Kim is awesome! Glen is phenomenal too! The whole crew took care of me! It took some time to get the part for my Air compressor, but they made my experience wonderful. They put at me at ease and guaranteed that every thing would be up and ready. They were very kind, gracious, and accommodating too. They bought me a lyft to get home. The price was fair. I usually dont even write reviews, but hands down, they definitely went beyond what Ive experienced from repair shops. Highly recommend. 1000th percent
This place is fantastic! They are very polite gentlemen. The last oil place i went to was horrible, i was mistreated and ripped off. These guys Didnt try to hassle me with extra services or lie about the the extra i needed, they introduced themselves, Harrison the AM was excellent and so professional. They were prompt, quick, washed my windshield, topped up all the fluids, air in my tires. Its nice to see customer service still exists. I even got $5 off my next oil change and I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth today. Thanks again guys, Ill recommend you to everyone I know.
Harrison and Tony were awesome to work with during my oil change. By far the best experience at any Express Oil Change location. Friendly, helpful and paid attention to the details like not cross threading my skid plate bolts, measuring the oil accurately, checking tire pressure, etc. I live on the other side of Atlanta, but I’ll be back to this location again. Worth the drive.
Trust, Honesty, & Respect is their motto, and they certainly live up to it. Very honest, very trustworthy. They go above and beyond. And whether you’re an expert car mechanic or taking your car to be serviced for the first time, they will treat you with respect and put maintenance requirements into terms you can understand. They will also help you prioritize repairs and decide what can be put off and for how long. Very fair prices to go along with their excellent service. We’ve seen other mechanics in the area (I won’t name names) recommend repairs that weren’t necessary at all. That won’t happen here. You can trust these guys.If you’re in the greater Roswell area and you take your car to any other service center, you’re making a mistake.
The guys were nice. I came in a frantic when sams were not able to get one of my tires off because the thread was gone on my lug nuts. The guy was able to get it off, I gave him a tip. He told me to go and buy new lug nuts. I came back a couple of weeks later, turns out that I needed studs and something else which costed me over $160, oh and my brake cylinder was broken in the process of him taking the tire off. So now my car is leaking brake fluid.A $20 job costed me almost $200 and essentially over $500 to get the brake situation fixed 😞
I got my oil changed today and was pleased with the courteous service the Manager, Alex provided me. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the questions I asked him that made me feel comfortable. I have been going to this location for service to my car for the past 5 + years and they have NEVER disappointed. They suggest services that you may want to have done on another visit but never make you feel pressured, but also let you know if it is something that will not damage the operation of the car if you wait. I highly recommend them for your car service needs, they are fast, dependable, and professional. Thanks so much Alex & Harrison for the comedy show, with all that’s going on today we need to laugh. I went there today and unexpectedly a gentleman met me at my car before I could go inside. I believe he was the owner who was super nice. I of course needed a oil change and my car was started on right away. My mechanic Terry was very patient, knowledgeable and considerate. I usually have my guard up while getting my car serviced because mechanics tend to take advantage of women but not here. He let me know what I would expect to have done to my car in the near future and coupons if I choose to come back. Now I’m on a progressive schedule which is comforting to be informed. I’ll definitely be back. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service and area. I would recommend to friends and family.
Fastest oil change ever. Took less than 10 min.
This place is great! Ive been to Honda, an all day racket...jiffy lube charged me 70 bucks for windshield wipers and labor and told me after the fact. Not to mention both jiffy lube and Honda told me one of my headlights was out because of a short. Honda quoted me 1000.00 for the new hanging wire needed to fix the light.The guys at this place told me I had a little bit of oil on my hanging wire that connected to my headlight. They wiped it off and done, like new. Im not going anywhere else, and I highly recommend this place for good honest value and service. Thanks guys!!!
Couldnt have had a better experience getting my emissions tested. They were very friendly and fast, and went above and beyond help me with a few things like refilling my car tires for me. Harrison deserves a big shout out, along with the entire crew.Ill definitely be a repeat customer and will highly recommend this location to anyone in need of any auto services!
Came in today to get an oil change on my Acura MDX and Harrison did a great job walking me through the service! He brought to my attention some of the other issues my vehicle was having and gave me an honest opinion on possible choices I have to resolve said issues. Even got my emissions done here today which I had no idea they offered this service! Did 2 of my errands for the day in 1 stop! AND I got $5 off my services for Ladies Day Tuesday! After buying my daughter an inexpensive first car, the EOC team helped us tremendously by getting all the needed maintenance and repairs done as time and cost efficiently as possible. Chris, Harrison, and Nick were kind and patient with her, explaining things and offering advice for a first time car owner. Very great customer service. The mechanic working on my car was so kind and explained everything that needed to be done (with pricing**) before waiting until the end of service. It was also a nice gesture to be greeted by the manager, Harrison, to confirm services were provided in a timely manner and completed as should. Truly a great first time experience!
I heard about the fast and excellent service at this location and decided to give it a try. I was NOT disappointed. The oil change was very fast! Technicians were knowledgeable and the manager, Terry, was very friendly. Terry gave me information about my tires. I didnt realize I needed a new drivers side tire. There was no pressure to buy one from them, however, I will return to do so. I would definitely recommend this location as the technicians get you in and out with quality work.
My 1st visit today for an oil change. They were very professional and provided excellent service. Kept true to the 10 minute rule. Im about value and quality. They provided both. My experience here was Amazing Jenir was my technician and he walked me through step by step of the things wrong with my vehicle he also explained to me the importance of each thing as well. He provided a quick and efficient service. The Assistant Manager Chris was very nice and they both made me feel like family. I will definitely be back.

Quick and affordable service. They were able to do my oil change and inspect everything all while I was on my lunch break. They even changed out my headlight bulb and provided an estimate for a tire I need replaced. Harrison and Jenir were super polite and efficient. I usually take care of all of the car needs for my family, but I wasnt able to change my wifes oil and sent her to Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers. She informed me she had an AMAZING experience. She stated the mechanics not only had great customer services skills, they were also very knowledgeable on vehicle maintenance needs. My wife stated if she didnt feel pressured to purchase additional services and the price of her oil change was exceptional.

The concept of this business is perfect! People need a job done and they need it done quickly. At the Nissan dealership i used to wait 2 hours for an oil change. With these guys, it’s quick and professional. I like the staff because they aren’t pushy to sell you things. They just get in and get the work done!

Great people who are very professional and friendly. Very helpful in explaining what the issues were and showing me first hand what the issue is. Replaced my air filters and made sure to show me them before replacing. Express oil change is not just for oil changes, they do all services!
Had my oil changed here and everything was awesome! All the mechanics and staff were friendly and very helpful. My oil filter top came off and they ordered a new one and it came within 15 mins. Highly recommended

Went to express oil change because my headlight was out, it turned out that it was a bigger problem than just the bulb. They were so kind and helpful to get the problem fixed quickly without me having to come back. I will definitely be back to this location for my future car needs!
Very trustworthy and fair prices! They will never try to rip you off or over charge you. One time I went in there telling them my car had a problem (another mechanic diagnosed) and asked them to fix it. I knew I was going to spend between 600-800 dollars. I left and Ray called me and told me that I didn’t even have that problem all I needed was a battery change. I’ve never been anywhere else since! Ray is awesome! Ask for him...I am very appreciative of their honesty.

My windshield wipers were in need of replacement which I had already purchased and had in my car...Harrison installed my wiper blades for no charge. Ive been coming here for years. Chris is great. They are super fast, reasonably priced and always have a friendly attitude. They let me know when Im due for repairs/services/tires, but are never pushy about it, which honestly keeps me coming back over other places. With a tight budget, theyre straightforward about what I can wait on and whats more urgent. Highly recommend.
Dont be fooled by its quick stop name, the owner/operator is a huge car guy and very knowledgeable about automobiles in general and then some. They carry every type of oil for almost any vehicle and will have you in and out in under 30 minutes in most cases. I trust them with my Ford MK3 and they have never dissapointed!

Just got my oil change there. Extremely quick and great customer service. Jacob was awesome as well as I believe the lead mechanic or manager. Had an engine light on. They scanned for free and gave me a brief explanation even though he did say he would have to look into more. The whole process felt comfortable. And I for sure will be back to get any work besides oil change done there. Plus i was in and out in like 10 minues. Thanks again

I came in for an oil change, and also asked Derek to investigate a new leak I had noticed . Derek came back with the obvious leak (a bad compression washer on the drain plug), but they also noticed that my valve cover gaskets were leaking. Just having replaced the engine last year, I didnt expect to have to sink $600 in a repair already. But not doing it would just lead to trouble later, and probably leave me on the side of the road. This is a leak I would never have found, but only would have gotten worse, and the leak is only when the engine is under power, so it would fail in the most worse way, while driving.Derek was nice enough to drive me back home as the repair would take 4 hours. Then when the car was finished, my wife wasnt feeling well to go with me to pick up the car, so Derek drove back out to pick me up so I could retrieve the car. I then found an old 10% off mechanical work coupon that I got when I had my first oil change there 2 years ago, and Derek took it and took $60 off the bill. That at least softened the blow. The car runs great, Im not smelling any more oil and Im not seeing any more oil on the floor, so Im really pleased. Mike was the mechanic that worked on my car. The engine even got a little quieter, something else I was concerned about. I will be back to correct some noises that the dealer left when I took it to them for a speedometer sensor, I feel I got good work at a good price. I highly recommend this shop.
Visited this location today and was absolutely blown away by customer service! I was met in the parking lot by Terry who greeted me and got the process started. I requested and oil change and a tire rotation. From there I went to the waiting area and after about 15 minutes Chris came and informed me that I actually was not needing a tire rotation just yet. I was blown away..rather than rotating my tires and charging me anyways, he was upfront and honest with me. From there he explained a service that would be helpful for my car but wasn’t not pushy when I said that I didn’t have the extra time today. He got me checked out and on my way in a timely manner. I have never done a Google review but this business was worth reviewing! Would give ten stars if I could! Will be back!
Ive always had great service at Express Oil. Recently I needed some major brake work done and although many problems were found, they tried to keep the costs as low as possible. They recommended fixes that were needed for the safety of driving the car and I trust their judgment. Jim gave me great service and fixed all my repairs the same day even though there were a lot of them. Id recommend them to anyone!

Im one of those people who actually reads reviews about businesses before I go to them and I first went to Express Oil Change because of the great reviews. I am happy to say I was not disappointed. I agree with the person who said Grant and Tony are awesome. These guys are always respectful and dont talk down to me just because Im female like some mechanics have. They always take the time to discuss any issues with me and give me a rundown of the cost. And they NEVER gouge me like Ive had happen before. I would (and do!) recommend them to anyone who asks about car repairs. I wont take my car anywhere else.
Glen has personally worked miracles on my tires a couple times now, preventing them from leaking and saving me the time of having to stop at the gas station for air every week or so.Although my tires are fairly new, the wheels are rusty, corroded, bent, etc. Glen just keeps on hitting home runs making it all work.I wish I could give Glen and his crew more than 5 stars!Whether you have a newer car or an older car like mine, the whole crew here will inform you of the issues, and give you options/recommendations. They will work on your pace without judgment.Its really hard to to find places like this which provide you with the honest truth. I HIGHLY recommend stopping here for your vehicle needs.
Hands down the BEST customer service ever! I stopped by on my way to work at 7:15a to see if they were open and found out they didn’t open until 8a. Ray, the manager, said he would personally change my oil even though they were not open and had no other staff available at the time.He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was able To get my oil changed before work.They even check all the lights (brake, turn signals and reverse) to make sure your car is safe since you usually don’t know when they are out yourself.I will definitely go back and recommend to everyone.
Janir and Harrison are world class. I came at the end of day, and they not only changed my oil, but they refilled my windshield fluid, checked tire pressure, gave me an emissions check, and fixed my headlights!I love this place! Do yourself a favor and go here to quick car tune ups.

My husband and I have 2 old cars and a young car (about 2 years old)... weve taken our cars here for at least six years and have been THRILLED. Our old lemon of a Toyota has had issues not even the service dept at Toyota could fix after 3 frustrating visits - so on a routine visit to Express Oil for an oil change on the same Toyota van... these guys knew what the issue was and fixed it on the first try for ALOT less than the dealer charged me to NOT fix the problem. They keep a history of all service on my cars, make suggestions of things needing to be done and tell my how I can save costs on things that dont need to be done. Great communication - always calling me to give me updates on the status of anything I need fixed. And super quick on routine oil changes, transmission flushes, tire rotations, etc. Ive worked with Justin, Jeremy, bobby and the current manager Derek. All have been fantastic! Highly recommend this location!
Loved it! I called ahead to make an appointment and the manager took my call. He was awesome. Very friendly, Very courteous, Very respectful. I will definitely be going back. He explained what I needed to have serviced for my car and asked permission before he made those changes.

Ive been coming to this place for years. I used to just bring my car in for oil changes but now these guys handle most of my vehicle maintenance. Before every road trip, I bring the car down and they make sure the fluids look good and vehicle is ready to go. They do a great job of getting me in and out and back on the road. These guys are great! Friendly!
After reading multiple positive reviews online I decided to have my oil changed at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineer this past weekend. The experience lived up to the hype. The staff was helpful and friendly, my oil was changed in under 15 minutes and they took the time to diagnose why my check engine light was on. I will definitely be returning for all future service needs.

3/2019- update. This location has had a lot of manager and employee turnover. Recently a friend went here. Not only did they not show him the dipstick or perform the safety check, they didnt have him run the engine after refilling the oil. This resulted in a shortage of 1.5 liters. I went in today as a separate vehicle, told the new manager a little about the incident and that I would be making sure they perform. (Im a long time customer). He told his employee to do what we are supposed to because there was apparently a bad experience. He said it with a ya right attitude. Was not sincere in his response. They were running behind and using the emissions bay for oil changes. Seemed disorganized. Im not likely to come back after this. No stability in service and they run the risk of mistakes.2018- Ray, the assistant manager, addressed my concerns that I had with my brakes and assured me that I didnt need new brakes like the Holcomb Bridge store yet claiming I did. He identified that my rotors were warped and recommended machine the rotors and a brake flush instead. I discovered I still had a year left on my pads. The Holcomb store would tell me I needed new brakes every oil change. The Mansell store doesnt do business that way. Ray treated me with respect as a knowledgeable woman unlike most auto facilities. Hes gained my business now. Highly recommend.

Stopped here for the first time got an oil change and tine as I was running some errands. Ray got me in right away and the service really was express. He was very nice while explaining the different services and everything that had been done to my car. My car is driving like a dream again. Highly recommend a visit for your auto needs!
I brought my brand new 2016 Ford F450 power stroke diesel truck into the Express oil change line and a very kind girl name Laura came out to greet me. She was very knowledgeable about my needs and pulled me up on the computer and serviced my truck beautifully! I was very impressed with her professionalism and great attitude towards her work. I watched how she pulled up my on board computer screen inside my truck and re set my oil change setting using the steering wheel navigation buttons. Very impressed. Ask for Laura, shes excellent as well as all the knowledgeable employees are at Express oil change.
HOLY SMOKES! The absolute best oil change experience I have ever had, not to mention I was able to take advantage of the BRAVES scoring 10 runs. Manager and tech were extremely fast and friendly and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. I will be sending my wife and kids there for there next oil change. Thanks a ton Ray, your the best!
Just left Express Oil and couldnt be happier. Im travelling early tomorrow, and I called them 30 mins before closing to see if they could check my fluids, battery, tires, etc. They happily complied (all at no charge! :D), and within 10 minutes, I was out of there. They were friendly and efficient; it was just an all-around pleasant experience. I highly recommend coming here.
I have moved, but no where else can I find this type of experience. The manager and staff are always helpful and professional. They are also fast which I love. I’ve been to other locations but this one is by far the best. I’m glad I found a place where I can trust people to take care of my car.

I typically always get my car maintenance done at the dealer, but for the basic good health of my car, I figured Express Oil could help me out. One thing that I was nervous about was the fact that my car was an electric hybrid and that the service guys wouldnt really know what to do about it. Jim reassured me that he would personally take care of my car because he used to work on hybrids. He even pulled out his certificate of completion and knowledge of hybrids :) So I wasnt worried about anyone getting shocked touching the wrong wires and got amazing customer service from Jim and his team.

I have been using this location for over 3 years. Excellent service and I believe their pricing is great on car repairs. I havent purchased tires here yet.They just replaced a broken hose for me in less than 10 minutes today and the price could not be beat by any other car repair shop. I have my regular oil changes done here while on my lunch break at work.Over the past 3 years I have had 2 air filters and many oil changes and also replaced my break master cylinder, brakes, and a bolt that holds the engine in place. I have a 2004 Sebring and they are keeping it running very well.Thanks to everyone there. I only know the name of the mechanic Nick and he does a great job along with everyone else who works there. Sorry, I dont know anybody elses name but everyone there is 5 star in my opinion.
Today I came in to have an oil leak repaired and while Jim was fixing that, he also noticed that the transmission fluid needed to be flushed and the throttle body cleaned out. He was very courteous and called to inform me of everything that he had found. With their reasonable prices, I was able to have everything fixed without spending an arm and a leg. He had everything done by lunch time and I can already notice a huge difference in the cars performance.Thanks,Mendy
Ive tried a few places here in Roswell and nothing measured up to my expectations. Now, after one visit I already know that Ill be coming to the Express oil change for the rest of the time I live here. Honest, professional, knowledgeable and anything else you could want. Terry made me feel comfortable and informed about everything going on with my car.
The guys at Express Oil Change are great. They are professional and helpful. They diagnosed my Wranglers check engine light and made the repair at a fraction of the frachise dealership. Easy in & out, clean waiting room, 5 stars!
I went in for an oil change. They want $40.00 more for synthetic- it doesnt cost that much more for the oil. Erik would not stop hounding me about needing to use synthetic till I closed the hood and left.
•Extremely inexpensive & a knowledgeable, friendly staff!!!!!!! Hello! First off the assistant manager Logan helped me when I first got there to set me up with a first time customer account. He was very friendly and explained to me all the services they offer, including each cost detail I questioned him about. Nick is the service manager that was doing my BMWs underneath work, while Logan did several different things from above. They both worked as a team and showed what a great business is being run at Express. When I talk to Nick about different codes and services for my BMW he was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I should do to fix certain problems with my car. I live in Cumming and just stopped by because I had heard from the Walmart Tire and Lube staff that Express has low rates for an oil change. In the future I plan to make a special trip to Express every time to: save money and get a true service for my vehicle that I expect when I pay my hard earned money. Also I was emailed immediately after my visit a full detailed list of all services that they provided with me today. I am really impressed and thankful.
Grant and his team are awesome. After a basic oil change yesterday, they checked my blinkers, brake lights, etc. My left blinker was not working properly (which I already knew), so I explained that there was a recurring electrical problem that would probably require a new part. Ive already had several family mechanics work on it, and they were unable to permanently fix the problem (theyve been in the business for years). However, Grant was confident he and his team could do it. Although I was skeptical, I gave them a chance. They immediately determined what needed to be done, ordered a new part, and worked on it the next morning. We ran into some issues that were unexpected, but that didnt slow them down! They knew exactly what they were doing, and had my problem fixed in about an hour. Perfect timing - I was on my lunch break. Also, I was only out $40, compared to over $100 for the same work that could have been done at a dealership. Not only is this some of the best electrical work done on my car, they were friendly, honest, knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced.
WOW! I normally take my vehicles to Good Year or Jiffy Lubes for oil changes and normally get the usual need to change air filter or something or the other. This place however is a pleasure to do business with. Fast, friendly and professional service with no extra unnecessary service requirements. Its a full auto body repair service center as well. Forget about the other oil change places and try them out. You will be glad you did. Wish you open up in Charlotte, North Carolina soon.

I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and always took it to these guys for an oil change. They always do a great job. I now have a Mercedes ML350 and was pleased to find out they service those too!I went in over the weekend for a quick oil top off and the young man adding the oil spilled some on my engine. He tried to clean it up, but was not successful. I was told it would burn off. Monday morning on my way to work it created a nasty smoke trail behind me. I immediately went back to see them and the Manager and his staff took extra time to clean it off with degreaser and water. No more smoke, just like that! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. And for that reason, I highly recommend this place!

Grant (the manager) and staff at Express Oil are very courteous and will take the time out to explain any problem should you have one. They are willing to work within your budget to get your car on the road and running. I am usually in and out of there within 15 mins with a oil change and within an hour with a full radiator flush and fill..and the prices are reasonable. Very good job guys!!!

I was in Atlanta this weekend when my tire light came on and I noticed I needed an oil change... I chose Express Oil Change due to their high Google reviews. I was greeted in the parking lot by Chris and told to pull in the shop and Terry would take care of me. Once inside I got my oil changed and Terry showed me how to reset my oil light and tire light and I was back on the road in like 15 minutes ..from my kids and myself, thankyou for your patients and help Mr. Terry
Marcus is The most personable and friendly and honest technician I have ever worked with at an oil change location. They found an oil leak in my car and took the time to call the mechanic Rashid over to explain to me where it was coming from and what all needed to be done to fix it. Chris was also involved and he was also very informative with what was missed by valvoline only 5000 miles ago. Ill never take my car anywhere else now. They gained my loyalty with their honesty.
Took my 1965 Shelby Cobra in for an oil change and lube and they did a great job – very thorough and very careful! A lot of places wont take a car like this (or they dont fit on the car lifts) so finding one you can trust is golden!
This was my first time using this establishment. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot Bobby came out to greet me. There was no wait. He informed me I could wait in the car or wait in their waiting room. I chose to wait in the waiting room. Bobby is very knowledgeable about all things automotive. He came into the waiting room and made some suggestions for some things I might do for my car. I do mean SUGGESTIONS. There was no hard sell. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel silly because my automotive knowledge is at best limited. He made sure I understood what he was suggesting and left it up to me to decide. The manager Derek even came in to say hello and made me feel welcome. I was very, very pleased with my experience and would suggest this establishment to anyone with confidence.
Best service by far!! I came in for a oil change on my Nissan and had such a great experience I brought my girlfriends charger back the next day. Later on that afternoon I ran into a issue across the street with the charger while at Walmart. I called Ray (Manager) for advice. He didnt just give advice he sent Robert a (technician) over and in less then 5 minutes Robert got the car running. Then I drove back to the shop. They got me in and out in great timing. I will definitely be a loyal customer. And Im coming all the way from Ellenwood,GA. Ill be calling you guys tomorrow to send you some lunch. Thanks again!!!!

Ive been to this location twice -- once for an oil change and then for emissions testing. The staff are fantastic -- helpful, courteous, and (best of all!) timely! Prices are competitive and I plan to return to them for most all of my service needs.
Derek and Bobby took great care of me. I originally agreed to a transmission flush and filter change. After looking closer Derek recommended I not flush which was $100 savings. He also got my windshield washer working. Good decision on my part to stop by for the oil change.

I went there today for the first time. What a pleasant surprise. I was serviced by Anthony F. And he was a pleasure to deal with. While my oil was changed they checked all fluids and tire pressure (without me asking) and performed a full light check. I wish all oil change places or even repair shops would perform such easy checks. Would certainly help traffic safety around here..while this is not you $20-cheap-oil-change place they certainly are not trying to sell you any unnecessary services. Like a $99 fuel system cleaning that I cant even find as a recommended service in my vehicles handbook like my last oil change place tried to...Ill be back here I ... and will ditch that $20 cheapo place...:)

Wonderful team!!!I used to work in the area and happened upon this shop when my car needed a routine oil change a couple years ago; though I no longer work in the area, I still make the extra trek out to visit Derek, Jim, Fernando, and the rest of the crew any time my car needs a little lovin as Im thrilled beyond words at the level of service they provide (always exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful!)My car is a hand-me down clunker that has seen its fair share of wear and tear (and accidents… it was my younger sister’s learner car) over the years, and any time Ive had to bring it in for a repair or maintenance they always do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible while always making a clear effort to work with me and within my budget. The crew here has, without fail, been very transparent and honest about any maintenance and services rendered; I truly appreciate that I never have to worry about being upsold a product or service I dont absolutely need.Thanks guys!!! I cant say enough about the level of customer service that I experienced here. My car was having some serious brake issues - the pressure on my brake pedal was essentially non-existent. Upon inspection by Derek (the store manager) and his associates, it was determined that my master cylinder was no longer working properly. It was a bit of a surprise - I had expected only to pay for some new brakes, and ended up paying for quite a bit of repair work, for the safety of my vehicle. Derek did everything he could to ensure that I would only pay as much I needed to, and even threw a couple of things in since I was spending so much for necessary repairs. Unfortunately, the master cylinder that was installed initially was a bad part (at the fault of Napa). Then there was a miscommunication between the dealership and their warehouse about a new part. This process was very frustrating, but at no fault of Express Oil - in fact, Derek made sure that he explained everything that happened, was very accommodating, and even got me a rental car for all of my troubles. I felt taken care of through the entire ordeal. Things dont always go right with our cars, and unfortunately we are often at the mercy of others to help - but I am glad that I took it to Derek at this shop and would recommend them to anyone.

Ray went out of his way to help me last week. I was stranded with a flat tire and a spare that did not fit my car. He picked me up, we got a new tire from the shop, he brought me back to my car, and installed the new tire on the spot. Hero of the day. GREAT customer service. Thank you!

Jim Cornelison provided an excellent customer service experience for me when he serviced my car. He dug deeper in the diagnostic phase to find the true cause of the issue, he texted me pictures of the problem once it was uncovered (which was both helpful and unexpected), he had everything ready on time, and did an additional five small things that showed me he had my own best interests at heart. Ill be back for more service in the future, no doubt about it. In a word, Trustworthy.

I got my oil changed here about 3 weeks ago and asked about an issue my car was having... They told me my sensors wer off (cams & something else) and so when i had a beighbor fix the electrical in the front of the car I thought that was the same thing.... then my alternator went out... after getting this car towed 3 times and fixed 3 times by other mechanics, i called derek, I broke down right across the street from them, they sent a guy over to see if the car would start by doing something simple so I wouldnt have to tow it since i was right across the street. No luck... but they call the tow truck for me and it was a lot cheaper through them than calling myself, then they fixed everything for me in just a few hours... Through my experience here, the guys working here especially Derek are people that care about PEOPLE. Most mechanics will tell you its one thing and its actually something else and you end up replacing half of your engine before you can actually drive it again safely. I have had NO PROBLEMS since they fixed it and i will go here Anytime i have issues with any car. I know they care and they will get to the bottom of the real issues.

There really are good people out there and Ray is one of them. I went in to have a car checked for emissions. Sounds easy, right? But the car was given to me for my twins who just turned 16 and had been sitting for at least a year outside since my grandfather passed away.This car needs some work, Im a single parent and this car is a godsend for my girls. But having to replace the battery, it needed to complete a drive cycle and I was supposed to take them to get their DL the next morning. Oh, and it had enough standing water in it to support a small koi pond and as I pulled into the shop, the rear taillight went out.Ray became my angel. He gave me the advice I needed to get the car to pass the inspection and he replaced the taillight for me. Ray went above and beyond what was required to help me and he did it at the end of the day when he could have sent me on my way. Ray helped me because he could, not because he had to.I cant tell you where to take your car because you do you, but I can say I will take mine there first before I go anywhere else.

Jim quickly diagnosed the problem with my 2006 Jeep Commander replaced the spark plugs and ignition coil. Jeep runs great and couldnt be happier! Honesty and great service is hard. 5 star I will be back.

I have an older SUV that I can barely afford to keep running. I went for an oil change at Mansell Rd asking the cost fir a battery. The manager ,Derek, explained why I did NOT need a new battery, just a new belt.Saved me $100 that I really couldnt afford.He also showed me some things I need to do soon, but arent safety related. For their express service I always been an express oil change customer for years. Lately, I went there to have my AC fixed on may 8th . After the tech diagnosis, he realized there was a leak from the hose. He planned to order the AC hose assembly which according to him cost over $200 plus $130 labor plus $60 freon. And for just diagnosing the AC system ( by putting freon in and sucking it out) in about 15min, i was charger $79 and in the process I had to endure an irresponsible employee playing fireworks at the workplace. I done my own search and found AC hose assembly cost just $65 with 2 years warranty( a brand new) at Autozone. The associate referred me to a mechanic who put the assembly in less than hour for $60 and fill the freon with 30 oz bottle I purchased at $ 30.I had my AC fixed for about a quarter the estimated price. The last thing i will do again on this earth is to take my car to any express oil change for any service.I feel they try to get as much money they can from any person who stop by. This is unfair and somehow a scam and i hate it.

I came to this location very stressed out due to Autozone telling me I needed an alternator. The guys at EOC Mansell were so kind. The rediagnosed my car and found out that I really just needed a battery. This was a huge savings! I will definitely go back!

I have been needing an oil change for a while you just havent had time to get one so I was finally able to stop at at Express Oil Change tired 10-minute service and they were very helpful very fast I wasnt there long they found issues with filters under my glove compartment for my AC that I didnt know about that my car factory never told me about so I never knew that I have filters underneath the dashboard and this or that so I want to give give a special shout-out to mechanics HF and JR + 2 Nick lead technician service manager and to their senior manager Chris danefault for having a great team a great store and just great communication skills.

Not so much on the express side. A simple emissions test should have taken 5 minutes took 20 to 25 minutes because the guy kept leaving to go service 3 or 4 other vehicles that were here. We will not be coming back.

Ive done business with this company for 11 years. Recently, one of my company vans came away with a $136 charge for an oil change. I have instructed my team to go elsewhere.
Paid for tires one was defective had to go back three times and the tire still wasnt working properly would not give me a replacement after selling me defective merchandise one service guy became rude and made me wait forever to attempt to fix the tire. Would not recommend they are not honest

This is the worst shop I’ve been to. They are liars and scammers. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go. They tell you one thing is wrong claim to fix it, but they just do enough to get your money and a few days later you still have the same issue. Please stay far away from these scammers.

The service is very fast and with a SMILE! This kind of service is becoming more and more rare in retail settings. The service folks seem to enjoy their job helping people with honesty and respect. GREAT PEOPLE!!!!!

2022-08-06WOW! I typically go to the dealerships for an oil change, however, my schedule was tight.. I had to service two vehicles, and upon arrival, I was greeted by Corey Spears! He not only guided my vehicle in, he stayed communicating to ensure I had outstanding service. Very professional, friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever had from an express oil change! 2022-06-25This place was great and very honest. I came here for a power steering fluid change for my Tacoma and they did a great job. Also, I just came from a nearby Toyota dealership for a free oil change and the dealership said that my brake fluid needed to be changed. Express oil change showed me that my brake fluid was clear and in fact did not need to be changed. I really appreciate the honesty of Express Oil change.

2022-06-09I typically come here because I get my oil change and emissions testing done here and thought everyone was pretty nice. I came to get my car “inspected” before a weekend trip to make sure everything was alright and they did the “inspection” and said everything was fine. They changed my air filter and something else that wouldn’t even cost much including the inspection that was only $20, it all came out to $100 something. So the next day I’m on my way to my weekend trip and my car did not start. I tried it again and it started and I made my way to my destination and once I got there I went to a Firestone and they had done diagnostic testing where it showed my car battery was LOW, my break fluid needed to be flushed, and I needed new spark plugs. So clearly the MEN here at express oil take advantage of women not knowing anything about cars and don’t even do their job. Do not come here for ANYTHING. They will rip you off. It’s my fault for coming back here when I should have known that they were overcharging me because they changed one tail light of mine and it was almost $90. I also don’t own an expensive vehicle. Do not let their fake smiles fool you.

2022-07-25I came in for an oil change & I called ahead to see if they had my filter b/c lately there are shortages & they did! I arrived after work, no wait at all. Hector got started as soon as I pulled in! Took less than 30mins. He was very friendly & assured me that everything was good with my vehicle since I expressed my concern about the oil. Everyone around was friendly as well! I will definitely be back for their services!

2022-01-03The new manager blew me away today! Last week, he went above and beyond during my simple oil change to check all of my systems in my car. He tested my battery and gave me an honest quote for both my battery and tires. I called about 5 other shops and no one could do better much less even match him. Then, he was able to get the tires in on the same day I requested them. He even stayed late to help change them. I couldn’t have asked for better service. 10/10 would recommend. And a well deserved promotion for the store manager!! Especially for going above and beyond on a new customer. This will be my go to shop going forward.

2022-08-21My car came out with an electrical problem that it never had before and its highly probable that there was clear intent on the part of the associate who assisted me(Name withheld).It only takes one bad apple to tannish the whole basket.I would go elsewhere next time.

2021-11-29I pulled into the tire center on a Sunday because I saw a car parked in front of the business, when I pulled up closer to the door to check the hours the manager Ryan Shannon advised me that the business what closed on Sunday but proceeded to ask what problem I was having. I explained to him that I had a low tire and needed a replacement. Ryan and one of the new hires Pfeiffer took a look at my tire and showed me where the problem was and that it had been patched inappropriately. They offered to at least put air in the tire to get me to where I was going and I was insistent on not bothering them further since they were closed and advised them Walmart was right across the way Id go there and get it taken care of but they were insistent on putting air in my tire so that I wouldnt bend my rim. They both went above and beyond to assist me even though they were closed and on their way out . I would definetly recommend doing business with them they give exceptional customer service!
