Love this place met my son here to pick up his sons Grayson and baby Ayden who is about to be one in a couple of weeks and he ordered my food for me 12 piece and fry with sweet tea yeahh my grandson got the six piece or the kids meal with a ice cream cookie and cream shake

Theres something about eating Chic-fil-a at the mall that makes it taste so much better.The Chic-fil-a at the Augusta Mall was one of the first 10 Chic-fil-a restaurants in Georgia.
Gave 3 stars only because they took away the coleslaw. I dont understand the kale. Its good and good for you. But so is slaw. Slaw go better with chicken in any form. Traditions can be broken. But that doesnt mean its always a good break. Zaxbys, kfc, Popeyes, culverts to name a few all have the option of coleslaw on the menu. You all clearly set the standard on fil-a of chicken sandwiches. Best tasting chicken breast by far. Also I have on several occasions received a breakfast size fil-a on sandwich. Which is smaller. Some would not notice this. But I love getting what I paid for. Correct these things and count me in on 5 star review. Have you seen the size of zaxbys fil-a? Coleslaw should be a menu option to order if so desired.
They were short-handed but managed to keep things moving in a smooth manner. The order taker was kind, professional and super friendly.
Service is always excellent and fast as everyone has grown to expect from chick-fil-a. I only gave 4 stars for price. I know everything is high now but $7.50 for a bowl of soup is a bit much. I got soup, a few nuggets and a shake and it was almost 20.00. Thats a lot for lunch at a fast food joint!
I got two spicy chicken sandwiches. All the way. They were very good.I did not have to wait very long for my food, and the employees were very good.
This is a very interesting location because technically The chickfila is in the food court but they run a drive through in the mall parking lot. So asking for order corrections takes a bit of time luckily they only messed up my frosted lemonade. Otherwise the wait was about typical as any other chickfila drive thru and the only other issue with this one was the girl taking orders had a nonchalant attitude about getting things right for you.
This is my least favorite chick-fil-a. I just left there and got back to work with my food. The fry container is barely half filled with cold fries! This isn’t my first bad experience here!

I went to the “drive thru” at the mall location. I love the concept BUT they need a new location for the “drive thru” because it is literally in a parking space and the parking aisle isn’t big enough for you to sit there and wait for your food. Other than that, the nuggets were great, the fries were a little too salty and the guy that I ordered from wasn’t too friendly. Wasn’t greeted with the normal Chick Fil A friendliness. He took my order, swiped my card, handed it back and literally walked off to the inside of the mall, without a “hold on ma’am” or anything. The lady that brought my food out was nice. If you cannot make it to the Washington Rd location, the concept here was ok.

Gave us almost our whole order, but left out one spicy chicken sandwich. No big deal. They said theyd make one real quick and bring it over. I thought that was great. But then they forgot I guess. So I reminded them and sat back down. 10 minutes go by and I go back to the counter to hear them telling someone else that spicy chicken is taking a long time. They gave the customer some kind of voucher for free fries or something. I waited another 5 minutes and pretty much lost my mind when they gave the other customer their spicy chicken sandwich first. When I asked what was going on with that, they liked to my face and told me the other customer got a regular chicken sandwich. I didnt even get an apology, just a well that sucks for you kind of face. I never write reviews but this just got me so frustrated.
I had a very large order for 10 people going through the drive through. Each order was as order, even taking the toy out and putting ice cream for the children in a cup that we could put it in the freezer until they finish their meal. I was very happy with their service.
I actually didnt eat here, nor will I eat here until the dining room opens back up. Stop playing Covid games and open your dining room.These other people dont realize that if they stop eating there, they will open up dine in.

My spicy chicken Deluxe was not cooked all though it had a lot of wet batter not cooked and it was burnt round the edges was not satisfied with that sandwich at all
My spouse and I had to pick up a quick dinner before our rehearsal. We went inside the restaurant and were served quickly. The chicken tenders are always yummy and I love the lemonade--not too sweet or too tart. Of course, Im usually wanting Chick-fil-A on a Sunday and have to remind myself theyre not open on Sundays, which I applaud.

I know all fast food places are not created the same, but Chick-fil-A has been a little piece of paradise for me, even moreso since I moved to Hawaii and cant have it. This one was located in the Augusta mall and it was like any other that Ive visited: They provided EXCELLENT customer service along with an amazing product. Today was the first time I (knew about) was able to try the Grilled Spicy Chicken Deluxe and..... They struck PLATINUM on this one!! It was juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. Ill be back within the next 2 days, probably tomorrow even, to go for round 2!

Went through the slow drive thru, got home and noticed they left out part of the order. No answer when I called back, since they were closed, so I called the next day. Their managers response was that they were unable to do anything since they did not answer the day before.Chickfila used to be known for their customer service, but this location is just terrible at that.
The bright and positive energy alone is enough to bring you back. The great tasting food, phenomenal service, and wonderful staff just add to the overall experience that is Augusta Mall...thank you, Monica for contributing to my great day even if all you did was give me some waffle fries, a milkshake, a nice little chuckle complimented by short yet decent conversation.
They only got my order wrong twice. I waited for a long time once out of the million times I’ve been here. One or two mistakes don’t bother me when it comes to this place. They’re always most of the time are respectful, friendly, smiling, and accurate with the service they provide.

I have submitted this feedback on the app in the past, however, all I got was a voice message from a manager blaming it on the small parking lot (which they have recently renovated to make more space) and new team members. I understand that training new members takes time, but it shouldnt take 6-7 months?? I always see the same people at the drive thru and they are very friendly but very very very slow.
I love chick-fil-A . I normally eat breakfast there. I get the chick minni and hash brown rounds. The food is hot and fresh always. Kind of crowed when you go but the service is so good you dont have to wait long.

Every time I go to Chickfila, my order is perfect. The staff are friendly and the food is always right. I have never had a bad experience here. The polynesian sauce and chicken nuggets are to die for. The restaurant is always clean and my food comes hot, fresh, and delicious every single time. Always go to Chickfila if youre able to!

This place today was HORRIBLE . An order was placed with door dash, I went to pick up order and waited 10 before someone told me I had to get in line behind 12 others. Only 2 were working the register and 1 fixing orders. She was very rude. Then after 15 minutes waiting in line had to wait another 10 on the food and drink because they ran out of lemonade and had to wait on someone who could lift it and pour it in the tank. Today may have been an off day but I have NEVER been to chick-fil-a and have this happen. In all I got there at 6:45 and it was 7:15 when I left with the order. Terrible just Terible.
They are fast and always friendly. The mall atmosphere is always a rush but they still come to your table asking if you need anything. The kids and I enjoyed the Fathers Day activity they sponsored.

Im not a big Chik-fil-a fan. Im guessing Im that 1 out of 10. Chik-fil-a is a wonderful establishment. They do so many things from an organizational standpoint that its hard for me not to have them in my top five of go to restaurants. First off the food is great, the service is excellent and the employees genuinely care about their employ which is rare in todays job market. I believe the organization cares about its employees and this is the reason for their success. Every Sunday off to give thanks to your Creator who else is using the business model. Wonderful concept, better action plan. Need I say more waffle frys and lemonade. How can you go wrong.

This Chick-fil-A was the first one Ive ever been to that does not do driver meals for school bus drivers. Although I always carry funds on me, it would be great if all of the restraunts would be the same if they are a franchise. Other than that it was fast service and all the kids were happy so thats what really counts.

Food was fast and perfectly cooked. The chick at the register was a great pleasure. I love that they say that now. Only thing bad was a long line, with one register open. May have been they were doing deliveries in the mall? Thats what it seemed like anyways.

I ordered nuggets and there was no fork in my bag. I thought about calling 911 to report this travesty but then I remembered I keep an extra fork in the console for just such an occasion. Ill grab two extra forks next time I dine in at Chick-fil-A and Ill be prepared for the next time.
Always delicious spicy chicken sandwich. Very friendly service and the food is always consistently good. My only complaint is they no longer offer their delicious Cole Slaw.
Never disappointed with Chick-fil-a, they ran out of toys, but have out an kids ice cream which is standard. Great little fill for the entire family.

I recently brought chicken nuggets out of the Augusta Mall and the nuggets was cold, and awful as well.
My review is a employee review. This job taught me that if you dont stand up for yourself, people will keep bothering you. Looking back at when I applied, I feel like nobody lied to me but myself, I thought very highly of the place. I tried to stay because I really didnt want to quit, I didnt feel like looking for another job, but the nastiness there was so bad that I couldnt sleep at one point, and thats when I knew it was time to go. I feel like a joke. People have jobs for real reasons. But you live and you learn.Amongst other issues.

The line situation was confusing. The wait wasnt bad. The food was good.What was awful about my experience.They took my debit card. Did not return it. I noticed it so I called back. They put me on hold and didnt come back to the phone. Then they left it off the hook. So when I call back. The line is busy.Very frustrating

They support groups trying to tear down anyones rights that arent straight or white. The food is overpriced and disgusting. The staff all look dead inside. Not a fan, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

2022-06-02Went there on Tuesday when it was slow.. and they messed our order up. We told them we didnt want cheese in either chicken sandwich, but they added cheese anyway..mall cafeteria was nasty, tables not clean, the whole food court was filthy. They did remake one of the sandwiches and threw in a free cookie. Thats the only reason Im giving them 2 stars.

2022-09-12First and foremost staff is always friendly as CFA workers should be so no compliant there. Whether the food is hot and fresh is a 50/50 chance. My favorite beverage when attending CFA is a frosted coffee with cookie crumbles and shake base, basically a coffee milkshake. This location is the only one that has ever given me an issue. I’ve order this specific beverage at this location almost a dozen times and one day I tried to order it and I was told that they didn’t do that at this location. The next time I tried ordering it again and they gave it to me. Then the next time, the same guy who had delivered me my drink last time (a manager) told me that they were unable to do that for me. As a former CFA worker, our motto was always to do for the guest whatever we could. There is no reason that they can’t make my drink. Not only that to be told that they can’t do it by the same guy who brought me mine not even a week later. The only reason I go to this location is because it’s the closest one to my house but definitely not my first choice.

2022-08-10Very rude person on register.. she scanned my points for hashbrowns and then told me it’s a breakfast item. i was confused why she scanned it knowing it was a breakfast item. i lost 200 points and have yet to get those points back. the girl on register laughed at me when i told the manager that she took my points and they did nothing about it.haven’t been to augusta one since. went to mcdonald’s instead, you’ll get much better service there.

2022-08-16DO NOT BE FOOLED: this chick fila is a FAKE! Its an underground supplier that is POSING as the coveted Chicken Fillet establishment!!! I knew from the moment I pulled into a shopping mall parking lot that I was either going to leave with chicken or leave with a bullet in my leg (heck, if Im lucky)! LUCKILY, my suspicions were incorrect, and after pulling into the Chicken Fila toll booth, the lovely associate took my order and someone from another Chick-fil-A drove over here and brought over my order (grilled nuggets BTW). The wait wasnt too bad (which is the reason there is more than one stars) but alas I would reserve a visit to this particular Chick-fil-A only in an CHICKEN emergency!!

2022-03-29This is a great location. The staff is super friendly, and they manage to get food out quickly. The lines are usually huge at this place, but you never wait long to order. It is nice to see there are still places where the workers actually care. Great job, Chick-fil-A!!
