After a botched tire job at walmart, ronnie got us sorted out in a jiffy! Probably the best customer service ive seen EVER!So professional, knowledgeable and helpful!

I contacted Victor, about my brakes have excessive shake on hi speed braking,he told me to bring it in diagnosed the issue fixed the problem, excellent service from this guys, have been going to Global Tire since 2019 always Top Notch Service, keep up the good work Thank You.🙏
I came here 2 years agoand as soon as I walked into their shop, I believed I was in the wrong place! They remodeled the place into something that resembles a hotel spa or a high-end luxury place. (You can see why I was confused.) Nevertheless, I approached the counter and they asked what service they can provide. I needed 4 tires mounted on my car ($15 per tire -- $60 for 4; they also balance the wheels as well). To make sure your communication with them goes well, you need to know at least the size of the tire you have or want. You can take a picture of your tire and show them if you dont know. Also, if your car has wheel locks, you should let them know. Theyre friendly people. The place is still remodeling so youll smell the new material and wood everywhere (just a heads up if youre sensitive to strong smells).Wait times for my tires to be mounted is an hour. Theyre accurate with their estimated times to complete the requested service. No wifi (so, bring a book or something to keep you occupied or just drop your car off).The service they provided met my expectations. No more, and no less. They become very busy in the afternoon so PLAN AHEAD.
I cannot say enough positive things about Victor and the staff at Global Tires Plus. Friendly helpful attitudes combined with frequent communication, attention to detail, and high quality work. Simply everything you could want for in service. The tech who worked on my car, Josh I believe was his name, even shared a laugh with me when he misinterpreted my poor handwriting and simply went back and reset my camber to what I had wanted.A waiting room with large windows for patrons to view the work ongoing for their cars provides a level of transparency and it is evident they take pride in their work.I was referred to Global Tires by a satisfied friend and I in turn would recommend them to anyone.
Have nothing but good things to say about global tire! Normally as a female, I go into shops and always end up being ripped off and or feeling stupid! At global tire they are truly honest people ! Not to mention the handsome young man nick up at front was so very helpful! honest prices, good people and global now has themselves a returning customer!

First time here, recommended by a fellow Lexus ownerI am a Lexus (RC350) owner and just bought my car 3 months ago or so… came here thinking I need an alignment but it was much more than that. Turns out, the rims itself were all bent and hit (inside) from previous owner…I had no appointment and I didn’t know what to do when they told me the alignment was not the issue.THEY went OUT OF THEIR WAY to figure out what was wrong and did the BEST they could to fix it. I was thinking I was going to pay $80 for alignment but ended up paying $30. I don’t know a lot about cars but I do know that these people care and want to show you they want to help.At the end of the day, I need to buy new rims. I will definitely be buying them soon, if not from them, I’ll get them to install and I’ll get my new tires there too. They just got another customer! Will most definitely recommend to my friends.
Id recommend this place to anyone. The owner Victor is one of the few standup guys I know who still looks out for the little guys in the car world. Amazing service, the techs are super cool, and I will 100% be returning for tires in the future.

Global Tires is the best in Gwinnett for NEW tires ( don’t know why people buy used 🤷🏾♂️) great prices and really nice people. If you need something installed in your car great 👍🏼 price as well and PROFESSIONALS working on your whip. My go too people for any car trouble I have. Highly recommend if it’s just a good price on a new tire or just some guys that know how to fix your car.

Dustin Miles and Chris Chapman are very good friends of mine and they told me global was the best place around. I’ve always seen them out at drift events and I had to go with Dustin and Chris’ word on it. I take all my company trucks there for tires. 5 Ram 3500 duallys. I run the trucks about 125,000 miles a year and needed a tire shop.All the personnel are great from the counter sales to the mechanics.When I have questions I deal with V who always responds courteous and knowledgeable.I recommend them for all types of services.RichardLilburn, GA

This is the only tire shop I take my BMW’s to. I’ve been a customer of theirs for a little over a year now with frequent visits. They always treat me like family, their techs have attention to detail and know what they’re doing (this is coming from an ex-tech). They also can fill special requests for modified or lowered vehicles. Highly recommend!
Nick and Victor are great. The prices are very fair. The techs know what they are doing. They took care of alignment I needed and some maintenance items but also pointed out my new tires purchased at a different shop were out of round , the tech did his best to balance them but unfortunately it didnt work. Victor even said when I was leaving if the balance didnt work he would refund it. Not necessary. Work was done and it was better. Unfortunately I have to go through the other shop for replacement tires now but Global Tires is nothing short of a great trustworthy place. I love my car and I feel safe bringing any vehicle here. No up sale, no haggle, just great service and place to go. Will be back for all future car and tire needs!
Best customer service I have ever received, especially from an automotive business. Anthony was superb, very attentive to the customer needs. Anthony ensured that he treated each and ever customer with equal respect and patience. I was quoted a time of 1 hour to have all 4 of my tires mounted and balanced but it only took them less than 20 minutes. This was all done with a full shop, I love how they take care of their customers. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere, I definitely recommend this location.

These guys are amazing. Called, rushed over here, they were able to get my car in the bay, new tires installed, mount/balance, and they are going to get her on the alignment rack BEFORE the guy leaves at 2pm. Absolutely love this place!

Oh my gosh! So fast, very friendly and fair prices! I spoke with Vee on the phone yesterday to make sure that they had the tires we were looking for out of consumer reports and made an appointment for the tires to be installed today. Very easy to talk to him and felt that he was genuinely interested in getting the right tires for my daughters car. When I arrived today Anthony took care of me, super nice and easily approachable. This was my first time here, and they came highly recommended by a well respected business owner in Lawrenceville that we deal with on our vehicles service! They were so fast, I didnt even have time to get any work done that I had brought along! Super nice guys! Very clean and upscale looking facility! And yes ladies! The bathroom was actually clean and tidy!

I’ve been going to Global Tires Plus for years and years now! I typically deal with Nick Bowie. I’ve never had any issues with these guys. They have some of the most knowledgeable techs in the game and I would never go to another shop!

2022-03-26Crazy its already been over a year since Ive gone to get my springs installed. First off, everyone there is amazing and has great customer service. Quick emails back and forth as well as good pricing. Got everything done for under $470 including 2 alignments. Got told it would take 3-4 hours for my springs and got a call within an hour and half saying it had already been finished. Definitely coming back very soon for new tires on new wheels.

2022-01-14I had a 5 star review posted on Global years ago back when I first found them when they were only doing tires at the time but wanted to redo my review especially since they have grown to become more than a Tire Shop now. These guys are personable, caring and the best in terms of service and prices. Best place for tires and when you need some work done too. I trust Nick and Viktor more than any mechanic. They have always been my go to shop for years now and this review doesnt do it justice for how much they have done for me. Recently they installed my springs, tires and rims and other miscellaneous work. This is the only shop I have ever recommended to people, family and friends. Global Tires is GAs best, most affordable shop around.

Just look at the cars they work on and you will know that people who love their cars take them to Global Tire - Update - still coming here for about 5 years now. Another shop was having issues removing the locking lug nut off my factory tires… we ended up coming to Global Tires, Ronnie took care of us in a matter of minutes! He took the time to help us out even though they seemed super busy and was very knowledgeable! I couldn’t be more greatful! I will be coming here from now on! Thank you Ronnie!!!

2022-04-02I never do reviews but I think I need to say this. First they put tires on quick as heck WHILE it was busy. But on to the reason I’m writing this review. I have never in my life seen so many nice looking men in one place. Not just the mechanics but even their clients. Don’t be like me and come dressed bummy. You WILL regret it.
