Very friendly. Great staff to work with. Warm and inviting waiting area. Great appointment scheduling. Doctor takes time to know patient and what is going on. Does offer several different plans for chiropractor care and message therapy. Would recommend for sporting events care and any other pains that may be bothering you.

I have been using First Choice Family Chiropractic for the better part of 11 yrs; and Chiropractic total of more than 38 yrs. It is a way of life for me. I was born with 2 fused vertebrae at the base of my neck; which puts a lot of pressure on the vertebrae above and below it. Not to mention tension in my muscles. Chiropractic keeps it aligned so that the nerve supply can work to keep me functioning. I also receive a lot of benefit from massage. Dr. Katrina encourages you to stretch, walk and stay hydrated.
They do an amazing job for the first time and I dont know how long I actually went to sleep and did not wake up with my hands numb. And I feel much better
Dr. Kat adjusts my wife and I, and all of our kids regularly. Since we began to see her for our health wellness maintenance needs, all of our allergies have been less severe, our visits to medical doctors and emergency rooms have dwindled, and our minor injuries heal quicker than before. She uses the activator method almost exclusively, and the adjustments are comfortable enough for our 9 year-old. We also are very happy with the variety of services offered at First Choice Family Chiropractic, and the friendliness of everyone there. Kevin is super-nice and is a very skilled massage therapist. I have been to see 3 other chiropractors in town, and FCFC instantly became the exclusive place for our familys needs at our first visit there.

2022-06-29Out of sheer desperation, I showed up and asked if there were any available appointments to help relieve some of the pain from which I was suffering. I was running out of options (and money) and had heard nothing but praise from so many people about this place. Dr. Forrester was kind enough to see me on her lunch break. To be honest, I seriously doubted the method in the beginning but after blacking out from extreme migraines and neck pain, I was willing to try anything. With every adjustment using the activator, I received more & more relief. Even though I had found a solution for the pain by visiting weekly, Dr. Forrester wasn’t satisfied until she found out what was causing the problem. She tried many different things including K-tape and sinus/allergy adjustments and asked every week about the results/diagnoses from the tests I received from my other doctors such as X-ray, EGD, HIDA scan, extensive allergy tests, etc. I was further amazed after the neuro evaluation. She designed a customized plan and I’m currently working to correct the neurological issues with exercises to do at home and visits. This woman gave me my life back. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. Everyone in the office exhibits professionalism and sincere concern for people.

2021-07-10Absolutely love Dr. Katrina and her staff! I had horrible girdle pain during my pregnancy to the point that I could barely walk. I was referred to Dr. K by a friend and I am forever grateful. I would leave her office after an adjustment with such relief. She really made my pregnancy more enjoyable. I will forever be greatful. Ps. She now adjusts my newborn.

2020-08-13Dr K is a miracle worker. I have been battling severe Carpal Tunnel for years, to the point I could barely sleep or work or ride horses or even drive comfortably. On my first appointment I came in and my hands were numb just from driving from home. I left and they werent numb for 72 full hours. I have not had anymore pain since I started going and have had less and less numbness. Not to mention my posture is better and I overall feel better with everything I do.The clinic itself overall has a great atmosphere. The ladies all immediately get to know you by name and they are very efficient. You immediately feel right at home without any worries. 10/10 recommend!

2020-10-10I had a wonderful massage, and it was so relaxing. I wish that I could have stayed longer! The staff and therapist were friendly and professional. I was given a complete folder showing all of the services as I left. First Choice will definitely be my go-to spot. I’m already booked and looking forward to my next appointment.
