From the first call to the time I picked the bike up I got the best customer service I have received in a long time. I had a primary leak and an issue with the steering head bearing and both were fixed quickly for a great price. The bike runs great and feels like new. Highly recommend this shop.
I really like that everyone at G&G cycles are passionate about bikes and that passion clearly shows in the work that they do. I have been here a few times and every time they exceeded my expectations. Especially this time, I called on Tuesday and they did not have any openings to take my Harley in for a tire change. They were already fully booked. I told them I was doing a trip to the Tail of the Dragon over the weekend and needed the bike in top condition. They accommodated me today (Friday) and changed the tire, on checking the brake fluid was bad and they replaced it. Once, I changed my tire here as a lose tire and fixed it myself at home. I brought the bike back to get it checked without an appointment. They looked at it and the chain was too tight. They fixed it immediately even though they were busy and I did not have an appointment and did not even charge me for it. They care about their customers and their rides, which is why I will definitely recommend them to everyone who asks me for a motorcycle service center. Great job guys!

Finally got my pops to sell me his bar hopper. (Had been sitting for quite a while) They got the fluids changed and running strong, replaced the broken drive belt, installed some extra lighting features and currently are getting my trans dressed up. Great group of guys doing quality work!
Friendly and quick service, but they adjusted my clutch engagement zone, however I wish they hadnt as it resulted in dropping my bike when attempting a u-turn the next day.I cant blame them too much since they did notify me of it after they adjusted it, however I was perfectly okay with it where it was before and did not ask them to change it.EDIT: In their they reply they state that it was out of line with factory standards, however it was not. There was plenty of room without burning out my clutch. I bought it brand new from the dealer and it hadnt changed since then. I would trust the factory to know their own standards. Originally this review was a two-star, however if they are straight up lying about these things Im not sure I can trust them with future work on my bikes.Feel free to look at any of my other reviews here on Google, I always leave honest and open reviews and I will rarely leave a one-star or two-star review unless its actually deserved.

After searching and being to several shops this by far is the best shop in North Georgia. Shawn is the best around. This shop services all types of bikes at the best price. Shawn is very thorough and recommends services but isnt pushy. I was skeptical but after visiting this shop I can see why it has a 5 star rating. Most shops you take the bike for service they will do what you ask and thats it. Not Shawn. When I rode up he inspected my bike. Now I was here for an oil change, air filter, spark plugs and brakes. Upon his inspection he noticed my brake light out. I doubt any other shop pays that close attention to your bike. Anyway as I sat there waiting for my bike they talked to me and even let me watch them work. As customers came in most being there first time at G&G states that Shawn came highly recommended. And I see why. Bottom line go to G&G you wont be disappointed.
I have used G&G multiple times with my 2000 1200Custom Screamin Eagle and they are a stand up shop. Fair price, great work, and great communication. I will continue to use them for years to come!

I used to do 95% of my own Harley maintenance, repairs, customization and engine upgrades. I didnt do this because Im a great mechanic or even to save money. I did it because I didnt know a Harley mechanic that I could trust and who was as meticulous as I am when I do my own work.That all changed when I met Shaun and Brad a couple of years ago. Not only do I trust these guys, but their prices are reasonable and they have always worked with me to get my bike in and out of their shop quickly. Im very happy to see all the well-deserved success these guys are enjoying!
G & G Cycles is one of the best Independent certified Harley Davidson shop I have ever dealt with. The quality of service is second to none. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of maintenance, repairs and customization of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. After reading great reviews I was excited to meet Shawn and get my motorcycle worked on. I drove two hours one way and waited for thirty minutes. Shawn walked by me three times and never said a word. No hello, nothing. His assistant said Shawn was too busy and took notes of what I needed and said he would get back to me. No one ever called me. Their shop was clean and it looks they have more business than they can handle but this was among the worst customer service I have ever received. Very disappointing.

Just picked up my newly purchased 2005 Road King from G&G Cycles after Shawn and team performed a service and inspected the bike to make sure it was road worthy. As expected, the guys treated it as if it were there own, pointing out every issue from the handlebars being cracked in two places almost all the way through to the previous shop installing the front wheel backwards. They know their stuff, love what they do and it shows in their work and attention to detail. I cant say enough good things about them. Thanks guys!

There guys are amazing!! First and foremost, they know the work. They just want to service your bike right and not try to get you to do things that are not required or needed. Prices and rates are beyond fair (especially if you shop around and know what’s out there). I came to pick up my bike after service on a rainy day because that was my only option and they asked me not to take it. Instead, they came on their day off when the shop was closed just so I can pick it up and ride in safer weather. That attitude says it all. Don’t go anywhere else before giving these guys a try.
Wow this place is amazing to say the least. The service was excellent the price was affordable and half as much as other dealer in area. My bike was completed and serviced in half time it took me at Harley shop up the street. And then there was the owner Shawn, he is not only a great mechanic but probably the most entertaining and funniest guy Ive ever met. I will never go anywhere else for all my bike needs. My 97 Fatboy is running like I just bought it, and my side still hurts from the conversations and stories I heard while there. If your in the ATLANTA area or actually in state of Georgia I recommend this place to everyone. My only advice is to get there soon because I bet with the service and price there I imagine they will be extremely busy soon. Once again thanks Shawn for all the help and fixing my bikes issues. You have a life time customer in me I know that!
As a first time rider, pretty happy I took my bike here for maintenance. Very flexible when it came to dropping off and picking up the bike and upfront about pricing. The folks I spoke with were also friendly and accommodating. Definitely bringing my bike back here for maintenance (even though its not a cruiser).
The guys here are very professional and fast. I had a missing horn bracket bolt and there was rattling noise when i revved high. They not only allowed me a walk in but also fixed the problem within 15 mins.In the past I had an issue where my Odometer showing consistently wrong miles. The HD showroom nearby said they cannot fix it and asked me to call HD Customer Support for warranty. I show it to G&G and Shawn fixed it in like 2 mins - trip was set to Kilometers instead of Miles.Overall these guys are very skilled, professional, customer friendly and much cheaper compared to HD service centers.
This place is awesome! Not only do they have one of the best Harley techs out there, he is very reasonable on his prices. They can also get all the accessories you would want! I went in for an oil change and left very impressed with my new day maker headlight and led tail lights! I will return and highly recommend!
Went and saw Shawn about upgrading my foot controls and floor boards. He immediately took the time to help me make my decisions on the right parts for my bike. He ordered the parts before I even left the shop. Shawn called me when the parts had arrived and I dropped my bike off for the install. Unfortunately for me, I was having starter issues that had just arisen. Shawn, again, quickly got the parts ordered and kept me constantly updated as far as the status of my bike. He gave me great pricing and got me back on the road in a more than acceptable time frame. Thanks for your work bud!

Shawn is the man!They are mainly a Harley & cruiser shop, but theyve got a good bit of just about everything on two wheels from the usual American and Japanese brands.Im a DIY as much as possible guy (and wont let friends even sit on my bike) and took my V Star 950 in after a brand new battery I got online was having issues I couldnt pinpoint, and they diagnosed it as a bad battery.I felt completely comfortable with them working on it and felt them doing something as simple as replacing the battery was absolutely worth the little bit extra while it was there.Since then, theyve done my fork seals and a few odds n ends that were above my mechanical ability and each time they let me know what the issue was, what it could cost based on findings, what it would cost once confirmed, and when she would be road ready again.I moved 15mi away from here and still come back to this shop because you just dont find shops like this very often. Take your bike here, you wont look anywhere else after.
When you find a great shop to service your motorcycle, you dont allow a little move 250 miles to the north stop you from going there. G&G Cycles does such a great job maintaining my Harley and charges such great rates that I have no reservations riding down from Nashville to make sure my 2013 Ultra is in the best mechanical shape possible, especially when I have a cross country ride just around the corner. I highly recommend G&G for all your motorcycle service needs.

Great repair shop. My husband decided to try G & G after a talking with a local Harley service writer about new tires Shawn at G & G gave my husband an “out the door “ price over the phone and even price matched an internet sale on tires. My husband saved a substantial amount of money by using G & G instead of the local Harley dealer, and received better service. We will use G & G for all our service in the future
I normally dont write reviews, I will give the appropriate stars but never take the time to actually write anything. G&G cycles in Roswell is worth me writing this. I dont have a conversation with a friend or acquaintance about motorcycles without recommending they get their service or repairs at G&G cycles. Shawn is outstanding in both service and knowledge but beyond that I trust him, and thats what really matters to me!
Cannot recommend Shawn and the G&G Cycles crew enough. Every experience Ive had with them has undoubtedly been 5 star worthy. My most recent experience especially, as I needed multiple things done to my bike and I lacked the time, knowledge, and tools to do it myself.Shawn had a hell of a time fixing the mistakes that I made with ordering the wrong parts and attempting to do professional work by myself (because Im a dummy), and was phenomenal with finding the parts that were needed, along with saving me a ton of money on obtaining the right parts.Along with running a damn fine shop, Shawn and his crew are great with communication. Not a single one of my calls went unanswered or unreturned. If youre anything like me, you may get some form of seperation anxiety while your bike is away, Shawn and the crew made it a point to keep me in the know every step of the way, all the while explaining things to me (as slowly as I needed) in detail.Long story short: this is a 5 star crew running a 5 star shop for damn unbeatable prices. They will always have my business and I would buy any of them a beer for being such stand up guys.

May 2018Needed two tires for my Harley-Davidson Road Glide, and I try to avoid the local dealer due to bad experiences in the past. First impressions, Shawn and I walked around the bike, marked any damage, and he looked at the brake pads and tires.He advised I had some more life left, but I needed them for a long trip I was taking. Shawn recommended the American Elite over the factory Dunlops as they seem to be getting better mileage. AND Dunlop had a offer for $75 off!Bike was ready one day later, and they even washed it. 5/5 excellent

Had some carburetor problems with my 94 FLHTC and needed a full service. Was greeted by the owner operator and felt very comfortable with his assesment and estimate. Work was completed on time and the old scooter is running great again. Glad to have a nearby dealership alternative and no BS service.

2022-03-26They greeted me by name as soon as I arrived. They allowed me to wait in the waiting room. They even let me see the shop and charged my Sena headset for me. They kept updated as I waited as well.

2022-04-22Really happy with these guys. Ugly (that is the name he goes by) was great at understanding my needs, setting realistic expectations, and keeping me up to date on progress and issues. Had a bunch of things done: regular service, valves, fork, electrical, and all seems to be well done. Bike runs great now - better than ever. This is my first choice for service now.

2022-02-16I dropped off my Kawasaki Vulcan for a safety inspection. The staff are professional and knowledgeable when they identified several issues with my motorcycle that had to be taken care of. They walked me through everything and consulted me for parts to be ordered and used for my bike. Now my bike runs like a dream!!!

To date, the work has been done promptly, correctly with very reasonable prices. They never surprise me when its time to pick up the bike. 2020-06-25This business is ETHICAL in all of their practices. The technicians are very good and will do ridiculously incredible things to make your motorcycle feel cared for and pampered. I drove over 30 minutes to have them do work on my 2019 Kawasaki H2 SX SE plus. They completed the customization of my motorcycle with great attention to detail and more importantly, exceeded my expectations. If you want quality work by competent and skilled professionals on your motorcycle, see these guys. They are all class acts.

2021-07-01Every time I take my Yamaha Stratoliner to the professionals at G&G I know the work will be done right the first time. The attention to detail and the quality of work at G&G are the standards to which all bike repair shops should aspire.I want to thank Jason for making sure that the Baron’s risers he installed where fitted properly. Furthermore, after an oil change and transfer case fluid change he made sure my bike just as clean or cleaner than it was when I arrived. Since I always keep my bike showroom clean, I very much appreciated that Jason cleaned everything exceptionally well. This is the type of service I can always count on with G&G.I also want to acknowledge Ugly at the front desk. As G&G’s service writer his customer service skills are fantastic. I’m many respects Ugly is the first voice and face at G&G that customers encounter. 2020-12-17Highly recommend G&G Cycles. They installed LED lights around my bike as well as new handlebars. Everyone there is amazing and great to work with. I have an Indian and even better to know that Steve is a master technician for Indian bikes. I will no longer be taking my bike anywhere else other than G&G for everything (unless warranty work). Again...HIGHLY RECOMMEND - 5 STARS!!!
