I went to champs looking for a pair of shoes, I was told that this foot locker was the only store with the shoe in the size that I needed. I called foot locker to confirm and was told yes that they did have the shoe. The team member told me that he would hold the shoe for me. I drove two hours buy the shoes, when I arrived I was told that they only had one shoe for the right foot, I was told that they didn’t have the left shoe, what kind of shoe store only has the shoe for one foot
Big Mike over @ Footlocker helped me find the shoe I needed inspite the busy crowd. Amazing customer service, this man OWNS the spot. Top service, high energy, i will be back!
Nathaniel was very patient, courteous and cheerful the entire time we visited that particular location. Despite my teenage daughter requesting several shoes to look at in order to make a choice, Nathaniel was very helpful and polite!!👍🏼😊
Great customer service here they asked if I needed help and I said no but I didnt have to worry about EVERY store employee running up on me asking after I said no (thanks covid lol)
Store has went down the drain since new manager Evonda Davis has taken over!!!!!!!! Employee Marcus Gibson is horrible as well, he has poor customer service. I feel so sorry for the decent employees that have to deal with such ignorant behaviors. I’ll take my money to another shoe store from this point on! I wish I could give zero stars! Corporate needs to definitely take a look at the unprofessional that is being displayed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty good selection of products but, didnt expect such poor customer service coming from this place?? Ive purchased in the past over thousands of dollars in footlocker shoes and sports accessories. In many different locations establishments all over the USA. I have never experienced such blatant disregard for customer satisfactions number one priority The customer is always pleased. until I recently visited your South DeKalb store where my integrity was questioned during a simple transaction.😢All I can say about this already drab and empty establishment is one might consider going online for a better shopping trip.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
I am not sure if he is a manager or not but Marcus Is the example I wish my manager followed. Our experience started off horrible because of our return took long....long story short I still spent 218 dollars Sunday. Thank you footlocker and Marcus.

It was clean emulating was best and in it place price was visible so I wouldnt have to search for the price. The employees was very nice. I give it an A+.

Placed a order online and was given the worst service when I called to see what was going on. I was told that they are to busy to discuss my order. But it seems as if they werent to busy to take my money. Very rude and left the phone off the hook so I couldnt callback! P.S I will get my $95 back!!!!!

2022-02-06Soon as we asked about the new Jordon,they said,we have none,but didnt allow us to tell or ask what size we needed but its ok. We traveled 3 hours to get there and we wont be back. Dont go to this store..very poor service..

2021-02-02I’d been to about 5 stores trying to find White Air Force 1s in my size before I found this one. The best Foot Locker location hands down! I called ahead and was assisted over the phone, they were very professional and offered to set the shoes aside for me. When I arrived several people greeted and helped me. I had my shoes and was on my way within 15 minutes. Extremely on point, highly recommend.

2021-07-02The Assistant Manager, the employee with the long, long nails, is so rude and should reconsider her job choice. There were only two employees in the store on Thu, Jul 2. The Asst Mgr acted like she did not want to be there and the other employee was struggling to keep up with the customer demands. I wont be back to that store.

2020-06-08I haven’t been in the store since the Christmas holiday, most things are still the same as far as the quality of the store, good shoes and clothes for an ok price. One change that stood out to me is an employee, his name is Marcus, I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not; but I came in with my son to look for shoes with no interest in spending money. I ended with a total of 2 shoes and 3 outfits for less than $300. The knowledge he portrayed was enough for me to see a great deal hitting me in the face, the experience was much better than we expected and I thank whoever hired this individual. It didn’t end there, while we stood in line, I watched him come from the basketball side to the main side of the store helping multiple customers. Every time he would leave them with a smile, man, woman, or child, even the frustrated customers who had been waiting for help. I promised him I would write this review before I left town again and I will be back to get some shoes for my trip to North Carolina. I hope Marcus was praised for his performance on this day alone. Oh he taught me how to Flex(or FLX). Thank you footlocker.
