I went to Fleet Feet for the first time and it definitely won’t be the last. Dillon was very knowledgeable and showed great care and attention to what I was looking for. Highly recommend going to see him for the perfect shoe fit!
Staff are very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. This store is military friendly as well. I buy all my running shoes from here and have never regretted a purchase.
I have plantar fasciitis, so when I walk my heals and ankles hurt really bad. I needed a sneaker with a thick sole and I knew Fleet Feet was the place to go. The service is great and they have a great selection of specialized running and walking sneakers. I feel like im walking on a cloud now thanks to my Hokas.
The clerk that was assigned to me was very personable. I have plantar fascitis on both feet. Walking is painful. However with the cost of arch supports and socks I think a better investment would be to see a podiatrist rather than moving ahead than to purchase a pair of sneakers that are at least $200 and not be certain it is the correct solution.Updated July 2, 2022. I went to aee a podiatrist this week. Do NOT purchase sneakers and orthotic inserts without seeing a podiatrist first!! Thankfully I did NOT purchase the HOKA sneakers which were about $160!! I did essentially throw away about $50 for Fleet Feet orthotics that did NOT help and a special pair of plantar fasciitis socks that were about $16!! My podiatrist told me firsthand that he had recently purchased HOKA sneakers and in three weeks they fell completely apart. I did much better on klmy own researching to the internet and purchased a pair of Nike Air Max SC womens from Academy Sports. We got a military discount and were out the door with tax included for $83. Later found the same shoe at Rack Room for $49. It pays to look around!! I have plantar fascitis ok both of feet and am in hell. Best thing is go to a podiatrist immediately!!!
Fleet Feet is a retailer that knows how to treat their customers. I actually look forward to going in there, and I don’t like to shop anywhere. I won’t buy running shoes anywhere else. Military discount is also a plus!

Best experience I have ever had buying shoes. Had my feet scanned and was given 3 options based on my scan. Kade was super helpful and I walked away with shoes that I love and fit me perfectly.
I went to buy new running shoes and Lara helped us. She listened to my needs and chose 4 different brands of shoes for me to try out. While I tried them on, she explained what each she offered me as a runner. She also shared tips for training in my XC off season. She let me know about the sales and additional products in the store that may be helpful, but without making me feel pressured. Her service and knowledge are exceptional!!
FANTASTIC SERVICE! I purchased $$$ shoes from a big box store and they were killing my feet, so I decided to try fleet feet and I’m super glad I did. Karen asked me tons of questions about previous shoes I liked and disliked, did the diagnostic and pulled a few different pairs for me. I tried them all on, taking them each for a test run, and ended up going with the first pair in the stack. She was so patient during this process, and very personable. I never felt like I was bothering her/taking too long/asking too many questions. I went on my first run with them today and they really made a world of difference. I will definitely be back!
Awesome experience buying shoes here! Used their FIT ID service to determine the right type of shoe based on my feet. The owner actually waited on me, my wife, and two friends who tagged along, and we all walked out with brand new kicks!

My physical therapist sent me here for some shoes. The man who helped me was excellent they measure your feet they have you walk on a special scale that reads your feet and read your gait. Take the time to explain everything about The results of the test and help you find a shoe that will be perfect for you. Very patient and excellent service and excellent return policy. Extremely happy with my experience there.

Great place to go if you have issues with your feet and need to find the right shoes to fit your needs. The lady, I believe her name was Annette was super friendly and soooo sweet. She was very knowledgeable about my feet and attentive to my needs. I would like to have her as my foot specialist when i go back again. I am definitely going back for another pair of shoes. The shoes are high priced (if you are cheap like me), but well worth it for my flat feet.

They have a ton of options and their staff really know what theyre talking about.If you really dont know what you need, they can do a 3D scan of your feet and analyze your walk pattern to help determine the right kind of shoe for you.

I was so excited to finally get properly sized for shoes! I’m just starting out on a Couch to 5k program and knew that the right shoes are critical. I’m new to this and running shoes aren’t cheap so I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. They offered to put them on a three day hold while I was out of town. I excitedly showed up the store shortly after opening on day 3 of my hold. I wasn’t very happy when I learned that they’d sold my shoes!!!! I have a wide foot which is tough to fit. It looks like I’m spending the rest of the day trying to find the shoes so I can begin the program that I’ve already paid for. VERY disappointed!! :-(
These guys spent half an hour helping me find the proper fit for my feet! And they did not try to sell me on anything I didnt need. Also, if the shoes dont work for you, you have 60 days to return them!

Annette did an amazing job helping me find the right pair of shoes. Listened to all my concerns, helped find my size, and brought out some options. On top of that Annette, plus the rest of the staff were beyond friendly. The store has some of the best covid policies I have seen. Got a great pair of shoes at a great price. This place was very busy! It seems it needs to be at least twice as big as it is. Cant even walk around the room to try shoes due to too many people in too little space. Hopefully next visit will be better.
My fiance and I experienced the best costumer service ever when we came into the store on Monday 6/17/19 around 5 pm. The store was decently busy, but the employee still gave us his full attention to helping us new runners figure out which shoes we needed. Hunter was so friendly and informative, and we both appreciated how he made us feel comfortable and excited to run in our new shoes! His customer service skills were exceptional! This is definitely the perfect place to go when you dont know much about running shoes or which ones are best for your feet!
I love my shoes and the fit. The price is comparable with options to earn store credit (rewards) too. They even have the option of ordering ones you want if not available in the store in your size to be shipped to you free. Cathy M. spent a lot of her time and expertise helping me select the best shoes for my feet and how I was going to use them. She is very patient, kind and knowledgeable! However, everyone I have worked with at Fleet Feet Sports Augusta has been great, you cant go wrong here!

You have some of the best customer service Ive had the pleasure of experiencing! I was greeted immediately upon arrival and made to feel like the salesperson, Erik, cared about my preferences and my feet. The shop started to get busy and he let each know someone would be with them as soon as possible but did not rush my selection. This was my first time in your establishment but definitely wont be my last. I was assured if there were any problems with the shoes they would make it good by exchange or refund. The shoes are high quality to match the customer service and Im glad I followed up on the recommendation.

I had a fantastic experience at Feet Fleet. Ive been having issues with my running shoes for years causing my toes to bleed even though Ive tried many types of shoes over the years. This was the first store where I felt they gave my issues all their attention and really went above my expectations with finding the perfect shoe fit for me. Ive already told several friends they have to come here. Im excited to go running again and enjoy my new shoes.
I went to Fleet Feet because I had signed up for my first half marathon but knew I needed shoes but had no idea what kind. Polly ended up being super helpful! She asked insightful questions to understand what kind of shoe I needed. All 3 pairs she recommended were great. She wasn’t pushy or aggressively trying to make a sale which was super nice. I’d highly advise checking out Fleet Feet as I’m sure the rest of the staff is as good as Polly. I’m definitely getting my next pair of shoes from there!
Love, love, loved the legendary customer service provided to us from Polly, as our assigned foot specialist, and also Nick and Emily. Polly made sure I had foot scan and had the opportunity to try on new products which were suited for my feet and tendency to slightly internally rotate my foot when walking. (Who knew? ) Then after a solid hour - I selected 2 pair of shoes and felt well informed to navigate the next purchase in 6 months - rather than waiting 3 more years to purchase new shoes. We will absolutely go to Fleet Feet and have already told 2 friends! Thanks again for a great experience. Shout out to Tim Hagen ( personal trainer from Kroc ) who sings the praises of Fleet Feet -and whose recommendation led to our initial visit!
Fantastic experience at Fleet Feet. I visited on a Saturday morning. The store was only allowing a small number of customers at a time. They took our number and called when we were able to enter the store. It was a very short wait. We were assigned an employee who helped us find the perfect shoes. I have been pleased with my purchase and can’t wait to shop here again!
Excellent service ! I requested a shoe that was a new release, they took my name and number and called me when it arrived in my size. I went in and tried it on and picked it up. Got two colors!! Loved the personal attention. I also really appreciated the health care worker discount! I will be wearing these shoes at work and will let everyone know where I bought them!

The service was personalized. I wasnt just another person trying to buy shoes. Brendan took his time getting a proper fit for me. He didnt rush through the process. He never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want or need. He made recommendations for things that would help my feet. I never expected to be so pleased with the service. GREAT!! Best experience Ive ever had when purchasing shoes. My sales person was very knowledgable about what I needed for my foot condition. While she was helping me her only focus was my needs. She didnt sell me shoes, she provided a service to me. I left the store with 3 pairs of shoes, inserts and socks. Im just sorry I dont remember her name.
I was pleasantly surprised at the new things my local fleet feet offers to their customers. The station that scans your feet and gives accurate measurements is really helpful for sitting shoes. I also liked how helpful my attendant, Jane, was. I highly recommend this place for getting fitted to new running shoes.
Staff was very friendly and professional. Measured my feet on a 3d scanner and videoed my step, then recommended shoes for just my type of feet and step. Shoes are great, and less expensive than I thought theyd be, and the staff is way more knowledgeable service than staff in a regular shoe store. In addition, they have a group that runs every week thats open to everyone, regardless of level of running. Overall awesome!

The machine they use is awesome! I have extremely flat feet and trying to find the right shoe for my feet is like looking for one needle in a dozen hay stacks. I didnt have to worry about breaking the shoes in and experience no discomfort. Polly was amazing and super patient! I needed these shoes for my firefighter training and theyre doing wanders! A little more color variation would be nice for those who have extremely flat fleet.
This store has top notch customer service! I called to see if a pair of shoes put up at the front counter so I could just run in and make my purchase - employee put two different colors up for me to choose from! Makes shopping with little kids so much easier; thanks for the accommodation! Employee also took time to look in the back, locate and explain the different color schemes over the phone to me, to help make my decision faster and easier when arriving at the store. Fantastic customer service! Will recommend to everyone looking for shoes or running apparel.Edited to update: after a week of wearing my new shoes, I started to develop knee pain. I had thrown out my receipt and box by this point. I called the store to find out what my options were and they told me to come in and exchanged my shoes without issue. Super helpful reps here. If you need running shoes, this is your absolute best bet. 10 minutes here and I walked away with the most comfortable shoe for my foot and a pair of custom insoles. I highly recommend Fleet Feet of Augusta.
What I loved most was that my experience in the store mirrored what your website said that you offered. Ive found in my shopping experience that it is rarely the case. All Too often there is marketing that draw you in but then fail to deliver. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that that was not the case with Fleet Feet. I was greeted at the door by a staff member who appeared to be happy to be there and happy to help. She listened patiently and I asked questions to assess how to best help me. Next we did the feet analysis testing and she closely watched me watch. We discussed my results, and then she made recommendations. I bought a new pair of running shoes! :-) It was a great experience from beginning to end. I was also given information about the walking and walking clubs that I could participate in and was told about the upcoming run scheduled for the day after Thanksgiving. it was my first visit with Fleet Feet but Im certain it will not be my last.
Customer service that is second to none! I was just going in to see what yall had, as a non serious runner. I didnt want to spend marathoner $$ for a pair that will see less than 10 miles a week. So the young man who helped me was able to get me a good pair that was closeout priced. Thank you for your recognition of our veterans service with your 5% discount. You really wont get nearly the knowledge & service from any other store.UPDATE: 3/2019 Still a great experience. The knowledgeable, and patient, staff are professionals all the way. They listen to your needs, and will work within your budget too. To be honest a good quality running shoe will cost you the same if you were to go to a big box store, so why not get professional care and customer service for that price. They have paid training that you can sign up for if you have a receipt, or goal in mind, and a free fun run they do and encourage everyone to join them. If your in the market for good shoes and want to get the right one the first time stop in you wont regret it. Oh and they have a Military/ Veteran discount too boot. Heck the young lady that helped me even laughed at my dumb dad jokes. Ha

I was very impressed with the extraordinary service and with the foot measurement system. David went above and beyond my expectations, watching how I walked, explaining my foot measurement and helping try on multiple pairs of shoes. My husband needed new running shoes for Army PT and fleet feet was recommended. We were not disappointed. The store was pretty busy but we were created right away. We did have to wait a little while to do the whole shoe fitting process but it wasnt too bad.The process starts by them asking what your looking to do in the shoes and they look at what your using now. I recommend wearing in or bringing your current footwear inserts and all. They look at your wear pattern.Next they bring you over to the foot scanner and go over your results. They then ask you to walk. After all that they pull some shoes. Three pair where pulled for my husband. They explain the features of the shoe and let you walk and run in the shoes to get a feel for them. My husband loved all 3. He picked a pair of New Balance. My husband is a 12 wide and it is hard to find 12 wides in most stores let me tell you. I could tell the keep a good variety of sizes. I cant imagine they wouldnt be able to find a great pair if shoes for anyone.The other reviews are right, the sales staff isnt pushy. They do have you put on a pair of really great socks. The ones he got were Features. They are $16. I imagine in addition to them being great socks, if you for some reason dont find a pair of shoes the socks, which you dont have to buy, covers the time that associate spends with you. There is no charge for the shoe fitting process.They also let him try an insert in one shoe and not in the other. Of course he liked the feel of the insert. They have great products and want to give you everything you need for a great shoe experience. I think youll like everything they show you. The inserts were $50 the shoes where $150. I also got a pair of the features socks. We spent about $220. They do have a military discount. I believe it was 15%.Another thing thats really great is they set up an account for you so they can look up what you bought for the next time you come in.Overall it was a great experience and a must for anyone that hasnt found their perfect pair. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are informed about local running groups. Every customer is greated and assisted.
This was my first time in Fleet Feet after my parents recommended it. Mr. Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about running shoes for my particular foot and running style. Great, friendly, and honest experience that sold me on a pair of NBs.
Best shoe-buying experience I’ve ever had.Grace was patient, helpful, and thorough. She helped me find a perfect set of walking shoes with all the science they had and listened as I filled her in on my injury history, and gave me a ton of options from across brands and the price spectrum.She didn’t even ever once seem annoyed despite that I apologized and thanked her like 50 million times for giving me so much time and effort.Can’t recommend Fleet Feet Augusta enough. I won’t go anywhere else for shoes or running gear as long as I have the choice.
The store representative was very knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all of my questions and gave me extra tips on nutrition and hydration for my runs. I was able to try on different model shoes based on my personal assessment at the store. I was also allowed to run outside while trying on the shoes. I highly recommend this store!

Prices are similar to online stores. Will definitely be coming back here and would recommend for someone looking into a pair running shoes.
Great staff, Cathy McCombs helped me. They didnt have the shoe I wanted in my size so she got the iPad out and ordered it online right there, I should have them soon. I really appreciated the knowledge and help that she gave me. She also told me if there was anything wrong with the pair that I ordered I could bring it back to their store which helped a lot. Try this place I think youll really like it :)

Just bought a new pair of running sneakers from Fleet Feet and the service was amazing. The assistant, I think her name was Gina, spent around an hour and a half measuring my feet, helping me try on different sneakers, and making what I thought were sound recommendations based upon her experience. I am definitely coming back and recommend anyone to visit. Besides for the sneaker and apparel selection, I was also pleasantly surprised by the numerous running accessories they carry, including items to help with minor or reoccurring foot injuries.
So far I have loved all 3 (or has it been 4?) Fleet Feet stores at which I have been a customer. I love the employees knowledge about their shoes and how they fit different feet (doing a fit-test or getting me fitted into the right shoes for my feet) and the guarantee that I can bring them back if I dont like them, even if they are used and dirty. Specifically speaking to this store in Augusta, GA, the employees were friendly and helpful in finding the right shoe for me this time and helping me get it ordered because my size was out of stock, and calling me promptly when it came in and checking me out when I came back to the store.
I received very good customer service at this location. They provided a custom videoing of your gate to determine the best shoe type for your body size and type of walk or gate. This type of service makes you feel better when you spend $100 or more on a pair of shoes. They provided exactly what I expected from an establishment of this type. I would go there again for my next pair of running shoes

Im 68, and have been jogging for about 40 years, so Ive had a lot of experience in running shoe stores. I cant imagine a better experience shopping for new running shoes than the one I had at Fleet Feet Sports in Augusta. I presented the young man who assisted me, Pardon Ndhlovu, with a list of my requirements, and asked him about the five shoes I had identified in my own research as possibly best meeting them. The store had all the shoes in stock, in my size. Pardon knew all the shoes inside and out, all the specifications, including pertinent information I had not gathered myself. Also, I had made a dumb mistake in including a couple shoes on my list that were neutral, which he correctly, and gently, indicated were probably not suitable for me. Upon my request, he made a couple more recommendations of shoes that might meet my needs. Those two in fact turned out to be the best fitting shoes for me, and it was one of those I bought. So far, after a couple jogs, Ive been happy with them. Pardon was quite impressive in his knowledge of his inventory, in his understanding of running, and in his patient and pleasant manner in dealing with me as a customer. The next time I want a pair of running shoes, I will contact Pardon. I highly recommend him, and Fleet Feet Sports.
I was able to come in and try on new running shoes. They didnt have what I wanted, but helped me order the pair I wanted/needed. Picked up today and exactly what I was looking for. Great staff and very attentive to customers to make sure you getthe fit for your style and for type.
Highly recommend! I bought some headphones here almost 18 months ago and they broke. I contacted the store and asked them to send me an email copy of my receipt so that I could submit the headphones under warranty to the manufacturer. The manager, Dylan, immediately offered to exchange the headphones for me, stating that it would be a simpler process for me. I live out of state but it took less than a week to receive my brand new replacement headphones. Thank you, Dylan!! If I am ever in the Augusta area again I will definitely bring my business to you!
A friendly environment that is one stop shopping for all your running needs. They can analyze your feet, give you a selection on appropriate running shoes and recommendations as well. They regularly run workshops to educate and help you improve as well. Not to mention they have running clubs that are well worth the cost.

Very helpful staff here. They did a full scan of my feet and my gait and reccomend a bunch of different shoes that would be good fits for me and my running style. They were not pushy or trying to sell me too hard on anything. I got alot of good info and I will be coming back here to make my purchase after I do some more research.
Best part about our local store(Fleet Feet Augusta) is the people. From the owners, Jen and Michael to their super friendly and helpful staff. I buy all my running shoes, clothing and nutrition from FF. They care about the central Savannah river area as a whole and invest in it in many different ways, not just running related. Augusta’s running community is better for having them taking care of us. #teamfleetfeet

Okay, at first I was skeptical about going in. I was greeted at the door and the woman asked what can I help you with before letting us in. It rubbed me wrong, but I did not let that deter me from my mission on getting comfort for my feet. So, she paired me with Jane. Jane is super amazeballs! She has the patience of Job. Very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I like her a lot. Almost wanted to invite her over for pie. (I believe she is British by her accent.) Listening to her took me to a happy place of pie.
I’m an avid runner and have worn the same model of Asics for over 10 years until they recently changed the fit. I went to Fleet Feet where they did an analysis of my feet and recommended a new pair of NB (ones I would’ve never thought to try on), and I can’t believe how comfortable my feet have been during my runs this week!! A HUGE thanks to Hunter and the team at Fleet Feet for changing things up and making my running an even better experience.

Fleet Feet has quality products, but most of all I love the attention the staff gives to its customers in finding the right fit. You just dont find that level of help in shoe stores anymore. Very friendly and dedicated to finding you the perfect match of shoes. Now, keep in mind, if youre going there for a cheap pair of footwear, youre probably better off going somewhere else. They only carry high quality shoes, which usually are a bit steep in price. Fleetfeet is also well known for backing up there products.
The service Jane Montgomery provided was outstanding! She took the time to have me try out several different brands of shoes and was able to steer me towards the right type of shoe based on the wear pattern from my old shoes. I have been wearing the Brooks Ghost series for years and in the end wound up with the Brooks Ghost 9. After having gone for a few runs in the new shoes I couldnt be happier with them. This is the same consistent level of service I have received every time I have gone there. Thanks again!
BEST shoe buying experience Ive ever had... they used their foot-fitting machine and analyzed how I walked and found the best shoe for my running style. I will probably buy another pair of shoes here prior to changing duty stations... HIGHLY recommend!
Very friendly staff. Foot scan technology confirmed many suspicions Ive had about my feet. Quickly found the perfect new shoe and insoles! Pricey, but will definitely be worth it to reduce various pains.
I visited Fleet Feet with my oldest son, for running shoes, and the visit couldnt have went better.First off, they sell running shoes, if you are looking basketball shoes or hiking boots you wont find them. These people are all about running, it is more than a chore or hobby for them, it is their lifestyle, which means they are good at it, and really enjoy helping you learn about running.Secondly, for such a highly specialized shop they are very competitively priced. The salesman talked with my son about how and why he ran, watched his stride and then had him try on about ten pairs of shoes, the two pair he ended up suggesting most strongly were two of the least expensive pairs, so obviously he was pushing the best shoe, not the best commission.After it was over, I looked online out of curiosity, the cheapest I found the same shoes online was about $5 more, considering the service they provided, buying online would be foolish.If you need running shoes in Augusta, go to Fleet Feet.

Clay was very helpful with finding a new pair of running shoes today. The store is clean, has a great selection of running apparel, but could use more variety in shoes. I found the right pair for me but Im used to a wider selection in a running specialty store. The staff all seem to be runners, too, and have great recommendations for improving performance. Highly recommended spot for the Augusta-area runner.

I was amazed at the knowledge that the associate Grace had as it pertains to selecting the right shoe for my needs. Ill never go to a regular shoe store again! She listened to what I needed in a running shoe and took time to make sure I was taken care of.
I went to the store to see about getting a pair of Altra high top running shoes. The older women who waited on me said that they didnt have any which I knew. She informed me that they only had running shoes. I said that on the Internet it said I could get a pair at this point she was very short with me and that she couldnt help me. Didnt offer to order them for me are answer questions about the shoe. Needless to say I guess will order on line from now on and recommend my clients do as well even if they try them on in the store. Im pretty sure Fleet Feet is a franchise. What ever happened to serving the customer.
My honey heard about this place after inquiring about where he could find insoles for his work boots. Cant remember the guys name who assisted us during our visit, but he was knowledgeable and friendly. The store has a great selection of fitness hear. Very clean and organized. My honey and his feet are grateful to have found this place.
This was our first experience. We purchased shoes and socks for our Beginner 5K program. We are completely satisfied with both products that each of us purchased. The team that helped us were great. Everyone at the Augusta store is extremely helpful, nice, and professional.
The personnel are always so helpful. The first time I went I had an analysis of my feet and how I walked, etc. They helped me pick out the Asics that I now buy every time I need new running shoes. Love the merchandise and enjoy the discount I receive on my next purchase.
Had a great experience here. I was able to do the digital scan which showed me areas of my feet that needed support. They offered a good variety in regards to shoe selection and inserts.

For those that need good gear for running or walking, this is THE best store in the CSRA.The owners are active runners and have turned their passion into a knowledgeable retail resource.They carry a wide line of shoes specifically designed for running and will help determine the best type of shoe for daily jogs, marathons or just comfortable sneakers for those on their feet all day.Highly recommended. If youre looking for shoes for other sports I would go elsewhere, since they do focus on really just runners and walkers.

Great service and selection of shoes, socks, shorts, GU, shirts, and other running things to choose from. The store also has a 3D foot scan that can measure your feet to help better identify what type of shoe you should be wearing. This store also does a lot for the community in terms of helping people get ready for certain runs like Augustas half marathon.
Good selection of products, great service, helpful and friendly. You can tell the owners and employees care about helping people achieve their goals and improve their fitness. Not only is it a good shopping experience but they offer training programs and free monthly runs. Its a great way to get advice and help from the staff and fellow runners.

The associate took the time to work with me on finding the right pair of shoes. She listened to what I had to say. After using the scanning machine she explained the scan and was able to find the right pair of shoes. She was also friendly.

Fleet Feet helped us find the perfect running shoe for my daughter. They were very patient and she tried on several pairs of running shoes. I went to Fleet Feet today and had an amazing experience! I am kind of a new runner and training for a 5k. Sunday, August 31st, was our first time in the store, as we just moved to the Augusta area. I was badly in need of running shoes after increasing my mileage. The staff was remarkably helpful! My husband and I left with exactly what we needed and information on the local running community. Well be back!
Wide variety of quality shoes. The service is really good. They actually fit you with shoes, just like shoe salesmen did back in the day. The shoes are expensive but if you run or do another sport, they are worth it.

I am very impressed with the level of detail the foot analysis gave. I have had bad feet all my life due to fallen arches and short metatarsal bones but these Brooks feel AMAZING. Adriana had the best recommendations and explained the process very well.
Fleet Feet made me feel comfortable that I could come back and try out other shoes if the ones I bought were not working for me. It turned out that the first two pairs of Brooks did not work out for me due to the toe box size, the third pair I am trying out (Saucony) seemed to work well but I am resting assured that I can always come back within 30 days of trying it out if there is a problem.

They hooked me up with my first pair of running shoes in 7th grade and they kept me from getting injured during my first season of cross country. That allowed me to go back season after season until I got all of South Aikens middle distance records. I owe them a lot for enabling me to run my best. Great store and staff!

2022-04-08The selection of shoes is incredible and the staff know their stuff. I needed a new pair of tennis shoes for my bf who does all the things and I gave them a list of his day-to-day. They immediately suggested several options, identifying the pros and cons of each and said I could bring them back in 60 days if he wasnt satisfied. I usually shop online for these things but, Im officially a Fleet Feet customer for life now!!

2022-02-17I went in to get my feet 3D mapped since Ive had back surgery and shoes are not my friend. I ended up exchanging the first pair of shoes I bought though due to them just not feeling as comfortable and fitting as well as in the store. All the staff was super kind and the exchange process was super easy. It was a great overall experience. Ill definitely be back and Im telling everyone this is where they need to go for shoes!

2022-02-12I went based on many recommendations from friends and family. I know I needed their expertise in finding shoes that actually were supportive of my feet. I went into the store, and was helped immediately by Kade. We proceeded to do a virtual scan and analyzed my feet and stride. I wasnt surprised that my feet arent the same size - makes total sense! He brought out several different options along with insoles to help the overall fit. I love my new shoes and I literally spent maybe 20-25 minutes to get a personalized fit - it was great. I am very impressed, and will continue to return!

2022-08-22Super busy place, but we had an appointment and were helped immediately. The staff member that helped us was super helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I both did the walking test and feet analysis and were able to see what shoes would fit us best. We ended up not buying in store because they were out of stock in the color I wanted, but we were able to order online to get exactly what we needed. The store was busy but there was plenty of staff to help everyone. Definitely recommend if you have problems finding the right shoes and need some guidance!

2022-04-04I moved to town recently and needed a new pair of running shoes. The sales associate did a great job of giving me a comprehensive profile of my foot and recommending several pairs to me. They also told me about several running paths in the local area. Since Im new, this was definitely very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for any running shoe needs!

2022-08-17Went in to just basically try on a pair of shoes that was recommended by a friend and left there with a new friend. Anna was so helpful and knowledgeable about the difference in specific shoes and how one does this and that shoe would do this. I definitely would recommend ANYONE suffering from plantar fasciitis go see Anna, shell definitely take care of you!
