The ice cream and milkshakes were good but the people were rude and if y’all didn’t know were in the middle of a pandemic and there were about 14 people in there WITHOUT MASKS!!!!! PUT ON YOUR MASK and it would be a shame if they died lol
I order a banana split, classic ice cream selection. They do not have any artificial strawberries or pineapples which is mind blowing. Why is a banana split even an option at that point?! The girl working behind the counter had no idea how to make one, let alone barely put any chocolate syrup or fudge on it. Not impressed.
Went in couple night ago the workers look like they were half a slept. Never welcome us in the building we were the only one in there. Also, they were out of chocolate. The person behind the counter said here mess and soft. Gave me a lots paper towels. I enjoy it but it was mess and all over the place.
Wonderful staff and clean clean clean. They have beautiful layer cakes perfect for any occasion. They even do bridal and grooms cakes. Talented decorators that can make anything you can dream up.
Great ice cream selection. Fun mixing ideas. You can add different toppings into your ice cream. Fun place to stop for a sweet summer treat.
Oh my goodness what a delicious addition to the area.You have to try the banana ice cream with vanilla wafers and a banana mixed in. Its like frozen banana pudding!Staff is always patient and friendly. Thanks for opening this place up!

Drove 30 minutes here for hot Cheetos ice cream and they did not have it. The website shows it’s available.
Everyone working there is so darn sweet and helpful! I go all the time for cookies, but this last time I tried the ice cream on the marble slab, so dang good!!

Went to this place just a couple days ago...the staff seemed like they were clueless in what they were doing and they were all dragging their feet and also let me know they didn’t have a manager when I asked to speak with one they said we don’t have a manager just our owners and their daughter who helps....not really sure what kind of business don’t assign someone to be in charge and on shift daily...from now on I’ll just travel to commerce to great American cookie there!

You can add one or more of the numerous toppings so have fun creating.There is indoor seating and outdoor seating available. Party options cakes cookies candles etc.

2021-12-28Pre-ordered a cookie cake online for a 3rd birthday and customized in the comments for an all-purple train. Youre also able to choose the border and letter coloring. It was ready on time and looked/tasted great! Would be nice if these large cakes came with a free disposable cake server, but otherwise was happy with our purchase.

2022-04-06Perfect place to get some good cookies. My favorite is the sugar sprinkles cookie. It will always be my favorite 😍 my hubby loveddd the cookie sandwich, so much that he had two of them. The chocolate chip and snickerdoodle were pretty good too! They are also partnered with marble slab creamery at this location. So you can get cookies and ice cream!!

2018-02-23Great customer service! Delicious ice cream! Just one thing we didn’t like was for 3 ice creams we paid about $22. So coming in with a family of 5 would be a little steep.

2020-11-14Greatest owners and service!! We rented the ice cream truck and they came early set up and served us all the best ice cream and cookies and they did it with a smile on their face. They were great and patient with all the kids. HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

2018-09-02This place is a bit pricey for ice cream, but worth it. If you havent been to one before, basically you choose your ice cream flavor, and then you can mix in any kind of ingredients. Instead of store bought cookie dough, you can customize your own: pick your ice cream flavor, and have them mix in cookie dough, chocolate chips, etc My boys love the blue cotton candy flavor.

2020-01-30Best customer service!!! Went in for icecream before they closed and not only was I given a first responder discount, but they asked if we would like any cookies before they threw them out for the end of the night. The employees were very helpful and kind!

2018-01-09The cookies are great, just like you find at the Mall Of Ga locations, and we’ve been in twice for ice cream which was also very good. However, we’ve ordered 2 cookie cakes in the last month and have been extremely disappointed with them. We usually order from the mall and pick up for every birthday or event, and we’re exc that it would be so much closer to home and easier to pick up. The cakes were very simple, just birthday cakes with writing, no fancy design or picture and they both looked very sloppy. The writing was crooked, and squiggly. They smushed my daughters name in at the bottom and didn’t fill the edges, there were gaps and the “dollops” of icing were so small so that they did not touch. I understand that it is a new place, but the cookie cakes are a staple for the Great American Cookie Company, and I think they need to give training or something to those people that are working there. The mall locations have always been awesome and we’ve never had an issue. Just be careful when ordering a cake, other than that everything else was fine.

2018-03-05I had my son’s birthday cake done here and they did an amazing job! The cake was creative and just what we were looking for! I then ordered my husband’s 40th birthday cake and it was awesome also! Great customer service both times and easy online ordering.
