This place is absolutely the BEST place for your gym needs. Matt is the epitome of what customer service is all about. I went in one day to browse around for my new home gym equipment. Matt spent HOURS with me, picking out equipment and helping me with the layout and design of my gym. This guy is TOP NOTCH and overall a great person. Thank you guys so much for helping me out. I am the owner of Team Rehabilitation Woodstock. Fitness Depot was my supplier of choice for the exercise equipment I use in my Physical Therapy Office. They had an excellent selection and they even did a special order for me. They delivered and set up my equipment and cleaned up afterwards. The equipment is of the highest quality. My patients love the equipment and I have had several clients ask me where I purchased my equipment. I have sent them to Fitness Depot. This is by far the best Fitness Equipment supply company I have worked with in my 30 year career. I highly recommend this company.

Bought a few things, True treadmill as one item. Owners Bob and Bobby were very friendly and great to work with. They’ve been in the fitness product industry for enough time to be VERY knowledgeable on current trends and product. They have a nice variety of brands and products to choose from with our budget as well!Matt even came to our house to quickly assemble it since their delivery/assembly staff was backed up. They are a great local business who focus on customer service and quality. They even allowed our dog to hang out with us in the store when we were figuring out what to purchase!

I searched multiple outlets and thank god I found Fitness Depot and Keith Elmore. After dealing with headache after headache trying to go directly through the manufacturer I was able to purchase my home gym through Fitness Depot and I couldnt be happier. The pricing was better than anywhere I looked and more importantly the communication and delivery were fantastic. I was told by several places my equipment could take a month to be delivered and Keith had it done in a week. Highly recommend their services.

We purchased a Spirit elliptical from Fitness Depot Super Store. It was delivered as scheduled. Unfortunately the equipment had some electrical and mechanical problems. We worked with one of the co-owners Bob and the electrical repair was completed. Unfortunately the mechanical issue remained and Bob made it right by replacing our elliptical with a new one. The replacement elliptical works great and we are very satisfied with it. Every Fitness Depot Super Store staff member we dealt with from shopping to delivery was always friendly and professional. We highly recommend Fitness Depot Super Store to anyone who is considering the purchase of exercise equipment.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY from the Marietta Fitness Depot store. Due to the recent pandemic I decided to buy myself a home gym. I was super excited and chose a really nice commercial half rack w/ options and a set of bumper plates for weight. I was charged a premium for these bumper plates, as I was told they cost more. In total I spent about $3k.Upon delivery (which cost me an extra $180), I noticed that I had been given the wrong plates. The gentleman who delivered and installed my equipment apologized and said that my order must have been mixed up with others. He said that someone probably sold the equipment I had originally purchased and it was a simple mix up that he would rectify. He told me to keep the weights that I had so I could work out and once the correct equipment came into the store, he would make it right and swap things out. I had no problem with his recommendation, so we agreed, I paid the man, provided him help, and a cold beverage for his efforts.Weeks after and following up (after not hearing anything back) ... I called the Marietta Store to inform them that I would just keep the weights that they provided me and I would like to be credited the difference. The person whom I spoke too said they were the operating manager/ owner. Never have I been spoken too and treated so poorly. This owner began arguing with me over the cost and my request of a credit, refused to look up my order within his computer system, and treated me with such disrespect. He told me he didnt want my business, I can return my equipment and he would be able to turn around it and sell it all at a premium in 5 mins.As the old saying goes... where theres smoke theres fire! Theyre some definite shady business practices going on here. Questionable up-charges, mix ups in equipment being delivered, lack of accountability, horrible customer service, and the poorest example of an owner representing their business towards paying customers.So for those in need of their own Health and Fitness equipment, I suggest you go elsewhere. DO NOT GO to the Marietta Fitness Depot location. You will be mistreated and may not get what you paid for.Please Note: On the contrary, I called the Alpharetta location and the manager their not only made things right, but listened to my story, and treated me with the respect I deserve. He acknowledged their error, made the credit adjustment, and did the right thing for this paying customer.I hope this helps the next possible customer looking to buy something from Fitness Depot in Marietta.Sincerely,CW----------------------------------------------------------------------------4/28/20 update:Allow me to provide further clarity to your ignorant nonsense and poor example:1) I called the store the day after my equipment was delivered and informed your team I was given the wrong equipment. They took my name and number and nobody ever called me back. I think waiting 3 weeks is plenty of time for someone at your store to get back to a customer!2) I asked for a credit or reimbursement of funds for what I PAID FOR and DID NOT RECEIVE. Which is the right thing to do. However you argued with me and refused to do right by your customer. Some would call that a Bait n Switch! Show and sell a customer one item, have them purchase it, and then deliver something else to them.3) I clearly communicated to you what I paid for vs. what I received. Do not misconstrue what I said and make someone else look bad for your wrongdoing.4) I am surprised you have been in business for 40 years, with the way you conduct yourself. Nevertheless, your years in business is irrelevant to the situation at hand. You are in the wrong and not doing right by your current customer base.5) You claim to treat your customers with the respect they deserve ... well that is a load of BS, as you were a disrespectful - condescending jerk to me on the phone with my request. You were also too lazy to even look up my order within your computer system.Bottom line... I will never do business with you again!!!

Large selection of top brand equipment & weights at fair prices. Went in to get some free weights & equipment and Todd was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about fitness training so he was able to help me get the equipment I needed for the particular exercise program Im doing.

Bought a life fitness treadmill and cable crossover. It’s was a months long decision! Everyone was super helpful and nice even though I bought a discounted floor model. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more equipment in the future!

Went looking for home gym. Todd was great giving me information yet not pressuring me. He helped me find what would work best for me. The prices much better than you can get on internet and you get to try the equipment. Highly recommend going and checking it out. I bought the Tuff Stuff CDP 300 and a bench to go with it. Will be delivered in couple of days
