Cindi, Angel, and Hal provide first class services to their residents. We appreciate the cleanliness, great communication and top notch accomodation. We also love the extras this place provide to lift up the spirits of the residents during this pandemic such as concerts at the courtyard from our own balconies, gift bags, cinco de mayo grab and go goodies, and much more. Happy to have found this place.
I had the opportunity to visit EVOQ this week and I was truly amazed by the experience. The property is very unique in feel -I felt like is was at a boutique hotel with all of the amenities and extra touches. The staff is amazing as well.
Ive been to a couple of events now at Evoq and was so impressed with all the fun amenities. It is such a beautiful property and a great option for empty nesters in the Johns Creek area!

We moved in on Dec 16. After a few days we discovered a leak in/from the shower. I have made several requests for repairs for the leak and others issues to no avail. As of today, Dec 30, the problems has not been resolved.The community manager has no sense of urgency in getting the repairs done in a timely manner.
I have had the pleasure of working with this development team for over 10 years. They have put their heart and soul into this project, and it shows. Great work! Looking forward to eating some donuts in the new cafe!
My wife and I moved to EVOQ in March and we.are loving it here.We chose a one and a half bath unit and is very pleased with it.So far management have been great and the residents are very friendly.Looking forward to being here for a long time.

YOU CAN GET A HOME WITH 4 BEDROOMS FOR WHAT A ONE BEDROOM COST BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WE ENDED UP DOING. HOW IN THE WORLD CAN YOU CHARGE AS MUCH AS YOU DO? NO WONDER SO MANY UNITS ARE SITTING EMPTY. ONE OF OUR CHILDREN IS A LEASING MANAGER OF A LOCAL APARTMENT COMMUNITY AND YOUR PRICING YOURSELVES RIGHT OUT OF THE MARKET. AGAIN, NICE BUT PUSHING TWO GRAND FOR A ONE BEDROOM? ABSOLUTELY INSANE! 2022-02-23Evoq is a beautiful property. Very clean and quiet. Has a lot of social events that you can attend. Beautiful common areas and pool area. Amazing gym area. And the management is amazing.I have been an apartment dweller my whole life so I have moved a lot and the process here was so easy. My leasing agent Shaunna actually helped me more than I have ever been helped. Including walking me to my apartment to see if my fob and key worked!I would recommend this community to anyone.

2022-02-23I have lived at Evoq since last summer. After living in a house all of my adult life, I thought it would be difficult adjusting. It definitely was far from that. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are top notch. I am definitely happy that I made the decision to reside here.

2022-02-24We needed a place to live while transitioning from Florida to Georgia. I researched online and found Evoq!! There were lots of other options, but I loved the 55+ professional community atmosphere Evoq offered. The team here is amazing and have been so helpful! Shaunna helped us pick the perfect apartment and get settled in. Cindi processed our application quickly and is always available for residents. Kisha does a fantistic job keeping the community extremely clean and jumps in to help with anything you need. The community has it own coffee/doughnut shop that is wonderful, and is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping and Emory medical. The amenities are first class and never crowded. If youre looking for a safe, quiet, professional, modern apartment lifestyle, this is it!! We love it here!!

2022-01-06Personally, it was the worst place for me to live in. So Ill just say I broke my lease after 60 days and paid much to do so. Good luck if you choose to live here. Walls are thin and you can hear everything. Just glad to be out of there!

2020-02-26We just hosted our company event at EVOQ Town Flats in Johns Creek and had a wonderful experience! Not only is the space simply gorgeous, but the good the staff had prepared and catered was delicious but presented beautifully. Because of the spacious entertaining space it allowed our guests to sit while eating or stand while socializing and move about the dining area into the room with the stunning baby grand piano into the beer and wine tap room! And the gracious hosts at EVOQ took our guests on tours of the property as well. Would recommend hosting a company event, social event or networking event at Town Flats, a very cool space!

2020-02-27Cindi and the team at Evoq are extremely friendly and the new development is incredible in architecture and functionality! The amenities are second-to-none! Definitely would recommend their apartments to anyone looking for an upscale living environment with a service-based team of professionals managing the property.

2020-01-30I had the opportunity to visit EVOQ Flats last week (January 23) and was very impressed with their location. Modern, clean and very upscale!They even had a common area for events that was large, spacious and very well appointed. Looks like they had a nice bar set up as well.This particular evening, Lynn provided some live music, which was a real treat! Very rare to find this type of entertainment in all of North Atlanta. Instead of going to a restaurant or bar... the members could simply come downstairs and listen to a 3-Piece band!Lots of great food, beverages and wine was provided as well.Great job Lynn & EVOQ!!

2020-01-20I was so excited to learn of the opening of this community in our area. We have been to several events hosted by EVOQ and have enjoyed meeting other empty nesters like ourselves. The activities are well organized and well attended. The property is beautiful with so many great amenities to offer. We would be happy to call this place home!

2020-11-16Jessica Kirk toured me through EVOQ Town Flats last Friday afternoon. Jessicas tour was informative and unhurried and the property is delightful.I focused on two-bedroom corner unit plans and can report that the Explorer 3 & 4 unit designs are gorgeous.Common areas interiors at EVOQ are gracious and elegant - and will provide lots of fun for residents and their guests when we return to post-pandemic normalcy.
