I will be giving top numbers so sales people do not loose their commissions. I do this RELUCTANTLY because:1) I was driving on I-75 near Perry, GA when my 2013 Hyundai Accent started to have problems and was reaching 4000 rpm.2) Had to stop in Perry, GA and get to road assistance from AAA. My car was takEN to the next town, Warner Robins, to a car shop. This place could not take a look until next morning. Forcefully, I had to spend the night at a hotel. Following morning, after waiting long hours, I was told car could not be repair and had to be checked at a dealership. There goes an unexpected $130.00 expense. Hotel $170.00.3) Drove to Hyundai in Warner Robins. It was mid afternoon. I knew my car would not be able to go much further.4) I was told there was an issue with the manifold catalytic converter, which was replaced back in March. You are welcome to double check with dealership.5) Things were developing rather fast because this location was closing at 7:00pm and I was in need to continue driving to Southern Illinois where i work for a couple of weeks every summer.6) On a better world, I prefer to shop with more time. I work for a violin shop where we sale instruments of great quality and our customers have been already shopping around getting educated about the best choices. I did not have such chance.7) Certainly, and technically speaking, sales people were correct and professional... in a hurry. Read again line 5. They did take care of my over $1,000.00 balance from my Accent. Also, they sent me another key fob and my E-Pass sticker which I left behind. Kudos for that particular assistance.8) They gave me only $500.00 for it... which is a lot less than all new parts replaced back in March 2022: knock sensor, shock absorbers, and catalytic converter.9) I hope you understand the extreme circumstances of this particular purchase.All the best!
Matt was awesome! He was very patient with me and notified me as soon as they got a Sonata N Line in stock (3 months later). He even shared photos and a video of the vehicle. Everyone at 5 Star Hyundai in Warner Robins was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership if your in the market for a Hyundai!
Toby Bircheat went out of his way to try to help me find a car for my daughter. Although we were not able to find one she liked here at Five Star Hyundai, I feel like Toby deserves some recognition for his efforts! He seemed to truly care about our wants and needs without pressuring or getting aggravated. He sets the bar high for salesmen in the future. Yall go see Toby!
Bought my first brand new car. I had heard horror stories about dealerships- the must have never been to Hyundai of Warner Robins- they rock!!! They explained everything and did not talk over me. The salesman Garrett Cox didn’t let us leave until he was sure we knew all the safety features on the car. Financing was a breeze- thank you Alex! I recommend this dealership to everyone! I love my new 2022 Kona.

I am so impressed with this dealership. When drive up no one surrounded the car, no one was pushy and it was a well oiled machine. They had there stuff together I only spent 2 hours there before we drove off with a new Hyundai. Garrett Cox was a true gem and Alex in finance was super. And I forget the manager he has jokes!!! They had a used car advertised on their website. Buick Encore for $8500. I called that morning to make sure it was on the lot and was told it was there. I Drove an hour to the dealer and they had the vehicle cleaned up and sitting out front waiting on me. I went inside to talk with the salesman and was given the CarFax without asking for it. I thought that was great and was ready to get down to talking numbers after a test drive. While looking over the report, I saw where they had purchased the vehicle for $4700. I asked the salesman if that is what they paid and he gave me some explanation about how it was something different. He disappeared and 10 minutes later I was told the vehicle was found to have a knock in the engine and no longer for sale. Great time wasting half a day because they were careless enough to leave the reciept in the paperwork where they bought the car. I would have still worked out a deal with them if the didnt lie about things. Probably be back on their website next week with no engine problems.
Wow….just, wow. My I had my car in for an appointment at 8:30am. FIVE hours later, no one had yet to call to let me know the status. I called a total of 25, yes, TWENTY FIVE times to try to speak with someone and the phone would just ring. As soon as I left a message, magically someone calls right away to let me know my vehicle is ready. No explanation, nothing. I’ve about had it with this dealership. I should not have had to call at all to get a status on my car. And it’s flat out ridiculous having to call so many different numbers, so many different times to reach absolutely nobody. But you better believe, a million and one people are going to try to call and email me regarding my review to try to rectify the situation.
Considering that the Service Department was beyond busy, I found their ability to quickly get the claim filed and approved by Car Care exceptional. My car was there over 2 weeks waiting on a transmission but once received it was quickly installed. The technician even worked late to make sure it was going to be ready before the weekend.
Garett was the best! He helped me from beginning to end. Everyone made meFeel comfortable. Customer service is great!!! I would highly recommend them to help you with purchasing a car. I went in there not knowing what I wanted and Garett made it happen to where I walked out of there with a car that I love !
The worst experience ever. They sold me a truck, took the truck home, had it for 12 hours brought it back to have it checked out and the whole rear end needed to be replaced. Even though i payed for an extended warranty, they voided our deal bc they didn’t want to pay it have it fixed. Then when i needed my trade in back, they couldn’t locate the car and won’t answer my calls about getting my title back. I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP. Don’t believe the reviews this place is ran by crooks, specifically Alex P, Cody and David. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!
I had a wonderful first-time vehicle purchasing experience thanks to Garrett Cox! He and the rest of the staff were so positive and friendly. I have to revise my review. This place has lost my respect. I bought a new car last year and have had multiple issues with my clutch. I have been jumping through hoops trying to get my car fixed and had to go back several times due to their mechanics not being able well trained. I was told during one appointment nothing was wrong only to come back the next week and point out the problem and they finally admitted they were wrong. A month later my parts finally come in and I show up to my appointment with no loaner car or shuttle service provided. This is apparently normal for them. Im out money for rides and gas and time. I will be using a different dealership after this final repair is made. 100% not happy with this particular service center.Ive been to this dealerships service center many times and was very pleased. Ive owned two Hyundai vehicles and any repairs I needed while under warranty were taken care of here. The guys are friendly and take care of you. Service is fast. In and out in the same day every time.

Toby was my sales rep and he was outstanding helping me purchase a 2017 Suburban. Initially, he took initiative to go out to the vehicle and sent me a 360 video of the SUV. He was very communicative, accommodating, and flexible in scheduling an appointment and test drive. Toby had the car ready to go at the front of the dealership when I arrived. He expedited paperwork for a solo test drive and worked very hard to get me a great price. Ill admit Ive been into this dealership in the past and been let down by the service. That being said, theyve more than redeemed themselves with my most recent purchase. I was extremely pleased with the respect, courtesy and sincerity shown to me by Toby Bircheat. He made me feel valued and that my sale with him was not just another notch to make his quota. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid. Toby was very patient and answered any questions I had and I know that even after the sale if I have questions he would gladly offer his assistance. I also wanted to recognize Hayden Cheney. He was the person I was initially communicating with and though he was not able to meet me when I came in, he was extremely communicative via text/email and made sure I was taken care of the morning I came in and followed up with me afterward. I hope Five Star realizes and acknowledges what an asset they both are to their company.
Prior to coming to Five Star Hyundai, we had visited several other dealerships in the metro Atlanta area and we were not happy with our experiences. We got in contact with Hayden at Five Star Hyundai regarding a 2022 Tuscon. Hayden took the time to send us a video showing the car, which led us to drive out to Warner Robbins to further check out the car. Hayden worked with us and we had a nice experience purchasing the car.
Im so happy with my purchase . Even though I lived faraway, Matthew my sales representative made it worth it. We did a test drive and he was very helpful and informative on the vehicle we drove around. Ive had good experiences with the service department at any Hyundai service center Ive gone to, and this one was no different. They got me in quickly, took care of the service that was needed and got me back on the road with a minimum of fuss. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop about what was going on with my service. Will definitely come here again.

I just purchased a 22 Santa Fe from Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins. This is my 5th vehicle Ive purchased over the years from Five Star. I simply wont shop anywhere else. Amazingly easy transaction. Hayden is a credit to your already fine company. Great sales associate and smart? Forget about it . . . he was answering questions about the Santa Fe before I could even ask them. If only every car sales person was like Hayden! Great experience.
Stopped in to test drive a car their website said they had. Car wasnt on the lot and the salesman took me to look at another that was damaged. I was told that I shouldnt worry about the smashed bumper because its just cosmetic. Not how this works Five Star. If Im there to spend over 20 grand on a vehicle, you dont tell me something is just cosmetic damage, and you also dont lie to me and not tell me what lot the car I wanted is on. You also dont lie to me and try to get me to put a deposit on a car you wont tell me where it is. This isnt my first bad experience with Five Star but its certainly my last.

Im an out-of-towner. I did minimum research on Five Star Hyundai, because I simply trust Hyundai with my car. Turns out, I was right. The crew were great. So Ive owned my car about a month now and Im very pleased with it. I drove two and a half hours to get here because they had better prices than the Augusta area Im in. Also 5-star has a lifetime warranty! The sticker said my Hyundai sonata sport would average 28 mpg but my car stays on eco and around 34 mpg. Terrence helped me find a car and 10 out of 10 would recommend.
This dealership has plenty of cars on the lot to choose from. The staff is very nice (as you would expect at a car dealership), and I didnt feel pressured into buying anything. Yes, it took quite a while to actually complete the sale but it was all worth it in the end. Loved my salesmen Shaun Browning and the finance manager was extremely helpful and informative!

Generally dont like vehicle shopping...But, I love to deal with dealers that are straight and honest. If thats you, this is the place to go. Atmosphere is great, not pushy, and friendly. I am not usually one to write poor reviews, but at this time my husband and I are very frustrated. My husband purchased a pre-owned 2016 Hyundai Tuscon last year from the dealership. The sales process was okay, though we do feel like there were some unnecessary charges added. Around mid-October 2021 we were driving down the highway and the engine began knocking - up until this point the car had been well maintained with regular oil changes. We had the vehicle delivered back to the service dealership on November 2nd. We have had some contact with Alvin from the service department. He is pleasant to speak with over the phone and it sounds like the service department has been very busy, which we completely understand. However, we have had a very hard time getting regular updates on our vehicle. We both call several times per week and have left multiple messages. We have also asked several times for a loaner vehicle or assistance with a rental car, but have not been able to get any response on this. This is causing serious problems for me, including not having consistent transportation to work. We would expect the dealership to offer some help with the situation since it was completely out of our control and it has not been over a month in service.
From the moment I pulled up and got out of my car, I was greeted with Mr. Toby and his friendly smile/firm hand shake. He understood my ‘why’ with selling my car and he worked diligently with me and financing to ensure I got the best deal. Very happy to have done business with this professional and HIGHLY suggest you all take a chance with them too!

My car has been in the shop here for five weeks and two days. The engine is being replaced - it is covered by an extensive recall / settlement with Hyundai and the theta II defective engine. It broke down on a desolate part of the interstate and everything after that has been nothing short of nightmarish.I have called this dealership trying to get in touch with Alvin probably over 100 times. I have left well over a dozen voicemails. The only time I got a prompt call back was when I said I’d leave negative reviews because my calls are not ever returned (a week and two days ago). That day I learned four cars are in front of mine. Each should take two days. That was nine days ago.Alvin promised to call me with an update on my car by Thursday. Today is Saturday and after speaking to someone in Atlanta who contacted him immediately with my contact info and after leaving a voicemail, my call yet again was not returned.How this place can call itself “Five Star” is beyond me when a simple call back to a customer is too much for them to be bothered with doing! I have never felt so out of the loop, so hopeless and so frustrated and just defeated than I do with this experience, regarding anything to do with any kind of customer service experience in my entire life. I have never felt so completely unimportant as a customer prior to this horrible experience. It is so depressing that I beg and beg for an update and get nothing in response. At Five Star Hyundai, I do not matter at all.
From the get-go, I dealt with Hayden Cheney, and I loved every second of my experience there. He was very upfront and honest with every answer to my questions, and an all-around good guy. He did everything possible to make it all quick and painless! Would highly recommend anyone to this location of Five Star!
If you are looking for a vehicle look elsewhere. We bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and 5 from the Five Star family. I will never buy another vehicle from this franchise. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership since we bought the vehicle in Mar 21, and it keeps getting worse. We have had our Sante Fe in service 4 times since Sep 21, 3 times in Nov for the same issue. We currently have a lemon law case filed. I called and spoke to the GM, Colby, today and asked if we could get a rental car since it has been on service since 19 Nov and the part wont be in until approx 8 Dec. He said they did not have any vehicles on the lot that they could loan out. I told him I understood that but can we get from a local rental car place. He told me the Hyundai probably would authorize that, but he didnt think they had any vehicles either. So I asked if he was willing to check, and he said no. Then, he told me he would offer a trade-in for my 2021. Seriously? I told him that I would never buy another vehicle from this dealership due to all the issues we have had with them. So I asked again if he was going to help us with a rental vehicle, and he said no.I called Hyundai cooperation, and they were very helpful and told us we met all the criteria for rental car, and got us a rental vehicle. They asked how come the dealership did not assist us and I explained why, so now a case has been opened against them.This dealership has very poor customer service and is unwilling to assist customers on any issues. Remember, when searching for a vehicle head North a little ways. You wont regret it!
Took my new 2021 Sante Fe Hybrid Limited AWD vehicle in for its very first scheduled maintenance as a walk-in, a Saturday morning (worked better with my schedule). There was only one customer ahead of me. I was in and out in a very acceptable time (30 minutes) and the staff was great. Great Job, 5-Star Hyundai of Warner Robins!!!
UPDATE: In spite of taking the time to call and leaving a message, I never heard back from Jack.Brianna (Internet Sales Manager) was the STAR of the dealer, in my opinion. I can’t say enough good things about her. She is truly fantastic to work with! She was my very first contact with the dealer, and the only person I communicated with (other then Alex in finance) prior to going down to Warner Robins to purchase the car. She very professional at all times, and carefully listened to everything I said. She seemed to be waiting outside the main door of the dealer and seemed to know who I was upon my arrival, even through we had never met before, which was a nice touch. Car was detailed and ready for a final test drive.Hayden was pleasant to work with, although when I mentioned that the car only had a half tank of gas he did not take any action. I then texted Brianna and she made sure that the car was filled up before I left the dealer.Price as agreed on the phone, no surprises. There were some issues with processing my paperwork, which extended the buying process. We were going y to leave for lunch and come back, but instead my wife and I were surprised to be treated to lunch at the dealership as part of a special Mexican food buffett they had going on for their employees, and the food was very enjoyable! We were very appreciative of this special treat.I am taking off one star because of my interaction with Alex in Finance, who had forgotten the conversation we had on the phone about loan rates, and attempted to get me into a loan paying more than double the interest rate discussed on the phone. While the sad reality is that dealers want to make all the money they can, as a consumer I do not appreciate that in order to make a few hundred dollars more, a dealer would try to place a consumer in a much more detrimental loan to their finances. So for anyone reading this, my recommendation is to do your research BEFORE going to the dealer.10 days later, I’m loving the car and glad I drove 2 hours each way to get it, as I feel like I got a great value compared to other alternatives available for the same car in the metro Atlanta area, and had a great buying experience overall.
This is the best automobile dealership in the city of Warner Robins. I have never been treated better when shopping for a new vehicle.Toby Bircheat is the man to see. This will be the last time I do business with a dealership. I bought a lightly used car from here last spring. I found the car online and came in to find out they were selling at a higher price. I was promised I would get the online price since I was an online lead. I signed off on the quote with a generous dealer fee. They switched the conversation to payments and were very forceful when I mentioned sleeping on the offer and coming back the next day. After signing the papers, I realized they had included $4k in additional service contracts when I live over an hour away. They also didnt honor the online price and charged their own retail price. Yes, I am gullible for believing they would honor the printed quote they presented and signed and not verifying the amount of payments. Of course, they became unresponsive in multiple attempts to cancel and get reimbursed for the service contract beginning the next business day. The salesperson and finance manager made many presentations that, in hindsight, were lies.
The salesperson was nice and seemed to be a little new. He took the time, though, to find answers to questions we had that he didnt know. However, we were extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service we got from the business manager. We had agreed to purchase our vehicle on a Saturday, but could not complete the transaction until Monday. Both my husband and I left work early and we ended up waiting for nearly 4 hours to get into the business managers office. People that had arrived after us were seen before us. When there, the business manager tried to tack on nearly $10k of extra stuff and was extremely shady about the cost. On the sheet with the salesman, the price of the vehicle was listed, but the monthly payments included the cost of these additional things with the remaining balance without any mention of these being included. While they werent technically lying, they sure were not being honest. When we got the actual signing of the paperwork, they tried to brush us by the amount we were actually financing to just sign it since we already agreed to the monthly payment. The business manager seemed off put when we questioned some of the values, and only seemed to give solid answers after being pushed. We quite literally spent our entire evening there waiting, paying a babysitter, missing out on dinner after working all day to have someone try to siphon out more money from the sale. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from them, I would highly recommend running the numbers yourself and carefully watch everything when you go to sign.
Well I can say that after dealing with Albany 5 star this place deserves 5 stars… they had my car going as soon as the parts came in. The lady “I forgot her name” but she answers the phone when you hit 2 for sales well let’s just say she was AWESOME!!! She helped me whenever I asked for her help she really kept me informed on what was going on. They are very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you

The price was good. I mean no complaints here. I think I have found the place to bring my Hyundai to since I have two of them..Thank you guys for your great service.
I had an excellent experience here. The salesman who assisted me was Paul Lathrop. Paul is a good guy who genuinely cares about what you want. He was very helpful in showing me vehicles that were within my price range. I didn’t feel pressured to make a choice by him. In the end, I got a car that had all the features I wanted, that was in my price range, and I had a positive experience while doing so. If your looking for a good dealership and salesman, I would recommend Paul Lathrop at Five Star Hyundai.
Update:I just want to give credit where it is due. This place is awesome. We had, issues, with the Palisade we bought. The crew at 5 Star went out of their way to make it right both with expert service and the right advice to get things straight with Hyundai America. Got another vehicle there and our second experience was even better. They really went out of their way to make everything a great experience. Huge shout out to Jack and Jared, true stars of sales and service.Came in after an online inquiry, everyone was exceedingly polite and the sales pro Ashley Alston was very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help. Definitely a positive experience.
Alex Perry is awesome! After my accident I knew I wanted another Hyundai, but I did have a waiting period dealing with insurance. Alex was extremely patient and understanding. He was never pushy. He helped me find my perfect car, and he found my husband an amazing deal on a trade in! Overall we had the best experience at this dealership!
Toby helped us today with the purchase of our 2021 Sonata SEL. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He made the process smooth and easy which is very rare with a car purchase! We will definitely recommend him and look forward to doing more business with him in the future.
Friendly customer service, clean lobby while waiting, and service did not take long. They were even able to reschedule my appointment from earlier in the week without any hassle. This will be my go-to place for service for my new Hyundai, even though I bought it at a different dealership.

Our experience at Five Star Hyundai was incredible. This is the first dealership we’ve bought a car from where the atmosphere was completely laid back and not stressful at all. Alex Del Valle was incredible, he was never once pushy, he never once made us feel dumb or question our decision about our budget. He didn’t throw ridiculous prices at us and he worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted in our new family car. Overall, it wasnt a great experience. Their sales team is very good, but their finance and accounting department is a mess. If you dont finance with them or their recommended credit union, you get absolutely punished. They take weeks to process the loan and since I was out of state I had to wait for my loan to clear before they would ship me the car. And even after my loan cleared it still took them several days to locate the funds within their own accounting system. Once they found out that had my own financing they asked how much I was authorized to borrow, then maxed out the loan. Its not a great time to buy a new vehicle, and there are price increases across the industry, but this was probably one of the worst examples price adjustments. Id been without a car for several weeks, so I didnt have the time to shop around or I would have kept looking for a more reasonable deal.
Five Star Hyundai was a good experience with sales and financing. However, my first experience with the service department did not leave me with a good feeling. Service manager was dismissive with me at first regarding my appointment. They also failed to give me a service report. I requested one the following day and it appears to be incomplete.
Went to 5 Star Hyundai for an oil change, while waiting decided to check out the inventory. Met Alex we talked and build a rapport. Alex was very personable and overall a very nice guy. We discussed my car buying experience and what I was looking for in a car. Long story short Alex understood my needs and my day ended with a trade in for a 2021 Santa Fe. Alex was awesome during the entire process and I left the dealership at peace and loving my new car.Thanks Alex!!
Ashley Alston was incredibly helpful when buying my 2020 Hyundai Tucson. I felt no pressure, his communication was quick and clear, and Ashley was professional and polite throughout the whole process. His customer serve was great! He was very helpful & knowledgeable. Great experience. GM was willing to work with us on price and he gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Happy I was able to purchase locally and not have to drive up to ATL. Also the mark up on certain vehicles (palisade & telluride) is absolutely insane. Like I said earlier though GM was willing to work with us and we were able to come to an agreement. Ask for Alex if u go. He was our salesman and he was great also!
Ive waited over a month to leave this review because I was really trying to give them the opportunity to make me happy. I shouldve made a fuss when my brand new tire was completely flat within 30 minutes of leaving the dealership. Instead I calmly and politely waited in a parking lot for over an hour for them to replace it. I was told then that theyd fix the error message I now had about the tire sensor when I came in to get the window tint I was promised. Two weeks later I went in for what I had thought was a scheduled appointment for both things. Apparently the salesman, Jeremy, didnt set anything up. I had to take a day off work for nothing. He assured me he would make it right by filling up my gas tank. Something he already promised and neglected to do when I purchased the vehicle. He set me up an actual appointment for the window tint but neglected to tell me to be prepared for a 3 hour wait time. Ive never had window tinting before and was only expecting about an hour so I had to reschedule again when I could be better prepared. Upon arriving for my new appointment I was informed 5 star switched companies and my appointment is no longer valid. Now missed 3 days of work for empty promises. I still have the error message Ive had since the tire debacle and I was told they cant help me and I have to find a Chevy dealership. So it is now my responsibility to correct their mistake. I bought this car on the promise of several perks I have not gotten and apparently never will. Even the one thing they managed to do was done incorrectly. Ive already made a payment and I still dont feel like I have what I purchased.
My wife needed a new car as her other car had mechanical issues. We decided to trade it in but having never done this she went to the dealership with plenty of reservations. The salesman she talked to, ashley, was very accommodating and helpful. He answered all of her questions, and was very attentive to what she was looking for. We will be back when we are ready for another car.
Brianna was fantastic in locating and selling me a 2021 Santa Fe Limited today. I have had some issues in the past with car sales employees but she proved to me that she genuinely cares about the customer. I recommend anyone considering purchasing their next car to contact her!As a side note to the process, I initially spoke to her on the phone about my interest in the coming month or two about my thoughts in purchasing the Santa Fe. I mentioned what I expected to pay for it when I was ready. Few weeks later, she texted me with an offer that was thousands BELOW my expected price! That price she gave via text did not change once I was at the dealership or in the dreaded finance office which turned out to not be dreadful at all (Thanks Adrian!)Kudos to Brianna and the rest of the Warner Robins Five Star Hyundai team for making the car buying experience quick, easy, and actually fun!

For 1. They NEVER have time for customers to schedule an appointment within the same week. They always say we are booked or we can get you in next week or the following week and never at the times you as the customer are available!! They are always BOOK ... i dont know why, when they barley even checking and taking care of your car when it comes to the service work!! WHY NOT HIRE MORE TECHS.Service work SUCKS!!!! I took my car there to get it look/checked out. Prior to taking my car there to see whats wrong with it, I explained over the phone to the service guy Mike. He insist that it was my battery even after I told him I went to Oriley and firestone to get a diagnostic test. Both stores told me the battery was good... but I figured Ill take my car to the the dealer of the make and model of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra.After leaving my car there, a few of days later he says its my battery.. THEREFORE HE CHARGES ME FOR A NEW BATTERY!A few weeks later I am having the SAME issues with my car. So called up to the dealers and informed them that I paid them last time to fix the issue when the guy Mike said the reason why it wasnt starting was because it was the battery. Obviously its not the battery.So I spoke to the service manager.He said ok, bring it in and we will take a look at it. My car wasnt starting and I had it towed to the place.The next day the service manager called me and said the car is starting just fine.I was like ok good, but clearly it keeps starting and not starting on me.Then he says well they cant take a look at it to see whats wrong with it since its starting...My question is, ARENT YALL A PROFESSIONAL HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP!?!? Yall should be able to run all type of test to get down to the bottoms of the issue!The service manager was very nice and helpful, but at the same time I had paid for a new battery because YALL HAD SAID that that was the reason why it wouldnt start in the first place, but weeks later after I paid for this 285 hundred dollar batter and service, I couldnt get a refund nor could yall fix or discount additional work..Later, I had a friend that works at a auto store who looked into the issue with my car and FIXED IT... NO it was NOT the BATTERY.It was the safety parking, which I told that to the service manager. -_-I paid my friend 50 bucks for the service and the part was 45.There was no need for the Hyundai dealership to charge me 285 for everything when they didnt fix anything... !!!!!!!!!
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My sales person was Matt and he was great. But I want to include the finance and service departments for all they did along with Matt...also management. They are a well rounded company that works well together to ensure the customer is happy with what they offer.Thanks to all of you I had a wonderful car buying experience.I went in for my first oil change on 9/29/2020.It was fast efficient and the staff was very polite.

We found the car online that had everything we wanted. It was at a different dealership so Alex Perry and Garret Cox made sure that we were able to go look at it. And test drive it. Garret was AMAZING! He was so down to earth and made the entire process as light hearted as possible. He kept us laughing the entire time. Garret truly worked his hardest to get us into the vehicle we fell in love with. Not only that he stuck with us through the entire process. He truly went above and beyond! Like he even purchased batteries for the DVD player headphones and got a DVD out of his personal car so we could test it! Also Andre with finance was very personal and fast!
I stopped by the service department to have an issue with a turn signal checked out and didn’t have an appointment. One of the service technicians, Chris Bond, checked it out and had me on my way in about 5 minutes. Service like that is one reason you should consider Five Star if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. I bought my Sante Fe new from them in 2013 and the people in the service department have been awesome in taking care of my car ever since then. They are the best that I have ever dealt with when it comes to service after the sale.
I would highly recommend Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins. I went to look into a new vehicle and thanks to Alex Del Valle i walked out on the same day with a new Kona which i love. Everyone up there was great. Special thanks to Dillon (hope i spelled that right) for making all the wonderful paperwork part of the task very easy and simple. Great folks. Great warranties. Would definitely do business up there again.

2022-01-23Garrett Cox was the best sales rep. He was patient and made sure I got what I asked for, key fob and all! My gas tank was full when I left the lot, and I have a free detail. He was kind, funny, and genuine. It doesn’t get much better than that looking for a new ride. The manager Cody Durden was a sweetheart as well and very accommodating. The finance manager Alex Perry was quick, efficient, and very nice! Love this crew!

2021-12-16I was extremely pleased with the respect, courtesy and sincerity shown to me by Toby Bircheat. He made me feel valued and that my business meant something to him. I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited. This car has so many bells and whistles! Toby was very patient and answered any questions I had and showed me how to change the settings for my seat. I feel confident that even after the sale if I have questions he would gladly offer his assistance. I hope this dealership realizes what an asset he is to their company.If anyone feels like theyre being jerked around or made to feel like the dealership theyre working with doesnt care if they buy their car or not, go see Toby. I had to drive 90 minutes to get to Warner Robins but it was well worth the drive.

2022-02-06Five Star Hyundai of Warner Robins was a wonderful dealership to work with. Alex was the first one to help us out when we contacted Warner Robins about a Santa Fe that we were interested in. He was friendly, polite, and quick at giving us answers and returning our calls. He answered all of our questions. He was a pleasure to work with. We also worked with Hayden in sales. He also responded to all of our questions immediately. Any time I texted him, he was right there to answer .He was a great person to work with. We called him after the sale to answer questions and he got back with us immediately. When we arrived to finalize the deal, the Santa Dr was all prepped and ready to go. Hayden explained every feature on the SUV to us before we left.Great employees to work with. This would be my second time purchasing a vehicle and although I shop around at more than one place, this is always my last stop and final stop when looking for a car. The staff was great and we negotiated a great deal that suited me and my needs. Mr. Heney was awesome and I love this 5-star dealership. They never disappoint.

2022-08-12Hayden did an amazing job taking care of us throughout the entire purchase. Even when there was a delay on delivery from the manufacturer, he communicated with us immediately and even offered another vehicle option they had in stock. We did pay a “Market Adjustment” on our new Tucson, but it was much cheaper than other dealerships and we didn’t feel pressure to get lots of unnecessary add-ons.
