Global Imports is a fantastic dealership! My wife and I purchased our first BMW (X5) from Global earlier this year. Ive purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this buying experience was the best, as evidenced by the fact that Im writing my first google review.I often act naive when buying a car, despite doing plenty of research beforehand, so that I can determine the genuine intent of the seller. Our sales associate, Travis, was diligent and insightful. He walked us through all the features of the X5 and explained the differences- good and bad- of other brands and models we were considering. We used an outside lender based on a deep working relationship, and the lender lost some paperwork. Travis tracked it all and took care of the problem for us. The sales manager, Mark, was very helpful about an issue with my Landcruiser and referred me to someone outside of the dealership that was very helpful. Oh, and the price for our X5 was by far the best!All that to say, if youre like me and want a dealership that will give you a truthful, knowledgeable, and seamless buying experience, then save yourself a lot of time and energy (and dollars) by visiting Global Imports for your next car purchase.
Wow!!!!!!!!! Pretty much sums up the experience! Journey began with servicing of our 2020 3 series purchased from BMW of South Atlanta, which have ZERO service after the sale!!!! So pleased I chose to have it serviced at Global! Mark Tishler politely greeted us, introduced himself even though we were just browsing while waiting on the service, provided us his card, and we were on our way. A vehicle we were interested in posted on their website and we were passing by later that morning for some out of town business. I reached out to Mark that morning, an appt was made for an appraisal and we stopped by. I informed them of my time restraint which they were VERY respectful of! In and out within 20 min. I received a written appraisal via text and email for my 3 series within 30 min. Very fair trade value and things were set in motion. Our 4 series wasn’t on the lot due to current situations that are affected by the pandemic. He quickly processed a stop sale hold for the car and kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. Malden Drobac, the salesman we worked with processing the transaction was very pleasant as well… ZERO pressure and the utmost respect for our time and privacy. We traded a 2020 3 series so we have driven this “G” model style for 2 years. Their onsite BMW genius guided us through the BMW interface/infotainment system and revealed functions and options that were never discussed from BMW of South Atlanta. They set up EVERYTHING on our phones prior to departure. They have a customer for life along with all future referrals and service. These guys are a different level of dealership! Top notch and kudos to great team! Not one single glitch or holdup in the entire process….. from starting the appraisal process to walking out the door….3 hours cumulative max!!!! Probably less!! Give these guys a shot for your new or used BMW……. you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!
Never Never Never bring your car here to be serviced! Brought my car here and explained to the service advisor what I needed serviced which was the recommended repairs from my last visit there. Car sat on their lot for 2 days before I called and asked why I had neither been contacted by my service advisor nor presented with an estimate for repairs. I was placed on hold while they checked with my service advisor. I was told I had no service advisor because my service advisor quit the day prior. No one reached out to me to advise me of this. My car sat on their lot for 2 days and would have sat for longer had I not called.They assigned me advisor Gianni Marini. Instead of checking through my car’s history, he quotes me twice what I had been quoted my visit prior for the same repairs. He adjusts the estimate and pretends to be doing me a favor by doing so. They have my car 2 weeks and tell me it’s ready for pick up. I pay, pick up my vehicle and within 15mi of driving the vehicle the light comes on again! 2 weeks and the problem is still not fixed. Not only that, I now have curb rash on my rear wheel and the car is filthy and obviously kept outside under trees. I bring the car back and I’m told I would need to schedule another appointment to leave the car and the soonest was 3 weeks out. I request to speak with the service manager. Someone approaches and says he will look at it. Who was he? Don’t know, he didn’t introduce himself.The car is in the back no longer than 10min before I’m being told I now need even more repairs and I would have to pay another diagnosis fee. This was after the advisor, Gianni, tells me I did not pay for the original repair. Wow! Never experienced anything like this. Took him 10min to see that I had paid. After $1600 and 2 weeks of having my car the problem is not fixed and they want more money. This place is a fraud and if you call corporate you will find they have many complaints about this place. There is a greater than 50% chance that your car will experience the same problems you came in with after you pick it up. 50/50 chance you will get a vehicle back damaged (curb rash, scratches, dings). The lot is too small for all the cars they take in. If you still read this review and take your car here… good luck!
LOVE Global Imports! The service is second to none from the beginning to driving off the lot. Pete Drexler, Sales, is the main reason I continue to go to Global for my X3. Incredibly patient and thorough when answering my many questions. Knowing that he will follow through with every little detail, takes all the stress off my plate. The entire dealership is very accommodating and cordial. Ill continue to go here and recommend them every chance I get.Thanks Pete & team!Best,Susan
I was picking up my car from the service department and thought since I was at the dealer already, May as well got an appraisal of the car as I was considering getting a new ride. It was a busy Saturday, but the sales team and manager did a fine job to provide me appraisal that was a bit above what I expected. They also showed me the inventories and had me test drive 2 cars. I end up indeed trade in two of my cars and bought a brand new X5. There was a bit hick up towards the end to no one’s fault, but sales and managers worked far out of their ways to make my deal work. Everyone stayed late till 9pm until sealing the deal with me and I drove my new X5 away. It was a long but happy ending day. I like the Global BMW team’s dedication to take care of the customer. One suggestion to BMW, it can be nice to build a room or two inside the dealer sales building that are designated for new sales car delivery. The local Audi dealers and Mercedes’ Dealer both have this. You can deliver the new cars to customers in a brighter, safer much more cozy in-door environment rather than using 3 regular out door parking slots for new car delivery. Worth for the dealer to think about. Customers will love it.
Ill start off by saying the initial experience we had here was great. We were trading in our BMW and looking to get something else. Derrick was great and helped us trade in our car and get a Honda Accord. Their interest rates are higher than expected but hey we still went with it. This purchase happened in January and we were told they will payoff our traded in BMW and we didnt have to do anything else. Heres where it goes downhill.. I get a call end of February from BMW Financial Services stating they havent received payment and that BMW didnt show they received the car until February 26th (we traded it in January 15). So BMW is trying to collect and Im calling Global Imports and couldnt get through to Jay the finance manager or Derrick. Derrick ends up returning my call and says hell call me back but never does. I was then going to write a review and saw they respond to reviews with the Customer Service Manager - Jaclyn. I decided to reach out to her and she was able to get this all taken care of within a matter of days. Thanks Jaclyn! Long story short: beware if youre trading in a car. We traded ours in January and they didnt pay the note until March!
I had an outstanding experience trading in my X7 for a new 740. The dealership team is consultative and truly helped me arrive at a decision. Travis Robinson was courteous, patient and walked me through every step of the process. Most efficient and calm car purchase in my life. Thanks
This dealership is the epitome of dirty dealerships and bad customer service. Stay away. Its hard to get in contact with anyone so I went in person. I went to get a quote on a car after shopping around. I have excellent credit and they were offering me a terrible APR. I told them that two other dealerships offered me a better rate. The finance manager admitted that he could go lower but he wasn’t going to. Then he tried to tell me I should pick them because they are nice. LolI don’t know where they are getting good reviews from. Please just shop around for rates. Don’t go in without knowing where your numbers should be. I know there is a shortage of cars but it’s still worth shopping around.
Global used to be one of the best dealerships in town. They have had several changes in their service department and customer service has fallen to the waste side. Communication among the service team is terrible. Forget escalating any concerns to Management because they could care less. We left our car which was purchased at Global for oil leak concerns and when we picked up our car we had a dent on our bumper Of coarse no one knows how it got there. Our key battery on my other vehicle was low but no one bothered to change the battery. If you compare the service department to what it was two years ago it’s night and day. If your looking to service your bmw don’t take care here. Save yourself the headache and time. This place is the worst.
This is my first experience with Global Imports. I have to share that is was truly a stellar experience. Marvin Sibert was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was looking for options in relation to extended service plans/warranties. Marvin immediately engaged and explained all options in detail and ensured which path was best for my needs. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the details, and that I was comfortable and satisfied with all areas of the deal. Furthermore, he was extremely fast and efficient. Overall, one of the very best experiences I have had in this area and with a dealership. I simply cannot recommend Marvin and Global enough. The commitment to the customer is exemplary and truly appreciated. Thank you so much!
Had a terrific sales experience with Taylor Nielsen (sp?). He was extremely friendly, informative, and helped me talk through multiple options of how to solve my familys vehicle needs. Not pushy in the least, and a wealth of information on current and prior BMW models, helping us consider new vs. used and models easily. Would highly recommend!
I have been buying cars for over 30 years and have never been treated as respectfully as I experienced at Global Imports. Mark, my salesman, was responsive and very helpful. My trade was very fair and the negotiation process was quick and low pressure. I was amazed at how easy and friendly the entire process went.
Everything was great ! I came in on a busy Saturday morning without an appointment and they helped me right away. I test drove the car and had it home in my garage after just a few hours. I am in the car business, with another brand :( , so I know exactly how things should go. I have bought before from another BMW dealer and honestly that also went well, but this time was even better! Had been a fan of Global BMW since I purchased my first BMW from them in 2006. Whatever has become of them since then, I don’t know. My sales person Justin Lewis was not professional and didn’t really show genuine interest in getting me what I wanted. It seemed that I was not the right clientele for him or the sales manager I ultimately spoke with on the phone, since he agreed to look into an X7 for me and was supposed to return my call but never called my back.Now I’m getting texts from Justin asking me if I still want a quote on the build I requested. No! I’ve already ordered my vehicle from BMW of South Atlanta! Leroy and the Management team down there know how to treat people and get you what you need….I recommend them. Had nothing but two good purchase experiences from them!
I called after seeing a car online and visiting another dealer. I got a appointment same day. I was lucky to get Tyrone he was wonderful and really walked me through the car, these are amazing cars with so many features it was so nice to get a vip tour. I am so excited and was impressed with how easy and non pushy the process was. I found the perfect car for our family and everyone we met was so very knowledgeable From sales finance and parts.So glad we decided to give Global another chance.
Greg was awesome. Responsive, polite, and answered all of my random questions about services and features. The car purchase experience is what it is, so my main complaint was the amount of time everything took, but they were short staffed that day, so its not a major knock against the dealership.There have been a few smaller quirks about the vehicle that have popped up since I purchased it, but Im taking it back for adjustments. Overall good experience, I can see making future purchases from there.
I’ve been going to this dealership for years for servicing and have never had any issues. I have always been greeted and treated with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. I recently went in to inquire about my warranty details and Hussain helped me understand my various options. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions. I didn’t feel like I was rushed in to making a decision. He explained everything throughly. Several of my friends have purchased their vehicles from Global and we all have the same positive experience. I recommend it to all!
ZERO STARS - GLOBAL IMPORTS DELETES BAD REVIEWS. Buyer beware.I see Global Imports has deleted my review, so in hopes to save someone else from the nightmare I went through.. here it is again.I typically do my own oil changes but was in a time crunch so I made an appointment for as soon as they opened - oil change took 2.5 hours which isnt what necessarily upset me because I understand Global Imports stays pretty busy. I get my car back, drive for the entire day then get back to my apartment and check my oil levels ... I have NO oil in my car. I head back to Global Imports and turns out the oil filter housing was not put back on correctly and oil leaked EVERYWHERE leaving me with no oil. All over the engine bay, brand new alternator/belt that I installed myself and on the exhaust manifold.They fixed it and cleaned the engine bay. My engine smoked as soon as I would turn it on for 4 days so I went back to Global Imports to actually have them CLEAN my engine bay only to have them laugh in my face after hours of waiting, 80 miles put on my car and my car put through their horrible car wash that does nothing but scratch your car after I INSISTED not to wash my car.Its a shame Global Imports is allowed to wear the BMW name because the way this place operates is a HORRIBLE. Only good thing is the cinnamon roll at the cafe because not a single person knows how to work on a BMW at Global Imports. If a woman in her 20s can change the oil on a 228i with zero issues, I suggest the people that work here be able to do so as well :). I learned my lesson
Just picked up my 540i and I love it! Taylor Nielson was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to describe all the potential options we were interested in and did not push options we were not interested in. He was able to order the car with the features we wanted. Very satisfied with my experience with Taylor and the Global Imports Team.
I Recently purchased my 5th BMW from Global Imports a 2022 X5. The X5 is a terrific vehicle and I would highly recommend it. Global Imports never disappoints. I’ve been working with them for over 15 years and they are a fantastic group of professionals. My client advisor was Tyrone Jernigan. Tyrone is the best-he’s extremely knowledgeable and professional and just a pleasure to work with. Jay Williams in Finance was equally professional and made theprocess an easy one.Bottom line: I highly recommend Global Imports. Give Tyrone a call, you won’t be disappointed.
Deon Desouza and Mark Tishler made my buying experience truly exceptional and I dont say that lightly.From Deons responsiveness the moment I initially reached out to his helpful answers to my dozens of questions and his proactive customer-service focused actions, I was constantly impressed.To top it off, the pickup process with Mark was warm, inviting, helpful and expedited per my tight schedule.As a former Tesla car owner I knew that Teslas customer service was nothing short of a existential joke, but now having experienced how Global BMW treats their customers I am simply blown away.
Having a Bimmer is no joke. Service repairs can be scary and stressful. But today, was the most stress free experience. I’m afraid that I’ll never own another vehicle type again because it only do I love my car, I love the experience I got today! And for front brakes, they came in LESS than other dealer alternative garages by 200.00. They will always be my first call for repairs. Francisco is amazing.
We came by Global Imports BMW today to finalize the terms of a pending sale. We were fortunate to be pared with Jean DuBois. There were some complications on my order due to shipping delays and the delivery option that we’d chosen. Jean was incredibly patient and helpful. He spent all the time needed and never rushed us and got everything set up for a seamless delivery. We’re so glad to have had Jean to help us and are very excited to take delivery of our new BMW 5 Series in the next few weeks. Highly recommended!
This is our first BMW.We have been buying several MB.This was our first time servicing this car since we leased it. The experience at this dealership was not impressive to put it nicely.Took more than 30 min to pick up a loaner.When we came back to pick up our car, although we were told the car was washed and ready to be picked up, it came out half washed. The front and the back of it was totally untouched. How do you wash half the car???We were in a hurry, so we let it go. We were disgusted.WE WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER BMW SO THAT WE WILL NOT HAVE TO COME BACK HERE.The customer lounges at any MB dealerships are so much nicer and you dont have to dodge those cars that are coming into the bays while talking to the service advisors like here. They dont even have offices.All together ridiculous experience.We are totally embarrassed for them.Going back to MB. Cannot wait.Follow up:The service advisor followed up. We appreciate it very much. She was also very accommodating during our appointment.She sure was the highlight of the appt.We will try this dealership again for the next service because of her. Thank you, Giselle.
Wouldn’t recommend for service. Brought my car in for an appointment at 730 am on a Wednesday. Service was an assessment for an error message on the driver assistance system. I was told it would take 2 days to get to my car because I was given a loaner car which was a little frustrating (and ended up being true). When I went to pick up my car on Saturday, it took the dealership a full 45 minutes to pull my car around. I asked what was going on a couple times and was told that they had a new valet crew, lost my car on the lot and were looking for it. After 40 mins, I was then told that the keys were placed in a locked box and they didn’t have the key and they had to break it open. I was not able to talk to the service manager during this time (was told he was busy trying to find my car). In any case, would recommend going to another BMW dealership that is more professional and doesn’t waste your time.
I purchased a car with cash from this dealership in April of 2022. I never received a tag, so I reached out via phone to ask about it - no one called me back. I return to the dealership in person (1 hour drive) to ask about it and was assured it was sent out to the GA address on my license and I just needed to wait. I wait, still no tag, so I call back again. No returned call so I call back AGAIN until I get someone on the phone.Finally, in late June of 2022 they called back and assigned someone to look into it. Come to find out, the tag was sent to an address in Michigan that I haven’t lived at for 4 years. I ask why they wouldn’t confirm it was the correct address since it was out of state, but he blames me for the clerical error and tells me I have to go to the DMV in person to file for a lost tag. I purchased the car in GA and did not request for my tag to be sent elsewhere.I understand why I am the one who has to fix it, but if they charge over 1k in document and registration related fees it makes no sense they have no mechanism for correcting the error or reimbursing me. If I have to go to dmv, wait in line and file paperwork on my own I paid for a service that wasn’t done properly and in any other context there would be more of an effort to fix the issue. You have all of my information and should be able to correct a simple clerical error and/or offer some level of reimbursement for the inconvenience. This is terrible service from a luxury car dealership.
I came in for a 2019 230i convertible but before I got the full cost, the customer service & lack of friendless was a big turn off. When left alone & waiting to ask questions the finance manager asked me for the credit app then waved his hand at me in a rude, dismissive manner when I said I had questions instead of giving it to him.The shrug & hand gesture isnt what I expected from a professional. Overall the sales guy & that guy werent friendly.Offered me water then forgot until I much later saw them getting a group water. Just an overall attitude of hurry up or GTFO. I saw a 2022 version of the car & will pursue it elsewhere. Friends mentioned better service at other BMW dealerships.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The person I spoke with in the finance department was condescending, accusatory, and combative. I have worked with Lexus, Mercedes, and Jaguar and never had issues like I did with BMW Global Imports. I started telling my friends about Global Imports and at least FIVE of them said “yeah, we don’t go there based on our other friends experiences there” Please save yourself a few thousand dollars+ and a lot of headache by going to a most trustworthy and respectful car dealership!
It was a wonderful experience ordering a car through Global BMW. Charles Reed made it easy and stress-free. He guided me through the process of building the car, explained the timeline, and even suggested doing the Performance Delivery at the BMW facility in Spartanburg. That was the icing on the cake. Performance Delivery was absolutely awesome and a first class, memorable experience. Everything went so smoothly from placing the order to picking up the car in Spartanburg. I have a car that I love and great memories. Thank you Charles and Global.
Though the car buying process was easy enough, Ive had issues with the dealership after the purchase including them losing documents (had to come back in to re-sign paperwork) and receipts, installing a disabling device on the vehicle without my consent or knowledge (and allegedly having no record that it was installed), scratching the paint when I took it in (curb rash), and lack of follow-up despite numerous attempts to contact them. I am disappointed with my experience.
Buyer Beware! I purchased a vehicle in early February and had to replace the water pump less than a month later. I should have had the car inspected before I purchased but assumed incorrectly that this dealership would not sell a vehicle that needed major maintenance. Its my fault for being so trusting.My Mistake. I should have contacted them before going somewhere else to have the work done. Apparently they had also replaced the water pump, they sent me a copy of their internal invoice showing that it had been done before I bought the vehicle. Their General Manager, Peter Bearsch, contacted me about the problem and will try to find a way to make things right.
Went to look at a few vehicles here and found one or two I had actually liked and were ready to move forward with. When it came down to sitting and discussing numbers (I had purchased the EXACT same vehicle literally a week before at a different BMW dealership with 12,500 less mileage) the Sales Manager (Chris) came over with a snooty attitude and immediately denied any negotiation and stated to “go back to the same dealership and wait around for that vehicle there”. Absolute worst customer service and wasn’t even willing to listen or meet in the middle for my second vehicle. The worst part is, i was already preapproved (around 10k higher than their out the door price) and all i would’ve had to do was hand over the check.Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. Because of this, they will no longer receive my any of my business (service, vehicle purchases, etc.). I will drive 1000 miles out of my way before coming here again.Here’s a tip: treat everyone the same way cause you never know their title, position or how much they make.
I worked with Tyrone Jernigan as my client advisor for the purchase of my X7. From start to finish, Tyrone delivered excellent customer service. I really valued my experience with him and the care and attention he took with my concerns. Tyrone also had excellent communication with me throughout the process, which I value tremendously. I feel great about my purchase as a result of my experience. I also had a great experience with Wade Holliday, product specialist. He showed me all of the bells and whistles of my new car. Managers, John and Mark, were very helpful when I needed some concerns addressed and worked diligently to help with expediting my purchase after a few hiccups. Lastly, Jay in the financial department finalized the deal in a fast and efficient manner, to my liking.
I can’t say enough good things about Global Imports BMW, they were super nice helping us on our purchase, knowing we were coming from out of state and still continued to give us excellent customer service, and not being pushy on what we should choose, and listening to what we wanted! Also helping set everything up, making sure to answer all my questions and never one time acted like I was annoying , I will most definitely be a return customer, just not for a few years!
Amazing experience! I used to go to BMW of South Atlanta because it closer to my house. But one day I went to Global imports for an oil change and some more work to my X5. I decided to go back to see what available options they had to get me out of my truck. I was paired with Justin! He listened to EVERYTHING I said & did NOT try to talk me out of my wants to get a sale. He was far from pushy but assertive that I was going to trade my car in. He was soo good, I recommend him to my BestFriend & coworkers!
Stopped by on Friday for one of the used car. Kerem was my salesman, he said just started to working there. He was amazing person never get tired of my thousand of questions. He knew everything about the car, he responded every question I’ve asked about the car. Definitely next time I’ll ask for him to be my salesman.
Believe the bad reviews about the service department - never dealt with the sales department but if their service and parts people are any indication go elsewhere.The good: friendly fast greeting and drop off and relatively quick service - Ryan listened to my concerns and said he would look into options to address. That is where the good ends unfortunately.The bad:1. I was told a roof rack option for my car doesn’t exist despite someone in their parts department telling me earlier he could order me the parts (if I prepaid and waited three months) in a nearly hour long (lots of hold time) conversation prior to my service appointment - after the service advisor told me it doesn’t exist and it’s isn’t possible I did my own research and the parts do exist, but whatever, I will just go get a roof rack system from a third party.2. nobody said owning a BMW was going to be cheap but the price of service here is frankly absurd. They charge 180 an hour for labor this means a tire rotation alone cost me 90 bucks plus tax and “shop fee” all said and done I paid 1200 bucks for an oil change, tire rotation, and new rear brake pads. When I called back after I picked up my car to ask what a (76$) shop fee was because it is not explained or called out on the invoice in any detail the first guy told me it was a “disposal fee for throwing away the weights on my tire but my service advisor could give me a better answer if I wanted to hold.” Ryan my service advisor eventually called me back because I couldn’t bear to listen to their god awful hold music this week any longer. When Ryan did call me back (fairly quickly to be fair) he sounded irritated to even be talking with me to explain to me what the shop fee was for but eventually explained it is to cover costs of the shop like “mechanics rubber gloves and disposing of hazardous liquids” and that I had agreed to all of this when I accepted my estimate over text earlier. Fair enough I did accept the total cost earlier but my expectation when spending this much on car service is to have transparent invoices that call out the actual cost of items and to have the “cost of rubber gloves” built into your already absurd service labor costs.The ugly:Despite spending 1200 bucks here they won’t even comp you for a Lyft or Uber ride, provide a shuttle service, or give you a courtesy car. First dealership I have ever been to where you have to arrange and pay for your own transport. Nissan and VW dealers have always arranged this for me and they aren’t even “luxury brands”Lesson learned: don’t dare question their service advisors on an explanation of fees or cost and take my car elsewhere for basic maintenance.
I would highly recommend that you dont do business with this dealership. I was purchasing a vehicle and decided not to move forward. The salesperson Tyrone Jernigan took $1000.00 to hold the vehicle for 24 hours and express that it was refundable. After we called and let him know that we would not be moving forward and to sale the vector if he has must he now is dodge and not returning calls. The manager is now not available my next call will be to BMW corporate office. So as a warning ⚠️ do not buy here the service has definitely changed from what I has grown a custom to.William McKinnon

Ray Lawson assisted me with acquiring my custom BMW x6 in my business name. Ray stepped in, got my vehicle ordered, and shockingly it arrived 4 months ahead of the projected timeframe. Im simply amazed and thankful for dedication and ease in the completing my sale. Thank you Ray!
The only reason I gave this place 3 stars instead of 1 is because of ray you guys might wanna keep him great car salesman nice guy had patience with me .. but as far as the car goes yeah I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy a car from here I put a lot of money on a down payment for a 2015 Infiniti only to have to change the valve cover gasket and battery there’s water seeping in I have to unclog the drainage .. 1,000 dollar job with warranty . When I contacted global imports they just told me take it to infinity dealership… The cars actually in the shop as I type thanks global imports for the lemon you would think they would waive a car payment or something but nope
I had a wonderful experience at Global Imports. Morris and the rest of the team were absolutely amazing. I had my old BMW since college and was emotionally attached to that car. I probably would’ve kept it forever lol ... But it broke down suddenly so I finally had to get a new one.. in a hurry! Morris quickly found me a beautiful new BMW that would fit my needs with very little down and low payments! I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the process was. No doubt I’m recommending Global Imports to everyone I know 👏🏾👏🏾

Justin Lewis was very professional and from our initial encounter he listened to what I wanted in a SUV, and helped find a car that I love! I do not recommend contacting BMW Global Imports - disrespectful attitude to customers, you will be disappointed and lose a lot of time.1. When I first came in the salesman insisted for a long time that I must talk to the manager Mark Tishler. I ended up waiting for Mark for 15 minutes until he deigned to come out. Mark assessed me with a look from head to toe, trying to assess my ability to pay and gave me his business card.2. Then for 3 weeks I tried to contact Mark by e-mail, left him messages on the phone, sent text - Mark did not answer.3. After that I called and texted the salesman several times, who answered my fifth or sixth call, asked me to call him back tomorrow and never answered again.End of story - buying another brand.
Marvin Sibert was so incredibly helpful. He knew exactly how to help us, remembered our kids by name and went above and beyond. We won’t shop anywhere else, this is our car shop for life!!! If you are looking for good, family service, shop here-you won’t be disappointed!
Avoid this dealership. Dealing with this dealerships service department made me sell my 2 BMWs and move on to another automaker. One issue after another on a new BMW that was still under warranty but the service team just never seamed to be able to figure out what was wrong. If you are going to buy a BMW get the extended warranty and sell or trade before it ends and definitely DO NOT USE GLOBAL IMPORTS TO SERVICE IT!
I dont do 5 Star, as to me this means an above and beyond level of service. However, Id feel guilty giving Global BMW any less !In December 21 we found Global & Turiya (Our sales person and all round great person). My wife’s lease was coming to an end and we knew the problems everyone was facing getting in line for a new car.My wife’s initial purchase hit a problem and Turiya and John looked after us so well, resolving the problem and getting us the vehicle my wife wanted, they could not have been more helpful. My wife took delivery a few weeks later, quicker than everyone expected.Then in the New Year I decided it was time to trade my Mercedes, whilst I did shop around, the level of service and attention I received from Global and their team of professionals, made it almost impossible to consider taking my business elsewhere.Again, Turiya and John worked their magic and got me a slot in production, that had been unallocated, meaning I could spec my 4 series the way I wanted (allowing for chip shortages and feature deletions).A couple of months later, I drive away in my new 4 series. But this was not where our interaction with Global ended.When things are going smoothly, its easy for businesses to look good, its when things dont go smoothly that you see the difference between the good, the bad and the ugly.One day my wife was left with a drive-away significant door ding. Fortunately, she had purchased coverage for this type of damage when buying her car. However, we had a VERY frustrating time trying to obtain a professional level of repair from the ding company under the policy and relayed our frustration to the Global BMW General Sales Manager Hussain Akbarali. WOW, what a professional! After discussing our situation, he told us not to worry and he would try and resolve the issue. Long story short .... My wife collected her car in an as new condition thanks to the team efforts of Hussain, Turiya, Giselle (Service) & Lisa(All Pro).When youre buying a car (new or used) you have to trust the dealership to help you navigate the evaluation and purchase process.Trust Me, You Can Trust the TEAM at Global BMW !
Our visit was pleasant. It was a hot day so being welcomed and engulfed by a cozy AC showroom was appealing. I wasn’t surprised by the customary BMW hospitality. Thanks for the cold water offered by the receptionist.Our Client Advisor, Dayla, was vibrantly engaged as she showed us the models we were interested in. Her professional and jovial approach made things delightful.Our only regret? The café was understandably not opened. We would’ve stayed longer if we hadn’t gotten hungry.All in all, our experience was steller. This location gets my business. Their treatment is worthy of my resources. They demonstrated that I am of value to them. Thanks for upholding the BMW brand. Keep it up!!
My story:Went to united roswell to order a brand new car, asked a sales guy up there if he could show me some cars with the paint colors I was interested in. He swore that the colors to my model were unique and couldn’t show me any since they didn’t have any in stock. I knew that was a lie, and went down to global imports.Walked in the front door, and saw their Genius, Alex Arias, and asked him the same question, and he walked me right out to some cars that were in the colors I was interested in. I came back in the next day and ordered the car I wanted.I ended up working with Alex the genius, Abel Ramirez (my salesman), and Mark Tischler the manager. Everyone was super helpful and patient with me with wanting updated on my car for when it would arrive, etc. nobody gave me any attitude, and they all went above and beyond with info. Mark called up to BMW USA in NJ after my car had been sitting at a port in Germany for a month to find out what was going on, and it was on a boat a week later.These guys earned my business, and united lost out on a customer from pure laziness. If I’m in the market for another bmw, this is the only dealer I’ll go to for life.
3/27 Update — it appears that this issue is still unresolved. The car rental company sent a letter to my home demanding payment although the rental was authorized by Global Imports and the car was extended to me because Global Imports did not have loaner vehicles and I needed a car while I waited for my vehicle to be repaired. My vehicle was with them for months.__________________________________________________[By far the worse BMW dealership.- Wait times for your vehicle is ridiculous- They once forgot I was there waiting for my car. A cleaning person came out and told me everyone was gone- Promised my vehicle would be ready by NOON and didn’t get the vehicle until after 4:30- Technicians didnt know how to perform the emissions tests on the electric cars at the beginning. I waited so long I ended up getting the service free of charge. The service advisor said he felt sorry for me- Needed parts for a repair that took over 2 months to get delivered. The dealership confirmed that they didn’t have any loaners so they made a reservation for me at my local Enterprise Car Rental. They confirmed they would assume all charges since my car was being serviced and they didn’t have a ride to put me in. After my car is fixed and services are paid for. They dispute the charges with Enterprise Car Rental and stuck me with a $3,000 rental bill.
I sent my car to global because I had no power and they have had my car for about 3 weeks no good communication and I went from needing a new battery to I need a motor my car was running fine no knocking or nothing I am really mad at myself because Im out of a vehicle and still dont know whats going on. I will not be taking my vehicle there again once I get it checked out and fixed somewhere else.

WARNING!!!You will be disappointed. Mark my word! Ive owned a BMW for decades and tried and retried Global Imports. They never fail to disappoint. (Go to Gwinnett BMW where you will at least be treated like a human) The culture never changes from ownership to ownership, read the owners PROMISE and rest assured that you will get the total opposite.I am truly shocked that BMW themselves are allowing these atrocities to take place. Global Imports does not uphold the heritage, pedigree and the slogan of Ultimate Driving Machine.
First, they set me up with an appointment which they are 35 minutes late for. Second, they set me up with a guy who knew NOTHING about the vehicle I was there to see.. A third of the way through the initial sit down, this guy was looking at his watch every couple minutes. NOT ONE question could he answer during nor after the test drive. Not only that but I received a continuous dose of mis or incorrect information. There is being unfamiliar with a new car or this is my first day, and there is I really dont give a darn. Based on our conversation, this was not his first day. The features I asked about already exist in other BMWs! The entire time I felt rushed and looked passed. Id rather them have told me there were no appointments available. A total waste of my time! I told myself I wasnt going to write this but its been itching me ever since. I couldnt go without saying anything. I gave the second star because the vehicle (i4 M) rode awesome! That car is so much fun. The fact that my rep knew 0 was easier to deal with as I depressed the accelerator! Luckily, there are many dealerships to choose from.Update: I received a call from Jean DuBois. He apologized for my experience and offered to put me with a an experienced rep should I decide to visit that location again. I felt he was sincere and genuine. Not sure I Ill go back to that location but I do appreciate the call.
I had one of the best experiences from the moment, I walked through the door at Global imports. I was promptly greeted by gentleman that got me checked-in to meet with my sales representative. Moments later, I met Dalya and what a “delight”. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. Dalya showed me several vehicles and at the last minute, I decided, I wanted another vehicle. Dalya said no worries at all and she wanted to make certain I was happy! If you are in the market for a BMW ask for Dalya she will take good care of you. Additionally, the credit manager was very pleasant. He walked me through all the paperwork with ease and answer all of my questions as it related to financing.
We recently purchased a nissan murano from global imports, the entire team was helpful and provided us with step by step for the process, the finance manager Kunal Bramhecha was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the best rate and warranty for the car, definitely was a premium luxury brand experience!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Dalya was beyond amazing! I came in with low hopes and she definitely set me on the path for success with my new vehicle. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and Dalya. Shoutout to Marvin for getting my deal done swiftly with the good vibes.
The service took longer than promised with no apology or contact until I reached out to the service technician.On the day of the service received low tire pressure warnings.Seat was readjusted to fit much smaller person.I would recommend another locationI had to go to the gas station to add air to two of the tires.I left a message reporting my concerns to the service manager and did not receive a return call.A BMW is a luxury car that deserves the same level of service that a currently unavailable at Global Imports BMW.
Admittedly the dealership was a bit overwhelming and confusing when I arrived. Essentially, whether youre buying a new car or a used car you would enter the part of the building labeled New Cars. While Ive purchased other luxury automobiles for some reason I had never driven a BMW and I truly did not understand all of the model numbers and how to interpret them. That said, I was blown away by the options and all of the amazing autos. Service by Turiya was top notch, what a great young sales person. In the end, I purchased the BMW X3 M40i. Its an SUV that drives like a sports car, honestly. Granted its higher end than the regular X3, but the details in the design, all of the options, as well as the quality, are really something Ive not experienced. The entire experience was excellent. I would highlight recommend this dealership and the BMW line.
I’ve been their customer since 2004. I called this morning to make an appointment for maintenance service since my car was giving me multiple warning lights and messages. The earliest available service with a rental car was 19 days away. Such urgency to take care of their customer. The phone rep was cold and quite rude. I guess they aren’t really into customer service. I’ll chose another dealership next time. Go elsewhere where the dealer cares about customer relationships. A 16 year customer has no value.Update. My left rear tire has been losing air. I’ve been putting air in my tires since I made my appointment. Finally at Global. Being harassed. Terrible customer service. Garage empty. And they are harassing one of their few customersToday is 6/18/2022. Well again, a warning light is on telling me not to drive my 43,000 mile 2019 BMW. Next available at my dealership is July 5th, 2022. I guess when you purchase a Global BMW to RENT CARS and not be able to drive your own car. Really poor service to have to wait over 2 weeks to have your car serviced for an emergency. Off to rent a car. Then, Im going to another dealer to purchase a Mercedes or an Audi. Never again will I drive a BMW...Especially from Global. Ive driven BMWs from Global since 2004. Never again. Service is horrible.Update. 5/11/21Customer service continues to be terrible. My car has been there almost 6 hours today. No communication between the assistant. Then she starts arguing with me. I told her I didnt not want an argument. She said she may have information for me tomorrow. I cant believe this company cant diagnose a problem with a car with computers or a mechanic. SO... no car. No loaner. No offer to allow me to rent a car. All because my car under warranty has no air conditioner. AND never a call from the supervisor of the Service Department after multiple bad experiences.My car was never seen today. The customer assistant never called. I came and talked with a manager. He said they were busy and hopefully could assess the car tomorrow.If you can’t evaluate a car, don’t allow appointments on that date. Common business principlesTerrible Service Department.Update 5/13/21Got my car back. Appointment 7 am Tuesday. 2 days of not working. 5/13. Started working. Finished in a few hours. Terrible service but they left me a present. My Sirius radio was blaring rap music and saved on my Sirius radio.The gentlemen in front of me was also a surgeon in scrubs and a white coat. As I was getting in my car, he put his car in reverse. As the attendant explained the “exit is strait ahead” the surgeon yelled “ you didn’t fix my f@cking car”. Another happy customer at the new Global BMW.6/18/2022Addendum: Another problem is they dont really care? They have a very hateful service department. Not helpful at all. If you ask them a question, they will walk away and refuse to help. Im paying them thousands of dollars just to be insulted. If you complain to management, they walk away. If you went to a restaurant and someone spit in your food and you complained.... well you would receive better treatment than Global. NEVER have I received a phone call from anyone after a bad review or after Ive complained for horrendous service.
I was doing an out of town buy for the car. They allowed my daughter to test drive and F/T with me while we both looked over the car and Ray was very accommodating! I flew in and the any paperwork that could be completed before o got there was done and other stuff was either discussed via phone, text, or email. I was in and out on about 2 hours! Would have been quicker, but the only complaint I have and what held up the process was that the car could have been detailed better, Ray had to take it back a couple times to get corrected. Still a 5 star experience, but that part could have been better! Ray was a pleasure to work with, I’d be willing to get another car from them and I live in Florida!
Went in for a safety recall (high pressure fuel pump on an N57 engine). They called me back after a few days to pick it up, it was ready.Unfortunately, the excitement didnt last because in about half a mile a check engine light popped on the dashboard and car went into limp mode... I was lucky i didnt crash and burn.Went back, fuel was gushing under the car, while the SA looked confused about seeing me back...Long story short, turns out they forgot to tight a fuel line properly.The car smells like an EPA disaster ever since, and my service advisor is ghosting me.Later edit: The invitation to call your public number is only good PR, If you want to address it directly, you have all my contact details (dont think you guys flooded more than 1 diesel engine bay this month).Merry Christmas and Happy new Year as well, its probably my last Ultimate driving machine!
While we were not able to find what we were looking for during our visit to Global BMW, we received such amazing service I still wanted to leave a review.Taylor Nielson did everything he could to try and find a car with all the features we were looking for and with such a great attitude. I had very specific features and did a great job of listening to me. Such a nice guy!I would recommend anyone looking for a BMW should go and check them out!
Given the new automobile shortage, the dealership contacted me in October to come in and discuss my lease end opportunities. I met with Travis and Lambro. I ended up ordering a 540i EXACTLY how I wanted it! How cool. Travis and Lambro recognized that this was my third transaction at Global in 9 years. Today I took delivery of that car! Truly outstanding. Omid was business manager and very professional and a car lover like myself.
I could not have had a better experience. From sales to finance to the front desk, this place is staffed with people who are good at their jobs and have fun making the car buying experience as easy as possible. This place isnt just style over substance, the real meat of the process for me is to find a good car for a fair price. I bought used and felt like I was stealing the car off the lot. My budget is a fraction of what some people spend there, but I felt taken care of and valued every bit as much as someone spending 50k.Im sure all their sales staff rock, but go in and ask for Deon. He loves cars and loves to put people in the right ones for them.
I bought a cpo bmw 340 from them a couple months ago, and they scratched my widow tint when they was taking off the window sticker. Sales manager said there’s nothing they could do when I asked if they could take care of it. So much for “certified pre owned”. I suggest you spend your hard earned money on another dealership that values the cars they sell their customers.
Single most disappointing experience in my life was visiting this store. I would give a zero if there was such a rating. Me and my wife were made to wait for 3 hours over the course of 2 different days by the sales representative to not even have 5 mins worth of decent conversation. Excuses after excuses about being busy and being with another customer. Forget test driving a car with this guy at the store, because good luck in atleast telling him what car you need in the first place. Thanks but no thanks, I am taking my business elsewhere.
This dealership will push you to your mental limit! Let see where do I start? First, I bring in my vehicle to get new brake rotors and brake pads and in virtually ONE YEAR it is already warped (vehicle driven less than 10k miles so likely due to an incompetent tech over tightening when installing) and they are attempting to hit me with ANOTHER $1600 bill. SECOND, the next time I bring my vehicle in my windshield fluid pump stopped working in their possession. When I bring it back, they request $500 to fix it (refused to pay them and bringing it somewhere more trustworthy). THIRD, on the same trip that they claim they need to fix the windshield pump I and requested a new key which cost around $450 and it DOES NOT WORK and to add insult to injury they didnt bring my car for almost an hour after it was called in (likely due to hurt feelings for not letting them constantly inflate services). I will be walking in when they open tomorrow and demand a full refund for defective key or advise them I will be filling out a civil lawsuit in small claims court (their choice)! People have been going through a lot en masse over the past couple years and what I experienced would cause a select few to do the unthinkable over what seems trivial! Human courtesy goes a long way! Loooong way!
From the moment we walked through the door everyone was attentive and courteous. Our salesperson (Mladen) had the cars ready for us to view and was prepared to help us. After purchasing a vehicle Alex walked us through the main features of the vehicle in an understandable way. To complete the process the closing agent worked expediently and efficiently to get us out the door in our new vehicle. The whole team worked hard to make our experience stress free and enjoyable. I was about to take a long road trip and came in to get everything checked out, as well as have my battery changed in my second key. When I got to my destination, my reliable mechanic told me no one checked my oil or changed the battery in my key. I would have expected better service.
I worked with Tyron Jernigan at Global Imports. I had my husband and two teenagers with me to test drive X5s. It was late in the day, and Tyron was nothing but helpful in his kind and patient way. He went above and beyond pulling out different cars with different options to help us make an informed decision. He answered all our questions honestly - not always choosing the most expensive options. He is extremely easy to talk to, and was not at all pushy during our test drive. Tyron TOTALLY sold us on ordering a car, and I cannot be more grateful for all of Tyron’s help!!!! Thank you and CHEERS Tyron!!!!!
My experience was horrible to say the least. I took my vehicle in for repairs. My vehicle was there for two weeks. I picked up my vehicle in the same condition I took it in, after paying over $4000.00. I am very disappointed. I upheld my end by paying. These repairs were not done to standards.
Bought my brand new 2022 8series from here! From start to finish the customer and care for me personally was exceptional! Travis was my salesman and he went above and beyond to take care of my needs! Even when I brought in my little dogs and son lol. Thanks again guys
Kenneth Pyrdum is a wonderful service agent. He took care of the problems I had in my vehicle and was able to schedule me for a loaner. Very happy with the service I received from him and Global BMW. He stayed in contact and answered the questions I had. I’ll certainly go back for future service.
Over the course of a few months, I visited Charles in the showroom and he graciously took me on two test drives and went over fine details about the car, each time! I appreciated his patience and professionalism as this purchase was a big decision, but I’m so happy with my new X7, and happy that Charles hung in there with us!
I would NOT recommend doing any business with this location or if you do, do it at your own risk. A $300 oil change/AC service, has cost me over $1k and lost time and inconvenience. I personally will not spend my money with them again.Terrible experience at this location and the the service staff. I took my 2018 X1 for a routine oil change and 40k mile service this past October. While after receiving the service, I was told that my oil screw was on tight and that they had to use “a little force” to remove it and as a result my threading my have been stripped.Before leaving I voiced my concern and I was told assured that I didn’t have anything to worry but that my car couldn’t be test driven because it was low on gas. So after I paid for the service I asked if I got gas myself would they test drive it. I drove close to a quarter mile for gas and back to the dealership, where the service associate Francisco simply took my car to be water rinsed and returned.After leaving town for a funeral (alternative vehicle) I returned to my BMW oil sensor triggered. I drove the car back to BMW and they mentioned that it’s common to lose a quart of oil, and they topped it off. By the next morning there was oil puddle in my garage. I called back and spoke with Francisco and Paul in the service department, both were rude and unsympathetic towards my plight and the best offer they gave me was a backhanded offer to take a look at it and that a repair would likely cost $2k.
Went for service for a recall. Waiting several hours and no one had touched my car. They gave me a courtesy X1 to drive which was fabulous. However they only replaced one airbag. Took one day. They didnt even wash or clean my car as stated in their service agreement. They also damaged my car as well. Not to happy with this service department.
I have been a loyal customer since 1997 with Global Imports BMW since moving to Atlanta. I highly recommend their sales team especially my most recent client advisor, Pete Drexler. He has always been attentive and responsive. In fact, he even had BMW of North America make a change on the production of my car. I have had nothing but superior customer care in all their departments as well in parts, service and collision!
This has been the worst experience ever. The communication was extremely poor from the time I dropped my vehicle off with an appt. The advisor didn’t contact me for days. I then spoke with the supervisor still with no resolution. After 5 days the claim was denied which was ok. Now it’s time for me to have my car picked up by a towing company. I call aT 2:02pm and they state they will have to send the link out to pay. Needless to say the link never came through as my towing company is on the way. After speaking the the front desk the service manger was out for the day so you one can assist me but Giavanni who has communicated poorly from the start. Then they say we can transfer you to customer relations only to get the vm. Hang up and call back. Them having caller ID they just put me hold and never picked up. Now it’s 3:40pm and the tow company is there to pick up the vehicle and I finally receive the text at 3:50pm. Below is the evidence of a job poorly executedI need someone from corporate to contact me
We worked with Andrej in the sales department and he was SO wonderful. He made us feel so comfortable and let us know the pros/cons of every car for the size, fuel efficiency, and price range we were looking in. He was very patient and brought out multiple options for us to evaluate. Loved this experience and are looking forward to coming back and referring lots of people his way!
I just spent my entire day at this dealership for a set of new tires and an alignment. I got there at 8:20 AM after driving an hour to the dealership. Did not get out until 1:40 PM. All that got done was getting new tires and an alignment. I was quoted 2 hours up to 3 hours max.The service department needs to work on communication and time of service. Wasting the customers day should not happen. However, they actively sought to figure out what the issues were with my visit and understood what was wrong. Them reaching out and giving me discounts for their fault shows they are a good dealership, and this was a less likely occurrence which I unfortunately was at the receiving end of.Spencer from service was extremely helpful and got me the right tires ordered and an appointment made. Chandra and Spencer from this dealership are wonderful people to work with should anyone use this dealership’s service center.
My complete experience with Global was exceptional. This is the second X5 I purchased from them. Each time I was treated with respect, professionalism and appreciated. This was my first time ordering a car from the factory. My sales professional, Abel, was knowledgeable and on his game. He not only was patient but was timely and fluid with his communication. I should add Global has completed all service maintenance on my BMWs. They too have always been top shelf in customer service. Never a surprise.
Avoid wasting your time!My story begins almost 3 years ago, on December 27th 2015, when I went to Global Imports for a BMW 550i. We were at the desk of Raisean Lawson and we were negotiating on the price when another salesman came in and whispered something in Raiseans ear. He, then, informed me that the car has just been sold. I was quite surprised that the car can get sold while I negotiate on it, but hey, I guess somebody decided to purchase before I did. Two days later, they called me and said the deal didnt go through, if I wanted it, its still available. Looking back, I was dumb enough to go back and purchase it. Fast forward to Friday, October 12th 2018, I go back in for a BMW M5. We finally agreed on some numbers, I allowed them to finance it for me as part of the deal. Eventually I left because I was already there for two hours and the salesman informed me that all finance people are very busy. I told him to let me know when he has news about the loan. He called me later and told me that the loan was approved end everythings ready to be signed. Because of Fridays traffic, I told him I was only gonna go back Saturday morning instead. When I went in on Saturday morning to sign the papers and get the car, Raisean told me that theres somebody else interested in the car and even though I was ready to purchase, I have to wait and see if the newly interested in the car people would buy it is not. I felt stupid, but I waited for about an hour and a half, then I left frustrated. 10 minutes later, the salesman texted me asking where I was because the car was available. Well, three years ago, while negotiating, they sold the car to whoever made up his mind first, now, its the opposite: even though I had the loan secured, they still wouldnt sell me the car because someone else was interested in it. My take is that they wanted to see who they can sell it for a higher price! When I confronted one of the managers, Ross Ingles, he contradicted what the salesman said, saying that they sold the car to that person that was interested in it while I was waiting. I told him that Raisean told me differently and I still have his texts that said the car is still available, therefore, either him, the sales manager, Ross Ingles or the salesman Raisean Lawson was lying, but then he, Ross Ingles asked me to leave the dealership. Avoid dealing with these people!
Very little communication from the advisor wasn’t the greatest experience. I’m reviewing other locations. I was quickly reminded why I bought my vehicle at another location. Apparently the service and culture is the same for sales and service. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, I looked forward to becoming a BMW owner. Never will I consider buying a car from this place again. 1. AUX music to phone does NOT work at all. The wire inside the center console was broken and ripped. 2. Windshield wiper pumps/fluid does NOT work at all. 3. Traction control system does NOT work at all. 4. Had to refill my rear left tire 3 times and will probably need a replacement.I mean did anyone even check this car before you put it up for sale? When I bought the car I was told all that would be fixed for me, for free.I had a service appointment scheduled for 1000 am, when I showed up with 2 small kids I was told their techs were 3 days behind. I mean, what reputable dealership does not contact people with service appointments ahead of time if that is the case? So of course I did not leave my car since I am active duty and had two small children with me. So already wasted an entire tank of gas for nothing.Honestly, worst experience I have ever had with a car purchase. The fact I bought a literally broken car, which I was told would be fixed, is ridiculous. But the fact that I have to jump through hoops to get it fixed is even worse.Note to self: Never buy a car from a reputable dealership that has that much wrong with it. I mean, why even put that up for sale in the first place?
Giselle did a nice job of promptly handling my request to have my oil changed. She then went above and beyond by alerting me that my filters needed changing and that evaporator box needed cleaning. My Air Conditioning is now running much colder and I really appreciate the extra effort that she puts in. I mentioned that I was hoping to have the leaves from my engine block removed. So she stayed late to blow out leaves in my engine block. She does a great job and is very professional in how she provides exceptional customer service. Thanks!
My experience at BMW was nothing short of amazing! Bennett is a jewel and the best salesman hands down alongside Abel. They both made my shopping experience very smooth and easy. They were not pushy nor looking to put me into anything just to make a sell. They both were very genuine and attentive to what I wanted and made it happen. I would never go go back to this dealership for repairs ever again. Not only did they put a defective part in my car, they also refused to pay another shop for fixing their mistake. I am currently looking for a lawyer to sue them in civil court now. On top of this the customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced having enormous wait times that end in voicemails with little to no responses. If your attracted to BMWs for the luxury aspect go somewhere else for repairs because they will treat you like trash here. Their solution they offered me was for me to send my car an hour and a half back up to Atlanta and leave me without a car stranded in Columbus GA for almost 2 weeks without transportation at all for them to maybe correct their mistake. If you want to play musical chairs with your car parts and where’s Waldo to get a response this is the place for you. I will be posting all of the documentation when I get my car back from my more reliable repair shop about part repair timelines and let everyone make their own determination on if a new part should be leaving you on the side of the Atlanta highway only a few months after installation.😃
Bad Business Practice. They show cars available on their website; you call to confirm it is available; you drive 30 miles to purchase it; you get there to learn it was never available; already sold to someone who ordered it. They don’t even have an inventory to offer you something else to purchase so what was the point besides wasting my time and gas money? Two days later the same X5 is still on their website. Buyers beware; I’d avoid this place at all costs. Save your time and money and go to a more reputable place.
This was absolutely the most horrifying experience I have had! I bought a BMW for the reliability and the expectation I would receive superior services. First, my car was towed on Sunday and it wasn’t even looked at until Wednesday at 4pm. I was advised there was no loaner car ( sadly all this coneys is the poor quality of the cars because there are so many in the shop or they are to sorry to pull a car from their lot). My battery isn’t covered under my EXTENDED warranty due to wear and tear. I’ve had the car 6 months, I guess there is NO REASON to buy a certified BMW. Total scam!! I will be selling this car ASAP! I had a better experience with Volkswagen and FORD! So sad, was hoping to have a great luxury car experience! I was so excited to buy this car, it’s trash!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Greeted at the door when I walked in, the salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. No surprises or bait and switch. The finance manager walk me through all available options. Car was detailed and ready as soon as I left the finance department. In and out of the dealership in a little over an hour and a half. Love my new ride. Will definitely buy from here again.
Thank you so much Williams for fixing the extended warranty on my vehicle. I appreciate all your help on taking care of this issue.I am really DISAPPOINTED with Global Imports BMW Finance department. I have extended my vehicle warranty last year and they messed up with the VIN#. I have been following up with the Finance department for a week now and they are unable to get it fixed. The finance team say that it should be fixed in 20 mins and will give a call back. When I call back at the end of the day they are still working on or sometimes no response. I had a very bad customer experience with Global Imports BMW dealer. I am unable to get my vehicle service due to this issue.
Errun is an excellent service representative. The service center was backed up and instead of letting me believe I would get my car in the time conveyed when I made the appointment, he was honest and promised to provide me with timely updates regarding the status of my repairs. He kept his word. I appreciated the quality of service provided by the technician and the overall process was efficient and safe.
I arrived to BMW last week for an oil change service due, and Upon the completion of my service; I decided to walk and look at my vehicle and noticed my rims were completely scratched up, I immediately alerted my service advisor “Anthony Poole” who acknowledge the damage and immediately drove my vehicle over to the parts/service/car wash side. While there We waited for a technician who we soon learned had left for the day. Anthony then decided to take pictures of my vehicle and the damage done, and promise to get everything taken care of and assured me that he would have someone reach out to me in order to set up an appointment. I arrived For my promised appointment today which started off rocky by one Advisor/assistant telling me they did not have a loaner for me to use, which was promised to me when I set up the car appointment. Anyhow long story short I spoke with Anthony he got it all taken care of. My only irritation was my wait which was an hour and 18 minutes just to come in And drop my car off and get my promised loaner. Moving along; the work was done beautifully and completed within four hours and I was able to retrieve my vehicle the same day. Anthony Poole, Made this a seamless process. His customer service was phenomenal he kept me abreast every step of the way, and even apologized for all the inconveniences I experienced which were not caused by his doing; which I truly appreciate. There’s nothing better than customer service being able to relate to the customers issues or experiences. I am truly grateful for my service advisor, he took great care of me and my vehicle.!
My most recent experience was wonderful!! I went in for a standard oil change and also to get a dent repair quote...Through their due diligence, they also changed out a light that no longer worked, rotated my tires, and added in coolant. They also sanitized my interior and washed my car, both complimentary. THANK YOU! I am so appreciative to the team and especially, Sharif Russell....he is always so personable, helpful, and informative! Hes the best so be sure to ask for him!
I went there today around 4pm to buy the lock kit for my bmw & after waiting over one hour on parts to find it then they said they don’t have it ..but they do have spare lock at Servive Dept..I asked service advisor to let me use it & he refused & told me this is the only one I have & it’s for my customers ..!! Then I told him I’m your customer..who do u think I’m ..!! Then he panicked & told me u can leave the car until tomorrow..!! for stupid 5 minutes job .. I told him I can do it my self & he refused..I’m guessing my eyes not blue neither green..& my name wasn’t mike or jack..!! Iwas very shocked bye this guy ..!!For sure they lost my business & all my friends and family..!!

Turaya and Hussain were both absolutely excellent to work with. They partnered together very well to handle the sale and the finance aspect of the transaction. Hands down, the worst vehicle service and parts department Ive ever dealt with (and that is saying something.)I take a vehicle in for service and ask for an estimate on some minor repairs to the vehicle, anyone with a teenager knows backing out of a garage and the rear view mirrors have a short life. So I get the estimate, they claimed they are happy to order the part as soon as I am ready and schedule service as soon as the part arrives.Call on Monday, left 2 messages for services (specifically the rep that helped me with service a few weeks ago) and no response no return of message.Call on Tuesday, get lost in their automated phone system and eventually disconnected. Call back and end up in the same he is busy and will call you back cycle. No response.Busy week, I finally call back on Friday and end up someone who says Ill transfer you to parts so they can place the order. I end up with parts and after a few minutes of back and forth and an occasional Ill go talk to the service rep and get this worked out he finally comes back and says he cannot order the part without me going through service first. Instead of transferring me back the call is ended.I go through the website complaining to whoever gets the email that it should not be this painful for me to give Global Imposts BMW money for a service. Wait for it... no response.They may be great at selling BMWs, may be great at having facilities to help those they do care about, but they are by far the worst organization for service and parts. Literally a week and I am no closer to ordering the part, or scheduling this through service, or anything related to getting this car repaired anytime soon.I would go so far as to say these guys are going out of their way even being inventive in making you feel completely not valuable to their business.If you have a BMW, find someone else. They do not care.
I purchased my daughter a 2016 X1 in 2018, when I came for service it went from good to bad. Looking back it may have been just lack of communication between me and the service tech(Sharif Russell) but he asked me to give him another chance and he apologized repeatedly. After talking with management I continued to select appointments with Sharif and I could not be more satisfied. The level of respect, service and communication is top notch. I appreciate Sharif for putting up with me and my wife and now with my sons car 2019 330i I wont hesitate to purchase and get my next BMW serviced at Global Imports.Thank You,Kerry Weaver
Business must be good at Global Imports. I reached out to the Internet sales department. The Internet salesperson was good - collected my info, pictures of a vehicle I might trade, etc. Then she hands me off to the CA. Not a word from this guy. I was prepared to travel and make the transaction, but the lack of response has killed the deal.UPDATE 9/28/21: I reached out to the Internet salesperson for an update with no response. This was a slam dunk deal if they had just communicated.
Took my car in for a recall repair. Two days after it was completed, I get a call from my advisor, telling me that the tech worked on the wrong seatbelt and I have to bring the car again!The second time around, he was able to provide a loaner, and the repair, which was supposed to be a quick in-and-out became a two-trip, overnight repair.Kinda scary that they worked on something that was not broken and neglected what was; moreover since it was seatbelts.Overall a somewhat disappointing experience.
Somehow I always luck up with Giselle Boothby as my service advisor. She is always easy to get in touch with and keeps me up-to-date on anything I need to know. This last visit, in particular, she went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect experience, from a specific type of loaner car to fixing a warranty issue, and more. Its that type of service that not only makes me want to bring my car solely to Global Imports — but also to have a BMW, period!
I had an amazing experience with Charles Reed and Global Imports BMW. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Charles was patient and explored all vehicle and purchase options with me. I got an amazing deal and value his time and respect. Even the Business Manager I worked with (Rene) was patient and thorough! I highly recommend Global Imports (huge selection, knowledgeable staff, and excellent service) and Charles Reed.
I have a 2020 M340i with only 9k miles on it. Check engine light is now on and I said no problem, I’ll make a service appointment. Advisor told me I could drop the car off tomorrow but wouldn’t provide a loaner vehicle. She also said that if I wanted a loaner, I would need to wait until the 17th of next month. I was not happy about that, but I was cool with it. I asked if it was something as simple as the active grill shutter, is it safe to drive until then. She was not allowed to disclose that to me apparently. I think they should provide a loaner, or offer transportation in place of that. The car was purchased from them.
Our experience with Global Imports has been phenomenal thus far. We went in just window shopping with the hopes of buying my wife a new car in the coming months. Arnold Harper was incredibly helpful, asked specific questions about our needs, price range, and time frame. He provided very good incites about BMW overall and what would provide us the best value for what we were looking for. The day we visited we did not find the vehicle we were looking for but Arnold stayed in contact without being overly pushy, I saw a vehicle on their website and he was able to answer all my questions; even going the extra mile to get me info while he was at they eye doctor. I urged him to focus on his appointment but he made sure to get the info I needed in a timely fashion. During the process I spoke with a couple other consultants who steered me toward a vehicle which was lower priced and better serviced us. So far Global Imports sales have made us incredibly happy, I have faith the service department will provide the same level of service.

My tech was extremely prompt and professional.They have superb customer service. They checked me in got a loner and was out in a matter of minutes. Contacted me the following day by text with a video from the tech and price of repairs which was all under warranty. Picked up my car and was on my way once more in a matter of minutes. 5 star service thank a million Global and to your staff . Thanks Erron for great service .
My BMW X5 had an electrical issue. Fuse continued to blow. Could be reproduced easily and was able to show the tech. Ended up being a simple fix however it took multiple shop folks getting involved to get the right person/experience to diagnose. Communication was excellence and transparency was awesome. Given the resource time committed the actual charges were acceptable. This is a great location and very inviting and warm. I would recommend for both maintenance and for automotive purchase.
We had an excellent experience. We purchased two cars from Global Imports BMW and the experience was painless. There was no pushy sales tactics. They did not try to add on a bunch of extras that are unnecessary. They also gave us excellent deals on the cars. We have never been BMW owners and this may be the start of a very long relationship.
The sales associate I spoke with was genuinely nice. We could not agree on a price (which is totally okay and understandable) but before leaving his manager came to introduce himself. Unfortunately, what he was really doing was trying to bully me into buying a car at a price I did not find competitive with an overpriced warranty option.Its very weird because this is the only case I have ever experienced in my entire life where I had a great experience with a customer level employee, and an absolutely reprehensible experience with a clearly over valued manager.Even if I did find the price to be competitive, after 90 seconds spent with the manager I would have terminated my decision to do business with Sonic Automotive.This store serves a fantastic example of poor management.
Im only putting one star because you cant give a negative score. I purchased an used vehicle here a couple weeks ago and as of now Im 7k in debt with repairs because I was sold a lemon. I was also told rather its 10 days 10 minutes or 10 seconds after purchase theyre not responsible. Ive had to replace the gear box and the engine has a blown head gasket, all of this while the dealer tag remains on the vehicle. Sad part is that I asked a million questions and looked things over best I could and was told, not to worry so much were a reputable dealer it would go thru all the maintenance checks to ensure it was a good ride. Obviously that never happened. Here I am a new business without the equipment I need to be successful due to this shady dealership. I am also an ex military Lockheed Martin employee. I recommend my military family and Lockheed family to stay far away. Ill speak to someone about having this place put on the black list so that no one else has to experience this.
My vehicle has been in the shop since early August and global import has the bad fame of having back communication with the customers and such as my case as well. Asked for a diagnostic and the results were there it was a Vanos issue they quoted me for the repairs and later changed that it wasnt for repairs it was for more diagnostics. Be very careful with the way that they word their write ups not a very trustworthy service department. Update!!! Came to pick up vehicle (10-11-21) not only did the vehicle not run but the rear floor area flooded causing mold and a bad stench. All the items under seat are now just floating. And of course the story now is It was brought in like that. Again be careful take picture before dropping car if you want to do business with them.
I love this place. This is my second car from them since 2018 and I love the service I get here. My sales guy Omar Allen was more positive than I was about switch me out into a new car since I didnt have the credit or the money to do it...but they did it!!!! Also my new car check engine light came on a few days after I bought my car and Mark Tishler along his team helped me out and got the situation resolved. He even sponsored breakfast and lunch for me because I had to wait for the service department to work on my car. Love these guys....

I bought a precertified car from global 3 years ago. Went to change my tires and found that the key for the lug nut lock was missing. When I came to get a replacement I was told I would have to spend several $100 for it . However after speaking with the used car department and service department they worked it out and there was no charge.. Furthermore I was very impressed with their service department.I do not live near by but will probably be back just to.use them.
I had an amazing experience at Global Imports BMW. The staff were super friendly and my salesman Ferdinand was such a pleasure to work with. Usually my experience at dealerships take forever or bo one is trying to work with me to get the deal. However this wasn’t the case with Ferdinand. My parents and I had an appointment set up at 4 and was out of there by 7. He made sure to be upfront about the numbers and worked with me on how much I wanted to spend each month which was great. I’m definitely going to recommend to everyone I know looking for a BMW to go here.
I was a walk-in appointment with a flat tire. I was waiting in the lounge and never notified that my vehicle was ready after 4 hours. Why is there such poor follow-up to contact customers to their vehicle? I wasted a workday sitting in a BMW lounge. Truth is, I know that I would overpay BMW dealership prices for a replacement tire, but find value in timeliness and professional expertise. My visit was insulting and disrespectful of my time.I was furious and approached Shina who ignored me as I stood in front of her as she was gabbing and giggling on the phone. She had zero sense of urgency to assess or find a solution. I ended up asking to speak to manager, Daniel, before leaving. He offered an apology and seemed baffled as to why it took 4 hours to replace a tire.
I cant believe what I just heard while listening to a conversation between my co worker and a manager from this dealership. We all know the risk when buying a used vehicle but there are extenuating circumstances that should be honored simply because its the right thing to do. I hope they come around and do whats right. I would be very upset if I purchased a vehicle and was making repairs the next week!
I went here to have my bmw serviced because it was not starting. They said the battery just needed to be programmed and that they fixed everything. A week later the car still would not start again. When I called and told them, I asked if they could send a tow truck to get car because I couldnt move it. They agreed at first then transferred me to tow company and the company was confused why they would just transfer me with out talking to them first. It took me 1 hour to get back on phone with BMW. When I did, I couldnt get same rep, but the person and manager called me a liar when I told them the rep told me they would pay for my tow. It was just poor customer service. I had to find a way to get my car back to dealer. When I arrived and they looked at car, they said they couldn’t identify the problem but they could take a guess.. I left and they were suppose to order new battery terminal cables to have installed. I never heard from them as a follow up to order cables. It was just a horrible experience. I had to spend extra money to go to another dealership
They had the car I wanted at at a reasonable price... but financing left a lot to be desired. Dont think they have a lot of experience with military members. Had to follow-up with them (instead of them following up with me) twice for tags and finance payments. Felt like the customer service should have been better.
I will never do business with Global Imports BMW again.Three months before I had to return the car, I received a mail that allowed me to return the car early. Because of the pandemic, I do not use my lease car, I decided to return early. After checking everything, they said I have to replace 2 tires which was okay. So, my final statement at that time was 2 new tires and a deposit fee. I asked them when was my next payment cycle because I want to save some money to return the car early. I still have 5000 miles left in my term. A week later, I received a final statement which included 3 months. This is not what I mainly upset about. The thing that bothered me was when I tried to call them to ask more details about the situation. None of them would return my calls. It has been 3 months and I still have not had the answers.I am pretty sure they will write some nice post and ask me to contact the office to resolve any issue. But Why you have not contacted me for 3 months? Please Dont tell me that you do not know about this because the BMW corporate confirmed with me that they reached out to you already.SMH, lesson learned.Dr. Truong
I purchased 2 tires around the end of November 2019.Tires had to be replaced mid March 2020. Fast forward Mid March 2021.I call March 11, 2021 to scheduled an appointment to have a tire replaced.At the time of scheduling, I was told this would be a claim I would be responsible for the replacement cot of approximately $52.00. Dropped car off morning of March 12, 2021.I received a call after getting back to work that claims are based on original purchased date and would need to pay full purchase price.I understand all businesses operate differently, However I feel the replacement cost paid in March of 2020 cover cover replacing the tire replaced in March 2020. If not staff should be inform that customers are not wasting person time and resources traveling to and from your dealership.Classic bait and switch of just them to the dealership.
Quite pleased with my previous experience at Global Imports bmw. My normal Service advisor was off that day. but I was assisted by Shina Franklin. Excellent customer service skills. I was greeted with a warm and friendly hello and introduction. Although Im not a stranger to this location as I have been using this facilityf or years Shina went over the entire process to ensure that I knew what would happen through each phase of the process of taking care of me. She kept me posted with the status of my vehicle in its repair process. And although I agreed to several services but decided to only do the critical services. She made sure that I was taken care with the utmost care and professionalism. I was extremely pleased with the level of service she provided. TOP NOTCH!!!
We had an awesome experience here working with Greg Petty! He worked so hard to ensure we got the ultimate test drive, sales, and trade experience. The finance managers and other sales associates were all so welcoming and helpful. Truly a top notch experience! We will be back. So excited to take our new car home today!
Gisselle is amazing! An object hit the windshield on my brand new M340, I hadn’t even made the first payment, and she worked diligently to get my car back to me the next day. Due to no loaners being available, she attempted to call several places to get a rental to no avail. She called company after company proactively as I watched her key my work order. She was apologetic at the end, insisted I not worry about it, kept me updated as she promised, and what I feel went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of urgently.
Update - Contacted by Global Imports BMW Customer Relations. Explanation provided. Very professional, apologetic and willing to help address my concerns. Problem resolved. Previous comments - Car returned 4 days after promised. Limited contact/updates. Bad alternate Service Advisor who insisted there was no problem until a Tech confirmed it. When I returned to pick the vehicle up, it had bird feces on it as it clearly had been left under a tree and not washed. Same alternate Service Adviser was not friendly when I asked about my vehicle on arrival to pick it up. Long wait.
After visiting several dealerships around Atlanta, we finally found Andrej at Global Imports. ANDREJ IS AMAZING!!! He did a great job listening to what we wanted, and found us the perfect BMW. Before we could even test drive it, he showed us some of its best features and we knew it was exactly what were looking for. He worked with us to get the best deal, and made us feel like old friends. He even impressed my 11 year old son, who asked when wed be going back to visit Andrej. Andrej more than earned my trust and my business.
NEVER schedule a 7:30am service appointment as you will be waiting until the service manager decides to come to work before the gate is unlocked. This also happened on May 22, 2019. If you don’t want to work at 7:30 am, simply don’t book appointments for that time. Time is money and Global Imports BMW keeps wasting mine.
Let me start by saying, this has been my go to dealership since 2015 for all my service needs and have always had great service!! But let me explain my visit this past Saturday on 1/23 because I have time today. I booked an online appointment for 3pm. My boyfriend and I pull up right before 2:30pm. First, it took a minute for the staff to even greet us, were literally just sitting in the car with the windows down trying to make eye contact for someone to start the service process. About 5 minutes of waiting in the car, the service agent (Shina) sitting on my passenger side gets up from her seat and comes to the driver side and ask us do we have an appointment? I mean obviously, we wouldnt pull into the service lane and wait if we werent there for services, right? So, I say yes we have an appointment for 3pm. She looks all confused as if they werent aware (I would assume they have a system setup to view there appointments for the day and if you see a customer has made an appointment for a time that doesnt fit you apparently, why not call the customer to ask if they can come in sooner.. customer service definitely needs to be worked on!) and asked me did I book online because they never would have scheduled an appointment at 3pm when they close at 4pm. She explained they have been on a 3 hour wait. That they had appointments there still from 11am. My response is yes, I booked online those were the times shown and it shows the dealership closes at 7pm on Google (even though that still has nothing to do with my appointment, being that I booked an available appointment and got there way before my appointment time) had I known I would have tried to book earlier and I wasnt concerned about the wait time. I understand that comes with services. (I work in urgent care so I have a different understanding of wait times, I get it and have no problem with waiting). So, shes now on her cell phone with a staff member saying shes trying to reschedule me as if my appointment could not be honored because it interferes with what they would have scheduled me had I called over the phone. So, why does it matter if I booked online versus called? If there agents prefer to get out sooner on a Saturday afternoon, why not adjust the appointment times they show as available online? I get it was a beautiful Saturday afternoon, but if I make an appointment I expect it should be honored being that Im there prior to my appointment time and I have no control over staffs plans after work apparently. So she precedes to walk away to find other options for me. She then calls my cell phone instead of coming back to the car and gives me 2 options on 2/10 or 2/22 to drop the car off and get a loaner or they could pick it up. Now, if someone comes in for a service obviously that means they need it asap right otherwise I wouldnt have booked the reservation? So why would I want to wait 2 weeks to a month to service my car for other problems to arise by prolonging my service. Make it make sense... So, I politely said I work in healthcare so my schedule is all over the place, Ill have to call back and reschedule sooner than those dates. I planned my day around my service so I was so annoyed to drive out my way just to be told, they wouldnt have made a 3pm appointment even though it was what they have posted on there official website. So, my advice to the Supervisor here would be to adjust your appointment times to fit the needs of staff/customers so customers arent driving out there way to be turned around. I hope future appointments will not be handled this way.
Global imports were very honest and helpful in my purchase of my mini. This mini convertible came to me in great condition and us a great ride. Omid was a professional agent to work with. He made the whole process easy to follow and understand. This car has beautiful decor and is a dream come true. I will be working with these people again, nice organization.

2022-06-14HORRIBLE! Lost THOUSANDS $$$! Seems like con artists. I had an appointment with them. They let my car sit for a week before they even touched it. They said it had a oil leak and they charge me thousands of dollars and they agreed to do a full inspection of the car before my trip. They guaranteed it was all fixed after charging me thousands of dollars. During my trip to Savannah the car broke down ruining the entire trip costing a fortune. Another BMW dealership said global completely failed and didn’t fix the right parts and didn’t even top off the fluids. I thought maybe it was just a fluke so I brought it back to them another time and they want thousands of dollars more to fix the oil leak again even though they guaranteed me it was all fixed and now suddenly lots of other things on the vehicle aren’t working. They didn’t even clean the engine after they worked on it and made it filthy dirty. After multiple times suffering through this location I am so upset about the horrible experiences multiple times at this terrible dealership

2022-02-11This place is the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with the service advisor Christina Hernandez and the manger Paul Saltzman. Rude. Unresponsive. UnprofessionalThis is the 3rd new bmw I’ve owned and spent $96k on this competition package luguna seca blue M4 and I’m only 23 years old. I’ve always loved bmw but this will be the last bmw I own. Sad because I truly have sentimental value in this car and just because of the bad taste this dealership has left in my mouth, I will be selling. And I will not buy another one. I’m 25 years old now and this will not be the last new car I buy off the lot. But it is the last bmw I buy off the lot.The first time I dropped it off I was getting a window replaced. They dented the door from the inside out trying to vacuum glass out of the door. Which couldn’t have been caused by ANYTHING ELSE. It obviously came from inside the door panel. Which I didn’t notice at first. But what I did notice was when I picked the car up their technician was revving my engine excessively and popping my exhaust when he pulled up. I made a huge deal. I was furious. After I noticed he had put almost 140 miles on the vehicle… EVEN MORE FURIOUS.NOW I came to get a seat motor replaced bc it went out. I pick the car up and they have curb rash on both passenger side competition wheels. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t do it and I have a picture of the wheels prior to dropping it off.Save yourself the time, money and head ache and DO NOT take your vehicle here please…

2022-05-16I recently bought my new x3 from this dealership and it was the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! Tyrone was super patient and willing to work with me. Jay has been amazing as well! He has gone above and beyond to make sure everything has been taken care of ever since I bought the car. They have followed up several times to make sure I am happy. Jay has been available any time I had questions and great help!! Just the best customer service and such nice people even the ones that did not personally help me!! Not pushy sales people. I definitely recommend buying a car here!

2021-12-28This was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Abel was my sales person and he was great to work with, helping me understand all the various options available. He never made me feel rushed and answered all of my millions of questions. I ended up putting an order in with Abel a couple days later. The day I came to pick up my car, I was greeted at the front desk by name. There was no hidden pricing, and there was no crazy pressure you feel at other dealerships. Even the paperwork part of the transaction was great! Jay was fantastic to deal with and helped me understand my service options, and again, didn’t pressure me to get something I didn’t need. I will happily bring my business back to them - I haven’t ever had a better buying experience.

2022-04-04We had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied throughout the entire process. My husband and I drove over 8 hours to get to the dealership. It was absolutely worth it not only because we love our new car but also because they created and fun and seamless experience for us. Our salesman Barrett was the absolute best!

He made available the two cars I was interested in, and I was able to make a choice without delay. He was pleasant and professional throughout. 2022-07-02Had a great experience with Travis, my salesman. He was patient and not too pushy. He gave me several options and allowed me the time to make the best decision for myself and my family. This is the first time purchasing from them but I’ll be back in a year or two. The establishment is also very clean and well organized. Highly recommended.

2022-06-08If you’re looking to purchase a new BMW, I would recommend thank you consider purchasing your car at another BMW dealership., trust me you’ll be treated better and the dealership wouldn’t sale the car that you put a HOLD deposit on.I was purchasing a 5 series bmw and the salesperson asked me to put a hold deposit on the car, which I did. Then I proceeded to tell him that ill be going to my own bank to lock in financing for the vehicle. Come back a day later and the car was sold to someone else.Never have I ever experienced something like this, that’s why I suggest you take your business somewhere, where the people will be honest and up front with you and not just look to make quick more and go back on arrangements.I ended up going down the street to Mercedes to purchase this beauty. It was my mothers bday gift.
