The food was super good today, not sure of it was just what I was craving or if it was that good. Either way a true win! ONLY reason I didnt give 5 stars was because I ordered Cajun fries and I got regular ones, still a win just not what I was in the mood for.
Burger is Ok, but 4,95$ for small cup of fries??
Their food is always great and on point. Best fries in the Cartersville area and one of the few places that still carries malt vinegar. Mix that with your ketchup and you will be pleasantly surprised. We ran into some old friends , so now this is the hot spot to catch old acquaintances.
Had it for the first time. Tastes Great and their cajun fries were seasoned amazingly, but EXPENSIVE for just a single burger and fries.. $20 doesnt really justify an extra scoop of fries but i guess its not for the poor
As my family and I were eating, a Latino guy tried ordering, but one of the workers was so rude to him. She just kept speaking louder, like that would help him speak English better. He eventually; became so frustrated and threw up his hands and motioned for her to put whatever on his burger. As he was leaving, the worker announced to her co-workers that she did not care he was not an English speaker. That was not her problem.I felt so sorry for the guy. (The times being as they are, with COVID, it appears people would be a little nicer).
The fries were amazing, but the hamburger was not anything impressive, over priced
My first time coming here. They dont offer meal combos. Everything is bought seperatly which made it very expensive. My son and I got 2 bacon double cheese burgers 2 fries and 2 drinks and it was $33.00. It was def more than what I wanted to spend on lunch but the food was excellent! Burgers were perfectly cooked and fries were hot fresh and delicious. They were not covered in salt and you get a good portion.
Good burger and fries. It wasn’t overly greasy, the seasoning was just right and the workers were very polite, even when we arrived 30 minutes before closing. The burgers are made to order, so you are guaranteed a fresh, hot burger.You may experience a bit of sticker shock upon ordering since burger, fries, and drink are priced separately. If you order all three of these you can expect a $15-20/person meal. Just to put that in perspective, an equivalent meal at the Steak N Shake next door is $4.
My favorite burger joint, I had the small cheeseburger and their oh so awesome homemade fries with the skins left on. Always consistent great service and great food. Clean floors, workstation and restrooms. The roasted peanuts are a nice touch as well.
I have gone to other five guys locations and I have never had a problem. Today however was the worst. The burgers were so sloppy. The order was wrong as if they didn’t know how to read. We ordered a bacon cheese burger with extra cheese, extra lettuce and light mayo. That burger had an extra patty that we didn’t order instead of extra cheese. As well as Mayo thrown all over it but only a couple of shreds of slimy lettuce. All of them were the exact opposite of what I ordered. We paid almost $40 for food that is worse than McDonald’s. Will NEVER go back. Not to mention I ordered it before hand and didn’t get my order until almost 20 minutes later. I ordered it ahead for a reason.

I love five guys, the food is great and they give me more fries than I can possibly eat. It is getting to the point that Im not sure it is worth the price though. I know its good but $14 for a small burger, small fries and a drink is just a bit much.
Always good, last night however I couldnt eat the cajun fries as it looked and tasted like they dumped the whole container of cajun seasoning. Im sure they would have given me fresh if I would have washed too wait a they are very nice and accomodating .
Its so good!!! Just so expensive:/ but it is worth it. Also get the Cajun fries a small will be enough for a person.

I ordered one hot dog, one cheese dog, one bacon cheeseburger, one cheeseburger, one large fry, and three drinks. The total was $48. There are no combos or kids meals so everything is a la carte. While I love a good burger and fries, it’s insane that a burger, fries, and drink cost more here than at Chili’s or Applebee’s. Was the burger good? Yes. Was it good it enough to make the $9 price tag seem worth it? No. The staff was nice and my order was quickly prepared but I just don’t feel as though the cost is justified.
Food is good but for $16.23 for a double pattie cheese burger, small fries and regular drink is ridiculous. They just keep going up on price. I can go to Texas roadhouse and get a steak for less honestly.
Food was amazing, the fries were fresh,burger as good as usual, service was great even during Covid. We Dined in . Employees all wore mask and Restaurant was clean. 2 burgers, 1 fry, and 2 reg drinks $29 which to me is rather high for a fast food but, was good.
Hardly ever get a greeting or even acknowledged when coming in to pickup my order. It probably wouldnt matter if that was the only thing.Takes longer then neccessary to get order.I have seem employees talking to friends and/or on the phone texting for extended periods of time at the front counter.
It was our first time at this location and we dont have five guys often. When my brother asked What toppings does it come with?, man behind counter sarcastically answered The meat. I didnt like that.Most restaurants have default toppings on their sandwiches so for him to be sarcastic like that was uncalled for. It was a middle aged white man who may have been a manager. Black uniform and black hat.
Paid premium price for inferior product today. We love 5 guys but on this visit the fries were not seasoned correctly.My patty was overcooked on the edges and my wifes was undercooked. Red meat in the middle.Will not go back for now.
While the food was good ist wasnt good enough to justify the costs. The extra fries they give is a major plus if you have a fry thief in the car with you. The burgers are thick just not very big around.
Went yesterday. 5Guys should check out this franchise. The crew was good and the place was clean but the product is not as good as other ones Ive visited. They gave me a cup of fries for 6$. , then said that was the new way. If that is the new five guys way I wont be going back.
I ordered five guys tonight from doordash. I had a problem with doordash that I know wasn’t five guys fault. It took my food an hour and 15 minutes to get to me. When I did get it, one of my fry cups had less than 10 fries in it. I was baffled. I called five guys to let them know what had happened and I was told I had to come to the store for the problem to be fixed. I drove to the store and was then given a fry that was still not the size of their normal fry. I had to just grab the bag and walk out of the store because I was irate. All along my personal food was sitting at home getting even more cold than it already was for sitting in the delivery car for over an hour. What made me so unhappy was the lack of care given by the employees. I know it doesn’t affect them that I was unhappy, but they really did not care. I won’t be visiting this five guys locations again.
Amazing American burgers and fries. A bit expensive, but the portions greatly justify the cost. Generous helpings of fries accompany your meal, and the staff are very courteous and energetic. One thing to note: they cook exclusively with peanut oil(and have it posted everywhere), so if youre allergic look elsewhere for chow.
Cheese should be melted but it wasnt. Meat tasted like no seasoning. Very bland burger. No combos meals. You can get the same value at McDonalds. But more tasty at McDonalds. Plus side for less money. That burger was screaming help me.
Maybe not setting the thermostat to 50. Maybe having toilets that work. Maybe not telling someone that they just dont know how toilets work when you are informed about the nonfunctional toilet.This location seems to have perfected making a good burger and fries into a bad experience.
If you like a high quality burger and fantastic fries, come here. Prices little higher than McDonalds or Burger King but they are 10 times to Quality. The French Frys are like no other. I love this place
Ive always loved Five Guys, they are consistent with their product and should only strive to build on the products they have, never adding to the menu. Short and sweet, thats all it should be and what you get! A massive burger with an absurd amount of fries!

Food was good as usual at all Five Guys restaurants. However, the service is awful. While we were eating our meal, the entire staff disappeared to the store back room for 20 minutes. Registers were unattended, customers looking for staff. Not a professionally run organization. The entire staff including manager desperately needs to be trained. I suggest going to the Acworth location instead.
The staff was so friendly. My food was hot and delicious and I was in late. The store was clean and the peanuts were good!

Have been a fan of five guys for years but when going in today i couldn’t help but notice how nasty the place was. Someone was sweeping the floor but there was a lot of food on the floor. But what did us in was my wife got her burger and she always opens her food and looks at the ingredients. And sure enough the nightmare started. The EXTRA protein in the burger in the form of eight legs! We accepted our refund and left.

I have never been to a restaurant and spent $50.00 on 4 burgers and drinks no fries that cost extra. When I asked for a refund the guy at the register says he can refund the burgers but not the drinks. Witch by the way we had not touched because we were waiting on our food. Long story short go to five guys if you want a little burger and drink for the cost of a steak at Longhorns.
People are nice but the food is way to much for a burger @ 8.5 for burger with out frys or drink. The dinning area is really hot due to all the cooking. Sorry not a fan 😝
Its cool for the old games, huge inventory, thats really pretty cool.(trip back to childhoods lost memories), card tournament if your into that. The staff seems to be insulted and irritated, look and talk to you like you are a simpleton and a joke. Been to win games around 20 times, same lame vibe. Check out Steele collectables, right down the road headed towards 75. A lot nicer of a experience to me than Win games.(just a observation), not for me.

The hamburger and fries were really really good. The price for the hamburger fry and drink is borderline unacceptable $15. This is a new resteraunt in Cartersville and despite that fact i found it to be a little less clean than I would have liked to have seen. The bathroom had water all over the floor, alot of water. The rest of the resteraunt had a greasy feel underfoot as you walked across the tile. I also noticed the windows were smudged as well, It was as if someone used a rag to wash them that wasnt clean. I think with some retraining of the employees and just a bit more attention to the cleaning detail i could give 4 stars.
A little pricy but over all a really great place toenjoy some tasty burgers; and the fries are the best. Very friendly and clean. I definitely will return.
Awesome burgers I had tasted the burgers back in California they were not my favourites but really really good and high quality ingredients. The prices are really hight though I think they should bring them down a little.
Five Guys has got to be one of the best burger and fries joint in Cartersville. The fries are always delicious and the burger is made just how I like it. Granted, I have many other burger places I love, but here in Cartersville, its one of the best.

Its OK I guess. Everyone raves on the fries but fries are fries and theirs did not change this for me.But Cartersville is famous for restaurants opening with a bang and then rapidly declining into sub par quality and service. Not all of them, but 90% take dives after the grand opening.
Such a good choice of food when youre on the go or when you want to sit in a dine. The food quality is absolutely amazing, the employees are kind and friendly; i recommend 10/10

This has got to be the worst 5 guys restaurant Ive ever been. They literally ran out of meat. They shouldve been prepared for this, no matter how busy they are. I waited over 45 minutes for a to go order. Never again!

Lets see I had bacon cheese hotdog hold the bun wife had plain kosher dog 1 fry 2 drinks total bill $29 the drink machine says everything is unavailable am informed they are waiting on coke product delivery food finally gets here bacon is burnt to a blackend cinder that disinegrates on touch I look around there are 4 other tables occupied 3 of them by employees wife goes to bathroom informs me the toilet is over flowing with paper and waste SOMETHING tells me this franchisee is in financial TROUBLE believe its time for corporate to check into this location

I went in to place an order and notice right away it was very hot inside being that is 90 degrees outside I really didnt want to sit and eat at a place where Im serve hot food and Im also hot in the facility. It was noticably cooler around 10 minutes before I left.

2022-05-23Good-tasty fun food; however, pricey. Two small shakes, small fries and a dog, $23+. We just did it for a change to our continual healthy eating, and enjoyed eating outside there (it was too cold inside).

2019-01-03I was excited about my first visit to five guys. As a place that does exclusively burgers and fries I was ready for something extraordinary. First, they dont have combos, you just order what you want individually. Thats cool, Ill have a burger, fries, and a drink. The lady went to punching keys on the register and it rang up nearly twenty dollars. Just the fries were more than $5. I asked her why a side order of fries were so expensive and she informed me that a regular sized fry was enough for three people. We down sized it to a small and the order totaled just under $15. The food was ok. I think steak and shake makes a better burger and their famous fries werent nothing special. I just dont see the hype. Next time Im in the mood for a burger and fries, Ill save ten dollars and eat a fast food combo thats just as good.

2019-07-11First time here, loved the burger but the fires had way too much salt. I know but just look at the amount of salt. When I asked an employee about the amount of salt he replied thats just how we do it.
