This car dealership is just plain awesome. Great people and excellent customer service. This business actually cares about the people and although theyre their to make money, it feels like they care more about the people than the money. Fletchers made purchasing a car easy. I went in on my lunch break and drove off 2 hours later with my SUV. The easiest car purchase Ive made. Great car that I have had for almost a year and a half and will be paying off this year. Its gotten me safely to Louisiana multiple times. They make it easy to get on the road in a safe well running car and youre not paying out of pocket too much. Its all based on what you make. If you are looking for a great car for just yourself or a family vehicle this is the place to go. Me and Ms. Becky( My SUV) are a perfect match. They owners are very personable and will help any way they can. Had one issue dropped my car off and it was fixed faster than it was anticipated. I will make future purchases from them.
If I could rate them a 0 I would. I was told that if I made a payment of 100 and paid the rest the next day that my car would not be repossessed. They promised me it would not. I woke up to my car gone. My baby had to miss her doctor appointment because of this. They are the worst. They do not know how to fix on cars. I sent my car in to have it diagnosed and fixed. They lied and said they fixed it and my car was still running hot so I paid them money for nothing. I definitely would not recommend anyone come here. Tax time is around the corner. Please save your money. Their cars and customer service is terrible.
If they had a 0 thats what I would rate them. Bad customer service ever since Megan left. They do not work with you if you need a day or 2 they say ok them boom the repo people are there taking it away. I let it go and bought a better car somewhere else. The so called mechanic is not a mechanic. STAY away from this place.

I been dealing with Fletcher Auto Sales for a long time now. Its the only place where you dont have to worry about your credit. You just have down payment and your good. Awesome service! And thats despite the fact it was only 1 person working on a busy Saturday. I finalized my first purchase with them today. Now to see how the car holds up.........to be continued..... Update. Dont get a car from here unless you already have the money for everything payment. I got behind 45days. I called on a Tuesday afternoon to find out how far I was behind. They told me and I said I would be there Friday morning with the money. Her exact words were OK thats fine. I wake up Thursday morning my car was gone. Finally talked to someone Thursday evening. They told me the only way I could get my car back was pay the remaining balance of $6000. Needless to say I no longer have a car.
I worked with Roger! He was awesome! However the company is a scam! I promised to leave a good review based off my experience with Roger but I’m a honest person . I purchased a car for my mom because she didn’t have proof of income. Signed my name on the dotted line agreeing to make payments on the car for 2 years . My mom and I had a disagreement and she decided to go back the next week . Tell them that she doesn’t want the car in my name and they took my name off but still wanted to use my source of income to allow her to keep it. Where in the world is this legal. The only way I found out is because my mom told a family member when it was time for us to go get her tag. I reached out to Fletcher and every time I called all I heard was “ can I call u back?”. Nobody has called me so I went and spoke with a lawyer. I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against them now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! It seems great in the beginning. But they are all about doing whatever to make a sale!

Dont buy here save yourself the trouble, first week of purchase I wound up taking the car back at least 4 different times for check engine, they would reset it and it would be back on either the same day or by the next day needless to say they were never able to fix the issue. Told me strait up I would need to take the car somewhere else. The care needed front and back brakes as well as rear rotors plus it had a bad battery. I found this all out in less than a month of having the car. The final straw my pymt for January was due on the 15th yes it was late but not even a month 28dys to be exact I wake up to find the car gone. I had to pay January, plus an extra $150 and then $25 to the tow company appt pickup only. If you buy here guarantee you will be bringing it back for some type of mechanical issue
I was told by my sister and fiance to get my car from here. I dont regret it once, I love my 2009 Kia Borrego. Its been riding smooth since I got it. Megan was a total helper she helped and answered all my questions. Its very family oriented when walking in the door its not a typical car lot where they pressure you into a car, they want you too love it. Ill be back for vehicle soon!!!

I have been waiting on a headlight, which never arrived, but someone said it was there 2 weeks ago, to be put on my Lexus. I have been rescheduling appointments due to their busy schedule & my work schedule and of course only one mechanic obviously, and I arrived again this morning and thought my car was about to get worked on, until Bill comes & speaks with me with rudeness & says because its tax season he dont have the time to fix my car but this was due to be fixed before the money making season came into effect. Never ever have I been treated so rudely. After purchasing a car there b4 and genuine professional customer service, I knew I felt comfortable checking their inventory again. First of all..complete turnover in office. Now After presenting my research,I offered what I wanted to pay. Sales Manager got heated. They think a vehicle of a premium brand automatically places it at a certain price point.If the price point doesnt equate to the quality of the car..lt doesnt matter. The 11 year old car - 3000.00 down..NO WAY..I OFFERED 1000.00 dwn which included the deposit.Over by 50,000 miles of normal usage. Red light on.interior worn, steering needs to be rebooted. A little sluggish take off.Some exterior flaws. I offered what at least KBB recommended.They started tripping..saying I came in dictating. Excuse Me..MY MONEY. I can dictate where and how I spend it. I wont get in over my head for an impulse purchase. Cars been on the lot a while, some lookers-ah ha but no takers or follow up. Get rid of the Sales Manager definite NOT an asset. And stop negatively double teaming a guest on your lot. I am NOT the one...5000 car dealerships in the area,you think I am sweatin this?) Keep your car, its still sitting on the lot..I will keep my $10,000. No loss to me..I got my deposit back. And of the 3 cars my family has purchased there-2 were LEMONS.Heed the word..Buyer Beware! Dont Be ARope a dope..Yes..you can get a car...convienent and easy.But the overall $ mark up for that service vs. The overall quality and condition of the carsReally needs to be considered. My mechanic came with me on my initial purchase. And the salesman was very honest, making me aware of certain concerns. But my family members that I referred, werent so lucky..both had engine trouble not too long after purchase.But my concern was Fletchers reneging on a sale after theyre aware you have valid points of the cars actual status, car should be priced accordingly. Huge dwn payments..on older cars so if something goes wrong, they already have their invested % in the car & of your money.It was comical situation but sincere AWARENESS needs to be on the fore front. Basic lack of Integrity...
This is my second vehicle with Fletchers! First go round I had a Chevy Tahoe.. this second go round I got my dream car Infinit G37... I have no complaints... and what I love about Fletchers the most is... they don’t add 10000 extra on top of your car when you finance through them... my car was 9200 with 2000 down and it went directly towards my car... I’m grateful of Fletchers and will always speak highly of them

The customer service representative was very rude. I asked her to hold on a second, she was on hold for maybe 30 seconds and she hung up on me without even saying anything! And when I called back she said she had other customers. And didn’t even ask what she could help me with, excerpt for when I asked to speak to a sales person, and when I asked if she was a sales rep, she just replied with I can help you. Horrible customer service!

If you go, wait until Mrs. Fletcher is there. Today is 9/1/18. I just drove off of the lot after walking around looking at their cars because I wanted to buy today. There were workers outside toward the back and no one came over to greet us or ask if we needed any help. For me, that speaks a lot in itself. I assume she isn’t there today. Me. Fletcher has been mean to my parents after they’ve done much business with him over the years. Wait and work with Mrs. Fletcher. She’s nice.

Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE, poor REPAIRS, poor SERVICE PERIOD! I purchased a 2006 BMW 325i (white) Nov 2014 and as of today, the car is pretty much dead! There was issues from the beginning that their mechanics fixed, which resulted in the same issues two times AFTER they repaired the issue!! The experts (BMW dealership) finally established what the REAL problem was/is, which was an issue at the time of purchase! Owners very unprofessional & will talk to you like youre less than a human!!! I have never been so insulted to say the least from a BUSINESS!! Shop around first before purchasing a car from Fletcher or stick with an American made car that wont cost you another car in repairs & the such!! Im HIGHLY disappointed & I have not received a dime of my down payment back or an apology!!!

This is a sorry good for nothing place to do business. If you can go somewhere else please do so. These people and crooked and shady. If your late on a payment, they dont care till you get close to paying off the car. Once you owe less than 1800 on the car they do everything they can to take the vehicle from you so they can resale it and make more money. Avoid this shady place at all cost.

I just bought a 2006 dodge charger for 38000 dollar have not had the car for 2 weeks and i had to take it back to them 3 times, i had no gas peddle throttle or my car would not crank up , they keep telling me that its the oil pressure sensor the claim that they fixed it but why it did it two more times and this time they call me and told me i blew the motor because i over filled the oil pan when i first bough that car it had no oil in it and i was broke down at dollar general for 5 hours waiting on a tow truck the second time it broke down i was in the drive through on Walton way going to work and the third time i got up getting ready to take it to get a oil change in it would not crank i do not recommend nobody get a car from here and management suck they talk to you like you are nobody i was telling them to give me my money back and they say since i bought as is i had to choose another car off lot them they call me and tell me i cant i blew the motor do not get a car from them it tax time and they want to scam people out there money i am taking legal action on them and i am going to show them that im not a dumb 26 year old

DO NOT FINANCE/BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEIR CARS ARE LEMONS. I FINANCED A YUKON FROM THEM IN FEBRUARY AND HAVE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR REPAIRS TWICE. THE SECOND TIME LEFT MY KIDS AND I STRANDED ON BOBBY JONES IN WHICH THEY INSISTED I PAY THE TOW FEE. I TOOK MY YUKON BACK TO HAVE THE FUEL PUMP REPLACED. WHILE REPLACING THE FUEL PUMP, THE MECHANIC TOOK OUT PRIOR REPAIRED BREAK PADS AND PUT A CRACK IN MY WINDSHIELD! DO NOT FINANCE! THEIR WORTH 0 STARS BUR IN ORDER TO PUT THIS I HAD TO GIVE A RATING.

First of all I bought a car from the auto dealer when you pay full price you dont get a warranty however I took the car I had it plugged up with identify the problems that were there with it just to call back and they said that they were going to fix the problems the mechanic told me that he would fix the problem or the owner one of the owners told me that they were going to fix the problem before I pick the vehicle up when I made my final payment on 28th of December which was the coolant problem I took the vehicle back because of coolant still leaking I spoke to the mechanic less than 30 days from when I purchased the car he said the floor was kind of gushing in the he fix one part of it but there was a little hole left in it now they want to charge me to fix that problem which it should have been done in the first place the whole thing should have been finches that leaking coolant fluid then you cant fill the car up with gasoline because of the charcoal filter needs to be replaced this is less than 30 days from when I bought the car and they want to charge me money for them to fix it they want to wait four months wanted me to wait four months to get it fixed because they didnt have time to fix it they had other vehicles that they needed to get in after you purchase a car with cash its like youre forgotten about but if you willing to pay all they can get you right in right away so Im thinking Im going to have some more problems with this car so is there anybody out there that know anything about the lemon law in Georgia please contact me on Facebook

This place is very unprofessional, nasty,rude and their customer service sucks the management there talk to you anyway that she gets ready to when shes ready to talk to you(AKA Megan).Dont get late on one payment people they will come take your car even after promising they wouldnt take your car and will take your payment and be rude about it at the same point laughing in your face stay away from this place.I urge everyone to get a car thats paid out right with cash this place is not a place where you would want to waste your time nor your hard money.also if you have stuff that needs to be done to that car they wont fix it if you get someone else to fix it and which states in the warranty that theyre supposed to refund you your money back they never do.

2022-01-11I would never in my life buy another car from this place. I paid cash for a vehicle. Car stop running the very next day. Im sure all of their vehicles aren’t like this, so i can’t say that all of their cars are garbage but all they offered me was half off labor for repairs for a month. Without any other option, I ended up paying even more for the car considering how high parts and labor were. For integrity sake, i felt like they should’ve fixed whatever the problem was considering that their mechanics apparently overlooked a huge issue in the engine. I’m a woman. I don’t know much about cars. I would like to go somewhere knowing i can trust the system and that i won’t be jipped out of my money. I was extremely disappointed in this business and will never buy from them or recommend anyone to go there.

2021-06-02We purchased a car for my son….Three weeks later, it cut off on him and all the warning lights came on. We purchased a new battery, and was back running. Two weeks after that, he’s driving, all lights come on, steering wheel stiffens up and the car has completely shut down! We are outside of our 30 day warranty, so we are stuck with having it fixed as well as paying for this lemon. Please check the car fax before purchasing from this place. I wish we had.

2020-02-04I bought my first car off the lot here. I have less than great credit but the representatives were amazing! They helped me get the right car for my price range and that had enough space for me and my baby. They were more than helpful throughout my entire process.
