If I can rate this resturant 0 stars I would I waited 45 min for a happy meal and then they forgot the apples this establishment needs to reconsider hiring a better night crew down to management she was walking around on her phone with multiple cars pulled up this was unacceptable its fast food it shouldnt have took that long
The workers have nasty attitudes at Peach Orchard MD. The lady manager there during the day has a bad attitude also. She did not give the police video of a hit and run accident that took place in the drive thru; and she refused to stop to look at the film for a tag number even when a male manager came to work. To me, this is withholding evidence regarding the commission of a crime punishable by the law.
My husband and I went to the McDonalds on Peach Orchard Road in Augusta, GA today. The line was very short, but the service was slow. On a good note our Strawberry Shakes were delicious and the staff were nice. If you dont have the app, this is a good free investment.
Went through the drive-thru to get me and my grandbaby something to eat and the food was not cooked all the way. I had a quarter pounder and it was raw on the inside. The person giving out the food had a Very NASTY Attitude. These people need to understand Customer Service.
The one on tobacco road is on my way home from most things, so I visit often.Long lines usually move pretty quickly through the drive thru, food is usually fresh and satisfying.For a while, there were a lot of order mistakes, but they have worked that out with the new staff so well I pretty much dont have to check the bag anymore.Tasty, cheap, convenient comfort food.Nothing fancy, but fancy isnt what you go to a McDonalds for.This location has streamlined very well.
Sorry but my order is always wrong. I have gone home on several different occasions and my order would have missing food. I always have to wait a long time for my order and then get home an its wrong. Then when I check my bag in the line the lady gets an attitude with me. So I started going inside to order which I dont know if thats better cause the cashier was digging all in her ear with no gloves on and serving food?
This mcds used to be the best in Augusta, now not so much. The one time I went for my son, the lady literally yelled at me.. is that all, multiple times, I told the manager, and he just acted like he did not care... please dont waste your time going there! Go to chick fil a, you will definitely get better service!
I have been here 2 mornings in a row at5 am all the lights are on menues ect. But no service no one to be found i even seen a employee pull in at 15 minites after 5:00am and 10 min later still no service! cars was ligned up in the drive thru behind me we all finelly left by 20 after if your not gonna surve then you shouldnt say your open at 5am people dont have time to waste over employees that dont want to do there job please either stay closed untill you are ready insted of having people go out of there way for nothing other than that there are no complaints at all.. btw wrote all this while sitting in drive thru!
The customer service is trash. The ice cream machine never works. There was a rat in my burger. There was a Roach in my fries. There was a dead fish in my soda. When I ordered a burger, and when I open the burger wrapping, there was a fried rat.It was kind bussin tho.Jkjk
The slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. Waited in the drive through for 43 minutes in a two lane drive through before being allowed to place an order. My food was then wrong and when trying to get help in fixing it I was told they were too busy right now? Pretty upset with the lack of customer service and extreme wait times for “fast food”
So i get there around 11pm.... placed my order 11:15.. was told to move up and wait for 2 cheese burgers... pulled up waited, No one comes out... 11:32 we drive back thru the drive thru to let them no we were still waiting and was told to wait again... 11:53 we drive back around for a refund!!! YESS I GOT MY REFUND. Customer Service..on a scale of 0-10.... I’d say -3,568.... HORRIBLE!! (Notice the negative) Workers are just as ghetto.... but hey what do you expect... IT IS MCDONALDS!!! And as far as the star.... I would HAVE NEVER.... I didn’t have a choice!!
This place was extremely busy. The cars were lined around the building and it seemed to make just up to the speaker to place my order. Once I got there I was greeted with this voice that was very unprofessional as usual. TAKE YOUR ORDER, IS THAT ALL? If it wasnt for my granddaughter, Id never waste my money ay any of these uncivilized places called McDonalds
They didnt have the sandwich or the frappe I wanted. I ordered through the app, for curbside assistance, longest wait Ive ever had at a McDonalds for them to bring my food. Just to be told we dont have that flavor frappe right now, to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring another flavor. After the 15 minutes I went in, they completely forgot about me and my drink, was 10 minutes before they were able to even acknowledge me, and another 10 minutes for them to make the drink. Horrible service, but the food was as expected for McDonalds.
I would do less than 1 star if possible. They messed up order and wanted me to pull back around after waiting 20 minutes. They were rude to top it off. This is typical and i keep giving them benefit of doubt after several months. It is a terrible experience almost always.
The staff at this McDonalds are super hardworking and friendly. They went put of their way to make the customer experience awesome, especially for my little one. Thanks guys! Also the kids play area is nice, good for keeping the little one busy. Also while I was there I noticed that the staff were super attentive to cleaning and kept the place in nice order.
We used one of the kiosks, it did not give a receipt and then we waited for 25 minute for our food. When we ask where is was our order apparently had gotten lost. The soda was flat, there was no napkins and someones child threw up in the playground and no one disinfected it. It was very chaotic and not very clean. I would not recommend going here if you want a clean environment for children or if you want to get your order smoothly.
A group of senior citizens gather here each Sunday. Today instead of a double cheese burger with bacon I got 2 without bacon plus the regular cheese burger I ordered. The front was so backed up with people waiting for missing orders I did not go back.I think there were some new employeesMaybe next week will be better.Save money moderate the temperature. The handle on the outside of the air lock entry was even cold to the touch.
Worse McDonalds in Augusta. Horrible service. Bad management. You tell them what u want u get something else. Messed my order and my mothers order up multiple times now. Wont be back. The heck with this place. Glad chic fil a is well along business from them. At least they know how to treat a customer and how to keep them.
Went yesterday and the lady gave me the wrong order I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon they gave me a regular quarter pounder I think she was confused because the man that came behind me said the receipt she gave him wasnt even his 🤷🏾♀️ I should have checked my bag before I left
Wow! What an updated and impressively clean McDonalds! The staff was the most friendly Ive ever encountered.The inside is completely renovated. There are self ordering stations which is so easy! The play area is a great plus!Hope to see more McDonalds change to the way this one is!
I don’t normally write reviews, but after two HORRIBLE experiences at this McDonalds this week, I will never go back to this location!!!! After waiting in the drive through line the first time to get to window to be told the card reader don’t work! You think that would’ve been told when you ordered. Just sat in line 15 minutes because I couldn’t get out of the line to get an order. So when I asked the girl at window what the hold up was, she said they only had four people working. As I’m sitting in line watching Chic-Fil-a next door move 20 cars in 10 minutes! Luckily, the girl at window was very nice and it’s not her fault, but get it together. Needless to say, my dads fries were cold and his fish sandwich bun was hard as a brick!!!! Awful!!! Never AGAIN!!!
Employees are nice but the food and wait time is ridiculous. Shakes are always watered down it seems when we buy them. Sprite has only carbonation last two times weve gotten drinks. Ordered a double quarter pounder meal and only gave me one patty. YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER.
Kind of hit or miss. They have a lot of issues with different machines going down. When they are having a good day though, they get your food right, its is pretty quick and efficient. Customer service is decent as long as you dont have a problem. The counter help is good but the managers kind of sucks.
I’ve never had a happy experience with this McDonald’s. They are rude never get the order right. I have been cursed at this McDonald’s had my food thrown in the car and my latest I just bit into a half frozen burger. I really hate this restaurant and will continue to tell people about the way they treat customers until something change.
Worst place to work. Ice cream machine was roach infested. The GM will put breaks on your check when you didn’t take any breaks. Management shows favoritism and is unprofessional. They talk to you out the side of their damn neck. Don’t care about their employees at all.
Honestly, I expected our order to b wrong right from the start. They were super busy and usually the order IS wrong. But the guy who took our order was very friendly and respectful!! He brought our order to our table. I needed to get back in line, I forgot something. He thought one kids meal was wrong, went to table just to double check. But it was right. This was the FIRST time in a LONG time, McDonalds got our order RIGHT!!
Drive through order was incorrect when taken and questioned before payment was made. Cashier corrected the error and I was told to move to the waiting lane. It took about 10 more minutes for the order to brought to my car. The employee who brought the order to me apologized for the delay. Upon checking the order, I discovered the sandwich was missing lettuce and tomato for a deluxe chicken. I returned inside and spoke with the manager and showed what I had been given. He agreed that what I received was not what I paid for. Nonetheless, he returned with the correct sandwich.
First off Gave me the wrong order then when i did go inside to get my order y my. Medium fry container was half empty so i said ummm yall skimping on the fries arent you they just looked at me as if I said something wrong if Im spending $20 in which Im not even a big fast-food person I feel like I should get my medium fries not a small fry and a medium fry container
Its slow lines..but the help is freindlyIm posting a year later...This Mcdonalds was always slow..but now i have to take the food back because they either forgot to complete the order or the food is cold ...the fries arent even crispy anymore and theyre rubbery and limp...😤😣It has happened every week since the summer. .Idk whats happening in there...👎👎👎
Called corporate... 2 or 3 guys at drive-thru are very pleasant. Other than that..... heres the bad part... Slow. Inaccurate. 1 girl has zero customer service-she doesnt say a word Sometimes the fries received arent done. They gave my kid an OLD mcchicken sandwich (I called corporate on that one). She couldnt take more than 1 bite of it and I wouldnt either. Fries arent totally done half the time I come. When yoire already at the speaker in the main drive thru line, they take the person in the second lines order that rolls up AFTER you. This McDonalds (and others) is complete trash!!!
The afternoon and evening time are great for this place. But everytime I get a craving for McDs adter work late night, Ive always found this place to be rather disgusting. My last visit on 6/1/19 was so bad, Im now refusing to ever go here again. I ordered 2 big macs. The bun and lettuce was very well done. However, the meat, or rather the shoe leather, was practically burnt and tasted like it had been sitting in their warmers since lunch time. Dry, chewy and extremely unpleasant to eat. Both of my burgers ended up in the trash. And this is just the final straw. I have had nothing but bad food experience at this place every time I go late night.
McDonalds the management I guess is ok but every McDonalds in Augusta is ghetto lazy and dont listen. Washington road included. How is this business still thriving. I wish I could close McDonalds for good all of them for real! No matter where you go they over charge and dont listen to the customer. EVER! STEAK BAGELS GONE? Went to the drive through to order today and waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes with no one answering. Finally I say, “Helloooo?” In the most gentle tone I could muster. A lady then responds with “We can hear and see you...” in a disrespectful tone, then continues with: “but go ahead with your order.”I drove off before I had any more of my time wasted. If you’re unlucky enough to get waited on by the same order taker, give her as much time as she needs, and try not to hurt her feelings.
Food Was Great BUT They Get A 1 Star Due To Their Management. They Have A Awesome Worker Who Has A Baby In Daycare. She Was Supposed To Get Off At A Certain Time And Pick The Baby Up But The Managers Kept Adding More Things For Her To Do. I Heard Her Have To Tell A Friend To Go Get Her Baby 2 Hours Later. What A Way To Treat Their Staff.
No personality from the staff that wants $15/hr. Never going to happen. Had to drive up over 2 breakfast burritos. Girl comes out, takes the food to the wrong car, finally gets to us a d practically throws the bag in the car while slow poking by. Doesnt speak except to ask us if this is our order. No goodbye , have a nice day. NOTHING but I thanked her twice as she probably didnt hear me the first time due to not actually stopping at the car. Ridiculous customer service! She needs to go thru the drive thru at Chic-fil-a and take a lesson.
The McDonalds Brothers and Ray Kroc should be rolling in their graves right now if they arent already. The McDonalds location at 3132 Peach Orchard Rd in Augusta, GA is HORRIBLE!! Went through the drive through last night and was charged on my credit card for another customers meal. My order was wrong and cold, then the girl at the drive through window had an attitude. And the wait time was ridiculous! You talk about a horrible experience at this location!!! I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!
Lunch here today was really a dissappointment. The big mac my boss ordered had wayyy to much sauce on it. Somebody went lettuce happy also. I had mighty chicken deluxe and the mayo was just clobbed on it. . The bun was too toasted outside and burnt on the inside. The nastiest lunch ever
It was freezing. We chose this McDonalds because of the play place, but inside it was so cold that I couldnt sit while my daughter played. She couldnt even play due to moisture from condensation inside the play place. Restaurant looked very nice but couldnt enjoy our time there.
You can put fancy clothes on a pig and guess what it is still a pig. The renovations are wonderful but unfortunately the service was only renovated for the first two months. I noticed they had greeters during the first opening now they are gone and the same sorry people are back working this location running it to hell. I wish the changes made were permanent because the girls personalities and service could have rivaled this location to chick-fil-a.
Making it look pretty doesnt fix crappy service. Worse McDonalds Ive ever been to. 3 times this girl gave me the wrong order. Then even after getting my order, they forgot my fries. $15/hr? Really? Just make the whole operation automated and skip the idiots who cant even put a thing of fries in a bag.
The guy at the second window seems very aggravated. They messed up my order and didnt give me every thing I ordered. I had to wait 10 extra minutes on the other items I ordered. Some of the employees need attitude checks if you dont like your job then find something else dont be rude to other people.
The service was terrible, they got our order wrong, and took forever to make it. The manager seemed to be the biggest problem. She just stood there with the sandwich that was remade yawning. The fries looked like they had pepper on them. No telling when the last time the grease was changed. They really need to look into management of this place.
Good evening I really did not want to do this on the review Line I tried calling several times and no one answered the phone Tuesday night February 12th approx. 7:15 p.m. I stop by with eight on my basketball players including my family. The entire group has been sick for the past couple of days my last kid according to his mother just returned to Pine Hill this morning. This is my second incident eating at this location after a ball game and someone in my party has became sick afterwards, according to my coworkers this is not a good location to eat at past 6 p.m. please keep that in mind !!!
Waited in #1 line at drive through for 15 mins while the #2 kept right on moving. They kept saying ok, one minute. We finally just pulled to the window to order and still waited forever. The lady at window #1 said it was broke and apologized, however they could have said as much instead of hold on at the drive through. Id we had gone to Ihop across the street and sat down to eat we would have had our food by the time we even ordered. All on all it took almost 40 minutes considering we had to pull forward and wait for our food. Not a good experience
Worst mcdonalds ever... everytime i come through drive thru i cannot get waited on. Takes them forever to answer today noone ever did answer. Takes a long time to get your food and the last two times ive been there food has been wrong . See other cars with sme issue . I was technically given a job here many months ago, but after signing all the paperwork I contested my first set of hours, which were midnight to 6 AM shifts. I told the manager I could arrange to perform those hours, but I could not do them the very next day. I was only told that I would be called and I was rushed out. I returned to request information after I never received a call and I was told the same thing, and the manager quickly started pretending to work with meaningless bags and machines behind the counter. I had already given up, but when I decided to cut my losses and just ask for a McChicken she hurried into the managers office and there was no one else to take my order. That only added insult to the injury of the fact that she wouldnt even tell me that she had no interest in putting me on her schedule, which would have been fine if she had just said so. To say she was extremely rude is an understatement.
I would give no stars if I could. The wait is not 15 min I was waiting 30min I went in and got my money back. I go in there tell the manager what’s going on she says it’s been ready they must of took it to the wrong people. They pissed me the hell off I went to The fish market down the street and got my food in 15 min! How the fish market faster than a fast food place.!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went in here and ordered a 10 piece $6 meal deal, the lady forgot to give me a drink, they don’t give me BBQ sauce like I asked, and my fries had no salt on them! I will never go here again, the employee walked by me to fill a drink up for herself and when she did I asked her for a drink, she said yeah and forgot again, terrible customer experience
I ordered two southwest salads,they only fixed one.four people came in behind me then up to six,they all got their food and left and I was still waiting so I asked the cashier could I get refunded the one they didnt make.they acknowledged they only made one.she went in the back i guess and helped.left me standing there no salaf.no money.finally hot fone.fries were discussing greesy and had a bad taste.wow get it together macdonalds you should be use to the rush that happens every day at the same time.
Poor customer service.drive thru is slow when the restaurant is not busy.food comes out cold after having to wait for it.sloppy made.they do not wear hair nets or gloves when handling the food.they get orders wrong and get mad when they have to redo the order.bad survice all the way around.they need new management and employees.they dont need kids working when they cant handle a job.
We went through to get some food and the new Rollo mcflurry. The food was good, but the mcflurry was..... Well..... Just sad. My mcflurry was a cup of vanilla ice cream with a few crushed Rollos on top. My wifes didnt even have any Rollos! It was just a cup of vanilla ice cream.... Tighten up McDs
Best McDonalds in Augusta, I swear by it.I have tried to get a frappe at five other locations here with light ice and these are the only people not lazy enough to actually serve it this way. I’ve worked at McDonalds before and know how frappucinos are made, and every other McDonalds try to lie and say the machine doesn’t let them do it.
Worst McDonalds in Augusta would much rather go to the one on Marvin Griffin Rd. I couldnt understand the person working the window ( sounded like she was chewing) and I dont know how but the coffee was burnt. Every time I come I have to move up and wait an extra 10 minutes for cold food. Will not get my business again.
Poor customer service they dont listen and they need a whole new staff on peach orchard rd they really are unprofessional and lazy and dont follow attention they act like they in another world lala world i swear im not coming bck until its a new staff and managers in there managers are some trash they be on they phone wit personal convos and your worksers are messing up then the managers got attitudes when you say something bad look throw the old night shift in the 🗑
The food is way too greasy, its not worth it to have a upset stomach or diarrhea 25 minutes later from one of their burgers or meals, some employees are nice, some of them are not, they need to be terminated if they refuse to do a job correctly and have a horrible attitude to go with it!
Staff very unprofessional locking the lobby and dining area very early before closing time and a rude attitude when questioned about the price I ordered five things off the dollar menu and it cost $15.06... Five things off of a dollar menu should cost at the very most $7
Every time I come to this ratchet location they always want u to use auto thing 2 order they say tok take a # and have a seat after 15 min or so with no food I go to check ooh its been in the warmer.. u holler for 15 an hr.. guess Ill give it 2 the one doing the wrk the machine
Not sure of the name of the employee that help me out on Saturday morning but I was having a really bad morning and McDonalds didnt have all the ingredients for my Smokehouse Burger so he went above and beyond to do whatever he could satisfy my hunger needs...thank u whoever u are!!

2022-06-23Burritos are a toss up if they will be good. One day pretty good,next time dried out and crunchy. Same with the biscuits, some days it feels like you may lose a tooth.

2022-06-07My roommate was told to go buy non-slip shoes and dark pants before today , His schedule was going to be from 10am to 7pm I overheard the interviewer tell him.. He had quit his other job thinking he had this job. Today he went in like he was directed to come in . She told him No hes not hired. Dirty pool.

2022-06-30Got the daily mcdouble. Never heard of it before but its basically the mcdouble with a fresh garden and mayo. Nice cuz the fresh garden is generally only on the larger sandwiches, and I never get those. Theyre too big for me. So nice to have fresh lettuce tomatoes and sliced onion on a smaller sandwich! Thanks!

2022-08-12Employees need to be trained on customer service skills better. Customers that come in on the inside are less acknowledged and treated poor than the customers that are going thru the drive thru.

2022-07-21Believe it or not, I have really enjoyed the chicken biscuits in the mornings. I also enjoyed the coffee for the first time in a while. Especially when the cup didnt burst or spill on me.

2022-06-10Most incompetent employees ever. I orded 2 sausage egg mcmuffins, 1 without cheese, got both without cheese. Ordered 1 plain iced coffee and 1 with vanilla, got both with vanilla. Waste of $10 in my opinion, corporate should train this location again.

2022-06-04I was on the second drive thru they have and they never took my order so I pulled up by the drive thru window to order my food they took my order and told me to wait on the reserved parking 1 and I did I wait so long for my food and when I got my food it wasn’t even hot it was cold and it was the wrong order. Don’t waste your time going there
