MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO ! i was in the drive through and they wouldn’t hand a DoorDash order to the guy Doordashing they argued with him holding up the line then forced him to go inside and I could see the entire staff yelling and being rude to him telling him to take the order off his phone and leave because he wouldn’t come inside and lied when being asked for a complaint line or management number saying they don’t have one
Eh foods aight, but for sure saw two rats kissin in the bathroom!!! I swear I thought they had few cans a beer sippin em too. For that experience alone I rate this place a 5 star! Epic time, think about it everytime I go! Though I will say, this man that looked like Jesus tried to fight me there. I would DEFINITELY recommend goin,,, just go cautiously, and make sure not to talk poorly of Nirvana. Thats what gets im aggressive!
I almost always go thru the drive thru here. Food sometimes come wrong, but theyre willing to replace items that are not properly prepared as long as you catch it in time. Thats the worst part. Theyre open relatively late which is nice too, but yeah, its a pretty standard taco bell with ok food.
I really dont give out five stars only to the business that deserve them. The manager train the young people over well and they are so curtious. The young man last night even double checked my order to make sure it was correct going through the drive through. When one is craving a taco this is a business that stays open a little later!!. Which is great!!
I ordered on the app before I got to the store bc the manager told me app is slow. When I arrive at the store there is a paper sign on order box that they are closed until 9:30am. (ordered at 8:30am) I cancel order, only to find that they have already charged my gift card and a week later still no refund. I spoke with a store manager and filed 3 help tickets on the app. Still no attempt to provide me with my order or refund. Store phone line is always fast busy. I used to eat here 2-3x per week but refuse to go back until they refund what they owe. At this point the inconvenience of $8 refund by making attempt after attempt to get help is ridiculous. Respond to your customer complaints, answer the phone, basically any attempt at helping would be nice.Edit* I was finally able to get the store manager on the phone she said she cant do anything about app orders and that she does not care to make any attempt to help the situation
Been here multiple times and unfortunately I’ve been let down multiple times at this location. Can’t eat a salad with no fork. Also other times I’ve been here I’ve had to deal with missing items to completely wet burritos. Today was the last straw.. TACO BELL DO BETTER!!
I usually use the mobile app to order mobile exExclusive items. However the system was down, so I had to order inside. I told the cashier inside this predicament, and she , pPhyllis, (spelling?) Was very understanding and took charge of my order to make sure it was what was requested. I appreciate everyone who helped make my experience at Taco bell enjoyable!
Horrible customer service!! They couldnt get two simple things right smh. I ordered the new burrito they have out and I asked for spicy they gave me regular and I also asked for nacho chips with the cheese. I didnt get that so I had to get out and go inside and I asked for it and the look on the ladies face as if I was lying about not getting them no apology for their mistake or anything straight up rude!!!! Thats why ppl like that get cussed out!!!
One thing I look for in a restaurant is cleanliness both in the restaurant. And the rest rooms this Taco Bell pasted both of these. And I was fortunate to have the nicest manager waiting on me with some very good food!! I wish O had her name because she represents Taco Bell!!!
Do not go to this location. They are terrible. Your order will not be correct and the staff is generally indifferent to you. Made an order to pickup through Doordash. They dont tell you until youre at the restaurant that you cant pick up doordash orders through the drive thru. Which wouldnt be an issue if you were able to make an order through the Taco Bell App (which you cant because this location isnt listed on the app). Half of the order was missing. Not the first time having issues at this location but certainly will be the last.
As soon as we walked in the employees were extremely rude. We were traveling and stopped for a bite and had to use the restroom extremely bad. They would not let us use the restroom until we ordered and it had to be on the kisok. Then still proceeded to be rude after we ordered and wanted to use the restroom. This is extremely unprofessional and bad customer service.
Completely awful!!! Manager was so rude! Told us to come around to the front and then said we couldn’t come in. Then refused to unlock the door, saying calm down to us. Saying we had to get back in line after the line was full of cars by then. So disrespectful. WONT EVER COME BACK!
I was really hungry last night and had a craving for Taco Bell. The girl got our order wrong, she stormed off for a while then gave me sloppy wet tacos with sour cream covering the outside of the tacos. Sooooo I didn’t eat it and wasted money. Thanks Washington Rd for the great customer service last night 😓Sn: I hate telling fast food...that they got an order wrong b/c people are really foul & nasty out here...
Male staff member loud conversation about rappers and basketball while mask not covering face while preparing orders. Same member drinking juice in view of customer with no lid on drink cup and continuing loud conversation. I started to cancel my order and walk out but he was working carside and not handling my food thank goodness. The young man that handled my order was very pleasant. 3/1 @ 7pm
If I could this place 0 stars I would. Employees were super disrespectful. We were in the drive-thru trying to look at the new menu and they kept hounding us what we wanted. No one was in line behind us we were the only ones there. If I were the store manager everyone on that night shift for 11/14/2020 would be laid off. Employee at window stated everything was in my bag and I was missing multiple items and numerous items weren’t even mine. I would recommend the other Taco Bell across town if you want the food you paid with your money for. This Taco Bell should be shut down. Possibly the worst place I have ever dealt with and it takes an enormous amount of anger for me to even go and write a review honest to god. This place is trash
I had a pretty good experience here. Im travelling from out of town and of course the familiar Taco Bell lured me in plus it was late and most of the restaurants were closed or closing on a Sunday night. I ordered through the drive thru and I may say that the person taking the orders was very well spoken and extremely friendly. I like that because from the start you feel appreciated and not a burden ordering food. The food came quickly which was surprising as there were a few people in front of me. This location rocks.
Food was not what was priced online. When I called was told it was a franchise so I got charged 7.00 more than the location 4 miles away would have charged. 12 ct supreme taco 4 miles away is 16.99 this location charged 23.99 which when I called they said this one charges more because its a franchise and extra 7.00 is for tomatoes and sour cream. Wow wont reccomend this one also staff rude about it
For me, Taco Bell has always been a hit or miss type of restaurant. On this occasion, I ordered the party nachos for myself. Im thinking let me see what this is about just in case I want to order it for a get together. I must say it came in a big box. That box felt kinda heavy so Im feeling excited. Open the box and I see nachos but the topping werent put on evenly. They had a big pile of meat and beans and topping covering the middle section of the nachos. There was too many nachos in the box with nothing on them. They need to fix that even if it cost more. The ones with the toppings was good though. I would order them again.
I ordered 3 soft tacos with just meat cheese and sourcream. When I got home there was no sourcream. I went back and she stated my order back correctly this time I had no sourcream nor cheese. I will never go back there again. I handed her my old bag and she was very nice told me I can just keep it but her manager told her she needed to take it from me. The cashier told me she did not understand why she was telling her to take it from me knowing thats not the policy. I gave her the bag and told her it was fine. I was just going to give it to someone that may want it.
The manager and the head manager as of 01/11/2020 around 4P.M. were arguing back and forth with me. They mess up my order every single time. The exact words from the head manager, Do you want us to do you order over or not because I dont have the time to stay on the phone with you. She was like well its not on the receipt so that is what you paid for and they always repeat the order back. She lied. I am a regular customer and they never did it .
Cashier or whoever was at the window named Scarlett was very rude trying to rush our order when nobody else was in line. I understand that she needs to take 5 breathes after rudely greeting my family in order to catch her breath but it was still unnecessary. When we arrived at the window one of our items was cold and asked if we can drop them fresh but insisted it was fresh but Im certain she just ate the rest and gave us the left over pieces. After snatching the bag from my sisters hand we heard her talk to her coworkers complaining that we want hot food because we only just paid for it and all. Not even 20 seconds pass and she handed us back the food in the same bag clearly just redropped but she said they just came up. Not wanting to argue with the tub of lard anymore me and my sister just left the line. Please train your employees better and make sure they always have lotion on hand because her elbows were so dry I mistook them for powdered donuts.
If I could give this place zero I would manager is a ride and aggressive person because they forgot food items an we told them. Insisted the order was correct even after showing the items werent there. Tried coming out the window. The most ghetto and ratchet taco Bell Ive ever been to
Whilst some chicks were fighting outside I was still given good customer service. Thank you for the silverware and the show :-) please give whoever gave me my forks a raise and a promotion, he deserves it! Only one with a bit of sense on that whole restaurant. Helpful staff. I’ve never had to wait a really long time. Sometimes the food is kind of sloppy but it all tastes the same. Their dollar menu is pretty good. Sometimes the burritos have a little too much inside but it’s not that big a deal. Overall I have nothing to complain about.
Is the entire staff brand new??? It was bad enough before when I would go in to sit down at this place and the management and employees would be cutting up cussing at each other every single day. Never mind that there are children in there. The last four times Ive been at this location in the drive-thru over the last few weeks, my order has been wrong every single time. Of these four times, I have received the wrong food even if the item on the receipt is correct. Almost every time something is left off of the order, even if they repeated it back to me. I have received food that is colder than room temperature. I sat in the drive-thru more than 30 or 40 minutes with only two or three cars in front of me on each time. In one case I had to go inside and ask for my food because I was waiting 20 minutes on top of the 20 I had already spent in line and I had ordered ONE power menu burrito. When I go in they cant find it and when I go to present my receipt I find that I was charged for the wrong item anyway. Just crazy all around. Bad experiences consecutively.
This is in reference to the taco Bell on Washington road in Augusta Georgia. I received the best customer service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant. The girl at the drive-thru who Took my order spoke very clear and also was very patient with me as I changed my mind on my order once or twice. My lunch was cooked to perfection and I cant wait to go back.
I came to the drive-through and they left out an item number once I called back and spoke with Jerrel the manager, He was kind enough to offer great customer service and for the inconvenience of driving back to Georgia when I’m a resident in South Carolina he offered for me to come back And replace the entire box rather than just a missing item
Spent 24.00 including tip and delivery got a chicken quesarito a chicken quesadilla and loaded them with extras. Quesarito was beef with nothing else in it really was thinking of just eating it because Im not a Karen or a Steve but there was really no food inside both of them 80% tortilla. Had to drive up there, never got the manager but a young kid stepped up and did his best and remade my quesarito. From what i noticed standing inside for 15mins lots of unhappy people and none prideful workers.
Little girl in drive through short brown skin with a puff ball on the top of her head had a attitude. After I got my food I asked for mild sauce she gave it to me but then proceeded to walk off without handing me my drink. So I sat there for a couple more minutes waiting for her to come back over.she came back over and literally locked eyes with me without trying to figure out why I was still sitting there. When she finally decided to open the window she said “you ain’t get your food” and I said I didn’t get my drink. She came at me with an attitude and I don’t appreciate.
This Taco Bell was cleanish. They got my order wrong. The manager was in their office looking up shoes, not managing like I feel a manager should (they left their door open). The food didnt taste like Taco Bell food. The beans were burnt (not sure how they could do that) and the cinnamon twist tasted like cardboard (once again, not sure how they could do that either). However, the cashier, Chelsea, was very nice and made sure my order was corrected. Overall it was a meh experience.
I had a pretty big order the other day that added up to like $35 and they did not forget anything. Moreover they were decently quick about it, gave us plenty of napkins, and plenty of sauces. Another plus would be that nothing came out really cold or seemed like it was old. Lastely this was past 12 am where the inside was closed so Im sure they didnt have as much staff as usual and the line was long. Good job!
Five stars, not ONLY for your great staff & food, but THIS visit, but there was a big SERPRISE when my wife & I intended to pay, using my veterans discount, we was told that the customer ahead of us had PAYED the bill! We HAD done the SAME thing in the past, buuuut, had NEVER expected it to happen to US!
This is by far the best managed of all Taco Bell restaurants in the area. The quality and consistency of food is great. The staff is friendly and actually pretends to care about their job - and when they mess it up, they fix the mistake wihtout giving you grief.Even the drive thru is a pleasant experience.Taco Bell is what it is, but this location is as good as it gets.
I am a truck driver and the staff was extremely rude. Could not go inside to order nor would they allow me to walk up to drive thru. People I drive a 18 wheeler!!! I am truly disappointed. Everywhere I have gone as a driver I have not had a problem. THE STAFF HERE NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I want to start with I dont leave fast food reviews (unless something happens, of course.) We all know what to expect from chains, thats literally the point. BUT I just went through the drive thru maybe 15 minutes ago, and I HAD to leave a review.I eat out a lot. Like, A LOT, and unfortunately because I work mostly nights, a lot of that has meant eating fast food.Why is that relevant? The drive thru worker, (Tomika W according to the receipt (8/10/19, 1:26AM,)) and I only exchanged maybe 3 sentences total, but somehow in those three sentences, I left feeling truly cared for and welcome. She had the best attitude Ive ever seen of most restaurants around the world, and her vibe was so beautifully positive, I left in a better mood than when I came in. OUR ENTIRE CONVERSATION WAS JUST WHAT SAUCE DO I WANT.I literally dont know how she pulled it off, but everything about her was so sweet and loving of life that it was contagious.20/10 employee. Ive never experienced anything like it
This Taco Bell has often been the best but in the last 3 months it has become a place of messing up orders. I want to first of all say the staff has been really pleasant and has dealt with every order mess up respectfully but putting beef in my food when I am a vegetarian on 3 occasions has officially lead me to writing this review. If I could write a review of the late night crew Id give them 5 stars but the dinner time crew keeps messing up orders. Again, staff is great, but whats the point of confirming my order on the screen when it still comes with meat. Please, I hope this issue is addressed.Edit:I’m adding to my terrible review of this place because time and time again my food keeps tasting like chemical cleaners were being used around to food too much. I got so sick for 12 hours after eating here bc my food tasted like chemical spray. I don’t know what’s happening at this location but it’s the worst. I’d rather drive to the north Augusta location
It took 26 minutes to get my order. There were only three customers in the store. All of their orders arrived late. When I say late, it was over 20+ minutes.2 out of 3 customer orders were wrong. Employees didnt even offer to correct it and argued that the customers ordered it wrong. Since I was there and heard the other customer order, I know for a fact they they ordered correctly.It seems that there are some new employees that dont know what they are doing. However there is not enough supervision for them to be trained.
This place, for their credit, has friendly enough staff. But theyre incompetent as hell.I live down the road from here and eat out several times a week, as this is one of my wifes and Is favorite food chains. Each time we go there is something wrong with our order, it has gotten to the point we double check the order before we leave every single visit. They once gave us a crunchwrap supreme that was missing the crunchy part in the middle.This most recent visit we ordered 9 items, got a bag with 4 things in it, and one of those was a soft taco shoved in upside down so it made a mess everywhere. When I took it in to get the order fixed, they STILL missed several items. Even though I live less than a mile away, I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.
I eat here regularly for my lunch break from work. It is close, fast, and always delicious. My visits are normally very pleasant. Today was slightly different. They seemed to be understaffed. The order took a while longer than it usually does. While I was waiting I was having to listen to the stick music through the speakers at a rediculouly high volume. I spoke with the very kind woman behind the counter to see if it was possible to get it turned down. She informed me she would ask as soon as the people making food on the line had a moment to check. 15 minutes after of extremely loud music and waiting another employee went in the office and adjusted the volume louder then slightly softer for just a moment before returning it to the original loud volume. Once that happened the other employee came to my table to inform me that thier GM said no one was allowed to mess with it. I asked her who turned it up today since yesterday was not like this. She said the GM Nicole was the one setting the volume and not willing to let her employees accommodate their guests. This seemed very odd to me. It will not change my mind about eating here again but it would be nice to be able to have a calmer dine in experience than you would at a night club. Since that is how most days are anyway.
Quick and easy service. The food was just as ordered albeit a little sloppy. It tasted as, well, taco bell does. Pretty okay establishment. I hate the parking lot though. Full of pot holes and water when I came and its not a very easy location to get into with traffic flow...
If I could rate zero stars I would. I don’t frequent Taco Bell or fast food for that matter but This was by far the most DISGUSTING Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, establishment was filthy, food was delivered on dirty trays, the kitchen floor was so wet and nasty the staff couldn’t even walk on it and were slipping everywhere. And don’t even get my started about the food. Undercooked , my daughters quesadilla had to be redone twice to which led us to leaving completely unsatisfied
Messed up my app order. It shouldnt be that difficult to prepare an order. When it says no sour cream, you just dont put it on. When it says soft taco, you make that instead of whatever they decided to give me. Too easy. Maybe if they were paying attention instead of giggling to each other over some inside joke over the intercom they would have noticed the mistakes.
Jericho M was extremely rude. Slammed the window in my face and was smart with me for no reason. I also work in costumer service so I understand what it is like and this is just unacceptable. Food was great though, just never experienced this costumer service from here before.
The food is good/normal for Taco Bell. Service was ok. They forgot to give me my drink, but they handed it to me when reminded. Three stars instead of four because it looks like it hasnt been updated since the early 1990s. It has the stucco Alamo design I remember from back then.
I really dont know what to say about this one. The place was a cluster of an operation. Maybe it was the time of day, around 7 PM and people were feeling that night slump, but from the cashier completely miscommunicating the $16 order back to me multiple times, the multiple arguments by the workers in the back whom were clearly visible to the lack luster food that was served cold, Im not exactly sure what positive notes I can Express here. Maybe it was a bad night...but, Id share my experience to help others down the road.
The workers were wearing sleeveless dresses and street clothes. Didnt know who worked there and didnt. LOUD rap music playing, couldnt even hear the girl behind the counter. Which explains why my order was wrong. Wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. Bad experience for sure !
Came for breakfast. Waited till 7:04 (they open at 7 supposedly) Called and the worker who answered said we dont open until 7. I said maam its 7:04. Her: oh. Well the eggs aint ready. Never coming back. Why advertise being open but cant provide the service?! Not sure what I was thinking even going there. Have had nothing but bad experience at this Taco Bell.

This the worst taco Bell you could ever visit. The people that works there never pay attention to the order. If I request no lettuce on my taco they put lettuce in it. This has happened so many times. I give up buying from this taco Bell. They give you no straws or napkins, screwing your order all the time.... The need to improve so much...
This is the second time this location has only had hard or soft tacos as the only option during hours of operation. In addition to this inconvenience the staff is really rude at explaining what is happening. New management is definitely needed at the Washington rd location
So i had a delivery from postmates, and they dont open the bag or anything(delivery guy had a hat and buzz cut) but i open up the bag to separate to my family and picked up one of the 2 cinnamon twists......and saw a long dark strand of hair entangled in the bag. so i was disappointed to say the least especially when we are in a place to take extreme health and safety measures
Customer service is terrible. Manager had an attitude and didn’t want to remake the food that they didn’t make right the first time. No sense of urgency. Instead of trying to help her crew remake the order she gets on her phone texting and walks away. We come to this restaurant often. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had there.
Because it was cheaper than Crystal it was around Augusta Georgia crystal wanted 20 something dollars for two orders of number two and so we decided we go to taco Bell and we ate a whole lot better at taco bells it was $8 that day a whole lot cheaper than 20 something
I dont know if it was because I went there at 9 PM but every single thing I ordered was trash not a single thing was half decent I mean how hard is it . While I was waiting for my food I witnessed the cooks in the back destroying someone elses food. Needless to say I shouldnt have gone there and will never return.
Service is ok. Food is standard at best, usually substandard (dried out, cold, etc). Got serious food poisoning after eating here 5 years ago. Will never forget it. Only food poisoning Ive ever gotten from a drive thru. Have eaten here since, but still be careful when ordering anything with guacamole - especially if its late and they are minimally staffed. Honestly, I tend to go further to other taco bells or eat at a Mexican restaurant simply to avoid this place. 1 star.
First off I have to say that Im biased towards Taco Bell and I love the amount of food that you get at such a cheap price. I ordered the five for five meal and it is fantastic! The reason I didnt give this location five stars was because they ran out of Baja Blast - you cant run out of Baja Blast.
I have been there several times over the past few weeks because I am a huge Taco Bell fan. Hard shell tacos consistently have a pathetic amount of filling. This is the only Taco Bell I have ever been to that doesnt put the double chalupa in a cardboard canoe. I once stood at the counter for 5 minutes at noon while the cashier counted money and two other chatted in front of me. I was asked what sauce I wanted in the drive through and was not provided it. I think the most irritating thing so far as been when I ordered my 5$ double chapula box, which they have a 20% markup on, asked me if I wanted cinnamon twists. Please, work on your tacos first.
Very poor service. My daughter waited 15 minutes for a side of sour cream. My order was incorrect and 2 men had to get their money back because they’d been waiting so long. There were enough people working that it shouldn’t have taken that long and only a handful of customers. They were like the keystone cops!
Wanted the $1.00 burrito with Fritos. Ordered 3 and a order of nachos. Was told it was a franchise and not corporate so it was $1.39 for each burrito. So still paid the difference since that is what I wanted. Got home with my order and to my surprise my burritos had no Fritos. Mine had rice so what the heck and started digging in. Glad they screwed up my order. This was very good. Extremely full of meat and cheeses. Will go back again and again for this. But the $1.00 nachos are in a cardboard box which with moisture gets very wimpy. Would suggest a plastic or styrofoam type container. Ate the nachos and one burrito and was stuffed. All said and done... Very Pleased...
Im a huge Taco Bell fan, but, as it is with most fast food restaurants, some locations can be inconsistent with service and food quality. I am glad to report that this Taco Bell on multiple occasions has satisfied my cravings with fairly fresh, hot food and friendly customer service. Pro Tip: Ask for chipotle sauce on the Chalupas and ALWAYS get Baja Blast.
My husband and I visited last night the lady at the drive thru was very rude and actually thought she was funny, laughing at herself. When she was asked for a coke cola, she responded with we have Pepsi products, so she was asked if that meant My Dew also and she responded with well that is a Pepsi product so what do u think? Not every person knows which sodas goes with which brand! When asked for a manager she told us she was the manager! Then when asked for her name she ignored us!! Then my husband asked her for some packets of hot, mild, and fire sauce, so she put 1 packet of each in the bag and laughed about that also!! She refused to give us a receipt and we ordered alot so three packets of sauce would not have been enough. So we waited and she finally sent some guy to the window to asked what we needed and he gave us some sauce. Then we waited wanting her name and she slammed the window on us.
The most unpleasant service I have ever received in my life. The lady at the register was very rude and gave us dirty looks. Then when we received our food and were sitting down to eat she emptied the trash next to us and threw a cup and it hit my friend. We were here March 5th at 9:00 pm.
The food here is really good considering it being Tex-Mex. The employees also always have a smile and a cheerful attitude, well done to the management for making it a great experience, the atmosphere is also really good, great place to go with a family for a quick bite to eat, they never fail to make everything taste good

2021-09-20Dont EVER assume you will get what you see in the commercials! My soft & hard tacos got about 5 little shreds of cheese & lettuce on top of maybe ½ a scoop of meat! Same with the Burritos & forget the Nachos - stale chips & stingy toppings. Their prices keep going WAY UP, the portions keep going WAY down & their employee competency keeps going WAY down. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I havent been a single time yet when my order was right. I used to LOVE Taco Bell! Now I really miss Del Taco!!!

2022-05-21We came in for dinner and my wife was going to take our small child to the restroom while I ordered our food. They refused to unlock the bathroom door before I ordered and paid for our meal. We explained that I was going to order while they used the bathroom, however they INSISTED that we pay for our food before they would open the restroom. The food was cold and poorly prepared, I wonder how often theyre washing their hands with the bathrooms locked up like that?These employees and management could use a little common sense.

2022-04-21These ladies are always so nice. Its fast food, you dont really expect anything other than barking orders and have a good day but they always go the extra mile and offer genuine service. It stands out, and youll see what Im talking about when you pull up. Go to the Arbys half a mile away and compare the two chains if you dont believe me.

2022-04-27This taco bell always lets me down, tacos are soggy with little to no meat, about 4 pieces of lettuce , 2 strings of cheese , no tomatoes and i ordered the doritos taco supreme combo! Always missing items, they are stingy with all toppings/fillings , and prices are high , to not get what your money is paying for ! Totally unacceptable, as a manager i would never let any crew member of mine push this off the line , then when you ask for refund or to have your food remade they have an attitude! So done with this location

2022-05-26Same issue as everyone else my wife and friends were ordering food I asked politely to use the restroom. They stated I had to pay to use the restroom (Mind you we are ordering on the screen) so my friends finished their order and payed. My wife was still trying to decide on what she wanted, after my friends payed I asked politely again if I can have the restroom unlocked. The manager stated my wife had to finish her order and pay but if my friends wanted to use it (since they paid) she would let them in. Now come on I know common sense aint common anymore but lady Im obviously about to order why do you have to be so rude and so difficult? She claims its not her rule its the owner, well lady you are the one enforcing it!! Long story short I went and changed in my car and came back in and when I did the kitchen staff and the managers were very hostile stating I dont care if hes mad or not whatever we say GOES!! If I did not have young children to take care of I might have caused a bigger issue than just not being able to use the restroom until I give them my money. Long story short OWNER OF THE TACO BELL ON WASHINGTON RD FIRE YOUR STAFF AND HIRE PEOPLE WHO TREAT OTHERS LIKE PEOPLE

2022-06-03Drive thru order. Got extra with additional items on some Tacos. When I got to where I was going Tacos failed to have extra and didnt include additional items. Asked employee for reciept after paying card. Employee said it was in the bag. Guess what wasnt in the bag.
