Enjoyed a Chattahoots baseball game.
Over the years I have thoroughly enjoyed so many ball game in this park. In over 45 years Ive seen many games and a few different home teams play there. Even took a few dates to the ball games played there. I hope the community can continue supporting the local teams. From all ages and all sporting groups. Because I would wish for my grandchildren to experience the fun things a community involvement can produce.
Great I grew up watching baseball here with my parents now there back and I loved taking my son
Great old school ballpark to visit and play on. Our mens league plays on it just about every Sunday in the summer, its a great place to play. The infield could use a little work, we pay a decent fee for rental of this field, so it could get a little better, but a for-sure needed stop for sport-minded people.
Went to see the Chattahoochee play
Went there as a kid , Im 69 yo ,and is a great park. Weather was perfect and enjoyed watching game. Wish more baseball events could be held there.
Breezy good from trees,look safe need Li improvement. Snack items would be good during event . I will watch baseball teams there again. But with drinks and snacks.. Need a good cleaning.

Its an old minor league baseball stadium and the ballfield is well maintained. Kind of run down but could be very nice if the money was there to upgrade it. Worked well for travel baseball, though.

Ballpark looks well taking care of. Unfortunatley there is no score board for the tournament. There is however a loud obnocious sound system being played too loudly. Hard to enjoy a game.

2022-06-12A go to visit for any baseball fan. A historic park where legends like Jackie Robinson, Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb have all played. It’s also where the 1996 Softball Olympic Tournament was held. Right now the Columbus Chatt-A-Hoots play here and it’s a fun environment for the whole family. It is an older park so there’s no cover for general admission and no over head netting.

2022-05-02Lot of things have been upgraded recently. The new team are champions in just their first year. Family friendly environment. Affordable tickets and fun atmosphere. New season starts in June.

2022-04-21Since moving to Columbus, we havent had many opportunities to visit Golden Park, due to Covid-19. However, we hope to attend many Chattahoots games in 2022 and beyond. The best thing about it is the fact it exists at all. I love baseball and think its great to have a hometown team to cheer on. The biggest downside is the park looks very outdated. The lights and signage could use an upgrade, and everything feels old. The food options arent that appealing, but there are several options, and there is a wide variety of adult beverage choices. See you there!

2021-08-27This is a fun place to watch games but be aware that general admission seats are uncovered and unnetted (so if you want to catch a foul ball thats where you want to be). Seating seemed more narrow than some other locations but some of the fancier seating was not prohibitively expensive if that is an option for your budget.
