Get the fried pickles!They open at 5pm- 4am! So if you got late night munchies, you and Giovannis will definitely become friends. Oh, I should mention they deliver too!!My wife and I eat here multiple times a week! Usually is my dinner on Fridays Mondays.Great food at a great price. Its always freshly made (cooked to order). They have something for anyone.They also have an app that makes ordering easier! Dont want to cook? Call in an order and pick it up on your way home or order it for delivery.My favorite dishes:fried pickles, Philly (chick or steak, both are good), chefs salads, lasagna.Did I mention the fried pickles are bomb? 💣💥
EDIT:Spoke with the owner and she was very nice and understanding. The credit was issued and she is working hard to resolve future issues at this location.Placed an order at 2:30am last night, they didnt close until 4am so it was plenty of time before close. The order was originally sent to my old address even though I placed the order correctly. I called the driver and he delivered it to my correct address only to find the food was cold at this point and half of my $50 order was missing. I called back at 3:40am SEVEN TIMES and every time the call was picked up and then hung up 10 seconds later without saying anything. I called today as soon as they reopened only to hear that they could only issue a refund on the same day as the order was placed. I gave my information to speak with the owner as that was the only way the manager on duty stated I could receive a refund.
Do NOT get food from here! I have been getting food from this place since the pandemic started, a few times a week. Normally its really good food for a decent price. HOWEVER, last night I ordered at 11pm or so at night. My food was made wrong. I didnt realize till I got home. I live almost an hour away. I couldnt even eat my food, I threw it away. And decide to call the next day cus it was 1am at that point. I called as soon as they opened today and was told by the manager that she couldnt replace my order unless I brought the food back... im like maam I threw it away. And she said well why didnt you come back last night. I told her I live an hour away i was not going to come back out that late. So I asked for the owners name and she said she couldnt give me that ingormation... are you serious? So Im supposed to just deal with bad customer service and be out money? Yeah Im not spending another dime here. And no one else should. Take better care of your customers.
Ok, so the food is great but not the customer service. First, I put in an order and they never brought it to me. I called the next day and they said it was refunded so I asked if they could just send me another order, and they said it was too late. I get that it might be too late but it was an hour before they even closed. I work during their day hours and dont even get home till 3am. Why have those hours if they are not using it? I know you get time after close to clean the store, so the working hours should be used to deal with customers and clean in between orders. Otherwise the hours need to change.
Went to Giovannis Pizza and Subs tonight and ordered 5 garlic parm. wings and a small grilled chicken salad no olives. The wings had no garlic flavor at all. My salad was 95% lettuce with very little chicken. Topped with mushrooms and croutons and 1 tiny wedge of a tomato. Not the idea of garlic wings or grilled salad. I can do better elsewhere. Need new cooks. Very disappointing. Thats not how you gain customers and keep them coming back. I wont be coming back.
I have been ordering from this place for yrs, the food use to be great, but lately it’s been going down hill. This is the second time I have ordered a chicken bacon ranch calzone and it was dry. No ranch on it at all but they gave to 2 sides of ranch. Will not be ordering from here again and a few of my co-workers have said the same thing about their food. “Down Hill”
I’ve been eating/ordering from here, off and on, for at least 8 years. There have been times that delivery time has been way too long, so I adapted and started ordering earlier. Our group decided to order delivery on a Sunday through the website. First, the online ordering is awesome and adds a layer of security when ordering with a card. Second, the quality of food has not diminished from where they started. I understand that there were issues when they expanded, but it really tastes like that they are back on their game. The burgers, wings, salad, fried pickles, and the ranch dressing we ordered are on point.
Wish I could score it lower. Last night my order came two hours after I ordered it and then I received the wrong order. Because it was so late I decided to take the discount because there was no way I was going to stay up for another two hours for it.Called today and it was only 20% off for a remake order they messed up. Its pitiful that I have to pay for their mistake. ZERO STARS
I really love the wings from here and order often but thats about to change because of the attitude that those young children, working there have. Better be a fast talker to get your order in, the girls hang up the phone without even saying thank you, goodbye, have a nice day or anything. Even at the counter they just snatch your payment and walk away. Dont even say anything about how long your food will be or anything. Just RUDE to certain people.
Ive gotten food from this location almost 100 times over several years and usually its awesome. But today I called in an order at 5pm, basically as soon as they opened. I actually waited for them to open to place an order. Fries were great as always but the Philly Cheesesteak was inedible. The meat was tough and overcooked. Tasted like the grill wasnt cleaned recently. The bread was burnt and hard as a rock. This has never happened so I will give them another chance but my wife probably will not be back.
This place is hit and miss. I order the same thing every time. sometimes the wings are hot, fresh, and tasty. or, I end up with old, cold and very dry chicken wings. never have an entire pound of fries. ugh, but they are the only ones open late that serve wings... so I continue to give them my money. campus location is MUCH better.
I love this place. This is my go-to restaurant for good quality wings at a great price. I have never had any bad experiences any time I have ordered from this restaurant. My order has always been correct and the food is always great. I’m actually surprised to see so many negative reviews.
Will never order from here again! The dingbat bimbo kept hanging up on me while I was paying over the phone with a debit card, me and my old lady ordered two full orders of lasagna,they werent full, they were halves, only got one bread not two,one drink, not two, and one salad, not two,we got around $15 worth of food for $26
*** NEVER DELIVERED ***WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE?Yesterday we called in for delivery was charged a fee for delivery and we are still waiting on the pizza. Not even a call back saying they wasnt coming. Not sure what is the problem with this establishment but I will be making sure I receive a refund and stop doing business with this pizzeria.This has to do with poor management no leadership what so ever.
I order from this location quite often ( I work nights) and am usually satisfied with my service. Tonight however, I am not. I placed an order a little before 11. At 12 I called because it had not arrived. I was told my order was out for delivery. At 1:11, I called again and was told my order had been cancelled when I placed it because of the rain. I waited on this order for over two hours.
Customer service is great. I eat there about once per week and have never had a bad experience. The girls taking the orders are always polite and respectful and the food is always on time and what I ordered. Its probably the best restaurant in Carrollton by far. Compare the prices and the size of the wings to anyplace else around. You cant compare because the other places around have smaller wings and they are more expensive. The fact of the matter is that it is simply the best food in the West Georgia area and anyone who disagrees with me is 100 percent wrong.
I advise using caution when you place an order online. I have ordered too many times to count, and usually have a good experience. Last night, after receiving an incorrect order, I called to have it corrected. I was met with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Told I would have to pay for extra sauces, despite the fact that they messed up my order. Eventually, they offered to remake my order and have it delivered, but I would have to return the food that was originally incorrect. I found it extremely off that they wanted the food back, but I agreed. I live about 5 miles from the restaurant and assumed that my order would be a priority due to their negligence. After another 40 minutes, I called to have my order refunded. It was now 2 hours after I originally ordered my dinner. I was told that they were unable to refund my purchase because I ordered through a 3rd party. I got in touch with Chownow, who told me they had to call Giovannis to authorize the refund. Sarah told Chownow that they would not authorize a refund and I will have to speak to the owner, Chris. I was not given a time to expect his call, as he works between the 4 locations. I ended the evening with no dinner and out $40 with no expectation of being contacted.
Formally one of our favorite places to order from. Our past 2 orders have been incorrect. When I called to speak to a manager, I spoke with Katie. She was extremely rude, unhelpful and obviously did not care that I was not satisfied. This is a local eatery that our community has supported and helped to grow. They now have multiple locations. Unfortunately, as the grew, they lost site of quality with both food and customer service. My advise, order somewhere else. A great alternative is Rockys Pizza on Maple.
I came in with a family member. I was not very hungry so I got the spicy parmesan french fries. They were fries tossed in buffalo wing sauce and covered in parmesan cheese. It was not what I was expecting, but it was alright. The sandwich my brother in law got looked good. All of the ingredients seemed to be of a good quality. The biggest issue was the wait. It took a little over 50 minutes to get our food. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would go back in the future.
I normally order from them and I like how they don’t close until 4am but when just recently when I called I was getting ready to ask my amount and the girl hung up in my face. So I called back and the girl was like with an attitude gave me my amount and hung up again not apologizing for even hanging up in my face... so I’m washing my hands. I don’t like a business that don’t have good customer service
Granted things are not the same as they were in 2009 and before. I do hope a refocus comes into play. I was a regular. My household was. We tipped great and the food was delicious then every time. Then it was all about the customers and in turn the customers gave back full force. Now they won’t even let other drivers transport their food for enjoyment of customers who simply loved the food. Just don’t forget where you were. It was better. It was where those flavors originated. So slack is not more.
I been at the same address for 10 years, they have always delivered to my house. A frequent customer in fact the reason I decided to order is because I seen my neighbor get a delivery just yesturday but all of a sudden they don t deliver this way today. Dont worry you guys just lost s customer for life.
Its bad when you walk in and they know what you want to eat every time but in a good way. I have eating here a lot and over looked a lot. But good food at a great price how can you lose? Well I found out the hard way. I spend 20 bucks everytime I go in there just on me. After the 10 visit you get a free $5.95 appetizer. On this visit I did ask for something that was not a appetizer but it was at the same price $5.95 and even said I would pay the difference if tax makes it go over and was told no sir sorry. You spend $200 dollars to get a free $5.95 appetizer you would think ok thank you for your business. As a business owner myself I know what it means when you spend good money and take care of repeat business!!!
The last time I placed a pickup order from the Bremen, Ga restaurant was summer of 2018. I ordered 20 wings all flats, 10 Lemon Pepper & 10 Mild.Got home and in the two containers were 4 Lemon Pepper, two flats & two legs, the other, 3 Mild 1 flat & 2 legs. Have never ordered from them again, and do not recommend them at all. I have to check one star though not even worthy of it.
I would call ahead 10-15 minute before my arrival and it still takes another 30 minutes for them to make a sandwich......45 minute to make a cheese-steak sandwichThe 20 minutes you are waiting for the order you called in 10 minutes go you hear, music, conversation and laughter in the kitchen.Also you cant see them or the kitchen. I have plumbed 4 restaurants on Adamson Square 30117. closed kitchen = bad food.Out Of Sight, Out Of MindExtremely Unprofessional. I lived a mile away and it could take 1 hr. for my order...No One in the store waiting........they just do not care.After 3 times , I never went back.That was right after they opened.
When my friends and I arrived, there were a couple people in the back yelling curse words. While I wasnt particularly bothered by that, they were told to stop more than once by one of the girls up front. It showed an air of unprofessionalism in the store.It doesnt help that our pizzas werent hot when we got them, but that may be on us because we were thirteen minutes late.Foods great though, cheers.
Decent food but never order delivery. Hour and a half MINIMUM and nothing but excuses if you call. About once a year I order from them and am disappointed every time. I ordered pizza and wings tonight and was told 45 minutes. 90 minutes later and still nothing, not even a call.
The service seems to have gone down hill the last two months. I ordered a chicken parm sub and it was not good. Thats my husband and I normally get one and split it but this time it was dry and had barely any cheese on it. We will try again in a few months. Hopefully they get it back together
I order wings (6 bbq and 6 hot) to go. When I got home and opened the container, it had 6 hot wings and fries. I called and was told I could come back and get them but I had to bring the food they gave me. I live 30 minutes away and asked if I could get them another time. I was told no, but I could get a discount off my next order. I wont be back!
Since when is an Italian sub served with sweet-tasting Italian dressing? Try changing the sub to have oil and vinegar with mayonnaise and maybe Ill consider changing my bad review.The fries were also store bought with no flavor. Dont waste your time, you would be better off going somewhere else if you want a good sub.
Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because of their customer service! Food is great but it shouldn’t kill you to be polite! We get it your busy but it doesn’t take much! Even if you just smile and said yes ma’am/sir, no ma’am/sir..... please work on your employees customer service! 🙂 train them to atleast put a smile on their faces vs a RBF 🙃 and I’m sure you’ll get plenty more service. Just tried to order, and after placing my order, my card being charged, and being given a wait time for when my food would be delivered (less than 4 miles away I might add), I sat for close to an hour and a half before being called and told that the roads were too slippery to deliver my food even though it was barely sprinkling. I had heard that this was a thing before from other people ordering, but chose to ignore it and give them a chance. Huge mistake. Dont bother if you dont want to sit for close to 2 hours before being called and told they arent bringing your food.
Dont know what everyone complains about, but Ive been in numerous times to eat and they are WONDERFUL every time. I have a 21 month old and they help us with high chairs, give us an extra table for all our stuff (even when they are slammed busy by the way) and to top it off the food is excellent!And I just completed my first call in order and the young lady who answered the phone could not have been more nice and helpful, offering specials and a way to save money when I gave my order.For all the haters, get a life and stop trying to ruin people who are working hard to provide a great product!

Place is kinda overrated Foods ok nothing special and a bunch of college kids that don’t really care enough to get your order out. waited an hour an 30 min finally called them back they hadn’t even cooked my food offered me a discount on my next order .. as if I would order from them again.
I ordered the Philly steak sub, which comes with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. The veggies were so few and chopped so finely I didnt even know they were there.The French fries they serve are basically just the ones you buy frozen at the grocery store.The employees seemed a bit unprofessional, the woman trying to take my order was being poked/tickled by another employee.
Service can be a hit or miss. You can get good service or service will be piss poor. Went for lunch. Hardly anyone there. Took forever to get our food. Fries were kinda cold. Food was coming out to other customers that ordered after we did. Waitress didnt seem interested in us.
The women were too worried about high school drama than to actually take my order. Sat for 25 minutes with my drinks as people passed by me and my husband and the lady at the front counter constantly looking at us and continued to talk about her tampons. First off disgusting. Second, its not social hour for you and your buddies to sit around and talk about bullshit. A paying customer walked out tonight planning on spending at least $200+ at your establishment and got completely grossed out and aggravated over the complete dismissal that we were there to be waited on. NEVER EVER WILL WE EVER DINE HERE, I would say again but that was not even close to dining whatsoever.
A friend of mine and myself ordered from here. She ordered an Italian sub ... they literally put Italian dressing on their sandwich ... and instead of salami it was pepperoni. My order on the other hand I ordered a baked ziti.. The noodles were overcooked and it was literally a plate of noodles and tomato paste. There wasn’t any cheese on this pasta at all. It was disgusting. They also had the nerve to give me a whole hoagie bread throw garlic butter on it and toast it ..... I am disgusted and will never eat there again
Service is decent. Wings though....... I have been on the hunt for -the- best lemon pepper wings. I have experienced Giovannis sandwich, wings, lasagna, fries and mozzarella sticks. Superior for sure. But the wings stood out the most. SO crispy. PERFECTLY seasoned. It is the chicken wing I have been craving forever, and now I have found it. My search is over. Looks like I am going to have to live in Carrollton forever. Thank you Giovannis. Thank you so much.
This place has decent food but the little girls because they arent mature at all and they have the nastiest attitudes while you are trying to order! This has to be ok with the owner being that years of reviews have mentioned this same issue. Its ridiculous that someone can be so rude and unprofessional while taking your money! Wont call back or order in. SMH!!
They done start sucking. The girls who work there acts as if they dont hear your order. Out of spite theyll mess up your order and get your sauces wrong. Alway...and I do mean Always check your order before u leave no matter how tight that plastic bag is tied. Take out your sauces and make sure you have bleu cheese or ranch. Those girls are sorry taking the order. Make sure you have lemon pepper sprinkle cause they charge. To pay for it and not have it when you get home sucks. About to start back going to PJs.
Rude. Rude girl answering the phone. Rude shift manager (10/16/2018). Placed $45 order. Arrived home, items missing. Called and spoke with the order taker, rude. Spoke with shift manager who told me call the owner, I dont care. One of those places that thinks they are doing you a favor by allowing you to spend your hard earned money with them.
Delivery ordered through Chow Now, email confirmed order to be delivered by X time (being 45 mins after order was placed), called to inquire after order still was not delivered after 1 hour 15 mins, was told it would be an additional 20-25 mins. Called back to cancel order after a total of 1 hour and 45 mins and asked for a refund to which female on the phone advised order was out for delivery already. Was given an attitude over the phone
Very high price for pizza. They never have your food ready in a timely manner and after waiting over 30 minutes when I told 20 minutes, spending $49 on two pizzas and wings, they wanted to charge $.75 for a cup of ranch. I can tolerate the Bremen location but will NEVER do business at the Carrollton location. And they always have several waitresses standing around laughing and cutting up with no concern to the people needing drink regills, etc.
The girls at the front desk are terrible. They put people on hold even when there not busy. I know Ive been inside when someone called and they put them on hold so they could finish the story they were telling. They are rude and when they mess up your order they act like its your fault. The food is good, but its not worth the terrible service.
My wife and I stopped at this establishment and we went in and ordered our food to go. The food was good but my Stromboli was supposed to be the All meat and I had them add onions, bell peppers and jalapeños. They shorted me 3 meats and the jalapeños. I called to let them know about the mistake. They asked me if I wanted a credit or if I wanted to come back and get another one. Besides not getting what I paid for a simple apology would have been nice. What is up with these young folks these days. All she wanted to do was hurry up and get me off the phone and did not give a crap about their mistake.
I absolutely love the pizza and so far everything I have had is on point! Being from Ny the land of pizza lol its right there with them the only thing I have ever had not 100% amazing was the white pizza its good just not what I am used to!! But the place has great people working and great food so how can we fuss lol loved it!!
It was very bad and i asked for mild wings but i got hot and it ran my blood pressure up and i asked for extra crispy but the made it extra wet and i called back and she asked me what do i want her to do about it they rude and i have spent a lot of money there i feel very dissatisfied and mad about my money
The food and service is good. Someone needs to tell the owners to open up one of their restaurants in Villa Rica Ga. With the two Tanner Hospitals, we would keep them busy. There are several empty locations around the Ingles shopping center and more locations by the new food depot. We need you Giovonnies in Villa Rica.
Who ever is in charge of running this place is clearly concerned with what he believes to be eye candy instead of customer service and delivery is super slow to say the least and this is a recurring theme at this place and I wish somebody else would deliver in Carrollton because I would not come back. Screw this place!!!!!!!!!!!

2022-03-21Spent $35 on a large pizza and 10 wings. A quarter of the pizza was bread only (picture above). Should’ve just ordered a small pizza and a side of breadsticks to save money. Last pizza at Giovanni’s. I usually don’t mind spending their steep prices because the quality used to be good. Johnny’s here we come!

2021-08-21Pizza looked like it was made by a 5 year old. It was oddly shaped and slices were all different weird shapes. No quality control, and no pride in their work. Look at the picture! What a joke! If you want good food, go somewhere else! This is not an isolated instance of poor quality. It’s becoming the norm.

I have to call back almost every time to say I’m paying with a card over the phone. The food is usually very good tho. Just a little more friendly customer service and this place would be better.

2022-05-07I got a pizza and poppers,ants were baked into my pizza I took ALL the food back same night after being hung up on 3times to be told I cant get my money back till a owner is there next day I called the next day and an employee acted like a manager. Im going to be calling health department and lawyer. Is give 0stars if it was an option. Employees are rude and the owners or managers obviously dont care

2022-02-06We JUST ordered some food and we picked it up, great on time and the food was amazing... unfortunately we had to throw away the Stromboli... they need to start wearing hair nets because a very long strand of hair was in my mouth and halfway down my throat and I JUST couldnt eat anymore after that.
