Thank you so much for building the Jeep of my dreams that I didnt know I needed! This thing rides like a dream! Andreas was very patient with me through the whole process as we did everything while I was in Louisiana! I couldnt have asked for anything better! I promise to take care of it and take many adventures! You definitely have a client for life!!
I lost the key fob to another car after it fell between the driver’s seat and the console into an opening at the bottom of the console. After I tried, unsuccessfully, to retrieve the fob for several hours and determined replacement of the key fob would cost $1000, I visited Fortec. They retrieved the fob and did not charge for anything. The co-owner and tech that worked with me were extremely helpful and courteous. My brief experience was positive on all fronts. I will definitely return when I need something for my Jeep.
Outstanding customer service. I had these guys build my GP 8-years ago and a dealer lost my locking lug nut. I stopped by and the treated me like I was just a brand new customer, giving a free key. Cant beat these guys for customer service and excellent upscaled Jeeps!!
These guys did an outstanding job on my new 2019 Rubicon. Mopar lift, spring spacers, full Steer Smarts solution (upper track bar, drag link and tie-rod), geometry correction brackets, Fox ATS steering stabilizer, Hellwig sway bar, 37s, 18 wheels and more. Not only is it the look Im wanting, but more importantly, it performs/drives great! These guys rock! Its ready for the north Georgia trails!
Excellent customer service. They worked really hard to ship me a product they don’t normally ship since I love all the way in Michigan. When my new Jeep rock rails got here they were perfect! Was expecting a preciously owned product, but these look like factory new condition. Can’t wait to get them installed!!

I came to Fortec to get my entire steering system and front axle mounts upgraded. Not only did they give me the best and most honest estimate, they also constantly updated me on additional issues they found through out the week. The job that this team did was perfection and I could not be happier!!! help drives better than it ever has and they did a great job painting/cleaning my front end so everything looks brand new!!!! Will definitely be coming back to these guys for anything i do in the future.
Great bunch of folks here! Super friendly, helpful and patient. They REALLY know and love their Jeeps. Great selection of Jeep stuff and in-house service dept. They just started doing custom vinyl and I was their first. Did a great job and I (we, my wife and I) will definitely be back to Just Empty Every Pocket (as much as we can...)
Could nor have picked a better place to fix my Daughters headlight before she headed out of town! After struggling with a local tire company who took all day and was not able to diagnose the problem. I can’t compliment Alex and the Fortec team enough. They took my concepts I was thinking about and translated them into concrete ideas. And Alex used his experience to focus me in on maximizing my dollars and didn’t try to sell me anything! It has been a great experience and I am extremely pleased with what they turned out. Local Jeep Shop that understands customer satisfaction. Staff is amazing and prices are very competitive. Fortec has all the gear needed to customize your Wrangler or Gladiator. They changed out some of my new JL suspension parts. They also checked my alignment. These people know Jeep aftermarket parts and how to install them. Shop local and try them out.

I couldnt recommend this shop enough. From first reaching out to picking the Jeep up after service, this experience has exceeded my expectations. Tyler was outstanding in his customer service. He was very thorough and patient in answering my millions of questions. He walked me through every single step and detail to make sure I was happy with what I was getting. Picking up my Jeep was a breeze. I believe it was Alex who helped me and he was as kind and courteous as Tyler. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I truly cant thank Foretec enough for the quality customer service and quality work done to my Jeep. Im so happy I found this place, as it will be my shop for any future needs. Had a bunch of wiring and headlights installed as well as planned on fenders to be installed spent several thousand spent fenders never installed I had done a fresh alignment on it before I dropped it off. The wiring has been deemed a fire hazard by other shops. The alignment had to be redone. And they curbed my wheels. Worst shop experience I’ve ever had period

Fortec did the original lift/tires etc. when I bought my 2011 Wrangler. Since then, have been back to do various things. Just had front and rear bumpers added, tires,lights and some small customization done this week.These guys are terrific !! Not only are they technically very savvy as it relates to Jeeps, they are really nice, HONEST, people.Bring them your Jeep. They are the best in Atlanta !
Very satisfied with my experience. The shop is clean and well laid out and Alex and Andreas are knowledgeable and eager to talk Jeep. The parking lot isn’t bad eye candy either. Tons of cool builds going on.
Absolutely the friendliest, most helpful staff Ive encountered. They did great work to both of our Jeeps with lifts, tires, lights, etc. The customer service is phenomenal! We driver 2.5 hours to get there and will continue to do so.
These guys are professional and reasonable. I had my 2015 Jeep JK limited lifted here. They did a great job and took customer service to another level. About a month after I had my jeep lifted, it began wandering at high speeds. I took it in and they diagnosed bad ball joints and drag links. They took the time to show me the bad parts and wrote an estimate up for me to take to the Jeep dealer for warranty replacements. They do lifts for a large jeep dealer and had my back when I needed them. Highly recommend.

Me and my father went into fortec a couple of weeks ago with the idea of lifting my 2013 jeep rubicon with new tires and possibly other modifications later on down the road. Alex Ulber, a sales associate, greeted us and instantly got to talking about possibilities. The initial experience was absolutely fantastic as Alex informed us of what not only looks great but performs better. He showed us some great options of tires and wheels. He even talked us out of some ideas that we had because it wouldnt suit my style or what I really wanted for my jeep. When I went to drop off my jeep, I was told it would take about 3 days and they ended up getting it done in half the time. Absolutely love what they did and will definitely be my go to place for here on out!!

Fortec 4x4 Roswell is my GO TO Jeep parts store. All the associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions.My most recent encounter was when I busted the soft top back window zipper on my Wrangler. I ran in to see if someone could help me or had any ideas on how I could rig it for another winter season without buying a new top, and of course, as usual, they were more than happy to help. I was in and out in minutes and they gave me a great suggestion for zipper cleaner/lubricant.Ive always had EXCELLENT experiences with everyone at this location and have recommended Fortec to many Jeepers. Dont miss a chance to go in and see what a great customer service experience is all about!

Andreas and Jesse are great to work with and theyll make sure you know exactly what youre getting into up front. Ive been putting together bulk deals along with another Jeep owner and they always work with us and provide great advice as well as service. If you want to hook up your jeep, theres no place better!
Came in uninformed and with a ton of questions. Alex handled all my questions and came up with great suggestions. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Will continue to update my reviews. I did buy LED headlights, put $50 down made an appointment for install on Saturday. Turns out I had off on Friday, called early to try and get in. They didn’t have a spot avail, but called back squeezes me in. Mad props guys. Love my first mod.
This company is great! They support you whether you need a lift kit, tires, bumpers, all the way down to the simplest parts. They have a great selection of pull off equipment too. If you scuff your factory bumper give them a call, they probably have a pull off replacement... CHEAP! FORTEC is great to do business with.
I am New to the Jeep world. I Heard about Fortec in Roswell and went over there today. I was looking to upgrade my lights to LEDs on my Wrangler JK. Tyler and the staff were Fantastic and a HUGE help for me. I purchased the JW Speaker lights and am VERY pleased with them. Great people and the only place I will go for anything for my Jeep. Ive had multiple experiences, or not depending how you look at it fortec. Back when I had my TJ i had to get some work done I brought it there and they did the work at a fair price. When I get home I realize i have fluid leaking from my axle. After calling and waiting a few days per their request and arguing with the guy they did finally have me bring it back to replace the axle seal. They did eventually fix it, but after a bit of a fight. During that time it was a real pain to get them to answer any form of communications. Ive sold that jeep and bought a new one now. I email them to get a price/quote on install of a Terraflex Nebo rack no response for a week. I call, phone rings and rings... I call back Andres answers and says he will look into it and call me back Monday.. Its now been a month. Tried to imitate communication via email nothing, tried via Facebook nothing... Its a shame because I live walking distance to them, but will be forced to take my jeep elsewhere. Very disappointed in the customer service. Honestly, I just want a call back but the bridge is burned now after 4 or 5 attempts over the course of a couple years..

Alex and all the staff and techs at Fortec deliver superior service, work, and attention to detail to ensure things are done right the first time, everytime. After I became concerned with the quality of work done elsewhere, I started going to Fortec, and now dont go anywhere else. Most recently, when I dropped off my JK for a ball joint overhaul with Fortec, I knew it would be an all day job, but Alex had the keys back to me in plenty of time to keep me ahead of traffic. The first time I went to their shop I needed some Rigid Ind. Flood lights, (amazing btw). Andreas said: We only work on real Jeeps here! He gave me a tour of the shop even though I was only buying some lights off the shelf. Well this weekend I decided to put 4 inches of lift under my 2000 Yellow TJ. From the moment I got there until we completed the third quality control test drive, they treated me like family. Being in the same industry I know what expect. My experience on Saturday was nothing short of incredible. I would buy more Jeeps just to have the opportunity for Fortec to customize them. Thank you very much, Andreas, Adam, Greg, and John for being there for me and my Jeep. See you next week for my break-in re-torque. P.S. Adams attention to detail gave a completely new and improved ride on my Jeep. It feels stronger and tracks straighter then before and at 70 mph on 285. They did my body lift when I first got my jeep wrangler in Roswell a couple years ago. I was going over a speed hump in front of my house and my neighbor said she saw parts falling off my jeep. I called Fortec and they offered to fix it immediately even though its been several years.
Great company great people I am now a regular customer; wont go anywhere else for work on my Jeep!

2022-05-16Fortec is a great shop for all Jeep enthusiast! The whole team from the front desk to the shop are very knowledgeable on all aspects of modifying your Jeep or just keeping it original. They perform great service, I purchased my LJ in 2005 and other than oil changes they have performed all upgrades or modifications! They do it right! I recommend you considered them for your next add on or project on your Jeep.

2022-01-28I ordered the Rugged Ridge Hood Latches about a month ago. There was a delay in delivery and perhaps a little miscommunication; however, what really impressed me about Fortec 4x4, was their immediate response to my emails and willingness to correct the issue. I finally received the latches and Im 110% satisfied with their customer service and the quality of the product. Two thumbs up!

2022-01-19Response from Fortec is the reality of their customer service. They think they are flawless, when the reality is pure failure. Asking for more money to fix a supercharger that broke without any normal use, is not acceptable.Unfortunately the joke is on Me - and it will be on you, if you plan on doing business with them.—We had Fortec Roswell (Alex Ulber), add a super charger to our 2016 AEV Jeep with 10,000 miles on it. Within 850 miles the supercharger failed and the engine lost power steering and all accessories on the highway driving. The supercharger completely had completely failed.After months of patience trying to work on a remedy, Fortec is unwilling to even propose a solution. There claim is there installation was perfect. At this point we are over $10k into the damages and they are no help in resolution.We currently have three modified Jeeps, and have been in the community for decades. Alex and Andreas Ulber were both aware of the mistakes that were made or of the faulty product that they installed, but have not been willing to do anything.I would not recommend any critical work be done with their shop, if they make a mistake they will ignore you and you won’t have a Jeep to drive and will need to go elsewhere to fix it.

2022-03-13Want To Talk About Customer Service!!!I recently bought a 2003 TJ. I was looking to find out more about her, called and spoke with Tyler inturn directed me shop manager Alex, the resident TJ expert. Alex was kind enough to take the time out of his busy day to not only answer all my questions but to teach me as well. The rareity of it all in this day and age, was Alexs Passion, Excitement and all around Enthusiasm about My Jeep. He was never pushy about selling a product or kit. Only one Jeeper to another conversation. I made up my mind, this will be my shop for all my Jeep Services, I will be calling the Team at Fortec!!

2020-06-02A friend recommended Fortec, and I cant tell you how glad I am that he did. If youre like me, you care about your Jeep, and want the best for it. Although these guys did a great job on my Gladiator, and everything turned out as expected, I am actually more impressed with their customer service. For me, this is the most important thing, and its good to know some business still care about that. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. But most importantly, they have gone out of their way to show me they want to do business with me for life. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit....and did I mention the JT looks AWESOME!!!??!

2019-02-22Oct 2018Amazing experience! I’m a first time Jeep owner so I was a little apprehensive about inadvertently asking a “dumb question” about some upgrades I was looking to make for my new JL. However, Andreas and Tyler were extremely patient and helpful and took the time to answer my questions and walk through their recommendations in detail. When it was time to drop off my vehicle for the upgrades to be done, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and they kept their promise about having it ready later that afternoon. Definitely recommend this place!Feb 2019Another great experience. Took my JL back to get some new Bushwacker Fender Flares installed. Since they just came out I. December, there some quirks to work out on the install, but despite the challenges, the Fortec Team figured things out and got them installed and everything came together so nicely!
