Great place to shop with a wife variety-
Kroger is the anchor store for this shopping area but they have other stores you can patronize. I wish the Dollar Store was still there. I dont know the specifics of why they closed other than the owner told me they werent making enough money to even pay the rent. I normally go to Krogers to use the Pharmacy but usually end up buying food stuff there thats on sale. I know they have high prices on some items but they also have good sales where you can save a lot. Everyone is friendly and helpful and they have treated me so well Ive kept going there for the last 18 years.
H& R Block people are super friendly and smart!
Parking is set up with Lanes going both ways. Got to be careful. Lot has a bit of trash laying around.

I go to Walmart in Evans for items that are not sold at the other walmart stores that are closer to me its a fantastic place and always very busy..and every time I go there Wich is a couple times a month I always get a false reading from google maps saying that I went to the kroger pharmacy instead..
They really need to finish the parking lot - bad drivers dont know what to do with themselves. Also i would like to see something come out of the vacant space where subway and the salon used to be. Its been vacant for a couple years now. Only good things there are the Kroger and Tai restaurant
Got my vehicle tire fixed at tires plus, very friendly staff, reasonable price and service, will come again when needed

An older Kroger, but the employees are friendly and always remember their customers. Tires plus is great (Military Discount). And Miyabi Jr. Is great for hibachi food when you dont have time to go to the show restaurant.
They have turned this Kroger into a super store and the selections and choices are extremely competitive. With the card and sales, its the best deal in town and definitely the one to beat.
Kroger employees hanging outside near the pharmacy area smoking, very nasty having to walk through their disgusting cloud of cigarette smoke. Very unprofessional of kroger to allow this, smoke breaks need to be behind the building.
Great little strip mall. It has your grocery needs (KROGER #1), with a Starbucks. Theres several places to grab a bite to eat along with several Banks or Credit Unions.
This is a hot bed for the Agents of Chaos! Look at them through special sun glasses and you will be made aware.
The anchor store is Kroger with a gas station and while there is a great selection of restaurants, fast food options and service stores, it is also only a short walk to Evans town center park as well.
Really nice shopping area with good restaurants. Parking area is spacious and clean. Great stores here, needs a bath and body works to make it perfect.😊
Well my only problem is the Subway shop. There is a very rude young man working there.Do not practice good saftey food handling measures at all. Very unpleasant employee, need to be terminated.
From clothes, to shoes, to sporting stores with jerseys to support your favorite team, Rue 21 as well as a junior store with amazing clothes, you can also head down 2 get amazing clothes on discounted prices, they have your office needs and if you want to stop up and pick up something for your pet you can do that on the way out or go eat there so many places to choose from

My usual hairdresser cancelled my appointment 45 minutes before schedule. I have a event comming up so my whole week is booked and I had to color my hair. I googled and they had great reviews and could take me this morning.Brittany did a Awsome job and shes so sweet, today was my first but not my last visit at TrendZ Salon.

My hometown Kroger. Other than Kroger being a terrible company as far as wages go and how they work their employees to death I still go here because Publix is way too expensive and I dont trust shopping for food at Walmart. Also the manager at Kroger, lets call her Ms. D, shes under qualified and is power hungry and doesnt care about you or your family.
The fruit is great and the selection is really nice. However, the aisles of the store are extremely narrow and difficult to maneuver.

Everything you need is pretty much right here! Everyone in this plaza is taking social distancing serious and even providing masks in some of them.
Kroger pharmacy has very fast service and great pricing

This is the best place in Evans GA to get gas, groceries, Chinese food, Subway, pizza, or even breakfast. You can even go to the bank.

The parking lot is way to small. By the time the employees at all the stores park only a handful of parking spaces left.
Close to home, great places to get what you need in several categories and get home fast.

Traffic is really bad because of the chickfila on the corner, thats really dangerous with people just sitting in the road as you try to get in Plaza.

This could be the worst ingress egress to a shopping center I have ever seen. I avoid it simply because of traffic.

Lots of police - security. Parking lot is under construction along with entrances & exits. Its a real mess.

2022-03-05Being a guy, I dont know the names of shopping centers? Its weird to me. I know them by what I go to.I know from the pic this place has a IHOP, a Krogers & I think it has Miyabi Jr. so, its an ok place. (notice all the places I know are about food).....

2021-06-02I appreciate the convenience of the shopping center, but it could definitely be a little cleaner. The remodel of the building from the exterior has improved the curb appeal, but its still feels very bland.
