Jennifer was a WONDERFUL waitress. She let us know what menu items we should try. Didn’t have to ask for refills just kept them coming. We will definitely be back. If you ever go ask for Jennifer!
Out of all the Friends locations this one is by far the worst! Service was awful, we waited over 20 min with no service or being acknowledged. Then when we complained to the manager (blonde lady) she rudely dismissed us and acted like she couldn’t care less. Then saw her a few minutes later go sit at the bar and drink with the customers. Absolutely ridiculous! We will never be back!
My husband and I came here yesterday and it was bad experience after bad experience. We sat at the bar and our bartender Derion was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care we or any other guests were there. Our food came out wrong and again, the bartender didn’t seem to care to help. We had to ask more than once when our corrected food was going to be done. The corrected food was subpar at best and the experience made it even worse. Not worth the money at all. We will not be back and will use our money at top dawg or longhorns!
Please tell me why you are charging double for shots of fireball when your menu clearly gives you 1 price (3.99) but your tab says 7.99 ????...When I brought this to the servers attention, she said there was nothing she could do!? Um yes you can. HONOR YOUR PRICES UNTIL YOU CHANGE IT ON YOUR MENU!!!!! Ill be keeping my lil $100 every week til you guys stop ripping people off and not informing them of price hikes BEFORE the bill comes!
The food I ordered came quick and was great, and the menu has a good variety. I sat at the bar during lunch hours and the staff was very friendly and attentive to me, not to mention the bar top has some really neat and funny stickers. The decor inside of the place is funky, artsy, and gives off a nice vibe. Its a cool place that I will be adding to my normal go-to spots for lunch.
The Monte Cristo sandwich is to die for! I was skeptical at first but now its my regular order. The staff is friendly even though they are short-staffed, just like every other eatery in the area. I definitely recommend this location!
Im a Grubhub driver and waited over 20 mins for a wedgie, Cobb salad, cold pasta & 2 fried cheescakes, when they finally brought me the order he only had 1 cheescake & said (rudely) that Id have to wait again (after already waiting for 20 mins). I had to unassign that order, which goes against me as a driver & they cost me almost $20 bucks.

It was our first visit to this new location. I enjoyed the whole experience.The greeting staff was right on point, our waitress was very cheerful, she recommended great tasting wing flavors, and she kept our drinks refreshed.The food came out timely, it was hot and it tasted very good. Based off of this visit, this will be our new wings site. Keep up the great job!
Ate dinner tonight at friends in Bethlehem had a great server her name was Jennifer we stayed and watched the game and she was continuously asking did we need anything or refilling our drinks and a few jokes came along as well

The place is absolutely perfectly decorated... The wings and Italian sausage were out of this world. The owner stopped n spoke to us, such a sweet man... Will recommed and return... A must go to yall 👍
Wife wanted wings. I wanted a good sandwich. Friends in Bethlehem did not disappoint. Lizzy provided excellent and friendly service. She recommended house signature sauce with lemon pepper on the wings...so good. We also got the Ray Ray and tried the GA peach Vidalia. All were very tasty. We wanted a little of everything and also tried the smoked wings...some of the best Ive tasted. I got the Knickerbocker and it was delicious. We ordered a lot to get a good overall feel of the place and everything was excellent. Will definitely be back
The food is amazing but the management and staff are even more amazing! Sit at the bar with Alexis or Grace if you get a chance. Their service is awesome. Thank you Paul and Misty for creating such a warm friendly atmosphere! Definitely our go to place!
Everyone is really kind, attentive, and patient. Food and drinks are fantastic. Our waitress Angel was extremely kind and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. The manager Misty even came and checked on us when we were busy. This is a fantastic establishment and i’ll be returning very soon!!
Wings are good, not too big and not to small. They have nice food specials during the week. Beer prices are kinda up there. Overall good!
Friends in Bethlehem has become one of our favorite spots for dinner or drop by for a quick beer. Great service, great food with an atmosphere that will bring you back again and again. Misty and Paul, the managers go out of their way to make sure your visit meets your expectations. We have made many friends there and look forward to returning each week!
Woman Manager gets drunk off her a** on game days and the male manager has major anger issues. Both treat their employees sub par even for a lower level restaurant. Food is good but I think this is the worst location.

My first time at Friends.. loved it and the wedge salad was great. Thanks to the bartender , Danon, that offered suggestions. I will return again. Service was exceptional.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. We sat inside the restaurant for an hour and were never approached by a server. We asked about who was supposed to be serving our section and were told that a server had walked out and quit that day. However, every table around us was being waited on and we saw at least 6 servers walking around serving other areas. We were not asked if we wanted drinks or if we had been helped yet and had servers constantly walking by the entire time. Poor service. Will not be returning.
Had a birthday dinner here with a group of thirteen people. The waitress was excellent with all of us. She handled the individual orders very well. I had the smoked chicken wing special. Buy 10, get 10. I ended up taking half home. They were really tasty.

Food was outstanding. But the mark of a great restaurant isnt always how good their food is. Sometimes it is how they deal with adversity. Every restaurant out there is having difficulty finding workers. And when Friends is having trouble, even Paul pitches in and takes fantastic of the customers. We will definitely be back!

Initially tried this spot through Uber eats, the food selections were plentious and made our mouth water. Delivery was fine and food was prepared well and delicious!! Ordered again the following week and got the wrong order. We talked to the GM, Misty. She apologized for the inconvenience. She explained the driver picked up the wrong order and unfortunately the restaurant did not have delivery service...only if we contacted Uber eats to deliver again.. That wasnt an option for us. Misty offered to remake the.order and I agreed to pick up on my way home the next day. When I arrived, Misty gave me a warm greeting and reviewed the.order again...I asked for extra fries and wings. Misty accommodated with a big smile. She went to the kitchen and about 30 to 35 minutes came to where I was sitting with two huge bags of food. The Cobb salad was huge and ingredients layered with.perfection. the 40 wings I ordered were separated by flavor in its own container and piping hot. Two order of fries and a beautiful array of celery and dipping sauces arranged in another container arranged beautifully. Misty made up for the inconvenience with a smile and customer service excellence that will rival a 5 star resturant any day. The food was delicious, as expected. Needless to say, this establishment will be on our speed dial and visited often. Thank You Misty!!!
The food is so greasy you need to eat with your cardiology. Oh and since when do to go orders have no flatware. Also wth is up with the old okra? Its cheap but your serve it barely hot and tastes like 3 days old
My first time ever coming to friends in Bethlehem ga, the atmosphere is so fun, energetic, upbeat and the staff is so sweet. All the waitresses especially Kyleigha was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful, sweet and continued to check on us more than any other restaurant I’ve been at. The owner was great and a pleasure to talk with. He checked on us and all the other guest. I absolutely recommend taking a visit. The food is great and a total plus!!! Thank you guys again!!!

What a horrible experience. We decided to go the Bethlehem location for mothers day. Server had no idea what the friends brew or type of beer it was aswell not knowing what flavor the best sellers wing flavor the signature flavor. My wings came with the FEATHERS still on them and deep fried. We asked for beer refills 2 times before getting a second beer that took 15 minutes to poor. Tried taking my son into the restroom and it was out of service. We had to ask 3 times to remove our app plates. Still dont know how we had such bad service seeing we where 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant. Now we know why the restaurant was empty on mothers day at 6 pm when everyone else had a wait. We have tried this location and the Winder location quite a few times and they are consistent on bad service.

I left one star for the food only!!! Which took forever to come out!! Our waitress who had one table in the whole restaurant as we were the only people in there!! Took forever to do anything we asked plus had to look for her and her manager to have her bring out the check. My husband saw her at the bar taking shots an talking with another person instead Waiting on us!! As some one from the food industry Im Appalled by her behavior !! We will Never be back!!!

You can’t stay in business of you don’t answer the phone and take orders…. I’ve seen the owner of friends grill on the local news, talking about how hard it is to stay open with all the vivid restrictions and asking for help…. Perhaps, ask your employees for help in answering the phone. Been trying to call and place an order for 30 min but it just rings and rings and rings. Please don’t let me see you on the news again talking about how hard it is when all you have to do, is answer the phone for a 6 family member, $100 order. Js
Im a fan of the Friends Restaurant chain. This is the forth location Ive tried and it lived up to expectations. Good food, comfortable setting, clean bathrooms. I sat at the bar, bartender was friendly and attentive. Even brought me a second soda before I was halfway through with my first. Highly recommend!
I have been to both friends locations in Barrow County and this friends grill is by far the best. If you’re looking for a great meal, at a great price, then this is the place for you! But your experience won’t stop just there, you will get great service too! Our favorite server, who I recommend you ask for, is Jesilyn. She is friendly, diligent, and will make sure you are taken care of like family from the moment you sit down. Misty and Paul, who are the managers, have chosen a great staff and do a great job making the place feel inviting to each and every gust there.
Terrible experience. Asked 2 different waitresses if a party of 9 could sit at the high top. Both waitresses said yes and we sat down. For over 10 minutes everyone just walked around looking at us. No menus, no coming back and telling us someone will be with us shortly. Then when we proceed to walk out, the same waitress (behind the bar) tells us thank y’all have a good night. I looked at her and said really? Y’all didn’t even wait on us. For this to be new, this is a terrible way to start out. With a party of 9, a lot of money missed out on.

The service is exceptional and the food keeps me coming back. My fiance and I visited last week and received the BEST customer service from our server Melindy. Everyone was observing social distancing guidelines and wearing a mask. We will be back soon!

Food was the best and the service was even better. My girlfriends were in here last night an back again this morning! Averee and Kimberly are always wearing their mask. Managers super friendly always making sure they are social distancing with tables even on a busy Saturday night. We will definitely be back again.

They gave me someone elses order and said that this ones yours. Once I got home we noticed that it wasnt even our chicken and waffles then I had to drive all the way back just to hear them say. Did you get the wrong order? I even had to ask for a refund for the error on there end. I guess Ill be double checking my orders 😌.
Service is bad. They seat people less than a foot from you during a time where social distancing is recommended. Took forever for food, some food was cold.To their credit they have some very good smoked wings and great deals on them Monday and Wednesday. So Im going to stick to pick-up.
Overall great variety of burgers, bison, beef, and beyond(vegan). And let me tell you they are mouthwatering and so delicious. And the fries are the perfect crisp/crunch. Wings, salads, steaks, appetizers and so much more. Service is good.

Love this place! It is my #1 spot to go and chill from the week or sometimes midweek depending on my week! Drinks are always great!! My husband knows this is where I always want to go! Best to go to hang with friends or date night! Misty and Paul are always great making this place a great place to eat and chill! We had a new waitress name Karriah on Friday and it was her first time and she was terrific, but again, Misty and Paul are amazing making their team awesome! Also got to see the fantastic Oakley as well!! Looking for a place with great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, then look no further, come to Friends in Bethlehem!!
I’ve given this location 3 or 4 tries to form a fair opinion. Every time the service has been absolutely terrible. Bad attitudes, slow service (15 min with no drink order or anything the past 2 times), and the food is okay at best. Go to any other location if you want to have a pleasant experience.
We normally enjoy our experience here, however if this was our first time, it would’ve been our last. The staff was not wearing their required face masks and there was no attention to social distancing or sanitizing of menus from our perspective. The waitress was sweet but left us unattended while she was on the phone obviously taking to go orders for an extended period of time, while other staff members stood around??!! Flies were buzzing around us the whole time and they even shorted my wing order so that was frustrating. It wasn’t even worth mentioning since we waited 20 minutes for our bill. Maybe we’ll try again after Covid but doubtful.
We had Grace as our server and she was an amazing worker, always checked up on us, and was very friendly, definitely deserved a large tip! would recommend coming here to friends in Bethlehem again
No Covid regulations in place whatsoever, the bar was packed and yet even some of the staff weren’t wearing the masks properly, let alone insure social distancing. Food is ok at most, our waitress seemed very nice and did her best to serve us quickly, but other than that the whole experience wasn’t good enough to come back.
The food is good, Im not a fan of the huge wings they carry now. I usually ask them to make it extra extra crispy (20 mins) and that does it for me. The huge pretzel with beer cheese is my favorite by far. Their bison burgers are a crowd favorite.

This was our first visit to Friends in Bethlehem. The food and service were great! We will definitely be returning to try some of the other menu items, too much to choose from. My wife and daughter had the wings, they were awesome. I had the fish and chips, very good!! Highly recommend.
Ive been to the locations in Dacula and Winder but this was the first time Id visited this location. The staff was friendly, our food was great and made exactly the way we wanted it, and it was fast. I really loved the decor-kind of street graffiti meets comic book. It was really nice. I cant come here without ordering the fried pickles. They are always awesome no matter what location you go to, although I prefer this one over Winder mainly for the parking and the street that it sits on isnt as busy as downtown or the highway so its easier to move in and out.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. A bit overpriced in my opinion for the taste and quality of the food. We were there around 6pm and it was busy so I was expecting a wait. However we got seated immediately and didnt wait at all on the waitress to take our order. Im only giving a 3 star for the price to quality of food, everything else was great.
The best thing about this place was the decorated table tops! My food was cold. The drinks not tasty. My friend ordered a hamburger cooked well done.... It arrived to the table raw in the center. The manager did have them cook another burger that was fine but by this time everyone else was finished trying to eat their food. This was our first experience with this restaurant and will likely be our last.
Always have great service, great food and great drinks.I will say we were a little hesitant after bad experiences at the one in Winder. It would sometimes be 5 minutes or more before you were greeted. Service was never good and food wasn’t as good either. At the new location we are always sat quickly when busy if not immediately. Always staff coming around to check on us. Whatever they did different at this location has really made a difference. One of our favorite spots now!

Very dissatisfied with this location. First clue was that was pretty empty for a sports place on a football game day. Inside was only 2 tables with people including ours, 2 tables outside and 1 person at the bar. They had 4 waitress and a bartender.1- order a unsweetened tea and requested some splenda.2.- we place our order and appetizer. The appetizer (mozzarella sticks) those were ok but the outside was not crispy.3- The meal comes out really fast considering that we all order chicken.Daughter order the chicken wrap with fries - should be call lettuces with sprinkle chicken . To make it simple the fries was the best thing on her plate.I order the chicken phylli sandwich with fries. Again the best thing on the plate was the fries. The bread was old and was not heater or toasted. Was loaded with onions a few pieces of chicken and cheese. I only eat a some of the little cubes of chicken and the fries.Husband order the chicken and waffles. Were should I start, for starters should be call syrup pool with mashed potatoes, half waffle and 3 chicken tenders. The Chicken tenders looks like they have been cook like 3 to 4 times, the waffle was a fluffy round eggo cut in half lightly heated and placed in a mountain of mashed potatoes.This mountain of potatoes was uneatable.It was frozen cold and on a pool of syrup. No one wants to eat mashed potatoes with syrup. Normally this plate is served with the syrup on the side on a little saucer so you can dip the chicken or waffle on it.Last the service was a horrible. Food gets delivered and it took like 6 to 7 minutes to get forks and knives. Then our waitress disappears for the entire meal. I needed more to drink and my daughter had to get up and went to the bar to get a refill.Then waitress shows up and we asked for drinks to go and the bill. She brings what we have asked for and goes away after sometime waiting for her to come back, again my daughter gets up, goes to the bar to pay. The bartender takes the bill and the credit card and does to the kitchen with it . Them the waitress comes back with the papers to signed and credit card. We signed the bill and left.This was the first time and it will be the last time going there my bill was over $50.00 for 3 teas, the appetizer and the 3 meals that we was uneatable.
Second time going, absolutely amazing food and amazing service. We had a wonderful server Oakley whom was training Karrah, first time serving I must say she did a wonderful job, prompt, attentive and always ensuring we had what we needed. Both Oakley and Karrah made our dinner much more delightful!!
This restaurant doesnt care about its patrons at all. Because they do not require a mask nor do they practice social distancing in the restaurant I attempted to place a to go order. I was told in order to get the deal of the day I would have to come in and order it and could not get it for pick up. I have been a friends patron for many years but will never again give them one single penny of my money. Maybe other locations are not like this but the one in Bethlehem for sure is. Truly disappointed.
Wonderful atmosphere .Absolutely love this place.The manager, Misty Busy helped make our first visit wonderful. She helped us choose the best dishes and of course she was right they were delicious. We still couldnt decide on a dessert so we had them all great idea Misty.We will be back again very soon for some great food and great friends!!!!
My girlfriend and I walked into the restaurant and sat down at exactly 6:05. We sat there watching the waiters walk back and forth past us for 15 minutes before we excused ourselves from the table and left. Not once were we acknowledged or even asked about our drinks. We decided to walk to Taco Bell nearby, A TACO BELL, and ate there instead. Very angry and if I could give a 0 star rating I would.
Love this place! The servers are friendly and attentive. The drink specials are awesome and of quality. The food tastes awesome and the atmosphere is bright and inviting. I try to go weekly for the different specials. Great place to go refresh and relax and eat.

Weve ordered Friends through food a delivery service a couple of times and its always been good. Tonight we were actually able to eat at the restaurant and it did not disappoint. I got the Homecoming Burger which was amazing and my wife got the Fish and Chips (they do have Malt Vinegar, if you ask). She left just as satisfied as I did, we will definitely be back.

Food is decent but service was awful. Our server was more concerned with socializing with other servers rather than attending her tables. Not to mention that during this time of COVID-19 all eating establishments are required to have a use proper PPE and not 1 server or kitchen staff I saw was wearing a mask properly. All who had a mask were wearing the on there chins not coving there mouth and nose, which is the whole purpose in wearing one. Please understand the risk your taking going to this establishment.
This place is the worst for safety. I went tonight friday Nov 13. And the place was full. No safe distancing no 6ft rules implemented. Every booth and table.full. the bartenders werent wearing their masks over their faces. The waitresses didnt have their noses covered. Now that I covered that. Lets talk about the service. We waited over 15 mins before a waitress came over. Tables were served before that came in after. Food took forever to get to us. And it was subpar. If I wasnt starving or got a table way in the corner I never would have stayed. I DO NOT recommend this place at all and should be shut down by the state.
The bacon, double cheeseburger was delicious. My wife and I split it and we had plenty to eat. Alli was our server and she did an excellent job. Lord willing, well be back!
I had the lemon pepper wings and mamas balls. Mamas balls are described on the menu as meatballs, but, to our surprise the meat in the meatballs is chicken...basically a chicken nugget. For me the sauces on the wings were too salty. Ive had better wings in Winder for less $. The atmosphere was nice though and service was excellent.
I never come through 316 without stopping here. Staff is amazing, food is great. Deviled egg appetizer is best ever. Oakley is wonderful and very helpful on every visit. Dont drive by without stopping by and trying this place. Menu is very good and something for everyone.
Its a very cool bar but no one is even trying to be cautious about Covid! People were sitting on top of each, no distancing. Waiters were incorrectly wearing masks or not at all. And it seems like they are short staffed since we were left out on the patio waiting for a check and eventually had to go inside to get it. I wouldnt recommend, maybe go to the Winder location instead.

This review is a split decision hence my 3 star rating. Let me start off by saying we Love the location downtown Winder. This was our first visit at the new location and if not for the bartender it would have received 2 star. So first the service. Our waiter was young but that’s no excuse for his performance. Let me include this: the place was NOT crowded. 3 booths were taken and o my one person sitting at the bar. It was 9:30 pm. So our waiter takes our drink order and I ask if they have Guinness. He hands me a hand written note with drink choices. Really? So I see they do have it, we all order drinks. My 2 kids drinks come fairly quick but ours take at least 10 minutes. No biggie at this point. Our app comes and I order another Guinness. After 5 minutes or so my wife tells me it’s been sitting in the bar. 5 minutes later she goes and gets it. The waiter comes to take our food order and when I ask him about a certain food he had colorful language to describe it. My 7 yo daughter says “It’s okay Daddy, I won’t repeat it” so we order and 40 minutes later our food comes but the simplest food, Mac and cheese for our 5 year old doesn’t come. We sit waiting for 10 more minutes before we eat as we didn’t want to eat in front of her. During this time I have to go to the bar for another drink as he never checks on us. As far as the food goes, it was fine. The bartender was great! He gets 5 stars, the waiter 1. Needless to say we will not be back.
Great take out experience. Employees were all helpful and friendly. Food was great and well packed for take out. Will visit again when in the area.
We had an excellent dinner and overall experience at Friends Bethlehem. Our server was Chris and he was outstanding. We had a party of 5 that kept him busy along with other guests. Will definitely be back and will request Chris if he is working.

Ive ordered a variety of dishes and all of them have been good. The shrimp and grits is my favorite.
First and foremost, employees are NOT wearing masks except when then approach the table. A child was walking in and out of the kitchen (clearly a workers child). There was NO enforcing of any COVID related precautions, aka someone coughing up a dang lung at the bar. Owner/manager (blonde) checked on every table around us except ours. We were gawked at the entire time we were eating and clearly avoided because of RACE. Make sure if you aren’t a white redneck... that you DONT eat here. How sad. Other locations are wonderful, but NOT this one. Oh, and to top it off, the wings were dry and the fries were gross!
Stopped for a quick lunch while shopping - this has become my favorite Friends location! Had a great Buffalo Chicken Flatbread that did not disappoint. It was recommended by my server (Oakley) and was delicious. Bringing half home for tomorrow’s lunch.
One of the best burger on planet Earth hands down! Their PB&J is incredibly (Pimento Cheese, Bacon and Jalapenos) delicious! Atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Owner is friendly and down to earth! Will return and highly recommended!
The food was so terrible that it seemed like a thing out of kitchen nightmares. The country fried steaks tasted like they were leftover hungry man dinners. The Mac n cheese was noodles with a little shredded cheese over the top. The three meals we got were so bad that we had to stop eating and go to Wendys.
This is the spot to be in the Winder/Bethlehem area. Awesome food, awesome staff. My new home away from home since I’ve moved to the area. The pretzels are huge and mwah perfection 🥨
Nice, open, and bright is what I thought when I walked through the doors. We normally go to the Friends in Dacula (which we love) but this Friends definitely is nice. Oakley was our server and he offered food suggestions that I had never thought of trying before with detailed descriptions. He made our experience amazing. We will definitely be back!

We went to Friends in Bethlehem a couple of weeks ago. We were very displeased (and uncomfortable) with their Covid protocol. Only one staff member had on a mask, unfortunately that one waitress wasnt our waitress. The condiments were sitting out on the tables for all to touch. I watched our waitress take our menus and put them back in the slot with all of the other menus without cleaning and disinfecting them. We wont be back.
Our server Oakley was awesome ! He’s very attentive and nice . Our food was great, I had the bacon bacon burger and it was a bit salty but overall everything tasted very good . Fun environment, great place to eat :)
Had a sample of Skrewballs Peanut Butter Bourbon! Who would have ever thought about it? It was amazing and hope they will be able to start serving it. Anyways Misty and Paul Busby are such a delight when you come in and 50% of the reason we come in but the food is delicious too. Give the PB&J burger a try.

Not what we expected from this new location. Seems to be built around a bar concept with very little seating for someone to eat. Wait staff was great and the food was average. We will give this one some more time to settle before we return and give it another try. Really do wish they had more room inside and more places to sit though!
I wanted to try somewhere new... We chose Friends. I was blown away! I came in expecting the standard bar and grill foods... But got SO much more! The Smoke house wings are fall off the bone DELICIOUS! The Deviled Eggs are to die for! My burger was cooked perfectly, and was so flavorful!

We checked out Friends one Friday because Top Dawgs was full, and we are glad we did. The food is much better and the service is top notch. Definitely a good place if you are looking for pub food and a friendly atmosphere.
Food and service was great! Other restaurants in the area were partially closed. It was great to sit on the patio and eat with our friends!

Well. Went in with great hopes of finding a new hang out. Waitress was supurb. Service was excellent! Food on the other hand.. cold and not worth the price.. drinks was perfect.
The service was okay but the food wasn’t. I would have been embarrassed to serve this $14 meal, $1.00 more to add onions. Asked for a Bison burger on a bed of lettuce instead of a bun. Got some scrappy, wilted, finely shredded lettuce sitting beside my previously frozen McDonald’s looking patty that I’m certain was not Bison and some onions that were equally sad. First and last experience at this establishment.

I got the Napa Valley salad and it was the worse salad that I have ever gotten at a restaurant! The lettuce was plain iceberg lettuce, the pineapple appeared to be from a can and the salad dressing, balsamic vinegarette had no flavor what so ever! I wont be back!

Service is okay, atmosphere is okay, food is a complete joke. If congealed gravy over a rubbery, unevenly cooked fish with undercooked yet old as dirt rice is your idea of a bangin meal, then come on down. Almost as bad as Top Dog Tavern up the street.

Awesome place to eat! Oakley is the best server, food is awesome, hot and quickly put out. I would recommend the BFB burger for sure, and they have vegan options.
Not very good parking options or parking layout at this time. We then had another experience there and cheeseburger was the special. My first burger was pink inside so I asked if it could be cooked more. Instead they cooked me another the same and we asked for a mgr. The mgr could only reply they cook it with a pink center which wasnt mentioned in the special.

My husband and I went to friends in Bethlehem last night. March 22 2019 and we both had steak which by the way were cooked to perfection. Everything about our experience exceeded my expectations. The server (lets hope I dont mess up her name) Tia I think??? was attentive to say the least.. very professional and a great server with great personal appearance and attitude. If I could I would give this place 100 stars but I guess five will have to do. Great job friends. Oh btw, we also visit winder friends. Matter of fact were here now. Two nights in a row. That says ALOT in itself. But the service here is equally great and the vibe is great in both places. Im glad to give friends my money. Keep up the good work YALL. Also Natalie at friends in winder is great.. so nice.. very polite and overall a great server who made a fabulous recommendation on a bucket of voodoo juice which is now my favorite drink.. HATS OFF FRIENDS.. UR CHOICE OF EMPLOYEES IS ALSO FANTASTIC.

2022-01-23I came in today and had a ball. This place is more than a restaurant! Its a cozy fresh place to hang out, have a great bloody Mary with the bartender, Angel and enjoy good people. I love Misty and Paul. The food is always fresh and hot with a great diverse menu. Try the French dip. I always get the onion rings with it.

2022-06-10Staff was great, food was good but the price was insane for what I got. Ordered appetizer Bade Bang Shrimp $11.99 it was 6 medium sized shrimp. Image 6 little shrimp on a plate and you paid $2 for each one. Wish I had asked how many do you get for this price?

2022-05-01Hubs and I enjoyed one of the best date nights weve had in a while this evening while having dinner at the Bethlehem Friends location. 99.9% of it was due to the amazing wait staff we had, Ashley (aka: Rio) and Robert (aka: Oswald). As long as the 2 of them are there, well gladly come back! These 2 are definite must haves as servers! Go see them!

2022-05-04This was the first time my brother and I tried out a Friends. Although this location was small, and I being a fairly big dude, I was very comfortable sitting at a booth. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Our drinks were always filled promptly. We started with rhe chips and queso which was pretty good. Then we both got wings, myself bone in and my brother boneless. My brother got the sweet heat flavor which was just that. Tons of flavor and just enough heat. Myself, I asked the waitress what their hottest sauce was which is just hot. Although I did enjoy my wings they werent as hot as I hoped they would be. I do wish they had a really hot sauce on the menu but overall I enjoyed it. My wings were very crispy which is always a bonus for me. The fries were seasoned very well, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Overall other than not having a really spicy wing sauce I would definitely recommend this place and ill definitely be back.

The atmosphere is great, and if youre bored theres plenty of stickers on the tables to keep you occupied! Great place to come chill with your friends, and meet some interesting people, and the bartender Darion was great.... Imagine that.

2022-07-10Normally this is a great place to eat. Tonight my son and I watched 1 waitress run from table to table 9 total, while 4 others all younger stood around did very little while our waitress forgot to place our order, when I asked 45 later about our food. We did get comped the moz sticks and drinks. The management needs to get thier crew organized. We left without dinner. Plenty of staff tonight just not enough team players or workers, one thought it was funny when she found out who took our order. Just because you dont like a co worker, doesnt mean you dont do your job!
