would recommend calling ESC to everyone to save a lot of hassle and money.

2022-02-262014 BMW 428i coupeI called in just for a quick oil change and I did have a few other questions regarding my vehicle. Colin answered and was nothing but professional. He explained he did have appointments all day but managed to squeeze me in. I dropped my car off and went over my concerns with my vehicle. They were going to do a full diagnostic and the oil change and said it could take a few hours but should have it before back to me for the weekend. Within 10 minutes of dropping my car off, Colin and his team had my car in the air and were already diagnosing the issues. Within 2 hours, my car was complete. I went back and picked it up and was only charged for the oilchange (amazing) but was also provided with a link to see their full inspection of my vehicle that included full details and pictures.I don’t leave reviews but these guys deserve 10/5 stars for their professional and knowledge they provide. Prices are fair and not going to break the bank either.If you have a European car, this is the place you want to go! As long as I live near them, I will provide continue to bring my vehicle to them.

2022-03-21Do not take your vehicle here to be service! Colin is a liar and a racist. They did not fix the issue I came in there for. Ive sent him multiple videos to show him proof. They are just collecting money and not fixing anything. Also, he said my belt idler pulley etc needed to be replaced on my car(he said that to collect money from my car warranty company). He talked all shXX about Mercedes Benz technicians and how they arent good and not to take your vehicle there. His white customers are more important than his black customers because he left me outside waiting on him to return with a video while he was inside helping someone else. I knew when I visited the first time this place was full of it. Do not take you vehicle to European Service Center. The technicians here arent good! Just an awful experience!

2021-11-11Customer service was 11/10 thanks to Colin. Professional, transparent, and super sweet! I came in for an oil change and was supposed to pick up my car that day but I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to pick it up. Colin reassured me that it wasn’t an issue and that they would safely keep my car overnight. Phew.The next day when I went to pick up my car, he offered to take a look at my tail light (I had asked a question about it when I was checking in). He fixed it right away.So thoughtful and kind of him to remember my concerns! I’m not usually the one to write reviews, but he deserves a great one with 5 stars! Thanks again! You’re the best.
