I’ve been shopping at this GameStop for sometime now and I’ve had mostly good interactions with the employees however the moment a customer (myself) comes to sell some thing like a PlayStation instead of buying something the customer service goes straight out the window and the guy that was dealing with me literally turned into an emotionless monotone robot (Matt). I have purchased so many games from this store and I have never experienced anything negative until today. Absolutely terrible customer service. They took $40 off because my controller right trigger only went to 95% instead of 100% (which I can understand that it would be slightly less valuable ) but When I asked for a better understanding of why it took off so much value the answers were very vague and it didn’t really matter what I thought about it. Thank God Misty was in there because five more seconds with his inability to communicate properly and I would’ve lost my mind. They messed the price all up had to open the drawer three times just to get the amount right that they were supposed to give me, just one big confusing mess. They basically shorted me five dollars and I had to ask for it. I could’ve been totally fine with not getting as much back as I was hoping but what really messed the entire exchange up and gave me a bad taste was the lack of customer service and care. You guys can do better. I will be back and I hope I will have a better interaction with you guys. Misty is the best thing they got going up there.

Nasty Consumer Service to the guy that was there today. He had a bad attitude. Name on receipt was Matthew. He need to be gone out of that place. Had a nerve to ask me did I want to renew my membership. Nope I’ll take my business else where.

Purchased a game on May 10th. I have 30 days to return this game. Today is the 4th, associate stated it was to late to get my refund. She offered15.00 for a 60.00 game. BBB will be informed. My son shouldnt have to go on social media platforms to sell an item that can be refunded!

Associate Brittney was extremely rude. I’ve been coming to this game stop for years. I will never trade in another game or purchase from here again. She lacks some serious customer service skills. I always look at used disc before leaving the store. Disc was very dirty. She made a rude comment when I ask her to clean it. Definitely need to fire her. Bad apple just cost you a customer.
