Not greeted at check in, barely even spoke to not told the hours of breakfast therefore we missed it with the kids, when we asked if we could just use the waffle mix to make our own waffles at least was told very rudely breakfast was over at 10 however there was a few over there left so we were able to manage something. Upon checkout the rude front desk person nowhere to be found so maintenance printed us a receipt. My husband and i have stayed here many times first time bringing the kids as this was their first concert and the hotel option was a disaster
Mold in the Bathroom.I got locked in my room several times due to a faulty door lock.Breakfast was horrible. The beds were not comfortable in comparison to other Fairfield locations. The room smelled of smoke and old carpet. My room phone did not work and to top it off the check out receptionist Miss Tinisha insulted and antagonistically responded to the aforementioned issues. She even implied I shouldve been off of the premises by 12,even though Miss China, the night receptionist gave me a 2pm checkout. She was rude and implied that I was a liar. This was my worst Hotel stay ever and as of today in which it has been 5 days hotel management Miss Karen has yet to respond or even offer an apology however a customer service representative that I call did apologize and gave me some additional points which was nice but is not reflective of the Marriott brand Ive been associated with for over 20 years. This was my worst stay ever at a hotel let me reiterate this and I dont understand why anyone associated with Marriott would not at least be alarmed by these circumstances.I am extremely disappointed in this brand in which I have supported for over 20 years and im befuddled why Marriott would not try to address these issues with a greater since of urgency.Im a Disabled Veteran and I have loss faith in the Marriott brand Ive been acquainted with for so many years.Hopefully this stay was an aberration!!!!!
When you are staying at a Marriott you expect a great service as usual. Breakfast included is a must have when you have kids. They went to the breakfast area starving and just to find a lot of empty containers and just basic plastic wrapped low quality cheap breakfast. On the website It had excellent pictures of their breakfast and some people saying their breakfast is excellent? ITS ALL A JOKE! This hotel isnt cheap at all and it should have a good breakfast.Rooms were excellent super clean and spacious, but Im really disappointed of this hotel they charged $150 + 20 deposit to my card and I will never come to this chain AGAIN!
Stayed 3 nights and the place was easy to check in and check out. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the staff were friendly. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars is because for their breakfast. It was slim pickings through the week. They did offer waffles on Saturday, but just cereal, milk, very small yogurt, Danishes, sweet rolls and beagles through the week. They really need to improve their breakfast.
This hotel is very conveniently located, near Avalon, North Point Mall, downtown Alpharetta and other commercial establishments. The hotel and rooms were immaculately clean, something that is very important to us. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The pool had just reopened and the grandkids loved it. We did not eat breakfast there and the buffet was somewhat limited, as you might expect with hotels just beginning to come back from the negative travel experiences due to Covid. The only negative was the need for better lighting in the bathroom.
Why is this hotel rated so high? Yes, the location is convenient. However, the air conditioning unit was ancient. Set to 60 degrees with the fan on and it was still too hot to use a single sheet to sleep in. Customer service? How about...no greeting from the front desk and loud yawning when I checked in. Counter space? None. Breakfast? Coffee wasnt even warm and the food choices were mediocre. Stay somewhere else. This is not a typical Marriott experience. I would never stay here again.
The rooms have been updated recently from what I could tell. Nice, very large tv in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The mobile workspace desk and chair was very nice as well for working from the room. One note is that I dont understand the lack of door or shower curtain over the shower, so water gets onto the floor outside of the shower stall.
Checked in after dark, which was updated through the app, and the door to the lobby is locked. Not, in itself, an issue. However, there is a sign saying to use the bell to alert the front desk...there is no bell. I stood outside for quite a while, waiting for someone to see I was there and let me in. When I gained entry, the front desk clerk just said there is no bell, that the sign was put up again after renovation anyway. Honestly, not her fault, but someone should take it down. Room was clean, no complaints there. We stayed for 3 nights. There were 4 people staying in the room (in reservation) and we only had 3 towels. This may be customary, but when someone checks in, and you see it is a party of 4, maybe have extra towels to hand them at check-in. The renovated shower is a VERY poor design. There is a pretty large gulley under the shower head. It might not be a big deal if you could adjust the head to come out further. However, at the back of the shower there is a large opening (no door) and water gets absolutely everywhere. We managed, but it is a very bad design. When I asked for housekeeping through the app, basically just to have trash removed and get towels. It didnt happen either of the 2 days. The first day at least they left towels in a clear trash bag outside the door (not too happy with that, but at least we got them). The second day I requested the same thing. We were out for the day, leaving at 9am and returning at 830pm or so. No towels were brought up, no housekeeping. I requested towels again through the app. This time, I needed to go down and get them from the front desk. On the website, it says no housekeeping unless staying 3 or more nights (but you can request it). Obviously, this is a joke. I assumed the hotel was still short-staffed. According to the front desk rep who was there the day we checked out, she said they were just about fully staffed. If they are, that is pretty sad. Breakfast was fine, but seemed like every morning they were out of silverware. Not too big of a deal, we just asked and it was put out. This is not typical of Marriott. I am a gold member, and have been. I make reservations through the bonvoy app. Points earned at this location are not accurate. It should be 10pts/$1 + 25% extra in points for gold members. That didnt happen. This hotel never asked for a review in an email, as is typical after your stay. I guess I wouldnt either if you provide subpar accommodations. Again, it was clean, and all we did was sleep and shower, so it served its purpose. However, I wouldnt stay again.
We needed a place to stay for the night and found the prices here to be great. The room was clean and very neat. Comfy and quiet. Front desk lady was nice. Was hoping there would be eggs in the morning but coffee and toast was good too. Id come back again for leisure.
Overall pleased with our stay. I wish the continental breakfast would have been available daily (everything was always gone b 800/830). The staff were very friendly and the hotel did great at following covid protocols. Close to anything you need, including the hospital. Very well quality for the price!
The staff was good and the hotel was properly clean. However, the walls are very thin and my room faced the street. Despite the hotel being a little back from the street, I still heard loud traffic until late and quite early. Not the best environment to try to get a good night’s rest.
The property and room was extremely clean and comfortable. My only issue was the fragrant scent present in the hallways and room. For most people this is not an issue, however, if you’re allergic to fragrant scents then this might be a problem. Other than that, it’s a great facility!
My wife and I are relocating to the Alpharetta area from Seattle. I wanted to state that this is really an excellent and clean hotel. I must say that the staff are very friendly as well.. I stayed from a Sunday to Wednesday. Yes, the pandemic has affected how busy it is, and the breakfast was greatly diminished, but the price was fantastic. In different cities I have easily spent 2 - 3 times as much on lower quality accommodations. The people here are friendly, the rooms are clean, modern and spacious. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend this hotel.
Everything was good. That is, I would have said great accept the man who checked me in was barely cordial and because of this I didn’t get my stay recorded in my Bonvoy account and there was no microwave in the room. Aside from that everyone else was super nice and the place itself is very clean and super nice.
Trash was left in room from previous guests & hotel management did nothing when I complained about loud guests on my floor in the late hours of the night. It just doesn’t seem like they pay any kind of particular attention to guests or their needs after being checked it. The “free” breakfast was far from what was advertised on the website. There are way better hotels in the area for the price with better amenities, food, and staff who are concerned with customer satisfaction.
Room was clean no issues with that, however none of the sanitizer stations in the lobby had sanitizer in them for 3 days now. I worked out twice and both days there has been no sanitizer solution to wipe down equipment between users. With our current environment this is unacceptable. The front desk was notified and stated that they were out of products.
Best bed we ever slept in. Only thing missing from room was microwave, but this hotel receive five starts. Really decent price too, $84 something for a king bed room with a couch with everything but microwave. But coffee maker, fridge, iron, hair dryer, everything. Great breakfast! Husbands only complaint was hot water didnt turn on. Maybe too many people showering in the morning. But great place to stay!.
As a Bon Voy member I was not happy with this stay considering the time I spent here and various Marriott Hotels in general. Our room had weird hand prints on the walls a smell that was bad. We went and bought an air wick freshener just to try and make it bearable. The bathroom was a whole other thing. It had mold growing and the wall would spray water when you took a shower to make the floor very wet and slippery. As a disabled person the floor was very dangerous for me. This hotel needs some work!
Our stay was very nice. We checked in using the app and our key was waiting at the front desk as soon as she checked in. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very soft which might bother some people but I liked it. The breakfast was decent with a lot of choices but the turkey sausage was chewy and flavorless. There was a poor selection of breakfast teas unfortunately. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.
The Alpharetta area is nice and a good place in suburban Atlanta to stay. Close to Stone Mountain and downtown destinations. The hotel was clean. Due to Covid the breakfast was just a take it style. There is a little place where you can get drinks and snacks by the front desk. I found that convenient.
From the staff being friendly and helpful with reservation , Ianna even checked mapquest for distance to our event prior to booking, to check out everything was great. Very updated , stylish and comfortable. Our room was spacious and above expectations . Breakfast was wonderful included healthy , meatless options and multiple different choices !! Wouldnt stay anywhere else if I needed to stay in Alpharetta again. Perfect for us - we met friends for a local festival on the square, had a great time, did not use the pool area, but did notice that it was clean and also hand a handicapped accessible lift, which I thought was awesome! ( I have a sister who requires one, so I always notice) We also happened to be booked into a handicapped accessible room which has a large opening for doorway and a true roll in spacious shower. ** also , very secure, when you go out of the main building it requires a key for re-entry. I valued that
I arrived after having a fun day with family to find the rooms filthy!!! Toilet was stopped up and hair was all over the shower and floor!! So I asked for a different room , need to say I switched rooms three times and all was nasty !!! Management didn’t seem to care !!! This place is deplorable!!!!!!
This property was conveniently located close to good restaurants and main highway. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Depending on which side of the building your room faces, you can hear car traffic noise, the side facing the pool was better. The breakfast service was excellent.
The lobby was very well put together, and overall very clean and professional looking. I loved how the staff has a table near the check in/out desk for snack such as fresh baked cookies, and freshly made coffee. Also the hotel has a small but solid fitness room that I really like. Lastly I Really enjoyed my twin bed room. It was immaculate.
Fairfield Inn & Suites was very neat & clean. Staff was very helpful & quick to greet you upon arrival & departure. Location was convenient to downtown activities. Stayed at the new Courtyard near Avalon last month (April 6th) - Had an issue with the A/C during that stay. Informed the desk clerk upon check out on April 7th. Was told by desk staff management would contact us within a few days. Never heard from Courtyard staff after check out which is why we chose the Fairfield Inn & Suites for this stay - Glad we did. Entire staff was pleasant & attentive to all guests. Would recommend this hotel.
Check in was great, room was ready and clean, well stocked. BREAKFAST was great, the hostess was professional, friendly, and kept foods replenished. Loved the king bed! The suite was very roomy and two TVs was an added benefit. Only suggestion would be spot clean sofas and upholstery for spills from prior guest!
Hotel is slightly dated, but its very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider it again for my traveling needs to the area. As a travel agent there are certain things I look for when I stay at a hotel. Farfield Inn was a hit for me because it was very clean and all of the staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great.
Every effort was made to help us keep our elderly parents safe and comfortable. Front desk offered us whatever room combo we felt would be best. They came to our door with a handicap shower chair that was a huge help. Housekeeping checked multiple times to see if we needed anything at all. They were aware of our struggle and responded with kindness. Amazing!!
The rooms on the front of the building are loud, was tough to sleep. The staff was very friendly and helped to recommend a near by restaurant. Hallways seem old with paint color scheme and lighting. Hallways were warm. Breakfast selection was ok, not as robust in selection as other Fairfield Inn & Suites I have stayed at in the past. The shower has no door and had to put down extra towels on the floor (seems weird set up).I would have liked to rate a 3 star for the staff friendliness and the other factors pulled it down.
Great location and staff. Typical Fairfield Inn with a market and above average breakfast. Room remodeled and the bed comfortable, but noise from the street is pretty loud. Ask for a room in the back if this bothers you. Room was fairly clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Other peoples hair in the shower and on the floor and the exaust vent was filthy. Overall a pretty good stay and I will stay again.
This hotel was a perfect place to stay in order to head into Atlanta without spending downtown prices. It was right off the interstate, making it incredibly easy to locate and leave from. The staff was pleasant and our room was very well cleaned and modern. We could not have asked for a better place to sleep.
Disappointed and Treatment of Titanium Members!! Ok hear goes: Not given the appropriate room (we asked for a large room we usually get it at this hotel, we have stayed there many times), not feather free, no towels change 2 times (we only spent 4 days there...left them outside our room), last night, April 4th, (we were awaken by a VERY loud crowd of people until after 1AM, constant noise, also a large dog that barked constantly (if this was a Service Dog, which I doubt was running around in either the room or in the corridor). We left at 4 AM. Tired and VERY Annoyed.
The customer service was amazing and the store was incredible. We did the birthday party package. We had never been before and were not sure what to expect. It was a blast. We were worried that it may be frowned upon to bring my daughters off brand doll. But when she mentioned that she did not bring her doll in the store because she wasnt an American Girl doll, our hostess jokingly and very appropriately gasped playfully and said, What! No! Our dolls love everyone and would never discriminate against another doll. We have friends from everywhere! She made my daughter feel so welcome. We loved the whole experience.
We were very pleased with our stay. Very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The reception staff was pleasant and helpful and check-in was with no hassle. Breakfast was accommodating and fine for the price of the hotel. We were very pleased and will certainly stay at this and other Fairfield Inn & suites again.
Family outing was great because we stayed in a clean hotel with excellent service. The beds are so comfortable which gives them a PLUS because you dont get that usually in a hotel. To get a good nights sleep and wake up to a good breakfast was nice. I do recommend this hotel! Great location!!! It is very close to Avalon the new shopping area.
Everyone was nice. The rooms were comfortable but the hallways were hot. They only had one ice machine in the whole hotel on the bottom floor and breakfast is suppose to last until 9:30 am on weekdays. I went down at 9:10 am and everything was empty and the person who is suppose to maintain it was standing around. I do not have this problem at the Hilton. Breakfast even last a little bit longer then the time with them. I should not have to ask for fruit or eggs and bacon. The bacon the few strips that were there were half cooked. Lets get it together Marriott. They need to knock down some walls in that breakfast area also way too small.
The hotel is small compared to others , but at same time have everything you need to spend a wonderful week .is very cozy and have complimentary breakfast , parking and internet. in case you cant set up your internet on your computer the person at the front desk will help you or will give you a 1 800 number where they can ASsist you, and get your problem fix. very courteous and very nice staff. the hotel was under remodeling when I was staying and still was keeping everything clean and organized.
Mark, the night time desk clerk was amazing from the word go! We had a terrible trip in, were very stressed and very tired. He welcomed us with a smile and joke. I needed that to lighten the mood. I am a night time roamer, and there were some other issues brewing with family. So as Mark wished our crowd a goodnight, I told him that I would see him later. He welcomed me back night after night. He let me inside when I had locked myself outside in the early hours of the morning. He made me another key when I locked myself out of my room. Mark even sat and had a midnight snack with me in the lobby. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty. The hotel was very nice, very clean, up to date, it was just and all around great stay! We will definitely book again!
We were in the Atlanta area for a short getaway. The gentleman who checked us in on Thursday evening made check in smooth and was helpful in answering our questions. The gentleman who was on duty on Sunday evening was great when we had a problem with the air conditioning and solved the problem quickly. Phillip was wonderful and we enjoyed talking to him. The ladies that served breakfast kept the area stocked and the coffee flowing and the housekeepers all had a smile on their faces everyday. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed having a refrigerator in our room. Overall. a great experience - we will make this our go to hotel when visiting the Atlanta are in the future.
Very clean and the staff are nice, but the renovations done last year seem to have been nothing more than putting lipstick on a pig. The last room I got the bed was very worn out (like sleeping in a hammock), the A/C unit smelled like an unwashed locker room and kept waking me up in the night with loud popping noises, the toilet was loose and tipping, and the modern shower unit was just a pane of glass without a door, which meant I was cold the whole time. I will not be staying here again.
Hotel just months ago renovated. Gabriel and Gina at the Front Desk are great and try to accommodate your needs. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast was still being put out at stated opening time but was warm and good. Bill is left under your door the next morning so check out is swift. First attempt at mobile check in went well and check in took no time what so ever either.
Hotel was clean and had fairly comfortable beds. Breakfast for most people would be fine as it has all the high carb and sugary foods people generally love. Internet is DOG SLOW so dont expect to stream anything. Speedtest results in 1MB or less every night I was there over a week.
The bed was comfortable, breakfast is decent, but the hotel is literally right on a main road. Theres loud traffic all through the night... made getting a good nights sleep very difficult. Also you cant change the input on the TV so dont bother with your game console or streaming device.
Great staff that made me feel welcome and helped out when needed. Room was okay. Seemed clean, despite a little unusual odor when I first walked into the room. Shower/tub area had about 4 mold spots. Room appeared to be approaching the point where it needed an overhaul. TV and other equipment worked fine.
Fairfield Inn and Suites Alpharetta was a great experience. We usually stay and a different hotel in the area but in checking around the prices were much better at Fairfield and the reviews were quite good so we thought wed give it a try. Turned out to be an excellent choice. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everyone was nice that we interacted with on the staff and its actually closer to family. Well be staying here from now on.
We are Marriott people and choose various hotel types in the system for points and because you know what you can expect. As platinum members, there are often special perks available. It makes traveling easier and more enjoyable. This was a typical Fairfield Inn near a business park. It was older and the rooms were very small, but had been refurbished and was very clean. Front desk staff were helpful. We were in town for a funeral, so only stayed the one night. A couple of good restaurants were located close by so didnt have to deal with interstate traffic late in the evening. The lighting was not very good, so putting on make up in the morning was a bit of a hassle especially if two people are trying to get ready at the same time. Served our purpose, so was okay.
I had to travel to Atlanta/Alpharetta for a nephews funeral. I arrived at the hotel after a drive of 2 hours, 20 minutes from the Atlanta airport in rush hour and pouring rain. I was not in a very good mood, to say the least. But the people working the front desk who greeted me were understanding, engaging and really excellent. Room was clean and nice, and this being my first stay at a Fairfield (I typically stay at Marriott, or Residence Inn), I was happy to find the in-room fridge, a nice touch. But the best part of the room was the mattress on the bed. I fell asleep very quickly and awoke with no backache. I would definitely stay at this location again. It is very conveniently located and the people were great, right down to the housekeeping staff. And if the beds at all Fairfields are the same as this bed was, Id be happy with Fairfield from here on!
This Marriot was located near a variety of restaurants and shopping. It is about 1 hour outside of Atlanta, so having your own transportation or using a ride service is necessary. The hotel is well maintained and offers a breakfast buffet. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.
I had a great stay at your hotel although it is very outdated. The Christina at the front desk was very nice always had a smile or her face made me feel very welcomed. The breakfast was good not eggs I was a little sad but I got over it the breakfast lady Isabel was wonderful.
The hotel is located near GA-400 -- easy on and off. It appears to be a newer property and is well kept. Breakfast was among the better of included breakfasts hotels in this category offer. When I checked in I was assigned a handicap equipped room but wasnt told about it. Not a serious problem but still...
I recently had Lipedema surgery and booked this hotel based upon recommendations. The hotel was clean, the room and bed were comfortable, the staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good! If I am ever back in the area, this will be where I choose to stay!
We were stuck at the Atlanta airport due to bad weather. I have very good luck with Marriott hotels so looked for Marriott hotels and found this hotel. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Oh, and the price was exceptional too. Can’t say enough good things about this place. I would highly recommend this hotel.
This was a nice, clean quaint hotel, with excellent staff but it is definitely outdated. The room door was chipped up at the bottom, no sofa bed kit for linens for the sofa bed, and tub needed updating. Needs to be completely remodeled. they had old tvs and a old boombox stereo in the suite room!! lol.. Not Marriott standard
I cannot thank the staff at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Atlanta Alpharetta enough for making out stay so special. We were there for a boys Volleyball tournament so we had lots of teenage boys and parents to please. The staff went over and above to accommodate their guests. From starting breakfast for us early (boys had to be in gym at 7:00 AM) to helping us order pizza for whole team and their families in the evening they went the extra mile to make sure our stay was great!!Rooms/beds were very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating!
This hotel was great from all aspects. Location, cleanliness, service, and comfort was all top notch. I would definitely suggest this hotel for anyone staying for business or leisure as it would serve as a great option for both. Nearby mall, restaurants, and proximity to downtown with less traffic was definite an additional plus.
Fairfield Inn, Alpharetta, GA was very good. The stay was for 3 days. Cleaning staff did a great job. Well laid-out rooms, no odors, no excessive humidity. Pleasant and helpful staff. Fitness equipment was all functional. Elevators for upper level rooms. Easy in and out for people with luggage. Lobby cart provided. Complimentary breakfast (self serve) was above average. 4.5 out of 5 for me.
Friendly staff. Lobby and front desk area nice. Rooms smelled horribly, were dated and need to be gutted. The smell, the carpet and box air conditioning unit filled with dust aggravated my allergies and my daughters. If we were not required by our group to stay at this hotel we would have left.
Hotel is close to many tech businesses and is moderately priced......other than that it is worn out. Carpet in my room was filthy, bed worn out, bathroom had mold, and air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast -- is not worth it. Internet works fine and location to business is good but thats about it.
I stayed there while it was undergoing some remodeling. I appreciate that they are updating the hotel, but the construction had a few minor inconveniences. The bottom floor smelled like wet paint the whole time. The front desk was located in a tiny room you could barely turn around in. My jacked got snagged on a piece of exposed metal on door from them changing the locking mechanism. Im sure these are all just temporary issues though.
It was a convenient place to stay. Very friendly staff, but the room smell of A/C mildew/mold. The light blocking curtains are fixed. They are literally mounted on a 8 inch strip, so you cant close out the light. you only can close the transparent curtains. Try night to stay street side as the orange glow of the street lights will flood the room. The place felt old.
Nice location. The hotel is nice, but Fairfield does not have microwaves in the rooms, which is a little annoying. I stayed for a few days and was frustrated with not being able to heat leftovers without leaving the room. Also, breakfast is subpar with limited options.
While its true that this is not a 5 star hotel, I would say that is a viable alternative. Im always a bit hesitant to deviate from my usual full service locations. This was not my first choice for my stay but I was pleasantly surprised with the recent renovations that had been done to the property. I have spent more than 500 nights in hotels over the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the more well maintained properties that Ive seen.
Couple things here, first called two weeks ahead of time for an early check-in get to the hotel and I’m not allowed to check in early when I needed to leave at 12 for a rehearsal for my brothers wedding. Second get to my room and smells like smoke horrible cigarette smell was not clean at all. Third my little sister had a $500 charge to her card and the manager and other front desk people could not figure out why she had that charge no help at all not good customer service at all
Our stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suites was fantastic! We knew very little about the area when booking, but decided that the hotel would be fine since it was a Marriott property. We were extremely pleased with the hotel: staff, location, and facilities. I would give this hotel 5 stars.
Strong breakfast earns a 4th star. Thin walls, though. Neighboring room really wasnt been that loud but we could hear full conversations through the walls while we were in bed. Not sure if this issue is isolated to 2nd floor rooms but it wasnt ideal. But, hey, very good breakfast.
I recently stayed at The fairfield in Atlanta Ga, upon checking in and getting to my room to settle in...while one of my kids was bathing there was a big spider crawling on the floor. My kids were distraught. So I immediately killed it and went to the front desk. I spoke with the Assistant General Manager and in disbelief her response is that this is normal and she has spiders all over her house. Excuse me!!! But I dont think so. This is disgusting and upsetting to hear an employee tell you this. This is definitely not a satisfaction guarantee.
I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Alpharetta, GA this summer. I WAS ATTACKED BY BED BUGS!!! Do NOT stay there. I contacted Marriott, got a generic reply saying that someone named Caroline would be contacting me. Needless to say, no one ever contacted me. I have sent them countless emails and have gotten no responses. The bites landed me in a local clinic and then a week later at a dermatologists office, a steroid shot, and several creams. Dont take the risk! Avoid at all costs.
Awesome staff and excellent stay. Would highly recommend. You can never go wrong with staying at a Marriott property they hold themselves to a very high standard no matter the property wether it be a top property to a regular property they all have the same standards.
This property had booked several youth sports teams during the time of reservation. They were loud, roamed the halls, and were unsupervised. Calls to the front desk were not effective. Both nights were horrible, and the attitude of staff was uncaring and indifference. Wont be returning to this property the next time we are in Roswell visiting family.
WHENEVER- AND I MEAN WHENEVER I ENTER A HOTEL FOR A RESERVATION, THE FIRST THING THEY CHECK IS MY ID AND THEY MAKE SURE IT MATCHES THE RESERATION. I USED MY POINTS TO BOOK A RESERVATION AT THIS HOTEL, WHEN I ARRIVED, FRONT DESK HAD ALREADY OFFERED A KEY TO A FRIEND WHO WAS VISITING. NOTE TO FRONT DESK, POINTS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE, BUT THEY HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM THE ROOM, ALTHOUGH IT WAS MY POINTS. MY LOSS.. BAD CS.
Friendly staff, immaculate rooms and easy location if you want to be near Atlanta, but away from the hustle and bustle of the City.Housekeeping staff folded my toilet tissue and facial tissue in the shape of a rose! I’ve never seen that before and was pleasantly surprised at the care and detail.I will stay here every single time I am in the Atlanta area.
Normal checkin is 3 pm. I waited until 3:45 from 1:30. Water damage bathroom doors and windows. Overall bad customer service and lack of caring. Rate far too high for this hotel. Not told about construction happening on second day causing me to park on side street overflow lot. 9 am knock on door from housekeeping when check out is noon. Just an overall bad stay
We were in town to attend Andy Stanley Northpoint Church across the street. We stayed her last year as well and both times the staff(Gabriel),cleanliness, breakfast and location were perfect. highly recommend. IN heart of Alpharetta and 10 min north of Buckhead, close to 85 and 19. We will be back as well!
This hotel is by far one of my favorites. I come to this area somewhat frequently and I have yet to find a problem with this property. This is supposed to be a lower quality Marriott but my good experiences in it by far beat some other higher quality Marriott properties.
I required assistance with my suitcase at checkout since I am recovering from surgery - the employee handling check out would not assist me and stood behind the counter and watched me push the suitcase with my walker thru the ;obby- she was not assisting ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS! It was 6:30 Sunday morning and there was NO one else around. UNBELIEVABLE!

2022-03-12Very nice location. I am fairly confident i am in a neighborhood that when they walk into a store they don’t count how much money is in their wallet. The outside of the hotel looks very nice at night. Inside it’s an older Fairfield. There’s nothing wrong with that and the nightly price corresponds to what you get. I knocked off a star because I didn’t get a microwave in the room and I prefer hot waffles for breakfast not the individually wrapped ones but they are Costco waffles and good. Cherry trees were in bloom and beautiful to see.

2022-06-27My wife and I stayed here for two nights as we were here for a wedding. All other places were booked and this was the closest place to the event. Price was a little high in my opinion for what we got. 1 king size bed which felt good and a small room. The room had lights but still felt dark. Toilet was a little on the low size and shower was fine. Room had a tv but didn’t watch it. Most things around the hotel was about a mile away or a 20 minute walk. I don’t mind walking and we didn’t have a car.Breakfast at the single time we went was bare. They had cup cakes, sausages, three different cereals, Some fruits, cold waffles and that’s was all. Small area which was crowded so we went back to our room and ate.

2022-02-22Avoid this hotel if you don’t want their incompetence ruins your vacation. We booked this hotel a month ago and paid in full on hotels.com. When we got there at night after long flight, they told us that they’ve canceled our reservation because the hotel was full. The manager at the front desk was rude, incompetent and didn’t care to resolve the situation. It’s was cold, dark and midnight our family had to find another hotel just for the rest few hours left of the night. Planned events next day was severely impacted due to this ordeal. Outrage was an understatement.

2022-03-18This location is really great and there is a male that is always there who is very nice to me. I love the ice cream and cookies he gives me, although I am trying to lose weight lol. I look for him whenever I stay because he makes an average place feels like a 5 Star place.

2022-01-31Everything about this stay was great.Initially I planned to stay one night & relocate closer to ATL Ga .I arrived late 11pm, receptionist quickly gave me keys & physically brought a microwave to my room.Next morning I was moved due to door lock jamming.Didn’t eat Morning breakfastOn-site Designated ♿️ Parking Was Always Available.Pool was closed, cold outside anyway.

2022-04-18Great place to stay. If you want your room cleaned be sure to tell them at the front desk daily. They should make it clear to their guests that they need to make a cleaning request if they want clean towels in their room.

2022-05-12Besides the very tiny counter and the fact that they put us in a handicapped accessible room without asking, the AC sounded like a freight train and the toilet stopped up at 10 pm!! Cannot recommended this hotel!!
