I had the pleasure of meeting the best salesman (Mitchell Cutchens) and the ABSOLUTE MOST WONDERFUL Sales Manager(John Bozza) during my visit today. Mr. John made the impossible...possible and I am forever grateful for that. I will recommend all of my friends and family whos searching for a vehicle to go see Mitchell and Mr. John for all of their purchase needs.
This was my 1st visit in getting my vehicle serviced there. The work was completed & I went to take care of business in town, but noticed the car smoking & green stuff pouring out under the hood. I called the dealership & they said they didnt have a service vehicle, but if we could let it cool down some & bring it back which we did, Jason waited, as well as the service crew & others, as it was closing time, they checked it out again & had to get a part, but anyway got it fixed. The cost was more money than we cared to spend, but needed to get it fixed. Jason and the staff were great.
I was concerned about the brakes as they had started squeeling for a couple of weeks but the tech said he checked them and they were good no need to worry. So I guess the squeeling will stop at some point. It was good to have them checked anyway because I know running a vehicle with brake pads that was worn to the safety tabs can result in rotor replacement or even calipers and hoses. My mother worked in the auto repair field for many years and I would hear the conversations about people driving after hearing such noise and all the repairs they could have avoided. So needless to say I was worried. But your tech assured me they were in very good shape.
I drove an hour away to get my vehicle checked. My first Interaction with the mechanic, Jason, was pleasant. He was respectful and very diligent, so it came as a shock when he stopped communicating with me and hung up the phone on me after expressing that I was going to go somewhere else. Fortunately, the service manager, Travis, listened to my concerns and made this unpleasant experience a little better. If I have to deal with Jason in the future, then Flowers Nissan is not the place for me, but I am willing to give them another chance because of Travis. So, Five stars for Travis but overall not a five star experience.
Its always a pleasure doing business with Friendly staff who actually show great customer appreciation and make happy customers out of the hardest to please. We left knowing we bought a great vehicle at a great price. Just ask for Tony he will take great care of you just as he did us.
Drove to Thomasville from Daphne, AL to pickup a pre owned car from them and had the pleasure of working with Kathy Bell. I would highly recommend this dealership, small comfortable atmosphere, and the communication/customer service was great. The manager - Gary did a great job taking care of us as well. Thank you flowers Nissan 10/10
Ive always had a great experience here. They staff is super friendly and transparent when it come to what your car needs. As a college student it really helps because they can give me a heads up about anything that may need replacement or repair in the future. Sometimes, theyll let me know months in advance, so I have optimal time to save up for any large purchases.
Absolutely loved having my car serviced here. They replaced both of my air bags that had been recalled and I had an oil change. We had to wait for a couple of hours bit the wait was pleasant and relaxing. We had free coffees and they offer free snacks and wifi while you wait for your vehicle. The people were super nice. I will be going here from now on. 5 stars
I had seen the Sentra online that I wanted to test drive. When I got to the dealership I was greeted warmly and quickly given the key for a test drive. I was pleased and wanted to buy the car, so I was introduced to Ollie, who guided me through the buying process. Everyone was friendly and helpful, answering my many questions.
Had a great experience over in thomasville with flowers. I contacted them the day before we went and we completed most of the processing over the phone. Came in a day later from Valdosta, drove the car and talked numbers and it was a done deal. Staff stayed with us until 9 o’clock that night due to our work schedule and when we could get over there! I’ll buy from them again and recommend them to others!
Jacob was a great salesperson with whom to deal. He did not press me into buying the vehicle. In truth, he could not have. But, he did not even try. He made sure he was in contact with me frequently and answered my questions to the best of his ability. I already knew what I wanted, so it was a matter of negotiating the specifics of the transaction. The online transaction went smoothly. The only time I needed to go to Nissan was in order to pick up the car and purchase it. I had an excellent experience overall.
The guy that greeted me and my mother when we pulled into the service department was very nice and friendly to us. He listen to my concerns and showed us to the waiting area. When my services were completed he came back in and explain everything that I needed to know concerning my car. He wished me and my mother a safe day since it was raining some when we left the dealership. I was happy with my service that day at Flowers Nissan.
Avoid at all costs! I cannot speak for the sales team; however the service repair team is an absolute joke. Communication is NON-EXISTENT. I drove from Tallahassee and dropped my car off on Saturday morning since I was scheduled to have an appointment that afternoon (and my husband had to drive me home before my appointment time so he could go to work). Having transmission issues with my 2015 Versa which is a whole other story within itself. I was assured that even though they would not have time to repair my car that day, they would be able to look at it during my appointment time (2:00 PM) and call me to give the diagnostic, as well as a timeline for how long the repair would take/costs/if it was covered by warranty. Called at 3:00 PM and was told they would call me back. Called again at 3:50 (since they closed at 4:00) and they had already left for the day! They apparently only have one loaner car and it was unavailable so I was stuck with no car for the rest of the weekend.Flash forward to Monday (since they are closed on Sunday), I called at 10:30 AM asking for an update and was told they would leave a message to call me back as soon as possible. No response. At 3:20 PM, I spoke to someone in service repair and was told the same thing. Again, no response. My husband (who now had to miss a day of work since we are down to one car) drove me back to Thomasville at 5:00 PM so I could speak with them directly, and SURPRISE! NOBODY has looked at my car yet, hence the runaround! Every time I called, it was like starting over from scratch since despite my repeated calls, nobody had any idea what was going on and I reached a different person every time. The lack of communication within this team is absurd and infuriating. I was told that somebody on the team had to miss work for a family emergency and apparently that is the only person who works on transmissions. Ok, so why did I have to drive back to Thomasville and speak to somebody in person to find that out?? How long would I have been kept in the dark had I not driven up since NOBODY was returning my calls? When speaking with the manager, he said he would be able to look at the car in the morning, but again, no loaner car was available. He said one would be available the next day, but again, my husband or I would have to miss work to drive the other person up to go retrieve it since we don’t live in town. No rental car was offered! I finally decided to take my car back since I couldn’t entertain the foolishness any longer.Needless to say, Flowers Nissan will never get my business again. Their apathetic, nonchalant attitude towards a very stressful (and dangerous) situation with my car will NOT be forgotten.
Everyone I came in contact with at Flowers Nissan of Thomasville were neighborhood friendly. This was my first solo car buying experience and Kevin made the event seem quite easy. I appreciated that he and Adam offered options I hadnt considered in an effort to save me a good chunk of money. I recommend Flowers Nissan and would be a repeat customer.
The dealership had a used white Nissan pathfinder (that is still listed) for sale on autotrader and their website, a car my husband had been keeping an eye on for quite sometime. So he decide to drive the 3 hrs to pick the vehicle up and purchase it that day; after having left notifications that we were interested he received a call back twice by two different people. He was asked what time and that they would have it ready, neither person stating that the car has the engine being replaced (I guess they didnt check it before he arrived, because when he arrived is when he got the news, not the 1hr and half earlier when he was called enroute). So with that news he was unable to see it. So the team doesnt communicate and/or doesnt know their own inventory that is listed on the websites. All I ask is please keep better track so another person doesnt waste 7 hours of their life and if its not running dont list it as available. The sales manager was nice and offered to reimburse him gas if they had another vehicle that we wanted to take another 7 hour trip for. I will be deciding against that.
I took my Nissan Rogue in to have maintenance done on the tires. Jason came in the waiting room to let me know because I had new tires and I just purchased my car December 2019 I did not need a tire rotation. However, because this was my first visit I would receive my oil change for free. Great Surprise!
I called the dealership to make sure they still had a vehicle in stock and was told the guy could see the car in the lot. I made an appointment for the following day, drove an hour and half to the dealership, only to be told they had sold it a couple of days prior. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from either Flowers dealership, nor would I recommend them to anyone. If you want to buy a vehicle from someone you can trust, go elsewhere!!
Starting With Mr. Jason in service even before I displayed interest in getting a new vehicle I have always felt valued. I feel I could not have been matched with a better sales rep than Jacob. He listened to me he and Mr.Adam worked very hard to get me in a vehicle that surpassed my initial interest. I have been raving about them since last week !
I had a engine light on vehicle when serviced , had to ask about it and request for it to be examined. Light was turned off and came back on. I called that Monday twice and left messages. Then I took off from work and drove to be told that there is no one to fix my heat or the light, or a rental for me to use. I drive from another state because this is where I purchased my vehicle. Poor customer service and not enough staff members!! Well available and willing to work staff members!!
Avoid this place by all means. We have an extended warranty and needed things fixed that was under warranty and they wanted to charge us $1650 to fix it. So we took our car to Florida to get it done under the warranty and did not have to pay anything. Never doing business here again. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here.
This is one of the worst places Ive been to. Not only did they not honor the warranty, but they insinuated that I was to blame for the issues of my vehicle and I have only had the car for two months. They were charging me $1500 to fix the car. I had to take the car somewhere else where they will be fixing it. I do not recommend this place at all to anyone. Complete rip off.
They went above and beyond to get us into a vehicle. It wasnt an easy process for them, but that made it easy for us. They were willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every possible solution was tried in order to get the best deal possible. As a Dodge man, I am going to give Flowers Nissan the credit they deserve. Keep it up!
This is a very trustworthy dealership with an excellent service department. We just had our corporate vehicle, a Honda Pilot, serviced here. Xavier and Lance from the Service Department were professional, courteous and fast. Owner David Flowers also does a lot to give back to our local community. Would highly recommend Flowers Honda or Flowers Nissan!
I was very pleased with my experience with Flowers Nissan. They quickly diagnosed my cars problem. Even though it took a long time to have the company check the car warrenty-covered problem, I received a more than adequate loaner car to use. The service person was friendly and helpful.
We decided to give Flowers Nissan a try even after having a rough experience at Flowers Honda a few years ago. I contacted Mr. Drew Richards about a used Nissan Armada that had. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle and when we came back 3 days later he had the car waiting for us up front. The entire process was easy and fantastic. The service we received was outstanding and totally redemmed them from the incident a few years earlier. Drew and the finance manager Mrs. Ann Collins even stayed late to finish up the deal for us! It was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had and we will definenitly be back and I would recommend seeing Drew, he was awesome!
Outstanding service! Our salesman, Kenny, was very friendly and we were quickly able to negotiate the right price for us. Anne, the finance manager, is amazing! She worked very hard to get us the lowest APR. She even called us the next day, after we already purchased the vehicle, to let us know that she found an even lower rate. Anytime I need a car, I will look at Flowers Nissan/Honda first!
Kevin O. Was nothing short of exceptional! I was looking for a nice, safe, clean car for my son and he delivered! Literally delivered the car to me! I saw the car online and made an inquiry on it. He was open and honest about everything! It was a pleasure doing business with him and will do it again!
The 1st Glory is always to God. Next, the service received at Flowers Nissan was outstanding! Miller, Chris, and Ann all went above and beyond to ensure all our needs and wants were met. Chris Hersh’s helpful, honest, and down to earth demeanor was impressive. He matched to the perfect car by noticing my Taurus ink pen😁. We will be back and all of your future vehicle purchases will definitely be from Flowers Nissan. *only regret is there is not a 6th star to give Chris on the rating!*
I went in for an oil change and was informed of two recalls on my vehicle and was asked if I would like that taken care of as well and I said yes not knowing that it was going to take longer than I had anticipated and I had to pick up my grandson from the YMCA in Moultrie at a specific time. The kind gentleman offered me one of their vehicles so that I could pick my grandson up on time! Now thats service!!!! Thank you Flowers Nissan!!!
I am very happy with my Nissan Rogue. Katherine Slagle is an excellent salesperson. She is very friendly and knew a lot about the Rogue. She took her time and made me feel comfortable. Ann Collins is very informative and made me feel at ease when I finished with the paperwork. EveryoneI met at the Nissan dealer was very friendly.
Flowers Nissan doesnt care about their customer. I had buy a used Rogue from them. I like the vehicle but i start having problems with it. Stuff started happening to my SUV like it had be in an accident before I buy it. I bought a extended warranty. I could never get stuff fix on it because they never had loaner vehicles available for you to use. It took them forever to get parts sometimes. The employees were rude & had attitude everytime I would go up there.I will never buy another vehicle from them ever again. It sad u have to go out town to get vehicle because local dealer treat you bad.
My husband and I were in process of buying a used truck through them and we were having trouble with getting my proof of income due to the way my boss does his accounting. While we were getting that taken care of, they sold the truck out from under us to someone else. They told me and my husband that the truck was ours and that we would not have anything to worry about. They stopped taking our calls as well when they found another buyer for the truck. All of this happened within 2 to 3 hours time span. If you honest people and trustworthy people dont go to Flowers Nissan. So you can say that I dont believe that I will be taking my business there or referring anyone there ever again.
They will never receive service from me again. I took my car there for service due to my co worker recommendation. I needed brakes and a oil change, I showed the service person a coupon for a $29.99 oil change and asked them to check my brakes. One example they came back and told me that I needed both sets of brakes, I called Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee to see their brake prices, I was quoted $139.00 from Kraft and the guy at Flowers at flowers told me that the price they give me could not be the price for Nissan brakes. One I received my bill I called them again to verify if there brakes are Nissan issued brakes and the guy said yes, the service guy still stated that wasnt the cause. Kraft total price is 139.99 per axle and I paid $170.0 per axle at Flowers. I felt as though the service man was dishonest and said whatever so they wouldnt have to do a price match. The coupon for my oil change was never applied. I left a message for the service manager and no one has return my call did not take your car to them. Theyre dishonest.
My husband and I purchased a 2014 Altima from Flowers almost two months ago and had a MUCH better experience here than at Kraft in Tallahassee (see that review for details). When I was looking for information on dealerships, the reviews helped me, so I wanted to leave one while it was on my mind. Our salesman, Conrad, actually worked on the Honda side. We were considering both Honda and Nissan, which made Flowers convenient for us. He stayed late on a Friday to wait for me to come to Thomasville after work (I live in Tallahassee), wasnt pushy, was patient and let me test drive multiple cars to make my decision. Once we chose a car, we did have to negotiate some to get the price we wanted, but both Conrad and the sales manager were polite through the entire process. We werent made to feel bad for negotiating. The next day when we finally settled on a deal that worked for all parties involved, my new car was waiting for me washed and ready to go when I made it to the dealership. I cant comment on the finance department, because other than signing my paperwork for my bill of sale, proof of insurance, and title, we financed through our bank. I was given a very thorough tutorial on my car, a tour of the dealership and sent on my way happy! Later on, we received gourmet cookies and mugs in the mail with a thank you card. My only qualm was that the selection wasnt as large as some other dealerships. However, I would definitely purchase from here again.
We recently purchased two new vehicles from Flowers Nissan and had a good experience both times. Our salesman, Jeff Mann, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All the other personnel we interacted with, including Ann in the business office, were also very friendly and quite helpful. We would gladly recommend Flowers Nissan to our friends.
At first, when I purchased my 2018 Nissan Murano at Flowers Nissan, Thomasville, GA, it was a great experience. From there, it went downhill. Service was less than expected. I had issues with my anti-collision radar as well as my cruise control shutting down unexpectedly, and it wasnt until 10,000 mi service I was told well order the parts and in 2-3 days well give you a call. Then call never came. A letter to Gary Loyd (allegedly service mgr) got no acknowledgement or response. I finally had had enough and contacted Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee. David Lanier, service mgr. personally handled my vehicle, when I merely stopped in to introduce myself. It took 5 hrs but my anti-collision radar WAS defective and replaced, the cruise control mechanism also replaced, Flowers Nissan hadnt aligned/balanced my tires after tire rotation (nor was it offered) at 10,000 mi. Kraft Nissan took care of it. A broken passenger clip was also replaced/repaired. $1100 worth of repairs ALL under warranty! I will never go back to Flowers Nissan, nor would I ever recommend them. Youll do a lot better at Kraft Nissan.
In all fairness, I have to say that Travis Turk, a service manager, was excellent, and in the future we would go directly through him if we encounter any pronlems. (Also, many thanks to the helpful and kind woman in the office who called him for us.) He helped us when we first purchased the vehicle and no one else could resolve a roofwindshield leak, and he helped us on this most recent visit after a technician cross-threaded a lug nut during a tire rotation, damaged the stud, and couldnt get a same-day replacement. Unfortunately, the oil change needed to maintain the Flowers warranty took 3 hours, and a woman in the waiting area who was told a rental car was waiting for her had to sit for 2.5 hours because they insisted it was being washed, and then they gave it to her with low fuel and told her to fill it herself (they seemed proud to give her a free voucher,). There were other people in the waiting area long before and after our 3-hour wait. Travis came over as soon as he was called, apologized, remedied the situation, didnt charge us, and said they were short-staffed, which would be remedied soon.
I hate buying cars... that was until we visited Flowers Nissan in Thomasville. Ben and Jeff took very good care of us and made sure to answer all our questions, allow us to drive any car that interested us and treated us with the utmost respect. After looking at all the dealerships in the area, we bought not 1 but 2 cars from Flowers because they not only had the best prices but they had the best people. Never once were we pressured or treated rudely! We would highly recommend Flowers to anyone who is interested in buying a car and will deal with them in the future.
Took my wifes car to be serviced and have a couple of recalls taken care of. When driving home had a problem with the car running bad that had not had before we took it in to be serviced. Called the next day to tell them the check engine light had come on and about the problems I had the day before. The girl said she would have Jason call me back to see what we could do about this. Never heard back from anybody
Went to get a key fob programmed. Had bought an aftermarket one for about 1/3 the price of a Nissan one. Much to my disappointment they could not program it and had to buy a new one. Price of fob is ridiculously high. Then Nissan is only one to program it. My experience at Flowers Nissan was as expected from a dealership.
Personally I had a great experience here. The staff was polite and very helpful. I highly recommend that anyone who goes there should ask for Patrick Wilkinson. He really cares about the customer and goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease while deciding on a vehicle
I Love Flowers Nissan/ Honda! They are kind, sincere, honest, and easy to work with. Flowers is different from the rest! Ricky Desmore was my salesman. When I first pulled up, there was no one circling my car. I was approached when I was heading for the door. He introduced himself and asked me what I needed and was very helpful with my unique situation. There were no high pressure sales tactics or pressure to get me to buy a car that I did not want or could not afford. He listen to me and made it a very enjoyable experience. He then introduced me to his manager and they worked the numbers for me! I got into an amazing car that was everything that I wanted! And it still was in my budget (very low)!! I am truly greatful for the experience. If there is one thing that I took away from this experience, it is that the employees at Flowers Honda/ Nissan are focused on finding the solutions! Very positive and proactive! Truly an answered prayer and made for one of the best birthdays ever! Thank you!
Bought a 7 year battery for my truck 4 years ago. Today it left me stranded in the parking lot. Jumped it off and went to Nissan. They replaced the battery. 5 minute job took 45 mins. On the plus side they prorated the battery by 50% but charged me $20 to replace it. Every auto parts store in town replaces the battery for free. I was disappointed with them charging me. I would have replaced it in the parking lot in a few mins. Remove 1 bolt and loosen 2....
I was very pleased with Flowers Nissan, I attempted to use 2 other Nissan dealers first what a mistake that was. These other Nissan dealers kept changing out he door price on the vehicle.I contacted Flowers Nissan and let them know what I wanted to pay for the vehicle, they said they can sell it for that price and never once tried to change the price or rework the numbers. This was by far the best experience at a dealership Ive ever had.No trade-inHad my own financingThank you Flowers Nissan.
I bought my 2016 Altima at flowers in feb from Jeff Mann. I had a horrible experience at another dealership and he not only got me out of a vehicle I was never happy with Im driving a brand new car. He worked with us and helped us get the best deal possible. Would highly recommend.
I had a truely wonderful experiance buying a car here recently. After being jerked around by Langdale Honda I came to Flowers Nissan and felt instantly comfortable. They were very honest and up front with me on everything. My sales rep Johnnie Lynn was fantasic and fun. I felt like I knew her my whole life. The real MVP was the Sales Manager Michael. He did a fantastic job finding me financing that could work for me. I love my new Rogue and LOVED my experiance with Flowers.
Rude, arrogant and not willing to listen. I went here get a new Nissan under the college graduate program. My credit is good, just short. So this program is perfect for people like me. I SPECIFICALLY told them DO NOT run my credit besides that because I knew it was going to be denied or a 19% and above interest rate. They did so anyway. Nat and I believe Mickey or Mikey had me sit around thinking they had something going. Nat then told me to come back in an hour. I live in Moultrie so I sat around in Thomasville for an hour waiting on answer from them. Finally he told me to call back in a few hours. I went home and called them and never had my call returned. Thats rude and bad business. And I know I qualified under the Nissan program because I went to Five Star Nissan of Albany and had absolutely no trouble. In a way, Im glad they treated me this way because Albany had a WAY better selection of Altimas. I now have a 2018 Midnight Edition from Albany. I wouldnt recommend anyone to Flowers.UPDATE: Stephanie White contacted me and was very genuine and apologized for my experience. She promised to see what went wrong in my process and even congratulated me on my Altima. I really appreciate that. We may be able to give them another chance when my grandma gets ready to trade her Tahoe. Thank you again Mrs. Stephanie(:
When I purchased my new car in December 2014 one of the biggest selling points was the lifetime powertrain warranty. 4 years later I am being told my timing chain is stretched and there is nothing anyone can do about it. I live in the orlando area and have serviced my car at other Nissan dealers. This was permitted but only if you call every single time you have a service. I have been a loyal consistent customer and they do not care. If the lifetime powertrain warranty is important to you read the fine print because it’s a unrealistic. I am so disappointed in Nissan and will never purchase from them again. I also find it very disappointing 4 years later and the car is already falling apart. Save yourself from expensive repairs and disappointment and take your business elsewhere.
We had a great experience at Flowers Nissan. Our salesperson, Allen James, was very helpful and the Flowers Nissan team went above and beyond to find the exact vehicle we wanted and deliver it quickly. Additionally, Flowers was substantially lower on price than other Nissan dealerships in the North Florida/South GA area. Thanks Flowers!
The sales staff was great, however the service depart was awful. We will not be taking our business here anymore. For anyone that does decide to get their car serviced here, if your advisor is Levi Glover, I highly recommend you switch to another advisor. Levi is not knowledgeable in his field, and has very poor customer service skills.
I would never recommend this dealership to I know. This place has no integrity at all. I bought a 2015 Altima on my birthday May 18th, I was so excited, it was gonna be the best gift ever right? Wrong! I bought this car on Friday the 18th, on Sunday the 20th I had to be jumped off because the battery was dead. Took it to the dealership and they replaced it and off I went. I get home, the check engine light comes on. Back into the dealership I go. They reset the sensor that i was told had caused the light to come on. I also at time expressed concern about the whine I had begun to hear, again I was told this is normal. A day or two later I heard a terrible vibration coming from the car, but it only happens when the car is cold. I took it back to the dealership and they kept the car to fix the problem. I get the car back and the whine from the pump continues and the vibration is still there. The dealership kept the car for roughly 12-15 days since I bought the car fixing the problems I have. During all this they let me test drive different cars to find the one I really liked. When I found it I also found out that I would have sell the car that I had driven less than 8 days back to them an that would put me upside down in my loan😒. I was told that if I didnt get a different car they would replace the pump, that has not been done. The check engine light is back on and as of today Im still waiting to get in to get it fixed, I was told on Monday that they had to order the part, apparently it take weeks to get a sensors. This car only has 37700 miles on it, it was purchased on May 18 2018. I have taken too many hours off of work for a car this new an that I havent even made a payment on. Im a nurse and i depend on my car just like everyone else out there. I need these mechanical issuses resolved. Therefore, I would not send anyone there and I question this dealerships integrity! And as a side note, the car was not detailed at all, the rims are a mess and I vacuumed it out!
I am genuinely grateful that my daughter and son-in-law highly recommended Drew Richards at the Thomasville Nissan Dealership to me when I began my search for a new car. Drew was not only VERY knowledgeable, but also accommodating and helpful in every way. Making this purchase from beginning to end was pleasant, easy, no pressure of any kind from any of the Sales Team at this dealership. I would also highly recommend Mr. Richards and the Flowers Thomasville Nissan Dealership to everyone. A 5 Star Experience and Purchase!
I had a very good experience shopping for a car here. I interacted with Sean, who was very, very pleasant.Due to my budget, I didnt end up buying a car here (I ended up getting a slightly older Nissan than I could find at the dealership), but if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I definitely recommend coming here!
I purchased a used Nissan Juke here, Im totally glad I did. Not only do I love my Juke I love this dealership! Ive been a Nissan driver for years, I purchased from several other dealerships, Flowers is the best Ive ever dealt eith. The sales department and service department are tops! If your looking for a new or used Nissan Flowers is the place!
I recently purchased an Xtera from Flowers Nissan in Thomasville. Ben, Kenny, Mickey and Ann were the most professional and kindest people I have ever dealt with at a dealership (or any other business for that matter). They can count on my business going forward, and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thanks for a great experience!
We have bought two vehicles from Flowers Nissan this year. Ben Risher (and Mickey) helped us both times. Before both transactions, I did some really thorough research and comparison shopping with area dealers. Quite honestly, no dealer from Tallahassee to Valdosta could compete. Not only that, those other dealers couldnt compete with the integrity, honesty, and friendliness of the folks at Flowers Nissan. I highly recommend this dealership and am impressed how Mr. Flowers has turned things around after the old owners.
I had such high hopes when I went in and wanted to buy a vehicle THAT day. Needless to say that didnt happen and the gentlemen I worked with were unwilling to negotiate. After we received some numbers and left the dealership no one even bothered to follow up. I ended up purchasing the Rogue SV for the same price they quoted me for an Altima S. Wish it could have been a better experience.
Flowers Nissan made my buying experience exceptional. Fred Shefield was very knowledgeable and forthcoming about all the features of my new car and also stayed late afterwards helping my wife and I setup all the functions of the car to my wifes liking. He(Fred) has an astonishing understanding of automobiles from a technicians viewpoint(I have been a factory certified Ford technician for 22 years) which added much confidence in the purchase of a new Nissan. Fred has since contacted me to make sure everything was satisfactory and answered a couple of questions I had with the operation of the smart key and entertainment system. I would highly recommend Flowers Nissan and Fred Shefield to all my friends for their next vehicle buying experience.
After doing some research on the major automotive websites (NADA, Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book), I came up with a reasonable offer on the new Pathfinder. I approached Kraft Nissan in Tallahassee, but they were still a bit higher than what I thought was fair and reasonable. Decided to try Flowers Nissan, not with the intention of buying from them necessarily, but Kenny was very approachable, polite but very real (didnt feel like he was pressuring us to buy right then and there); definitely was not the stereotypical slick car salesman that you think about.Told him exactly what I was looking for and explained my thought process in coming up with the price I thought was fair for everyone, including them; and he worked with Mickey, the sales manager, to give us a fair quote. I was impressed because it was not far off from what I calculated and a couple thousand less than Kraft. What I liked the best was that Kenny and Mickey were upfront-they didnt sound like they were bs-ing and Kenny told me straight up he could explain every cost and appreciated that I was looking for a fair deal that we could both live with. Heres the BIG THING if you live in Tallahassee----->Flowers Nissan will save you several hundred, possibly thousands of dollars in non-taxed dealer fees which is basically another way of trying to milk you for more money on things that will only cost a fraction of what it really costs for certain processes. They gave me more money for my 2009 Sentra(offered a thousand more than Kraft). The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I felt like the business office was a bit pushy in trying to sell their gap insurance and 5 yr warranty. I know this is how they make their large profits, so I can appreciate this is part of her job, but it seemed more pushy than with sales.Overall, I would recommend this dealership for their overall sales customer service and pricing is fair. Then again, I did my research, told them upfront that I meant business. I didnt walk in just looking for any old car. I recommend people do their homework before buying as I see a lot of reviewers (bought from other dealers) who had no intention of buying a car get suckered into buying one at the first dealership they went to, with no idea what they initially wanted or how much they would be willing to pay, etc. This is financially ignorant. But I digress.
Flowers Nisan was helpful in the purchase of my new vehicle. The new Pathfinder is amazing and better than the Toyota 4 runner by far. the Pathfinder is much more luxurious interior then any other SUV in its class. The ride is amazing and comfortable. I would highly recommend David Flowers at Flowers Nissan.
My most recent experience was Friday afternoon on 5/14/20.... as usual I set up in the waiting room to watch a couple YouTube videos... within 30 minutes or so my car was finished and ready to go. I was kind of disappointed that I didnt get to chill out for a minute before I got on the road again. But thats just good business
Went to ask about a used truck I saw, the sales associate came out like he wanted to sell something but when I approached I had to pull any conversion from him, he told me that truck didnt pass the safety inspection, then I asked what do you have in the way of used trucks? He shrugged and said, $20,000-30,000. I said thanks, youre very helpful and left.
Horrible service dept was told my front rotors needed to be turned told them to just replace them that never happened.then was told my tie rod ends needed to be replaced which was untrue and took it to another nissan dealership and they told me it was the rear rotors but funny thing is why didnt they find all this when i paid $400 to do the 25k services complete rip off
They advertised a car, we called about it. They said it was available. We drove almost 30 miles when they called and said it was sold already and the other salesperson didnt know it. They then proceeded to tell us about a better deal. We continued our journey. The salesperson was very courteous and kind and not pushy. That was a major PLUS! The car was in great condition, after the rest drive, my dad was convinced that this was the car. When they were filling out the paperwork, there were more fees that were not stated in the beginning. They actually wanted to charge almost $700 for a DOC fee - for a used car! My dad was so frustrated that we had driven an hour and a half and wasnt told the full truth. He literally ended the deal and walked out. That was a long way to drive and a lot of time wasted and they couldve mentioned this added fee over the phone. We were not happy...
I have been here in Feb 2017 to buy Nissan .The staff was not so responsive I tried to get back with the sales representative Wich I have no response from him. I bought Nissan Murano from other dealer and stopped in for my first service few months back which I am not happy with the service done to my vehicle or the customer service.
Well I was ok about getting my new car but I wanna know why my credit is being run 7times and the last time after Ive had the car for 2 weeks looking in to see what can be done yall have dropped my credit down to a 440 this is ridiculous and I never gave permission for it to be ran that man time something better be done to take care of this the truck has a miss and its got something loose in the rear of the truck popping starting to lose my cool for paying 26 k for vechile
Flowers Honda was once a great dealership. The dealership has changed and the service department is clueless. My 2017 Honda Accord is making a noise that is very annoying and we were told the first time that the sound was normal. It has continued and my car has been with them for a week and they still dont have a clue. I dont have the same confidence in the dealership as I once had.

2022-03-04Went to Flowers Nissan just to see if I could get out from under my current vehicle. Fully not expecting to drive off with anything different. I was only there a couple hours and I left with a new ride!Tony was able to not only get me out of my current ride but upgraded me like I couldnt imagine. Went from Jeep to Cadillac and I couldnt feel better about the decision and financing I got! Thanks Tony and Flowers Nissan!

2022-06-21I really had a lot of respect for this car lot until today. This is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey from this location not even a week ago. During the test trial I mentioned to the seller that was riding with me that I heard a strange noise near the tires. The seller acknowledged the sound as well. We were under the impression that they were going to take care of the issue. Fast forward after I purchase the car the sound is still there. I call the salesman and he tells me to bring it back and they would take care of it. I take it back, the salesman tells them he heard the sound as well on the day of purchase and thought they took care of it and the Flowers Nissan Service Center in Thomasville, Ga says I have to pay for it. What???? I haven’t even had the car a week. C’mon man. How in the world am I responsible for this. It hasn’t even been a week since I purchased the vehicle. This is crazy, people work too hard, spend too much money for dealerships to be taking complete advantage of the customers!

2022-06-16Jason was great. He answered my questions. Was knowledgeable about the service. The service was done in a timely manner. My answer to the question about the purchase of another vehicle is because at this moment i have no plans to purchase another vehicle, but if that changes of course i would purchase another nissan from Nissan Thomasville.

2022-06-15DJ was an excellent sales person. He wasnt pushy or overbearing. I purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano. I saw it last Wednesday and went back Saturday and made the purchase. He made sure I received the best customer service. The finance manager Mark, I think thats his name. Was very professional. He went above and beyond for me. I said what I wanted and received it. This is the 2nd car from Flowers Nissan. My other 2 purchases were thru Flowers Honda. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed.
