If you enjoyed the original location on Epps Bridge, you will definitely love the new and improved Foot Palace Spa. The interior design is very upscale. There is much more room up front for seating which makes check in more easy and efficient. The facility itself is immaculate and well kept. Clean restrooms always. The spa room is very serene, peaceful and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy your time for relaxation. The upfront staff is very friendly and sociable. The therapists are great. A few that I love are Monica, April, Kourtney, Rich, and Frances just to name a few. And also price wise there are various services which can fit any budget or price range. You definitely get much more than what you pay for. I’ve been to a lot of massage places but I really prefer the reflexology services that are offered at Foot Palace to the traditional massage. Definitely recommend coming here, oh and we’ve got wine too which is even more to add to an already great experience!
The front desk was quite unprofessional, especially in front of a new client. Overall the customer service felt insincere and forced as if I was expected to know the ropes for this place upon arrival. They started my session 5 minutes late then took another 10 minutes getting supplies together. There was probably 5 to 10 more minutes of supply gathering throughout my 90 min session. I understand 90 min is a long time , but the girl legit dosed off, I felt her jump multiple times while rubbing my feet. It also smelled like someone warmed up their burrito in a room nearby, not aromatherapy. Also, just say wine is an additional fee when you list it off with all the other beverages. Its awkward being told its 10 dollars extra when you made it sound complimentary. I was really looking forward to today and was just totally disappointed.
What a wonderful experience! The wife and me had gone to foot palace Great new Facility (beautiful) we entered the palace there was one gentleman handling the front like e a master, greeted us with a great attitude, in waiting for our service when two young ladies come in and start yelling at this gentleman about mask, he handles the situation with a breeze and grace and continued to delivery great customer service. The experience was bountiful. I would recommend this palace to everyone the staff is attentive. I also think people need someone to blame when they dont get what they want. The staff here to help with stress but people just keep adding to stress. Relax and enjoy the foot palace they are excellent at what they do, will be back. Keep up the good work Athens Foot palace.
My first experience with Foot Palace was amazing! I am a facial girl but today thanks to Natalia B in Athens I love the MASSAGE she gave me! She has magical hands! She was professional and consistent. Her pressure was perfect. I will return but only for her! Thanks Natalia!Kobi
My husband bought me two gift cards for Christmas. I just had a baby a few months ago, so I didn’t treat myself as much last year. I got the gift cards yesterday and quickly booked the appointment today. I booked the same service I always do. A 90 minute foot reflexology appointment (sometimes I do the 60, but I wanted to treat myself). The gentleman who performed the massage was good. He did everything right. I always book this service in particular because it’s a mix of everything, face, shoulders, arms, legs feet, back, etc. That is not what I received. I received a few mins of my neck and shoulders and a very small amount on my hands. Then he went to my feet. I bet he worked over an hour on my feet. Again, he did a good job, but this is not the service I expected to receive. When I was done, like usual, the lady at the front desk asked me how everything went. I said good, but did you change your services? She asked me what I was specifically talking about? I told her that I was used to all of the above being included. She simply answered, no we changed all if our services. I said, you should probably tell people who are usual customers that. All she said was, we changed all if our services on December 1. Again, I said, you should probably tell your customers that. All she said was, that will be $60.I’ve always loved Foot Palace and I have another gift card to use. I don’t feel like this was handled very well. There was no apology. There was nothing to make me feel better. The lady was quick to get me out of there. She wasn’t friendly, she was actually more rude than anything. I am not happy about this.
I came here a few weeks ago as part of an employee appreciation day. This was my first time ever being there. There was a group of 8 of us, and we was promptly waited on. Being the first time I ever been there, I was nervous on what to expect. I had Dustin, and his hands were hands of an angel! I got so excited to tell everyone about my experience. I told my mom, and we booked an appointment for today. My mom loved her guy named Rich and I had Natala ( I hoped I spelled it right). We had the best time and I am asking for gift certiciates for Christmas! Definitely a place to recommend! Will be back!
Yesterday we decided to visit the foot palace after booking an Appointment with Thomas who was able to get us in, when we reach the foot palace, first it was beautiful. Then greeted. By the two most professional people made it a great start. My partner and I did not know what we wanted but then Thomas and Courtney knew how to help and made it easy and fun they was not uptight both had a bubbly personality and made it a great first visit. Service was wonderful and will be returning, thank you Courtney and Thomas for your help you both are awesome.
Not worth your money at all. I got a gift card and was expecting it to be so good but the guy spent .25 seconds on my neck and the majority of the time on my feet. It was like a feather going on my neck and feet. Not a real massage. We laid on these uncomfortable chairs fully clothed so he couldn’t even really give me a massage on my back and shoulders. He also ended 5 minutes early and we didn’t even start until 10 minutes late. It was supposed to be a couples massage and we were in a huge room with tons of different chairs. I could go on. Very dissatisfied.
I received a $60 gift card in late June 2019. The gift certificate expired in a year. No big deal...at the time. Being a teacher and a coach and a mom, I wasn’t able to use it in the fall. Still no biggie. I’ll use it during spring break. Then we had a pandemic that basically shut down the world at the end of February. My gift certificate expired in the middle of the pandemic, June 2020. Only recently, after receiving my 2nd dose of the vaccine have I felt safe enough to go out and not worry about bringing the virus home to my newborn and toddler. My first excursion out was to The Foot Palace. When I tried to use my gift certificate I was told no way, you have 6 months to use it before it expired. I said but what about the pandemic? Nope. They didn’t budge. Didn’t even offer me percentage off. They were happy enough to take $60 but didn’t honor the certificate that EXPIRED IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC. Horrible. Really horrible.
I like the ambience. The massage, unwind is a very nice value. I think it is dependent on the person you get. I wanted firm and it was pretty moderate. I could her crepitus coming from their joint and didnt have the heart to ask for more firmness, but nonetheless it was okay. The front people are rude and sarcastic ( both the girl (Courtney)and guy. I could do without their services. If you irritate them you can see their true colors come out. However, I am glad other customers see the same thing I did. Why are they still in the front greeting people?
I just left there and my experience was not great at all. I paid for Day away service which consist of a 30 minute foot rub and 30 minute neck, shoulder, and face rub for $60!!! We got a 15 minute foot rub and maybe a 10 minute face rub and that was it!! They focused more on the add on service which was a foot scrub and foot mud and the rest of the time we just laid there with our feet in the water. They spent most of the time leaving the room gathering the items they needed and then dismissed us at 12:56... $68 gone down the drain. I have never had a bad experience there. I am completely disappointed that we didnt get what we paid for.
I booked an appointment online to get a massage for today at noon under the “make your appointment” tab where it says, and I quote, “we do accept walk-ins but appointments at our location are recommended. Scheduling is flexible, fast and easy. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT BELOW or call us at.....TO BOOK MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS ONLINE, the client must COMPLETE THE ONLINE BOOKING FORM. ONLINE APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED FOR ONE CLIENT PER BOOKING FORM.” So, when I was on the way to my noon appointment I called and Thomas answered the phone. He said that he did not see my booked appointment and asked if I made an appointment online to which I said yes. He then told me that “booking appointments online is ONLY a request, not actually booking an appointment”???????? he then told me that he doesn’t have any availability at noon. Of course that doesn’t make any sense, what’s the point of having people “book an appointment online” and “complete the form” for absolutely nothing??? He didn’t try to rectify the situation by figuring out a way to bring a new, and potentially loyal customer, into their “booked appointment” but instead wanted to argue with me. I told him that leading customers to believe that they are booking an appointment online based on the above mentioned quote from their website, was a bad business practice and he immediately raised his voice and talked over me to continuously tell me that “I only made a request”. I just said thank you and hung up on him. This would have been my first visit to the Foot Palace but based on their inability to correctly schedule customers along with their unprofessional “customer service”, they’ve made a terrible first impression and lost what would have been a loyal customer. It doesn’t seem like they get much business with their lack of pictures and videos of past clients to provide more information on their services, but now I see why! Such a shame! In short: don’t bother “booking an appointment online” regardless of what their website says. You’re not actually booking an appointment. Instead, you’re just telling them that you want an appointment and apparently you have to wait for them to contact you to let you know if they will give you that appointment or not. It’s the silliest thing I’ve ever heard!
So where to begin.... First Grace and I were greeted by Thomas who is incredible with people and communicating the services that are available at Foot Palace. When we started to go back to the massage area we were put near door at first and Thomas immediately moved us because he didnt want the noise of the door opening to bother us while we had our therapy session. Grace and I then got Frances and Courtney as our therapist for our journey at foot Palace. and we got the unwind signature service also with some nice rose wine and a sauvignon blanc for me. The entire session was completely amazing and a full serotonin wash for your entire body. I highly recommend on asking for both of these young ladies when you go make sure that you take care of them at the end for your service they deserve just as much as bartenders and waiter and waitresses for their services . We will definitely be back 100%.
This spa is amazing! The service was so relaxing and the spa is beautiful and so luxurious. They are taking covid protocols to keep everyone safe and the spa was very clean. The receptionist Haley and Thomas made me feel very welcomed and my therapist Andrew was fantastic. I was so relaxed and I highly recommend. I can’t wait until I can go back.
I went in today for a 30 minute reflexology foot massage. I had read some bad reviews about booking online - so decided to walk in.Upon arrival I had three massage therapist sitting in the front staring at me- while the guy booking the appointment told me at 5:30 they had no appointments available until 6pm.Instead of booking me an appointment he graciously let me walk out the door instead!!!!Attention Management!!!! You may want to rethink your appointment booker considering he can care less -or at least it appears that way!!!!!Hopefully this is not the manager if so Good LuckIn surviving long term!!!!There are other places to go in the area!!!!
The service itself is good. I even believe its an excellent value for a one-hour spa treatment. My problem is with their business ethics. My wife gave me and my daughter a gift certificate for a one hour massage. Due to some life circumstances we were unable to use the certificate for a year. I went in tonight and found that my wife has literally flushed seventy dollars down the toilet, making a donation to the well-being of the Foot Palace. There was no negotiation, there was no apology. I was told all gift cards expire. No, they dont. The thing is, they would have had a repeat customer. I loved the service and I have money. But no thank you, I will not deal with a business that treats its customers as fools and takes their money without delivering service. I will assume they dont need my business.
I usually love this place..but this past service was TERRIBLE. Do NOT get any of the packages higher than the normal foot reflexology...such a scam. Had to pay a lot more for their “day away” package and it was literally 2 min of massage then a break.. massage then break, etc. and then they spent about 15min total on the feet and ran a hot rock up and down twice. Definitely not worth the price. Also, would not recommend Jennifer or Samuel. Very inconsistent work (hard on back, way too light on feet) and would go into the back way too many times and would hear laughing and talking back there. Just super unprofessional. Very disappointed.
The massage itself was okay but they snip time off the top and at the end (5 minutes for clean up ) for a thirty minute massage you wind up with only MAYBE 16 minutes of the body part (divided by two) you were hoping to get. The remainder is spent getting settled in chair and a tease of a shoulder and neck massage. 25 minutes total.Probably best to get the hour massage.
I used to love this place and have been many times, but Im done. In my last visit, I brought my son and this one turns out to be ticklish. The therapist told me that she had to stop the treatment because of this, so he got half a session but we were charged for a full session. I thought she was rather unprofessional (she could have been creative and spend more time on legs, back, head, top of foot instead of under it, etc). but I think she was more eager to get her break.
Update: I received a call and this issue has been resolved. I will return.Thank you for your resolution.I called to make an appointment several months ago and was told by the employee that she wanted to be sure that I knew that since COVID they were not doing the back massage. This is my favorite part and I said that I would wait. I called today to see if I could use by gift card now, since I have been vaccinated and I was told by the rudest man that it had expired. I explained why I had not used it previously was due to COVID. He proceeded to argue with me and finally said, I will honor at 1/2. I told him he had lost a customer and I would also, let my friends know how I was treated. Then he accused me of threatening him. Seriously, I have never had someone in the service industry speak to me it that way. If this is how they treat customers, then I am done. I will spend my money elsewhere.
I sanitized my hands and put my mask on before entering the building as the signs outside say to do so only to be greeted by 3 mask less front desk people. I did not feel safe nor did they take any precautions to cover their faces the time I waited. When asked why they were not wearing a masks, Haley the front desk person became incredibly defensive and aggressive. Saying they had been moving boxes all day even though they were sitting behind the desk, which had a fan pointed at guests, circulating all the air behind the desk into the waiting area. They continued to be rude and passive until my therapist came out to get me. I was so upset I could not relax during my service.I could not believe how rude they were at the front and did not feel safe going nor will I be returning.
I have been to the Foot Palace location in Athens 3 times and have never been disappointed with my service. Ive had a different masseuse each time and all 3 have been wonderful and professional. Its such a relaxing environment and you cant beat the price! Cant wait to go back!
Learned a hard lesson today with the Foot Palace. I have gone to the Braselton location many times since they have been opened and have always had a good experience. I made an online reservation last Wednesday Jan 6th for a 90 min Head to Toe therapy today at 3 pm which is Jan 15th. No one ever called so I just now called them to find out they could not accommodate my reservation. I told them I had an email confirmation but apparently they are to call you back to confirm your appointment. This never happened so now I have arranged my work and home schedule and have no appointment. The young man who I spoke with did not seem to care as well. I know with all the COVID craziness right now things are different but when I chose to spend my time and my money with your establishment, I deserve at least a phone call to inform me or at least reschedule my appointment.
I received a gift certificate for my birthday last year and put off going - I wish I hadnt! It was PERFECT!I made my appointment online 3 days beforehand, checked in a few minutes early and was taken back immediately. The receptionist was polite and friendly, my masseuse Tabitha, was amazing. She asked about pressure, comfort level, and always let me know when she was leaving the space for a warm towel, blanket, etc.I could barely keep my eyes open when I walked out the door and Im already excited to go back again.
Amazing experience. This was my first time being at Foot Palace. It wasn’t my first massage, but it was amazing. For a lot less money, you receive every bit of the luxuries and more than what many other massage facilities offer. Jennifer did a fabulous job and I will definitely be going back for more services!
I visited today and was so excited to go. I was sorely disappointed. First, I booked an hour for $60. The hour was eaten into 4x because the lady assigned to me had to keep leaving to get water, then wraps, then hot stones, etc. She was gone a long time, each time. I felt like she only worked on me for 40 minutes at the most. Secondly, her technique was not fluid and slow. She was jerky and kept breaking contact. I couldnt fully relax.I will go for a real massage somewhere else. A wasted $60 plus $10 tip. Ouch.
I just had the most incredible massage experi nice of my life!! Mary Jane was my person and she made sure I was comfortable in every way possible and really made me feel right at home! The atmosphere, the friendly service and the actual massage made just made my stressful week 10 times better! I will definitely be coming back and bringing friends! 10/10 would recommend!
My sister took me this week on my birthday for a one hour foot treatment. About 15 minutes into our treatment we could hear laughing and talking in the back room where the therapists were gathered. I am a licensed esthetician so I know this is not acceptable while treatments are being performed. My therapist was great but the front desk did not show real concern when we told him what happened. We were very disappointed!
What a disappointment!!! Out of town visit with 2 best friends for a girls day and was really looking forward to my first visit at a Foot Palace. We all scheduled a 60min service WITH APPOINTMENTS the week prior and expected to pay $35 for their 60min service. Allison up front suggested we go with the day away package without discussing the difference in cost. Why would anyone book this package when the add ons are only $9 more. To add, they were running behind and started our visit at 215, promptly ending early at 3pm. Why are we penalized for their inability to efficiently run their business! 15 minutes over charged, paid $70 for 45minutes of service that should have been 60. When we brought this to Allison’s attention she was unapologetic (or lacked sincerity) and overall rude and no customer service. Will not be recommending!
I went with 9 of my coworkers to this amazing slice of heaven today. We were treated to 90 minutes of head to toe massages from our amazing boss. We all had previously been to a very large and well known spa a few years ago and loved being pampered but I can honestly say that our visit today was AMAZING!!! My masseuse Christian was the best that I have ever been to. He was so polite, friendly and WHAT A SET OF HANDS! I was massaged, scrubbed, hot stone massaged and relaxed from Head to Toe for the 1st time in too long of a time! Getting a massage can be daunting to some but the fact that he was so respectful of certain areas, informed me of what he was doing, and always made clear to let him know if any of the massage or temperature of the the water or stones were uncomfortable. As one who has experienced the resort spa/massage experience several times, I will tell you my happy head to toes will go back to the Foot Palace!
I left the Foot Palace feeling both incredibly relaxed and totally invigorated, and I didnt realize I could feel both of those things at the same time! Melly worked on me and did a fantastic job. The staff is professional, the spa is clean, and the $35 hour-long signature treatment is a great value. Ladies: I wore yoga pants, a tank top, and flip flops to my treatment and I was very comfortable. They will work on your face, neck, scalp, arms, hands, shoulders, upper back, calves, and feet during the signature service, and you will soak your feet also. Its best not to wear any jewelry like earrings, rings, necklaces, etc., but I have a nose ring and it was no problem at all. It is so relaxing- I felt better with this treatment than I have at my last few Swedish massages! Stop procrastinating and book your appointment already! I cant wait to go back.
The couples massage experience we had was superb! After hearing about Foot Palace from friends, I had to check it out. Their service and the ambiance of this spa was impressive. My husband does hard labor, so this was a treat for him and a great time for me. We will definitely be back for more of their massage magic!
Definitely recommend. Customer service from the registration counter in the lobby to the therapists in the massage suite was top notch. Bret was intentional and attentive and didnt seem overly methodical, which was nice. I have a hard time relaxing, and I generally gab nonstop during a massage, but the ambiance here requires repose from the ordinary, and relaxation is pleasantly forced. I will be back.
I made an appointment online, received my confirmation email, and arrived 10 minutes early as the website instructed for new clients. I was so excited to try this service. Upon arrival, I was informed that the previous client was late, and I could not be taken until half an hour later than my appointment time. I had left work early and planned my schedule around this appointment, so waiting an extra half hour did not work for me. It states numerous places on the website and in the email I received that Your appointment will be honored at your appointment time. We give a 5 minute grace period. However, they choose to honor someone else being 30 minutes late for their appointment, and make me wait an extra 30 minutes. I left without getting any services, and was extremely unhappy with this business.
Oh my goodness, if you havent been here, you are missing out. I usually get the 1 hour foot reflexology massage, but it included face, shoulders, hands, back! It is amazing.. and for the price! You cant beat it. I appreciate the online appointment booking, but for last minute appointments you can also call. They pay attention to any areas that youre having trouble with and are more gentle there. I took my friend and our daughters today and all of the masseuses were great. Have to say Rebekah is amazing, but with as many people as I have suggested go there, not one has had a bad experience. Amazing!
Nia was truly extraordinary. Throughout my delightful 30 minute foot massage, I kept wishing Id gotten the hour! This place is gorgeously luxurious with soft, gentle lighting and soothing music throughout. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff was professional, welcoming, and friendly. I will absolutely be a repeat customer!
BUYER BEWARE!!! If for some reason you are unable to confirm your appointment the day before, they will straight up cancel your booking with no warning to the consumer. Unacceptable, bad business practice. Massage service is okay but I would not recommend anybody waste their time with this place.
This place was AMAZING! My daughter surprised with a gift card here so I was truly taken back when I arrived. Beautiful place, friendly staff, great atmosphere! I received the Day Away package! Reyes was my therapist. He did a wonderful job!! Currently making plans for another visit there next month! Thanks again!!
Both time I have been there the staff have exceeded my expectations. Price is a great value. No hidden up charges. Customers: Turn off you phones and keep quiet. My package was a $35 special they are running. It started with a brief questionnaire: How much pressure you like, do you like lotion, temperature of the water, etc. Then I met my masseuse who greeted me warmly. You go past the big back carved door to a dim light room with relaxing music. A big comfy chair with a foot rest was waiting. They will ask you to remove your shoes. They will offer you a blanket, take the blanket. They bring out a foot bath bucket, there is seaweed in it, dont let it surprise you. They will ensure your comfort by asking if the temperature, pillows, towels, etc are alright. They will rub your shoulders with lotion, this means it may be best to wear clothing that exposes your shoulders or take off your shirt (guys and girls). This is the second reason to take the blanket. Face massage, then shoulders, then arms and hands, legs and feet, then they will pause and ask you to roll over. From there its basically the same again but quicker. The whole massage was an hour not including check in, and setup.Tip is not included I give them cash but you can use your card at checkout. Both times I went the customers were the issue. The first time a lady would not shut up, the staff finally got her to be quiet. The second time a lady did not silence her phone and it rang two separate times.
How disappointing! I usually enjoy my Foot Palace experiences, but I am disappointed today. I brought friends from out of town and had booked three appointments to begin at 2:00 pm. We arrived on time and Allison at the front desk asked us to choose which 60 minute service we would like. I said, oh, just the regular 60 minute service. (Priced at $35). Allison suggested we upgrade to the Day Away service without mentioning pricing. We all settled in for our massages, which were lovely, but they only lasted for 45 minutes, not the full hour. When we got to the check out, we were told our total would be $60. I said, oh, there must have been a miscommunication, we were supposed to have the 60 minute service for $35. Allison said no, you chose to upgrade to the Day Away, which is $60. We paid, and tipped, but this was certainly a manipulative upcharge. Plus tip, we each paid $70 for a 45 minute service, which is ridiculous and not at all as advertised. I am so disappointed that I brought friends to pay more money for less time during our girls weekend.
I absolutely loved it. The best massage I have ever had. I will definitely be back!!! My therapist was Rebeccak. She was so sweet.I have been here about 4 times but today my experience was the worst. DO NOT go to JUNE!! She was on here phone texting. Also she told me my back was too tight and skipped that area. It does not feel like I have been to the foot palace period. I will not be back for a while
Attention headache and migraine sufferers, this place is amazing! I always do a 30 or 60 minute neck/shoulders/face massage. The back room is dark with soothing music. They provide a blanket during the massage and warm water for your feet if you want it. If youre light sensitive, you may want to bring dark sunglasses and put them on as you leave the back room because the light is very bright in the lobby. A note to management: if you had a migraine/headache specific massage, I would be very appreciative!
I went into footpalace at 34 weeks pregnant and Olivia was my therapist for the hour . The experience was just what I was looking for , so relaxing and tranquil, I even fell asleep . Olivia was so so sweet and I highly recommend her ! They took great precautions and kept everything very safe and clean with all of this covid stuff going on
My wife and I were given a gift certificate for two 60 minute foot massage treatments. It was FANTASTIC. Tommy and Nia were recommended to us by our friends who gave us this gift and they were awesome Very thorough, very relaxing, very therapeutic. We will definitely be back and have already decided to bring some friends next time.
I took my girlfriend here as a gift and was astounded at the lack of professionalism. She had a few questions about policies and Thomas was extremely rude to her. Save your money and go somewhere else, who actually treat their customers with respect. We will never be coming back!
Wow! We did the one hour combination of the feet and shoulders/neck and it was great! I fell asleep too! The set up is very comfortable and clean. Now what was key to me was the reflexology stopped my plantar faciatitis! My only advise it wear a loose shirt with a big neck or a tank top and make sure you can roll up your pants! You don’t want to miss anything! I am dreaming about my return already.
Foot Palace is possibly my favorite place in Athens! I have been many times and it is my go-to spot to take out-of-town guests for a treat. Some of them want to move to Athens by the time were done with our treatment, ha. Although I do enjoy sometimes getting more traditional massages at other places around town, I am never fully comfortable or able to relax being undressed in a room alone with a stranger. So the ability to keep my clothes on and have the security of others in the room is a huge bonus for me at Foot Palace. All in all, I cant think of any other way Id prefer to relax or treat myself and Im always looking forward to my next visit to Foot Palace!
The most important thing I’ve always wanted to do in life is become a massage therapist and Ii can finally say I found the job I’ve always wanted. The foot palace is beyond a great place! I enjoy being there till they open until they close. It’s really peaceful and the music is is relaxing because it puts me in a zone not to rush and it helps me concentrate more on the muscles!
I was impressed with the professionalism of each staff member. Front desk greets with a smile. It was a breath of fresh air from being at home due to the pandemic and being pregnant, I have to be more cautious with whom Im around. My rep was Desmen, he was polite and alert to my specific needs. I felt relaxed and started to have more sensation in my feet. Its been an overwhelming pregancy. Because, its been a rough time on my feet, Im glad Desmen could help. Tipped him above standard for being a great asset at reducing my pain.Next day at work still feeling better, and recommending the Foot Palace to coworkers.
Awesome experience! Everyone should incorporate this service into their lifes routine. Its so relaxing and stress relieving. The extraordinary facility and personally caring staff fulfills the experience. They have earned my highest recommendation, which is extremely unusual. Enjoy!!!
I was given a gift certificate to here for the best and biggest package they have. 60 minute foot massage, 15 minutes hands and arms, and 15 minutes back and neck. When I first arrived I was blown away with the inside, it was beautifully decorated and the staff was very nice! I arrived at 4:45, 15 minutes early to make sure I got my full hour and a half. They finally took me back at 5:10, 10 minutes after my official appointment started. My masseuse was very nice; however, she went to get water for my feet but by the time she got back and actually started my massage, it was 5:20. As someone who has had 10-15 massages, let me just say this was the WEIRDEST massage ive ever had. Most of the time she was just rubbing or squeezing and not actually massaging and at one point she basically was just shaking my body. During the massage, every 10 minutes or so, she would leave and go to the back for a few minutes, leaving me just sitting there. To top it all off, everyone is in the same room while being massaged. Thats not that big of a deal except for the fact that everytime someone would talk, someone else would go SHHHHH!!!!! (And trust me that happened probably every 2 minutes) When it ended, I looked at the clock and it said 6:37. Basically, she only massaged (aka pressed) my feet for 30 minutes, back for 15 minutes and hands and arms for 15 minutes. Since I was given this as a gift, I wasnt as upset as I would be if I paid $80 for it. I will add that I did tip 20%, as she did complete her service. But overall, I was extremely disappointed by The Foot Palace and probably wont be returning.
So, when I was first told by my girlfriend that we were going to have a foot massage... well I was a little creeped out and nervous. Then we arrive at the shopping center and things are looking up. Then we walk inside and... the tall white chairs to the right were impressive. The inside was nice and dark and relaxing. The chandeliers added a certain ambiance, as I was laying there getting the foot massage I imagined this is what it was like in the old Roman spas from B.C. The staff was great! Christian did a great job and I recommend asking for him when you go. The second, most recent time we went, we brought the kiddos, 13 and 16, and they were not at all up for their feet being touched but we made them go. They came out of there that night talking about how great it was for at least 30 minutes. To top it off, when you go your first time you get yourself your own personal head “scratcher/massager” to take home. You know the things that, as my 13 year old describes them, “look like a whisk that was cut open and wax put on the ends”. Recommended Foot Palace to my dad and step mom... they didn’t make an appointment and was not able to get in... I highly recommend an appointment!
This place is the bomb in every way possible, amazing staff, welcoming atmosphere, quiet and relaxing, and the quality is work twice as much as what u pay, I wish they had a membership because Id sign up immediately. Ask for AMY, her pressure is perfect for deep tissue.
Ok, for the price, Id say go and try it. You might like it! But I didnt....To start, the room you have your service - one large room, extremely dark, loudish spa music, and a vaguely moist feeling to the air. Kind of cave like. Then the massage - kind of felt like a hodgepodge of techniques, put together randomly. Between the frequent pauses for the therapist to get things and the multiple repositionings, I never really got relaxed. And there was one point that the therapist massaged directly on my spine, which Ive never experienced in a massage. About a half hour after I left, my upper mid-back was hurting and is still hurting three days later. So maybe its just not for everyone. But for the price of two hour-long sessions here you can get a one hour full body massage with a licensed therapist. Which is what Ill be doing from now on.
Sorry, but every time I go I get a little jaded, I like the concept, I just cant relax when its busy. Cant complain about the price though. we had a 4:00 and they didnt get started until 4:20. It is so popular in Athens it is Hard to get an appointment. I think we need another location in Athens.
I booked an appt here about a week in advance and never got a confirmation call to confirm the appt, so I called and tried to confirm before my appt and they said someone tried to reach out to me twice, I told them I never got a call. I tried to explain that to the receptionist who was very rude, so I just ended the call and will go elsewhere. Poor customer service at its best!
Looooove this place. I visit about once per month (or when I just cant take it anymore!) and always leave relaxed and refreshed. Great options to choose from, and the reflexologists are very attentive & accommodating to my preferences. Cant recommend this place enough!!!

2022-03-24Came to the Foot Palace with a friend for a Reflexology Foot Massage. I had never been here before and had never had a food massage so I was really looking forward to it.We made an evening appointment and arrived right on time. We only waited about 3 minutes and were taken right back. I chose the one hour massage and was so very glad that I did. You can select from feet and legs massage only or add your shoulders, arms and hands as well. I just chose the shoulders. The therapy room was darkened and there was some relaxing music playing. The chandeliers in there were very nice too. I know that’s a weird thing to mention but they really were lovely. I settled into a comfy lounge chair and the massage therapist put my footies in a warm/hot foot soak. She started working on my shoulders and neck first. It was wonderful, and so very relaxing. When that was done she placed a warm towel over my eyes, reclined my lounge chair and moved to my feet snd legs. For the next 30-40 (guessing) she worked her magic on my feet and calves. She knew all the pressure points and gave them all special attention. Her touch was perfect - not too hard but strong enough to be effective. It was fabulous! I can’t really tell you what all she did; I was too relaxed to take notes. Lol. Plus I’m rather ticklish and it was not a problem. Not once.Let me add- I WILL be back. It was absolutely worth every nickel.Self care is so very important, especially these days and I can’t think of a better way to treat yourself than a visit to the Foot Palace.

2022-04-03My husband and I just finished up with our two hour Royal Treatment couples massage, and we are so, so pleased. Cost was $240 before tip and tax. Since it was a couples massage, we had a private room to ourselves. I requested medium firmness and Andrew, my massage therapist, did a fabulous job. My husband requested a firm massage and said Natalia used the perfect amount of pressure. At the beginning, we immediately got a hot mineral foot soak while they started massaging our faces, heads, necks, and shoulders. Husband and I both work on computers a lot, so that was just amazing. Lots of my knots were handles around my shoulders. I’ve had massages before, but never had a foot soak with any, and it really elevated the experience. They stepped out and brought in warm neck wraps and warm cloths to cover our eyes and then massaged our arms and hands for about 30 minutes. Then they removed our feet from the soak and did a foot and leg massage for 30 minutes. I’m almost certain I fell asleep during this part. It was so calm and relaxing. We flipped onto our bellies for the last part for a little more neck and shoulder massage, as well as a little massaging on our backs. I felt so wobbly and nice at the end. I wore a tank top and shorts with sandals, and my husband wore a loose T-shirt, shorts, and house slippers. Lol. I highly recommend for anyone who likes massages, especially if you don’t want to take any clothes off. I fully plan on going back again and also buying as gifts for family. Overall wonderful, relaxing, and delightful experience and atmosphere. Well worth it.

2022-05-11I cant recommend this place. Years ago, I had a wonderful one hour experience at the Epps location. Someone gave me a $50 gift card last year. I realized that it expires in a week. I am a full time working single mom and havent had the time nor childcare to go in. I called today and asked if they had anything for the next week (when it expires). The only time that they had was one 30 minute session on Sunday. The card loses half of its value after next week. Make sure that you book your appointment early or you will lose the value of the gift card. I had another friend experience this same thing. I thought that I would be able to get an hour appointment within a week, but apparently not. :(

2022-06-03Went with my partner today and had a great time. The lady that helped me was named April and she was super sweet and took in everything i said.My partner however did ask for a firm massage but the lady was very gentle on him. The ambiance was nice! However the noise of them taking away chairs and stuff is a lil annoying.I also didnt enjoy putting my feet in a bucket. The thing they put at the bottom of the bucket really hurt my feet and my feet were also cramped!

2022-03-25Arrived 6 minutes prior to my 5:30 appointment, finally got pulled back at 5:35 (I checked because I feel like they have shorted me on time before). The face, head and shoulders massage was basically the same motion up and down my neck the whole time. Then once she finished I checked my phone and it was 5:58... paid $35 plus tip for 23 minute massage. Very disappointed. Save your money and go to an actual massage studio.

2022-07-22Yikes!!!! Terrible. Terrible! I asked for firm. I could barely feel it. She asked if the pressure was ok… No! I asked for firm. Nothing changes. I ask 2 more times and give up. The pressure was so light it about drove me crazy. It was like I was the first person she had worked on and I 100% could have done a MUCH better job. It’s sad. They used to be so good. Summer was there at one point - amazing! The last couple of times I’ve been it was awful.

2022-05-28We wont be going back.Over an hour drive to get there. My Hun booked an appointment and instead of it being in the private room like it was last time, it was in this huge group room which was insanely bizarre and really uncomfortable. We tried to just go with it but were constantly distracted by people coming and going, the sound of dragging furniture every time a new batch of clients went walking past the curtained off areas - open into the main walk area down the middle. No sound proofing. HVAC noise constantly turning off and on. Not relaxing in the slightest. My technician was all over the place. Only did one half of my neck and shoulder areas, didnt even tough my other side - assuming because she totally lost track of time due to her disinterested attitude and lack of desire to be there.Out of courtesy to my Hun who tried his best to plan a nice day out for us on our 16th anniversary, I just tried to work on being quiet and ignoring the litany of disruptions. And then the belligerent group of low end, inconsiderant old ggal group came in. Probably thinking they own the place. Proudly announcing that they are extra and always told they are loud with zero consideration for the huge room of no less than 20 other patrons attempting to have a nice QUIET experience that they are paying money for and taking time to supposedly enjoy.NO ONE said one word to them on the staff.Multiple patrons shooshed them out of pure annoyance and irritation. While I understand that you cant control the behavior of others, your MOST CERTAINLY can train your staff to deal with these situations properly if and when they arise. What made it 1,000 times worse and is the specific reason that we will not be back is how they handled/explained it at the front desk when checking out. They were fully aware of this group of 4 women (not ladies) since they come here all the time and always act like that.I asked why they think it is ok to punish the 20 other patrons by allowing customers of this caliber back and was given a snide comment saying that they would make it right on our next visit. No need. We will never go back and let everyone we know to not waste their time and hard earned money on a business that refuses to support considerate returning clients that know how to be quiet and, instead, allow repetitive offensive behavior from the same clients who have been going there for years ruin it for everyone else.Oh, they were happy to continue serving them alcohol as well which most certainly didnt help shut them up.
