Have lived here since November, move in was awesome. Really helpful. At the time Adrienne was just the office manager. She was friendly and very welcoming. She now is the Manager of the complex. Always smiling and always helpful. All the staff is very friendly. Fixing to move into a 3 bedroom. The only problem I see tends to be parking, but that could be were we are in the complex. Love all the space and feeling like an actual home.
After several months of making management aware of safety issues, there has been no satisfactory response in addressing these concerns. Efforts to contact the office have not been responded to. Rather it seems as if the office prefers that the residents do their job for them.When I hear the term Luxury Apartments I certainly am dismayed to see that term reference this community. A luxury community would have a management team that is capable of responding to issues in a much shorter time frame than months.I guess the old saying is true. You do get what you pay for. Unfortunately, we are still overpaying despite the inexpensive rent.
We moved here from New York in February and we love it here! The apartments are so beautiful and I love the amenities. Everyone here is nice and it’s family friendly. Front office staff is super nice as well! I have no complaints about living here!
Leasing office and maintenance have been very friendly, professional, and responsive. Huge apartments with nice finishes close to tons of retail and restaurants. Great pool and gym. Online resident portal allows easy access to maintenance requests/status, lease terms, events, etc. Thanks for a super smooth move in Kelsey!
Wasnt a great customer experience. New apartments seemed nice, but I toured recently and wasnt given any info really, they handed me keys and told me to tour myself. Not sure if thats something they do with everyone but seemed like they didnt care about me leasing with them. If thats how they treat someone looking how are they going to treat their residents? Also, I didnt care for their finishes, cheap choices in product and nothing matched. Wouldnt recommend.
When we first moved into these apartments in December they were managed by Hannah. Hannah was very prompt, professional and organized. We never experienced any issues. We are a young growing family and we pay our rent on time every month and cause no trouble. I’m currently 7 months pregnant with a 15 month year old son and my husband is always working. When I made my first complaint about a month ago unfortunately Hannah was no longer managing the apartments, but instead it’s a woman named Adrienne Alpha took over her position. She never addressed my complaint and she doesn’t answer or return any of my calls and when I emailed her to have a paper trail, she’s responded 3 days later saying that she doesn’t want to quarrel over emails, yet she refuses to call me back and have a verbal conversation. Ever since she has began managing the apartments we have had one issue after another and she has not communicated efficiently to resolve any of them. I looked into my move in packet for a corporate office number or regional manager above her, however, it’s not listed anywhere I even checked online. When I asked Adrienne for it she provided me with a google voiceover number and when I complained that the number is invalid she stated that it was a correct number and if I leave a voicemail then a corporate manger would return my call. I’ve left voicemails and I have gotten no call back and the office doesn’t answer or return my calls. Adrienne is rude, unprofessional, and careless and I am unsuccessful in reaching someone above her to address my issues and concerns so I’m hoping this review can get someone who cares attention as soon as possible. It’s sad I’m dealing with this when my birthday is in 2 days but I can’t stand to feel helpless and uncomfortable in my living space any longer. As long as Adrienne manages these apartments I recommend that no one moves into the Grand Reserve Canton.
These apartments are hands Down the best around! I came in looking for a specific floor plan which is no longer available but Adrienne in the office took the time to show me around the entire community and even to a couple different units to see. After everything she even helped me select a different floor plan that is actually going to work better for me!If you’re living in an apartment in canton and it’s not here you’re not getting the most for your money!

Luxury ? I dont think so .Paper thin walls and floors. you can hear everything from people above, below and next door. This place is getting run down fast and the complex is less than 2 years old. BEWARE or be MISERABLE .
Hannah was very helpful in the application process. We applied and were approved in the same night. I am very excited about our new home!
It’s hard to get in touch with the new management via phone or emails now. Don’t even bother calling and leaving voicemails, the calls will never be returned.
I was considering moving into this building, until my friend told me a few things that made me uneasy. It looks like a very nice place to live, but I just cant overlook the horrible things I was told.
I live here and love it. Very quiet (except for the occasional dog barking). I wouldnt move except for a cabin on top of a mountain.

Not impressed, apartments are new but not very nice. Staff was not too friendly, did not seem to care that I was there. Went elsewhere.

2022-06-21Our family has lived here for two years and outside of minor apartment/large shared community living inconveniences we have thoroughly loved it here. The office and maintenance employees have always been kind and helpful to our family. Kelsey has always been a sweet smiling face when we visit the office and a pleasure to deal with in all aspects from questions to concerns.

2020-01-07This place is gorgeous and brand spanking new. These apartments feel more like large ranch homes than units. The smallest apartment you can rent is over 1200 sq ft. Staff is fantastic and really treat you more like a neighbor/friend than a tenant. High-speed internet is even included in your monthly rent! I looked at other apartments and nothing compares to the value you get here. They even have a freaking sauna they are building.. Good luck finding another apartment that has that! If I am being uber extra, I am not really sure why they went with black appliances over stainless steel since they surpass expectations in every other category, but maybe it is so they can pass the savings down to the tenants.. either way 5/5 at the Grand!

2021-12-12I would be honest, but the last time we left an honest review of this complex we were threatened with a lease violation. All I can say is, certain rules are not enforced and it’s getting old. A more thorough review will be posted when we move out of things have not changed. Don’t bother calling the office, they won’t do much of anything to resolve the issues.

2021-08-09Been a tenant here for almost 2 years now.The apartments themselves are very nice overall, very well constructed, but there are some details in every unit that show they were a little rushed. Nothing earth shattering, though. The leasing office group are nice and professional, and it took a big misunderstanding for me to find that out firsthand.You will also have trucks and cars who like to sit in the parking lot late at night, letting their trucks idle for 30-45 minutes, thumping bass from a car or letting Flowmasters exhausts run freely for all to enjoy.Overall, these apartments are pretty decent. The area itself is quiet, the neighbors are mostly friendly, and the leasing staff are good people.

2021-05-21I am approaching a year living at this lovely location. I moved from a 3 bedroom home to a 2 bedroom apartment here. Same square footage, the units are spacious!! The office staff has been nothing but kind to us! Love the location, the pool, and the gym. Only draw back is you can hear your neighbors from time to time.

2022-01-03Absolutely disgusting whats going on there...Trash has not been picked up in two weeks at the dumpster, creating a serious health hazard. Screws have come out of the wall on the railing(s), creating a serious safety issue. The front gates across from the school are NEVER closed, creating a serious safety concern. The playground has graffiti on it. Kids are out late at night, running around the parking lot. The breezeways are filthy and have never once been pressure washed. Paint is peeling off of the doors. Yet they want to raise rent...what a joke.

2020-11-16The apartments are spacious, beautiful, and brand new. All the amenities are amazing. Complex is quiet and really well maintained. The management, though, is what sets this complex apart. Everyone in the office is extremely responsive and professional. They’re quick to help with any issues and will do so with a smile on their face! Hands down the best apartment complex you could choose in Canton.

2022-03-08Was a great Place until we starting having multiple problems with the gate, the fire alarms going off here and there and everytime you call it just rings also There is no reason for the rent to be high if we’re not getting the right experience
