Pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean AND the clothes were organized by size. Ive never seen that at a Goodwill before! Granted, its not fail proof, but the effort is definitely appreciated. Was thrilled to find a Cuisinart popcorn maker. I also thought it was cool that one of the employees was taking time to organize the end caps in the household goods section by color. Near the checkout, they have new basic items like youd find at a grocery store, like candy, phone chargers, kitchen utensils, etc. Definitely one of the better locations Ive been to!
Loved this store. Great bargains on bedspreads and comforters, storage bins, and so clean. Staff is awesome.
They take sooooooo long to bring furniture out. So much easier to donate than to pick up here.
This is to let someone know that a manager from this location literally told my mother-in-law who came there to bring Donation that they do not take filth! The audacity! A single plate with dust in it! The rest are catering items but he saw one plate! First of all, YOU ARE IN A PLACE THAT TAKES DONATION!!! YOU dont have to accept it BUT YOU DONT have to be RUDE about it! SHAME ON YOU! I will make sure to let everyone I know how rude Goodwill is when accepting donation and make sure it does not get donated in this location! This upset me very much!
Nothing was organized properly, some of the female clothes was mixed in with mens clothes, on top of that all the sizes were mixed up as well, it made searching for specific sizes and items alot harder.
They have a great book selection. I gave them 4 stars because some of their household items can be pricey. Ive found the same things at the dollar store next door for cheaper.

I got some great clothing here today. Banana Republic, Liz Claiborne, Gap jeans, beautiful sweaters and workout pants. I love finding bargains. If you are serious about budgeting, shop second hand like I do, it feels good to leave the store with two big bags of clothing for under $70. Happy Shopping 🛍
The variety is exceptional. A lot of cool oversized T-shirts, but most bad quality. Not the shop to find unique cool pieces. Has no name brand sports clothes... so overall I would give it a 3.

Dropped off a van full of old belongings. The assistant was very helpfull and efficient. We unloaded everything in about 10 minutes or less. It had taken me an hour plas to load the van. He was very kind as I parted with a beloved antique dresser complete with mirror.
This store is pretty good as far as Goodwills go, but what is up with the sorting clothes by color thing? The home items are always priced a little high compared to other Goodwills in the area. Its always pretty clean and easy to navigate.
Like all other locations, these stores are hit or miss. You may find something today but you may not. This particular location always clean, well stocked, and the people are always friendly and helpful. I visit this fairly often.

Very nice gentleman helped me unload. Got a receipt for the donation too. We did call and ask if they would take a tv before hand and over the phone they said yes but when I got there they wouldnt take it. It would have kept me from having to load it but I also understand why.
Employees were so friendly here. I will pass other Goodwills to shop at this in egg. It was my first visit here and I was truly surprised/impressed at/by/with the customer service. I highly recommend this place.

BEWARE!!!!!Terrible experience on 8-10-2016 at Goodwill on 521 Scenic Highway Lawrenceville , Ga. Went in ladies dressing room to try on skirt and spotted a security camera peering down from the ceiling over the top of the door while undressing. I immediately went to complain to manager he stated cameras were not working. ARE YOU KIDDING ME I SAID!!! I immediately called Police to make a report. The manager took off and went to back area. While I waited for police I took pics of every angle of those cameras and where the were positioned.. Who knows how many women have been filmed naked without their knowledge. ????? SHAME!!!!
I went there to donate clothes and the experiences fast and positive. I parked in the drive thru a gentleman came out with a cart to assist a loaded items into the cart with his help and then he asked if I wanted a receipt I had a lot of items so I said no but all in all very fast experience thank you

I like Goodwills store sometimes just snooping around sometimes by something.I was think new open Goodwill maybe better stuff but this Goodwill is the worst oneOver prize and cannot found what you looking for
Purchased a set of bed rails. The guy that works furniture told me the rails were for a full size and they ended up being for queen. I couldnt return them for a refund.
It was a well organized Goodwill. Location isnt the best but,they cant help that. Seemed clean too and the cashiers were very polite.
Excellent place a lot of variety, however it seems to me that in general the Goodwill has very high prices and the quality in some products does not merit it; they should think that the people who look for these second-hand places are because we do not have the resource to buy new ones, it is also supposed if they are donations they should have a lower price ...
They have a drive up drop off so you dont have to leave your car. As for the selection inside, this store has a large selection of clothes, household goods and much more.

This goodwill is in my neighborhood sort of, I like it they have lots of good stuff there, plenty of parking space too its next to a hardees and an American deli.
Has a wide variety of items. Was in need of a microwave, mine stopped working during the night while I was cooking dinner for a client and as soon as they opened up I went to look for one. The first 4 thrift stores had nothing, pawn shop wanted twice what a used one was worth. Last stop and I found one for 13.00.
The store was well organized but the cashier I asked where I could find a certain item wasnt very friendly and acted like I was an inconvenience.
Its a really nice goodwill, also very organised. It was easy to find things, they also restock frequently.

2022-07-11The store was clean, organized, the cashier very rude and miserable. She was buying some vases and she didnt even wrap them because it was a lot of work and she had to put a lot of paper (she said) and as I complained, she took it out and only put small pieces around it. Because some vases were priceless he said he wouldnt pass them on that he was sorry, instead of calling his manager and asking. Thank you very much. I dont go back to that goodwill.

2021-10-04I went to this store at around 10:00 am.It is shameful that Management cares Very little on how the store looks. Shame on them!This mess Gad to be there all day yesterday also.And no toilet paper.Bad enough prices are out of hand and good items are now put on eBay so forget the pretty jewelry and purses. All they have in the case are the cheap 99 cent store jewelry . Many of the buy are not buy and sell folks we live on a budget.Also, it should be up to me if I want to round up. I’ve noticed how cashiers round off without asking. Beware when they ring you up.

2022-03-31Horrible management! I would rate this goodwill a 0 star if I could. The manager, Javis was not pleasant and had very cocky arrogant attitude. The way he made me feel after my shopping experience was unacceptable. Before I could ask for corporate’s number he started to recite it with a disgusting look and tone. Great items, need new management who actually enjoy their jobs.

2022-05-31This Goodwill store used to be a great store 20 years ago. There used to be hidden gems in the place at a shockingly low price. Now, it is just a bunch of junk cluttered up and overpriced as heck! I want 😫 cool stuff at a steal of a price!

2022-03-15I came here looking for work professional clothes. They had a great selection but too bad I wasnt able to buy any since their FITTING ROOMS ARE STILL CLOSED. I refuse to buy a bunch of pieces just to take them home to try them on and then not even be able to get my money back (they give you store credit). I live out of town and with my busy schedule, I am unable to return them in 7 days to the exact same store. Their return policy is a joke!

2021-12-03This store is clean and in order, except when it comes to the bathroom. I had to go. When I say deploring, filthy. People clean up behind your self and your children. Otherwise great store.
