Walked in was helped right away! Knew what I was looking for, which was a quality dart board and darts! They asked my budget and explained in good detail the difference between a couple! Sold me!! Great knowledge of products!!

We had a great experience with Greater Southern Home Recreation. They have great customer service. We asked several follow up questions via email and got all of them answered timely often after normal business hours. We had a follow up order and rather than ship it via a carrier the warehouse manager knew he passed by our home on his daily commute and delivered it personally the next day on his way home.

Great experience purchasing a pool table. The sales person was very helpful and did not pressure to up sell to a more expensive product. All of the features of the pool table were described. Delivery and installation was scheduled for later that week with an arrival time window. The installers called 1 hour before arrival to let us know they were on the way. The installers were very polite. All products were exactly what was ordered down the chalk color. Installation took a little over 2 hours. Would recommend and do business with again.

Awesome place!! I went in looking for some darts, thinking it would be like all the other places I had been to...darts in packages, and no help. Chris was incredible...he asked what I was looking for as far as weight, feel, and budget then he got out 6 sets of darts that fit my needs and told me I could try them out as long as I wanted. I went through several pair and never felt pressured, or like he was just trying to sell me something. I wound up buying darts, shafts, flights, and a case. If you need darts there is no better place in the Atlanta area to go.

They have a great selection of quality merchandise. We purchased an air hockey table from them and have been very pleased with the quality. Delivery and set-up was great; they came on time and set-up right where we wanted. Will definitely shop there again!

Went looking for theater chairs and poker tables. The salesman was very helpful and answered everything without being pushy. We came for sizes and prices and ideas and left very inspired and have a much better idea of what we want now for our basment.

Mario and Pamela Henriquez, Our daughter and son in law loved there house warming present, the Brunswick Tremont pool table. It was delivered and set up within 24 hours of us calling them. Excellent service!!!! We are very happy with the service that we received and we will continue to do business with Great Southern.
