Absolutely love this Foot Locker location! The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty, the store is (and always has been) immaculately clean and organized extremely well. Displays and racks are perfectly placed/staged. Prices are excellent and this location and its entire staff is nothing short of perfection. Cant say enough good things about them, definitely the best Foot Locker I have ever been in and I have shopped there many, many times, of all the other locations I have been to, none come close to this one. Have several that are closer to home for me but I spend the time & gas and will drive the extra miles(about an hour and 20mins) to shop here rather than the closer ones and be perfectly happy to do so because I know that my experience will be beyond satisfactory for doing so. Big time respect for and thank you to the management and crew here, theyre phenomenal and definitely the reason/what makes the location the best of the best.

This store has terrible customer service. The first woman I spoke to had the worst attitude Ive ever experienced with a store employee. Then when I spoke to the manager about her, she didnt even act like the employees attitude was a problem. She never apologized for her employees actions at all. All I wanted to know was if they would be getting a certain shoe in the store in a few days. The manager was able to answer my question that the first employee swore no one in the store was going to know the answer to. Being kind to people goes a long way. I will never shop at this store again and I will make sure to spread the word about my experience with their employees. Theyve lost a lot of business from us.

Came here on November 17th 2019, for a pair of shoes. Riaf was very polite, patient, and helpful. However, the checkout was terrible with a black girl without nametag. For the whole time checking out, she kept talking over to her friend who was serving another customer. She didnt even look at me when she said Thanks. Also, while handling the transaction, she was eating her chocolate and touched my bags with her chocolate on her fingers. So nasty. I understand she is pregnant and need to eat. So the manager should have given her a frequent break time for her eating. I will stop shopping here again.

Came to this store during back to school. Store was very busy with only about 4 sale associates working. No one come up to help me or check on my family and I, except one young lady name Oneisha. She was very apologetic on behalf of her team for no one helping or even greeting us. However, she jumped right in and got us taken care of. She sized my kids for the correct size and showed them shoes and clothes that was trending for back to store—while working with other customers that was needing her assistance. I must say this store need to hire more associates but I really want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Oneisha for her hard work and kind gesture (She even told us about the 15% military).Oneisha you was greatly appreciated and I definitely will come back to shop with you again.

My grandson and I visited this store to get him a pair of Nike. The customer service is fantastic. The morning manager provided her personal attention to my grandson. My grandson - 4 yrs old - was blushing. He enjoyed the attention 😀
