Horrible Experience & Horrible Customer service. Our bike sat here for over six weeks, without anything being done to it. My husband continuously called for updates and every time there was a different excuse and lie as to what was being done. When we went into the shop after five weeks to ask about the bike the ladies behind the counter were rude and acted like they could care less, but assured us that they would call with an update within two days. That call never came. When we called the next week to ask to speak with the owner, even he couldnt be bothered to come to the phone. We finally decided we had enough and went to pick it up. Once we arrived there was no apology or excuse, all they said were here are you keys. How a place like this stays in business is beyond me. But avoid them at all cost. I would not recommend them to anyone.
After purchasing my 2013 Spyder RT from a private seller on Facebook Marketplace, my husband and I discovered that the previous owner did more damage than we realized, but given the ridiculously GREAT price we paid for it, we were pleased nonetheless. Because neither of us have any idea how to approach beginning to replace and repair my new baby properly, we asked the advice of our friends on Facebook. A gentleman my husband trusts recommended Extreme Propulsion, and he was exactly right!!! After completing the initial exam, they took the time to help me prioritize the extensive list of parts that would need to be ordered and installed. And although I had a lot of them, they answered all my questions, and I couldnt be happier with the results!!! Im looking forward to getting back to riding, and I cant thank you all enough for your help!!!
Starting in 2015, Ive bought 2 Spyders from these folks and have had all my maintenance work done there. Sales, Service, Prices. Customer Care this is a Great Dealership. I still get questions from people admiring my ride and wanting to know more about it....I always tell them to drive up to Cartersville and take a test ride. Best prices, knowledgeable friendly staff, its worth the time to drive up to Cartersville.
I highly recommend Extreme Propulsion. When I bought a SeaDoo a few years ago they were the only dealer left in 250 mile radius with the color i wanted. I was able to negotiate via emial with Sue for a great price and I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. Everyone there was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was recently in the market for another SeaDoo and shopped a bit locally and was very disheartened by the attitudes and business practices of the dealers in my area. I called Sue at Extreme Propulsion and worked out another great deal and drove 3.5 hours again. They are great with anything before and after the sale.
My wife and I decided to purchase a Can Am Ryker this past week. After checking the local ATV’s here in Rome, we decided to look further and came upon Extreme Propulsion. My wife and I looked at a couple of Rykers with Sue (Exreme Propulsion) and decided to go with the Ryker Ralley. I asked a Sue would she have the bike cleaned up before returning the next week she said she would. Upon returning to pick up the bike , I noticed out front of the dealership, the bike, I told my wife that can’t be ours , the bike was dirty , especially around the tires . Also having 18.5 miles already on the odometer , when asking about the milage, sue informed my wife and I they have to test drive the bike to make sure everything is ok, she assured me the other bikes were like that and said she would show us and never did, do you test a bike nearly 20 miles down the road and back to assure the bikes ok? Maybe 2 or 3 but not 18 After returning home with the bike I noticed grease on the rims of the bike Very, Very DISAPPOINTING!!! After paying over $12, ooo for a bike , you figure you would get a bike that at least would be clean to the hilt, If I could return the bike I definitely would!!!
Visited for the first time ever this past saturday and was blown away by the customer service and their knowledge on seadoos. Spoke with Lisa over the phone and she quoted me a price and it was spot on. Upon arriving their staff (mrs sue) was very quick to greet me and was happy to help. Alex (i believe was his name) got right to work on my jetski and wasted no time, Alex wanted a second opinion and had the owner come out and talk to me instead of just giving up and saying i dont know whats wrong. Mr DK and Alex told me exactly what was wrong with it and what it needed to be fixed. They were very knowledgable on what was going on with my jetski and had a few things that needed to be done to make it water ready and was in and out in 30 minutes. DK assured me my jetski was water ready and sure enough it ran perfect with no problems. Thanks for the help folks!
Extreme Propulsion is like going home to me. The owners and the staff make me feel like they have known me all my life. They have taken the time to get to know me and my family. They will take the time to have a conversation with you and simply not sell you something and run you out the door. I simply will not take my Spyder to any other dealer. I can drive out of the parking lot with the confidence of knowing that my Spyder has had the correct service and they will stand behind their work. Extreme Propulsion is not the only dealer in the area but, it is simply the BEST dealer in the area.
Had a lot of experiencing in my life with my water toys my ski boats etc. so far they seem very appreciative of the business and have taken care of me . I have to admit Im pretty particular about taking care of what I work so hard for, so I expect to be treated with respect as well when I spend my money with a company. Try these guys out and I feel youll enjoy your experience!
I called Extreme Propulsion today to find out when I could bring in my Sea Doo jet skis to be worked on. The girl answering the phone told me that they don’t really want to work on my jet skis because they are trying to “get away from” two stroke engines. She said that I could bring my jet skis in if I would like to, but that she could not guarantee that they would work on them even though they are a Sea Doo dealer location. I would not want someone like this representing my company.
Very nice place to do business very nice staff and very helpful very cool ATVS and Very cool UTVS as well Sue is a very nice friendly lady very helpful and understanding I would extremely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a perfect ATV or UTV I will definitely do business with them for sure.
I checked around and ended up going with Extreme Propulsion because they were no hassle, not high pressure, didnt try to sell me a bunch of other garbage.....and just plain nice. I talked with Mountain Motor Sports of Lithia Springs who tried to play a few tricks. And went back to EP. If you look at ATVTrader online, you may see that the EP has their prices a little higher than MMS, but what MMS doesnt tell you is, their price doesnt include a warranty or anything else. EPs prices are an OUT THE DOOR price. I bought a CAN AM 650 MAX XT....LOVE IT!!!....including a 2 year warranty.....was $350 cheaper than MMS. Thats a monthly payment and a half!! And when given the chance, MMS wouldnt make up the difference. So, I highly recommend dealing with Extreme Propulsion in Cartersville, GA. Miss Sue and Miss Sharon are great to work with! I even took my 2001 Bombardier Traxter XT to get some work done on it. Great Folks!!
I’ve bought 2 jet skis from extreme propulsion a 2016 and the other I just bought maybe a month ago. The 2016 only had 40 hours on it and it needed to be repaired . They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could get to it so I called after 2 weeks they told me they are trying to figure it out , 3 weeks they said they were having a hard time it’s a wiring problem and were trying to figure it out when a month was about to come up they said the same thing . I asked are you telling me the truth or are you too busy they told me a little bit of both . So I found another mechanic to work on my boats so I picked the ski up and brought it to him it took him a little over an hour to figure out it was a relay. So now it’s back on the lake . So it looks like they lied to me the whole time.
I would not take anything to this place. The worst exsperiance I have ever had. First they tell me it is going to take a week to fix my jet ski that just a rope tangle in the rod and water in it. It takes them 6 weeks and $800 and now it needs a new motor because they let it set with the water in it that hole time they had it and the motor is stuck. Not worth rating..UpdateJust to remind you I have photos of the Jet ski in your parking lot the last day picked up with the head left off of it and laying in the inside of the haul. On purpose of course.. But thats okay. All the correct complants have been filed and posted hope people really do there home work. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE. ITS A DISAPPOINTMENT

2022-08-01Bought a 2022 canam commander from here and my experience was excellent. Im from south carolina and Sue did an excellent job of getting me everything I needed to get through the process smoothly and worry free. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. She told me from the start that there would probably be a 4 month or so wait time and that it might even be a little longer just depended on how quickly the manufacturers could get them built. Sue kept in contact periodically to update me. This would definitely be the dealership to deal with with future purchases if I wasnt so far away . Thanks again Sue for a great experience.

2022-06-15Bought a new Sea Doo last year from a different dealer that developed IDF issues first time out. Original dealer and other local dealers could not get me in to look at the issue for weeks. Extreme Propulsion did. They got me in, IDd the issue, parts ordered, completed the warranty work and got me back in the water. I even received a phone call from the owner with an update of the repair. After a year, I have had no issues with my Ski.We just purchased our second Sea Doo last week, this time from Extreme Propulsion. Again, the experience was great. Being retired military, I appreciate the professionalism and by-the-book approach from their technicians. (Also noted in a Greenhulk.net PWC Forum) Thanks to the owner, Sue and crew. Ill be back.

2022-04-17Sue and the team up at Extreme Propulsion went above and beyond. I bought a 2022 Can Am Ryker sport and did most of my work over the phone and online. I live in Covington georgia which is almost 2 hours away. Mountain motorsports was not as helpful and accommodating as Extreme Propulsion and Im glad I found Sue and her team. I found the bike I wanted, for a great price and they worked around my schedule. We communicated through calls, text and emails and Sue answered back right away. Then she connected me with her transport guy Charlie who was also a great person. He was polite, friendly and professional and drove out to my house, picked up my trade and had it back at the dealership before they opened. Sue walked me through all the features on my bike, let me know about discounts on accessories and introduced me to the service team also. If you are ever in the market for powersports equipment, go to Cartersville to Extreme Propulsion and ask for Sue. Or give her a call and let her work her magic.

2020-02-13I loved dealing with DK, Sue, and the team at Extreme Propulsion. They made buying my Spyder F3 Limited Extremely easy :) Loved that they had the fit system right in store so that I could order the correct bars for my bike. Appreciated their follow up and patience with all my questions. The store has more factory accessories than any other store I have been in and I went to A LOT of stores before making my purchase. You will love how easy going these guys are.
