This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve been to this place the staff is ALWAYS extremely friendly, we will not go anywhere else! We highly recommend! CJ helped us and he was awesome !
I came in right at open to the front of the building and was a bit confused on where to go. I called and they picked up within 2 rings. They politely told me the oil change area is around back. I went around and Thomas asked me what service I may need and instantly guided me in for my oil change.They finished my oil change quickly and were very professional. I recently moved to the area and I’m glad express oil change is still great at this location. Thank you Thomas for welcoming me to my new location!
It is normally really hard to find a car place for service that actually listens to what you think you need. Thomas Watkins and his staff didn’t think twice about up selling especially to a women. They were very professional polite and thorough. I would highly recommend going to them. Great service guys!!
It’s hard to find a trustworthy car repair place these days, but come here and ask for Thomas or Scott and they will take good care of you. They both have repaired my car different occasions and they really know their stuff! Recommend things that my car needed that nobody ever let me know before. Very grateful to have found a place I can trust.

Best experience! Scott was incredible. We were on our way to TN for a business meeting when we got a flat tire. Scott fixed our tire for us very quickly and got us back on the road. He was so very helpful and kind to us! Highly recommend his services!!!
I went to this business yesterday to have apre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle that I ended up buying! These guys did a very thorough inspection, bumper to bumper and also hooked it up to a computer! (Amazing price!) I felt very confident with my purchase after the managers went over every detail of the inspection with me! Very professional business! I absolutely will be using this business for future service!Highly recommend!!! 😇
Seriously the best customer service Ive ever had. The best guys work here! I have been taking my car to Express since I first got a car about 14 years ago. This is the only place I trust getting my car looked at and my oil changed. I have been to 3 diff Express locations and all of them have the most wonderful staff. I had the tires rotated and balanced and the oil changed. It was done in about half an hour. I asked about brake wear and was told it was about 50 percent. The last place I had a rotation I was advised that I needed new brake pads. I appreciate the service here and that theres no pressure to have additional work done.
The staff here is really nice and knowledgeable! They wont oversell you or try to rip you off. As a woman, thats important. You can trust this location. Idk about the other locations. Not all locations are the same.
I absolutely love this place. I saw all the great reviews online and decided to come check it out. Upon arrival I bumped into their assistant manager Thomas who took great care of my car and I. I was getting mycar worked on within minutes He educated me about my car and gave me great deals & even put air in my tires for me. i’ll definitely be returning to get a new set of tires soon!

Fair prices, they have never pressured me into unnecessary work, friendly and knowledge staff. And rather quick - reasonable wait time, but i usually go around 8:30 a.m..
The mechanics at this place are phenomenal. The guy Scott remembered me from last time I came. The whole staff are very knowledgeable about their work. I wasnt there for a long time and this was on a Saturday. I definitely recommend this place.
They were nice and got it done quickly but they charged me $62 for a basic oil change. They claimed the filter for my car was $24 which is crazy. I usually pay around $30 anywhere else for the entire thing. They asked me once they had already started working on my car if the price was okay so I couldn’t really say no.. I feel totally ripped off.
Thomas was great!! Never had to get out my car! He got me in and super quick!! He also took 5 dollars off my oil change. He went above and beyond to make sure all my lights and turn signals were working and went through the break down of everything they did, as well as what they recommend needed to be done. Never felt pressure of him trying to upscale me on anything. Which I love because I feel like sometime when I go to other places they push me to buy or fix with things.I will definitely be back! Wow! These guys were awesome! Went in for an oil change. The entire staff was courteous, professional, and friendly. The oil change was quickly done but they were very thorough checking all fluids and topping off where needed. They also did a vehicle inspection including air filter, hoses, and checking for leaks and such. Going in, I was aware of minor problems that needed attention. They discovered those things and brought them to my attention, suggested service (as they should), gave me a reasonable estimate, but were not pushy in any way. Very professional and friendly at the same time. I was also impressed with the safety of the garage area. There were 3 or 4 guys working on my car, communicating with each other on the progress of the service while maintaining a safe work environment. The price was well worth the excellent service I received. They completely won me over and I will return with my other vehicle when needed. Highly recommended!
Regular oil change and tire rotation today. They always do a great job. Ive been coming here for several years, with multiple cars. The best thing, besides the great and fairly priced service, is they never try to push me into something I dont need. They dont even suggest it. Theyve earned my trust and repeat business. Highly recommend them.
First time being serviced here by the manager CJ. When I arrived no one was initially here to guide me to the back. I have a call and he immediately apologized and came out personally to get my car started with my oil change. He educated me on getting my tires balanced and rotated and was very respectful! He did not push any services I did not need at the time which was a first and I highly recommend.
I go to different express oil change locations but I will go to this location from now on. Thomas was extremely quick and knowledgeable and fixed an oil leak that had been missed on my last oil change at another location. Highly recommend this store
Honest, Reliable, friendly. Express oil was recommended to me by a friend, she spoke about how great the service was so I had to see for myself and all I can say is, I’ve haven’t stop coming.Gary, is “outstanding” he’s goes above and beyond to help. He/they will “not” perform a service just to make money (honesty) and that speaks volumes. The love of Jesus flows in this place. So if you are looking for great service and great people give them a try, I promise they won’t disappoint!
I never write bad reviews. I am a person who will go out of my way to write a good review. I generally love Express Oil Change. Since they are a chain I always go to Express oil change because I trust them to do a good job at a fair price. When I came in they reassured me that it would be right over $70 with tax to get the synthetic oil that I needed. They told me that it would be the same price that I always pay at the other express oil change locations. Fast forward, they tried to balance and rotate my tires after I had just balanced and rotated them THAT SAME MORNING at discount tire. (There was a sticker on the window). They ended up just changing my oil and then the total came up to $96, after they told me $70 when I checked in. I even called and had them speak to a manager at a different express oil change that told them how much I had paid for my past four oil changes (all right at $70) and they still wouldn’t budge. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I will not be returning to this location.
This was literally a 5- Star experience! I pulled into the shop, immediately they took care of me. I sat in my car for the duration of my visit (5-10 minutes) and got my oil and filter changed. They showed me my air filter was filthy and changed it for a great price, checked my lights (two of them out, only $6 each) and gave me a quote for a tune up, at my request. Harrison was awesome and had probably the best customer service skills I’ve ever seen. But plainly, if you want an excellent experience, go see these guys! The team laughs and has fun with each other and gets the job done efficiently! Obviously, I will be back.
I just got back from an oil change with Harrison and he is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to! He helped me out so much and showed me everything to understand my car better. Checked my air filter and suggested a tire rotation for my car. Never had an experience like this especially for a first time visit! Thank you so much!!! Will definitely be returning from now on for my oil changes.

It is sad when all it takes to have a fantastic mechanic experience is honesty, but thats where we are. Thankfully, these are some of the most honest car service folks Ive ever met.There was an issue they easily could have ripped me off with, and they were honest and did not. They also did not try to up-sell me or use scare tactics. The service was very fast, and the price was great.They did a thorough inspection of my car, and handed me coupons in case I wanted to return later to address the issues. And I will. Absolutely.
Jamal, and everyone at Express Oil Change, were super helpful and knowledgeable about the oil my car needed. I was in and out of there super quick without even getting out of my car. They even gave me a discount for being a first time customer. I will definitely be going back!
The service was convenient but they over-charge. They also try to up sell you repairs you dont need or didnt know needed to be done. They lied to me that my radiator was leaking, if that was the case, my car would have been over heating. Wouldnt recommend unless you dont have time to go any other place.
Today was awesome! Thomas helped me and walked me through the process. He let me know about a wonderful discount that they give “When the Braves win, so do you”. If the braves score 5 or more points in a game you get that discounted on your total. Plus if they win on a Tuesday, the discount doubles! Th3 process was quick and easy and I was out of there in 20 minutes. Thank you guys!
Honest, affordable work! I went in for an oil change today before traveling. Scott opens my hood and the power steering hose is spraying fluid. Ive had a small leak Ive just been topping off but it finally hit a breaking point. They give me an estimate, not a bad price. I ask the guy I have to go to Newnan today, so Im hoping to leave at noon, think itll make it? He gave an honest answer and said yeah, just check the fluid level around Atlanta between each way and get it to a shop ASAP. I said Could you guys fix it before noon? He said hed give it his best shot.It went in at 9:15. 10:45 it was ready. Ive waited longer for simple oil changes before.Place absolutely cared about and took care of me. Great company! Oh my gosh! Im literally just leaving this place and I had to right a review asap! The service was awesome. I just came for an oil change When we came we were directed in right away; not by one guy but several. They all jumped in and got the job done. We was out of there in 20 mins and still had plenty of time to make it to work. Harrison had great service and even guided us out of the shop as we were leaving. There were very educated in their field. Not only did they do a great job with the oil change but they were able to diagnose a lot of other things that was wrong with the car by just looking at it! Very pleases!!!!!!!! Will be back!!!!
Today, I truly had the best customer service experience here!Im so happy I came and I WILL come again. Its been a while since Ive had the pleasure to experience what I call great customer service! I asked for a oil change and to get car tag light replaced and the service here was exceptional! Harrison was my service Guy. Anyone that comes here I recommend you ask for him, He will take good care of you and will make sure you leave with a smile. This company is privileged to have someone like him and in general the staff too was great, Service was quick and seemless. I recommend everyone to come here! 😊This place gets ALL stars!!!

Had blown out my rear tire one morning. I called ahead and asked about pricing. I didnt know the size of my tires, but after just giving my cars model, they were quickly able to tell me what I needed. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I went in that afternoon and they ran to their warehouse to get the tire and installed it quickly. The whole thing only took about 40 minutes. Very happy with the quality and service. Will go back again with any other issues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
I took my car in for an oil change last saturday then had to take it back for an unexpected issue. These men are fast, honest, and friendly. They made me feel like I never need to take my car any other place. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had at a repair shop.
I was in and out with my oil change without ever getting out of my car. Wonderful customer service and the tech wasnt pushy about additional services. Simply let me know what I might want to have done in the future and that was all.No upselling or aggressive matinence attempts. I really enjoyed my time.
You can drive up and stay in your car. My kids loved to watch the action up close. Juan serviced the car and was Helpful and professional. Thomas the asst mgr runs a tight ship and has created a welcoming atmosphere. Recommend!
Believe me when I say I never write reviews... but damn this place deserves one! I was in and out in no time at all. I got an oil change and a much needed tire rotation. I was greeted by the manager Greg and then Harrison helped me out! He offered some great suggestions without being pushy for the sell. The prices were fair, he was honest, and above ALL else he joked with me and got me laughing. Just had a good time on the job. Work hard, play hard! I almost want to break my windshield wipers just to have a reason to go back. Thanks Harrison and Greg!
I always have a great experience here. Oil changes are always fast and pleasant. They show you everything they are doing and explain why they are doing them. I went to get my brakes checked and they show my how much I have left on each brake pad and rotor. When I was waiting to get my CV axle replaced they called an Uber for me to drop me off at work. I highly recommend.
This is my second visit to an Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers location and my first visit to the location on Ernest Barrett Pkwy.I hate taking care of car maintenance and tend to procrastinate. When I finally took my car for an oil change (around 1pm on a Tuesday) I was in and out in about 15 minutes because there was no wait. They said I could wait in my car but I preferred to wait in their clean waiting area. The technicians were friendly and efficient. And surprise! Tuesday is ladies day so I saved $5. As a bonus they didnt treat me like a dumb girl nor did they try to sell me services I didnt need.I dont know if there are cheaper places around but I know the next time I need an oil change I wont put it off, Ill head on over to Express Oil Change for a painless experience.

Went to get alignment done and their systems weren’t calibrated - so they actually unaligned me and I later went to a dealer ship who explained how BAD express oil change unaligned my vehicle causing unnecessary tire ware.I got a full synthetic oil change and they claim I need to come back at 5k miles - Toyota recommends 7500 to 10000 miles...We have a 2016 Toyota Highlander.They also nearly forgot to replace my windshield wipers. The guy that was supposed to install them put it in the system to charge and just walked off. When we questioned it (since we sat in the car during the oil change and noticed no one had touched them) they were pretty certain someone had replaced them. They did put the new ones in after we questioned them.Y’all this place just costs me more money and they try to find ways to get money out of you!!!!Be carefulADDITIONALLYMy windshield wipers weren’t even installed correctly!! Good thing I found out while cleaning my windows or else they would have flown off and scratched my windshield 😡😡😡😡LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS
These guys are amazing. They do the service quick, and I haven’t had any problems afterwards. Ive had multiple oil changes and I’ve just had a transmission service too. One of the only service centers I actually trust.
I like this group of mechanics. They all care. Its due to the leadership build by a quite but effective manager.I have taught my kids to engage and learn from this group to maintain their cars. Because its a healthy and trustworthy team their. When I suggest remediation to their services they listen. I am a patient man, so many complaints I listen to while I am their is due to people own unrealistic expectation usually due to stress. And their own implications because they are not proactive on their own cars maintenance. And the time it takes to provide that service. Your fire is not my issue I say, but these guys are their to help even the ones that place themselves in a self induced stressful situation.I watch my son and daughter safely learn and understand how important it is to properly maintain their vehicles.Great job keep it up, you set the standard in our area. Raise that bar high people. Now lets get a female mechanic in ypur ranks. Find one.
I went to this location due to the high ratings, but was disappointed with the service I received on a Tire Repair and would not recommend this service from this location.I came in with a small nail in my tire, which the technician confirmed was reparable. I waited about 15 minutes and was on my way for $15. The next morning I received a low tire pressure warning light, which I figured they did not put enough air in the tire, so I filled it up and choose to monitor. Three days later I received another low tire pressure warning light and saw the tire was 17psi lower than what I have filled a few days prior. Needless to say there was an issue, especially since prior to the repair I was seeing about 2 weeks before I lost this much air.since I do not live in this area, I went to another Express Oil Change where I service my other vehicle and they said the tire had been plugged, not patched and likely needed to be re serviced. I enjoy Express Oil because they are always honest, but clearly not at the Barrett Pwky location or maybe they just dont know how to repair tires properly.When my tire was taken back off, the new technician noted that my original hole was not repaired, actually the nail was still in the tire. Im not sure how you miss that, unless youre just finishing the job to finish the job and not actually repairing the tire properly. See the photos below of the smaller hole in the third picture (this is the original puncture from the nail), then see the second photo with the larger hole (this is what was repaired by this location) and the first photo is how close the two are together.Ive since had a patch put on the tire and havent had any issues in two weeks. I reached out to Express Oil through their website as mentioned in all of the 1 star reviews and havent heard back in the same two weeks. So you all should see those comments as a front that they actually care about making it right, but actually dont when you reach out as requested. Im sure Ill get a nice generic response back within a day or two on social media since everyone else can see how poor they are at repairing tires.
Not impressed. I took one of our company Vans in for an oil chg. They supposedly rotate the tires on all the Vans we have according to the Mgr on duty. I asked our Mgr if they ever did when he went, he said no.Long story short, they rotated the tires and changed the oil. Coolant still at min level in the reservoir, washer fluid half full and air filter never checked as there was no evidence in the dust accumulated on the air box.The tire guy rotated the tires, and then , Proceeded to install the lug nuts at full gun pressure. No torque stick, no torque wrench to apply the correct torque to the lug nuts of a 148 pounds. I asked One of the other service people about it and he said to talk to the guy I asked him and he gave me attitude like I had no idea what I was talking about. I have been servicing vehicles for 30 plus years, and sold the air tool that he was using for 8 years. When I questioned the manager about their process he told me that the guy was doing it correctly, And that that was their policy. This he told me from his office which is in no view of the vehicle being worked on. Granted I think he is a good manager for defending his employee, but not when they are doing and incorrect procedure.Its very sad to see the state of customer service these days.
I went here for the first time today and they were super fast and nice! Took care of my oil change, fuel systems cleaning, and took a nail out of my tire and patched it. Thomas helped me and everything went great!
Awesome place for a quick oil change at a great price! They topped off fluids and gave a thorough check of everything. No pressure to fix things that didn’t need to be fixed. Found them trustworthy and will be returning for all of our car maintenance needs.
Thomas helped me with an oil change.was courteous from the start. He let me know of an additional maintenance item they could take care of them or at a later time. Not in a pushy way at all like a lot of places I have encountered. I even called back with a question after I had left and Thomas took the time to answer it. Thank you.
Gary is awesome and so helpful! They did the work I needed so fast and he was so kind hearted the entire time. He didnt talk to me like I was stupid like Ive experienced at other mechanic shops and he didnt cheat me to make an extra buck. I would highly recommend!!
Great guys over here. They take their time while being extra fast. I was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change. I like that they assess the total car for other issues you may have. Great work!!
As a previous mechanic working on oil changes at Walmart, I must say that this is one of the fastest turn-arounds for an oil change. On top of that the staff is upbeat and incredibly friendly. Particularly I gotta give Thomas a shout out too for making it happen.
Always love coming here and never dread it (no matter what car trouble Im having or what maintenance I need done.) The staff is always welcoming and polite, never condescending. Services are decently priced. They let you know if there is any basic maintenance that your car may need while your car is being worked on, but there is never pressure to get those services done.I made the mistake of taking my car to get an oil change at the Express Oil on Austell Rd (since it is closer to my house) and was incredibly disappointed. Will continue taking my car to the one on Barrett from now on.
Took a long time. Went in for a routine oil change. 67k miles. $61.45. Way too much. There have to be cheaper options. Been going there for 10 years. Not going back. Called the store the next day....that’s the price
Usually, I get so frustrated when it’s time to get my oil changed. Everywhere I have gone in the past takes way to long, but not here!! Jamal and Thomas were extremely helpful! It was the fastest oil change that I have ever had. I will be going here from now on.
I went in needing a few things checked and an oil change. They figured out what I needed quickly, did a great job, were quick, didnt over charge me, nor did they speak down to me. Not to mention I had to small children in tow and they made them comfortable and even gave them a bit of a snack since we were there longer than expected. I couldnt have asked for better service all around. If you need a place to go, these are your guys. It was my first visit there, it wont be my last.
I have moved around a lot and go out of my way to use this company for about 4 years now. I brought in my new car for it’s first oil change. They ended up giving me a new filter, without asking, and I ended up with a $99 bill for a $30 oil change. I am not familiar with car stuff but they could have explained something to me rather than what they did. Super awkward and disappointing. I will not return to this location.
They were amazing and fast! I got there to get an oil change and they helped me right away! The guy that changed my oil,Morgan, went above and beyond and made sure everything was running well and was so kind! If you need your oil changed I highly recommend this one!
Fast, friendly, and very professional. As a female every tech was helpful and honest. I didn’t feel as if they were trying to get over on me. They topped my fluids off and even explained the recommended preventative maintenance. I definitely recommend. Go see Sam!!! He’s the bomb.
I asked for an alignment. They proceeded to drive the car, which a good mechanic would have said, “Whoa! There is something wrong with the car.”The people at express aligned my tires as asked. Then they told me I needed new front axels and new front bearings. Then they charged me $100 for an alignment that they knew they shouldn’t have preformed. A solid mechnic would have called the owner of the car and said, “Hey, I can’t align your front tires because you need new transaxels and bearings.”Express doesn’t care about you. They only care about that money. Don’t take your car here. Take it to A to Z auto off of canton. Frank is honest and cares.
Thomas Sam and Caesar are great guys and fast too!! They did a fantastic job explaining to me what I needed done and why. Thomas youve got some good ways of carsplaining! :) Getting my brakes done now, will update!

This place is awesome! I’ve taken my car to the same mechanic for three years and had a lot of hiccups and extra expenses PLUS my step dad owns a body shop but I take my car to Thomas once and he found all the over looked things that could only be found by someone who cares and takes the time to check. Being a woman who doesn’t know much about cars it’s easy to be intimidated and over charged but go to Thomas it’s like the big brother i never had

This location is terrible. I rate them at 0/5 stars. I have to put at least 1 star or else this site wont let me post the review.Heres why my review is so bad:My Toyota Camery was working fine, but it was due for an oil change. I was right by this establishment and decided to take it there. They charged me $39 for an oil change, which is a bit high. I was fine with because they told me it was the best service.A day afterwards, the water pump/ timing belt/ camshaft belt idler/ and 2 tensioner springs were damaged. My car was smoking and running hot and leaking large amounts of fluids.I called and they said theyd pay for the damages on their dime if they caused them. Of course I know car people and I knew theyd just deny everything and claim they had nothing to do with it. I took it in and thats exactly what happened. The staff was very rude and they were completely unwilling to accept and blame or responsibility. They claimed it was only coincidental. Two years of working fine, and the day after I go to their establishment, it breaks costing me $889 to fix.I highly recommend you go ANYWHERE else if you want decent service, good quality, and not have your car broken.
This is my go-to for all things car related. They are experts at diagnosing your problem, timely on getting work done, and beyond fair when it comes to price. Theyre really personable, too. Everyone Ive ever encountered at this shop has treated me, my wife, and even my mother with courtesy and respect. I drive an electric car now, and Im honestly bummed that I dont get to see these guys as often, now. They deserve every single one of these five star reviews.
Harrison was awesome!!! This place is so informative! They found fluids that weren’t full even after going to Walmart for an oil change! We won’t be going back!! Harrison found things going on with our suv that would of left me on the side of the road! They are very detailed and efficient in their work! They also don’t charge you a million dollars for their services (even when you’re a woman by yourself)!! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! It’s also quick! You’re in and out!

I loved coming here because of one specific guy. I guess hes gone now. I always come here for oil changes and there is never a problem. The one time I want to change it up and get a tire rotation problems start. I left the lot and my car began to drift one way and my steering wheel started shaking. My initial phone call to complain was pleasant. When I got back here I was bombarded with things that are wrong with me car. Things no one told me during the first visit. The old man fixing my car was rude and did not want to hear my questions. He said lets not complicate thing meanwhile I was in the mist of asking a question. Im sitting in the waiting room and Im just annoyed. Paid more money to fix the problem they created. No one apologized or cared about me. Just hoping the problem gets fixed. Ill be back, for an oil changes only.
This was a fastest Ive ever gotten my oil changed. These guys were incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and overall it was an awesome experience. This place is a little out of my way but it will be the only place I get my oil changed from now on.
Id say this place is super trustworthy in a world of shady car mechanics. Dont try to save money to cut corners. This place is worth their prices which are reasonable. Theyre also extremely fast at basic stuff compared to other places, as well as professional and friendly.
I usually change my oil my self or have my fiancé do it but I am short on time these days.This is the first time I have ever been here and the service was absolutely awesome! Harrison and I didnt get the techs name but their service was very wonderful and fast! Please pass on my thanks to these awesome employees. Its hard to find good service these days.
By far, the best place to take your car in Kennesaw. Theyre very helpful and explain everything to you before they work on your car. Ive been going here three years and they have never been anything but the best. They also do mechanical work, not just oil changes. I will never take my car anywhere else, and I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Express Oil Change on Barrett Parkway in Marietta is the best! Scott, David, and the entire staff are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, quick, and HONEST! I take my car to Express Oil for all my maintenance needs, not just oil changes -- tires, batteries, tuneups, repairs, and maintenance work. I know I will always get honest answers, good service, and reasonable prices. I am a customer for life.

I always use express oil change. I used to go to the one on Woodstock because of location but since we moved I have used the one on barrette multiple times. It’s always time efficient, they are always kind, don’t try and sell me things just because I have no idea what to do. I just came to get my tire plugged and since I had three kids in the car and two were sleeping they let me stay in the car, saw me right away and used a hand jack to take off my tire and plug it while my babies continued to sleep in the air conditioned car. That’s the best.
Took me no time at all on a Saturday at 12:30. Harrison helped me out with an oil change. He was fast, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a place you want to go to for an oil change!

The person who serviced my truck and handled my transaction (same person) was very rude. I asked him a question and he just gave me a very curt no. I then tried to ask a follow-up question and he didnt say anything. When I signed my credit card statement there was no pleasant thank you or goodbye or please come again . Nothing. Very rude. I will say he was quick and he got me out of there in less than ten minutes but I question if he really did a good job since he was so passively aggressively hostile toward me.
Excellent service everytime. They only sell you whats needed, and get you back on the road asap. Will definitely be back for all of my future oil changes/other service.

I have been coming to this location for many years now. It is always my first place to go for service now. The staff here has earned my trust and appreciation over the last decade, thru several cars, for both me and my wife. I have since moved away form the Kennesaw area and still make the drive back too this location for my service needs.

Went here because my car was making a clicking noise while driving above 45 mph. I went on a test drive with the staff, they heard the noise and continued by performing an inspection. After their diagnostic they said it was cracked brake pads and a scratched rotor making the noise. I thought that sounded a little odd but decided to go with it. Nearly 3 hours later my front rotors and brakes were replace and I was on my way. I hit 575 on my way home and the second I got above 45 mph the noise came back. I called them up when I got home and they said to give it a couple of days. The following day I decided to check it out myself. I found a loose screw under the car, tightened it down, took her for a drive and sure enough the noise was gone. Too bad during 3 hours of having my car on a lift they didnt notice it, if they had I would have thought the brakes and rotors were actually needed. At least I wont be needing brakes and rotors for awhile, although its unfortunate it cost me nearly $400 to find a loose screw.

Best place. All Express are not created equal they are privately owned. The one at Barrett prky by the Walmart is awesome. Best one ever. My car runs perfectly after going there. Been going there for 10 years
My son went there for an oil change and the truck was running fine. After the oil change the car was running hot. They stated they checked fluids and topped them off. We replaced the anti freeze and topped off the power steering. Be careful if you patronize this establishment.
This is a great place to get your car serviced. Very competent techs and quick. They also do mechanic work besides just oil changes. Free top off service between changes. Took my daughter here with her first car and they went through everything with her.

Changed my engine oil there first time and they gave a suggestion list for maintenance, which was normal and fine. But after that, it seems like the staff didn’t want to talk about or answer any of my questions. He just gave me yes or no answers. Go there if you know exactly what you want or else don’t expect too much information from them.

Terry is kinda rude, he rolled his eyes at me. Didn’t give any direction just tapped on things. Didn’t explain what was happening or if my air filter was good.

Oil change was super quick, but the emissions test they talked me into took 40 minutes with no one in line in front of me. Would recommend but only for an oil change.
This place is honest. Theres a Kauffman tire around the corner and I recommend going to this place, NOT Kauffman, because this place will actually change your filters and check your fluids before they bill you. Where as Kauffman was billing us for work that was never done, and we didnt catch on until months down the road when our fleet began breaking down.

Just know the manager Gary I think that is his name, he is HORRIBLE too just as a manager though I dont know him in real life. They should really get some more knowledgeable employees. They worked on my car which is only 5 years old and NEVER had any problems 3 weeks after they fixed my car the transmission went out. Only because I wrote a review to their corporate I am certain something was fishy about the repair. Like how do you BEG me to get a repair from you, set up a time, and then waste my time because you dont have time just to F**k up my car. Im not as angry as I was then so I am finally able to write a fair review. I like the fact that its a drive in oil change, which is a big deal when you have kids with you! Not having to get kids out of the case is a huge plus for me. Reasonably priced and convenient location. They are a full service garage also!

Came in with a Toyota I had just bought at an auction, smoke was coming out my hood a few weeks later so I shopped around to various places but once I stepped foot in this location I was immediately put at ease. Needed brake repair, Arrived at 0730 waited for opening. Walked in at 0758 and stood at service desk. Was completely ignored by staff walking through. Walked out at 0814 and went somewhere else. Not a single word from a single employee.

2022-04-02After getting an oil change all the oil drained out onto my driveway over night. When calling them to tell them something is wrong they said there was a lot of oil build up which was causing the huge puddle. They ended up towing my car to the shop to fix what they didn’t finish. Their only response was that They didn’t charge me to fix what they messed up. This is the second time I’ve had this happen with express. The first time was at the Woodstock location. Definitely won’t be returning. They also should investigate how their managers are handling when mistakes like this happen.

2021-11-18I always use Express Oil Change and I have an oil change subscription with my dealership; however for fast, accurate and professional service I choose Express Oil Change over any other - my preference.At this particular location I used their online scheduling service to schedule an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change.I arrive and waited for 5min (expected with my additional services outside of an oil change) and got in and out in under 40min.Gary greeted me and pointed me into the bay for my service where I was greeted by Jamal (my service technician ). I had a few questions in regards to battery options and he inspected my vehicle, called over CJ who gave me a fair assessment and referral of the service I was looking for to be completed and they proceed with my oil change in under 10min , as they advertise, and completed the tire rotation.They even followed up on my initial request to make sure my questions were answered before checking out.I absolutely love great customer service and this is exactly what EOC spears during my visit Toast.

2022-05-20Went here for an oil change and was told that my car had a leak because of a broken water pump. They offered to fix it right away for $700. I declined and took my car to the place I normally go when my car has issues and found out there is absolutely nothing wrong with my car! I’m so glad I was smart enough to get a second opinion but I hate to think of how many unsuspecting people have been taken advantage of by this company. They told me I had a $700 issue when there was literally nothing wrong with my car. Absolutely despicable. I’m going to be filing a formal government complaint about this. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed out of your money.

2022-03-08Service was never completed. Manager was very rude and lied about the service being complete. I had to do my own oil change because they never changed the oil they just empty it out. They took my money and didnt want to issue a refunded even though the service was not completed. Would not recommend going here

2021-12-20Would not recommend this location.As a first time customer, I was looking for an oil change location. As I pulled in, the bell dinged but no technician came to the garage door, so I went ahead and pulled in the empty bays. Waiting for about 1 minute and a gentleman arrived where I asked, Do I keep pulling in or stay here? His response with a sarcastic tone - Well, you already came in!After he reluctantly guided me into place, he took my information and asked for which service I needed (Oil Change on a vehicle with 288k miles) and even did not get my correct address inputted correctly. The whole conversation was as though I was treated as a fly that needed to be tolerated and NOT a customer, especially a new customer that is looking for business.At the conclusion of the work (about 8 minutes), he told me that my total was $46.55. I politely asked if I could get a print out of the invoice as I was not expecting such a high price for a simple oil change. You may get out of the car and look at the monitor. Me - Are you sure that is ok? Tech - You may get out of the car and look at the monitor. (again, treated as a fly and not a paying customer)So, finding out that it was $19.00 for labor, $20.99 for oil change, $5.00 for filter with taxes = $46.55Summation -- Treated like a nuisance and not a valued customer- Value for services rendered was WAY OVERPRICED- No explanation given of any services- No Service checks were clearly done (case in point is that the horn does NOT work on this vehicle, but the receipt indicates that it is ok)- Only the lights, signals, and brake lights were checked- Sticker reminder for next service not given, nor offered (I guess I will have to remember next time and write it down myself)Pro- The weather was quite nice- Will be taking my next oil change business elsewhere

2021-12-09These guys will cheat you. I asked for prices on synthetic blend oil. They gave me the prices and I specifically asked for SAE 5W-20 oil. The individual confirmed and said ok. After they performed services they gave me the bill and they used SAE 5W-30 which I did not specifically ask for. Their excuse was thats what it said on the cap. However, that is not what I specifically asked for. I know what it says on the cap. They automatically chose to give me the more expensive option without telling me.Ive gone here several times. Thomas is great. I didnt catch the names of the individuals that helped me, unfortunately, but they completely ignored my request. This bill was significantly more than my past oil changes I have gotten.I would like to keep going to this location but after this experience I will most likely take my business elsewhere.

2021-09-01Great, quick service, got my oil changed, windshield wipers replaced and a new air filter all within 30 minutes. The assistant manager was also very friendly and told me things I did not know. Definitely recommend.
