Waited 20 minutes in the drive through at 10:30pm and when we got to the window we were told its closed. Got the same response at the Sandy plains location at at 10:20. Both of these stores close at 11pm, this is so frustrating and poor. Shouldnt have to go to a different location and get the same terrible. Hope your stores fail and no one ever eats your cut rate food again.
My last review for this McDonalds was about 8 months ago. Today I stopped in, going through the drive through. Again very fast Svc, but what made it even more remarkable was when I gave my order, the very friendly woman on the other end asked if I would like any jelly, salt, pepper or anything else. Wow, never ever had a fast food drive through ask me this question. Im usually having to ask for napkins, straw, etc. I usually have to ask for that in restaurants. OUTSTANDING SERVICE McDonalds. The employees are very nice but it is horrible that you lock your doors. They make the meal wrong or forget something and you have to wait in a long drive threw line just to get it. Not to mention sometimes you dont have time to wait. Will NOT return to this place until dine in is reopened.Two weeks ago I left the drive threw and they forgot straws for our drinks. Didnt have enough time to wait in the drive threw line and needless to say on the way home my kids and I werent patient enough and wanted a sip. Sure enough a car pulls out in front of us and most of the drinks ended up out of the cup. Definitely had some choice words for the locked doors....
This McDonalds is seriously short staffed. My wait was long, no one at the pay window so I pulled up. They insisted that I had paid but I had not. My 2 oreo ice cream treats were only half full and I waited about 8 minutes for 10 chicken nuggets. They need management oversight and staff.
This is a poorly operated store. Every other time I order the 2 cheeseburger meal without pickles, they get my order wrong. They either just leave the pickles on or only take pickles off one burger. Whats so stupid is that the wrappers have the grill order attached. To me, that is just dumb and lazy!
My go-to spot for kiddos treat day. He loves his happy meals and they are good at rotating the toys at this location. Food is always hot and fresh.Only wasnt the case once, but thats on me. I went at a weird time...thats a risk you take going anywhere at a dead time of day lol
Google says they close at 11pm. Pulled up to the drive through at 10:05 pm and was told they were closed. Mentioned the hours google shared and that we just wanted a drink. We were told We are closed go away. A drink must be to hard for the incompetent people that work there.
Good location. Friendly service. Ive been here a few times and occasionally Ive had to wait a bit (both drive through and dine-in) but the wait was not unreasonable, and most times they are fast. Its nice to have an outdoor playground, although some shade would be great for the whole area. Too hot even on a normal day (though it didnt discourage our kids!)
Don’t go to this location if you want a late night snack. They say they close at 11 AM, but closed an hour early. I waited in line for 30 minutes because there was a line and when I went up to the window they turned all the lights off on me and said oh well we are closed. The worker also told me that they stop taking orders 30 minutes before they close... yet people had been waiting in line.I’m not saying stay opened for me, but at least have someone tell the 5 people in front of me that you were closing so I didn’t wait in line thinking you were still taking orders.
Sometimes i have a good experience with the people who work here but most of the time they are so rude!! Especially tonight 9/18 this blond girl at the window was really not having it i guess.. I always say hello and how are you she literally said nothing and handed me my food and closed the door and that is pretty much the normal at this location. Ill drive the extra mile to the sandy plains store.
Usually its ok. But I came through the drive through this time and the woman at the pay window was sitting down and I had to lean out my window to pay. When I pulled up to the service window, I waited there for 8 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Girl at the dine in register looked over and saw me and she came to ask what I had ordered. After a few more minutes she brought me my food. She was pleasant but the rest of the crew and management needs to get on point.
This place has a constant line at this location, so you maybe shocked like I when you go inside and see it hasnt been updated since 1980s... the building and landscape need desperate attention n love.Though this visit was decently fast, actually had hot fries, seems so rare at fast food these days its worth the 4 stars! ... update the lot and building Ill give yall 5 ;) if its dirty from what your customer can see... just imagine what we cant see *barf*
On my way to work, I stopped to get some breakfast and the order was wrong and so I called to speak to a manager, Ruby was so sweet and said that she would take care of it. So I went the next morning and my breakfast was free of charge, now that is why I love this McDonalds !!!!
I just came through the drive thru and even though I had a little bit of a wait, it was entirely worth it. My food came out fresh and tasted amazing. Fries were perfectly salted, quarter pounder looked like it came straight from a picture. I will definitely be making this my new main McDonald’s
This place is lost to time. It seriously needs to be updated. They clean as best as they can, but decades of grime and time have really gotten to this place. It smells old. (I had a birthday party there when I was a little girl, Im now in my 30s)I will say that the staff is courteous and friendly.
What can I say other then greatness. Mr Tyriek was so on point this Morning. As I was paying for my order, my food was already out. Here goes this Youngman coming around with a bag in his hand asking me if I have order #235. With this GREAT BIG ;) on his face. The manger was great as well thanks for your great customer service.
First of all, the lady in takeout was VERY rude. She didn’t even greet us or was nice about taking our order. She said “What do you want?” Then when we asked how much it would be to add something on for our total she said “idk, do you want them or not?” then when we got to the window she continued to stare at me & gave me a stank face as I pulled away. Then I was charged for ranch cups that I didn’t even receive. My fries were cold & hard as a rock. I asked for 10 pc chicken nuggets & didn’t receive but 8. I would really work on your staff & the attitude they have towards paying customers. I will say though, the big mac wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best.
I eat at McDonalds daily normally get it to go. Go window has long waiting time and even longer waiting time inside because they focus on the go window and not their customer waiting at the counter. If youre waiting inside for your double cheeseburger you will see a half-dozen of them be served to the gold window first. McDonalds is not what it used to be.
This location needs to get it together. Either they are understaffed or under trained... There are always long lines in the drive thru and its just as bad inside... Not that theres a long line but orders take forever. Make sure to double check your order before leaving or driving off in my experience they struggle to get it right. Too bad as this is a convenient location.
So I went to the drive thru and paid then they made me wait 10 more minutes after I pulled forward. When the food finally came out the fries were not warm so I asked for some more. So I then left and when I got home I realized they did not give me any napkins or ketchup....the fries tasted like oil more than anything...then I looked at the mac rib and it did not have xtra pickles like I asked for and it was on the wrong bread...guess they ran outVery disappointed
So we go thru the drive thru last night. We have 2 separate orders the first thing we hear is WHAT DO U WANT. We say we have to separate orders the guy says wait really rude and was acting like he was struggling to hear. So i spoke up and said we have 3 things to go on this order. Him not caring we can hear him says wow you just have to love working at mds. I then spoke back up while being rushed again and told him if he would wait a second im trying to tell him my order. Then dude responds or you could just go somewhere else. Knowing that management usually has a head set on to we pull to the drive thru Window. The guy will not open the glass so i blowed the horn untill he did. I asked him to get his manager then this lady named Stacy come to the window i asked her did Anyone with a position of authority have a headset on she automatically gets rude. So we tell her what happened and what was said and she turns and says Joshua you will be expecting a talking to by ruby in the am. So my mom told the lady he said go somewhere else so thats what we are going to do. We drove 10 minutes away from our home just because Joshua and Stacy! I do not expect anyone to treat me like a queen but i do not think nice professional customer service is to much to ask for! I will not be returning to the canton rd location again. Im posting this review because i feel people need to understand i work hard for my money as do most. Just want to be treated with the same respect they want to be showed! If a customers money funds the buisness you work for then ots a good idea to be kind because if the customers go so does that buisness and your paychecks right along with it!
I went to the Canton Rd location and ordered a sausage egg McMuffin and ask for a 1.00 drink.the Guy at the register was either a lead, assistant manager,,,,he said, you can only get the 1.00 drink a la carte. I said ok . I want a 1.00 drink and the meal and you can keep the coffee. He shook his head and slammed a coffee on the counter and no drink cup..... I then had to speak to someone else to get my cup and let them know what happened. They didnt apologize!! He refused to give me what I ordered... Not good service and the wait time is ridiculous!!!! I was not happy. Service sucks!!!!!
The service here is not very great but I got my food hot and fresh so i wont complain. The employees were not very rude they just didnt seem to want to go even a little bit of an extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. They just hand you your food and dont say much, but i guess thats all you should expect. But overall I had an okay experience considering the food was prepared well.
I started getting really upset with almost every McDonalds I go I order on the app they charger my card twice and one time they even told me that my card didnt go through I got to pay the full amount and then when I go out of McDonalds I get a notice from my bank saying I spent the same amount I paid in cash I tried to tell McDonalds and they said they cant do anything got to talk to my bank.Please fix tbis problem
I honestly enjoy coming to this McDonalds. The service workers are always work! Even on those off days we all have that isnt going good, theyre still very professional! We all cant keep a smile on our face, so I appreciate I at least get what I came there for!! I only request that on the app you update an option for sauces. I feel bad when I have to ask for the person to please bring me some jelly and ketchup:(BUT SINCE IT WONT LET ME SUBMIT MULTIPLE POSTS... I WOULD TO LET THE COMPANY KNOW THAT VERONICA IS THE BEST MANAGER EVERY TIME I GO IN THE FACILITY AND SHES IN THERE, THE PLACE IS FANTASTIC AND THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!! I BROUGHT FOOD DINED IN, WENT HOME 5 MILES AWAY. OPENEE THE BAG, FOOD STILL HOT!!! Waited 10 minutes at the counter for anyone to even acknowledge us. Bathroom was filthy. Bacon was overly burnt on my sandwich. Staff was rude and un kept. Parking lot was trashed and full of potholes. Glad I was just traveling through and never have to go there again.
Why have a playground if no one is allowed to use it? I drove away with a crying 5 year old because he could not play on the playground. When I asked if it could be unlocked, they said We are not opening it today. If it is not going to be opened on a sunny afternoon in the low 80s, when is it going to be opened?Also the service was very slow. I counted 15 people enter the dining room in 25 minutes and it took >10 minutes to make 2 happy meals and a big mac.
How hard is it to have decent management? A manager who actually cares about the job would make sure that the establishment is fully stocked and having functional equipment for the staff and needs of the business. You are in the business of making money. And to do that you HAVE to keep the customers. In order to do that as a multi billion dollar company worldwide, there is zero excuse on why there is no frappe mix or shake mix let alone ANY of the equipment functioning properly. I was a manager for a fast food company. Never ever did we run out or have broken equipment, if it was acting whacky it was repaired that day. Without customers you really dont have a job to go to.
Recently visited the McDonalds on Canton Road in Marietta as I regularly do. Placed an order thru drive thru and paid with a debit card as I regularly do. When I got to my office and checked my bank statement I noticed another charge in addition to the charge for my order. This has happened several times before and it is always never taken seriously by store management. I called store management and again it was not taken seriously. The last time it happened I called the franchise owner and he told me to personally call him with any future issues. I called him and was informed that this McDonalds was sold last week to a new owner operator. I called the manager again and she became very defensive of employee working drive thru. She stated that it is a register error and not an employee theft issue and she did not have any concern about her employee. She said others were regularly charged twice for the same order on their cards and she was certain that it was not an employee theft or fraud issue. I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS HEARING! I then explained that I WAS NOT CHARGED TWICE FOR THE SAME ORDER ....I WAS CHARGED TWICE AND THE CHARGES WERE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS. I was then told I need to handle it with my bank.I own a business and it pains me to post a bad review but I could not believe this experience. I am not concerned as much about the relatively small amount of money stolen from me as I am about this McDonalds response. I’m becoming to hate late night drive-thru at McDonalds. Every time I order at night. I always get the wrong order. First time I accepted. Second time I looked at my receipt. The did my order backwards. I ordered a #3 double quarter pounder. What I got first time was a quarter pounder. What was on my receipt was a quarter pounder. It’s not what I ordered. Now order a #3, then order just a 10 piece nugget. What you get is a nugget meal, and just a quarter pounder burger. That is not the order I placed. So if I didn’t see the mistake. I would of drove off again same mistake they once again made. Not acceptable! Then had the nerve to say I owe 2.00 more for there mistake. I’ll give you my last 2.00. Going to Wendy’s drive-thru at night for now on.
I went through the drive through and the person in front of me order was wrong and they had to go in so when I gat my order I ask for ketchup and way they were getting it I went to check my order. As I did so the woman getting the ketchup told me my order should be right so I replied I just want to double check it. She then throw the ketchup at me and closed the window. I call the complaint line as I’m pulling out of the mc Donald’s they would not answer the phone. I ate my meal and have time to comedown so I call again to find out they blocked my number. This is the worst service I have ever had I eat Mc. Donald’s two to three times a week and I well not be back anytime soon. I hope the woman at the pick up window gets anger management and that I never have the displeasure of meeting her again.
I went here yesterday to get my breakfast. All the cashier wanted to do was talk talk talk with the manager. I waited in line for 15mins and so I called the manager today and explained the situation of poor service. She was very sweet and apologizing.But I am so disappointed that mc donalds has been going down in service. People at the counter was really poor. There should be 2 at all times in the morning. Managers and supervisors should always have a drawer open for them to step in and help out on taking orders. Alot to be learned here. Alot. Mc donalds needs to step it up when it comes to owners of the buildings not responding to the poor service.
The lady who took my order is great as always. I arrived no where near closing last night, got two mcdoubles and 1 mcchicken w/ no lettuce. 3rd time in a row they put lettuce on it when i emphasized no lettuce and saw it on the order screen. ontop of that my mcdoubles were plain no ketchup or mustard either. once more and done with this mcdonalds.
Been over a month and still no fountain drinks? How is that even possible for a company that prides itself on their partnership with Coke. Give me a break. I know franchise owners have to keep their store up to certain standards - no Coke products for weeks at a time? You’re failing hard in the eyes of HQ and your customers. Get it together folks.

2022-08-06This is by far the worst and most substandard McDonalds of all time I ever been to. Everything here is dated but not just that, it is not viable to be open for business. I was here today 08/05/2022 and it rained while I was in restaurant and the corners of the restaurant were filling up with water from sides of the glass. The bathrooms were dirty and really tiny(Not wheelchair accessible at all). The ceiling is all beat up to death. It is okay to continue to use old stuff/place but at least maintain it properly. The order was not messed up but not a safe environment to eat at all. Who knows what is in the kitchen? I do not recommend it at all and if it cant be fixed then it should be closed down. 2022-02-23This has always been one of my favorite location. Today I enjoyed eating my meal gazing into the woods. The bathroom was clean. That I really like. My Nuggets was nice and fresh. The Ice Coffee was excellent. I had to go all the way. Top it off with a Fudge Sunday.

2022-08-10Went here a few years back, and it was pretty nice. Stopped by yesterday to a run-down dining area with a leaky ceiling and questionable food. The soda machines looked dirty and moldy. We wont be back. 🫢

2022-06-21The last few times I have visited a Mc. Donalds, everything has been chaotic, few staff, incomplete orders, people running, yelling... This one has been totally different, although the staff is quite busy, smiles and respectful treatment make the difference. Everything is clean and my order was perfect. Thanks to Manager Alvin, good job!

2022-05-01I have never in my life! I’m not one to write reviews really, but I was just here. I ordered several items in the drive thru. When I got to the window she asked me if I ordered #6 (I did). So she swiped my card, I drove to the next window, and realized that was ALL she charged me for. None of the other items were on there. I wasn’t mad or anything. In fact I was a general manager of a restaurant, so I’m very sensitive to people being rude to staff when someone makes a mistake. I alerted the man at the window. He said, “Oh, I know what happened.” (I’m thinking, ‘Great, we can get this fixed.’) Then he stepped away. She comes over yelling at me, “I ASKED you if you had a #6!!!” I said, “I don’t want anything from here!” And drove away. Lesson learned. There are plenty other McDonalds or better yet, Dunkin’ for breakfast right down the street. Which was where I went and got very courteous service. I will write them a great review so I’m not just putting negativity out in the world.
