If I could give this place a 10 star I would. I went to get some work done on my vehicle and Mrs. Teresa Varnadoe helped me as always. I wont go in to details as to what she did because that is private. I will say this though, she went above and beyond, AGAIN for me !! The staff are so friendly and always pleasant, I havent had a bad encounter yet. This place is awesome. I didnt buy my car from here but I have a Nissan. I think I will get my next car from here. I called and asked to speak with the manager over parts and service so that Mrs Teresa could get her just rewards. She always does her thang when I come for my service. One Kindness deserves another!! She is alwaaaays kind to me!! Keep up the GREAT work 5 star Nissan !!!!
My husband and I went to dealership to ask questions about a maintenance agreement we had on existing vehicle....was asked if we would like to sell our Nissan Juke which we really liked ...was shown a couple of different vehicles we decided to trade in on a Nissan Frontier...really happy with truck...very happy with the service,everyone was very friendly and professional. This is the second vehicle we have bought from this dealership...will be back and would encourage anyone to go talk to them...Oglethorpe Blvd...Albany Georgia.
My experience was both pleasant and professional with everyone that I interacted with directly and indirectly at Five Star Nissan of Albany. This pleasant experience was set in motion by Ashley Massey and continued through completion with Bert Alfred, Kasey Styck and Tyrone Hall. Ok I went to this dealership lookimg for a particular car...turns out they did not have it on the lot. But Mr. Devon showed me another vehicle ti see if I was interested in.. I specifically said what my terms were and he totally listened and respected and took in consideration what I wanted. Wasnt even there 2 hours and I drive with not the vehicle I wanted but better upgrade (as Devon put it lol) and the finance guy (Tyrone) was very professional also. If you are looking for a dealership that wont pressure in anything but help you instead YOU NEED TO GO THIS PLACE... Believe me when I say it will be the best desicion you will ever make. I love my new car! Prince Hudson was really nice, professionally, and patience with me. I literally came 3 times trying to make a decision for a car, and each time Mr. Hudson treated me just like the first time showing me different cars, and making sure he knew my wants and needs! After a short chat exchange I received a nice and informative call from Mr. Martin who connected me with Mr. Prince Hudson. My phone conversation with Prince, and meeting him at the dealership was great. Prince gave me a very comfortable buying experience. I drove from Dothan last friday to complete a deal i had been working on phone with Burt Alfred. Everything was as we discussed and i drove away with a car. Nice, friendly guy who bent backwards trying to get me the car. I would highly recommend him and Five Star. So far no problems with the car.
I carried my 2013 Nissan Altima to 5 Star Nissan in Albany Georgia because the I Key System error light and the main warning light were on they told me I needed a couple of parts to reset the warning lights. So I said order them. When the parts came in I asked again if they were going to be able to reset the lights and they said yes. So after they put parts in they told me that I had wrong key fob for car and was charged almost $500 for those parts and wanted over $400 more for that. I told them I wasn’t going to do that because they said that the other parts were going to solve the issue. I talked to general manager and he only offered a free oil change. Are you kidding me? I feel like I was done very wrong by them.
Anna Long, the Sales manger and Finance man did a wonderful job!!!!We found the Jeep we really wanted online and drove from Tallahassee to Albany to see it and hopefully get the right price.Well when we got there Anna had the Jeep waiting for us and we loved it....they say you will spend all day buying a car BUT we were only there about 2 hours, we got our Jeep and they did all they could to get the price where we needed it to be!!!!! John Scinto General Mangrr and his staff went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had talked to several dealers, with no luck getting the exact car that we wanted. Brought my sister in for an oil change which was supposedly free but the tech advised she had about 2000 miles remaining on the filter in addition she needed an engine filter and brake fluid which would cost $310.00. My sister is a senior citizen and I feel the charges were grossly inflated. I wish now that I hadnt encouraged her to purchase the car new from them in 2017. Service after the sell sucks!
My experience at Five Star Nissan of Albany was amazing. All of the sales representatives and other employees were extremely welcoming and friendly to my friend and I. Not only was FREE coffee offered but so was FREE popcorn :) I worked with my sales representative, Jermaine Hunt, for about two weeks. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership and didnt want to make a blank trip if I wasnt going to be approved. My sales representative offered to live video the vehicle so that I would be able see the vehicle better and understand the features while he was explaining to me over the phone. He went above and beyond to help with the purchase of my vehicle and I am beyond grateful. I went in wanting to purchase a 2017 Nissan Altima with 22K miles. Jermaine Hunt, along with DeMarcus Price, Sales & Lead Professional, ended up getting me into a 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport with 36 miles. What an incredible experience I had while purchasing my 2015 Nissan NV200 from Five Star Nissan of Albany. My first contact (Devon) connected me with Cedric who answered every question I had about the vehicle, financing, etc., who then connected me to Tyrone who got the ball rolling on a lender who could meet my terms. They even drove the vehicle a couple hundred miles (or so) to deliver it to me. Now, THATS top quality service! Id recommend Five Star Nissan of Albany for anyones car buying experience!

Teresa was most helpful in letting me know all my truck needed. I appreciated all she does to keep my truck under warranty. I dont want to leave out the Service Department, those guys do excellent work.The manager over the service department is always willing to assist if you feel your vehicle is acting weird.Albany Nissan has the best team, keep up the great work guys.If youre needing multiple items serviced on your Nissan vehicle and youre offered the Sunbit program please take advantage of it this program is very effective in helping you pay for your services, at a reasonable monthly fee.
I recently purchased a 2015 Honda from on sept. 16 and it was a trade in car which I love the car until a week ago my push to start is not working properly and on top of it the car wasn’t serviced from the jump and u could tell I took it back the next week for it to be detailed and they cleaned it up I was so told the seats would be detailed and it wasn’t so I just said I would get it done on my own to be done right because they was going back and forth about a certain person being able to do it and I didn’t want to wait any longer. Long story short the car didn’t have any warranty on it and I understood that part and now I’m having problems but it was all smiles when receiving a sale I feel as if it’s a bad sales because you should want your customer to pleased with any car u purchase and on top of it all the the finance manager wants to calls me weeks later offering a warranty on car and I feel like it should have been offered at the times of sales if it wasn’t any dealer warranty because at the point I’m trying to budget myselfwith what my note will be and later u call with warranty which would will put we way over my budget. And I feel as if you’re selling a car the car needs to be serviced before it’s sold to anyone not to just sell a car and the customer is unsatisfied . My salesman Silas stated that he couldn’t do anything or the or the finance manager. I’m very disappointed and it could been handled The right way instead focusing on a sell so I wouldn’t recommend anyone on my behalf how they handled me because y’all were ready to get my money but not make sure the car is serviced

I love Five Star Nissan of Albany! Just bought my son a brand new car for his senior year and we couldnt be happier! Jackie Limardo goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are taken care of. The service was excellent, great prices, and the whole process and experience was easy and stress free! This is the second car we have bought here! I bought my car there 4 years ago and had excellent service back then. They even brought me the car I wanted from Warner Robins and had it ready to test drive when I got there. So. I completely totaled my husband car by hitting a dumb deer, my car was in the shop and we needed a car fast. We came to Nissan since we always liked Nissan Car. Taylor and Devon Cooper were our reps and they did amazing ! They showed us cars that fit us perfectly. When there was a hiccup, GM John Scinto took care of us and treated us very well. The customer service at this location is SUPERB ! Martin Mathis is a phenomenal salesman! He was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt comfortable talking with him. He made sure that we were comfortable and made he was sure to ask if we needed any water or anything. He was extremely helpful. Thanks to him I was able to drive away in my new car!!
Buyers beware!!! I purchased a Nissan kicks from this dealership. I put a substantial amount as a down payment. When i purchased the car it was an agreement in writing that my tags would come to my house just like all my other cars have. I never received my tags. I had to go and wait 2 1/2 hours to get my tags. Which cost me an additional $20. I also had to take three hours of sick leave to get my tags. Total money I am out of now is $110. When I asked the tag clerk what the problem was he said the tags were never put in the system by the dealership. Which I paid for. When I called the dealership and talked to a manager he said oh well it’s only $20. The tag office manager even showed me his computer screen, and showed me that the tags were never put into the system so my tag office could not send them out. This is all after I called the dealership numerous times asking about my tags. Total experience is a zero. Would like to get my time and money back They also ran my credit five time
5 Star Nissan of Albany did a fantastic job of servicing my vehicle. Sherry kept in close contact with me about several issues and choices I had. Super friendly and informative! My experience with Five Star Nissan was great. I purchased my car from a real dealership for the first time with no problem. My car salesman Prince Hudson was very helpful with guiding me in the right direction looking for the perfect car that I was comfortingcomfortable with. Also a very dependable car. I would advise anyone to try Five Star Nissan for the best customer service and good hospitality that they provide. So far Ive had no bad experience with this dealership. If something goes wrong with my car and I call the service department, they always make sure that Im satisfied with maintenance work. Overall I enjoyed doing business with everyone that helped me find this beauty of a car.
Greg, Zodie, and Josh all went above and beyond to work with my schedule and my budget. There arent many dealerships where you can walk in with a budget and a laundry list of things you want and walk out with EXACTLY the vehicle you need. These guys were FANTASTIC! They were understanding,.not at all pushy, and treated me like family. A rarity at most dealerships when you walk in as a single woman. I NEVER felt like I was being taken advantage of. Teresa and Al Rogers are the best, went and got my car worked on do to some bad gas I put into my car from pace 😣 and they have made sure they did everything to get my car back to normal and still reaches out to me for check ups on the car to see how it’s driving . Great customer service and such wonderful people to deal with
Martin Mathis reached out to me as soon as I inquired online. I drove all the way from Florida to go check out the vehicle because of the great responses through text. I test drove the vehicle and found out the speakers were blown. They ordered me new speakers at no additional charge to me and are offering me a free detail whenever the speakers come in to be installed. Great customer service.
I returned to 5 Star to trade in a 2016 Sentra I purchased there new. I inquired about the salesman I had dealt with but he had moved on. I was referred to Mr. Woody. A very nice, polite professional and knowledgeable salesman who by the time the deal was complete had become a FRIEND. He satisfied me with the trade in allowance, finance, new car details, all aspects of buying a new car. He made the process stress free. I will return in the future to purchase another Nissan. The welcome when arriving around 7:30 AM (drive from Cordele live there 33 miles away) is like coming home after away at school or work. Sherry is outstanding in customer service but beyond that she treats me as family and a friend. I have not met her before Nissan Albany and I appreciate how she makes my day so many times, I want to make her day by doing this survey and stating what she deserves in recognition from a customer that will not go anywhere else. I hope the dealership respects and values her, she is Five Star Nissan Albany best asset. You do not find people like her in most life experiences.
I bought a car from another dealership and had to have it towed to Five Star Nissan in Albany less than 2 weeks after my purchase!! From the first time I called Five Star to make an appointment until 3 days later that I picked up my car I dealt with Sherry!!! She was GREAT!! Very helpful and very knowledgeable. She is the best Service person I have ever dealt with!!! Every dealership needs a Sherry!!!
The customer service was good and the sales manager was nice. I felt like I got a good deal! The only negative I have is the interior of the car we bought was not the cleanest. We even found an old car insurance card in the floor board, so whoever cleans the cars should tighten up the interior better. And because they only had one finance manager, the process was slowed down significantly.

I have no complaints. The service associate (Sherry) was a tremendous help to me because she helped me get on the payment program so that I could get the repairs I need on my 2014 Altima. Also. My experience with the service department was very poor. I went to have four services done on my vehicle. Only half the services were done. Also I came in with a hole in my tire and I left with that same hole in my tire. I was not told that the tire was not repaired. Therefore it left me stranded on the highway after leaving the service department. Several calls were made and messages were left. But only when I asked to speak to a manager, I then was able to talk to Teresa. This is when Teresa informed me of the services that were not done. And she did not know the tire was not repaired.In addition, I purchased the service plan when I purchased my vehicle. That was very misleading. It was explained that the service plan will take care of all services needed. And I quickly found out that was not true. So I canceled that service plan.The sales person (Jared) who helped with my purchase was wonderful. But the other services were horrible.

Do Not waste your time. Worst experience ever, no help, no communication. I had to find my own vehicle and when I did, it was sold from under me. 🤨Now that Ive had service at the repair shop I can tell you there is deceit behind the Tech Guys smile. They charged me $169 for a diagnostic stating I had bad gas. The Atlanta Fuel & Measures says the gas i have been purchasing is OKAY and my vehicle could not have had bad gas. See this is what they do to women because you arent in the back watching their every move. Im Tired of This Issue In Albany with Dealerships and Mechanics
I was not happy about my recent visit as I frequent this establishment often for service. I had two to three coupons for oil change, tire rotation and wiper blades. I was informed by Steven the service associate who checked me in that I was unable to use the coupons initially. After about an hour and one half of waiting, he then tells me I could use the coupons. Of course, after waiting all this time I did not want to wait and any additional hours. I informed him he could have told me that I could use them upon my arrival. I just thought the oil change and tire rotation should be together. That is my prior experience at other dealerships. So that’s my story and my dissatisfaction.
The buying experience with Bert Alfred was enjoyable. He was personable, honest and respectful. Everything Bert said he would do, he did. I am very happy with my purchase and with Bert Alfred. I would most definitely recommend others to see him for a positive buying experience.
Jackie is wonderful there! She met me when I pulled up on the lot back in February and she had the best personality. When I finally decided to make the purchase for the car I had been wanting for over 2 months, she was right there waiting and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I called Five Star at the last minute while I was shopping in Dawson. Sherry Cox answered my call and set me up with an appointment right away. She greeted me when I got to the dealership and started my service immediately. Sherry sent me a text message to let me know how to reach her if I needed anything while I was waiting. My service was done quickly and my car was washed when it was returned. Sherry and her staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Ms.Jackie and Ms.Anna were great! Also the finance manager I went to look and explore my options ended up leaving with a nice vehicle with air.Summer 2021 just became a bit cooler for me and my baby. They didnt stop until my needs were met and I was able to get in a suv.It was a speedy and nice experience and I love my vehicle!
Pat and I went down from Perry, GA. We were regreting going to the dealership. We were supposed to meet a different sales Person but we were taken care of by Martin Mathias. All questions that we had about the car and questionable charges Were taken care of before went into the finance office. We were taken care of by Tyrone Hall the finance manager. It was a pretty long process but we finally signed for the car and drove it home that day!!!
Sadly our experience was not great at this dealership. We drove several hours to look at a used vehicle. The initial sales person was great and the car was very much as advertised. Unfortunately, when it came to valuing our trade in and the actual numbers the wheels fell off the wagon.Our car KBBs at 8-9k for trade in and 9-10.5k private party. We were initially offered 3.2k. They also advertised online that the doc fee was already priced in to the sticker but it was added again on the bottom total. Also, there were a litany of other charges (window tinting, permaguard, warranty) already added in which I was told were options. After telling the sales rep I wouldnt do the trade in for that or the options they magically made our trade in offer 7.4k.I was then directed to the sales manager. When we went back through the numbers I was told that the permaguard was already done and they had to be paid for it meaning the car was actually $600 more than what was listed (nevermind that I never got an answer on the doubled DOC fees). In the end when I went to leave he wouldnt let me keep the offer sheet or take a picture but assured me that I could write that number in stone if I were to return.It was all very disappointing because the initial sales person was great, the car looked great, and the rest of the staff was very nice. That said, Id be certain you read all the paperwork and know the worth of your trade in before you go here.Updated 9/9/21Below this youll see where John asked me to contact him to understand my concerns. I had a phone call with John yesterday already to address my concerns.When I was contacted John attempted to act like someone else had given me a bad quote on my trade in. Unfortunately, I remember his voice and reminded him that it was him not another person who had spoken with me.With that charade out of the way he tried to back up and say that really they dont quote cars they havent seen. That would have made perfect sense except theyre the ones who wanted to do the quote to begin with. I told him I would have understood either a moderate quote or none at all until I brought the vehicle in BUT that isnt what happened. I also received no clarity on the double DOC fee or why he tried to make me pay for permaguard which wasnt in his listed price.In the end he offered to remove the permaguard charge if I would take this review down. The call was centered on taking my bad review down not on actually understanding the issues with his sales tactics. To be clear, I havent bought this car and I dont need or want a reduction in price.Below youll see photos of a portion of the offer sheet and the paragraph online about how the listed priced already included the DOC fee. On the offer sheet youll see the listed price (including DOC fee), the extras (tinting, warranty, permaguard) and then my scratched out trade in (you can take the 18k total and subtract from the 15k number to see what the trade in was) and then tax, tag, and the DOC fee AGAIN (which is why the car was 16k plus the DOC fee online).Again, my sales lady Jackie was great and the car was great but John has a lot to learn about dealing with customers who cant be swindled easily.

I think it helps establish and keep a consistently good quality of service for myself and the car!
Sherry was great. Ordered my part. Called me like she said she would and got me in and out. Great service I already reviewed this place for warranty work which I have no complaint but watch out if you only need service work like a simple oil change and tire rotation. There are too many places now that offer that service for free just happy to have you as a customer.
Valarie was recommended to me by someone else. She is a magnificent sales associate. She super exceeded my expectations. She was very friendly, personal and professional. While the process took a long time, she made sure I was comfortable and updated on everything within the process. I would recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely amazing. They did everything thing they could and more. When I went to other places they couldn’t do anything they told me it would take time and they couldn’t get my payment where I wanted but FIVE STAR NISSAN OF ALBANY DID EVERYTHING I AKSED FOR AND MORE! Highly recommend.
Sherrie, the service person I deal with is always informative & lets me know exactly what needs to be done for my servicing. She also ensures I receive my military discount & calls me when my car is ready. In the past when I needed to leave my car over night, she ensured I had a nice vehicle to drive. She is a real Superstar!

I went in on yesterday for my vehicle’s first service since I’m purchased back in March. The team was phenomenal!! My service advisor Sherry, was A-1!! They have technology at 5-Star where they text updates to the customer during their wait. Sherry was fantastic. She kept me up to date during the entire process. The service was quick and every team member that I came into contact with was friendly. I will definitely be returning here for all future service on my vehicle.
I was honestly some what nervous when I walked in, but I can tell you it is nothing but good energy with Five Star Nissan. Personally I am the new owner of a 2020 Nissan Versa, and if it wasn’t for my sales person Jackie I never would have know what to do or how to do it. I was recommended to Five Star and now I recommend my friends to go there. They have amazing cars and excellent customers service.
The moment MICHAEL and I walked up, Warren greeted us and asked us was we looking for anyone in particular, we answered no, so he politely walked us to his desk and went over his role and how he will help us today. Today went very well, and he also provided great customer service. I will recommend anyone to him, so they will feel how we felt on this day. This experience was better than the last one since the other guy left and went to another dealership. The manager still doesn’t follow up with customers and their concerns so that’s upsetting as it shows he doesn’t care what customers think. Both of the ladies in the service area are nice and helpful but the guy who handled my service seems stand offish or maybe he is afraid to interact with people. He was very short and wasn’t able to explain my bill. Also, the company should not send out false advertising to lure in customers. This facility doesn’t have a car wash, but it’s advertised as it does.
Sherry is a good person. She is always there when I call for car questions. She has a beautiful attitude and I absolutely loved her to death. My husband loves her and loves her taken care of us. I want to bottle her up and take her home with me and bring her back every time I need service. Love Love love her. She understands the struggles that we all go through. She is an absolutely wonderful person. Go see her if you need service
Was all set to test drive a car, my credit is shaky, I was upfront about that. Had an appointment with a lady, drove an hour to get there and she was a no-show and nobody knew I was coming. Needless to say because I already have a car loan I cant get another because people do those things to let the old one go back. FYI my car is perfect. Needed one for my daughter
There are some great people that work there but the general manager John Scinto is a lying incompetent,no good, P.O.S. He is new in this job and is not able to do it. His ego wont allow him to ask for help and he is running the dealership into the ground. I would avoid the place until they get competent help like Woody Givens. Beware while he is there.
My experience with Nissan of Albany was completely fantastic from beginning to ending. Ms. Sherry is one of the nicest and knowledgeable service reps ever. I mean she is the best! I came into Nissan terrified that the costs were gonna be astronomical and worried about what results I was gonna get regarding my Nissans health and she alleviated all worries! I am highly impressed. She is the true definition of “ GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE”!

My experience was wonderful until they took forever to service the vehicle i purchased and then kept giving me the run around so i rated them a 3 i where is my vehicleeee???? they have me riding on a loaner that is wayyyyyy to small DO BETTER 5 star more like 3 star!!!!!!!
I called to get a price for two tires because on my last visit, the dealership stated I needed to replace my two front tires and the back tires were fine. I called three times for quote/questions. I was told two different prices for the alignment. When I arrived, I told the guy the prices and tires I was quoted for. A little while later, I received a text stating the wires were showing in the back tires and that they needed replacing also. They sent me pictures. It was not obvious in the pictures that it was the rear tire. I was suspect because I was told the back tires were fine during my last visit. But to be on the safe side, I told them to replace all four tires. When I arrived to pick up my car, I wanted confirmation that the tires I was quoted for were the ones put on my car. The guy in service tried to tell me about his BMW and his tires but I didnt see the relevance to my situation. He had the other guy walk me to my car to show me the tire brand. I discovered they put a different tire on my car. After further investigation, the tire was a lower performing tire. I asked them to put the tires that I was quoted for on my car. They obliged. Somewhere in the two hour wait, I saw several signs with buy 3 get 1 for a dollar (I have pictures). I asked the guy at the counter if it was a better deal for me to get one of the brands listed on the promotion. The guy said the promotion was expired. I asked if they were going to honor it since they were still advertising it. He said no but gave me a card for a free oil change. I asked to speak to the GM. Someone else came and asked if they could assist me. I explained the situation/inconvenience/false-advertising/perceived deception/lack of customer service to him. He said he would relay it to the GM and the GM should give me a call the next day. That was three days ago. I have yet to receive a phone call with any follow up. This has been the worst experience thus far at this dealership. I am very disappointed by the lack of concern, poor customer service, and false advertising.
Its always a pleasurable experience visiting this location. Clean, friendly and very professional atmosphere. Everyone is always cheery and helpful. Jermaine was excellent! He was honest, informative, and patient with me. I have had a hard time looking for a vehicle, and Jermaine took his time with helping me find a great deal, as well as not pressuring me with my purchase. I have always been very skeptical of the car buying experience, but I wont ever have that problem ever again as long as I know Jermaine is helping me! Took my 2020 Nissan Murano for the first service at 5 Star Nissan in Albany Georgia. The staff was very professional and on point. They kept me in the loop of what was going on step by step through text messaging. The wait wasn’t very long and I received 5 Star service from Service Manager Steve. To top things off I received a first time VP Good which meant I didn’t have to pay ANYTHING. WOW Awesome. Ive had 50 years of experiences with various dealerships and their service department staff. Not many of them have been all that good.But I can honestly say that working with Sherry Cox in Five Star Nissans service department has been just terrific.She answers questions quickly and completely and has never tried to blow smoke, as they say. She gave me a number to text to stay in touch with and even answered a question when she was on a break from jury duty!But the best thing Sherry did for us is to listen to our problem of getting a car repaired in time for our son to drive from Albany, where he attends ASU, to our home in Florida for his one-week spring break and helped make it happen. It was replacing a transmission, not a simple thing.If every car dealership had someone like Sherry in their service department, they would all have much better reputations. I worked with Jarrett Jones he made me feel like Ive known him for years we laughed and joke, he made my experience great. I first shopped online found the car I wanted and did the inquiry. Jarrett text me right away and introduce himself and answer any questions I had. When I got the the dealership he already had the car that I was interested in park out front for me. He never tried to up sale me or put me into a car I didnt want. He let me take my time and make sure the car I chose was the right fit for me. The car that I chose needed some paint on the door and a sit stitch up he got right on it, he got me an appointment to have it fix and made sure that I would have a loner car for the day I would recommend anyone that is in the market for a car to go see Jarrett you will not regret it.

WARNING!!I spent three weeks waiting on this dealership to locate me a vehicle, but for nought. I finally located one on line and asked the general manager to purchase it for me.When I received the bill of sale I noticed that the price was different than the one on line by an increase of $2000.I questioned the GM about the difference and he told me the increase was due to extra taxes the other dealership was charging him. Nevertheless, I took him at his word and paid for the vehicle in full with a trade. After much prayer and meditation, I spoke with the GM again and told him that I didnt have peace with the deal and to be honest with me. A few days later I called the other dealership to verify what the GM told me to only find out he had fabricated the story to pad his pocket.There were no extra taxes, fees or any other upcharge.It was a blatant act of BAIT AND SWITCH.After I shared my findings with him he AGAIN tried to justify it with paying the salesman, detail work, delivery, etc... but I didnt buy that lie either. This guy displayed no sense of regret or remorse and was determined to undermine me because of his greed. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!Finally, I requested my check and car back and made a vow to never return or recommend them to anyone.THE BIBLE TELLS US THAT WARNING COMES BEFORE DISTRUCTION!.
Five Star is a great name for this dealership. Jeffery was a pleasant and knowledgeable salesperson. He was able to teach me how to use all the amazing components of my new Pathfinder and helped me get a great deal too. Greg did a great job getting the financing component completed and it took less time than I expected to complete the purchase. I love the new Pathfinder and look forward to working with Nissan in the future.Fast forward a few years and I still love this place place! The service department is so easy to work with. Sherrie makes you feel like family and always makes sure your visit is pleasant. I would give a 6th star if I could!

A brake light switch wore out on our old SUV so we were unable to safely drive the vehicle. Brought the vehicle to Five Star Nissan, and in less than 30 minutes the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. Always fantastic service from this dealership. This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. I would urge you to take your business elsewhere at all costs!! We were forced by Nissan roadside assistance to have our vehicle towed and serviced at this dealership and it’s been the worst experience I could ever imagine. We have always had quality service from our local dealership in LaGrange and it is mind blowing how different Five Star Nissan treats and speaks to their consumers. During the process of our vehicle being transferred/repaired our windshield of our Titan was broken. They have lied, covered up, and what appears to be falsified a document to weasel their way out of replacing the windshield. The worst of it is the way in which staff members speak to you when you draw attention to the fact that the different departments stories do not align. Consumer affairs representative, Albert “Bert” Alfred and executive sales manager Jason Morgan have been two of the worst employees to communicate with. They do not have their clients best interests in mind and will do anything to place blame on the consumer or another party. They are dodgy and will do anything to avoid addressing whatever matter you bring forward. They try to hide things and then when are confronted with the truth they back peddle and lie. I have filed a complaint with the bureau of better business which will be made public should anyone desire more details on our exact experience with this business.

2022-04-06I had a bad experience with oil change!! I have bought both brand new and almost new cars up to 6 vehicles between 2010 till date from Nissan of Albany, HONESTLY GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH SALES GUYS!!!My experience with service dept. was bad, I took my 2019 Mercedes Benz for Oil Change, the car was in perfect condition, just about time for oil change that is all, to my surprised the oil was drained, and NO oil was replaced. I did not know since I dont drive the car so much, until after 2 weeks later on a 3hours journey, the car indicated NO ENGINE OIL I SHOULD STOP AT NEAREST FUEL STATION.NO OIL AT ALL THE ENGINE WAS EXTREMELY HOT!! Service manager proved that it was not there fault that I had been driven the car for some miles instead of taken the full responsibility to address the situation and apologized for what was wrong!! Anyway he did another oil changed!! As a result of this, the car was faulty and I never had any issue ever before it cost me some money out of my personal pocket to fixed it somewhere else!! Please be aware of Oil Change at Nissan of Albany!! check your oil before you leave if you choose to use them!!!(see the attached picture)

2022-04-14From the moment that I first arrived, the staff was so welcoming and helpful. They made me feel right at home and comfortable enough to express my needs and wants in a vehicle. My salesman, Mr. Myron listened to everything I said and found the exact vehicle I wanted and was able to offer me a reasonable price. His brother, Mr. Daniel, also helped me. The manager also showed me an example of what my car would be like and they all explained everything about the deal and purchase in detail. The service was timely and well organized. The financial team was also very thorough and made sure to give me a breakdown of my purchase. They told me that I would like my brand new vehicle once it arrived. Not only did I like it, but I love it. I definitely would recommend Five Star Nissan in Albany without hesitation.

2022-06-30Ashley began my experience with a text, then had Kris assist me once I arrived. Kris was EXCELLENT! He took me through everything. I was so awesomely shocked as they had listened to exactly what I wanted to do! Kris had me meet his Manager,John. He was very nice and super easy to work with also. Because of the great service, I was able to leave same day in my new 2019 Armada. The deal I got on my trade was unbelievably perfect. Tyrone, the Financial Manager, is another wonderful person who helped me. Thank you to the whole team...especially Kris Starnes.

2022-06-03I knew what I wanted and DEVON made it happen! I wasnt in there long at all. They didnt have what I wanted on the lot so I had to wait a few days to get it but, they put me in a nice ride till mine got here! I am a cosmetologist and am i come in contact with people on a daily . I talked so highly about my experience that someone went within a month and purchased the same vehicle! I truly enjoyed my experience at the dealership. I have purchased a few vehicles over my life but this is by far the best car buying experience Ive had thus far! Thank you DEVON. 2022-06-04Theyre okay. My wife has used them a few times and not overly impressed, but theyll fix your vehicle when its said and done. Dont expect a call back, however. They didnt return my call.
