Great service. I came in. And got my car clean but because I had a previous trip to another state all the bugs and mosquitoes were hard to remove. I didn’t realize that. The machine didn’t got it all it and. The staff can and asked me kindly and friendly to Rik my car again. That was. A 20 starts service better then VIP now they got me as a repeat customer 😃
Good car wash but my God trying to cancel your membership is a hassle! I moved away and no one ever answers the phone and there’s no way to contact management through the website. In May the manager said he’d cancel it for me and I’ve been getting charged $29.99 every month since!
I’d give them a negative one star if I could.This car wash place used to be the only one around Cobb Galleria area.I’ve been on a monthly unlimited club membership since November/December 2017 for my limousine SUV. They pretty well know I do indeed drive a commercial vehicle with limousine license plate. I’ve changed cars to use the monthly pass sometimes either permanently or temporarily (during Covid lockdown when I stored the business vehicle and used another personal one - during which I didn’t use their facility much anyway) where they’d cancel the old RFID tag and issue me a new one. Although I seriously considered canceling my membership to save during Covid lockdown I decided not to just because I was their member for long time and felt bad doing that at the difficult time when perhaps many other members might have canceled. But this is how they return the favor by wrongly accusing me of fraud.They’ve been closed for about the last couple weeks for renovation during which no one was getting their services.So, today I came to check if they opened and they were indeed and therefore had my car washed. However, quite amazingly and unexpectedly someone from the business management came up to me to say business vehicles cannot be monthly plan member and that I’d been told so before - which is totally a lie and they pretty well know I’m a limousine driver since Day 1. And then the guy accused me of using the plan on many vehicles, which again as I said before that was so with their permission and there’s no way I can get two or more cars washed at the same time as they’d cancel an old RFID tag and issue a new one. Moreover, another employee came up to me and accused me of having the RFID tag used to wash a Hyundai Sonata! That’s absolutely not true and besides I don’t have a Sonata. This accusation is totally a fabrication or one of their employees could have cloned my RFID tag and gave it to another person. If the latter is the case I pretty much suspect one of their two former employees who would have done it. Regardless, it’s stupid and ridiculous for them to falsely accuse me of something I didn’t do. They don’t have a proof. I dared them to print a complete history of my usage from their computer and prove that I’ve used their facility with multiple vehicles at the same time. They’d rather have looked into their employees who could be up to wronging. The owner, Randy, is an asinine, unprofessional and acutely infested with prejudice as well as ignorance and other personality and character disorders of which one is the lack of emotional intelligence. Stay away from this business!
I didnt like it. 11$ for a simply washing is to much, you cant wash your rubber rugs on the rug machine, dont have a place to hang them if they are wet. The water thats from the car wash smells like a pond full of fishes, if its recycle they should clean the water better. I wont go back. Im sorry.
Lots of free amenities (vacuums, spray bottles, rug machine) that are usually in working order and overall well kept. Been coming here for years. Staff is usually friendly, at least the few times Ive interacted with them. Theyre usually quick to pick up trash and organize the vacuums when not in use. Prices are reasonable but the cheapest wash isnt very thorough, so get the package or upgrade and get the better quality washes.
This has been a good car wash for me for a few years. However, in 2019 the price was $7 and in 2020 it went to $8. That is reasonable. Now in 2021 it has jumped to $11, a 27% increase. Not worth it anymore. Hello Dirty Dog Car Wash - $6 for the same thing, a 45% savings. Once again for the very same thing.
First time car wash experience. Did the top teir. Not really clean. Rims half washed. Water spots. Not worth it.Im just now seeing other reviews saying have re-washed if it misses spots so if youre like me then definitely request it. I was not aware at the time. And I didnt know that you had to hand dry the car yourself (apparently they have towels that I didnt see and the dry function doesnt work well enough), so I ended up with water spots all over the glass.Anyway, maybe car washes arent my thing. Maybe Im putting too high expectations and Id be better off with a hand wash.
We have been customers for as long as this FastTrac has opened at the Delk/Powers Ferry location and had our cars (3) detailed there before - but, we will NOT be returning for a detailing service as long as this new manager is there.First I was told by the her that they dont schedule detailing - then I drove there and one of the techs said they could schedule it since they were short staffed. What? but I tried to schedule over the phone... and had scheduled cars detailing before.Scheduled for 1PM 3 days later (detailed window, dust and vacuum service) partial cleaning. And, due to the short staff situation, they said that I would not hear from them to pick the car up until 2:30/3:00 - They called at 4:30PM. (I am glad we have a second vehicle, I had an appt. at 3 that afternoon).Oh! Guess what? They said they did a full interior cleaning service when I arrived to pick it up; which is not what I asked for, (the manager herself said - she never had to full clean a car that looked so clean - hint: full service not needed); But, I paid for it. -They did the service, its fair to pay for the price, right? - Well, as I was driving out the covered area I noticed and thought to myself... I just paid for a full interior cleaning service; however, the windshields had some streaks and the corners were dusty - and they didnt clean the sun/moon roof, either; there was still sand and dust in some parts of the console and cup holders; scuff marks on the door from the shoes, you know; and the dash panel cover dusty too; so, QUESTION: you had my car for over 4 hours, and you just slightly vacuumed, dusted and wiped my windows. What kind of full cleaning for $89 is this?Turned around, the tech apologized and called the manager. She tried to fix the sorry cleaning service and did not accomplished it. This was a very bad detailing service.
These guys are very unprofessional, dishonest and rude.They were closed for renovation from at least January 20, 2021 up to around February 6 or 7, 2021. I was on a monthly membership plan for over three years. They happily charged my credit card for the full amount of $29.99 for the membership fee although I haven’t gotten the wash service for a little over two weeks. But when I came to get a wash for the first time after they reopened following their renovation, they falsely accused me of using their service for multiple cars. They issue you only one RFID tag and should you change vehicles they simply cancel the old RFID tag and issue a new one. They stick the tag themselves onto your windshield. You cannot peel off the tag to transfer it to another vehicle because the way the tag is designed is to prevent that from happening. The tag adhesive is pretty strong and has multiple slits that should you try to remove it it’s destroyed by being shredded to pieces. Besides, I’m not that low and dishonorable person to use the tag on another vehicle even if I were able to take off the tag without being destroyed. Also, I don’t have an RFID tag cloning equipment. And they went ahead with canceling my membership but refusing to give a refund. If this isn’t a scam, what is? I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company and I’ll make certain to get my refund. Be aware of their dishonesty, rudeness and exploitation. Randy, the owner, has lots of personality and character issues if you know what I mean.
Definitely an excellent car wash with free vacuum. Machines are maintained well and I immediately noticed the difference in the quality of their products and machines with my first wash. Repeat customer who has a fast pass. Highly recommend this location and business. Monthly memberships are available at a reasonable cost.
I have been coming to Fast Trac carwash since it opened. At that time I believe the lowest end wash was $5. More recently it has ballooned to $8-9. I get it, things get more expensive. But when I visited today, they had removed the low-end wash and the cheapest option is $11, which includes a rain-x spray and tire shine. This is a decent deal if you want those options, but I have a new, fairly expensive car and I dont want the extra chemicals on my windows and trim. But thats the only option. It seems like theyre trying to get people into their monthly wash plans and make the individual washes more expensive.Other than that complaint, its a nice carwash and it looks like they recently upgraded the equipment. The vacuums work well and they have a mat cleaner and provide towels and windex after your wash. But I think Ill evaluate some other options.
Free vacuums are nice. When I enter the car wash, the attendant will use their brush to scrub the front of my car (before I enter the wash) but I noticed the last 3 times I’ve been, they don’t scrub the back as they are trained to do. I have a monthly membership. The car wash is currently under renovation, they didn’t alert any of their customers ahead of time so as of now, I am paying a monthly membership for a service I am not able to use. They don’t answer their phone and there is no sign posted saying when they will reopen. Very unprofessional and disappointing
$35 Unlimited Month car wash is such a God given blessing. Thanks for the specials.I like the service and the staff is proactive.They have everything you need including towels and window cleaner and interior solutions. Choose this car wash should you need a monthly plan to keep a clean car. Its worth the visit!
We have been getting our cars wanted here for last 4 year. We love this place. The wash is quick and you can take your car and vacuum it. The place is clean. And the car wash really cleans your car very nicely. The cost is very decent, $7 for was plus vacuum. There are lot of other things you can get done here.Highly recommended for a quick cleaning.
My visit was 26 May 2019. Had the rental car washed before taking it back the next day. I liked this car wash. I love the free do it yourself vacuum cleaners which I probably paid for them with the car wash price. But I did not need to put any money in as I thought I would have. When in this area with a car needing a quick wash, I will stop back.
Ive been a member at this car wash for almost a year. I had a monthly subscription set to auto- pay. I recently purchased new rims and went through the car wash and noticed immediately after that my rims were chipped and damaged from entering on to the car wash track.I went to speak with the manager on duty, Carla Wright, who assessed the damages sustained to my vehicle. She took pictures and then advised the process in getting the damages fixed. She provided me with a form to fill out and stated she or her manager, Kyle, would get back to me no later than Tuesday, the following week; and in the meantime I could get estimates to repair the damages. I specifically asked in situations like this what typically happens and will FastTrac assume responsibility for the repairs. She stated yes, and reiterated that I will hear back from her or her manager no later than Tuesday.Tuesday the following week came and went. No call from Carla or her manager. Wednesday came and went. No call from Carla or her manager. I decided on Thursday to go to the car wash in hopes of finding some answers. Upon arrival, I spoke with Kyle, I believe to be the operations manager. I explained to him what happened to my car as I did with Carla. He assessed my car as Carla did. He asked if Carla explained anything to me. I told him exactly what she told me and he ultimately advised me to provide him with estimates to repair the wheels. I did exactly what he advised and went to get and provide him with an estimate.After seeing the estimate, he advised me to get the wheels fixed. He stated he would make the payment to the repair shop over the phone. I then proceeded back to the repair shop. As I was waiting in line to have someone from the repair shop help me, my phone rings and its Carla. Shes highly upset and speaking to me as if we were in the streets about to knuckle-up! Grossly unprofessional. Rude and condescending; she accused me of lying on her and that she nor the car wash would be assuming any responsibility for the damages!! I couldnt get a word in, because Carla was over-talking me and stating my damage claim was baseless because the damages could have occurred anywhere! She ended the call abruptly after slamming me for interrupting her while being on vacation! I was in utter shock. I couldnt believe the level of unprofessionalism from a manager.I left the repair shop to return to the FastTrac yet again. I was able to speak with Kyle again, who agreed that Carlas behavior was outrageous and apologized for her incompetence and lacking of leadership skills. He honored his word in that Fast Track would assume responsibility for the damages and paid for the damages in full. Thank you Kyle for standing by your word and exhibiting true leadership skills and integrity. I want to also thank FastTrac for employing individuals with good work ethic and professionalism. Individuals who take pride in what they do. Individuals like Jason who has always been helpful and attentive to all customers visiting the car wash. Individuals like Kyle with a strong work ethic and desire to drive customer satisfaction. Im not sure how Carla made her way into a leadership position, but I strongly recommend a coaching session.
They advertise emissions testing. Been coming here for years. Drove all the way here to find the garage blocked off with cones and paper signs on the doors saying that they no longer do emissions testing. Its advertised in huge letters on the building. If they actually answered the phones I could have saved a trip.
I bought the $15 sleek and shine wash and the wash barely got anything off my car. There is still dirt and spots that did not come off. Two of the vacuum stations also were not working and it was very busy. I had to leave without getting to vacuum because the only vacuums available did not work
For a drive through car wash, this place does a great job. If any spot is missed on your car, tell the attendants, and theyll let you go back through. Free vacuums! I pay $45/month for unlimited washes; I just wish it covered both of my cars. Only problem I have is that there is so much tire shine applied, that it will splatter on your car once you start driving, and its very noticeable.
Car wash is mediocre. Always leaves missed spots on the front and bottom sides. Paid extra for wheel clean and didn’t look like anything was done. Worst part was the lady working there walking around cleaning was on her phone. Tried to ask her a question about the cleaning material and she literally ignored me and continued with her phone convo. Another customer had been standing next to her to get her attention as well and she also ignored him and continued with her phone convo. Great customer service -_-
The fast trac carwash is efficient, well designed, and priced low enough that most people can afford it. $30 a month gets you the premium carwash every day of the month. And trust me when I say that my 9 year old car needed that hot wax treatment a couple times a week. It really brought the shine back to my paint job. My only complaint is the top of my car doesnt seem to shine as much as the rest. The part of the car wash that washes the top isnt as functional as the side brushes. But Im also 64 tall and I can literally reach across the top of my car so its not too much trouble to go over it once in a while by hand.
It is more then most places. I think all car washes scratch the cars. I gave this a 3 because when i go to other car wash places they take the big brush and go over all windows, my front bumper and pass over my tires and they only charge $3-5.00. $25 for unlimited is not bad tho.
Worst car wash Ive ever experienced. My car actually came out dirtier, seriously. Not only did it not remove the bird filth off my windshield and trunk but now there is like some dried dirt spots on one of my doors that wasnt there before. And it doesnt even come off easily. Ive spent about an hour getting it off with my nail, a heavy rag, hot soapy water and other methods and its slowly coming off.
If you own a Mercedes with the standing star hood ornament, do NOT use this car wash. Their car wash equipment broke off the hood emblem. I immediately told an employee and they searched for the hood emblem.Who I believe to be the manager handed the broken emblem to me. I asked about their protocol for dealing with issues such as this. He looked squarely at me and said they are not responsible for the damage. It was clear they had previously experienced these types of issues with other vehicles. I mentioned it was odd considering this was standard equipment (not after market), and I have been through other car washes without issue.They never made an attempt to make the situation better. I would have settled for an apology and a free hand wash in the future. This illustrates the lack of customer service provided by this establishment.
Purchased the $7 (Used to be $5) EXPRESS WASH. Went through, and the Car Hood was totally streaked, with dirt and there was still dirt on the Windshield. We around again and showed to Employee, who told me that they did not give re-washes on the basic $7 Rinse and Go - I said that I purchased A Wash and not a rinse, and expected the car to come out clean. I dont think that any soap was used! I asked for the Manager, and he told me the Manager was out of town, and just walked away. I had to back out of the entrance lane. Forget about this place. You would be better of with waiting for rain.
Quick wash, standard management special for $20 but exterior only, but the tire shine left stains on my rims. I think Im not buying the tire shine when I use automated washes any more, learned that lesson.Entry/exit for this location is a bit tight, and there are limited parking spots for post-wash detailing/vacuums. Otherwise upkept and friendly staff.
They stop offering monthly car wash plan for commercial vehicles but they deduct it monthly charges they should refund it,their dryer are so bad you have to wipe out from clothes that’s extra 15 minutes someone should expect to dry their cars,even though they just replace it with new equipment
Despite being their monthly pan member for over three years, they canceled my membership after having taken $29.99 monthly fee for the current membership period, closing their facility for over two weeks for renovation. Their pretext, “you used multiple vehicles to get wash and business vehicles cannot be monthly plan”. After three years?! Horrible business. Beware.
I use to go here often but not anymore. I’ve recently bought a brand new car only been driven 3 days out of the week that I’ve owned it. Went to get it washed on one sunny day, and the person guiding me onto the track let’s me hit it with my wheel and knicks it (took off some paint). Not thinking it was as bad as it was or wanting to make a scene I still continued through the wash. After exiting the wash and parked to vacuum, I inspected the wheel and see the damaged. Reported it to the manager Carla, and was told they’re not responsible because I didn’t say anything as soon as it happened which was literally 5 mins ago and it could have possibly happened on the way there.. wow really?! I asked for the owners number and was told their is no way I can contact them other than email. To this day I haven’t heard any response to my email and I’ve been a regular customer for over a year since I live around the corner.
What would I do without Fast Trac, dont want to find out. The staff is courteous and pleasant even in cold temps. I strongly recommend the monthly car wash plan. Its a real win-win solution to maintaining a clean car and supporting local business. Thanks Fast Trac Car Wash!
The $20 managers special car wash did not completely clean the bugs from my front bumper. Unfortunately, I requested a redo and that still didnt completely clean it. The employee that does a prescrub did a quick scrub, unlike another customers vehicle that received a much through scrub. Im not sure why the service was so different. Free vacuum included with wash. No free towels and Windex like some other car washes.
This store is not customer friendly, the manager on duty went ballistic, because my wiper came off during wash and he went on and on its my fault, the instructions when in reality he just said neutral and foot off brake, because I have rain sensing wipers the wipers came on. I never asked him to pay me anything, however his uncaring it aint our fault, we not going to pay cost him a 30 dollar a week wash and I sent them 4 customers who ordered the same, so guess what his uncaring insensitivity cost him $150.00. So I ask him, sometimes a simple act of good will and maybe $15 for a new wiper versus 5 customers and $150 a week. I will never return not good to stereotype and treat people different, money is green.
I have never been really satisfied with the wash, but I used to go there sometimes, because it is very close to home. I went there one Sunday around 7:20pm, because they are supposedly open until 8pm, but there were cones at the entrance and it was closed. No towels, or anything extra than the vacuums. Other thing is that when you buy their BOGO carwash, the ticket for your next one is only valid for a month or 5 weeks. Due to not being open that same Sunday I had to find another place, which is way more better and I am happy I did. They have towels and sprays, the wash is better and newer, their BOGO ticket is valid until January 2019, they keep up with the work hours. It took me 20 minutes to get there and I was able to clean my car all over no matter that they close at 8pm too.
This was my worst experience so far. I left the Chevy dealership and came immediately to this car wash in my 2019 Chevy Trax. And after going through this car wash my truck was having difficulty opening, which I have used daily since purchasing my car exactly one week ago today. When you press the release buttons on the truck, it automatically lifts open, however it only opened 1/3 of the way and when I pushed it up I heard a pop. When I told the manager he denied it. And I got the video footage showing my car when it left the dealership and came straight here and there was no damage to my car. It is over $3,400 worth of damage to a brand new 2019 car that I purchased EXACTLY one week ago.DONT EVER GO HERE!
Super professional and friendly staff. Well worth the couple of bucks. Took the car through once and still had some bugs on the front bumper, walked up to one of the employees and he took care of it right away. Gave us a free second wash and brought in another guy to work on the bugs. Ill be back every time I come through Marietta.
Good car wash with free vacuum. Plenty of spots to park by vacuums. Friendly staff. Prices start at six dollars. Only complaint is the touch screen where you select and pay for your car wash. The menu is confusing and is geared for you to select more expensive washes.
I got the wash that cost $11. I have a small compact car and the top of it was still filthy along with a few spots around the sides. Unfortunately I was in a rush and didnt have time to inspect it when the wash was over. I just left to continue my other errands. Otherwise, I would have ask to go through the wash again, if they wouldnt have let me and would have asked for a refund.
I had my car wash at the Delk location the machine crack my window. I showed them when it happen and they told me sorry that didnt come from here. Now i have to spend 340 on a new windshield on 2015 vehicle I only had for 6 month. Go on Powder Springs st and East West Conn they have a great Hand wash for $20 bucks with no crack Windows
Use this facility daily - class act, except they are closed every time it rains. While this may seem a no brainer for some, I drive for Uber. I also pay for a premium membership here. So, if you want a membership, its well worth the price. Just dont expect them to be open if its raining.
The car wash scratched the front and back hood of my Accord terribly and will not return my messages. It was noticed immediately and at least 2 other cars were scratched badly as well. We were told the manager Kyle Rogers did not work on the weekends. I’m very angry. Should have called the police immediately. Scratches are deep. Do NOT go here

I recently got a new jeep and had my front windshield tinted and the manager on duty gave me such a hard time because he was adamant about putting the sticker on my windshield and I was strictly told by the tint guy not to paste any stickers on my windshield …He didn’t want to reason so I canceled the membership … I’ll be going down the street to the other one now . Oh well.
Went from just tryinkg to wash my rental car to potentially owing for my rental because the damage this car wash did! GM intelligence of a middle schooler and is clearly told don’t help or sssume responsibility for anything that happens! DONT COME HERE... WARNING! See ya in court!!
Used to always come here and loved this spot to get my car washed, however they have a rude worker who absolutely does not know how to approach or communicate with customers. Tall skinny light skin african american male, blowing leaves for this company approached me falsely assuming i was going to use the vacuums without getting a car wash, when I always vacuum my vehicle before my wash and go! The whole reason for this stop was for the car wash! SMFH this was the very first time I was disrespected or even approached by a worker, and he didnt even first politely ask, he already assumed in his own mind whatever he thought and judged me before even speaking with me first. I didnt get his name but this male possessed the absolute worst customer service Ive encountered in a long time. It honestly disgusted me that this even occurred in this manner. I definitely wont be back ever after this and you can thank your arrogant and rude leaf blower. He didnt apologize or anything and went right back to blowing leaves after he walked away. These are the type of people you guys employ? Damn shame!
Just bought a new car `1 week old and wanted to run through the wash , my car was scratched really bad and all they would say we didnt do it ( worthless) , When I called main office voice mail always full,! I should have called the police . I now have a $400 bill to repair WISH I HAD NOT GONE THERE !! NEVER AGAIN!

2022-06-06Pretty fast car wash. Paid $16 and the wash probably took about 5 mins. Got the dried bird poop off my window and all the bugs too. They had cheaper options and monthly options too that I might get in the future. Staff was very friendly too even helped explain the different washes. Would definitely recommend!

2022-04-20We get our SUV washed here very frequently and always get a great wash. This past time while our vehicle went through the wash the mirror popped off and broke. I talked with the manager and they were very understanding and replaced the mirror without a problem. The customer service has always been wonderful and they run a great family business. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

2022-05-23I’ve been a customer for more than 3 years. I bought the monthly pass so that I am able to get my SUV washed polished waxed via the drive through with one reasonable price. They supply powerful vuccums Wash rags window and mat cleaning machines. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. My 2011 vehicle still looks showroom!!!

2022-06-20A newer car wash, so it does a good job of getting the car pretty clean. It isnt a touchless car wash, so youre risking your paint job each time. But if youre past the point of babying your car, have at it. Free vacuums is nice, though due to location, its usually packed. They also offer emissions checks, but not sure if they are up and running.One star off as the price is quite high. $25 for the top tier wash is a bit much.

2022-05-31False advertisement. My brother purchased a Fast Trac pass which indicates that he can use the car wash once a day, every day. At most, he used it four times every week. He was approached by one of the employees, who informed him that because he works in the transportation industry and has a LIMO car tag, he could no longer use the car wash. This makes no sense at all. He wasnt using the wash more than once a day, and there were no disclaimers in the membership that said you couldnt use the wash if you worked in the transportation industry. He was humiliated and felt discriminated against.

2022-03-26A little pricey. They dont have a machine that can wash rubber mats, but they do have one for carpet mats. There was still water spots after the car dried from a $20 wash. Definitely need to hand dry after coming out the wash.

2022-06-03I have been using this car wash for the past 5 years on all of my cars my personal car and business car. I have a Yukon XL that I use for work. it has LIMOUSINE tag Its a regular SUV though its not stretched. Anyways the owner has decided to deactivate my membership also with other vehicles with Limousinetags and also Uber and Lyft drivers because we use the car wash to much keep in mind I have purchased the unlimited carwash plan. It states I can use the carwash once a day everyday.I was told its because yall use the car wash more than regular people
