McDonalds has fallen off the great service chain it used to be. Nowadays they dont seem to be courteous anymore.
I would have given two stars because we prepaid for the expressos through the McDonalds app and they didnt have them so they gave us a chicken sandwich. Be careful about paying through the McDonalds app because frequently the franchises dont post to the app things that are temporarily unavailable
I go to this McDonald’s all the time because I live right down the road from it and I have had trouble here and there but nothing major I know things get crazy when you’re dealing with fast food but this morning I went through the drive-through and ordered and when I got to the window to pay the gentleman that read my order off to me I told him it was not correct whatsoever so he called the lady that was taking the orders and she proceeded to come back there and tell me that I had told her something differently when I ordered when I know exactly what I told her and she said no that is not what you told me and continue to argue back-and-forth with me so I just shut up and said OK and then she proceeded to tell me and you told me you had a coupon and I never said any of that to her and I’ve worked in customer service all throughout my life and I’m pretty sure the customers always supposed to be right and you’re not supposed to be rude to them I feel like it was the person behind me‘s order and the cars just got mixed up so I tried to call up there and of course no one will answer the phone so thank you so much to the rude lady that started to try and get my day going bad
My son loves McDonald’s. I love the sweet tea. Probably the best sweet tea from any fast food restaurant.
I wish no stars was an option. Literally ordered a chicken sandwich and came home to two buns wrapped up. How tf do you forget the chicken. The kids in the drive through were rude and very immature.
One of the drive thru guys just told us “nice stickers, nerd” in the douchiest tone I’ve ever heard, referring to my car having a few anime stickers. Nice service.
Pulled up in lane 1 and 40 sec later someone pulled in lane 2 and was taken care of first. Then the last thing I had ordered was not rung up.
We took 6 children to this McDonalds yesterday for dinner. Lucas waited on us and showed much patience while the children placed their orders ( youngest was 4). All orders were filled correctly (thank you ) and when Dora brought the orders to our tables she also brought plenty of napkins and ketchup. The staff was so friendly and did their jobs well!CDC guidelines were being followed. The store was clean and supplies well stocked.We very much enjoyed our visit and will return! When we left the children thanked the staff and I was delighted to see they all stopped and listened to the children with big smiles! We will return!Thank you again to this McDonalds for a great visit! Also, thank you for training this staff so well!
Absolutley disgusted! I buy a bagel and coffee here everyday but not anymore. When I told the manager all she said was bring it back and shell give a free sandwich. I told her I was more concerned for the safety of others and she had nothing to say to that!
Worst Service ever!!! Lazy, rude, dirty. I come once a week to this McDonald’s the manager here “Maria” lady just wow! Screaming cussing acting dumb no wonder you’re employees look unhappy. Pulled up to this location after I got off work and I was starving. I almost pulled up to order and noticed a few employees hanging out the door smoking cigarettes and talking. One of them yelled at my car to “go away and keep driving” i flipped them the bird and left. I’ll never go back to this location. Not the first time the employees have been lazy and rude.
I got to this one a few times a week. My food is always hot, which is a huge deal when it comes to fast food. The staff dont really interact with you which is ok, but I wouldnt recommend hitting the drive thru when the breakfast transitions into lunch. Youll wait forever in that line

Terrible customer service. Last night after the high school football game we went McDonalds to grab a bite to eat. Got in line about 10:45 pm. There mustve been 20 or more cars wrapped around the building. We waited. Hungry. Got up to the screen to order and the McDonalds employee says Im sorry we are closed. Wait what? There were at least 10 cars behind me. When I was finally able to navigate out of the line, heading towards Keith Bridge i watched as the employees were heading to their cars leaving a lot if ticked off people in the lot. Its football season. Take care if your customers. Consider staying open until midnight on Friday night.
This location is by far the worse! Drive thru is slow an they dont run both lanes smoothly. You still at the order box an wait for they employee to take three other orders before getting to yours. An they key up meals individually to make more money off you. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK RECIPES AT WINDOW!
This place is terrible even for mcdonalds horrible standards. every time we’ve been, the always pull us up. this time we waited in a handicapped spot for 25 minutes after the manager told us they forgot about our order and then spilled fries all over me handing me our food. he went back to get us more fries after i asked him to wait while i checked our order, so he had to make a second trip for our sauces, then brought the wrong sauces TWICE. we get home and would you look at that, the 4 large fries we got would not fill a kids size fries on top of our food being cold. we call to ask for a refund after spending $40+ on this terrible experience and the girl on the phone said it was company policy for us to bring the food back with receipt. I am a restaurant manager for a different company and i have to say this is the not only the worst service you could provide a customer with but also the way the way they handled their mistakes (or lack there of) is as bad as it gets too. very sad to see and experience. 0 stars, terrible experience, do not waste your time and money here.

We went to get ice cream cones and strawberry pies. The ice cream cone machine was broken, the employee gave us apple pies instead of strawberry pies and while we waited at the window for the incorrect order, the employees were using nasty language as they spoke (and it was loud enough for us to hear clearly in our car).

Fast food has seemingly gotten better but today was a different story nothing was fresh. Fries as hard as a rock, burger tasted like it had been under a headlamp for far to long. Customer service was just fine though.
Generally not impressed with this location and expect mediocrity, but tonight was pretty bad. Two combos were not entered right and we were just told to go back through the line. They gave me two drinks but not the fries. I asked to pay the difference for my fries and drinks there since I was not about to wait in a line of 10-12 cars for $4 worth of food. We had already paid $17 for burgers, why would I try to steal $2 fries?? I am usually understanding of mistakes and take into fact its the holidays, but at no point did I get a Sorry sir Let me correct that, etc. Piss poor customer services.

The chicken nuggets we ordered today were burned! We didnt open them until we got home so I didnt know until too late. I had to cook something else. The service is also consistently unfriendly. McDonalds could be a great place if they treated employees right so that the employs would treat the customer right. Its just as easy to be nice as not. They knew the nuggets were burned. Make a new batch. Keep the customer happy! Make people go to McDs because they prefer it over other restaurants not just out of convenience.
With the delivery services as a priority the drive through took a really long time. I saw 5 or 6 people walk out with huge bags of food all while in line at in the front of the building.
Why advertise All day breakfast and tell me when I get there that you dont serve breakfast after 2pm?At least edit your menu to reflect this as it clearly says All day breakfast

They best McDonald’s you can go to by all means. Very proud of all the hard working people. One person in general tho and her name is Sierra. She’s always in the window and dose an amazing job. I go there often so I asked her for name. She’s very polite and positive and doesn’t rush you when trying to order. She always has a big smile on her face when you pull to the window. If you ever go tell Sierra hello and spread the positivity.
Staff were nice and my McDouble was fresh. The thing is, I specifically went to McDonalds because I got my COVID vaccine yesterday and wanted to reward myself with a softserve cone afterward. (Yes, I was rewarding myself for getting a shot like a five year old.) Guess what though...the ice cream machine was out of order. Such a cliche. It was quite disappointing.

The two kids were more enamored with their phones. First window to pay...not a word...took my card and done. Second window watching his phone on the windowsill. Told me to pull up. The 3rd employee thanked me and handed me my order....the only one not on their phone. You can do better.
Calling you guys out on this - second time I’ve come by for a blue raspberry slushie in the past two weeks and both times, your machine is “broken” just like the ice cream machine is when someone wants a McFlurry. Do you not want to make money?! It’s summer, it’s hot, people want slushees and ice cream!!!

Coke Machine was broken only had sweet tea which was horrible. Order ranch for the chicken nuggets and asked if it was in the bag. The person in the drive tru said if you ordered it its in the bag. It was not and told them and got mad at us.
This is the best McDonalds around this area that Ive been to. Very polite, it is a busy one but its worth it.
I have to edit my previous reviewI just came from this McDonalds and the burgers were completely different than ever before! They looked JUST LIKE THE PHOTO!! the Buns were puffy the burgers were a decent size and two large pieces of delicious cheese. when we asked for extra pickles and sauce we got both!! they even remember napkins!
The most rude and inexperienced staff I have ever come across. We sat down to eat where the tables were not blocked off. A young girl working there said youre not allowed to sit here, but since you are already sitting here its okay if you stay. A few minutes later, another young girl came over and said in a very nasty tone you cant sit here. I said to her the other girl said that since we were already sitting here we could remain here. She said no you cant. I got up and approached the counter and said we were told that since we were already sitting here that we could sit here. There were about four other employees at the counter saying no you can sit there, cant you see that the tables say that you cant sit there. The tables did not have any signs or indication on them saying that we could not sit there. There was a guy that came in after us and he spoke to somebody behind the counter like he knew them and proceedede to sit down at a table a long side the cashier. When I said well this guy is sitting here they had nothing to say. They said that the girl that told me that I could sit there was 16 years old and I should have realized that. I said to them how would I know she was only 16 years old and if she were 16 years old that she needed to be trained better. I was truly appalled by the way I got treated at this McDonalds. I will not return there.
Even with busy traffic flow, the fries did not seem fresh as they were cold and almost were as if they could have been microwaved. I had requested extra sauce on the fish sandwich, the box was correctly tagged for the request, but resulted in actually less sauce than normal.
Ordered two happy meals asked for sauce got none, lady working had a terrible attitude and they got everything all kinds of wrong.

This location is subpar honestly. I hate to say that . Im not a Karen type person, but nearly every time I go, they get my order wrong , overcharge me or forget something which is not so bad compared to the fact that every time I eat a burger from there I get horribly sick....like stay in the bathroom all night sick....
Honestly not happy with the attitude of the night employees. 40 minutes before they close no answer in ten minutes. There’s other cars around and this lady comes to the window with an attitude rolling her eyes. I let her know there is other cars and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window on my face. Slow, understaffed, dont know how to count, literally set and made me wait for two cheeseburgers. At least the food always turns out correct and the staff is semi friendly they always seem to have a negative attitude there maybe not in what they say but body language is everything. When you look slumped over at the register and you take 10 minutes to count $3 in quarters. And it seems like theyre hard at hearing it took me repeating my order three times before the one understood what I was saying and I am fairly easy to understand Ive never had anyone tell me I have an accent or its hard to hear you or anything like that Im very vocal I talk a lot and I talk clearly maybe its because I talk so clearly and so fast that people arent used to it maybe theyre used to mumble. The drive through was quick and efficient. My only concern and disappointment was that no one had cloves on, the cashier and the employee that handed me an icecream cone.I realize there is paper around the sides of the cone but for better protection cloves should have been worn!!
They didn’t put my cheese burger together at all, they just threw it in the bag. The patty and cheese was stuck on the side of the french fry container. We had to ask TWO times for the lady to give us our water, and we asked for ranch and didn’t get any. Would not recommend this McDonald’s.
This was before the pandemic, but Ive ordered chicken McGriddles from them multiple times, and theyve given me chicken biscuits instead more often than a right order. Fast forward to now, they dont seem to adhere to customization requests when ordering on their app either. Additionally, their scanner doesnt work for the rewards app when going through the drive thru, and it doesnt work either when they put the code in manually. Ive run into this problem every time I go through their drive thru. One of their managers however, an older female lady, is absolutely wonderful! I apologize for not catching her name. Overall, I try to avoid going to this McDonalds even though it is the closest to me.

Glad you asked! They were terrible!!! All I ordered was a hamburger made fresh small fries and a coffee. There was no line. They made me pull up to the 3rd window where they are supposed to bring you your food. I sat there 10 minutes as I watched about 20 cars get their food behind me. I know that a regular hamburger takes maybe 3 mins max to fix. And Im sure that some of those cars ordered something with burgers on it.Eventually, I just backed up when I saw an opportunity to do so and there was the young Hispanic lady standing there with her arms folded leaning on the counter doing nothing.They hadnt even started on my order.This McDonalds is always trifling!The girl leaning tried to make excuses that were just lies. Another Hispanic woman was very apologetic and gave me a coupon for breakfast.The girl that was leaning is always seemingly in a bad mood and not wanting to do anything extra. Either make her work on her customer service or give her job to someone who wants it more.
I had a complex order including unsalted fries. They got it right. The one issue is that they often seem to cram everything into a single bag. Why? You crushed my Filet-o-Fish and left the to go bag open with French Fries on top. So much for HOT fries. Come on people thats a quick decision that shows some conscientiousness and probably costs next-to-nothing.

We went to McDonalds yesterday. I ordered a cheeseburger. Thank God I always open my cheeseburger to place fries in my burger and there was a fly stuck in the cheese! We immediately turned around. They werent too nice about it...Am not sure how this was not seen before it was sent out to a customer. I will post a picture. Needless to say we wont be going back.

Its a McDonalds. If youve been to one, their not much different really from one to the other.And thats pretty much the case here. The food is decently fast, with mediocre customer service (I mean lets face it, your not going to McDonalds for the upscale restaurant experience, rather the convenience of quick on-the-go food).The food is cheap and decently priced. Never really had an issue with this location.
McDondald’s is a place to grab a quick bite. Unfortunately, this location makes it difficult about 50% of the time. Whether it be an incorrect order, staff disposition or a total lack of a sense of urgency for their customers. Local management should course correct before it gets worse. It has progressively got worse over the last year or so.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner times you get great service, I would not recommend going at night however. Employees very obviously dont care about doing their jobs, food is never fresh, often leave items out of order, and just plain rude for the most part.

Experience from my buddy. This morning I was with him. I ordered 3 chicken biscuits and a bacon egg an cheese biscuit. I only received 2 chicken biscuits, and a eggs n cheese biscuit. I was gome when I realized. Drove all the way back. Upon arrival I explained they messed up my order. Maria proceeded to tell me I was wrong, and then called me a liar. Now how can you call your customers names? This is not acceptable Im a paying customer. This behavior is acceptable? Because if I said something like that to a customer Id be fired.... now sitting from my seat in the passenger side of the car Im baffled by what I just heard. They havent fixed his order they took his biscuit to fix it then wouldnt give any food back. How can you treat your customers like this. Never am I ever coming back.
Made a visit during lunch time. Ordered the new quarter pounder- now made fresh- I must say , The sandwich was impressive! For $6 not bad for McDonalds...the service was on point. I ordered a custom sandwich, it was made correctly.
Blown away with the ignorance from the night shift! Cant make a Iced mocha 2x I ask for a refund. Refused by manager and bowed up on by young guy making the burgers. I was told I wasnt special, manager is quitting her job after me calling for the refund with 3 employees screaming in the phone.. I walk in and right outta her mouth is shes quitting I told her to quit cause Im here for a refund! Guy making burgers yelling and bowing up saying he dont need a job! Ive contacted 1-800 customer service in hopes they both get fired! I go here every single day and this place is a hassle. Trying to convince me that a 1/2 full drink is the way its made? NO. Lazy not wanting to remake it. Not paying full price for 1/2 a drink! I have suggested the owner of this location reads these reviews and cleans this place up or they have lost us as a customer! Fed up! Going here for years and they been on a decline since getting worse! At this point its gotta be the $$$ cause this group is clueless about customer service and the owner dont give a hoot!

Employees were rude. I have been going to this McDonalds for 8+ years and have watched a steady decline in customer service over the last 2 years. This location has lost me as a customer. I now go to the McDonalds on exit 14 if I want a Quarter pounder. With so many other great options close to exit 17 it is a shame that this franchise is getting worse instead of better with the competition.

This is the 2nd time I went through drive thru and my sandwich was unwrapped in the bag. This time the egg from the egg McMuffin was just laying in the bag. I would recommend going to the other fast food restaurant near it driving farther to a different MacDonalds.

This is probably the only remotely decent McDonald’s in all of Atlanta. They bring me the correct food in a timely manner. The staff is polite. I have never gotten over charged nor have I received food poisoning at this location. My actual only complaint is sometimes there’s just not enough ketchup up on my quarter pounder. This is a fixable problem. I can deal with this hahah. Now if only we could get a diet caffeine free soda option here this would be a 5 Star McDonalds.

The so-called manager at 4:55 pm Oct 1 needs customer service training. Not only does he NOT apologize for his own rude and unbecoming behavior, he then argues and says he’s had lots of compliments on his good customer service. Awful. I am not using his name to save him public embarrassment, but seriously, dude, go take a class. The other young man assisting at the window was very nice. Amber, speak to that young man, please.
Orders are consistently wrong at this location. Food last visit was not edible tasted really bad. Even our kids would not eat it. Said the food tasted funny
6:30pm - Ordered chicken tenders -(10 pieces) and asked for honey mustard sauce which the order-taker did add to the order. Got home to find there was NO sauce in the bag and the tenders were awful- overcooked, dry and VERY chewy. I’m sure they had been sitting around for hours. I would not order the tenders ever again.
Last time I went to this McDonalds the gentleman that helped me was very helpful. Took the time to explain the menu and talk about the savings I could get utilizing the online app and various in store discounts. Really appreciated the great customer service!

Stopped by today for a quick bite before heading in to work. As many of the reviews have said. Its McDonalds. Its fast food. I do not expect it to be very good or even healthy. My issue today is the table service. McDonalds has got it backwards. Table service does not make up for the poor performance of staff and poor quality if food. I have no problem carrying my tray to my table. As matter of fact I am happy to do it, when the food is great quality and the staff is fast and qualified. You can not put lipstick and perfume on a pig and disguise it. Eventually everyone will see its just a pig. Same here table service and remodel yet people still see a poorly run McDonalds. The breakfast was the best Ive ever had in my life. Bobby had me cracking up as I waited a mere 30 seconds for my delicious food. Im astonished at the superiority of this Mickey Ds. I know it’s just a McDonald’s and people should not expect much but damn, did the managers here at this location stand outside a facility housing delinquent kids for hire? The night crew are a bunch of snot nosed teenagers who wouldn’t know manners if it slapped em in the face. They’re on their phones or screaming cuss words at each other. They are them type of kids who look like they’re waiting and wanting to be thrown in prison for the rest of their lives... Whoever is the owner of this franchise should roll up their sleeves, get to work themselves and fire all the management staff and all them Be-Be kids at night. Save your $6 bucks and hit the next exits for a McDonald’s ... YOU’VE BEEN WARNED.

The one star reviews are correct. I got here about 740 in the AM on Saturday on my way to work and payed for a sausage egg and cheese. Got to work and realized they had given me a single slice of bacon with egg. Not even cheese..

Since when do we HAVE to use the kiosks to order our food? Some people arent tech savvy. You still have cash registers and 10 employees laughing and just standing around when they can be taken orders too. Whats the point in hiring employees if they cant take your order?
They suck at their jobs. Cant even tell the difference between ketchup and mustard. Here is a hint one is yellow and the other is red. Fries were cold and cold fries are gross. If I can give zero stars I would. The DM really needs to give this place a surprise visit so they know how horrible the service is and fix it. Also I find it really gross that the money and food are taken and given through the same window. Its so look gross. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!
If you want fries with no salt, flat Orange Fanta, horrible tasting burgers, and missing items in your kids meals then this is the McDonalds for you. Not only was our order wrong and the soda flat my son also got food poisoning. I thought the McDonalds in Dawsonville was horrible but this one has consistently been horrible. They need to fire everyone and start over.

I requested a fresh to order filet-o- fish combo with no salt in fries.It was a perfect order. Hot Crunchy fish fillet and the fries were hot and crunchy too. Awesome!
Weve visited this one twice at night. Both times food was pretty good but service sucked! Also, as we pulled around to the pickup window, there was a giant roachcrawling on the outside wall. Hopefully, they dont get them inside too!
Very poor service. We asked for a girl toy and a boy toy that were in the display case and the ran out but didn’t bother to tell us this. Then the 4 piece chicken nugget had 3.
This location is frequently problematic but I decided to give it another shot today. What a mistake. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with just cheese. I get home and it has no cheese but is dripping with mayonnaise and ketchup. I decided to take it back because Ive let it slide so many times. I asked for another sandwich and an order of fries since mine would be cold by the time I got back home. The sandwich comes out with no fries but I decided to let it go because I was tired of dealing with the employees. I get home with my sandwich and cold fries to find that my replacement is a single quarter pounder, not a double. Ive lost all faith in the employees ability to follow directions or read a recipt. I will not be back and I will make a point to suggest that everyone I know do the same.
The drive thru is horrible. I waited 15 mins. for a quarter pounder and small fry. The staff was rude and just standing around texting, when questioned about why it was taking so long the guy just kind of threw me my bag and said there you go! Awful awful experience!
Newly remodeled McDonalds. Nice and clean! Super nice Associates and managers! They now have the dual ordering stations for the drive-thru. A little bit difficult to get in and out of but its worth it!

Very slow❣ very rude❣ lady at drive thru lane was going back and forth between the window and front dropped my mcdouble with bacon on the floor (I was inside) put it in the bag and gave to the next in the drive through (I tried to catch them to let them know but didnt make it outside in time) made mine and gave it to me. Im very ticked off right now at McDonalds, I got my food (2 orders of mozzarella sticks) go to pay with part gift card and part cash never got a receipt and they never asked if i wanted my gift card back they throw it away and never gave it back and gave me a useless inactivated card and F***ed up on one of the orders mozzarella sticks no cheese in them. DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!! I recommend Exit 14 off of Atlanta Rd.
For some strange reason my fries are always fresh and hot. The icecream/shake machine is always working and icecream is always available. Customer service is also excellent.

Chicken McNuggets were overcooked and very small considering I am used to eating them and know that they were too small to be consistent with the McDonalds product. The diminutive size was due to over cooking possibly being refried after sitting out for a while. My visit was 2:30 p.m. long after the lunch rush and most likely these nuggets have been sitting under the heat lamps since lunch

Went in with my son last nite after football practice. Wow its like a bunch of teenagers at a rave. Lots of noise and playing games. Everyone was on cell phones. What a disaster. My son took a bite out of a nugget and he spit out something uncooked and crunchy. I have no idea what it was but nasty. It was like they had no adult there to oversee the kiddos. Bad experience.

For once, it was a decent experience. Even though their slushy machine was broken, they gave me a different drink.. for free.
Its clean, and close to other stores that I use on regular bases. Most of all the drinks only being a $1 and opening early to get that fresh hot coffee a must first thing in the morning.
The closest mcdonalds to the house & THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER! WENT HERE 2 nights in a row around 11pm. took my pregnant wife here twice & its the first time we tasted COLD PLASTIC FRIES. ever.... 23 minutes for a Mcflurry and a sprite. I guess on the plus side I ordered a water, so I should have been grateful for the free sprite after 23 minutes of my life was wasted in the drive-thru.
I kind of got a couple of quarters off the two for five menu and to keep from getting mustard on them I said Mayo pickle and ketchup only and the Mayo was so heavy it squeezed off the bone when you bit into the burger yuck

Horrible! Got breakfast this morning, and got folded scrambled egg on my raw mcmuffins! Gravy on the biscuit was literally white water! All coffee drinks and smoothies were out of order. HORRIBLE!

Man Ive never been happier ever eating at a McDonalds. You walk in to the sound of sizzling burgers and 2005 Taylor swift playing as you catch your first whiff of the world famous burgers perfectly primed for your personal pleasure. 2022-04-26After what seems like my hundredth bad experience at this McDonald’s, I’m finally doing a bad review. I always use “Please,Thank you, Yes Ma’am, No Sir” It never fails to still have whatever worker give me attitude or “purposely” forget or mess up and item. No straws is the most common. This was my “McDouble” from today’s visit that finally threw me over the edge. Hopefully the owner/managers see this and have a staff team moral meeting, because whatever is going on currently, IS NOT WORKING.

2022-05-04Fast during day and evening. Friendly staff. They are supposed to be open 24 hours, I think. Many times I have been there and order board at drive thru was lit up and so was inside with one small truck parked outside but no one appears to be there. Sat at order board outside and drive up to windows. No one ever responds...

2022-07-05Bought a large drink and they gave me a medium. When I called them out on it, the manager told me that the size I had is a large. The cups are labeled with the yellow label saying what size the cups are. She argued with me. No other restaurant would have their manager get into an argument with a customer. I even had the receipt to explain to her that I ordered a large instead of a medium.

2022-08-19Ordererd burger. And also get a box full of tarter sauce in the bag? Let’s say simple mistake. Maybe the driver in front, or behind, ordered a box full or tarter sauce. Cool. No big deal. Just a note to the owner/manager, you could save some money by having employees dump it straight into bag and keeping the box.

2022-06-11As a frequent drive thru customer I Have always been pleased but received the wrong order at breakfast this week and returned today and 1/2 my order was left out and no straws … I turned around and went inside to request the rest of my order and straws and was asked for my receipt which I was never given at the drive thru. After I explained 3 times what was left out of my order to 3 employees and treated like I was making it all up , a 4th employee drops a bag on the counter with my missing food. No I’m sorry or thank u … not a single word was said to me ! I’m all for having fun at work but this crew was laughing and joking and not paying attention at all and could care less about customer service! I’m Completely okay with a mistake but I’m not okay with the way I was treated and how management handled it . So disappointed and won’t be back

2022-09-09Dont understand the kiosk system. Ordered my food and paid , then waited in line for a cup. My order sat on the counter for 2-3 minutes , not knowing table 37 had to pick it up. I thought the idea was for the tent to be put on the table and brought to you.🤷♂️ I guess Im confused , although other McDs Ive been to have do bring it to you. Maybe Georgia is different.

2022-08-21Ordered a spicy crispy chicken deluxe meal, served me a beef patty instead of chicken, I hate McDonalds, it was the only thing open in Gainesville GA, except for Bojangles which is not a good alternative.
