Went in, had a new young man training at the register, got my and my wifes order mixed up, and you know what...?It was STILL some of the best subs in town! Sure, I had to pick off tomatoes and onions off of my sandwich, and okay I reluctantly gave my wife the bacon strips🥓 that she ordered. No big deal.Not mad at the guy, or the manager, and we understood why it happened. But before our meals were done, they had a shift change, so I couldnt address it to those who were involved.But still...! Great food, friendly service, nice and clean. But for that one thing they got four out of five stars. And we WILL be coming back!
Love this place! I give 5 stars alone to employees, they work hard and prepare your food fast. They are always friendly and helpful. I have small children who love to go here to get the fire hats. I like the interaction the employees have with my children, they are always nice and friendly to them.The food is delicious. The tables and floors always look clean as well as the bathroom. We occasionally order through the app for rewards and it takes no longer than 20-25 minutes for our food to be ready for pickup. Best subs around in my opinion!

Went to get a quick dinner to-go with my boyfriend, he ordered a Hook & Ladder no lettuce and I ordered an Italian with only mayo, lettuce, cucumbers and bell peppers. When we got home and tried to enjoy our meal both subs were made entirely wrong, neither of us could eat our subs. I’m very disappointed in my experience, I personally know how easy it is to work in a sub shop. I called to see if I could get a refund since I live 25 minutes away I didn’t want to drive back but was told I’d have to drive back to prove I didn’t eat my subs before they’d consider giving me a refund. Will not be returning or ordering there again.
I ordered veggie sub 2 times and they put meat in my sub even after giving instructions that I am allergic to meat

The food is always good and my orders are always correct. Downside is they’re very slow even with multiple workers. They’ve even been 20 minutes late for an online order for a specific time.
One of the worst meals I have ever had there got the new sandwich with cream cheese on it terrible the sandwich was not hot it was cold and the taste was awefull had to throw it out very disappointed not up to the standard at this Firehouse subs Restaurant . Usually the food here is very good guess it was this particular sandwich . I don’t make it a habit to make any kind of negative post on any Restaurant but I felt this experience was not their best . Never had a bad meal here before.
The past two times I’ve ordered subs from here for delivery and left a lot to be desired. Earlier this month I ordered a meatball sub was burnt and barely any sauce. Today I ordered the New York Steamer and just like before disappointing. No mustard, an entire jar of mayonnaise, and almost no provolone. Firehouse was always a good bang for your buck but at this rate I would rather go to Subway.
Their sandwiches are okay. I have had their healthy chicken salad sandwich, their meatball sub, and their club. Their sandwiches are best served hot. If not, they show their quality. They offer a nice assortment of chips. They also have an extensive collection of about 30 or 40 bottles of sauce (like tabasco and many others). This sandwich place is about at the same level and price point as Subway. I would probably rank Jimmy Johns slightly higher for quality of ingredients and freshness. On my most recent visit, the Labor Day coupon wasnt working, so getting rung up at the cash register was unpleasant and confusing. This location is always packed at lunchtime, and the crowd was moderate on the holiday evening. They have one of those fancy multi-option Coke machines. The restaurant seems pretty clean, and it has outdoor seating.
Terrible service just 3 large sandwiches is 30$ they up charge u another 3 for a meal tried to tell me my order was 40$ For 3 sandwiches 1 drink and a bag of chips never in my life will I ever come here again subway from now on im not gonna get ripped off for a sandwich why pay 17 $ for that when I can go get a steak for less
Its true. Theyre way beats everyone else. The food is always on point and the flavors they have for subs is untouchable. I would eat here everyday given the chance. Its so good.
Good sandwiches but will never return. As I do everywhere I put my hard-earned cash down, asked if they offer a military discount. The cashier didnt know so she inquired from the manager on duty. The reply of No; why are ppl so cheap from behind the wall made that the very last visit ever to ANY FHS in ANY city! Again, the subs are awesome but they should train their associates on customer satisfaction and the cost of disparaging remarks.
Im changing my rating because they have made improvementsSaturday August 15th 7:50pm Veronica my cashier rang up my order wrong, got half way across town before i realized and had to turn around and go back, and she was not wear a company required covid 19 mask while taking my order.When asked, she said she didnt have it on because she was cleaning the dining room but then proceeded to put it on and clean the dining room which didnt make sense.
Came to grab a quick sandwich to take home for dinner. Came in and 2 tables sitting waiting for food. One person ordering. 15 minutes have gone by and now 5 tables sitting waiting for food while employees casually talk to each other behind the counter and seem to be in no hurry. 23 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a cup of macaroni to go.

If you order a small, you need to expect a kid sized sandwich. If you want something other than hot sauce, take it home. The onions on the sandwich was the outer edge of the onion, the part that should have been thrown out. It has been better, not sure what happened with it this time. Just disappointed. 😑
It would be a 5 star for me but the so called manager with blonde haired older lady she was wearing a grey shirt and black shorts has no respect for her employees. Ive been in the restaurant industry for 6 years and I never had a manager talk bad about with other employees. I was sitting there trying to eat and the girl that was sweeping the floor and she made a commit to other employees, how long will it take her to sweep the floor. I dont appreciate the disrespect she has for firehouse subs employees. What a disgrace of a manager she was. I hope the owner ready this because firehouse isnt suppose to be like this its sad. Its one of my favorite restaurant to go. It also took me 20 min to get my cold to.
Good food, definitely one of my favorite sandwiches around town and the staff is usually very friendly. Theyre typically a younger group so dont expect stellar conversation, but theyre nice and thats what matters.
Food is good. I call in my order and it is always fresh and ready. Only downside is it is always smokey inside.

Worse in every way.I decided to stop at Firehouse Subs in Carrollton since it was on my way home. We have a Subway near us and I wanted a change of pace. The order for two subs was one sub short. Potato soup was cold and relatively flavorless. I see no reason to ever go back. Subway it is for fast food subs.
The food is good but the service is so slow. Every time I order through the app it gives me a time to pick up and it’s always 15 mins after that time
Firehouse Subs is my personal favorite chain sandwich shop in Carrollton. I love their subs and all the options and try to get out here as frequently as possible. Indoor seating is limited and peak times can leave you waiting for an open seat. There is outdoor seating thats okay when the weather is good but otherwise youre left feeling a bit crowded. A Coke freestyle machine serves up all your favorite soda options. Two TVs provide something to watch if youre alone.
We got 2 Hook N Ladder subs today at 2:56 PM. One was meat and cheese only with mayo. For the other one my husband said “a regular hook n ladder for me” and we got home to a sub with only meat on it, and the receipt read “plain”? Regular does not mean plain. Super frustrating getting home and opening up something completely wrong.

Dont know what was wrong with the staff tonight but they need an attitude adjustment. Wasnt greeted, nobody wanted to help each other and it was hot as hell in there. Sandwich was still good but other than that, poor experience here.
Pay no mind to the idiot that said Firehouse was the on the same level as Subway, true they both make sandwiches and are pricey, but Firehouse is always fresh and the bread is always soft. Subway on the other hand, not so much. All firehouses are awesome and this one is no different, you get what you pay for.
The t.v. Commercials WAAAAAY over sell this stores product. If you like paying $11 for a six inch subway comparison large sandwich with chips, annnnnnnd like being ignored for five minutes until the rude college students take your order(with a disrespectful attitude) then this is the place for you. The menu is ridiculously over priced, confusing, and dont even think about asking for help from one of the employees unless you like being made to look stupid. Its like your supposed to just know everything about the place even though youve never been here and its the ONLY one on the map thats not in Atlanta. The ONLY reason they get two stars is because the were carrying my favorite soad.
I absolutely love firehouse subs, hands down my favorite place to grab a bite when I have the money to spare! Great selection, and the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is to die for!!!

Had meatball sub and asked for no cheese. Got it with no cheese or sauce. No napkins on table, no paper towels in rest rooms. Has gone down hill and youth working there seemed to care less. No hurry to return

Went in and saw the prices and thought what a bunch of jerks! I still gave them a freaking star tho just because firemen saved my pet kitty cat once when I was a little girl.

2022-02-15Firehouse is always delish and delightful! This trio was no different. The staff at this particular location were wonderful and on top of it! The store was clean and well lit. 2020-11-10My first time to eat a Firehouse sub. To me they were okay. The bread was not fresh at all. Very stale bread! I had the Italian sub. My wife had the hook n ladder. I also bought a meatball sub. To my wife and I the meatball sub was the best. Im not so sure about the Firehouse subs. Will have to try them another again later.

2021-02-06Absolute terrible company with terrible service. I ordered a door dash pick up order from this company. I arrived at the time it was said to be ready. We went to door dash area to wait for order. They were very busy so we waited patiently. Someone came up and asked if we had a door dash order. I said yes. She asked my name and then checked the bags and said it wasnt ready. We proceeded to wait 15 more minutes. Very patiently. Then we had someone ask our name again. Our order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. When I tried to address this I got told I should order from them any more. They would not fix my food. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Nasty food.
