Our experience with everyone at Granite and Marble Solutions was fantastic----Melinda helped us with our choices and had lots of great ideas!!! And Jen was very patient as we had to change our install date several times. The installers: Glauco, Yasmani, and Dheimson did a beautiful job!!! I had used this company at a previous home and came back to them a second time based on their superior customer service! They are terrific!!!
We worked with Matt at Granite and Marble Solutions for counter tops and backslash stone for our kitchen remodeling. Matts knowledge and support through this part of the process made it the smoothest part of the project. Scheduled timeframes were kept and the installation crew did a great job making sure were satisfied with everything.
Couldnt be more pleased! I showed up not knowing a thing about choosing granite and Nancy walked me through the lot showing me different options and offering assistance at every point. Glauco did the install and was able to save my mirrors. Completely professional and easy to deal with. On top of that, my new countertops are swoon-worthy!
Am extremely happy with my granite and quartzite countertops. At Matt’s suggestion we had our kitchen and butler’s pantry installed with mitered edges. They look fabulous and add a wow factor that I would never have imagined.

Granite and Marble Solutions has been our go-to professionals for the past 10 years as we remodeled our entire home. Recently, we needed to replace our kitchen fireplace and I wanted to recreate a Country French fireplace I had seen in a designer magazine. Even though this was a relatively small project, Melinda and Antonio helped me find the perfect Taj Mahal quartzite, chiseled the edge beautifully, and the crew did an excellent job with installation. And everything was done on schedule and at a reasonable price! Based on our experiences, GMS provides the same great service and outcome whether your job is big or small.
This is the only place for granite and quartz needs ! I worked with Melinda and she was fantastic. I could not have done this without her expertise. I also want to mention how knowledgeable and nice the installer, Glaucom, was. Before you go anywhere else, this is the place to go

I have been working with Nancy, Jen and Antonio for a few years now. They are top notch and have extensive knowledge. No matter what I throw at them they come through every time and I have yet to have an issue. From order taking to install they make things easy, timely and everything is upfront. I will never use anyone else for my granite and stone needs.
I used them for my kitchen counters and a half bath vanity. Nancy is the best! She is quick to respond, understood exactly what I was looking for, and made sure to show me options within my budget. We had a good experience at Granite and Marble Solutions searching for countertops for our bathroom remodel. We worked with Matt and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and guided us to get exactly what we were looking for to enhance our bathroom. The countertop installation process went smoothly and we are very pleased with our new quartz countertops. I would definitely recommend working with Granite and Marble Solutions.
Matt was super easy to work with, helpful and made the whole experience of buying new countertops very simple. He showed me multiple samples of remnants in the yard and really knew his stuff. I highly recommend working with him. Even when I had to change quartz designs as the last minute, he gave me the original price despite having chosen a more expensive piece.
We worked with Matt. He was very responsive, called us back right away, scheduled a consult and visit to warehouse and spent a long time going over the different stones with us and making sure we select the right one. The installers were great and on time. Matt followed up to make sure all went well and assisted us throughout the entire process. Great and painless experience.

We decided to go with Marble and Granite Solutions for a sole reason of the helpfulness, integrity, and expertise of our sales rep Matt. My initial contact was Kathy, and she was wonderful , very knowledgeable and personable. We scheduled an appointment through email with Matt and Holly. Both Matt and Holly were quick to respond to our questions, etc. The point of contact for our face to face meeting was Matt, and he was wonderful to work with.The install was seamless-no pun intended- and the installers were professional and efficient.The entire experience was pleasant!

We highly recommend working with Granite and Marble solutions for countertops. Matt, Glauco, and the entire team were great to work with. Super patient with us as we navigated the confusing process of procuring countertops and flexible with our changing timelines as we struggled with kitchen construction delays on our end. Prices were very reasonable, fabrication and installation were top notch, lead times were very fast (a little less than 2 weeks!). Matt helped us navigate through the whole process and gave great, knowledgeable advice on materials and design — his passion for this work really shines through! Definitely above and beyond! We only wish we had discovered them sooner and used them for other countertop projects.

Granite & Marble Solutions did all the countertop work in our new basement. Wow! They did a great job. Nancy really took the time to help my wife and I find just the right stone for each area. The whole office and install team are so very helpful! They got me scheduled within a very quick timeframe and were flexible when an unforeseen renovation hiccup pushed our dates back. I worked with Matt and he was consistently available throughout the process to answer questions, send me pictures of the slab I was getting, give me a heads up if something was happening, etc. Very pleased! Happened upon GSM by chance, I was having trouble finding travertine marble for a shower. I was greeted by Matt, explained my problem and he was right on it. He was able to find my stone within 30 minutes, got the appoint to measure within a few days and install within 2 weeks. Matt was awesome and GSM was great. Highly recommend, would use again. Great communication and updates. Installation was first rate crew.
We walked in without an appointment on a Monday morning and Matt welcomed us immediately. He listened to our needs, showed us several options and provided knowledgeable insight. He also walked us through the actual process in the workroom so we understood better how our custom countertops would be created. Within two days our countertops were measured and install was scheduled for the following week. We could not be more pleased with the finished product. It was a great value! Granite and Marble Solutions did a new quartz bathroom vanity top installation for us. We couldnt be happier with the results. They are the BEST! They are so efficient and care the customer. When I first talked with Nancy on the phone, I told her that I want Cambria’s quartz. She is willing work it out for me. Holly sent me a picture of the partial slab, WOW! This is the first time that I receive a picture like this( slab on the crane). I was so excited to see their new digital fabrication method.Cathy worked with me on the layout details, She is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and PATIENT. She sent me all pictures of every steps from that digital method, until I satisfied. I love this new technology that I can visualize the layout in my computer at home. Thank you so much, Cathy! You did extra mile to make sure the layout veining matched perfectly on back splash and side splash!The laser template, and installation team were professional, on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Two sinks are installed in a correct professional way. The vanity top looks amazing and they did a great job!This is the place to go if you want it done right and has a great customer care at the same time. look forward to working with them in the future project. After gathering bids from 8 other companies to replace our countertops they were very competitive if not better than the rest. The sole reason I selected to work with Granite and Marble Solutions was the response time and detail Cathy provided. Throughout the process, she answered every question, sent sample images and revised quote options within a few hours of contacting her.

Our first interaction with Granite and Marble Solutions was in January 2020, after we learned that we no longer had access to our reserved slab at Premier Surfaces. Melinda could not have been more helpful in helping us find a quartzite replacement for our 63x112 kitchen island. Once it was flawlessly installed, (with great care), it looked simply fantastic. It was such a good experience that we outreached Melinda again in the fall in order to replace a portion of our kitchen countertop in order to accommodate a new sink. This required matching to the countertop that remained. She was so patient as we reviewed multiple Taj Mahal slabs until we found just the right one. As we are currently remodeling our master bath, it is no surprise that Melinda was our go-to for securing the sink countertops. From the slab, we even asked if some bullnose could be created (for use around the shower), to which the answer was Yes. We highly recommend Granite and Marble Solutions for not only their product selection and knowledge, but also efficiency and perhaps more importantly, their approach to customer service - it is superior in our experience. Melinda was so helpful with my kitchen project. I wanted to replace my countertops but I also wanted to cut down my high bar top to one level and to make a few other modifications. I had trouble finding a contractor that would take on my small job since most of them wanted to take on full kitchen renovations only. She recommended a contractor and a tile installer for my backsplash and helped me get appointments with both! Everything fell into place and my kitchen came together seamlessly! Very satisfied with the whole process of getting new Marble counter tops, from selection to costing to templating and installation. They work with many slab providers for an extensive selection, and are competitively priced. I would use them again for future counter top installations.

Stay away from getting your countertops here!!!!! I’ve had my “quartz” counters for only a few months, and have now had multiple chips appearing out of nowhere. They will do nothing to help remediate the situation, even though they’ve obviously oversold you on cheap countertops!!! Make sure you go somewhere you can get at least a one year warranty on your counters!!’

2022-06-27We had our kitchen remodeled in 2020, and our contractor recommended Granite and Marble Solutions. I was very impressed by the range of their selection, and their quartz price point compared to another competitor was so much better! I worked with Cathy to determine which quartz (we ended up with the Caldia and love it). She was so helpful in showing me around, giving me options, and accommodating my request not to have a seam. We were redoing a peninsula that originally had a bar height ledge, and we wanted to maximize the countertop, which Granite and Marble Solutions made possible. Every step of the way, Cathy was excellent to work with. I highly recommend her and Granite and Marble Solutions!

2022-09-14After reading all the positive comments about Matt at Granite and Marble Solutions, we decided to drive to the show room on a Saturday morning to see for ourselves. Matt was working that day and he could not have been better suited to work with picky customers like us. The show room doesn’t have a ton of slabs to chose from like some other places do, but all their inventory is top notch. We had a hard time choosing because there were many slabs we liked. After we chose the slab, Matt gave us a quote, and a few weeks later, our countertops were installed! Yes it was that easy! I cannot recommend Matt enough. Obviously his reputation precedes him, but it is all true, he was absolutely wonderful to work with.

2022-03-22Matt is very knowledgeable about his product and helpful in my picking the right granite. Bruno did a great job of measuring and installation. The only problem I had was how to get rid of the silicone on my wall after the installation. I would certainly use them again.
