The care-takers at fur-babies take great pride in providing top care for our dog. Everyone on staff seems to know her and tells us how much they love her. We have never had any issues at all. The groomer is professional and great as well!
I never got a chance to use them. The morning I called to schedule a drop off for my baby, I didnt get an answer. After two unanswered calls, I decided to go a different route. I might try them again in the future. Not sure yet.
I was looking for training services for my puppy. I sent them a message and they responded within 24 hours. I met with the owner and instantly knew this was the place for my LULU! My lulu gets excited when we pull up in the parking lot!! They really takes great care of my fur baby. She can be very playful and loves to jump and the employees are so understanding. I utilizes there daycare services, grooming and over night boarding as well. They are a one stop shop for all. I highly recommend them for your fur baby

Fur-Baby Pet Services will love your furry children as if they were their own. Our pups love to go to day care and play with friends. The grooming services are wonderful and our pups always look fabulous when they are done. The boarding services are great too! Whether your pups stay for a few hours or for several days, they will always post pics of all the pups in house playing together on their Facebook page. It is such a special and personal touch. We love Fur-Babies!
Our dog was in need of a daycare facility after switching from another and we were welcomed with open arms. Our dog has been happy and excited to attend Fur baby pet services as much as possible. They have continually tried to find ways to make the experience better for the dog and the owner through training courses or fresh baked treats for your pets. What separates Fur baby from the others is their excellent grooming services who treats your pups like kings and queens as they are cleaned and pampered along with a photo to capture the experience to send to the owners at the end of the day.
Love Fur-baby Pet Services! I have used them for doggie day care, boarding and grooming. My dogs always look and smell good when I pick them up from grooming. I always enjoy seeing the pictures. This time they had pictures with Santa. If you are looking for a great place for your special furbabies, you wont go wrong bringing them here. Mac and the whole staff are professional and caring.
I have been using Fur-Baby for years now since I moved to Columbus and I could not recommend a better place for your pet. Every time my dogs get a bath there they come home looking and smelling amazing, and furthermore my dogs seem to LOVE going there. They get very excited whenever we pull into the parking lot, and that speaks volumes to me. I have boarded my dogs and my parrot with them numerous times. I love that they post photos on their Facebook, every day we are away we can check in and see how they are doing. Its a super cool thing when we are missing them. They also offer professional photography, and Ive gotten a few photos and they are absolutely gorgeous. If you need a place that cares about your animals as much as you do, go with Fur-Baby!
All of the staff at Fur-Baby clearly care about the animals. Ive been sending my pup for overnight boarding when I am away for work for several months, and all of the staff members know him by name and are always happy to see him. My pup actually gets excited when he realizes I am dropping him off there, because he likes interacting with all the other dogs and the staff treat them well. Definitely recommended.
Fur-Baby helped us train our crazy Great Dane. Mak had her for 2 weeks and she came home a new dog. She listens and does what we want her to do, not what she wants to do. The grooming center has taken care of both dogs and do an amazing job. All the employees are professional and they take great care of our fur babies.
I brought my dog here for doggy daycare. She was injured. While I dont blame this place for her injury, I was very unhappy with how it was handled. When I picked her up, she would yelp every few steps in the parking lot and she looked very unhappy. The worker told me she had a great day and sent me on my way. As I continued to walk her around the parking lot (thinking the yelps were a fluke from excitement or something) they continued. I called back and one of the owners, Ana, came out. She told me my dog slipped, but would only whine when she would get up. she told me she was busy and thats why she didnt come out and tell me my dog was injured in the first place. She continued, you can take her to the vet if you want, claiming they examined her and determined she was fine.Im very disappointed for a few reasons: they didnt reach out to me to give me the option to pick her up. They didnt tell me she was injured upon pick up. Did they continue to let her out with other dogs even though she wasnt 100%?My shepherd was in a lot of pain, it wasnt just when she stood up. She was limping, unable to jump on the bed and would randomly yelp when laying down. Her first night home she would wake up during the night and let out a cry from her injury. We did take her to the vet after speaking to them and they recommended she get examined, they determined she pulled a muscle and gave her an injection for pain and painkillers. It took a week of crate time for her to recover. This is not what I was expecting from her first experience here. It will definitely be her last.
Being new to the area, I’ve been looking for a a place to take my spastic young lab. I found fur-babies and have not looked back since. I love their hours, due to work I’m usually up early and tend to get home late. That’s not an issue for fur-babies. The staff is wonderful and they take great care of my lab. Every time I get her back her butt is exhausted! But it’s exactly what we both need. I highly recommend fur-babies for all of your pet need.
I have loved taking my Tripp to Fur baby from day 1. I love how personal and professional they are. I will trust them with Tripp anytime I have to leave town for an extended amount of time. I can tell Tripp enjoys being with the other dogs and since he is my only fur baby, going to be with the other dogs is good for him. I recommend them if you ever need pet services for your Fur Baby.
My fiancé and I have been using Fur-Baby Pet Services over the past year since we moved to Columbus. If we can’t take our fur babies with us, we typically board them for the weekend in the 5x5 or 5x10 kennels. We love seeing pictures of our babies on their website while we are out of town. It is great to know they are safe and happy! We have never had any problems as far as professionalism or reliability goes. The only thing I would say is that they will occasionally ask us to pay after pickup, even if we have already payed prior to service. I think it is just an oversight at times, but it has happened more than once. However, they are still 5/5 in my book! Thank you all for taking care of our nuggets❤️
They don’t have their facilities open still…due to COVID. They seem nice on the phone but the multiple times I’ve tried to get my dog in there, it’s too difficult to arrange.
I was concerned when I moved to Columbus three years ago that I would not be able to find a place to board my dogs when I travel. Several people referred me to other places but they did not meet my standards. I will not board my dogs where there is no one on the premises twenty four hours. I also look for how the owner(s) relate to dogs - not just mine but others in their care. I also look to see if my dogs want to go there. All I have to ask my dogs is whether or not they want to go to Fur Baby and play with friends and they dash for the door! I also like their grooming services; Amanda does a terrific job! I could not be happier that I found Fur Baby!
This is a review thats been a long time coming. I am very, very particular about who I leave my babies with. I have 2 GSDs. I stalked Furbaby and their reviews for over a year before moving back and then it took me another 6 months to make the move (because of my own anxiety of being away from them)and I am so happy I did! My babies LOVE going to daycare and my youngest pup, 4 yrs old, is always exhausted and if you have or have ever had a GSD you know this age is energy wild. My pups come home happy and Mac and Ana always communicate so well with me about how the pups are doing when I have to board them. Mac and Ana are the ONLY people I trust with my pups and would, and have, highly suggest their services. They are good people who truly care about our furbabies and it shows. We love Fur Baby Pet Services and so does Lily! They have options for every level of spoiling 😉 Our Lily loves the free roam boarding, as she roams our home freely. The staff are wonderful and very professional. We have never had an issue with FBPS and have been using them for years. They also do great grooming services and are conveniently located. They take pictures of your fur baby while they are being boarded and post them on Facebook so you can see them during their stay.
This is the cleanest pet facility with the most caring staff and the only one I trust with my pup. They are always accommodating and even do check-ins at my house for my cats. They post pictures of my Buddy when he is there and he loves his spa days.
I’ve had a wonderful experience with fur-baby. I have used him since 2015 and they are always professional, courteous and kind. I use them for doggie day care and boarding and my pup is always excited about going and loves being there. The owners, Mak and Anna, are almost always there and very involved with the care of the business and the pets. They often give updates and sometimes sends me pics of my pup. They never leave the dogs in kennels for long periods and they makes sure they get lots of exercise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR DOGGIE DAYCARE AND BOARDING!!!
I boarded my dog here Friday-Sunday. Picked up around 8pm Sunday night. He woke me up around 3am Monday morning with diarrhea. I figured he was a little stressed because he had never been to Furbaby before so I dealt with it.. Well, 48hrs later, he was still having diarrhea. I called Furbaby to ask if anything out of the ordinary happened during his stay.. nobody could answer my question. Ok, so, we went to the vet. Vet diagnosed him with stress colitis.Here we are, 4 days out and STILL having diarrhea. Not only is he having diarrhea but he’s not eating or drinking and he seems to have lost control of his bladder too.My dog is 2yrs old and has never used the bathroom in his kennel… until after I boarded him here. And let me add that I am a Nurse and I work long shifts.. sometimes 15hrs.. and even then, he has NEVER used the bathroom in his cage.My dog has 100% not been the same dog that I left with Furbaby.He has been boarded MULTIPLE times and I have never seen him THIS upset. I am new to the area so I thought I would give Furbaby a try. I am so upset and I wish I would have been warned about this place.I feel like this place has too many dogs and cannot give our “Furbabys” the attention and care that we PAY them for.I will NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place. Something happened to my dog there.. I just hope that someone looks into these bad reviews.I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!
We’ve used Fur-Baby since they opened shop for everything from boarding to grooming. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very attentive to our three fur-boys. We wouldn’t think of trusting our dogs with anybody else in town. They’ll have our business as long as we live in Columbus.
Love it here!! I have boarded my dogs multiple times and they always get the best care! They post pictures daily of the dogs playing and always make sure to include every single dog. The staff is great and always remembers the pups even when it’s been awhile! I called last minute the last time I needed boarding and they still were able to fit my dogs in. I feel at ease leaving my dogs here!
Our family loves Fur-Baby Pet Services. They always take good care of our baby for all her grooming needs.It is really nice that they remember all your babies names just by saying the owner’s name too.
Fur Babies is a very professionally run business. They take the time to meet with you before providing day care or boarding services. They also take the time to learn your pet so they know which pups they can hangout with. My pup always comes home exhausted from a day of play. He has a great time. He has also over come some of his anxieties since going to day care on a routine basis.
The prices were high for me, they were highly recommended. My rating is solely based off prices quoted for services.

Fur-Baby’s has been my saving grace!! I wasn’t for sure when I adopted my lab mix Cashew 2 yrs.ago how I was going to find a way to get her the proper exercise because she has a lot of energy and I have a crazy work schedule. I had never heard of a ‘doggie daycare’ before. Mak, his sweet wife and the rest of the staff patiently put my fears to rest. She absolutely loves it there and looks forward to playing with her friends and the other dogs each visit. It is obvious that she gets her exercise because she rests well at night. Amanda is also a master at grooming her with no issues. I am thankful for Mak and his staff and I highly recommend Fur-Baby to anyone looking for a safe, secure facility for your pets.
I love taking my fur babies here for their Santa pictures. They go all out and take good care of my pups. Their customer service is awesome. They respond promptly and are always so friendly. I am looking forward to using more services from this business!
We LOVE this place!!! Ozzy’s tail starts going a mile a minute when we pull into the parking lot. He comes home happy and exhausted on days he goes. They also post pictures of the fur babies playing on Facebook which I love. If you need a daycare, grooming, or boarding place I really recommend this place! 10/10.
I LOVE furbaby. They are the best doggy daycare I’ve experienced, even better than places in Atlanta. They care about my dog and send me complimentary photos - I feel like they know when Boil is here to play and spoil him just as much as I do! Thank you furbaby!!
Mak and Anna Son run a fantastic business that caters to your every need for your fur babies. They came highly recommended to us for boarding and also training our Great Dane, Kenai. Mak transformed our girl and gave us the confidence by providing us the tools to build a positive relationship with our dog while gaining a well-behaved dog in the process! We also use them for grooming both our Great Danes and they treat our fur babies like royalty. This is a special place owned by very special people. You cannot go wrong making Fur Baby your preferred choice for your every pet need! Highly recommend!
Fur Baby Pet Services has been exceptional since we moved here a few months ago. I’m graduating college out of town this weekend and our dog Koda was SO EXCITED when we dropped him off he ran inside! We’re super grateful for this business & the owner is awesome.

We love FurBaby! We leave our dog with Mak and his incredible staff everyday for daycare. When we pick up at the end of the day our baby is exhausted from playing all day! We frequently use FurBaby for kenneling, too! The staff at FurBaby takes such great care of our dog that we are not worried about having to check in. We highly recommend FurBaby to anyone and everyone!
Fur Babies is the only place I trust to leave my babies when I go out of town. They always come back happy and tired from all the playing. I love that they are a Veteran owned business! Mak and his team are very attentive and caring. The best part is that Mak is great with my large, sometimes stubborn, pitbull.
My first experience with Fur-Baby pet services was approximately 3 years ago, when they were at the old place. I had to use their boarding services for my greatdane for about a week due to me having to travel out of country. My greatdane Goliath was an older dog and set in his ways. Mak and his team did a phenomenal job with making Goliath feel at home away from home. I remembered how the Fur-Baby Team made me feel which is why I now take my furbaby Galyon here for daycare... Galyon absolutely loves it there!!🙂 Congratulations Mr. Mak on expanding your services and the wonderful new facility. I wish you and your team many more years of success and longevity. Amanda did a terrific job in grooming my dog. The haircut she gave her looked great and was exactly what I had asked for. I will definitely be returning to Fur-Baby Pet Services for her next grooming appointment.
My wife coordinated with FurBaby to have our dog in Daycare during the Thanksgiving Holiday (weeks ago) because I have family here who simply dont do well with dogs.The first two days of daycare went well/without a hitch; however, Today, I pulled up, per usual, ready to drop of my dog for daycare, and when I called the number for curbside pickup, the individual who operates the place told me Sorry, were booked today. We dont have any space for your dog.**Update**It was a misunderstanding and Furbaby actually went above and beyond to rectify it privately. Fairness where it’s due. I have no further complaints or gripes. 5 star service.
I took my 2 yorkies there they absolutely love it. Emily and Oliver went for a play date today and visit with Santa they had a wonderful time. I would recommend Fur Babies to everyone they are a very caring establishment and do a wonderful job on grooming.Thank YouJeffrey Williams

We took our dog (Doc Holliday) to Mak for training and he taught us as much as he taught Doc. We learned basic commands and so much more! Mak really knows how dogs think, when he speaks to them they listen and understand! The day care and grooming services are absolutely wonderful. The entire staff is great, especially Mak and Anna! They treat us like family and Doc loves it there too!!
This is an amazing facility! Such a blessing to take my lil buddy to a place that I never have to worry. I know hes in good hands. He knows exactly when that leash goes on in the morning where he going; and he runs to the vehicle to go there. Thank you to all the amazing staff that cares for my baby.
I went today to see if this place would be a good place to have my dog during the day and to say I’m disgusted would be an understatement. The owner spoke with me outside and when I said I’m looking for place that won’t kennel my dog all day because I want him to be able to socialize and play with other dogs he immediately snapped at me and said “Than this place isn’t for you”. I said well Im wanting him to be active and play he snapped again and said “this isn’t a free for all and if we weren’t good we wouldn’t be in business for over 7 years”! He wouldn’t allow me to hardly speak at all and kept talking a million miles a min over me. I just said never mind and left. I’m shocked that a doggy day care owner would be rude and offended at me saying I want to make sure my dog is social and not just locked in a cage all day. Peoples dogs are like their children and we should be allowed to ask any question or share any concern with those caring for our babies. The owner is extremely unprofessional and rude.
Training, daycare. The pack at Fur-baby is passionate about animals. My dog gets very excited when I ask her if she’s ready to go play.I haven’t had to board her yet, but when the need arises, I trust them to do the best for my dog.
I get my Yorkie groomed at Fur Baby. Amanda has done a good job with him. She listens and always gives my furbaby back to me just like I requested. I recommend Fur Baby for grooming!
When I picked up my dogs after only 28 hours, my dogs paws were covered in urine. The dirt and urine from their paws got all over my seats. I didn’t realize it was urine until I was halfway home. Not sure how this place has 4.5 stars. Had to clean my car seats and bathe the pups when I got home. 👎🏻👎🏻

This is where my family takes our dog. She loves going there and has made friends with some of the other dogs. It’s enriched her life. We feel lucky to have Fur Baby in Columbus.
We have left our Fur-Babies there several times & each time, it did not disappoint! Dixie & Daisey have lots of fun when they are there. Mak & his team definitely take care of our babies!!
The owner is very kind and great to work with! Their hours of operation and prices are hard to compete with, especially for those that work long days. I’m thankful to know my pup is in good hands when I can’t be with him.

Fur Baby is the best place EVER. My baby Bruno knows when we are on the street just where he is going. He gets so excited. Bruno has been going to fur baby for quite some time. He gets groomed, he does dog daycare and even trained with Mr. Mak (the owner). The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I will not take my Baby anywhere else!!!
I always feel good about dropping dixie and daisey off with Mak and the Fur-Baby staff. Its a comfortable, reassuring feeling...like dropping youre kids off to family (knowing that they will be well taken care of) THANKS FUR-BABY!!!

Mak and the entire staff are fantastic. I took my dog there for training, and we both learned so much. I get her groomed there and also use their daycare and boarding services. Their prices are very fair and I know they take great care of my dog when she’s there—and she loves going! Highly recommend!

This was the first time I have ever taken one of my dogs to fur babies. I have about 70 to 75 pound pitbull who hates when I leave him places so he is always scared when I take him somewhere like this I told them that he has Anxiety so when they took the leash from me I could tell that they would take very good care of him they talk to him so nicely and made him feel comfortable while I was filling out the paperwork they tried to take him outside to let him play but he was too scared to play so they just brought him back in they assured me that he would be fine. I was out of town so my husband went and picked him up after work and he was so happy to see him. They took extremely good care of my dog And I couldn’t have asked for a better result! Owner is very in tune with dogs behaviors. He is going to train my 5 month old husky. I can not wait to see the results

Fur-Baby offers excellent training for dogs, it turned our puppy from an wild child into an enthusiastic but well behaved dog. I cannot recommend it highly enough.They also do boarding / daycare and grooming services, which have always been great. The staff is excellent and they always take good care of my pets.
Same day appointment, had my fur back within two hours and they dont gouge the customers. This place offers dog training, boarding and daycare. Facility is clean and its obvious that the owner knows a lot about dogs, is I am a service animal trainer myself. Would strongly recommend!
After yrs of looking. This place finally did it!!! The perfect cute for my one eyed shitzu. They are 1 of 2 places that can cut correctly the other is in another state!!

Clean, attentive, affordable. We kept 2 guinea pigs and a rabbit here for 24 hours so we could take care of a few things. The staff was super nice and flexible for us. I will definitely recommend them to others and use their services again.
We have taken our dogs here to groom multiple times and boarding for the first time last week. My yorkie poo has been traumatized by past groomers but enjoys coming to fur baby. We really appreciate the care they put into their work!
Wish I could give 10 stars!! ⭐️There is no better place to bring your pet for a short visit or long stay. We are returning customers for my two LARGE dogs (GSD and Great Dane) and Fur Baby treats them (and spoils them) just as I do! They are so happy when I drop Them off and look great at pick up. My dogs are like my children and I am so reluctant to ever leave them but I can always trust them with fur baby. They go above and beyond with their grooming, DAILY pictures, and outstanding unmatched customer service! They have adapted to my crazy schedule so many times without a blink of an eye and they are always willing to help any way they can. As a single mom I never leave reviews (no time) but I just had to change plans (AGAIN) and extend my pups one more day due to travel issues and fur baby staff are heaven sent, so here I am writing the only review I’ve ever left on the Internet. There is NO competition! I cant wait until the Fort Mitchell location opens up, but until then, I will drive the extra 40 minutes to stay with Fur Baby! Thank you guys!
The girls are super friendly and dog lovers...Prices are accessible...However boarding means your baby will be in a cage 90% of the time.. there are other places that lets them roam free all day and the cage its just to sleep in.. #justsaying
Fur-Baby is #1 in Columbus in my opinion. The staff is great and the owner works as part of the staff. My furbaby is always happy when he goes.
Highly recommend. Amanda is the best groomer around! Whole staff is caring and easy to work with. Always make me feel like the pup is in good hands when we travel without him. They even post pictures on Facebook of them playing which my kids love!

Amazing service! I take my dog every 3/4 weeks to get a groom. Not only do they bathe, cut, and make him smell like a baby, but they also brush his teeth which weve never experienced anywhere else before unless we want to pay for it separately! They also offer doggie day care and play dates for the dogs! They are very affordable and friendly.
Its been a while since we brought our furbaby Phoenix, not much of going out of town lately 😊. The times that we have brought Phoenix at their old location she was always excited and eager to go inside. They took good care of her so no complaints here. Looking forward to visiting new location soon in near future

I used Fur-Baby grooming services and they were wonderful with my two pooches. So when I had to go out of town I scheduled in home pet -sitting visits. I just got back from my trip and my furbabies are happy babies. I cant say enough wonderful things about Fur-Baby Pet Services. I was in constant contact with the sitter and she even sent me pictures!!!!

Should not even get one star How they treat the dogs i wish you could see it. Its disgusting i feel so sorry for that women and her dog and others who dont even know whats going on there. The best part is they dont even take resresponsibili for what happned and own up to it
I don’t know how the service is because we have not experienced it yet but my sister is evacuating Florida due to hurricane dorian and I called to setup boarding service since we don’t have space for her dog and not only was Max accommodating and kind, he made the whole process easy in a time that has been very stressful for her. “Just bring the dog, he shot records and food” and we will do the rest. Now that is customer service and southern hospitality if I have ever witnessed it. I am sure that the facility and care will be just as great!!
Willow had a fantastic time, we loved being able to see pictures of her every night on th Facebook page. They most definitely love the fur babies they care for
**UPDATE ON THE BELOW:I talked to management about the issue and showed them pictures of my baby’s paws and leg. They said they didn’t know how the burns could have happened. They claimed the leg injury was because she “refused to lay on a bed”. That doesn’t sound like my dog but I can’t prove otherwise. They fully refunded the boarding and grooming fees, and have offered to pay any vet bills incurred for treatment of her leg and paws. While I will not be using them again, they offered the refund and vet coverage without any resistance, which is the best I could hope for at this point.ORIGINAL POST:I am so angry I could cry. They don’t even deserve the one star. I left my baby in their care this weekend (Saturday and Sunday night). When we picked her up today she was injured and traumatized. Her left front leg is scraped up and has a whole patch that is completely bare of fur and red like a burn. Her nose is burnt. Her paw pads are burnt. The skin around her nose, eyes, and mouth is burnt. She winces as she walks due to the burns on her feet and she is so uncomfortable she doesn’t want to be pet. This is a dog who lays on our deck and suns herself all the time so I can’t imagine how long she must have been left outside in scorching temperatures to develop burns like this. We will NEVER allow Furbaby to care for any of our dogs EVER again.

I was extremely nervous about leaving one of our fur babies in someone else’s care while we went out of town for five days. However, these guys and ladies gave me reassurance that our dog would be in great hands and taken care of while we were away and it was true! When we dropped him off on the first day, we left with a sense of peace knowing he would be in good hands while we were gone. It’s a plus that you can see pictures of them daily to let you know how they are doing. And we opted to have him a bath and tonsils trimmed on the day we picked him up and he smelt so good when we picked him up. If you have to leave your fur babies to allow someone else to watch over them while you are away or just for a day this is the place! You will not be disappointed!

The staff was very friendly, facility clean, and a very animal friendly enviornment. Today was the second time I visited Fur Babies. The atmosphere, professionalism, and friendliness was consistent with my first visit. They were more than happy to answer all my questions, I was very happy with the grooming service my Shih tzu received, and the price is very affordable. After researching several different doggy daycares I decided to go with Fur-Baby Pet Services. The owner Mak met with me at their Ft Mitchell location and gave me a full tour of the property and explained their services to me in great detail. I was super impressed! With my husband being active duty military & my dad retired Army it also just felt right to supprt a veteran owned business! They took very good care of my dogs (5lbs Yokie & 10lbs Chihuahua) and the staff members that Ive met at drop off & pick up were both very sweet & caring! Will definitely return & recommend to my friends

This is a wonderful place, full of animal lovers. I took my yorkie there for grooming and he doesnt get a yorkie cut..I came up with a certain way to have him groomed. Most grooming places dont let you see where they keep your baby when theyre done..but they were very open and so friendly. My Gizmo was happy too, at other places, when Id pick him up, he wouldnt take treats and would be very scared for hours..he was totally different when I picked him up from Fur-baby services. .I found his new groomers for good!

After reading all the reviews & searching for tge best place to have my Pomerainian groomed & possibly housed for a weekend, I know for certain I will bring my Bruiser to Mr. Mac, a Retired Veteran doing what he loves to do. He even offers to train dogs for diffetent things for Military persons out of his own pocket $$ !!! I cannot wait to meet him in person. I am so excited!! We visited Fur Babies for the 1st. time to ask questions about our aging Toy Poodle. We were greeted by KJ. and Kimberly. They were very outgoing, bubbly and super friendly. Zipper our pet is now a client of theirs, Im happy to say. I love the different sevices they offer as well. If you are looking for someplace or someone for your pets/babies I highly recommend Furbabies.
My Morkie was very stressed when I picked her up. Dropped her off at 9:30 and called at 12:30 and the man that I spoke to had to check to see if she was ready. She we went straight outside and tried to poop and nothing happened but bleeding from her rectum. I have to say this has happened at other groomers when she stayed for long periods. They did a great job on her but she got stress gastrointestinal issues that required veterinary care. I am now looking at mobile grooming services for her so she will be less stressed.

My dog Duchess has been boarded and groomed here for nearly two years now. She is a bit of a special case, unsure and doesnt trust easily and hates long car rides (hence the boarding). When we come to Fur-Baby she is always smiling, tail wagging and anxious to greet the staff. She has bonded with Kim, her groomer there, who I think the World of. I always know she is in good hands and feel comfortable boarding her when she is unable to travel with us. Communication via phone can be hit or miss usually because it gets busy there and the animals come first. My advice is to keep trying until you get someone.

We adopted Guiness (Bam Bam) from Animal Ark. He was as sweet as he could be, but he really needed some manners. Because he was so strong, I had difficulty walking him, so upon several recommendations from people who had used Mak, we took him to Fur Baby for the month-long training program. After the first week, the difference was amazing. We just had one of our final sessions with Guiness and Mak and are ready for him to come home. He can heal and walk with me, sit, stay, and lay down upon command. We could not be happier with what Mak had done for our baby. He has a unique way with dogs, and you can tell he loves them and they love him in return. We highly recommend Mak and Fur Baby.

2021-12-26This place is fantastic! The rates on 5x5 overnight is so much easier to manage than the previous place we used. They are open late so if you have to travel a lot and cannot be back until the sun goes down they are open usually until 10PM EVEN ON CHRISTMAS!!!Thats right we were able to go see the whole family on Christmas and get back in a leisurely time frame because they dont have weird hours just to milk another day out of you. They even had a complementary picture of our dog with SANTA! It doesnt get much better.The Daycare rate is also fantastic. Anytime our dog is a little too rowdy being stuck at home we send him for a day visit and he is exhausted afterwards and will sleep for days.The people who work here are very nice and polite and its veteran owned so you know you are dealing with GOOD PEOPLE.They even have a groomer so as long as you plan ahead and let them know you can drop off you pet get their nails and hair done then have them back home when your off work. EASY

2022-06-21About 2 weeks ago I was recommended Fur-Baby by another daycare in the area. I emailed FBPS and let them know that my dog has jumping issues and will try to jump the exterior fence and inside pens. I was told that that would not be a problem (via email) and they handle dogs like this often.My boyfriend and I dropped our dog off on Saturday morning and again was told that his jumping would be monitored. At pick up we were told by an employee that our dog was no longer welcome due to his jumping. I explained that I was told his jumping would be monitored and that it would not be a problem. This employee was rude and it felt that she was accusing us of not letting them know of the jumping ahead of time. I was not notified during the day that my dog was causing the issues this employee said he had. I asked why I wasnt contacted to come pick him up if he was causing chaos? I was told We just wanted to let you know at pickupIn my opinion I think Fur-Baby did not fulfill the promises they made and the non-existent communication is reason enough to stay away. I emailed them yesterday to notify them that I was displeased with the service provided and I have not received any response back.

2022-02-23My baby stayed here for Presidents’ Day weekend and I had to extend her stay last minute and they were able to accommodate her. They also made sure to send pictures since this was my first time being away I was nervous. Overall we enjoyed her being here and will do it again if needed.

2020-12-05I cant say enough good about them. My dog did two week board and train, while Mak trained me too ;) and he was a new dog after! From training, to grooming, to daycare, the personalized attention is really the best. They treat Every pet like its their own and you know they truly love what they do. My dog knows when we are on the way there now and he Loves it. They answer phones and Facebook messages so fast, the convenience of everything is just the best. Highly Recommend!

2020-12-07We moved to the greater Columbus area 3 months ago. Fur-baby Pet Services has been an excellent transition for our dogs. They are socialized, cared for while we are at work, take naps during the day, and even take the time to capture cute photos to send to us. We are thankful for Fur-baby Pet Services staff as everyone appears professional and kind; the staff knows our dogs and treat them as their own. We couldnt ask for better service. The owner is engaged and you can tell he enjoys his work. We are satisfied and will continue to bring our boys to Fur-baby Pet Services.

2020-10-30I recently adopted my dog and he has A LOT of energy. Daycare has saved us both so much frustration and anxiety!! I tried a few different places and Fur-Baby was my favorite. They were super responsive, willing to talk me through my first time dog owner nerves about daycare, and my dog seems to love it (he has specific friends and everything)! I also recently had to board him and they made sure he was well taken cared for. Every employee I have interacted with has been wonderful and I really feel like they put in effort to know my dog. Mak, the owner, also runs some awesome programs to help adoptable dogs from the local shelter and I love being able to support a business that gives back!I also want to say that their hours are great and a major perk, sometimes I have to go into work early or work late and having daycare hours from 6am to 10pm allows for so much more flexibility in my own schedule. I would highly recommend Fur-Baby. Also they post pictures every day and I love being able to spam my friends with them!
