Great running shoes! Fleet Feet has professional, knowledgeable staff. They were very helpful and helped me get just what I needed. You may have to wait a little for someone to help you, but it is worth it. The staff spends time with each customer to make sure each person gets exactly what is best for them.
Hands down the best shoe store I have been to. I never thought shoes could change my life. The foot ID machine is definitely not a scam and provides you with accurate information about your feet to give you the best shoes possible. 10/10 ask for Travis.
Go see Dominic, tell him what youre looking for in a shoe and he will match you perfectly. He was kind, patient and very helpful. I found him to be very respectful and honest. Go see him for expertly made shoes. Definitely coming back.
The sale lady that helped us out on Sunday was absolutely great. I brought a friend of mine that trusted that I knew how great Fleet Feet Sports was and the sales lady knocked it out of the ball park so to speak. She stayed focused on my friend even though there were other customers walking in and only two sale people there. I couldnt be happier and my friend is in love with his new socks and shoes. Thank you Fleet Feet Sports and especially to the lady (I dont remember her name) that helped us out. You Rock!!!
They were very friendly and helpful. The store has a 3D scanner that takes a picture of your feet to help you find the perfect shoe. Hayley made me feel like royalty helping me try on every pair. It was worth the price for the excellent service I was provided
I was in the store for over 30 minutes before I got helped. they overcharged me for these wish.com shoes on top of that they only included 1 shoe IN THE BOX. Wasnt even a pair... Never coming here again and I wouldnt go there unless you enjoy getting robbed.
I recently went to Fleet Feet to get some new shoes for walking and exercising. The person who assisted me was very helpful and worked to ensure that I not only got shoes that fit me perfectly but I also got shoes that I like aesthetically.I wanted the wildest shoe they had in the make and style that fit and I got what I wanted. The staff (Heather and a gentleman were working) at Fleet Feet in Johns Creek were incredibly helpful. Heather was patient and took her time in helping me to pick out a great pair of shoes that is suitable for my needs. The gentleman had great advice too.
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis (inflammation of the heel due to being severely flat footed) and was recommended Fleet Feet by my colleagues in the medical field. I was assisted by Rachel who did a phenomenal job of both fitting me with a great pare of shoes, inserts, and a night brace to correct my problem, but also made me feel like she was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. Truly great customer service, professionalism and kindness. I can honestly say I have been pain free since I left! Im telling everybody about you guys! Good on ya!
Id been having knee problems from daily running, and it turns out it was mostly in the shoes. Nikolai immediately noted that being a forefoot runner, regular running shoes wouldnt do it for me, and identified shoes that have made a really immediate difference in endurance while seemingly resolving my knee problem. I really appreciated that he didnt make any effort to upsell me, pointing out that some of the shoes that were on sale might work well for me. Great customer service, and Ive already recommended this location to several acquaintances. I couldnt be happier.
Happy feet are so vital to quality of life. I grilled Joe about his knowledge on foot anatomy and felt like he really understood my specific foot needs. He made recommendations based on my specific needs that are truly reflected in the comfortable wear-ability of my new shoes...from my feet through my knees and hips. I walked all around the Champions golf tournament in them...no telling how many times my husband heard me say these shoes are so comfortable! Thanks, Joe!

They are now open Sunday! Thankfully because I had to be out here from Roswell on Mothers Day. My chiropractor asked me to come to Fleet Feet and get fitted as I pronate, and have weak ankles. Obvious to me this has been an aspect keeping me from achieving many basic yoga balance poses such a tree pose.Sara(h) is an angel, kindly answering all my questions and explaining everything.

2022-01-26Dom helped me get fitted for my first pair of running shoes. I had more than a few questions about running and their shoes. I didnt realize the hundreds of different running shoes available that varied in material and construction, felt overwhelming, to say the least.Dom was not only friendly but also knowledgeable about the products at Fleetfeet. He gave me a few recommendations based on my foots construction and walking pattern, and with his help, I was able to purchase my first running shoe. My wife and I will be back to get her first pair of running shoes soon. Thanks Dom!

2022-02-20I made my second trip to Fleet Feet - Johns Creek (Fleet Feet - Duluth) in need of a better quality walking shoe. I really committed myself to walking four years ago and just did low-price/good review shoes off of Amazon.Well, it was finally time to up my game, get a shoe that really meets my needs and a pair fitted by a professional. My wife had been to this store before and told me I would love the result. She was spot on.I was waited on by Joe Braley - Owner. Joe measured my foot, took a 3-D impression, explained the particulars of how my feet hit the ground and more. He had me try on four pairs and we discussed the pros and cons of each until I selected the one that felt perfect.Joe was wonderful! Because of the personal service and storefront location I was expecting, and willing to pay, a higher price than online but I was pleasantly surprised.The cost of my new walking shoes was the same as what I found online…PLUS I got wonderful service. 2022-05-15Even though we live several hours away, the Johns Creek Fleet Feet will be our athletic shoe store of choice. We received excellent customer service. The staff (older lady and young guy in training) took time to measure our feet with their 3D scanner and walking platform, then explained with visual graphics how our feet were aligned and where the pressure points were. They listened to our health/feet issues and recommended the best shoe based on our individual needs/assessment. They were friendly and took there time. My husband purchased a pair of Hokas and we both purchased inserts. I will be calling back as supply chain issues/inventory improve to purchase me another pair of Hokas from Johns Creek Fleet Feet as they offer free shipping. Our daughter lives in the area and we will visit this store again when we visit her next time.

2022-09-21Great people work over here. Came with my mother because we both have patella tendonitis in our knees from overuse. Very scientific in the way they diagnose your issues while also giving you a full panel of statistics you never knew about your feet. 10/10

2022-02-05This location has a great team! I forgot her name but shes the older lady that works there. She was very helpful, and has a lot of knowledge in the products, and shoe-fitting advice. I cant give her credit alone there were a few other guys there that were very helpful as well. The people here are fully invested in their job and not just going through the motions. (Ive worked retail before and its not always the best ) Whoever the manager is here needs to take the team out for dinner because believe me, with a shortage of staff in every industry, you dont want to lose this team. Invest in your team, and the team will go above and beyond in customer service, auditing, stocking, and professionalism. Build that team camaraderie, youll thank me later.

2018-01-20The service is exceptional. They have a 3D scanner to accurately measure size, width and arch. Sales associate took the time to ask what problems I was having with my feet and made suggestions on shoes that would help resolve the issue. He also made suggestions on other things to try to help resolve any discomfort (some purchased solutions and some solutions were not sales oriented). I have never felt sales pressure and they have a generous return policy (use the shoe for 3 months and bring them back if not happy). I recommend the Johns Creek location and will continue to shop here.

2021-11-11You can buy online and save a couple of bucks but for a good fit and invaluable advice, that is where Fleet Feet excels. Your feet and legs which serve you so well deserve the expertise at Fleet Feet. Get measured and have your running analyzed. Try as many shoes as you like. No rush. While you are there, ask about this amazing runners massager they have and the recovery footwear selection. Happy trails!

2018-08-17They have Very knowledgeable staff. They used a fitting device to take 3-D pictures of my feet and analyzed the shape of my feet. Watched how I walked and carefully selected a few pairs for me to try on. I got a pair of perfectly fit Nike shoes at the end! I also brought the inserts they suggested for my left foot to help with my walking / Running. Good place to shop running shoes. They have lots of options here!

2021-10-12I got my first useful pair of running shoes here. This is the ULTIMATE shoe store. You need shoes, theyve got shoes! They scan your feet through a 3D scanner and a pressure plate to find the ideal pair of shoes for you. Theyll probably be expensive, but its very much worth a shot!!!
