I switched insurances when I moved out of the area, thinking it would be better to go with a larger national provider, BIG mistake. I was charged almost double what I was paying with Greenway and receiving less coverage for my car, bike and home. I was never able to get in touch with an agent, had issues with my bill and customer service was horrible...Not at all what I was used to coming from Greenway where the customer is the biggest priority! I have since gone back to Greenway Insurance and am never going to use another insurance agency again!!!

2021-05-21The best customer service around! I am in the middle of a refinance for my home and needed several items pertaining to my homeowners insurance. I called and emailed many times for Shannon Daniel and every time, she was super helpful and always quick to respond. This is the best insurance company around with great service and super prices.

2020-09-29After 48 years of driving, I had one minor fender bender and they doubled my yearly premium. I will be moving on to a decent, respectable insurance company when it is time to renew. I found a company that has accident forgiveness after one accident and is actually less expensive. Bye bye Greenway Auto Owners Insurance.

Anytime we have ever called with a question or revision of any kind, Lewis has always been more than willing to assist us. 2015-02-26I think Greenway Insurance Agency does a wonderful job for their clients. If you really want to be covered and want to deal with people who know you and know the business you should call Greenway. I do not see why anyone would want to waste time calling anyone else, Greenway does an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone. You should call them first.
