I came into this facility last week very disturbed about my incident with my front bumper. I have family who have used this business and I decided to stop by one day, wanting someone to look at my Camry. They were busy, however I walked in to speak to the front desk receptionist lady. She offered to come out to look at my bumper and saw that it was slightly detached. She immediately went back inside to get a nice young gentleman to help snap my bumper back in place and it made my day. I thought it were going to cost me hundreds of dollars but to my surprise, it was a quick fix. These people didn’t try to rip me off, they genuinely went above and beyond to take care of me and they don’t know how much it means. Thank you to the sweet young lady at the front desk for her extremely warm welcoming customer service and thank you to the nice young guy who fixed my bumper. You guys are amazing at Gerber Collision. I would highly recommend. Merry Christmas!

Someone named Candace called my phone on yesterday claiming to have called my phone the previous day that my car was ready for pickup. She had not called at all, in fact there was no missed calls from the number. Even went as far as telling state farm that she called multiple times and left voicemails as well when they contacted the business after i reached out to them about the associate calling me saying i would be responsible for the rental car if i was not there to pick up on the day she called. I headed out this morning to make it back and I get to the shop and they were closed before 12pm as their hours state everywhere. I called the shop and no one answers, and the voicemail box was full. Thankfully, enterprise and statefarm had some sensible associates working at the time and they were able to get the issue resolved so that I won’t be paying for a rental car for someone else’s negligence to do their job correctly. Don’t rush customers to come return rentals when you’re not even going to be available for your full business hours to receive the return and give my vehicle back. I got off and drove nearly 5 hours to get to my vehicle and I now have to schedule to come back again. Would give 0 stars if i could because that’s what the service has been worth. Hopefully i’m never involved in an accident again where a statefarm customer is at fault because I will definitely be passing on their recommendations for car shops. I won’t speak on the quality of work on the car yet because I have not seen it, and I will edit once I have my car back in my possession. It’s just the service was unacceptable and needed to be addressed.

This review is a little late but I had a dent in my fender and was only in town for 4 days. Even with the time constraints, the repairs were finished within 3 days. They answered all of my questions throughout the process and kept me updated. Michael and everyone here took such great care of me and my car. If anyone else needs any repairs, definitely come to Gerber Collission & Glass. They offer the best service in the business! Highly recommend

I don’t know how how good quality control is but now if they ever call me I’m going to have to take the time to drop off the car again call my insurance for a rental and hopefully they do a better job this time

Took my truck here after hitting a deer and had damage to my front bumper and driver side quarter panel. Michael took great care of my truck and me. They finished the work very expediently and no detail was missed at all. They even cleaned my truck and picked up a brand new front plate bracket for my new bumper since I needed one for my UGA front plate. Thank you so much to Michael and all the great people at this Gerber location. I could not recommend them enough for your vehicle repair needs. And all of this is coming from a very particular truck guy who works in a customer service career!

Had some minor crash damage repaired here. Gerber is the shop my insurance company approved. The repairs were done a week sooner than promised and looked great. A couple years ago, they also did an insurance repair on my sisters car that also turned out really well.

Michael was awesome and accommodating. My vehicle was repaired quickly. Looks like new! Plus they vacuumed my car before I picked it up which was nice. Definitely recommend this place.

They quickly and professionally fixed damage to my car after being rear ended. I also had a scratch on the door that I paid to have repainted. About 9 months later a dime-sized area of paint flaked off and no one could figure out why (no damage to the door, it seemed the paint separated from the primer or something). They fixed this for free under warranty in 2 days and even gave me a rental car during that period. Top-notch people.

I really wish I am not required to give any stars, but in order to post a review, I need to select at least one star. I tried to use Gerber through my insurance company for a collision repair, but after 4 phone calls over 3 days, with no follow-up calls, it was in my best interest to find another collision center who wanted the work. Nonexistent customer service.

I could not find any other place including other Gerbers top take my car for at least a week. I had an accident fender, head light, and bumper totaled. Drivable but not at night. This place got me in same day called the rental place informed and updated me every step of the way and address questions every time i called. They finished my car in 6 business days when my estimated time was 9. I couldnt pick up my car right away and they offered to pay for my rental until i could get there to get my car. When i did come they took care of my rental so i wouldnt have to return it myself. AMAZING helpful and courteous staff and my car looks brand spanking new perfect color match
