Food was mediocre. Was expecting a better bacon beef and cheddar sandwich. Quite a few tables dirty when trying to find a place to sit. Someone spilled a drink and they just placed a wet floor sign on it and didnt clean it up.
Watered down bs taste just like water for my Swiss sandwich French sauce
Arbys has really stepped up their game when it comes to having THE MEATS. Most of their sandwiches got some weight to them and most of their food is delicious. I will keep coming back.
My review is not about me. My review is as a customer looking at staff. I am sitting here eating my food and a customer comes in wanting to order food. He waits patiently while waiting not one employee asked him does he need help. The manager on duty is standing. there laughing at what ever is funny. The meat cutter just ignores him and he still waiting while the who is running the counter is the restroom. Well the counter/ maintaince/food guy comes out the bathroom looks at the guy in the eyes walks away and doesnt come back until the guy leaves. Now my complaint is why couldnt anyone else in this store help that guy do they think there to good to help the counter. End of story is arbys lost a sale and most likely a customer. These associates where on there cell phones or just standing around the entire time we where there.
They have the customer service, the meats and me as a customer for life. I ordered the country style rib meal and was not disappointed.

This is the worst Ive received from Arbys on Whittlesley in Columbus , Ga. Asked for extra onion. Hardly no meat on the Gyro. Who gives a side like mac n cheese...no utensils or napkins. Sat in drive-thru with car off waiting on order.

My wife and I went inside in which we were the only customers inside. The young lady took my order and we went and sat down. When my order was ready it was in a bag and our sandwiches was just thrown together and was drowned in their sauce which is the first time that has ever happened and the curly fries were on the cold side. I understand with the virus business can be slow but I have eaten there before and I said it was the best in town but this time a lot was left to be desired.
Same old Arbys high priced sandwich as always lol. When I went there wasnt many people so got my food rather fast. Cant say anything about there rush hour tho

I ordered for my family of 5. Most of my drinks were wrong but I understood why that happened. My sons drink was missing as was my food but the rest of my order was there. The lady gave me his drink for free, as she shouldve because it was paid for, but she was nice about it. I just felt like she wasnt listening to me while I was ordering. Ill still go back to this location and give it another go. The fries were cooked well and I enjoyed them. Those ended up being my meal that day.
The food was good but boy have thier prices gone up. Its hard for me to pay $10 at a drive through when i can go in and sit down and be waited on

What a joke. The two ladies that are working at the Whittlesey Road location should be fired. They let you order food, they tell you that they no longer sell potato cakes, I said okay I’ll take the fries and a Orange cream shake. Then the final come out and ask “ ARE YOU PAYING WITH CASH”. Who carries cash any more. I request to talk to the manager, they both acted like they were the manager. They said their card machine isn’t working. I asked why wouldn’t you say that in the first place before I ordered? I said I was going to report them to the corporate office. They then commence in yelling at me as I am driving away.I know good help is hard to find but I would close my doors forever if I had to keep people like these two.I am not done with this just posting this review. The food served was HOT and Fresh!The cashier was nice and polite.The problem I noted is that Arby Restaurant didnt have Military or Senior Discounts that was the only problem. The Manager need to correct this problem for Military and Senior, because COLUMBUS Ga. is a Military City with Retired Military and Senior. Thanks!!
Love the employees at this branch. They are courteous and helpful. Plus I love Arbys Beef n Cheddar sandwich and the chocolate chip cookies, and lets see those heavenly Ghirardelli Chocolate Milk Shakes...its like youve died and gone to chocolate heaven.
Ive never waited so stinkin long for fries in my life. Ive been here before, and the food is hot and tasty, but great googly moogly! The shift manager was really nice and extremely apologetic (gave me two pastries for free), but it was 45 minutes roughly before I got out of there.
There wasnt but a couple of customers in the drive thru and inside but the young lady didnt seem like she really wanted to take our order however when I got to the window and got her attention she was very polite
Very nice and professional crew. The young lady THOUGHT she made a mistake and was quickly to apologize and offered to correct it on the spot. When in fact it was my fault. Wish I could remember her name..
I wanted close to 10 minutes on potato cakes and when I got my order they not freshly fryed but when I asked for my drink that I had not got, it took another 5 minutes, in which I just drove off without my drink. This Arbys is always SO SLOW and my order is usually wrong. I wont be going back.
I stopped by there today and ordered a Lamb Gyro Sandwich.It was surprisingly delicious!The Lady at the Drive-thru Window was very nice and made sure I had a complete Order!Two Month ago I ordered me the $ 2/6 Fish Sandwiches and they dropped them fresh upon my request!They were delicious as well!Definitely better than McDonald’s or Burger King.Service was awesome as well!

Whoever was working the window the evening of June 15, 2021 needs to find another job that will give her more fulfillment. She had a horrible attitude I didn’t even finish ordering my food before I just said just forget it and drove off.

Got to Arby’s at 11:15 am with no customers waiting. After ordered I was asked to move from window to wait on order. I had asked for sauces. After a Gentleman had brought my order (had been waiting 10 minutes) I noticed no sauces. I drove around & had to wait again as by this time there 3 cars ahead of me. Finally got some sauce but not ketchup or straws for 2 drinks I had ordered. I realized the lady could care less so never got straws or ketchup. Glad I didn’t tip.

03/25/2020 Were into a Health Pandemic and some folks are panicked, some are just trying to continue to live, and my wife went through the Drive-thru and these folks at Arbys were absolutely EXEMPLARY!! The lady at the window and Tony, an Area Supervisor/Regional Mgr type treated her like she was the last customer they might hope to get that day. My Wife had an issue come up that never happens, and Tony just handled it....Its much appreciated and hes an example of what being a good person is, and that means doing the good/right thing even when no one is looking!! The Companys lucky to have him aboard as a Leader!!!
One of my favorite fast food places. This was the first time trying this location. Their commercials say Arbys we got the Meats. Which is good because I love to eats. If ya just want some quick food to fill that empty spot, you cant go wrong here.
Good ole Arby’s. You can’t go wrong with the place whose motto is “We have the meats!” This location is quite good. In an excellent location with great customer service. I would recommend this place highly.
Ordered 3 double beef n cheddars, 1 was great, but 2 didnt have as much cheese. Getting more wasnt a problem at all, though. Place was clean and updated and service was fast and friendly.
I pulled though a few weeks ago and forgot to write a review. The staff in the drive though did a great job and I ordered for a car full of people. The entire order was right and everything was good.

Bad customer service. Ordered food and it was made wrong. Watch out if you order a float cuz they hand it to you and then it explodes in your car because they make it by just dropping ice cream in soda

Tried to order a shake with my meal and get told the shake machine is down. Now I’m told to move forward now I have to wait on my food. This is supposed to be fast food. I’m on a 30 min lunch break! Will not return to this location. Need to hire folks that know what they are doing.
Nothing like Arbys, love the roast beef and cheese. Good sandwiches with plenty of meat. Love the curly fries, didnt care for the sweet potato fries as much.
I found the slowest Arbys in America in Columbus Georgia. BK also holds the national title in Columbus. Good food though.

I sat in line over ten minutes. The presume driver at the window had a large order. Whereas, I had ordered two drinks. I called them on the phone and asked if they would just ask the customer with the large, garage size order to pull up while she waited so that I could get my drinks. After all, other fast food chains have the common sense to do that. They of course did not. After an additional five minutes, I left in disgust.
Due to no fault of the employees I give Arbys two stars. The prices are outrageous and the food tastes nothing like it used to. I cant justify spending that much on a lunch meat sandwich. Especially when they are quite small and absolutely still unhealthy.
This Arbys has really gone down hill. The last few times we have eaten here it has been disappointing. The staff doesnt seem to care much for their job and the food is consistently underwhelming. This Arbys used to be really good but now Im going to start going back to the one on Manchester. It is further from my house but the staff and the food is worth the drive.
I went there an hour before close and see employees out in the parking lot doing nothing. I asked for a brisket sandwich and got something totally different than I ordered. I would have rather been told we dont have it available due to it being an hour from closing down for the day. I expected more from this Arbys since it is located in a great area. Epic fail.
Arbys is exactly what it is on the commercial a meat sandwich sometimes you might want more than just meat like vegetables but if youre looking for just a meat sandwich this is the place to go
Cashier was sweet but the service was super slow. There was only 2 of us in drive thru and we waited over 10 minutes for one sandwich. There were about 5 workers inside. Plenty of parking and clean.
Restaurant was not very clean. We tried 4 different drinks from the soda machine and they all tasted bad. Mostly water and carbonation. The Greek Gyro was delicious however.
The food is always good to me although there was a mix-up with the order they made it right friendly staff quick service very reasonable prices.
Kids meals are $1 w/ a regular combo purchase. A family of 4 can eat for $20!
Terrible. Went through the drive-thru and they got my order wrong got to Frys and no sandwich. Got all the way back to the office, had to turn around and go back and get my sandwich.

I usually dont do reveiws.. but my lunch today was terrible. I ordered chicken strips and they were so hard you couldnt eat them. They must have been cooked alongtime and just put under the light to keep warm.... dont think k i will be eating there again at least not for awhile... that was nothing but money wasted... so disappointed...and hungry.. bad to buy something and cant eat it.

Very slow service. Two employees talking by counter when we walked in. After a minute they walked off and a lady carrying trash comes by. She washes her hands, takes our order, and helps prepare our order. I dont know what the other employees were doing.

Service was awful, no one came to the front counter for fifteen minutes. People were just standing around looking at me. My food was reheated in a microwave my cheese wasnt even melted it was hard and old. The drink machine was leaking every time I tried to get a drink it soaked my hand and the tables were filthy. All the employees were just standing around talking to eachother never coming here again and were arbys Ive ever been too!!
Arbys has a drive through,their food is really great and they are open late.located in the heart of Columbus Park Crossing. Take a break from shopping or if you wanna grab a bite on the way home from work. Whatever you choose it is a great choice.
Went via drive thru. Short wait. Wasnt able able to switch out drinks on coupons for milkshakes. Restaurant is visible from highway, free parking, handicapped parking available. Customer Service was ok.

Arbys has certainly created a wide variety of specialty sandwiches to appeal to most every taste. Im old school and still enjoy their classic roast beef sandwich.
My food is made fresh all the time.but the other day me and wife went to arbys for dinner and the young lady who took my order at the drive thru.was very rude when we were ordering our food.as I approached the drive thru.window to pay for my food the young lady hand me my food and drinks very rudely,not sure if i will go back to the arbys on whittlesey rd.not trying to have another rude employee.

Look, fast food, I get it.....servers were nice and the service was fairly prompt, but as usual with this location we were missing a fry when we got home....the server wss generous with the sauce and ketchup packets, which means something in drive thru....so it would be 4 stars except we were shy a fry....maybe bext time

2022-06-04Oh where do I start; cashier was rude and difficult to understand. Fountain drink kiosk was out of order. Sauce station was disgusting, Ketchup was completely out, no horsy sauce. One of the womens bathroom stalls was out of order. Mens bathroom was also dirty and disgusting. All while the staff is standing round on their phones. Unbelievable.they deserve a health grade of F.

2022-04-22I had the chicken tenders and Ive had beef jerky that was easier to chew than that. It was 90% bread and a tough strip of meat right in the middle. Their fries were acceptable but some of them werent fully cooked. The service was very nice though but I doubt Ill eat at this location again because the food quality was terrible.

The level of poor customer service that most of these fast food restaurants deliver is ridiculous and I wish we would all come together and stop spending our money until things get better.

The staff is always Friendly 👌 sometimes there is quite a wait in the drive thru line but I think that is mostly due to them being understaffed which isnt their fault and I certainly dont mind the wait for food this good!! Please keep your float drinks! They are perfect on a hot day

2022-05-31I used to love this location, but the last two times I went through the drive-thru the employees are condescending & rush you through ordering. They also rush you at the window and do not give you the chance to ask for any sauces. Oh & they refused to modify my order for me. Just treat your customers with respect, please!

2022-03-30Food and tea was good....Down side: The floors were very sticky, even in the bathrooms. The drink machine did not have ice and the drink machine was not carbonated. When we mentioned it to the cashier he stated that he knew. Even the one in the back was out. We dumped our drinks, they filled us with ice and got tea.
