I took my 2010 Maxima to Joel at First Class Collision to replace and paint the bumper and repair my fender that was involved in a collision. I gave him some parts I had bought like head lights and a grille. He did a phenomenal job the paint came out perfect. Joel is a professional in the filed has over 30+ years experience and not only does he run a business he has a true passion for cars, he has many of his own projects and he works on others cars as if they are his own. Definitely take your car here.

The name says it all and truly the best car repair shop Ive ever encountered. First Class Collision Center prioritizes its clientele and provides nothing but first-class service. I ended up having to drop off my car at their shop after an accident and after doing my research in Google and saw that they were rated as a five-star body shop. The employees were beyond friendly and understanding of the situation. They made sure I was taken care of by asking me all the proper questions before providing a final diagnosis. Mr. Soriano the owner of the shop walked me through the entire process and was transparent with everything in which I truly appreciated. My car did need to get a lot of repair and Mr. Soriano made sure that I only got top-of-the-line parts for my vehicle. When I received my car I was extremely happy not only did they repair my car but they also detailed my car from the inside and the outside. When I got inside of my car it smelled brand new just like when I brought it out of the car dealer. It just made my day and brought a huge smile to my face. I absolutely loved the work that they did and I would recommend this body shop to anyone that needs any car work done. First Class Collision Center just restored my 1991 964 Carrera 2 which I bought new.28 years ago. When I picked it up last week, it looked just like the day I bought it. Joel has an incredible eye for detail and displays a great deal of pride in his work. I also have an Audi Q7 that needed bit of TLC and in less than a week Joel had it in showroom condition. The first two words in the name says it all, First Cllass!
My roommates suggested I get towed here after a front end collision, and Im so glad I listened! First Class was wonderful - they worked hard to keep cost down so I wouldnt be totalled out (my car was almost paid off! 😫) and went above and beyond, cleaning out my engine and even noticed that Id just installed new LED bulbs in my previous headlights, so they reinstalled them in the new ones! This is a little family-owned place, and everyone there was sweet and attentive. My insurance co wasnt communicating with me, so Joel and Lena were really patient with all my calls. Very much recommend.

I was rear ended and stop by First Class Collision for an estimate. Mr. Joe was such a great help, being that this was my first time being in an accident and I didn’t know what to expect from person at fault insurance company. He made sure they paid for everything they needed to pay for, even though, they didn’t want to. My car was ready in no time. When arriving to pick it up, I was in love like I just purchased my car. I got into a minor car accident and found this place near my house. I brought my mustang in and they made it look brand new. Joel even surprised me with the grille I wanted, and he painted my mustang emblem on the front and back for no extra charge. I would bring my car back here in a heartbeat, great experience!

Joel and his wife are exactly what you would want with Customer Service no matter what business you were at. They were professional at all times, completed the work that was requested and then went above and beyond by buffing the entire truck and waxing it. I cannot say enough good things about this business and how they operate. I had dents on my 2016 F150 from the tailgate to the hood to the passenger door and they quoted taking one week to complete. The work was complete within 3 days and it was spotless and looks better than when I drove it off the dealership lot.

I recently took my Mazda 6 for repairs to the front and Rear bumper and the work was flawless. Paint matched and the fenders aligned perfectly on all sides. Joel and Isabel are very professional and understood my concerns,As an added bonus I had them refinish my rims which had inherited a number of scratches and they look newer then when I picked the vehicle up from the dealer. I had to get my car fixed from an accident to the rear driver side of my brand new Explorer. I got several quotes from local places, and this was the only one that didn’t keep changing their price and timeframe to get it done. The service was excellent! The timeframe was fast! The work done was superior! My car looks better than when I bought it! I can’t see or tell there was ever any damage in the first place, and they even cleaned my car inside and out when I picked it up! Most honest company I have ever dealt with. His wife Isabel works in the front office and greets you with a smile and can answer all your questions. I have had two vehicles repaired here and they both came out looking like new. I called around to find a collision center that could fix a dent and scratch in my car ASAP and First Class Collision could fix it the quickest so I took it there. I had never been to a collision center before and wasnt sure what to expect but Joe was extremely professional, friendly, and the office was very clean and nice. Not only did they have it done when promised, it looked better than when I bought it brand new. It was evident that the owners take pride in their business and work hard to make the customer happy! We have nothing but positives to say about our experience. The owners, Joel and his wife Isabella, really went out of their way to accommodate our after work schedule and our car was repaired expertly and timely. They took care of all interaction with the insurance adjuster and made sure we received all the repair work needed and resulting from the accident. Their store is very clean and modern and they have very competent employees assisting them. We found their location to be convenient and easily accessed. They even washed our car and buffed the headlights so it was a sparkling little gem when we picked it up, nothing like the damaged vehicle we left with them. Again, we can very honestly and sincerely recommend this shop to you based upon our actual experience this past week.

Raising 5 teenagers has not been easy but luckily we have Joel right down the road from us to make their cars look brand new again. My 16 year old son just had someone crash into the side of his brand new F150. Joel had it looking brand new again in no time. He handles everything with the insurance and made the process as smooth as possible. Bonus that we get their cars back looking like they just had a $200 detail. I gave 5 stars because of the incredible service I received at First Class. I had some body work done after my car was hit and they made my car look like new again. They not only repaired the damage Immaculately but they also fixed my drivers,seat where it was damaged....without being asked and free of charge!!! Not only that but they buffed out an area that had been keyed but I couldnt afford to get fixed right now. They made the appearance not so noticeable. I also had my windshield replaced since a rock hit it. There was only 1 problem when I got my car back I noticed scratches all over the brand new windshield. So I brought it back the next morning and they immediately ordered a new one and fixed the problem. Needless to say Im highly impressed and would recommend this company to everyone. Truly First Class

First Class is a perfect name for this shop!! I brought in my F150 I had damaged both of my passenger side doors pretty severely. Joe took special care of my truck repaired the damage and all the other shops said the doors had to be replaced. Im glad that I picked First Class Coalition for my car repair, their professionalism and service passed all my expectations! My car is black but I never noticed that it was kind of different black, it has a sparkle on it and when I pick it up it had the exact paint match, you cant tell that it had been repaired, Joel(owner) also covered other scratches with no additional charges and the car was deep washed in and out, it made it looks like new again!Before going to First Class Collision I went to two other shops. I got the first estimate at my dealership and the second at a place suggested by my car brand. The first two estimates were completely different in price and evaluation, the first one was unable to locate all the damage, and the second one was able to find the complete damage but told me that the price could be higher after they started working on it. So, I decided to look for a third estimate and go local, I searched google and gave First Class Collision try due from their reviews. Joel found all the damage and was able to give me a more accurate estimate, he explained all what needed to be done. Thank you Joel and Isabel!They repair aluminum too and their prices are good, so Im returning soon for another repair!

In and out in 30 hours from estimate to drive out! Repaired and painted crunched bumper cover, buffed headlight and fog light, and popped out a nasty door ding. Job was perfect. Joel offers the best customer service and quality work. I recommend this shop.

Brought my car with one door completely messed up and some rain damage in the carpeting. They did a great job with the finishing details and left the outside looking great. Couldnt be happier with the results. Thanks!Update***Had to go back less than three weeks later because the passenger side was three inches deep in water. This was the original reason why I brought my car in the first place but they replaced the door without making sure that the dent damage was the reason why the water was leaking in. It wasn’t. Had to work around their hours so my car had water inside for days before it was completely dry. Two months later the splash shield flew away while driving on I 75 because the front pins weren’t secured and several others were missing. There’s still a rattling noise on the side where the parts were replaced which makes me think there are loose pieces around. Won’t be coming back. Their customer service may be ok but the their work and quality control leaves much to be desired.

I took my Toyota Corolla to First Class Collision since the back bumper was damaged due to an accident. The owner was very attentive and he reassured me that he would fix the bumper and leave it like new and he gave me an estimate, with a fair cost. I left the bumper and the next day I picked it up and wow, it looked like nothing had happened. He put it back on my car and explained their job warranty: they guarantee their work for as long as I own the car. I couldnt be happier with their work!
I had some minor damage after hitting a deer. I feel that any other body shop would have treated my truck repair as minor and unimportant. Joel, on the other hand, treated my minor truck repair as important and worthy of his attention to detail. Joel worked with my insurance company to get a few more dollars for an original equipment bumper (instead of a lower quality aftermarket bumper), and I appreciate Joels extra effort. Joel was recommended to me by my friend Rick and Im thankful for Ricks recommendation.

This is the second time this year either my wife or myself have hit a deer. Both experiences with First Class were the same. They were considerably less expensive, the work was flawless, and both Joe and Isabell will do absolutely anything to make sure you are happy with their company. As unpleasant as auto repairs are, they make the pain manageable. A quality team and just great people!
Its evident that Joel and his crew take pride in their work. The paint is color matched and blends in with the rest of the car perfectly. I cant see any signs of the damage from the accident. Good work bad customer service. Besides the fact that they charge you 35$ A DAY for just having it parked, I had spoken to an unprofessional Hispanic desk female that denied me access to my own car. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Excellent work-fantastic work- cannot tell any body work was done/ perfect paint matching/ on time as promised- honest and friendly- you want be sorry using this service- I sold auto insurance for 20 years and his service is the best - use him and don’t worry- our car looked better than when it was new, they even washed under the hood!

Picked up my car today after I hit a deer two weeks ago. The work completed by 1st Class Collision was top notch. Body work/paint work are totally seamless and they professionally detailed my car inside and out! Cant even tell my car was ever damaged. The owner personally kept me in the loop until the job was done! I usually dont rate a 5 star, however this place was perfect! EXCELLENT customer service and perfect work done!

2021-12-22At First Collision Center, youre dealing with the Joel, the owner, who has 35 years’ experience in the business from the ground up, not just an estimator like in most of the other shops. This is a family business. Joels wife is the office manager.The customer waiting room area is very stylish, neat and clean. Immediately I felt very comfortable dealing with Joel. First Class Collision is not under contract with any insurance company, so they can operate independently, and make their own decisions.They did a great job on my black Cadillac CTS. This is a really nice car, Im a very particular person and I was very concerned if they would be able to match the paint perfectly and the repair would not show on the bumper and left rear quarter panel. They did exactly that and more. The pin striping, with the Cadillac logo was replaced perfectly too and the car was returned to me spotless inside and out.We agreed upfront what I would pay and thats exactly how it came out.Im taking my girlfriends BMW Roadster over there next week to have the front end repaired and this will be my go-to body shop from now on. I would highly recommend Joel and First Class Collision Center for your paint and body work needs.

While other shops keep your car waiting for parts unnecessarily, several weeks delays before they could take my car. First Class Collision took my car in quickly, has the parts already and got the job done. Less time with car rental and less expense overall. Thank you!

2021-08-17I had a hellcat hood for my charger painted here. After two times getting it done it still is much more yellow than the rest of the car. The owner was nice but this is not the “quality” work I paid for. My bumper was also damaged while there and the ppf repair was not paid for by the shop as promised. All in all I’m still very unhappy with what I received from this shop.

2022-07-12Joel is very friendly but as the owner and with 35 years experience he should have never let my truck leave his lot like it was. My truck was there for over 7 weeks. I was told I would get it Friday. Then it went to next Friday, then the next Friday. After weeks of this I got it back. The paint has swirls all in it all over from the buffing. It has 4 paint runs on it on one side. I paid over $23k for the work he did and he let it leave like this. I make money with my truck and cant afford to be without it again to take it back to him. For the reasons stated I can not recommend first class collision.

2022-07-22Absolutely one of the best auto service experiences weve had!! I damaged the rocker panel on my Volvo suv and received estimates from several repair shops throughout the Cartersville area. All were ridiculously expensive (Volvo!). Stopped by First Class Collision and was very impressed by their customer attention. Received an estimate while I was there which was waaaayyyy lower than all the others, some by half! I was a little worried since it was so low but read other reviews and decided to take a chance! Are we glad we did! Took a little bit to get the parts in but once there, the repair was completed in a little over a week. They even repaired my tire rims which had been damaged and the final price was just a little over the estimate! Joel is fantastic! He did not see us coming and try to rip us off. Any auto body repairs in the future will be taken to First Class Collision!!! Highly recommend!
