Found a car online, it was supposed to be ready to test drive and buy when we got there but come to find out the service department had not gotten to it yet. While to some that may be a problem, to me it wasnt. It allowed us to see the car in as traded condition, which was very clean for a 2014 car with 76000 miles on. Paul had described the condition of the car very well, and the only issue was a check engine light that was quickly identified as a faulty O2 sensor. We closed the deal on the car for my son, but we were not able to take the car that day. They wanted to use Hyundai only parts and they were not in stock, and they also wanted to complete the full check, service and detail if the car. Paul offered to either pay us for our fuel to drive back to get it (a 3 hour round trip), or deliver it when it was completed. As promised they car was delivered, and it was clean as serviced as promised. All in all a good experience, but I do feel as though it would have been a five star experience had the car been ready when we got there. Definitely worth the drive though.
If I could rate lower I would! My Jeep Renegade has been there for almost 2 months because Vanessa FORGOT to order my engine (her words exactly) I had kept calling and they said it was shipping over seas so they didn’t have a way to track it. Until I went in and the owner said it hadn’t been ordered yet. That was a whole month and 3,000 on rental cars because they didn’t provide me with a loaner. Now it seems I’m being ignored and I still don’t have my car fixed and last I heard the engine is on hold! All I have asked for is communication but every-time I’m the one having to blow up their phone just to get an answer! I do not recommend ANYONE to go here to have your car serviced. They are awful and so unprofessional! I will never be back once I get my vehicle back…. Whenever that may be!!!
Though I love my new vehicle I am VERY upset with the sales and financial associates at this dealership! They sent paperwork in on my trade ins late and I was called multiple times a day for 2 weeks by the companies saying I would be responsible for late payments if it wasnt taken care of. Every time I contacted the dealership, I was told it was handled. However, it was not.Our paperwork was filed incorrectly. They had our bank documents sent to our home address and our tag documents sent to an address for one of our references. So, not only will I have to get my address fixed, but I will also need to have the color corrected. I have a black vehicle and they filed it as white. Though these are not big deals everything is really starting to stack up!What really sent us over the edge is that the financial department and sale rep both LIED to us when going over paperwork.They mixed up me and my cosigner as well. So, I am not the primary owner. I have no clue how much hassle that will end up causing.The cherry on top is calling to speak to the GM over a week ago and not receiving any response.Overall, if I could turn back time I would not have gone to this dealership.
The worst to work with for service!They are short on service technicians, so for a vehicle still under factory warranty they quoted me a 10 day out appt to even run a diagnostic test on it. They are awful about calling a customer back. Finally was able to look at the vehicle, brought the vehicle in to get looked at and they told us the tech called out. Horrible!!! Avoid this dealership!!!
If you need a good deal, friendly and honest pricing, definitely call Tiger Luke. He will make things right, and you will leave as a happy customer.I ended up buying a Hyundai Elantra for a family member, and dealing with Tiger Luke was the best part of the entire experience.
Mr. Raymond Abbott and Mr. Kevin Miner both made my car buying process seamless. They provided me their time, patience and efforts with every phone call and email. When I drove 3 states down to complete the purchase and retrieve my vehicle, meeting them in person was phenomenal. Both are jovial, comical, well mannered, poise, and very well educated and experienced in their line of work. Again, I’m thankful for their help and assistance throughout this process. Driving 3 states down to purchase my vehicle was worth it.
Deandra Williams is everything . From the time i walked in she has been nothing but helpful with trying to get me in a new car no matter how long it takes . Shes great in what she does definitely the real definition of customer service. Shes awesome.Edit: i did this review before even getting a car which i never got one the Communication stopped totally no explanation or anything . Def rude and the worse service ever I normally never write reviews but i mean its the left me hanging after coming there for days for basically nothing. Would.not recommend
I’ve been working with Skip to find a car. I can’t explain how easy and smooth it’s been. He has made the process feel so individualized and lovely. I haven’t bought a car in a very long time, and I was not looking forward to the whole process. Skip has really taken the stress away, I feel like my friend is just helping me check out cars. Which is how it should be. Life and businesses need more humans like this. It would make things a lot more pleasant. Thank you so much for my beautiful experience so far.
Salesman and manager were really helpful leading up to our visit. They sent pictures and a video of the car, we agree on a purchase price, and drive 100 miles to test drive and complete the purchase. Then the “fun” starts: The car was supposed to have been to the detail shop, but the wheels still had brake dust on them, the tires were still dirty, and there was still mud in the fenderwells. There was a little damage that the video showed to the front bumper that we were willing to overlook, but we get there and the quarter panel paint was cracking. Not once was that mentioned until we pointed it out. We get back from the test drive, point out a few things, mainly the description says it has a rear power lift gate that isn’t opening by itself, and the touch screen is not working. The salesman then says it isn’t a power lift gate, that the dealership didn’t check the touch screen, but they also would not be fixing either because they “had no room” on the price. Hopefully all this was an isolated instance for this specific SUV,, but not sure how all that got missed. I can only hope the dealership corrects the lift gate discrepancy and discloses the touch screen issue to the next prospective buyer, but 12 hours later and there is no correction to the description on the website.
The salesman, Skip, was incredibly helpful and attentive. I could tell he genuinely cared about transparency and finding me the best deal on the vehicle I inquired about. He even went out of his way to call dealerships in my area to help me sell my vehicle that had broken down on me. He worked very diligently on my behalf and I’d certainly recommend choosing him if you decide to do business here.I’ve been had at dealerships in the past, and he and the finance guy there (Kevin, I believe) really went to bat for me. They scored me a solid deal, though I ended up getting a vehicle elsewhere for time constraints (I needed a vehicle ASAP), but I will deal with them for my next vehicle 100%.It is very rare to receive that type of service and transparency anywhere, so I’m very appreciative of the work they put in.
Best Experience Ever! We had been searching around since early January trying to find an affordable but reliable car for our new teen driver. One call on Tuesday to Rock Jones at Five Star Chrysler, Dodge Jeep Ram, and in less than 24 hours, we were signing papers for my daughters new 2016 Kia Soul. Mr. Jones was able to get us a great out the door price, and to top things off, the car was still under the manufactures warranty which is unheard of for the price we paid! Awesome experience!

I would like to personally thank Jessica Pugh, in the service department, for making my experience at the dodge dealership awesome! She was kind and Courteous! She answered all of my questions and kept me informed about my car! After taking my car to Russell at Albany Automotive who I had been doing business with for years, because he had always been the greatest at fixing cars. But this time he nor his workers, couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my charger, after it had been at his shop for almost a year! I think his old age is catching up with him and it’s time for him to let it go and retire. But I finally decided to take my car to the Dodge dealership and my car was fixed within 3 days! I was definitely appalled by the turn around time of me getting the car back. I also would like to thank the service person who fixed the car. I am so truly grateful, because the car was a graduation gift to my son, for not being able to have a prom or graduation in 2020, because schools were shut down do to COVID-19 and they didn’t open back up, and I wanted to give my son the car before he left for basic training for the Marines. But the car was fixed, and I was able to give my son a paid for car, and he doesn’t have to worry about making any car payments!! People often look for money as a blessing, but I count my blessings differently! This was my blessing!! Thank you so much 😊

Service Department lied about repairing my town and country van. Charged me $200 and said it was repaired. Same issue and Dodge/Chrysler is a terrible made vehicle. Don’t get car serviced here. They also fake a lot of reviews to make them have a higher rating. Liars and cheaters…
Skip Rouse is super kind and such a pleasure to work with. He made the dreaded process of car shopping easier and didn’t keep me there the entire day in fact we was out of the dealership within 2 and half hours. I don’t know about y’all’s past experiences but that was lightning speed compared to my previous car buying experiences where I sat in a dealership for for 6 and 7 hours.
The entire staff was very friendly. They truly make you feel like family. It was unlike any car experience in my life. Zodie Bowen went above and beyond trying to help us with a major issue and he never gave up until he had a solution. Amir King assisted in the purchase of my new vehicle. Neither representative was over bearing nor did they try to pressure me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Both gentlemen were very down to earth and an absolute joy to work with. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and worked very hard to accommodate my needs. Josh griffin gave me one of the best dealership experiences I ever had. He immediately grabbed me like most salesmen would but he treated me like putting me in a car was the most important thing he could do. I honestly like him enough to call him a new friend. He chatted with me and my grandmother which is the reason why I got the car. Josh griffin did everything for me, kept me in touch, and told me about a new car coming in despite not being able to get one when I first walked in. Dude did great. Got me a good car, the brand new Accent, and it’s a reliable little car. Thanks man.
Sean Rouse was great to work with. I drove 90 minutes to trade my car because it was worth it to deal with a fair dealership. After having a bad experience with a dealership in Warner Robins, it was nice to finally have a good experience with Five Star Dodge in Albany. Sean was the best.

Customer service was great but haven’t completed my work yet so I will follow up…Update I actually sold my truck to them for more than I paid for it. The parts were impossible to get in a reasonable time so I couldn’t pay for a truck I couldn’t drive over two months back order
My fiance and I were looking for a car and we had already been to other dealerships with no luck. When we were referred here it was such a great experience. Five Star was a really great buying experience for us. After all the research I’ve done I feel like I’ve done the searching for you..trust in me. New cars are hard to find right now and I contacted every dealer I could find from Atlanta to Jacksonville FL. I promise if you pick any car on the lot and compare it to the other dealerships you won’t find a better price. Josh Griffin was the best sales associate I spoke with. Genuinely a good person with knowledge and always spoke with the upmost respect. Ask for him when you get there! When I explained the exact car I was looking for but couldn’t find in my price range (at any dealership) due to the car shortage, he and his manager Kevin presented me with each option I had to purchase with them. One being to order and customize a car through their dealership. I loved the idea that I could get exactly what I wanted and pay the price that worked for me! They made the process SO EASY. And the price I just couldn’t beat. In the end after giving my deposit for my custom vehicle I noticed they received inventory for a higher packaged vehicle and I asked if I could work a deal and buy that one. (Again not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be!) That same day I drove my new car home and have one even better than I customized! You CANNOT beat these prices. But you have to act quick. In the 10 mins after we pulled in 2 other families wanted to look at the same vehicle. Thankfully Josh worked hard and worked quick so we could have first dibs! They gave us more than fair on our 2020 trade. I never would have thought I could own a car for a year and trade it for the kind of money that I did (also due to the car shortage/demand). The experience my daughter and I had was by far the best ever. Kierstan is an Awesome car saleswoman along with the rest of the staff. They’re more of a family rather than coworkers. We have a Jeep Compass, and we came here to buy and have a new tire mounted and balanced. It took a bit longer than I wouldve liked to have it done- but thats to be expected these days, especially since almost no one wants to work! We loved the customer service and will use yalls services again!

Honestly I’ve never written a one star review but this dealership absolutely deserves it. All the one star complaints about dropping your car off to have it serviced and never hearing back from anyone, calling and being told it hasn’t been “looked at” yet day after day after day until now it’s been 5 days later and after calling it still hasn’t been looked at. Asked for a manager three times and the manager was either “busy” or not around. Finally went to just pick up are car because we can’t go any longer without one. THEN they tell us “we just ran a diagnostic and don’t see anything wrong. Bring it back if it happens again, and we’re charging you $250 for our service fee”. HUH?? We said no we’re not paying that and they said “we’ll, it’s $120 to get your car back.” Driving around, and it’s STILL not fixed. It’s just not right. I don’t know if it’s the whole dealership the service department the employees or what, but honestly I wish there was BEWARE sign right in front of the name. Definitely making sure my family and friends avoid this place.

I was fortunate to do business in an environment that was welcoming, respectful and courteous. I have challenged credit and, frankly, did not think I would qualify for a vehicle. My sales professional, Marian Harris, went out of her way to listen to me, understand my concerns and offer excellent advise. Because of the care she, and the General Manager, Demarcus Price, as well as Andre Rutledge in finance took with me, I am now the VERY HAPPY OWNER of a 2021 Hyundai Accent! I walked away knowing I was treated with respect. I know that the staff at Five Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram are genuinely interested in treating their customers honestly and respectfully!
I have never had such a bad experience with a dealership until 5star. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to fix an issue for the last month, I got a reply and it did not solve the issue and I am still being ignored and cannot get a single soul to fix what they messed up. They sold me a warranty on a BRAND NEW car when it already comes with a factory warranty, on top of the fact they added it into the total amount financed without my knowledge. I will never buy another car or truck from here nor recommend to any of my friends or family. And they ran my credit 10+ times when I had a very high score! This is the first new new car I’ve ever bought and they did everything my parents warned me about.
Great Customer Service. Ms Glendetta and Demarcus were very helpful. Glendetta was very patient with me and allowed me to take my time on buying the vehicle that was right for me. She followed up with me on vehicles that were coming to the dealership. After a month of being indecisive I finally purchased a SUV with Ms Glendetta, I will be going back to her for my next purchase!!

This was my 5th new Hyundai purchase and the 4th Hyundai dealership I have purchased from. As an employee at the manufacturing plant in Alabama, in my my particular job, I hear a lot about dealership experiences along with the firsthand knowledge of my own experiences. This was by far the best dealership experience I have had. The service was great and the salespeople were extremely helpful. Everything was straightforward, no smoke and mirrors, no shell games of moving fees around. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new Hyundai, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep.

After a less than pleasant experience at a dealership in our hometown, I searched for the vehicle I wanted on Hyundaiusa.com and found it over 200 miles away at Five Star in Albany. I submitted a request for information and was contacted by Tiger within minutes. Within less than an hour, we were able to get a quote for our trade and a great deal on an amazing vehicle. We completed the process online very quickly.While setting up a time to drive to Georgia from Alabama, Five Star offers to deliver the vehicle to us and pick up our trade in. What a smooth process!!!

He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to ensure my satisfaction and that I left the dealership in the vehicle I wanted. I took my mother-in-love to pick up her truck from the service center. Theyve had it for two weeks and still havent gotten around to servicing it. They said they were short of help due to Covid-19 and she could bring it back in two weeks. That was unacceptable so she took it to Firestone and they completed the work.

I met a great salesman by the name of Daemion while in a very difficult situation. I was having trouble with my vehicle and he literally saved me! Not only was he very nice and patient, he was very familiar with cars and was able to help me in more than 1 way. While he was helping with my car he gave me his card and every since he has done nothing but his best in assisting me find the perfect vehicle for me! He is literally amazing and I would highly recommend him for any service!
I called to get an appointment and found out that I had 2 recalls. When I got there Elizabeth, my customer service rep was pleasant and attended to my needs efficiently. When I came to pick my van up I was well pleased. I got an upgrade with my ignition system, which was the other recall I had. Im on cloud nine right now.
I went to Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Saturday. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and very friendly. The salesman I had was Jeffery Williams. He asked what I was looking for, but the car I had seen online had already been sold. Jeffery found another Jeep Cherokee for me to test drive. It didn’t have all the bells and whistles I was looking for. He asked what all I had to have and and the color I wanted. He found exactly what I wanted! The whole experience was wonderful. Jeffery took the time to show me every feature on the car and he gave me his number in case I had any questions after I got home. After getting the numbers straight I met with DeMarcus Price to sign all the paper work and he was just as wonderful. You could really tell that they knew what they were doing and loved their jobs. I’ve already told several people if they were in the market for a new car that they should go see Jeffery Williams and DeMarcus Price in Albany, Georgia. I am so happy with my purchase.

I had a great experience. I love that it wasnt like other car lots and that the price you see is the price you pay, no haggling or hidden fees. I had been searching for a car for months. Lost way too many points on my credit by the time I reached them I was exhausted and just ready to give up but that didn’t mean I would settle for anything. I reached out to Glendetta Hicks and explained my frustrations she listened to me for almost an hour. After listening she reassured me she could and would help me. She asked what I wanted. By the time I came into the office I was only there to sign paperwork and pick my car. && it was just like that.
Havent shopped here in a few years but that experience was great. I have been trying to contact someone at the dealership for over a week. The person who always answers the phone (Benji) needs a training class on basic customer service. Thank you, may I place you on hold, hold one moment, not interrupting before someone completes their question, comment, or concern so he will know how to respond properly, have a nice day all goes a long way. No phone etiquette whatsoever. I guarantee you if I was buying something the conversations would go a lot different.
I took my car there the other day with a scheduled appointment, just to learn 7 hours later that my car was not fixed and they did not realize they didnt have the part in stock and it needed to be ordered, nor did anyone call to tell me. Imagine my surprise when I got there from work. A whole entire day wasted, and no one was apologetic. They have no customer service skills whatsoever. I emailed the General manager, hoping that he would resolve the issue, and I never heard anything. So I figured this would get there attention and others. You have been warned, take your car to a reliable dealership/ mechanic.
Ive been to this dealership a number of times for services ranging from recalls to oil changes and routine services. I typically have no issues and am in and out within a reasonable time frame for the service being done.The past two times, however, I went in after scheduling an appointment to have a recall fixed on my truck. The first time I showed up I was informed that the diesel tech who was the only one able to perform the service was off for the day and could not do the service. The service manager, Mike, was incredibly apologetic and offered me a free oil change, especially considering I live an hour away.I rescheduled for the following week. Showed up at my scheduled time and the service associate, Robert, who checked me in failed to note that I needed my truck back that day. I dropped my truck off at 9:15am. After running errands with my wife I returned to the dealership at 4:30 to find out how much longer it would be before my truck was ready. Come to find out, they never started on the recall.Mike, the service manager, was very apologetic and even promised to drive my truck to me the next day.They dropped the ball twice on my recal service. I will say that Mike was genuinely apologetic and promised to make it right. If it wasnt for Mike, I would most likely not return. I will give then another chance to make this right. Hopefully they will follow through, as they have in my previous experiences.
During the summer I had scheduled an appointment for Recalls on my vehicle. When I arrived , the customer service was great, but they told me that my car would be ready that day; however, it took a couple of days. Granted to say I was not happy about it. The manager, Mike Davis, was extremely apologetic and offered me a free oil change on my next visit for my inconvenience. Well, I went back for my oil change at the beginning of December, and the service advisor, Carmela, greeted me with a GOOD MORNING, A SMILE & HOW CAN I HELP YOU! It was so refreshing to see that Awesome customer service. You hardly get that here anymore in Albany, Ga. Carmela assured me that my vehicle would be ready within a couple of hours and it was! When I picked my vehicle up, Mike, Carmela, & Rebekah made me feel like family and not just another customer.Thank You!Albany Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram Team!I’ll see the team in March 2021 for the next service!
Hands down the worst service department in the City of Albany. Received a safety recall late last year. Each time I inquired to have the recall work done they stated they didnt have the necessary equipment. It is a computer update that needs to be downloaded and installed. So they dont have the technical skills to update vehicle software. Then my Jeep keeps making this odd noise, which sounds like its comming from the radio. Once I finally got someone in the vehcile to hear it, (that took several months, because they are soooo backed up), I was told they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I called one week later and was told well call you back. Another week later still no call back. So I called again. Only to be told we dont think we can fix it. Go figure the vehicle is still under Warranty so they cant be bothered. I have no doubt, if it wasnt under warranty and I had to pay for it they could fix it in a heart beat. Take your Dodge or Jeep to any other service location other than the one in Albany, they just cant pull it off.UPDATE**At this point I am really wondering how important customer feedback is to Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I have emailed Mr. Price at the given email address listed below his name in the response. Additionally, I have called and left a message, with my phone number, for Mr. Price to call me back. Still no reply. This just goes to show that the Management is not much better than the service department. Side note; My Jeep Recall was completed in approximately one hour and the noise was diagnosed and a proper fix is going to be completed next week by another Dodge dealerships service department. It is sad that I have to drive an hour to get good service.
Once my vehicles information was put in the system by Rebekah, she communicated every finding to me. Her customer service skills was great. Once I returned to pick up my vehicle, I had the opportunity to speak with the senior mechanic Greg, about the findings. He was very detailed and I truly appreciate his advice.
I had an amazing experience with the dealership, Everyone was really friendly and very patient even when it was after hours no one was in a rush to leave until I was completely satisfied. Ms. Deandra Williams was one of the best Sales Professionals I have experience in a long time.She was kind, patient, and understanding. This dealership went 100%out there way to make me satisfied they even gave us a car to drive when ours came from another dealership with a scratch on it. When our car came they personal delivered it to my home. I tell anyone if you are in the market for a car please go see Ms. Deandra Williams she is the best!!!! from start to finish.
I am writing a second review here, to point out that we bought a van from this dealership and they told us there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and it had just been serviced when we bought it. Since buying this van, we have had to get almost $6,000 worth of repairs done. There were 3 separate oil leaks in the engine, the alternator was bad, the window cleaner leaked, and the tires were leaking air. Do not go to this dealership! They will screw you over!
Had a great purchasing experience thanks to Lewis. Everything was very smooth and direct. Lewis even came came the next day which was his off day to make sure the car was a priority to service as soon as possible. I was in a hurry to head to Tennessee. I was there since 9:30am to 3 pm waiting. I’m not sure if the guys servicing the car we’re taking the car apart and putting it back together or twiddling their thumbs but it does not take 6 hours to service a car. Not to mention they still had to detail which I refused to even consider waiting an longer. But Lewis was great he kept asking when the car would be ready. Lewis gets 5 stars, the service guys get no stars.
Stay away from this dealer !! They are very dishonest and will lie to you constantly. I have brought one car from them and it was a huge mistake. So if u deal with them beware !!! There sales people will lie constantly . Avoid Paul Koster he is the absolute worst of them all.

GO SEE JEFFEREY WILLIAMS!!! I had been looking for a Jeep Renegade all over Tallahassee FL and could not find a dealer who was not shady and condescending. After some web searches I found exactly what I wanted in Albany GA, and I hoped it would be worth the two hour car ride. Turns out it ABSOLUTELY was, and I drove my jeep home the very next day. Jeff answered all my questions before we arrived at the dealership, and made the test drive and buying process SO easy. He got me a fantastic deal I never would have gotten from a dealer in my hometown. I never once felt that I was being taking advantage of, or gouged for money. My family and I will be purchasing all of our future vehicles through him so long as he is still selling!

Great out-of-state buying experience! I searched high and low for the best deal on a new Ram with the right features and modifications and found it online at Albany. I completed a deal remotely while never leaving Florida and this was the only dealership that gave me prompt answers to my many questions and NEVER changed any terms of the deal on me. What they posted online as a price was the price and not a lure to get buyers in to sell them something else. I worked directly with Kevin Cline and CJ the General Manager and both were focused on asking a quality vehicle at a fair price without any tactics that make buying a vehicle a tough task. They even hand delivered the vehicle to my home 5 hours away for no charge, which was a nice surprise. Financing options were very good also. Thanks guys!
I just bought a 2021 challenger Rt from them And after a whole 2 month and some days I noticed a defect on the rear taillights. One side was flush the other side was not. No problem I thought with the full power train warranty Im on I can get this fixed. I was wrong the head manager was not really concerned with the issue even told me he didnt have another vehicle to put me in nor the problem couldnt be fixed right away I just made my first payment a week ago. Im not happy at all I just want my car to look normal. And from what I pay youll be mad too.
I am reviewing this myself. My wife posted a review before, and this place responded and asked us to contact them to resolve the issue, but they ignored us when we tried. I bought a van here back in August of last year. I had to leave it for a few extra days after buying it so they could fix a couple issues and then I was told it was in great condition and had no further problems. However, I just had to pay $3,000 to fix oil leaks that my mechanic assured me there is absolutely no way that the dealership had no knowledge of these leaks. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I tried calling to file a complaint, I was hung up on and shunted to voice mail numerous times. Terrible customer service! Terrible business!

I did not have a good experience with the service department. Mike did not communicate to me very well of what & how long service my would take . I was told to arrive at 8:00 am & my truck was not taken into service until 12:30 pm.Service was not completed until 2:30. Im an hour away from the dealership so I spent almost the entire day there for very minor service.One of the two fixes was not done nor was I told it was not fixed.So far not so happy.

Where to begin.... Well first off do not buy a car virtually from this place. I was looking for a specific car. A 2013 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec Sedan well maintained and less than 60,000 miles. The closest one was at this Dealership just over 600 miles away. The NADA on the 2013 is between $15,000 and $16,700. I purchased the car for $15,150 with 48,000 miles. Thinking I got a great deal. They charge double most dealers on their dealer fee $699 verses $300, they tack on $600 for some protective coating I was told is added to all their cars so you cant get out of it, and they tried to over charge me for the shipping buy $200. We have not even started on the car yet. The VR tour of the car left out the road rash all over the 2 front rims $150 to fix, I was shown amazing tire tread... The problem is only 1 tire was new. It had 95% left but the other 3 had less than 5000 miles left and made the car dangerous to drive in the rain. Next... I was told the car was fully inspected, NO IT WAS NOT... The front brake pads were eating into the rotors, the passenger side mirror motor is so bad you can hear it clicking trying to open or close from over 30 feet away and the interior lighting has a short in it when you open the door with the headlights on... All in all even doing most of the work myself this is going to cost me over $2200 to fix!!! Not such a great deal anymore...Update (5/3/2021).... Well the reply below from the Owner or as his title suggests manager is bogus. I called and found out that Mr. King is no longer with the company and it was someone in support sending a canned response.... Sad... I did get tot speak with the store director... I received an apology for all my troubles and then things got even worse!!!I was given a 3 week temp tag that expires on May 4th. It took them 33 days to mail the title and other documents to the BMV in Indianapolis. It takes 2 to 3 weeks from then to process before I can register/license the car. So as of May 5th I legally can not drive this car. I called the BMV and they stated as long and everything is correctly filled out by the Dealer I should be able to license the car buy May 18th... So 2 weeks with no car!!! I am so done!!!

In October I went to Albany Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram to look and jeeps not knowing l was going to actually leave with a brand new vehicle. I started out communicating with Bengy he was tied up with other customers so Glendetta stepped in help me look around on the lot within in 30 minutes I was signing papers. I left for my haircut appointment by the time I got in the chair at the shop she called me and said guess what you just got approved. We got everything squared away and ready to go. Bengy helped with the process of letting me test drive he even drop my vehicle off at my hotel room for me since I had no way get my other vehicle back to my room. He texted making sure I had everything I needed as well. Both salesman were GREAT communicated well and had nice attitudes.

Carried our vehicle to dealership service department for electrical problem and has set there for 5 weeks without anyone touching it. We were told they were working on it, but went by today and still setting the same way we left it. Call and asked them about it, was told to come get it, they would not be working on it. Thanks again for me not having my vehicle for those weeks.

When I got my Scion Lewis Lester was timely and made sure I was taken care of. I went to another dealership and was made to wait 2 hours only for the car I went there for to be sold and the same thing happened to 5 other cars. But when I came here and let him know that I was looking at that car he wasted no time to let me test drive the car. He was easy to talk to and went out his way to even text me back at 10pm when I randomly told him that’s the car I want hands down and I’m coming to buy it tomorrow. I was very pleased with his customer service and humor. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
Normally hate dealing with car dealerships. Always trying to push for more or upgrades. The sales person I dealt with, Lorenze was the opposite. He was courteous and prompt on my questions and was outgoing. He listened to what I wanted and only showed us vehicles in that range. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was the waiting times for finalizing the sale. Wasnt the finance manager, it was that they only had 1 working at the time and it got backed up pretty quick. Otherwise when its time to get a new vehicle we will make the drive from Perry.
This is probably the best experience I have had at a dealership in a while. My expectation for most dealerships is pretty low due to the fact that I always end up regretting coming in almost to the point where I was considering purchasing online only. As soon as I arrived Terry Moss introduced himself respectfully and asked me what he could do for me. I told him I was in the beginning stages and I didn’t need help, typically the salesman hears that and walks away but Mr. Moss proceeded to explain that the beginning stages are the most important parts of the car buying process and that although I was just browsing he would accompany me to make sure he could thoroughly educate me to hopefully make my Experience a good one.....That’s what I call customer service this dealership will definitely earn my business as well as my family’s. Amir Carter and Damien Dishmond were excellent! Amir was so informative and went above and beyond assisting me answering questions and helping me transfer my belongings from one vehicle to another. These young gentlemen are truly a testament to their age group, and assets to their employer.
We bought a 2016 Kia Sedona (49,000 miles) back at the end of August 2020. We had to wait three days before we could pick up the car because there was some problem they had to fix ( they assured us it was a small fix) and they then assured us nothing else was wrong with the car. We first noticed an oil leak toward the end of December and we just took the car to a mechanic to have it checked out and because it needed an oil change. We found out it has FOUR DIFFERENT oil leaks! All the oil leaks require the engine to be removed and everything to do with the leaks to be totally replaced. Its going to be a $3000 fix an of course the cars warranty with the company expired a week after purchase. We were told by our mechanic that there is no way the dealership didnt know about at least some of the oil leaks. There is NO WAY in these few months that four different oil leaks showed up. Most likely the car has been leaking for months and we didnt notice. We called to ask the dealership why we werent told about these issues and let them know we are disappointed to be putting so much money into a car we just bought. The first person we explained the situation to, hung up immediately. We have called 5 times now and each time we have been sent to voicemail even though its perfectly within in their business hours. This is an unacceptable way to treat your customers especially when your customers are spending thousands for a vehicle with no issues.
I was in the market for a newer model vehicle so decided to check out Albany cdjr. To my surprise they had just what I wanted and miss Deandra Williams made 100% sure it was a smooth process! I have never been more satisfied with the process of buying a new vehicle and the respect that i was shown throughout!! I will most certainly be back!
This place is a joke! I would never take my vehicle here! The service department is a rip off. They wont tell you what is wrong with your vehicle they will only tell they think will fix it. Then 9 times out of 10 they come back with more stuff that needs to be done. Dont get the financing from them because whatever your limit is they will make you spend it all. I let them change my oil and was going to let them replace my brakes and the were supposed to do a brake flush as well. My oil was charged but none of the other stuff was performed and my bill was almost 800 dollars. They will rip you off stay far away from here.
I purchased my vehicle in October 2018, the sales person was kind and somewhat helpful. The online manager quoted a price in an email but when I visited, she said price was a mistake and couldnt honor what was in the email. The only reason I purchased my vehicle was because this is a local dealership and I do not want to leave town for service. I also had a negative experience with finance manager (wouldnt take time to speak about a concern) and the finance trainee who was more interested in his text messages than completing my transaction. This is not the place if you want excellent customer service but, it is convenient if you do not like to drive out of town for service.
Always have my truck serviced here. First time having Ian as my service rep. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process. He explained everything the techs done and made sure I had no unanswered questions before turning me over to Ms Robin who took my payment. She was also very professional and courteous. Who also made sure I left with no unanswered questions. Thank you Albany CDRJ for another fast and great service.
Service department. On multiple occasions Ive had a poor experience at the Jeep service department. The first time, I had a simple tire issue, they allegedly worked on my vehicle for 2 weeks. After paying for the services, I immediately noticed the same issue and noise and was told it would take another week. I ended up taking my vehicle to the Goodyear on Stuart and they repaired my car in 2 days for a quarter of the cost.Years later, I needed a key for my vehicle and was told it would only take a half day or a day at most. However it took over 5 days. They never called me to tell me the status of my vehicle or when my vehicle was ready. I received better service and repairs at the Nissan dealership of Albany and Goodyear in Albany
Akelah was and is amazing!!!! I can in on a Friday to get my car serviced and ended up getting a brand new 2020. I really enjoyed working with her. She has a positive spirit, is very personable and has a love of life.I appreciate her thoughtfulness and working to get me the best deal. When I get another car I will definitely want to work with her again.

Me and my fiance went to look at vehicles for both of us. We were immediately greeted by Terry and his partner, Akelah. We were treated like family. We didnt get our vehicles today, but are in the process of ordering what we want. They were so patient and helpful, very attentive to what we wanted and werent pushy like most car salesmen/women...we will definitely be doing our business with them soon and in the future!!
Albany DodgeI found a great deal on a used Dodge Ram at Albany Dodge. The sales representative was great. The staff was friendly and they seemed to work well together. The truck was clean and the price was great so I didn’t have to haggle about it. The finance manager De’Marcus Price was very accommodating and professional.The ONLY reason this review is not a 5 is because of everything that has taken place after purchasing my truck, is terrible. I have had this truck for 45 days and the temporary tag has expired. I have not received the docs to transfer and register the truck in my state. I became concerned a few weeks ago. I had not received anything so I called the dealership. The young lady said “I see your paperwork. It was on the bottom of the stack but I placed it on top. It will take a few days to process it.”Since that time I’ve called and all I get is someone’s voicemail. I spoke with one gentleman and he told me to go to the tag office to get an extension. I live in another state, they don’t just give extensions without proper documentation.Meanwhile I have a perfectly good working vehicle in my driveway that I can neither drive or sell. Disappointing to say the least.
I contacted Marian Harris about a reliable vehicle and she was friendly, efficient, and professional! I was able to purchase an excellent Dodge Journey brand new, and it only took a short amount of time! Thank you, Marian and Albany Chrysler Dodge for your excellent care and service! 2022-03-02Bryan Holmes was super helpful, efficient, friendly, and so easy to work with. We came in to look at a 2022 Hyundai Accent SEL and drove her home. The finance, trade in, & general manager departments were friendly and easy to work with as well. Nicole in the customer service department has been a joy to talk to. She & Bryan have checked in almost weekly to see how were liking (but really loving ❤️) our new Hyundai. Looking forward to enjoying our new car! 2022-01-04We saw this Yukon XL SLE online at a good price and decided to contact them via chat. The whole negotiation was done through chat and all I had to do was stop by and pick up the vehicle. It could not have been any easier. We arrived at the dealership and Sean was waiting for us. We went on a test drive and realized the vehicle was just as advertised so were ready to take it home.
