2022-07-07I visited this store with my mom who doesn’t speak English very well on a Thursday afternoon. The guy was so rude with no smile and like whisking/shaking off cloths when putting the items in the the bag. However the store was neat and tidy.

2022-03-19Went in today with my 13 year & 10 year old. Sales associate Alex went above and beyond with helping and assisting my 13 year in finding the perfect pairs of jeans. She was very patient, offered suggestions and was very well knowledged on not only the latest trends but also the Gap brand and their styles and converting sizes. Five star service, my daughter walked out a happy kid. Thank you, Alex!

2021-10-31Love this store staff is nice they don’t crowded you when you walk in the door. Store is CLEAN AND NEAT everything is in a proper place. Dressing room is big enough so you don’t feel cramped in a small place trying on fits. It’s inside the Avalon which is great! Will continue to go back.

2017-12-24Nice place for good collection and located in Avalon entertainment community. Felt good and nice about this place. I recommend this place to have fun with family and friends.During Christmas Eve, very well decorated and neatly maintained. Have fun and enjoy the vacation!

2018-11-19The manager was rude to me. She got upset when I said I didn’t want a credit card or to be in the Bright Rewards program and said sarcastically “I don’t want to stress you out.” Then she told her associate that she was going to start cleaning because “I clean when I’m annoyed.”

2018-07-03This GAP store in Avalon mall has good collections. I wonder why GAP store is not located at North Point Mall.Apart from GAP, Avalon shopping district has many other stores where you can complete all your shopping. It is good place for dining and Entertainment too.

2017-07-09The store is nice. The person who rang up my purchase did it in the slowest way possible, however. Took forever. I only bought one thing, and it was a whole production.
