European Service Center for Audi, BMW, Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes, Mini, Porsche & Volkswagen Repair in other cities:
Scott and the team at European Service Center do a great job. They keep you informed of what they are doing and what they think the problems may be and importantly what they think the costs will be. I trust them with servicing my BMW and recommend their service and support. Great guys to work with.
Had some squeaky brakes on a BMW 328i so called around to several European service companies and Scott sounded the most honest, knowledgeable and fair with pricing. Brought the car in only to be told brake pads and rotors are in good shape with lots of life. Scott told me the car needed some miscellaneous services (oil change, filters, etc.). Oil change price seemed steep but after calling around it was right in line with all the other shops. Proceeded with oil change and brake fluid flush, came to pick it up and Scott told me they also went ahead and filled the tires as the TPMS was indicating they were low, replaced the low battery in the key fob, and changed out the bulbs in the brake light as it was giving a malfunction on the dashboard (unfortunately that error popped back up on the way home but Google shows that that’s a common thing if the bulb is even a little loose. Not a big deal). Quick turnaround too. It’s hard to feel like you can trust a mechanic but these guys are incredibly knowledgeable and have great integrity. No unjustified charges, not even diagnostic. Highly recommend and we will definitely be loyal customers. Thank you Scott and team!
Brought in my Porsche Cayenne for 40,000 miles service and Scott was the one who gave me the quote over the phone. He was very professional and friendly. He answer all me questions and explained what had to be done on that maintenance service. The car was ready at promised time with the printout of all the things that was done. Also he told me what would be the next thing that needed to be done at next visit. The price was reasonable. Appreciate the great service and I will be returning to the shop again when needed!
These guys have been maintaining my Porsche Cayenne almost since I’ve purchased it. Still running great and they always provide honest and reliable work. They discuss the diagnostics in laymen terms and discuss the process of why something is being suggested. Not only do you receive great work at a great price but you also walk away knowing just a little more about the mechanics of your car!
They are excellent!! I cannot explain how great my car drives. After work not being completed during the warranty period or not being informed thru dealership of work I was going to need, I just assumed the way my car drove was normal.Oh no my car is 10 years old but only has 26,000 miles on it. It has never, ever, even brand new, driven off the dealership floor driven this way!!I’m so great full for a place who is honest and delivers quality work. Sad to say I’ve never had that from my dealership. Thanks guys!!
I walked into their shop with a strange electrical problem that my regular mechanic was unable to resolve, and other shops refused to even look at.Despite being overwhelmed with work they not only took the time to immediately find and review available schematics of my late model vw, but also offered to study the possible problem with a view to determining an accurate cost prior to resolution.During diagnosis they actually fixed the problem. The cost was absurdly low. These guys are pro’s. I highly recommend them.
No matter what issues I am having with my car, Scott and team always get to the root of the problem fast and let me know the most affordable plan of action to get it fixed. I am forever grateful for their service and will continue to be a loyal client as long as I am in the Atlanta area.
Great experience here! So much better than the dealership. Ive always been able to get in and out same day with most repairs like when I needed my front brakes replaced and fluids serviced. The manger Scott is a great guy and the techs in the back like Ryan go well beyond and are very helpful answering any questions or concerns I had. I bring my wifes car and my daughters here as well. Thanks again guys!
I’ve been coming to European Service center for a few years now. I had issues with my car starting and was told it was likely the alternator by the tow service. Once Scott and the team got it they diagnosed it as the battery and saved me hundreds of dollars! They easily could’ve replaced the alternator as I asked and had me pay more, so I appreciate their honesty. I’ll continue to be a customer here.
I had several individuals refer European Service Center to me for my Range Rover. After speaking with Scott I felt very confident he would treat me fair. He looked at my vehicle, called and let me know the issue and said it should still be covered by my factory warranty. Call Land Rover and it was! When I went to pick my vehicle up he warned me to make sure they (Land Rover) do an additional step in the repair that a lot of times isn’t done when replacing parts on warranty work! How nice was that?!! I will definitely use them for all my maintenance!
They sent me a link to do a review. That probably was not the smartest thing for them to do. This time they did a very shoddy job on the repair. They replaced my spark plugs and they didnt put the coils back on with two bolts each. I ended up getting a misfire because of the work. The only reason I found there pretty lazy work was because I was looking at the misfire. The new price of $560 for spark plugs also seems high. I even told them in advance that the coil bolts needed to be replaced because last time they put them on they put them on so tight they stripped a little when they were taking off so just needed to new bolts, not only did they not tell me they didnt put on new bolts after they told me they would they just decided not to use any of the bolts that were overly stripped and left the coils loose. The mechanic said one bolt should be fine, thats silly, they come with two bolts for a reason. Replacing spark plugs on this car takes maybe an hour and thats with an amateur. They are going to get new bolts for me, but I should not have had to find this on my own.(updated) I talked to the CEO, really great customer service. I have been going to this place for years and this was an anomaly. They corrected the issue and gave me more than fair compensation for the work this time...Thanks!
Looking for a great Auto repair shop in Atlanta, GA, thats inexpensive you have found the right place! European Motors Repair is the right place ! Excellent Customer Service! Excellent repair & as well as Scott checking in with you keeping you posted before your vehicle is done! Being an Owner of a Foreign car, prices tin to be very expensive to repair, however Scott will take good care of you at European Motors! He will help you save money & quality work done on your Vehicle! Thank me later!
This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had having work done on my BMW.I’ve been a Global Imports customer for years but recently became frustrated with them, so I decided to try the European Service Center, which I drive by every day.I dropped my car off with them that very same evening, they called me by 10AM the next morning with the work that needed to be done and estimated costs, and had my car ready for me the very next day. She’s running like a brand new car.Definitely try this shop out - it’s worth it for the service and convenience!
I have used European for about ten years now for my mid 90s BMW. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair. Scott, the manager, explained every repair in as much detail as I wanted and I really believe in this place. A specialized, knowledgeable, and experienced group of mechanics that do just one thing and do it well - and wont bankrupt you.
I was really pleased with the customer service I received. In my experience repair shops try to sell you services and repairs that you don’t really need. Scott gave me the run down of what was going on with my LR Discovery and was honest about what needed immediate repair and what I needed to have repaired on the near future. Repair time was reasonable and the cost was affordable. I will definitely use this repair center again
Scott and the staff have done excellent work for my wife and I several times. The pricing is not only better than the competition but the work done is great as well. Will not name names but another company told us we needed a new turque converter and we got a second opinion here that saved us thousands. Would recommend this group to anyone!!!
I called Scott a few weeks ago for a quote on an oil pan gasket repair on my car. Although I wasn’t a customer at the time, he took the time to price it out and walk me through the timing and process of the repair. After looking at a few more shops, I returned to European Service Center for the repair and couldn’t be happier! Although it was a tedious repair job, they were able to get it done in the same day. I have been looking for a new repair garage, and now I have a good one to return too!
The team at European Service Center are honest mechanics. One of the local Porsche dealers have on more than one occasion told me that I need services that I did not need. On the last occasion I was told that the battery on my Panamera was at 72%, which would be weird because Ive only had the car for a year and a half. ESC confirmed that the battery power was above 90%. They have always delivered great service and finish before at at the anticipated time.
On my way back home over Labor Dsy weekend my car stopped running on 285 in Atlanta. My car was towed to AAA Service Center. After the initial diagnosis, the AAA mechanics determined that they could not solve the issue. Fortunately for me, next door to the service center was Scott and his team at European Service Center. The issue was not a simple fix. However, the cause was diagnosed and fixed.I was expecting a to have to take a second mortgage out to pay for the repairs. Much to my surprise, the bill was very reasonable and my car is running better than it has in years.Scott communicated with me every day as to the progress. The issue with my car was not a simple fix, but if I ever have car trouble in Atlanta again, the decision of who to call will be simple, European Service Center on Roswell Road.
This shop has a new manager than what has been there for the last several years. I have been a long time customer and have always come back for the reasonable cost and exceptional repairs. Always done right, always the first time. The new manager Scott really brought experience to a completely new level! He explained everything in a very understandable way and went above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my difficult schedule. Thank you so much for exceeding what were already great expectations!
As a woman, Im always concerned about being taken advantage of when getting my vehicle repaired. I did not feel that way when I took my car to ESC.Scott was very informative and helpful in getting my car issues fix. I was told by Audi that I needed to get a new timing chain in my A6. Luckily I thought to get a 2nd opinion. When I took it to ESC, they diligently checked out my car and came to a different conclusion. I was sooo glad that I did not pay for a repair I did not need. They were very thorough in getting to the root cause of the problem and even saved me $$$ by only repairing what was actually needed, and not what they thought needed repairing.Thank you ESC for all of your help 🤗. You now have a new customer, and Im adding 5 more stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.Lisa D.
My name is Scott, I purchased a 02 SLK 320 Red Mercedes with 214,987 miles on it from Australia Motors that was leaking oil all over the engine block, that needed a Valve Cover and gasket. I called E$C, Scott set an appointment for me the same day. The repairs were done and two months later the engine block is Bone dry. I recommend ESC they do great work 😀😀😀😀
Okay, Im impressed by this place. I have a 2013 Volvo XC90 and it can be a challenge to find oil filters. They have them! My coolant system light recently came on, and I learned from Jiffy Lube that there was a radiator leak... All the places I called to get quotes seemed baffled as to how they would fix the leak. I took my car into European Setvice Center and my car was fixed the very same day, at a fraction of the cost quoted by other providers. We took the Volvo on a cross country trip it performed beautifully! Bravo!
I took my car in for an oil change service. The were full but made sure to work me and still get me taken care of. The notified me that I had a coolant leak that will need to be repaired which my car did not. They are that good because a few days later my coolant service light came on. I will continue to take my car back here in the future.
I had bad experience.I dropped off my car for oil decreasing problem. They gave me a quote for around 4000$.However i checked with three other car shops in the city and the problem was really easy and shouldn’t take that much.I ended up fixing my problem in other shop for 700$ and so happy with that.
Do not hesitate to come here. Ive worked in shops and auto repair before, these guys know what theyre doing. They discovered several minor vacuum leak issues with my 2006 GTI that I had no idea were there while they were installing a replacement timing belt and water pump as maintenance. I ended up driving away a car with more power and better fuel economy than when it arrived in addition to the maintenance I brought it for. Work was completed extremely quickly given how busy their shop stays, everything was described in detail to me at pick up to make sure I understood what they did to what and where. This was my first time here and everything I saw inspires complete confidence in them. I will be coming back.
This shop is a joke and they will scam you. We took an BMW X5 in because of a noise. We err told it was brakes and the brake line needed to be repaired. $1280+ later the brake fluid light is on and the truck is still making the noise. We called and were told the brakes were only the initial diagnosis. Please don’t waste your money.
I took my E350 Mercedes to European motor cars on Roswell road for a service because of the convenient location . Never again!!! What a rip off!!! Service cost me over $1000!!!!initial quote was $750. Still way high. I usually pay around $300 -$375 for regular services. Like I said - I only used this place because of the convenient location !! They eventually refunded me $150 because my husband went over and complained about the price. I will never use this place again - total rip off!!!!?
Unfortunately, my experience with this repair shop wasn’t as I expected. I took my 2011 Land Rover Range HSE in on Monday due to error message I was getting “HDC not available. After about four days of being in the shop, I was told it was probably a sensor causing the issue. Upon inspection of my vehicle, I was told there’s several errors displayed. The recommendation was to replace the Circuit Range Sensor, needless to say, replacing that sensor didn’t resolve the problem $468.34 spent/wasted on Friday and unable to drive the vehicle the next day Saturday. Took the vehicle to the dealership Monday which was closer and as precaution to ensure no further strain on vehicle . Diagnostics ran by dealership and was advised the sensor which was replaced would NOT have addressed the error message I was receiving. I had to pay fee of $143.00 for diagnostics from dealership, who did a extensive and thorough inspection of my vehicle. Unfortunately, I’m being told cost of true repairs to resolve the “HDC unavailable” error would cost approximately $5733.00 to repair. So all in all I’m not at satisfied with the whole situation....especially spending $468.34 for repairs which added absolutely NO value to resolution.
I am the review “Unsatisfied Customer” below, here to address some of the many lies that I have been told by this establishment. I have included numerous screenshots in this review as proof to defend my claims. In addition to this review, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.*On some phones the pictures won’t appear, if this is the case I’d recommend viewing via the Google Maps app.*The fact that in their response to my previous review they said my car has “multiple issues”, when the only issue was the one I brought the car in for, is very childish and unprofessional. They refuse to address the issue at hand here, which is that I BROUGHT MY CAR INTO YOUR AUTO SERVICE SHOP TO GET IT FIXED AND THE ISSUE WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND STILL REMAINED. Also, the fact that they said “the battery was barely below the threshold of being bad” still doesn’t negate the fact that THE BATTERY WAS INDEED BAD and that INDEPENDENTLY REPLACING THE BATTERY FIXED THE ISSUE I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE INTO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TO FIX. The other issue they “diagnosed” my car with was an engine oil leak, in which the oil was never leaking. I had taken my car to get a oil change about a week prior, in which oil may have been spilled. There has NEVER been oil on the floor after driving off, no smell of oil, and no insinuation by the vehicle that I have oil level issues. So again, a misdiagnosis and another attempt at a money grab.I brought my car in on January 18th, with the issues of the car not starting, stalling when starting, and with multiple warning lights on in the dash. When I dropped the car off at this establishment and agreed to service, I was told that these issues would be rectified. Therefore, for Scott to say that in the included screenshot that he “never gave me the pretense my car would be 100% fixed”, is ludicrous. When a customer brings in their car to a mechanic, there is ALWAYS the pretense that the issues will be resolved, especially for a service worth $600.00. If he had told me that he couldn’t entirely fix the issue, I would’ve taken my car to a qualified service center. After I paid $580.15, my car was working well but very “hesitant” to accelerate which is a new issue I’ve never had prior to going to this service center. Two days after the car had been serviced, my car was hesitant to start, and all the lights in the dashboard returned (both of the initial complaints).I brought the car back to the establishment, at my request, to get it looked at again. All Scott did was say that “He hoped this was the issue but he knew that it probably was the issue of the engine module, and that would cost another few thousand dollars”. He also reset the lights in the dash.A day or so after the reset, the lights came on again. At this point, I had lost all confidence in this establishment, as their credibility had entirely diminished. I then called Audi, and relayed the issues I was experiencing. They informed me that based on not seeing the car, and what they had simply heard, I may need to check the battery voltage as that could potentially be the issue. When i did, TWICE on two separate occasions and at two different locations, both times the battery was deemed as bad. I had the battery charged in which it still read “bad battery”, which prompted me to take Audi’s advice and change it. This is shown in the included screenshots. Ever since I changed the battery, I have had no problems with my vehicle. No lights, no inability to start, a perfectly running vehicle. This is also proven in the screenshots.I am so sick and tired of the LIES and inability to take ACCOUNTABILITY when your business has dropped the ball. I shouldn’t have paid $580.15 in order to have my issues rectified, for them not to be and have to pay another $300 to someone else to right your company’s wrongs. However, at least the $300 service ACTUALLY FIXED THE ISSUE. To anyone reading this review, please save yourself the energy and money. Go to a business more credible, trustworthy, and willing to right their wrongs.
Prompt scheduling and completion of belt replacement for my 328i, at a price far more reasonable than that charged by the dealer, after European Motor Cars brought the problem to my attention when replacing a headlight. I am consistently pleased with the service provided at the 4400 Roswell Road location.
Recent visit to European Motor Cars - i recently purchased a used 2009 328 - the car had rear wheel vibration that wouldnt go away - took the car to Global Imports, and they said it was a bent rim - replaced it - problem still there - global was clueless - I took it to Butler Tire - they couldnt figure it out. Finally took it to EMC after reading their reviews - these guys quickly assessed that it was the transmission, and that the gears were not engaging properly when it was down shifting as it accelerated - said it might be a big issue, but suggested a transmission service first - and thats all it took - the car runs perfectly! I highly recommend these guys - they said that Global should have known about this since BMW had issued a service note on the problem - Global? Never again - Only taking my car to EMC on Roswell Road!
To be completely honest I did not get serviced here because it was just a little outside my budget. But the staff was great they tried really hard to work with me on the money part and I got the sense this is probably the best place to take your euro. And you know what they say... You get what you pay for

2022-02-21I have been bringing my Audi A6 here for the past 6 years for service and I would not take it anywhere else. The staff is friendly and Scott is very helpful when answering questions or handling any issues. I dont know anything about cars and he is always patient with me. I recently took my car in for some extensive repairs. They got back to me quickly with a reasonable and detailed quote. They completed the work and I was very pleased. I dont live close to their location and I could go anywhere else. I choose to continue coming back because I trust them, they are friendly and the prices are competitive.

2022-05-13Not Skilled at Fixing the Problem & Terrible Customer ServiceBrought my Porsche Macan in for a 60k mile service & because the check engine light was on. Scott reported that the engine light was due to the breather valve & radiator blind assembly needing replacement. Almost a week later, the check engine light was still on. Scott said he was still waiting on another sensor that it needs. I paid >$1400 & made arrangements to return once he got the sensor. I return the next week & Scott install the sensor & reported that the check engine light was off. When I picked up my SUV & started it, the check engine light was still on. Scott again cleared the check engine light & said I was ok to go. A few miles down the road, the check engine light came back on again. I immediately called the office & was told Scott was unavailable & so I explained my problem & requested that Scott call me back. About a week later still no call & so I called back again & Scott reported that I probably needed to replace the turbocharger because when he was inserting the sensor he noticed that it wasnt working properly. When I asked why he proceeded fixing it the way he did, he reported that it is a step-wise process, but the bottomline is he found the problem, but choose to do something else. At this point, I still wanted the problem fix & had already paid $1400 for nothing & so he told me he would call me back with an estimate & he NEVER did. At this time, I would never use this repair shop again or recommend it.

2022-02-18I drive 35 miles to come here, past many other service centers. Scott and his team are honest, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and I will not go anywhere else. I was referred to them by a friend, and now I hope to let others know that these guys are the “good guys”….I feel blessed to have found them!

2021-12-15Scott has impeccable customer service! Even followed up a few days later to make sure my car was running smoothly. Very professional. I also saved money going to him versus the Audi dealership. I definitely will be back.

2021-09-27European Service Center is fantastic! They’re super professional and a really nice team of people who are dedicated to making sure they’re clients have a great experience from start to finish. Scott and the team are awesome. The services done to my car were spot on and exactly what I needed and would have cost me so much more at the dealership. I will be going back for future services to my car.

2021-01-11I have been dealing with the European Service Center for my BMW repairs since I originally purchased my vehicle early last year. I have taken it for it’s annual services, tune up and oil changes! I always have them run a diagnostic, as they deliver the most in-depth, detailed diagnostic reports ever. When you receive a diagnostic report here it is super detailed and lists the price for repair for each item that needs service. This way you can decide which services your pocket can actually afford at which time. These guys always do an outstanding job at servicing my vehicle. They are quick, honest, professional and affordable! I look forward to using the European Service Center for all future repairs! Thanks Guys!!!

2021-08-18Service was great. Communication on part that was ordered from over seas was great as well. They were able to get my back truck running just in time to pass down to my daughter to drive. Recommend to anyone who needs work on their BMW.

2021-06-28Dropped in around noon on a Friday without an appointment. Parking lot was full. Told my story about burning up without AC, hoping to get an appointment sooner than the dealer’s two weeks. Scott says I think I can work you in this afternoon. Also said my 2017 Audi probably takes some new and very expensive refrigerant. Four hours later he calls and says it’s ready to go, no big issues, and didn’t require the expensive refrigerant. Charge me a third of what he had guessed it might cost, and it is working beautifully now four days. I am mightily pleased, and I will be back for other needs.

2020-05-04Great shop - I will be coming back here for all my Audi repairs.Their pricing is very fair - other shops I spoke to tried charging 30-40% more for the same repair. In addition to the great pricing, Scott knows his stuff and does excellent work. Very good communication and quick turnaround time. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
