Fantastic customer service and salesperson Kevin 0311192 was the greatest . It was worth the drive from Atlanta . I was very happy with the service . Thanks Finish Line at North Point Mall .
The employees are always pre occupied with their blah blah to care enough for the customers.Frankly speaking, the famous Al Bundy is a better shoe salesman than these people, in my experience.
Helpful staff and know the shoes pros and cons to help select the right ones.

Worst customer service EVER. I tried to return back some shoes the very next day that I did not put on my feet (not even to try them on at the store) The manager told me they looked worn and that he could not give me my money back. Make sure you check all shoes they sale you.
The store has the best collection of shoes but the employees are so not friendly and most of the time are on the cellphones :(
My family and I shop there all the time. Today one of worker name Kay he was very very rode. Because him we will not shop there anymore.

Incredibly disappointed with the service at this store. I tried to return a pair of shoes, that I wore for two hours, and they would not exchange or return it. Not because it was dirty, which it wasnt, but because it had been worn. Wont ever purchase here again.

2022-04-02FInish line mailed us the wrong color shoes than we ordered. I made my daughter wear them 30 min INSIDE before going to exchange them for another color and Finish line Store said they were unsellable and therefore unreturnable. After looking at the bottom, I feel like they were sent to us like that since I literally had mopped my floors before asking her to try them. Had to call customer service to get them to take them back and lady in person was telling her they were in unsellable order. NEVER shopping Finishline again. In the end, the phone customer service allowed the return but the store front was zero help in achieving that. They lost my other daughters shoe sale as well as any future sales to our family. Terrible company.

2021-12-29I guess these days customer service skills is not important, I remember back in the days when you entered a Finish line you were always greeted by the employees, well guess what not anymore.

2021-05-18I placed a order online last night and called about it today just for them to tell me they didn’t have my size. Why have the size available online for pickup if it’s not in the store. Now I have to wait for a refund to reorder a shoe. This is crazy and unorganized

2017-03-22Bought a pair of Jordan 31s from another store. Played in them twice and had the worse experience in the shoe. The shoe has horrible traction and for $185 I could not just let them collect dust. I called customer care and explained the situation. They advised me to return them to the closest location to me after speaking with a manager. I come into the store and there is another manager on duty and she refused to defect the shoe and let me exchange them. I call customer service back and they state that its against policy for them not to take the shield back. Now I worked for finishline in the past and no knew the policy. The staff here all needs to be fired from manager on down. Everytime Ive been in this location its been very unprofessional with a lack of customer engagement. No one is focused on helping customers or making money. Will never shop at first finishline again Ill stick to Footlocker!

2019-01-14Get the real shocks back in stock. Lots of people like them. It seems u only sell basketball shoes and mesh anymore. Guys throw a little something in there for the people who like real shoes and dont have flat feet. I have 20 pairs of shocks, and now can get 1.

2019-09-12I was extremely disturbed how I was treated here I purchased a pair of shoes and was told by employee TIARA, the (Assistant Man. here) that she will not be taking merchandise back because it will cause a hit in her terms (negative numbers) on her stores numbers now I was stunned when she mentioned this because the product I had purchased was paid for with CASH, and also knowing FINISH LINE POLICY you have least 14 days return to any FINISH LINE location as long as you have a receipt but all I received was how much she could not help me, also once I asked her for CORP. number she refused to provide this to me and stated you can look it up yourself never again will I ever step foot back in NORTHPOINT Finish Line this transaction was astonished, I felt so violated! Hopefully camera footage will show her verbiage and body-language that was preformed this day.

2015-11-04The guys were super friendly and very helpful. Jason in Alpharetta could not have been better. He helped my son find the coolest Nike Roshes there are. And made my son feel special as he helped him. Great selection and great service. What else do you want?

2019-03-05Good selection -- my daughter bought her brother a pair of shoes for his birthday here and was happy with the way they handled the transaction. Sad that FL has filed for bankruptcy.

2015-08-14I came to this store for the next generation Nike LunarGlide 7.The employee was very incompetent and rude. I dont know his name, but he was very pushy on me to purchase their $20 insoles.He also sold me the wrong size for my shoes, and was unapologetic when I came back for exchange.I do not recommend this store, and I wont be a returning customer.
