Have purchased two motorcycles from here now. The entire crew was helpful. Michael even gave me a ride to my house so that I could get my other bike for trade-in. Kysha made me feel right at home and made sure to be right there during the entire process. BIG SHOUT OUT to Will for working through my demands and made this guy very happy.
Awesome place to buy from. Kaitlin is the best salesperson Ive dealt with. Out of 5 stores she was top notch compared to all the others. She is totally awesome an didnt make me wait on anythg. I will always be a customer thanks to her..They will take care of everythg quick and with no wait. I will buy from them from now on. There the best!!
Kaitlin was great to do business with! Bought a used motorcycle that I didn’t know anything about but thought it was a decent deal. Motorcycle hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and both tires were dry rotted and cracked sidewall and in tread. Yet the bike passed the “safety inspection” performed after purchase. It was a 2013 triumph with “5000 miles” which is 100% not the actual miles by any means. Tach swapped or tach was removed it’s entire life. Other than the sketchy tires I put new tires on it and it’s been a great bike so far! Just wish they would have asked if I wanted to pay them for the tires instead of letting me leave on a bike with horrible tires. Guess I should have paid another mechanic to come check it out but either way happy with the customer service not so much the mechanics that claimed it was ready to hit the rd. Would still recommend 100% for new purchases.
I used the dealers service center to change my tires and they were good for that, its the only reason they have two stars and not one. I requested a quote on a bike on a Friday morning. I was texted afterward that same morning and they said they could get the quote to me. I follow up on Tuesday, because I heard nothing. I was thanked for my patience and they said they will absolutely get that quote. The following evening I still heard nothing and had to put in another request just to finally have someone call me with a quote. Once I received the quote, I was shocked. It was over $1200 higher out the door than Mountain Motorsports in Roswell. Mind you, the bike was only $5,249, both dealers had the bike in stock. The fees they charge are astronomical and ridiculous. I will not be contacting them in the future for any quotes or using them for any other needs. On the other hand, Mountain Motorsports is a much more fair dealer and have earned my future business.
This dealership is dishonest. They encourage people to put down deposits in turn for being promised to be put in priority order to get inventory. They set false promises and then fail miserably to communicate with customers when they try to get updates. Do not trust their sales people or sales managers. They will convince you that you can get products that are hard to get, grab your deposit and then never communicate back with you. Sad!
I have never see a business that doesn’t want to make money. I spoke with Melissa Penn the sales manager regarding a Rebel 1100. I was completely ghosted after our initial conversation. I was prepared to pay full MSRP and put down my $500 deposit until the bike was delivered. I left multiple messages with the dealership and Kaitlyn, even emailing Melissa. Nothing. Headed up to Tennessee to buy the same bike this weekend. Unprofessional !
Shop around. Freight ($1400) and assembly ($1200) for a Yamaha MT-09 are excessive to put it mildly. I was led to believe these are set prices, but found (too late) a dealer within 15 miles that charged about half that. Parts department and service department were great, but because of sales department excessive dealer fees, I will not recommend purchasing a vehicle here.Edit: They didnt get the MSO to the DMV on time so now my temp tag has expired and I cant ride my new motorcycle.
Just purchased a ‘21 Grizzly XTR. Kaitlin helped me throughout the whole deal, and did a jam up job w it too.She also even offered to intercept the delivery truck on a Friday night, in order to get my machine a week early; No extra cost!In the end, Kaitlin was able to come within $200 of a total quote I had for one that was 6.5h away, as compared to 2h.Overall, very satisfied beginning to end. 10/10 will be back in the future
This place has an awesome inventory, so awesome that it was the only place that had the exact bike I wanted. Lily was amazing and had very open communication helping me to purchase my bike. She was patient, professional, and made my experience smooth and easy. I believe his name was Will, the guy who had all my paperwork. But he was great as well. Both Lily and Will were charismatic and lacked any pressure that other salesmen at dealerships have. Overall, 100% recommend buying your motorcycle here.
Everything about our experience was great! We started out looking for a dirt bike for our son and ended up buying the motorcycle and a Viking side by side. The salesperson was very helpful and Service Dept is great too. They offered great financing options as well. We will definitely return for our next purchase.
Called Kaitlin over in the Canton location on a Tuesday night told her what I wanted my payments at and what I could afford. She quickly leaded me to the 2022 Honda Rubicon and kept me in my budget. Walked in the next morning and within 20 minutes I walked out the door with my new quad. I highly recommend Kaitlin and Freedom Powersports in Canton, Ga.
I was looking for a specific Polaris UTV and Kaitlin made a great recommendation to a better equipped, comparably priced and on the floor ready to go Kawasaki Mule. Knowledgeable and straight to the point, got me in and out the door with financing and the Mule delivered to my house in 2 hours. Kaitlan and Will were great to work with - no hassles, friendly, and got it done fast. I highly recommend them and the team behind them.
Friendly and courteous staff. Very clean and organized atmosphere with plenty of opportunity to spend money. Where a parts department is going to help you out with anything that you need to know and a service department that can do just about anything you want done..I returned two months later to eventually purchase the new machine,I can only encourage you if you are in the market to buy any type of machine to go see the staff here at the dealership my experience was exceeded with the professionalism and inventory of this dealership.
The Salesperson (Kaitlin) we dealt with was AWESOME. She was very responsive and did her job really well. She was very knowledgable. She is a 10! I have to give 3 stars because of that. Now on to the 1 issue. I would be careful when signing paperwork. They will try and sell a very cheap Sub Standard warranty at a very high price. Extended warranty was 4 times the price for a lower tier warranty. They did an amazing job everywhere else. They also made it right after I noticed the warranty upcharge. if you watch this portion of the deal I would feel 100 percent confident to buy an ATV here.
We couldnt be happier with the deal and service we got at Freedom Powersports Canton. They worked diligently to get us the machine we wanted at the price we could afford and earned a loyal customer. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an ATV, motorcycle, or any other recreational vehicle. Thanks again, guys.
A bit confused as to extremely high pricing of warranty, freight and prep. First, I have never purchased a new bike from the dealer and could be completed wrong here. If so, I will happily adjust my review. I patently have waiting for the new 650KLR and went to pick it up yesterday. Everyone was super nice. However, I was told later in the day that I was the one who got taken for a ride. I paid almost 3300.00 in just prep and freight and 2000.00 on extended warranty. This was on a bike that only cost 7999.00. I literally paid almost as much as the bike in fees. I spend my days helping others in the hospital as a nurse and I am a very trusting individual so I am giving the benefit of doubt to Will(Finance) and Katlyn(sales). I am happy to pay customary charges as long as I have been treated fairly. That being said, I am the worst person to take advantage of so lets hope thats not the case as I dig a in little further. More to come.
Will, Kaitlyn, Melissa, Chris, and Neil just to name a few. They are hard working and so AWESOME!!! The vibe at this dealership is amazing! We shared a few laughs, we talked about family, and they sold my son his first bike! This dealership made my son and I feel like family! And they gave my son an awesome deal with very little down!
Wow! Wonderful experience! Kaitlin was super fast on communication and getting us situated in our new Ranger. Freedom Powersports really makes you feel welcome from minute one coming into their doors. Will in the finance department was also amazing. Great humor and knows his job well. Thanks for such a great experience Freedom Powersports.
I absolutely love getting to see Lily whenever Im at Freedom. She always provides the best service and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everything that Im needing is being taken care of. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend working with Lily whenever youre looking to purchase something from Freedom!!
Walked into the dealership just to browse with no idea in mind on what I wanted. Lily took me around and showed me some options in my price range. Decided to hold off on buying but will definitely be back in the near future. Without a doubt i will reccomend Lily and the Canton location to everyone mentioning their intrest in a fun toy!
Erick in service is great. They mount the tires on both my street bike and my track bikes.However... I was looking to purchase a bike that was on consignment there. I had been having very good communication with the saleswoman, but all of a sudden emails went unreturned. Three days later I see on the website that the bike has been sold.I get it, its a first come first serve business, but how hard is it to spend 30 seconds on an email letting me know it sold rather than just, in essence, ghosting me?It may not matter for this sale, but you can be damn sure I wont look at any bikes there in the future.
Kaitlin and Lily in sales are so knowledge & professional, Will in finance helped me through all of my options and explained everything to me in office which genuinely put me at ease through all of the questions and concerns I had, Chris and Ashley in parts helped me find all of the accessories I wanted, and Eric & Korey in service was able to get all of my accessories installed and delivered to me same day, absolutely hands down the best buying experience Ive ever had in a l dealership. I was dreading the process before but now the only thing I wished I wouldve done differently is I wished I wouldve came to this location sooner.
I had an amazing experience made completely painless by Kaitlin! The staff was knowledgeable and really made this a fast, easy, and pleasurable experience! If I had known it was this simple, I would have bought my new bike a long time ago!!!!!! Thanks again to the Freedom Team.
I love the motorcycle I purchased from this location, however, the experience was less than smooth. I was presented multiple financing options where I had to recalculate the payment to ensure that it was correct (and it was wrong twice). Additionally, we agreed on a discount due to some minor scratches and they forgot to include it in the transaction. While they did send a check refund after I pointed out the issue (that I had to argue for in order to receive a check instead of a gift card), the culmination of these issues overall does not make you feel like you can trust what they are saying or that someone is looking out for you. When I reached out to Kaitlin about the issue, rather than calling me back like she said, she sent me a text message that said I can give you a gift card with a thumbs up emoji. Maybe that works for some people, but when you make a mistake you should go above and beyond to make it right and not send me silly emojis as if my money and my satisfaction is something to discuss over text. I will be going to Freedom Powersports in Mcdonough from now on.
Buying experience was typical; very friendly staff, if always trying to close you on a deal. Expect to be asked if you want to put a deposit on something you have interest in. Asked for a service record several times throughout the process, someone would always look into that for me, but never return with an answer. Online chat support was equally useless. Finally was told after sale that it couldnt be given to me because the previous owners name was on it, what a joke. Was able to locate and ask the previous owner for it online anyways due to the extremely specific information the sales team gave me on him while discussing the bike.Got a nice bike for a fair price though, YMMV.
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. This dealer does not price match their own competitors pricing even with legitment proof. Wait, let me clear that up..per the dealer, they DO price match but NOT on the inventory they have in-stock. They proceed to me that I can order one for the same price that the competitor is offering me, but can not buy the machine that is in-stock without paying 3k more. Never seen a dealer the doesnt want business.
Where do I start? Terrible dealership. Overpriced. I was able to get a 2021 Ninja 400 for $1200 cheaper at Kawasaki of Rome where they are not tacking on ridiculous fees. My bike needed to be lowered. Decided I would use Freedom for service to lower my bike due to my height. Placed the order with parts dept in late May. They charged me for the part June 9. In their system they tell me I placed the order on June 11 (how is that possible, I was charged 2 days prior) I called every week about this part because they said a few more days, it is on the way. By late July, I called and a different story from parts its on back order. How was something on the way for 6 weeks and NOW on backorder? They never even tried to call another supplier to get the part, wanted me to just wait. I looked online, I could have bought the part myself from Roaring Toyz website. I called Mountain Motorsports in Marietta. The part is ordered, available and will be here in a few days and Mountain Motorsports will get my business and I can FINALLY comfortably ride my bike. I spoke to Neil at Freedom Powersports who claims to be a manager. He told me last week he would credit my card, apologized and had the nerve to ask me to please forgive them and keep them in mind for service, acknowledged that no one did anything to expedite or help me. Neil said he will call me back to get my card number and credit me. You guessed it, he never called back. I had to CALL HIM (several days later) today and he credited my card over the phone. His tone was that of someone who was annoyed to hear from me, in no way did he apologize for dropping another ball.Bikes are way over priced, parts people have proven to be unhelpful causing me to not be able to get my bike in riding condition, I missed basically the whole summer to ride, I found out the part Id been waiting on so long was the WRONG part. Management clearly does not care. For their sake I hope they get it together. Completely disgusted.
I have to say Kaitlin is a phenomenal employee and I honestly wouldnt have the opportunities Ive had if it wasnt for all her hard work and dedication for me and for Freedom powersports I will only do business with this company and only through her, I highly recommend if youre shopping around look no further come here and ask for Kaitlin shes the best! Thank you Kaitlin for everything youre incredible!
So thankful for freedom Powersports in Canton, GA!! We called at least thirteen Kawasaki dealerships trying to get our hands on a Kawasaki Mule and they were the ONLY dealership that even bothered to call us back. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure we got what we wanted. Two weeks later and we are headed home with our brand new UTV!Special thanks to Kaitlyn for staying in touch and keeping us updated! We appreciate you and the time you spent helping us locate EXACTLY what we wanted!😘
Contacted them via email for a price quote. They got back with me super fast and before I knew it I was on my way home with my new yamaha mt-03!! I got a killer price for my trade in, they were super efficient, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Kaitlin and team did an exceptional job! Thank you all so much for my new bike!
I am very, very happy with the purchase of my 2012 Honda CRF 450RL. Lilly worked with me to the fullest got me to the number I needed. Will the finance manager was excellent with his knowledge during the closing of this deal. I will be back and recommend my friends coming to Freedom Power Sports in Canton Georgia.Paul Parker
Great customer service from start to finish. Looked all around for a Polaris Rzr and they had the one. Kaitlin did a great job answering all my questions and I was in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a machine to have fun with.
Ive bought 2 bikes from freedom power sports and both experiences were excellent. They go above and beyond on meeting the customers needs. Both Jeremy and Will were extremely helpful with finding the right bike and paying for it. Theres enough room in the showroom to not feel claustrophobic and not too empty, the atmosphere was perfect there. I live about 2 hours away and it was well worth the drive/ride. Ill definitely go back when im ready for a new bike.
Lily is the absolute best to work with. Very honest, knowledgeable, friendly and has helped me out a lot when buying motorcycles from her. I’ve bought 3 and sold 2 total and she’s made the process very easy. She’s got me sitting pretty now with a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R 636. I will absolutely be doing more business with her as long as she’s there!
I called Tuesday afternoon hoping to get some info about potentially buying an ATV. Kaitlyn immediately sent me pics of what was available and then sent me financing forms. My purchase was delivered the next morning. It was such an easy and efficient process. I was thoroughly impressed.
Top of the line service.. Kaitlin super patience, Will awesome guy. My husband and I got there 1 hour before closing time. They make happened!! My husband got hes long time dream come true. Getting hes Yamaha R6. The financing process super fast and super easy. Really good service. Thank you guys!!!!!
I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and amazing experience. The staff and the level of patience they had was way beyond my expectations! I had a great experience. When you go here ask for Kaitlin! She was by far the best!! Very generous and kept you updated throughout the process. Definitely ask for her! Will always come back to freedom!!
I’ve been to many different dealerships and talked with many salespeople, but Kaitlin here at Freedom Powersports has been by far the best saleswoman ever. Not only is she knowledgeable but very kind and genuinely listens to your needs and wants. My wife and I bought a UTV from her and she was so patient the entire time! If you want an effortlessly awesome experience, ask for Kaitlin
First I would like to start off by saying, if you are not buying from Freedom Powersports, you are buying in the wrong place!! Customer service is second to none, the bike I bought was delivered to my house because my schedule wouldn’t allow me to make it to the store before closing time, Mind blown to say the least!! Will worked with me to get my payment where I wanted it! Must say, better experience than some so called “reputable” dealerships in the Marietta area. Freedom actually cares about the customer!! Great job Freedom you have earned a customer for life here!!!!!!👍
Ordered the 2021 General XP 1000 with deposit in late February. Based on Polaris demand, the staff told me to expect a delivery date 4-6 weeks out. Surprisingly it arrive around the end of week 4. The day it arrived arrangements were made with the shop to get it prepped and out to me the same day. Melissa is the “Boss Lady” that makes things happen. I highly recommend them for your next purchase!Roger G.
The team at Freedom Powersports in Canton did a great job when I was looking for a jet ski. From my arrival to leaving with new PWC and trailer I was welcomed and everyone treated me very well. I want to recognize Lily Stalnaker for her exceptional customer service because she took care of every request - prior to, during, and after my purchase. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I come here for all my parts for my bikes. Purchased a bike as well The sales team is always very friendly. But the parts department is where his location shines in my opinion. I always deal with Chris and he makes feel at home during my visit. He takes the time to find exactly what I need and will go the extra mile to contact me later in the week if he finds something useful for me. I live in Dallas now and I will continue bringing my business here for the parts department.
I was once lost in this world without a motorcycle for nearly a year until the greatest sales professional I have ever worked with, Lily, helped me purchase a new bike ready to handle any adventure. I had some unique circumstances that she worked around without any trouble navigating every challenge I could throw at her like a true champion. As long as Lily is at freedom I will be buying my motorcycles from her dropping my old motorcycle vendor mms without any hesitation . Keep up the awesome work guys!
Just got home after purchasing a 2019 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT here at Freedom in Canton. The service was GREAT, from Kaitlin’s knowledge and professionalism in sales to Will and Melissas help in the financing department. They didnt have the bike on the property, but were able to locate what I wanted and have it here in one day! I bought new tires here last week for my sport bike, so I can vouch for the service department as well. Overall, a very positive experience- start to finish! Thank you!
Friendly yes. But that’s where it stopped. I’m busy and I’m sorry don’t work if my service appointment was made weeks in advance and the one of the two simple tasks weren’t accomplished with the bike being in their position for 3 weeks. I’m busy too. Apparently some customers have higher priority. They had zero problems collecting money from me, I’ll remember this transaction. I’m busy too. Sorry I asked you to do your job freedom power.
Great experience at this location. I originally called and setup an appointment after asking several financing questions. Kaitlyn help my wife and I with our double motorcycle purchases (Ninja400 & MT-07). Everyone at this location was cool AF, we also had all three of our kids with us and they just hungoutbin the waiting room. Highly recommend this location and Kaitlyn as your sales rep!!!
This powersport is the worst we’ve ever been too! And we’re really upset over what they did to us! Not only does their website promote wrong pricing but also the sales person. My husband called on Thursday asking about a pw50 we saw on the website Kaitlin mislead us thinking they had the one we wanted and wasn’t truthful on the pricing for the bikes they had. Us trusting in what she told us we DROVE from Ft. Campbell KY to trade in our sons TTR 50cc for a pw50. And nothing could get done because not only did they offer a low trade amount but we only had a certain amount of cash that we thought the bike was going to be.! So literally they made us drive all the way here just to waste our time!!!! WORST service we’ve ever experienced!!!!!
My sales guy Justin was honest, friendly and patient with me while I made my decision on a bike. During the entire purchase process I interacted with at least one person in each dept, and was treated the same from each one. Im so glad I purchased my bike from freedom power sports canton. And look forward to future service from this great team. Thanks!
I appreciate their No nonsense sales process. I buy toys more often than some people change underwear. Being able to get to a fair bottom line price and smooth transaction was worth buying from this Ga dealer and I’m in central FL.Thanks to Charlie Christopher in sales and his manager for efficiently putting a Deal together on my newest addition to the motorcycle stable, a Kawasaki dual sport. When I arrived, I was impressed with the selection of Kawasaki, BMW and other models available!Charlie will definitely be on the call list when I swap out my next bike. He even helped me load it onto my motorhome hitch , IN THE RAIN!How’s that for service!
If I could give this negative stars I would. Had the most absolute worst experience with service that I’ve ever had in my life. Rude impolite and didn’t care about the case that I already have open with Polaris. Do not deal with their service department you will be disappointed
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I had just walked away from buying a sxs I found on Craigslist late in the day and randomly walked into the showroom as they were closing up. From the salesperson to the sales managers, I was met with kindness and a lack of pressure. The maintenance manager walked me around as well and let me know his perspective on what would work best on my farm with the lowest upkeep cost. For them to take the time with me and educate me on my options that late in the day was impressive. I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Kaitlyn, Melissa, Brandon, and Will, thank you!
I had a great time looking through all of the inventory on the showroom floor. My salesman Mickey was very helpful through the entire process of buying my new bike. Another younger guy, I believe his name was Zane, was also very helpful when comparing them, and researching the different warranties. I also had a really good experience with the guy in the gear section. He showed me the different ratings of helmets and explained them etc. The only fault is that I felt they were a little disorganized amongst themselves. Though, I had an awesome experience and have every intention of going back.
Called and asked if they would work on my motorcycle, he (service manager) stated that they would not work on my motorcycle since it was a 2005 Boulevard. I asked if he could recommend me somewhere that would fix my bike so I could trade it there for one of their motorcycles. He asked like I was bothering him and he said that he doesn’t know any who would touch my motorcycle, he was very rude and unprofessional and now I will not do business there and if that is the way they treat customers I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Looks like you lost a deal at selling a Harley! I am going somewhere else to buy one!I really wanted to buy locally but if the service manager is going to act like this all the time , I will take my business Elise where and will mention not to have any veterans deal with this company either.
I had a good experience with buying my quad from Freedom Powersports. The finance process was really quick and easy. The finance manager that helped me was great, and made the hard part seem really simple. The only downfall was one salesman told me one thing about the financing over the phone, but once I got there the terms were different. I felt as if I was told what I wanted to hear to get me in there. I still purchased the quad, and I would purchase from here again.
Purchased my first bike, a WR250R here, and it was a great experience! They have a huge stock of bikes. When the bike that I ended up wanting was not in stock they bent over backwards, went to Alabama for me, and had the bike prepped and in their showroom the next day for me. Wow! The entire staff was super-helpful and knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and got me onto a bike that is perfect for me.I bought my bike, all of my gear, and had them tweak the suspension of my bike over the span of three days and could not be happier.A shout out to the entire staff that worked with me... Isaac, Sean, Jerry, Howard, Cody, Ryan, Chris, Eric & Josh. Its amazing that I worked with all these guys (plus the super nice gal at the front desk and another guy in service that Im sorry to say I didnt catch his name) and had a uniformly excellent experience.I would definitely buy from this team again. A+ all the way. Thank you!
Stopped by here on a whim, not expecting to purchase anything, only had a little money and not so great credit. They had a few bikes I was interested in, so I decided to let them run my credit and see what happened, never would I have expected that they where able to not only get me financing for the bike I wanted, but with great terms as well. If you are rebuilding your credit, and want a bike, I suggest giving this place a shot. I even changed my mind about the bike I wanted after giving them a deposit, and with no issue or hassle accommodated my request with no change to the financing. Will update after first service, but so far so good.
This review is based on multiple visits. I am fairly new to the Atlanta area. Like most people I check reviews on places where I can take my bike to be serviced. Most other shops have at least 2 bad reviews in the service dept. And the nature of them is kinda scary. Freedom Powersports had reviews that made me feel comfortable enough to take my bike there. After the first time here I knew I would be a regular customer. Erik in service is the man. He knows how customers should be treated. Everytime I show up he does what he can to squeeze me in. Granted Ive only been for regular maintenance Im never there long. My bike always comes back to me in record time and runs better than ever. I ride 50 miles one way just to have my bike serviced here. Why?cause this is a top notch shop. Dont go anywhere else.
Im going to give them 2 stars because they have a good selection of bikes, but dirty standards to sell then. I walked out of there with a 1300$ warranty that came with the bike so buyer beware. It was a used bike and I had to pay interest on the warranty so I asked them to remove it which will take a while. Ill update if I have any further issues. Other than that its a clean place and great selection.
I am using Siri for this so forgive the mistakes. I drove over 400 miles from Florida through Atlanta to go to freedom power sports in Canton Georgia. Everybody I came into contact with went out of their way to make what we normally just be a service into an incredible experience it. It was well worth the 7 Hour Dr. there and back to pick up my motorcycle. The people in finance service parts and sales were all awesome
I arrived to have my suspension adjusted and found i needed yet another tire. Steve helped me out and got the tire i wanted to purchase and took it over to service desk to be installed and also helped with many other questions. The parts department is great. And the service was great Eric cashed me out, and i was riding down the road in no time! THANKS to the employees at freedom powersports!
We love shopping at freedom Powersports !!We’ve been shopping here for several years in dealing with my parts rep Chris Scaglotti Is always very professional and helpful with knowledge on all our motorcycles. Such an awesome team up there or even the sales department is really good every time I have a question to answer all my needs. And big thank you to Gabe as he manages parts department. They are such a great group of guys!!!..
Purchased a bike here a few years ago. The salesperson wasnt knowledgeable and the transaction wasnt smooth, but foolishly went back looking for an upgrade. What a mistake! We thought the transaction was complete but it turns out half the information we should have been given wasnt provided and the sales manager is not only uninformed, but also has zero concern for customers. Wish I could give zero stars.
My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Freedom Powersports in Canton. We tried to work with another dealer to obtain financing to purchase a Slingshot for my hubbys 50th birthday but did not receive any response from the dealer after submitting a finance application online and waiting over a week. My husband found a used Slingshot from Freedom and we were messaging with a sales rep named Caitlin and I called them thinking they were the first dealer we had dealt with. I spoke with Melissa who was very kind and patient through my long explanation and offered to help us with financing. We were able to apply for financing on the phone and got an answer from them within a couple of hours. Long story short, we went to FS Saturday and purchased the Slingshot. Every single person we dealt with, including two gentlemen in service, was AWESOME. Very professional and kind. We even got a great dinner recommendation from James. I hope I have a need to deal with Freedom Powersports in Canton in the future!
Salesman was great we bought 2 bikes that day , but the finance department completely misrepresented the additional protection plan. we were told that we would get 3yrs free maintenance ,10% off parts and 60% off labor from the service department. the first time we went to use the service department we were told there was no discount the the rate was $130/hr. I dont have a issue paying for a service I do have a issue with not getting what what was agreed to.
Cody was by far the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I went into the store looking at one specific bike and Cody took the time to find out what exactly I liked about that bike. He then went above and beyond and showed me something that fit all my wants/needs. Thanks to Cody I ended up finding a better bike.Even during the purchase every staff member at Freedom PowerSports were absolutely amazing and a blast to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this location to ANYONE! I honestly couldnt be happier with the decision of coming here for my purchase.
I would like to thank the boys for an awesome experience. Sean made it extremely easy for my purchase. The finance managers worked the deal efficient and professionally. Their professionalism is what keeps me coming back. I definitely reccomend this shop to anyone ready to purchase a new vehicle/toy. I will be back!
I was at the Dealership a couple of weeks ago killing time and looking when Chris asked if he could help. I really didnt have intentions of buying that day but I did have questions and Chris didnt seem to have any problem with taking what ever time necessary to answer any questions I had and took the time to look at my trade and make an offer. Well needless to say that the offer was great and between Chris and Wendell doing the paper I rode the 2016 Suzuki Bandit home that night. While Im here I cant miss mentioning Eric in service and Neil. Great company, Great people!
Ive bought 5 new atvs this year. Great sales staff. 3 of the bikes I purchased they did not have in stock at this location and they always had it there within 2 days. Sales manager gave me a great price on my raptor 700. $600 less out the door than I could find anywhere else. Havent dealt with parts or service really but sales department seems great.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Absolute worst finance representative and management out there. The only good thing about this place was our salesperson. He worked his butt off and tried to work things out for us. As for the rest of it, sat for over two weeks getting thrown back and forth, the bank needs this and that, but never calling to let me know. I only ever got information when I called to check in. I called multiple times for the finance, Melissa, and was told she would return my call. That never happened. Even the manager, Mike, did not seem to care about having us for customers. Never got a call saying the financing was done and given the terms, etc. I had to call every time to find anything out. They obviously did not want to sell the bike to us. And its a shame because the salesperson deserved that sale. I do not, by any means, recommend going here.
I walked in and was introduced by the sweetest girl, Kaitlin! I was only home for a short period of time to visit family since I’m stationed in Camp Lejeune , but she was so helpful and patient with me as I was looking around. A super sweet girl who was like I said very helpful with me and even pointed me out a good bike for when I get out in a year. When it comes time for me to buy a bike I know for sure I will be coming back to freedom
I dont want to writing that review but I lost my money at here and recevice nothing. On March 12 2021 I see that dealer post for sale a Honda CB500F. I come to buy but they have availible yet. They talk they can take a order from Honda (around 3 to 4 week) and I make $500 deposit.I need to waiting a long time (5 and a half month). I have contact they too many time about status of the order but always the answer is “look like”I cancel my order yesterday and they dont get back a refund for me.
Had an incredible experience with the team there. My husband needed a Polaris Ranger for his trapping business and they were there to help me find exactly what we needed, and quickly. Excellent customer service, great personal touch, and staff was incredibly friendly. Huge thanks to Isaac, Wendell, and Woody for the help with selection, financing, and delivery. Purchased a Ranger XP 900 with a roof. You guys rock! I will definitely be back!!
Just wanted to take a special moment to thank Chris Scaglotti for his help when I called looking for a part on my bike that I have looked everywhere for. He took the time to search and really showed he cared to find it for me. He was successful where other places havent even taken the time. Thank you for showing great customer service! I will be using your company again!
Very good experience. Zach was great. Knew about the bikes I was looking at and brought several items to my attention that I did not know, helping me make my choice for the right machine. I am super happy with the bike I bought and will be back to the dealership in the future.
I cant say enough about my experience. I had just purchased a used bike and brought it in for them to clean the carbs and check out the bike. It took longer than I had hoped, but it was done right and that is way more important. Eric was nice and made sure I had a great experience. Thank you to all there and I will absolutely be bringing my bike back in the future.
Melissa and the rest of the team were very helpful and kind when my mother had to sell my late fathers Goldwing Trike. They inspected and serviced the bike then priced it for consignment; all at super reasonable and fair values. I will return as soon as I am in the market for my next two wheel vehicle (hopefully, soon). Thanks to you all, at Freedom Powersports.
Just purchased a 2018 Honda CBR1000rr and couldnt be happier. I had the pleasure of being helped by Kaitlin and Melissa. Kaitlin was awesome and knew what I wanted out of a bike. She was very friendly and super helpful. I would recommend Freedom Powersports, the staff is super friendly and informative.
My family and I went into FreedomPowersport Canton last week to get information about a 4x4. Thomas met us in the parking lot. Mind you, Ive been to 3 other businesses in FL and GA for the same info. The other places ignored me and spoke to my son-in-law. (Im an old gray haired woman.) But Thomas had eye contact right away. He was very informative and cordial. He wasnt pushy. He explained everything I asked about. I appreciated the experience.
Purchased a Polaris Ranger 570 Midsize in Nov 2015. This was my third major purchase at Cycle Nation and was the best one by far since the current staff seems to care about their customers now. The deal was better that other dealers quoted and the whole process went smoothly. They definitely gave me a I want to come back experience.Kudos to the parts and service departments as well who have given great advice and provided vastly improved customer service. I really have to say they have upped their game. Keep it up.
If you order parts, they will not call you. If you deal with the service department, they will not call you. The parking lot looks like they are going out of business. The landscaping in a hot mess. The front door does not close. Outdated notifications on the front door. If another store open within 10 miles, they will be out of business in 3 months
They have a wide variety of products from 4 wheelers to motorcycles. Prices are reasonable and they have financing options. They also have mechanical deals you can discuss with the sales person. We spoke to Will who was very knowledgeable and very kind! He helped us understand the difference between the 4 wheelers and which would be best for our needs. We did not make a purchase (due to us wanting to do more research before making a purchase), however, we plan to go back soon and purchase from Will.No negative things that I have to say! Looking forward to our next visit!
It was all around an amazing experience. The person that helped me was Zach and I had so much confidence in everything after talking with Zach. Great place, very nice employees. I will be back to purchase a quad, all because of that awesome salesman I talked too, Zach.
Very pleasant buying experience with Kaitlin Groover from the greeting to the delivery. COVID 19 had found our house and we conducted a contactless transaction from the financing to the drop off deliver all the way to a facetime with the service department to help me get the cold engine started. Kaitlyn was easy to work with and we will purchase another PTV/ATV from Freedom Powersports of Canton based on our experience. Our son loves his PW50 (Disney types smiles).
Extremely Frustrated by My Experience - READ EverythingApproximately one month ago I spotted the bike I had been looking for on an aggregate vehicle web site that showed a newer KLR with under 3k miles was available at Freedom Powersports in Canton.I called the dealership on the phone to confirm some details on the bike (less than an hour before closing) and was told the bike was still available, I agreed to have them run a check to see what kind of financing I could get through them and I figured why not.Irritation 1: I was offered a 12% interest rate but shrugged it off as I intend to the pay the bike off within 4-5 months.Irritation 2: While on the phone the salesgirl pressured me several times to make a non-refundable deposit of some kind on the bike so that they would hold it for me till I could come in the next morning (I told her that if they sold the bike in the 30 minutes before the store closed it wasnt meant to be).Irritation 3: The next morning I got up bright and early to make it to the dealership by 9 (left my house at 7am) and before they were even open for the day the same salesgirl called and texted my phone to ask if I was on my way.On arrival I took the bike for a test ride and didnt have many questions for the staff because this would be my second KLR and the first one I sold to a friend at 50k miles. This is a bike I am well acquainted with.Irritation 4: One very specific question I had was that if the financial organization that would be financing my bike has a web portal to do business with and I was told oh yes of course. This was a lie and the person should have said no they do not or I have no idea. It is 2019 and I think it is INSANE a company offering financing for vehicles of any kind does not offer a web portal for transactions. I dont want to MAIL you a check every month or call you to make a payment. I want to be able to monitor how much principle I am paying off online like I do with other similar sized loans.Irritation 5: This is partially my fault but in all the excitement of buying a new bike and chatting with the employees I didnt read the contract carefully enough.Sticker Price: $6,199**Freight and Set up** $1,000
This is a great team at Freedom Powersports in Canton. Its not the closest dealership to my home by any stretch of the imagination, but after looking at their inventory and not finding quite what I wanted there they tracked it down for me and brought it in. They were really very easy to do business with. It was a pleasant experience after dealing with other locations that apparently didnt do math very well. I look forward to returning to by a cruiser to add to the collection.
Freedom power sports has been very helpful in the past when it comes to getting parts for my Polaris RZR. I recently went up there to inquire about purchasing a new gsxr. The sales person i worked with was Kaitlin she educated me on the different bikes and options that freedom has to offer. Both Kaitlin and the freedom staff are friendly and professional. I definitely will be back.
I bought a DRZ400s from them a few months ago and got a great deal. A straight up no haggle price that was better than other dealers closer to me (even after haggling with the closer dealers). First service went very smoothly and quickly. Excellent dealer and Ill buy my next bike from them as well... assuming they have the best price.
I stopped by to check the place out and bought some tie down extentions to strap my bike to the trailer. I had a good experience with the sales dept, no issues like the reviews were saying. Then I asked to see where they work on the bikes in the service dept, which they promptly showed me. It was very clean and maintained. Everyone was very helpful and informative. I decided to have my bike worked on and went home to get it. They even waited after closing for me because I was running late bringing my gsxr in for the recall repair. I asked to have the oil changed and the chain cleaned and lubed as well. They called when it was done and I picked it up that Sat. Prices were reasonable and overall experience was great. Thanks guys!! I will definitely be going back!
SPECTACULAR STORE! AMAZING SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I went into the store today really just looking for a couple small things for my ATV. As I was walking toward the entrance I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. When I entered the store to get what I needed a very personable young man named Gabe immediately greeted me and asked what he could do for me. After helping me find the parts I needed he still provided great customer service all the way until I walked out of the door. I couldnt be happier with my the service and inventory at this store!
I bought my GSXR 600 here about two and a half years ago. I bought the extended maintenance plan for my bike and I used all of it within the first year and a half. Totally worth it! The service department is always extremely helpful and friendly. Doug is the man! Ive had about 6 or 7 sets of tires put on and they are always fast and I usually just wait for them to be mounted and then Im back on the road. The parts department is always happy to help you find whatever part, accessory, or piece of gear you are looking for. If they dont have it in stock, they will order it and the shipping is fast! I highly recommend Mountain Motorsports in Marietta for all of your power sports needs!
This place is top notch for deals! Easy to talk to and deal with, stop by and see my new buddy Jeremy VanHorn he and Melissa made my grandsons year by helping me to choose his Yamaha TTR 110. Plus they helped us get outfitted with the proper helmet and gear to keep him safe while riding his first dirt bike.
I had been in the market to purchase a new four wheeler and visited Freedom power sports website and was contacted very quickly. Today I went in to look at a couple fourwheelers and walked out with a brand new 2019 Polaris 450HO thanks to Jeremy and his finance team! The most effortless and stressless purchase I have ever made.
Had a great time shopping for a new Atv at freedom power sports yesterday Kaitlin was my sales rep. She was really great making the process exciting and fun. She was very helpful on answering all my questions. She was a very easy person to talk to and went out of her way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. So I just wanted to give thanks to all the great people at freedom power sports of canton ga. Especially Kaitlin. Thank you very much
I made my first visit to freedom Powersports today to get a part for my familys ATV. I was greeted by chris Scaglotti in parts and he walked me thru everything I needed and was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend anybody to this store for parts. I had a wonderful visit
Contacted Justin early this AM to determine if advertised bike was still available - it was! Gave him all the financial info I assembled, what I bid, what dollar value I expected for my trade in, and what I would write a check for. He wrote everything & we confirmed it was correct. With the recent hurricane I was only back in town for a few days from having to re-estimate a project in FL, and overdue in CT for 3 projects there which already started.I explained all this to Justin as I wanted to complete the deal today, if they agree with my figures. He was very accommodating and understood.I received his call a few hours later. He advised the deal hinged on their valuation and inspection of my trade, so they needed me to come up.Plse note, Im nowhere near Canton, GA. This was waaay out of my way & would consume the day when Im scheduled to leave for CT for 3 weeks on Sunday.(Tons to do).Heres the core complaint - I said to Justin, Are our numbers close? (My proposal had me turning over my bike and writing a check for $5075). He said Yes!I said are you sure? Because I really Dont have the time to come up there and I understand if you cant. He reiterated, YES, WERE CLOSE. I said OK, let me leave work, check with the wife, go to the bank safe deposit box & get the title and journey up there. We arrived, met Justin, noticed the bike I was to leave with and write a check for was still in the middle of the showroom floor when Justin said I could test drive with my wife (which I found out not to be true - they dont allow passengers). Anyway thought that was odd.Was then handed off to the sales manager (with the ball cap) who, I believe was surprised I had all figures itemized. He left for about 20 minutes then came back with a proposal that I pay $8300.How is that close to $5075?Total waste of time. Lying by the salesperson. Furious - especially when driving huge amount of miles out of your way.Forget Freedom Take your business elsewhere.
Bought my new bike for freedom power-sports canton on 09-05-2018 have been riding bike to and from work since then. on 09-17-2018 come home from work my bike started make popping noise around rear wheel area every time i would take off from red light or stop sign call freedom on 09-18-2018 told them about issue i was told to bring bike in to have it checked. on 09-20-2018 loaded bike on trailer took to freedom canton. after waiting around for about 30 min. spoke to service manger about issue he test drove bike for about 10 min i walk to parking lot to see what he though he said could not find anything then he rolled bike backwards eased out on clutch and it popped he call Kawasaki they said ride bike to 600 hundred mile service. i told manger that i did not feel comfortable ride it making that noise he said bring it back at 600 miles. so i told he i would have to pick bike up on Saturday i didnt bring helmet since i was expecting have to leave bike. so i ask him since i had to leave bike anyways would he drive it some more he made it very clear he was not riding it anymore tell i brought it back for the service. dont know about anyone else here but that sounded rude to me since Im the customer. the bike was not taken in to shop put on lift to check anything around rear wheel so i pick my bike up today and it popped all the way home now it doing it at steady speeds when accelerating. i am a service manger my self and if I treated my customer with that attitude I would be out of a job.it just seems like he was not concerned with my safety or issue with bike and more concerned with making the money for 600 mile service.so I will not be do business there anymore.
Update 20150401Wow, when you think they cant get worse they do. The district manager answers the phone, I state that I am giving them a new chance to earn my business and she passes me off. The sales GM gets on the phone, acts like he has no info, calls me bub, quotes me $8800 on a bike advertised at $7495 online. Says the difference is fine print LMFAO. Not sure I will ever give them a third chance.--------------------------------------------------------201407Terrible experience start to failed finish. I should have known from the first call and just avoided going there. The sales rep failed in key communications with the sales manager; like for example, my trade was sitting outside. He was obnoxious, and not funny, through the process. End the end Cycle Nation didnt have the juice to make the sale work, 2 days later I found another dealer that did. No one at CN seemed to care I was there, they didnt seem to care when I left; they didnt attempt to extend themselves to make the deal happen. What a waste of time.
Great Sales Associates, great service, good trade-in value for my Spyder, great deal on a barely used Slingshot.I wanted to get more information on Slingshots, so I checked out the Polaris site for dealers around me, and this dealership came up.I then called up, and talked to Stephan (one of the Sales associates). He gave me a lot of useful information about how they work (I was really skeptical about manual transmissions - dont have a lot of experience with stick-shifts) but after talking to him, I decided on a test-drive.Came over one weekend (in my Spyder RT), got my trike appraised as I did my test-drive. By sheer coincidence, I also ended up working the deal with one of the managers (Sean), who was actually the guy who sold me my Spyder about 6 years ago from a different dealership. He gave me a really good deal on the Trade-in and Stephan also took me out on a test-drive, showed me how everything works. I was actually planning on purchasing a new 2017 Slingshot but there was a really sweet deal on a barely used, fully loaded Slingshot LE that I couldnt pass up. Ended up driving/riding home with it!They even stayed up way after hours to work the deal with me, and since I couldnt come back the following week, Stephan was even kind enough to meet up with me on a Sunday to finish up with some stuff, even though they were closed.Theyre really great guys to work with. Im still thinking of re-trading in for the 2017 orange madness, and Ill definitely be going back to the same store to work that out.
Over the years I have done business with many motorcycle dealers in several states. For my last purchase I visited several other shops in my area. These guys had the best selection of new and used bikes in the northern Atlanta area. I dealt with Jerry Piña and he was great. Very knowledgable, very friendly and not high pressure. I bought a bike from Jerry and will go back to Freedom for my next one as well.
Came in last week to look at an ATV. Received the best service that I could ask for. Zach was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer any question or concern that I had. He was very reassuring and did not pressure me into anything that I did not want myself. Excellent service from a great young man!! Wont go anywhere else for my off-road needs.

2022-01-19You won’t find a girl east of the Mississippi that will put you on the right ATV quicker than Kaitlin. She was awesome!!!! Got me in and out quickly and with the perfect toy for me!!!! Also huge shout out the the gentleman in apparel . I don’t recall his name but he was slender with a lot of tattoos. He was super helpful and even gave me some encouragement about some personal things I’m going through. Awesome place and will be back for sure!!!!

2022-04-07This review is for Kory and the Service Department. Bought a 2022 Sportsman 450 from a different dealer out of state. Used it only a couple of times before I got a check engine light and an error code. Turns out, Polaris had a service bulletin out for this issue, and advised to bring it to an authorized Polaris dealer for an ECU re-calibration to rectify the issue. I called their Service Department and spoke to Kory, who told me to bring it in. Although they were backed up a week or two, he was able to take care of it the next day. I dropped it off this morning, and got a call 2 hours later saying it was done. The whole process was pleasant, and Kory was more than helpful the whole time. I will definitely be bringing my Sportsman here for future maintenance!

2022-06-26Kaitlin was my salesperson she is very Nice, Will, the finance manager is cool also. Actually everyone at this dealership is extremely friendly! HOWEVER, I do feel that I was lied to a little. I bought a 2014 GoldWing Valkyrie 1800. I asked Will specifically if the bike had been serviced(I.e oil change/ shaft drive oil change also). He said that it had. NOT! Upon getting home, I looked under the bike, the oil filter was old and dirty. So I drained the oil. It was black as coal, I checked the shaft oil, it was dang near empty. So I changed both myself. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, that he didn’t just outright lie to me. Maybe he thought that it had been serviced. Also, on the way home from the dealership in Canton to McDonough. The right heat shield on the exhaust fell off on 75 south. Besides that, the buying experience was easy and hassle free!

2021-12-15Dont be fooled by reviews on the website. I was actually their to get 2 new dirt bikes but the sales rep I spoke with on the phone passed me off to someone else and I never even mentioned the 2nd bike wed spoke on the phone about earlier. Drove an hour only to pay $500.00 more than the same bike at Gainesville Motorsports which is 25 minutes from me. Its Christmas so their not worried about a price match. They will however sell you an extended warranty or service plan after they charge you full boat. Spent $5k for 1 and done. I left the other $3270.00 2nd bike with them. Lesson learned.

2022-01-24We recently bought two Yamaha 110s from the team at Freedom powersports. The website had accurate inventory information. I was able to easily communicate with the team via email or phone depending on the time of day. Kendall helped me understand the features and cost. When we arrived to pick up the bikes, the team was ready to help us. The time to buy them and load them in the truck was less than 30 minutes. The service department did a nice overview of the features. The bikes were prepped well and we rode the wheels off them two days later. Thank you for a simple buying process and great customer service.

2022-02-17Amazing experience. There was a particular bike I wanted and this dealer was one of limited stores in the US to still have it. I reached out to several of them and from the get-go Kaitlin Groover was on it! Easy to work with, super friendly, very attentive and even kept answering my questions hours after normal business hours for this store!! Start to finish just a simple and pleasant experience. Including the bike arriving TO MY DOOR in Texas from Canton, GA. Kendall who delivered my bike was also very professional, polite and extremely patient with me. All promises met and exceeded. Would definitely recommend and would buy from again over and over!

2021-09-15Lily was great to work with! She made the purchase of our Slingshot easy from the first phone call until we were out the door. Ashlee in parts was super helpful and the finance process was smooth. Go in and ask for Lily and she will take care of the entire process for you!!
