Great service and affordable prices
The only employee I ever see there isnt very knowledgeable about the games and bundles they have let alone what is out there elsewhere. It is in no way comparable to other games gamestops Im used to in Pennsylvania.
Great store with great employees! These guys know nerd (sorry for the term). If its game/comic/collectibles related they know! My only gripe, and its not the employees fault, are the prices on some of the used game gear and some games. I get that this is a business and they have to make a profit, but used controllers often cost as much as new ones elsewhere. I buy all of video game products here though simply because the staff are awesome!
The employee there, Misty, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Much better service than Ive recieved at other locations.

This store is tucked behind restaurants and gas stations and most noticeable when leaving the Walmart parking lot. Its clean with ample parking and an average amount of typical game store items. I feel the staff are over worked as they are generally trying to stock the store, answer the phone, answer customer questions and ring out customers some of whom are trading in games which takes a while. When you do get waited on they try very hard to be helpful and are knowledgeable. Prices here are typical for a game store and comparable to what you would find elsewhere.
The Game Stops are nice when there are more than two options in a town. They display the different game console games and everything else from the store nicely. I dont usually have a problem finding something if it cant be brought in from a different store.
Staff is generally always knowledgeable about what Ive had to ask about when it came to new releases or tech most will tell the truth and not try and make a sale with some kind of lie just to move product always made me more comfortable buying from here vs the guys at best buy or target just for the sole purpose that these people are gamers to so they generally understand either what your talking about.
My favorite Game Stop. Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and organized.

This Gamestop is actually pretty hard to find, considering that you have to turn into Wal-Mart, in order to see it. At this Gamestop, I usually never really see many people within the store, besides the employees. Its pretty spacious and quiet. Sometimes, me and my friends would even chat with the employees. Furthermore, this Gamestop also has pretty good selections and on some occasions will have certain video games other Gamestops would not have.
I love this store. They help me get what I needed for my grandson. They have always been on the money for me. Thanks.
You want your Gamestop to be staffed by gamers. This Gamestop has this, and they seem to play everything. They didnt have an item I wanted, so they took my number so they could let me know if they find it.
The people here havent let me down yet. I can always find what I need and they keep me informed on just about whats going on. Polite and helpful. What more could you ask?
The staff was a woman that helped me buy my first ps4. She gave me good advice and was very helpful. She upgraded my GameStop card saving me hundreds. 😊
Been going to this store since it opened. Employees are always knowledgeable and willing to chat about the latest releases. Much better service than the zombies at Walmart or Best Buy.

2022-02-12I’ve been shopping at this GameStop for sometime now and I’ve had mostly good interactions with the employees however the moment a customer (myself) comes to sell some thing like a PlayStation instead of buying something the customer service goes straight out the window and the guy that was dealing with me literally turned into an emotionless monotone robot (Matt). I have purchased so many games from this store and I have never experienced anything negative until today. Absolutely terrible customer service. They took $40 off because my controller right trigger only went to 95% instead of 100% (which I can understand that it would be slightly less valuable ) but When I asked for a better understanding of why it took off so much value the answers were very vague and it didn’t really matter what I thought about it. Thank God Misty was in there because five more seconds with his inability to communicate properly and I would’ve lost my mind. They messed the price all up had to open the drawer three times just to get the amount right that they were supposed to give me, just one big confusing mess. They basically shorted me five dollars and I had to ask for it. I could’ve been totally fine with not getting as much back as I was hoping but what really messed the entire exchange up and gave me a bad taste was the lack of customer service and care. You guys can do better. I will be back and I hope I will have a better interaction with you guys. Misty is the best thing they got going up there.

2022-06-04Purchased a game on May 10th. I have 30 days to return this game. Today is the 4th, associate stated it was to late to get my refund. She offered15.00 for a 60.00 game. BBB will be informed. My son shouldnt have to go on social media platforms to sell an item that can be refunded!

2020-07-18Associate Brittney was extremely rude. I’ve been coming to this game stop for years. I will never trade in another game or purchase from here again. She lacks some serious customer service skills. I always look at used disc before leaving the store. Disc was very dirty. She made a rude comment when I ask her to clean it. Definitely need to fire her. Bad apple just cost you a customer.
