The stay was the best hotel weve been to in the passed month. Everybody was so nice in every way possible. The room was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. Our needs were instantly met. Management was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel. They need a raise this is the customer service they give every day. Shout out to Niesa, Stefanie, Marita, Anna and Arturo theyre def doing their thing π―
Positive: It was clean and quiet. The shower had hot water quickly. Negative: The brag of a complete kitchen does not mention cook ware and plates, glasses, etc are not included. The kitchen sink didnt have hot water. No coffee pot. I dont remember a hotel room without one. The refrigerator was jammed into a space too small.
Poor management/housekeeingKitchenette area was infested with roaches(.all sizes..) Had to shake out everything before packing. No ICE machine..Had to make your own ice with requested plastic trays ...Never saw this ever in a hotel.....Coffee/Tea St up in lobby....no creamersHot water Was Luke warm...poor set upOne of the worse and never again...
Another one that could be good , but poor cleaning and more Cockroaches. Big ones But all kinds of little baby ones . crawling on the night stands at night .. Yuck where is the health Dept. Here in Georgia . About two weeks ago the health dept came to a hotel i was in and told me i cant use my own coffee pot . i could only use the hotels that they furnish . Not one word of the roaches and trash room completly full of trash and roaches , no just i cant use me nice clean coffee pot .
I dont like giving bad reviews but I have to be honest here. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.They dont clean the rooms or the public access areas (like the elevator-ew gross) When my husband inquired about cleaning they told him something about they only clean for customers that are staying longer than 2 weeks (which he is) and you have to get on the schedule. After the 3rd time of requesting cleaning and all the computer excuses and whatever other excuse they could come up with we ended up with the BEST excuse of all. They cut back on cleaning because of Covid. Now how does that make sense?Arent you tired of everyone using Covid as an excuse? I know I am.When I arrived I had picked up the room key from my hubby at his job then went to the hotel. Of course the key didnt work. I went to the front desk and spoke to the GM. I gave her the key and explained who I was and she said my husband has to be here that she could not give me the key. I told her he was at work and could she call him as she has his number in her records. She said that I can call him.So really? If I had stolen the key lets say, then I could be calling any man. How does she know Im calling the right dude? She didnt ask him anything to identify himself. He told her yes its me let her in. She said ok.This lady isnt the brightest bulb in the pack but I did not point out anything to her because I just didnt feel like it. She probably wouldnt get it anyway. My husband agrees we will not be coming back to this dump! π
Arrived here with my family for a 14 day stay, and left in less than an hour. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke & weed & a lot of guests were loitering & being loud. Definitely not a place I felt comfortable having my family in. Not a good area of town either. Donβt waste your money!
I had a really nice experience with Dolores when I checked in she was friendly she smiled when my family checked on. Dolores was really knowledgeable about the surrounding malls restaurants etc... I definitely give her a 10 My room was really clean the halls and the elevator were too. I will definitely be back.
Terrible. We saw roaches, smelled like weed when we checked in, the floors were sticky in the room, stains in bathtub, clogged sink, and random groceries were placed at our door while staying here. Also people kept placing rocks in-between the back door entrances so others can come in later or have other guests come? Very unsafe. Very uncomfortable!
Love staying here. Rooms are big and feels much more like a actual living space compared to other hotels in the area. Every amenity that is advertised is actually provided and all appliances/lights/Tv/faucet ect in the rooms have all worked every time Iβve been. House keeping does an amazing job place is spotless! Never seen a single bug here super well kept location. Front desk staff and management have perfect hospitality every time Iβve booked with them. Forsure would recommend and defiantly will be back here soon!
Front desk staff was nice. The room smelt like smoke and dogs. I had to request new sheets and pillowcases because my bed had different types of strands of hair on the sheets and pillowcases, as well as hair on the wall of the shower. At least the hotel was close to the interstate and 10 minutes away from the Infinite Energy Arena. Definitely not staying here again when I come back in August.
I have been staying at this location for a few weeks. They are professional and have a clean property. All the employees have been great. One employee by the name of Mr. Derick have been outstanding. He has assisted me and my husband with great professionalism. I really feel that this stay and experience couldnt be any better.
So far this hotel seems to be a lot better than itβs sister hotel next door. The staff appears to be abit nicer. The rooms are bigger. I prefer this one to the one next door to it.The location is great. Easy access to Hwy 85, plenty of places to eat and shop. Stay here for a week and I have only good things to say. I highly recommend it. I didnβt like that they came into the room to spray for bugs, I donβt think that guest should have to breathe fumes from pest control, but I guess they have to do it sometime, I have just never experienced that anywhere else, funny thing is after they sprayed I saw a roach for the first time. I enjoyed the exercise room. I have no idea why this one is so much better than the one next door, they are the same but it is much better.
I give this place 3 stars. I stayed here for about three months and it was pretty decent. I didnt experience any issues and overall it was pretty clean for it to be an extended. I would stay here again. The reason im rating 2 stars is because my good experience with them ended badly upon check out. I checked out on a sunday and once I left and got situated I noticed I left my $100 portable grill in my room. I called the next day on monday for them to tell me that it wasnt in lost and found and they couldnt check the room. Im just frustrated because how does my grill go missing in the matter of 24hours. I left a message for the manager to reach out to me because I wanted to notify her of my experience and I never got a call from her. I know for a fact I left my grill in the room, so its either still in the room and other guest are using it or the maid who cleaned my room stole it. Im disappointed that this has happened and really im thinking the maid stole it because the front desk told me that they would not check a new guest in the room if the maid did not fully clean the room. I understand it was my fault for leaving it but the maid should have some time of employment loyalty to return guests items to lost and found. I JUST WANT MY GRILL BACK!
Online this place said 2 Queen size beds. I am not sure what this size is but they are definitely not queen. Upon arriving, I stood in the lobby for at least 15 minutes, with a note that said all employees were busy helping others. A worker, who was just coming on her shift, walked through the door and immediately greeted me. Once this worker who just came in came to behind the counter, she immediately began checking me in. Mid checking me in, about 4 other ladies came out the back, I didnt even know were there. Ever one of those ladies began shifting more and more work to the lady who just came in, a boss or supervisor with a paper in her hand asked the lady where her green sweater was, then literally huffed and puffed away. Never acknowledging me at all. The lady assisting me never missed a beat, I could tell she noted what was asked of her, but she kept me and my experience 1st and foremost. THAT is the best thing about this stay. Her name is Delores, she deserves a raise and a promotion. I am now on day 3 of being here and I have yet to see/ hear any other employee acknowledge me before I ask for something. It makes me shake my head at all these places of business who claim to be having heightened cleaning and precautions regarding COVID however, I never see evidence suggesting that is remotely true. Signs up say masks are required in the lobby, yet workers and guests are found throughout all times of the day not observing this precaution. I understand that the government has decided not to make businesses responsible, however, the business is hospitality and as a guest I feel my safety and well-being should be first priority. Yes, I see u closed the gym and pool, and yes, I see you limited time in the laundry room. But I have yet to see your staff wipe one thing, seen a spray bottle, or even smelled any disinfectant products. I just dont get it. Literally, silently spazzed out in my room thinking I was surrounded by COVID in my room. Thankfully brought my own products.
Some of the staff (not all) are rude. Plus it is such a hassle to get anything. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby just to get clean towels. The lady at the front desk was so rude and got into and argument with me because I got irritated on waiting that long for my towels. She should have apologized for having me wait that long. Also didnβt have toilet paper, took me 20 minutes to receive it and same with my plates and silverware. I donβt understand why everything has to be such a long wait. They are also very cheap when it comes to amenities. They only give you one little shampoo at a time. No soap, no conditioner. I had a pull out couch in my room that didnβt even work...
During a difficult time for my family and I ended up at ESA. We had a situation during our visit and they went over and above in customer service, accommodation. and making sure my family and I were nothing less than comfortable. Delores at the front desk was amazing with all the guests every time we saw her, like a well like auntie. Auturo was on point with maintenance, and the manager (Matina, I think) went out of her way for customer satisfaction. The whole crew is to be commended and I would recommend anybody looking to stay at ESA.Let me say, Iβm giving a review because I have been at places at similiar rates with way lesser accommodations and service. This place and the staff have been an answered prayer. Facts!
Well...when you have Management who care how the place looks and runs....you have a winning business. Great Hotel, we will return again. Manager, resolved any problem, front desk both men and women are professional. Housekeepers actually stopped to help, wow! Clean, building stays full.
This place doesnt even deserve the one measly star im giving it. To start off, my bed sheet was covered in random stains varying in color from brown to red. The room smelled of mold, probably coming from the A/C which had random junk trapped on the vents and filter(s), not to mention, half of the outlets didnt work either, so it was a game of Russian Roulette to see which plug my phone would charge on. The employees are awful and beyond disrespectful. Every front desk encounter, including asking for a receipt took at least an hour. Each employee had to be on the phone for at least 15 min and speak with someone to even punch a letter or number on the keyboard. Not to mention watch your step on the way to the negligent front desk, or youll step in feces from someones dog that must have eaten their complimentary breakfast. The stairs reek of urine, there are puddles on every floor, mainly on the first floor, its so disgusting. Please reconsider before booking here. All jokes aside, it was the worst hotel experience of my life. Seriously, BEWARE!!!
The great things about this hotel our agent Joan was a great customer services. The hotel has the aremteics that we needed. The room in our hotel was not clean in anyways. The floor and the night stand is very sticky. It feels like they havenβt mop or clean the room in years. We get no service here in Atlanta but in Chicago a cheap hotel has great service. Also we have to bring the dirty towels down stair to get fresh ones. Also we do not get enough towels. The refrigerator door is on the side and when we open it the wall scraped our hand. The hotel was near the highway and we couldnβt have a decent amount of sleep cause of the noise. Customers is smoking in the elevator and in the stairway. Last night the smoke alarm went off and we went outside and wait for the firefighters to arrived. We were not satisfied during our stay. Also the breakfast is snacks not a hot bar. I will not return to this hotel. Its too smokey.
Went to visit to see if I wanted to book for a couple weeks when relocating until we find a more permanent place. Front desk staff was nice. Rooms are a decent size. Good rates. Horribly dirty bathroom. I was surprised they showed us that room. My exact words were before I would step foot in that shower, I would have to totally clean and disinfect it. There was dirt and ?mold in the tiles. The tub had a brown ring from soap scum. Im shuddering thinking about it. If you stay, bring Lysol....
Update: she calls me back, apologizes and upgrade my room. Big difference I must say. I have respect that she apologized. She couldβve went on her way and never saw me again. She really does seem like a sweet lady. Maybe this job works her a lil too hard. Hopefully I like this week.Oh and under the bed is better. Empty water bottle under one bed. Little to no dust bunnies. And hallway on 5th floor smelled better.
Even though I booked a month in advance, they didnt have a room ready for me. Waited well over an hour for the room. Hotel states that they are a non smoking hotel, but it reeks of cigarettes and the stairwell is full of butts. Common areas are dirty, they only provide room cleaning bimonthly.
Great hotel the employees make you really feel like you are home. Gives you that great feeling of coming home being greeted with love. Derek at the front desk knows what he is doing. Took good care of me. Will visit again. My first and only opinion is this spot. Best hotel in the area by a long-shot.
I stayed here for 4 days. Ok hotel. Id say the smoke free part about it is just whack because not true. I stayed on the second floor and let me tell you being pregnant and walking down the hallway smelling cigarettes every time I entered wasnt pleasant at all. Not to mention breakfast is supposed to last till 9 or 9:30 am? BUT whatever kids stay there or greedy people take most of the muffins so youd have to wake up at 6:30 when it starts to actually grab what youd like. I have gone down around 7:30 pretty much every morning and most muffins are gone by then. At least either refill the tray or control the amount that people take. Some people take 4 or 5. Im like, damn. π
Staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating! The room was a different story. Iβve stayed at a few different Extended Stays but Iβve never experienced a room this filthy. The rack in storage area for clothes was literally falling off the wall. There were chips, clumps of hair, dirty tables, fake eyelashes next to the Bible and a scratch in the tv screen. I was highly disappointed in the room.
The customer service is excellent. The staff is super nice and friendly. The rooms are really big, clean and very comfortable. The staff has been great ππ€. Anything I need they are always willing to help. I have easy access to 85. This is a very safe extended stay. The grab and go breakfast is good for every morning. I couldnβt ask for more. I recommend this extended staff to anyone.
Between my transition from my old home to new home I stayed here, and this place is as basic as it gets. In my opinion its way over priced. WiFi is laughable, they charge you to send a fax, and there is no business center here. The location of this hotel is great so you would expect more but it falls short in many ways. In my opinion they act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to stay, instead of appreciating the very source that pays the bills (the customer). Oh yeah you have to pay extra for housekeeping and breakfast is a joke.
I stayed here for a week when first moving to the area and had a really good experience. My room was clean and in good working condition. The thing that stood out the most was how helpful and friendly the staff were. One of the staff (maybe Justin?) was extremely friendly and greeted me by name on several occasions.
I was here 5 min when the staff asked if they could survey my room for upgrades... To be honest Ive stayed at business hotels that arent as nice as this! I had a nice, clean room, big TV, plenty of space and very friendly staff. My only suggestion would be that they check rooms for informational items as well as toiletries. I had plenty of soap, shampoo, etc but no tv-channel list, table tent with kitchen items available or local restaurant guide (found the last 2 at the front desk). Those things would have been helpful but not in any way a reason to avoid this hotel. I recommend Extended Stay and I will probably stay here next year for my conference.
It was a nice and cosy stay at Extended Stay America until their ROACHES started river dancing on our toes and their ANTS started trying to cuddle in the bed with us to escape the cold...In my honest opinion it is unacceptable to have such pests in your guests room. But to top it off they werent willing to do anything about it. They acted offended when we asked them if they had some bug spray. They didnt even offer to change rooms for us. But I digress.Breakfast, according to them, was from 6am to 8:30am. Which was a lie because at 8am nothing was out. (who is up at 6am while on vacation is a mystery to me) But we didnt really miss anything because breakfast consisted of coffee and a free granola bar. So theres that.On a good note, the pillows and bed were very comfortable. There was a full sized refrigerator, microwave and two-burner stove top that were all clean. So if you are cool with starting a Congo line with the ROACHES and ants that live there, I recommend this hotel. But if youd rather not risk bringing home a new family member or two in your bags, steer clear.
The room was smell of mildew, the staff was rude. I have been frequently staying on and off at extended stay hotels and this one was duild so nice but, the servive was below average. They stop serving coffee 10:30 am on the dot , and other hotels serve tea and coffee all day. The staff was profiling and just rude.
Ive always stayed at the extended stay hotel because I do find them nice.I see them going threw allot of situations, and even at times I think they might be mad about something they were still always polite.Well when you got a boss Lady that is π― on her ps and Qs that makes it the best everThanks extended stay hotel youre the best
The hotel was overbooked so we ended up in a double room instead of a king without any pillows. We were only able to get 3 pillows from the front desk. The lobby was full of flies. No ice machine. The bathroom area was filthy with facial hair clippings and toothpaste in the sink and other hair in the tub. Will not stay again.
No complaints. The room was better than expected considering its an extended stay. I read some of the reviews on here but I have to say the staff was kind, helpful to my needs and very considerate of my circumstance. Special shout to Ms. Tracy who went above and beyond to accommodate me and my families needs.
This extended stay is horrible. Ac does not work. Roaches everywhere and I keep my key card away from my phone and it still deactivates. Also there is never anyone at the front desk. I had to bang on the glass to get back in after waiting for an hour. I had to go back to my car and blow up the front desk phone until someone answered. THE WORSE
This is a very clean and friendly hotel. Very quite. Can be busy with folks in and out of the hotel during the day but even for a Friday night its very quite. We are near everything, including the 85 to Atlanta. Their is public transportation maybe have to ask where to get the bus. Easy parking. Havent tried the breakfast yet. Only reason for 4 stars, I dont see a pool or I tho k there isnt none. But otherwise Im glad I booked here until we get our new home in Lawrenceville.
Nice people at front desk except for Sharon. This person is the CANCER OF THE HOTEL...worse receptionist, unprofessional, bad energy, inconsistent, never smiles, finds every reason to be of no value to the hotel or guests. Shes rude and tries her best NOT to assist the guests who are paying her salary. When you need something good luck dealing with her.... Shes ready to report her coworkers for her own faults. I dont know how they can work with her. I know they must hate every second. All she does is sit around and make excuses and irrational decisions, she makes no sense, I really dont know why the hotel keeps bad employees when it keeps good paying guests at bay. WATCH YOUR CAR, BEWARE OF CLEANLINESS, SMALL BATHROOMS, CHECK SHEETS AND PADDING, INSPECTION IS THE RULE HERE.Well Im a paying guest and I demand respect and satisfaction. I also have inside contacts when Im not treated fairly I just contact my sources.Note to corp management:GET RID OF THE CANCER BEFORE 2 ** BECOME 1*
I must say I was very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel did have a smell, bad atmosphere (there were homeless people taking baths in the lobby bathroom). This is scary considering we were travelling with a teen girl. The kitchen ventahood was old a rusty and overall the guest were very loud at night with a lot a running. Not a good experience! Last time staying here!βΉ
Excellent wonderful staff friendly and care about your well being and take care of all your needs. Up to date rooms and nice clean lobby and hallways. There is also a fitness room that never closes and a golf course right next door with plenty of shoppping in the area.
Housekeeper very poor we stayed in for 9 days only once our bedding get changed even with that the bathroom where not wash just wiped. Our toilet got block on the 2nd Aug when ask one of hotel male customer service he gave us a plunger to do it for ourselves I think its a disgrace and unprofessional to ask a customer to do there job or plumbing job.Our internet turned off the same gentleman that gave the plunger ask my daughter to call customer services which we couldnt get through I had to go down myself and ask if thats our job before he call and went through immediately. The location is by the highway so very noisy and breakfast is poor, starts from 6-9am but really nothing is refilled once finished at 7am. This is a poor quality standard hotel I highly recommend you do not come here as it will cause discomfort and ruined your stay.
Its okay if you are trying to be frugal but hallway smells, room is dingy, found hair in freezer, provides mini kitchen but no pots, silverware, cups, etc. Nice dog area with poop bags. Convenient location near everything. Would give 2.5 if I could. Its half decent.
I hate to do this. After 11P there is no way to get in. Calls to the front desk go unanswered. This is as a current guest (the key doesnt work to get into the lobby). Dirty towels are traded for cleaned ones, but no cleaned ones are given. Youre told they will be delivered to your room (because there arent any currently available), but 2 days layer... no towels. I have no choice but to check out early. Meanwhile I need to find a replacement hotel for 1 night until the doors are unlocked at 7A. Note: there are 2 of these exact hotels so clise theyre almost sharing the same parking lot... almost... the names are backwards on Googke maps. One answers the phone. the other doesnt. unacceptable for $500+.
The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly. Almost everything worked in the room. My only complaint was that I didnt have a working light in the bathroom. I requested to have it replaced but it didnt get replaced. There was another light in the area beside the bathroom so I just used that to see into the bathroom.
I was greeted by friendly staff during my late check in. however, after returning back after like 15 mins to ask for extra blankets, the other staff was very rude claiming they dont give out extra blankets after 11, it was 11.03 and I had checked in like 15 mins ago. Nevertheless, room itself was good. The only issue was one of the staff,
HORRIBLE!!! We actually found a pair of underwear with feces in them in the corner of the room... The service was terrible. There is a church that rents the conference room every Sunday and was right below our room. I work night shift and I was awakened by the beating drums and singing on Sunday morning at 10:30 after working all night. We were only given 1 cup to drink out of and every day we went down to ask for the other 3 we needed, we were told they didnt have any. We were also told they didnt have any wash cloths every day we went to get clean towels. The pool was dirty because the pump was not recirculating the water. The halls smell aweful and I kept a headache the entire time we were here. I do not recommend this facility to anyone!!!!!!!
We had to ask for clean sheets and clean wash rags/ towels for the 2 days we spent there. Usually when a guest leaves the room for the day someone cleans the room and restock what is needed, but when we got back to our room it was not clean or stocked .We had some other people who booked a room at the same hotel with us and when they settle in the room they check there beds and 3 roaches ran out from 1of the beds. The associate at the hotel tried to downplay the situation but that is not acceptable at all . We werent happy with our stay at the Extended Stay America in ATL.
Black guy with an accent is very mean. Customer service could make me feel more welcomed. Room was half cleaned when room service attended to it. My experience there was borderline terrible. I donβt recommend anybody visit this extended in the others were much better
0 stars if I could . The worst service ever . No room service if u pay daily. All of the brochures in the room say they will bring things you need to your room. They dont and they get an attitude if u ask someone to do something they advertise. Stand at a locked front door for 20 minutes in freezing cold waiting for someone to open and the employee was outside talking to someone on the phone and took her time to open it. The worst service rooms should be the same price as a roach motel because thats all this is save your money
Its funny anyone complaining about Sharon. I stayed at this place for months and not 1 time was ANY of them negative especially not Sharon. She went above and beyond to help. Some guests think they run people and can talk to people any kind of way and Sharon wont deal so Im not surprised if its not people that just couldnt talk crazy to her complaining. That whole staff deals with a lot of bs that Ive witnessed first hand and still they smile and try to be as accommodating as possible. Had THAT bad of an experience then there was another extended stay next door, shouldve went there. I was on the 5th floor no bugs or any complaints I dont know about other floors but again the staff especially Sharon are all nice patient (as can be) people. Oh and there was ALWAYS A towel issue shes not the laundry attendant shes front desk, thats put of her control.
Definitely doesnt merit the 2.5 star categorization given by hotwire. The smell of canned food permeates the entire building, the sheets were stained, and the breakfast is basically granola bars and oatmeal packets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful at least.
Friendly Courteous Staff! My experience was amazing and the team is a great one but one team member truly outshines. Im talking about Ivory. From the check in and continuously she has made sure I was all set. She treats people like family and this is a home away from home after all. She goes above and beyond making sure you are doing aok. Makes a big difference to me. Recommend for sure.
Great room. Great front desk. When I requested to change rooms because of the highway noise they accommodated without a quibble. If you are sensitive to noise when you sleep get a room in the higher numbers or to the left when you get off the elevator. The right side faces the highway.
First off I got bit by bed bugs the room i was rented (616-614)and the one next door to mine had previously problems with bed bugs which I was told by house keeping and was offered a 2 day stay or refund for two days ,2nd they let the police in my room and vandalized it and go through my belongings which ended up with my coach wallet being stolen with my social security card, birth certificate and other credit cards Inside. The onsite manager is very rude and hard to work with I wouldnt rent a room here if it was the last one on the planet .the only employee there who is great in auhjanae and delores who work the front d esk could give them a zero I would
Halls and room smelled like smoke. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned more than once a week and we did not care that it was going to cost extra. We were asked if we were dirty people and why we would need it cleaned more than once a week. I would recommend this place only to my ex mother-in-law...
Good room size to accomadate family. States free wifi but to get a good connection you need to pay an extra 3.99 per day to upgrade and actually use it not just connect. Why dont they just include it in the rate? Asked to get a hotel with pool and it turns out its not working ..... well now i hope it gets better because i promised my kids a fun pool day. I am a property manager myself if you need help call me ;)
After a long day of 16 hrs of traveling I booked here and when I arrived I waited for the manager victor to get to me as he was standing doing nothing for ten minutes. Then decided to ask me if I needs to check in. I proceeded to check in when he ask for a credit card to put on file I gave him a prepaid debit card that I had loaded for this reason. He refused my card, told me he couldnt and wouldnt check me in at all and didnt care what my circumstances were for that night of lodging. He was VERY rude and belligerent. He got loud and just plain ugly. I sat in the lobby pregnant with two small Babies unable to check in and on the phone for 2 hrs trying to change my reservation somewhere else. During that time I witnessed him argue and refuse to give another customer corporate office number. And said I am the manager everything goes thru me. .DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, the property is nice but the staff is horrible and victor needs a different job he sucks at customer service with his rude ass.
Room was dank, people roaming the parking lot at all hours, room service was only there 1 of the 2 times scheduled. Parking lot way too small. Free breakfast is prepackaged granola bars and coffee which isnt restocked. Dishes took 3 requests. Baby roaches on the walls a few times, but none were full sized. You get what you pay for.
The gym is great, simple but meets basic workout needs! Also if you need something to grab and go to eat in the morning they have oatmeal, muffins, granola bars, and a few more things. I also love how close stores are restaurants are, some are even in walking distance.
There is no POOL OR HOT tub here!!!!!! A few washer and dryers are the ONLY amenities they have. No GYM as well. Can you believe no freaking Ice machine....nothing. One elevator for almost 2 weeks. Floors are dirty especially in thevelevator. Breakfast is coffee, muffins and packaged oatmeal.FALSE ADVERTISMENT TO THE MAX!
Horrible! Mrs.Tracy(supervisor) Cursed me out just for asking all the prices for up to a month... She has a nasty attitude against everyone... I seen it! She is rude, unkind and very unprofessional! She try to tow my truck in the place she towed me to park it... Dee and her staff call the police on me because I asked for a refund and cursed me out again! and gave me the incorrect amount and they locked me up for it (criminal trespass) I spend $1500 how is that possible? They are rude untrained professionals trying to steal money as far as booking for a price that the corporate office didnt quote! I dont recommend them to my worst enemy!
Counters, table dresser, and all other surfaces were covered in a gritty dirt. Mirror had mud smeared.on it. I told the front desk and their only reply was Hmm. I asked for cleaning supplies and was told I could get them at the front desk, which I did. No offer to clean for me. I called again and asked for an ice bucket; the clerk laughed and said they dont have any but told me where the ice macine is. Then I asked for a luggage rack and the clerk laughed again and ssid, We dont have any of those either. Then I asked.if we could have some cups, and the clerk said, Why? You dont have a coffee maker. I told her I wanted them for water so she said she could find one. The room had a nice kitchenette, but no pots, pans, dishes, utensils, nothing. The wifi connection assures you your connection to it will NOT be secure. The smoke detector in our room is sealed up in a plastic bag; maybe by a previous guest who wanted to smoke?
To many men just hanging around the front desk. It made me very uncomfortable. Someone knocked on our door about 10 pm and when we ask who is it and looked out the peep hole no one was there. Very creepy stay for two women with two small children. We will never stay there again.
Front desk giving other customers keys to already occupied rooms....strayd peeing on the elevator and cops had to be called....People always hanging out in the parking lot......floor reaked of Marijuana....the only good thing I can say is that my family and I didnt see any roaches...
Terrible, terrible place. I felt the discrimination when I was talking with the receptionist. This employee named Sharon Mobley was incredibly, amazing rude, never tried to hide her annoyance when I asked questions. Im not trying to categorize people into races, but she smiled and was very nice to every black and white people which she never did for Asians. She lied to me when I asked for more towel. I sent my son down there to bring some more towel and he said Can I have a towel and she came with one, but he asked for more and she said that she doesnt have anymore towels. This happened yesterday so I came down hoping it wasnt involved with any racism but she DID have more towels and started lying that my son only asked for one and never for more. The breakfast is a lie. They only have apples and oranges, and horrible tasting coffees with granola bars and muffins. The room is filthy, the bathtub is filled with some sticky stuffs, and the bed sheets are torn and in bad condition. I recommend a place called Wingate by Wyndham next door. You dont want to come to this place. Especially, when theres SHARON MOBLEY. ILL BE TALKING TO YOUR MANAGER ABOUT THIS SHARON.Remember the name guys. SHARON MOBLEY.
Walked in my room, immediately noticed a terrible smell, found bugs crawling in my bed, window broken and wont close all the way allowing loud highway noise in. The bed light was burnt out. These thieves put this piece of crap room on Hotwire because no one else wanted it. This is the worst room Ive ever seen after 20 Hotwire bookings.
By far the worst experience at this brand of hotel ever !! Staff is arrogant even when they are at fault and when you meet the manager it is evident where the staff gets it from! Room was Below part for this hotel chain. We were told after we checked in that hotel had breed restrictions that consists only of pit bulls.. manager said they allowed them but at their choice. Now cant check out because their staff error
Other than the inadequate amount of parking spaces available this location is great. Staff may be hard to reach at times as well. Its in a very accessible area of duluth. Quite literally a 5 minute walk to the Sugarloaf Mills Mall. This mall has a dave and busters, jump street, movie theater, and medieval times accessible. This location is prime. Just be sure not to confuse this one with the one next door as their addresses are similar. For the price and the amenities featured from this establishment it is well worth the money. Rooms have separate bath living, sleeping, and kitchen areas. Available household supplies such as dishes, glasses, and silverware. Great choice for anyone looking for an extended stay!
Youd be better off sleeping under a bridge, its the same experience for less money. God awful smell in the hallway - death mixed with pee. Parking was awful - needed a shuttle. Atmosphere feels like a brothel mixed with a high rise project. Tenants getting drunk in the lobby, yeah tenants. I could go on and on, hopefully you got the point. R U N
Very unprofessional This place was awful. I do not recommended anyone stay here. Upon checking in I was told that there would not be anyone cleaning our room. Every time I asked for clean towels I was told to call back in an hour after the third time of calling I decided to go down myself to the front desk. I was told the reason there is no towels etc is because no one is returning them, so she said for me to bring my things down and she would wash and dry them which I did. We will !NOT! Be returning
Slowly going down the hill . The first time I visit this hotel was wonderful clean ,friendly staff , no loudness . At that time the rates were high . My last visit there its very dirty outside, still friendly staff , loudness by my room , no parking spots at night . I wouldve stayed longer I love this hotel but not what it is becoming
To Coperate: Could some of us in the hotel vote her out of here. It has become unbearable. I have 11 people ready. The Goal this year 2016 is to let her go or false her out. Sharron. She leaves the work area unattended to run personal errands.ive been here for 3months. Building number 9856. Is frequently late to work.telling guest about co-workers.Frequently leaves work early with out doing what i requested and this is during the day time. I dont know what that made-up guest taylor monroe is reffereng to. Stop blaming laundry. Tony is patient and cool to talk to. I will email cooperate in a few days. It has to stop.
It wasnt clean as it should be. The fixtures were defective, such as the TV that had a cracked display, a lamp that was missing an off switch, and a microwave that kind of worked. The food splatter in the microwave was one thing but the hairs in the shower was too much. I guess I got what I paid for with discount prices.
This location was horrible!!! My room smelled very bad and some of the staff was very rude! One employee was smoking weed on the job and she was very ghetto and disrespectful! I was double charged and had to wait a whole week for a refund and donβt bother call customer relations because I didnβt get a call back from the manager until after my 6th call!
Clean rooms....but when we got there dishes was by the door all the towels wasnt in the room and the parking is ridiculous....my husband had to drive around for 10 mins to get a spot.I mean if you gonna have a hotel make sure you got enough parking spots for your guests...
What can you say about Extended Stay America their prices are a little high their rooms are kind of run-down some of them though have been refurbished the maid services a little slow if you have Extended Stay youre only allowed fresh towels twice a week unless you want to go wash your stuff yourself you get clean bedding once a week the kitchens are kind of run-down
Here at this hotel people are standing in front of the hotel drinking beer which would be totally unacceptable also when we check in my room we found drug paraphernalia and I room if I can I will take a picture of it and post it online this is by one of the worst hotels that ever stayed in my life and would never stay here again we came down on a Thursday and were going to leave out Sunday and they tell us that we have to pay $10 for room service that sucks time out they only change and letting if you stay for 8 days of Moore what kind of hotel is this I see where they call it Extended Stay I would never stand my stay here no more this place is a dump.

2022-05-09The location was great considering all the food options and other places I wanted to visit. Service was good, but the lack of staff made it hard to find people sometimes. I understand if staffing is an issue since covid have a lot of businesses understaffed. The cleaning could be better. Overall, I had a good experience.

2022-02-17Never had such an experience at any other extended stay America. Poorly maintained facility. The place was crawling roaches it was the hardest night to spend checked out next day and still they are refunding for the cancellation. Turned out to be a big mistake definitely Not recommended at all πUpon such disgusting service they have the audacity to not refund their customers money for suffering 1 night just to check out the next day. All they want is to Blame the customer for booking with them, fraudsters.!!

2021-12-08Monday night I was desperately searching for a hotel room. After looking at 2 other places I ended up reserving a night here after looking at the pictures on bring fido. When I arrived at the hotel and walked in there was one girl working. She was on the phone with her mother in one ear and working with the guests in the other. Between checking me in, talking to her mother, and fiddling with a hispanic ladies ipad I was noticing the homeless looking guy walking around with no shirt on and rain boots. I immediately told the clerk that I did not want to stay there and to refund my money. She told me I would have to go through bring fido ( which later bring fido told me was not the case ) As I have called them 3 times now and they have attempted to speak with the general manager which is never there. I tried to call this morning and still no GM until 10pm I was told. Anyways out of frustration I took my room key and grabbed my dog out of the car to proceed to the room. When I got to the 6th floor the smell was unbearable. I knew that I was in the wrong place. On top of that she put me right next to the homeless guys room. Which at the very moment some lady was pleading with her daughter to leave and come home. It was like a scene out of the show intervention. The druggy guy with the beard was also pacing around. I did not even go in the room. I went right back down stairs and handed my room keys over and demanded a refund. Once again she could not accommodate. Then the police pulled up and I left. I would not be posting this review if the GM would have handled this in a timely manner. I will keep calling until they do because I paid 140 dollars for this experience without ever stepping foot in my room.

2021-10-06A very unforeseen circumstance caused me to have to stay here much longer than the one day plan. Despite that, the day and evening staff made my stay a comfortable one. I honestly can say I had no issues to report. The staff were great and the room was confy!
